Cole was my service advisor and he has been one of the best people to do business with. I can't thank Cole enough for his kindness especially since I didn't have an appointment being that I lost my keys unexpectedly. He kept me up to date on the progress of my service and suggested that I needed new tires and brakes; and honestly this is the smoothest my car has rode in a long time. I appreciate his hospitality and plan to only visit Land Rover Buckhead. Thank you!

Chris, the manager of the Buckhead dealership was very helpful. He was able to resolve my problems within minutes. Cole is also one of the best advisers in the service department. These guys get the job done efficiently and effectively! I’m glad 😃 I brought a Range Rover from this company! Really nice atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Thanks!

IF I could give more stars I would. The whole team made my buying experience simple. Very respectful to my time, even made a four hour road trip to drop off my new vehicle and pick up the trade. Let’s just start with how great the customer service is here! Everyone I met was very professional, extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable on my potential purchase from beginning to end. Ms. Gloria was my sales member and she found the Velar I wanted with little to no compromise on my part. Thank you Ms. Gloria for making it happen! She was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I had been on the hunt for a “Like New” Velar for months…Land Rover Buckhead, DELIVERED! When I made it to the dealership, every vehicle I viewed online, was sold!!! But that did not discourage her from networking with her fellow salesmen to find me my perfect truck. After finding my vehicle, she then walked me through the entire process of what happens next and made sure everyone I spoke with thereafter (financing & servicing) did the same. I haven’t begun to mention all the accommodations she made and/or concerns she addressed…even after being in the vehicle for 30 days…A1 service!!! For my birthday (June), I received a call from Ms. Gloria wishing me a very Happy Birthday!!! Listen, you don’t get that any where else!!! That’s personalize service and sales! Thank you for not treating me like a number but a member of the Range Rover family as soon as I hit the lot.
