This is for the service center only. Never had any issues here and always treated friendly and respectfully. Phil France helped me with a recall on my vehicle and it was an easy process. No idea how the sales side is but the service side is great from my experience.

Spent 4 hours over here for the manager Devin to tell me he could not complete my end of lease buy out simply because "They didn't want to". Do yourself a favor and go to Hansel Ford in Rohnert Park and ask for Jorge Rodriguez. He completed my transaction with no questions asked. I've had many leases and recreational vehicle purchases from dealerships and Jorge Rodriguez was by far the best guy I've worked with. In and out was a breeze. Save yourself some headache and go to Hansel!

On a cross-country trip, I needed an emergency windshield wiper system repair on my 2013 Mustang. The Curtis team worked me into their schedule on three consecutive days to identify the wiper problem and get necessary parts to do the repair. My service advisor (Paul, as I remember) was the best I've ever encountered at a Ford dealership. He was exceptionally friendly, conscientious and understanding of my needs in scheduling the work to be done while I planned to be in the San Francisco area. I wish the Henry Curtis dealership were in my home area of Virginia!

Keith was very helpful while I was making decisions about my Ford Focus. He went above and beyond looking for a car that fit my budget and had the options that I wanted. During the financing step there was a bit of confusion about 0% APR versus rebates, however the team was quick to redo the paperwork for me when I came back to pick up my car. They actually did it twice more, as I decided on a maintenance plan...and always with smiles on their faces. I feel like I have people that I can count on when I have questions about my vehicle. Most importantly, I am so happy with my purchase! The new Focus drives beautifully and I am having a lot of fun learning all that it is capable of. Thanks for a great experience.

Joe is a great service writer. Everything always goes smoothly. I wish the waiting area was more hospitable but it's functional. I live in Marin County, my home is 14 miles away, and the shuttle isn't available to drive that distance. That's the main disadvantage to using a dealer outside my area.

I have always had the best of luck in dealing with Henry Curtis service dept. The Staff are always friendly and helpful. They explain everything that is needed in a way that is easy to understand. If you need a ride home you got it, no questions asked. When they think your service is due you will be contacted by Email, a letter and a call. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Henry Curtis Ford and have never had a bad Experience. My advice is if you want a Ford, Go see Henry!!!

We were doing some comparison shopping for a used, mid-sized SUV. This was our first stop of the day. Our sales rep encouraged us to look at different models if we wanted, and when it came to a test drive, we went on a wide variety of roads. We liked the vehicle and were given a price we could afford, about the same price and features as the next vehicle we were going to test. There was no pressure, just a few questions, and staff consultations took only a short time. The financing and paperwork took about an hour. The transaction was simple, straightforward, and all our questions answered. No buyers' remorse.Because the appearance of the vehicle and ease of purchase met/exceeded our expectations, a couple little deficiencies stand out: The exposed lug nuts do not match; the engine compartment was clean, but shrouds were removed and some of the hold-down fasteners were not replaced. Correcting it is probably only a few dollars at dealers' cost, and 5 minutes of work. I can do it myself, but it's a detail someone should have caught.

The pony light on my left Mustang door was defective. I brought it in last week to be fixed. It was repaired and tested. However, after I brought it home the defect returned. Apparently the circuity that feeds the light was the problem, not the light unit its self. I'll be bringing it in Monday the 7th of July to get that fixed.My appointment last week was quick and pleasant.

It was an excellent service on my F150. The service was for 45,000 miles. The staff paid attention to my needs and answered any and all questions that I had concerning the servicing of my F150. I did not wait for the service to be performed, and so I used the dealership's courtesy shuttle to drive me to my home. If I had waited for the truck to be service I would have asked for coffee and fresh donuts. I am sure they would have ran out and purchased the coffee and fresh donuts for me. I waited at home for a call from their service department telling me the truck had been serviced and that I could pick it up. It was a short wait of a couple of hours when I received the call from their service department telling me the truck had been serviced and it was ready to pick up. My wife drove me to the dealership without incident. When I arrived at the dealership I saw my F150 had been parked and ready to be driven away. I saw that my F150's exterior was cleaned and washed. I went inside the service department and spoke with the representative assisting me. I was told that a unknown leak was detected in the transmission area, and that they put a dye inside to further assist the mechanic in finding the leak. The very helpful representative said I should drive the vehicle for awhile, roughly more than two hundred miles or so. Then, I should call the service department at the dealership and make an appointment for servicing the leak. The servicing of the leak was covered by the new vehicle's warranty. It was a hot weather day in Petaluma, California. In fact, it was hot for several days in Northern California. Without the evening and morning fog, the area can get very hot this time of the year. I drove my F150 home from the dealership without incident. I always get a good feeling when driving my F150 after servicing it. I think it might be that all the tires are checked and filled with air because the ride seems smooth and comfortable. The engine sounds quiet. My radio sound alternates from one side to the other side speakers. It is the only frustration thing with my F150 that the radio sound moves without touching the controls from one side to the other side speakers. The radio volume, of course, tends to lower and then rise whenever the sound moves without touching the controls from one side to the other side speakers. I asked the service department representative for assistance but the issue is no longer covered by the new vehicle warranty. I don't want to give permission for someone to dig into the problem and find it very costly to repair. So, I decided to put up with the radio sound moving without touching the controls from one side to the other side speakers, and the radio volume lowering and rising on its own. It's a great F150 truck. It has given me some great adventures in the forty five thousand miles driven so far. I have driven it to the Los Angeles area several times to attend bonsai related events. Bonsai is my hobby. One reason I purchased the F150 light truck is for transporting my bonsai trees and tools. The bonsai trees, although normally miniature in size, forty four inches and less, were to tall and heavy to place in my wife's Toyota Highlander. So, I purchased the F150 light truck to transport the bonsai to and from workshops and shows. It would be best to have a cover for the bonsai but I manage the transport the bonsai without any wind damage to them. Besides I enjoy the wide open feeling of the truck bed without a cab or cover. I purchased my F150 light truck with a short bed. The dealership sales representative said that you don't see many short beds on the F150. But I have had trucks with long beds before, and I wanted a short bed for my new F150. I drove my F150 up in to the Sierra Nevada mountains one several occasions. On one such trip I went in search of giant Sierra Juniper trees (Juniperus occidentalis). The trees were located on a secret USMC base. The trees would need nine adults to encircle their trunks.

I love walking in and Phil always knowing my name. The challenge I have is even with an appointment it always takes 4-5 hours to get my car back even with a simple oil change. It is very discouraging. My friend who also has a Ford takes her car elsewhere now because she can't afford to wait 4hrs with an appointment to get an oil change.

I brought the vehicle in for a regular checkup. Joseph Turgeon was so helpful and checked me in quickly. The vehicle was ready on time and it had been washed as I received a free car wash for my birthday in April. Joseph was so polite and inquired about my Bluetooth as I had the vehicle checked a couple of months ago for a problem with the Bluetooth. He is outgoing and always friendly as well as being helpful.

Keith Jones was the best car salesman I've been associated with. "Jewel of a man". Breaks the stereotypical mold. Proactive demonstration and explanation when "putting together" the F150 I bought. We purchased a 2012 Ford Escape. I had been looking for a Pre-owned Escape for quite a while and was so happy to find one that was local. Not only was it local but it was still under it's original warranty. It's a very comfortable ride and very roomy for a small size SUV.Anton was extremely helpful, especially since we were had a tight schedule with company at our home and he did everything possible to make our experience wonderful. Jake was a jewel as well. He too acted quickly to help us expedite our paperwork so we could get back home. With the benefit of the Internet at my disposal I was able to do major research in the comfort of my home. The AM/PM never entered in to the process. Nor did roaming about Car lots viewing inventory, in the cold weather. I connected with the right person representing Curtis Ford, who in turn was prompt in answering my inquires.I was not plagued with badly timed phone calls from dealers/sales. Setting my own pace and buying style afforded me a pleasant experience and outcome.

I went here on a Saturday afternoon to look for a new 2012 Ford Focus. I went there because the Hansel in Santa Rosa didn't have any in the trim level I wanted. It turned out Petaluma had one. I went in there hopefully to purchase. The salesman, Dennis Orozco, at first, wasn't pressuring me to do it. Of course, he was trying to close, but with not much pressure. We test drove one at my desired trim level and it went well.We come back and I tell him my specifications. I told him this is a $30k car (out the door after tax, reg, etc.) and he wanted me to compromise on several vehicles (color, trim, options), basically everything. I told him, no, find me the exact vehicle, and they couldn't. They found one that had one more option (NAV) that I didn't want and they agreed to throw it in for free. I had a trade-in and they valued it at a fair price.So when it came time to do the numbers, I told him to try to match Invoice + $500 of Hansel SR. On Saturday, they couldn't. They wanted me to basically pay MSRP sticker price. If these vehicles were selling so well, they wouldn't have any on the lot so I didn't need to buy it right away or why even to pay MSRP. Then they (the finance manger, Pete, and salesman) started to lay on the pressure, 1000x. Trying to tell me the dealer trade I wanted might be gone, the value of my car will go lower in a couple months (duh), there might be a factory strike (maybe); they were playing games.I left that day without buying anything, told him to call me after I slept on it. Sunday rolls around, he asks me, "do we have a deal?" I tell him unless you can get Invoice + $500, no deal. He says okay and he checks with his numbers person. Calls back later and says "nope, we can't do that." I figure, at that point, we're done.Monday afternoon rolls around and he calls me back and left me a voice mail, "okay, *now* we can do Invoice + $500." WTF? Now, two days later you can do the price I wanted on day one? If I they want to play numbers games, I can play for weeks. At the end of the day, I don't absolutely need a new vehicle, but it seems like the salesman needed to close a deal.Don't even bother coming to deal on day one as they won't give you a good price until days after you've left.

I did expect used car sales tactics but not obvious lying. The salesperson negotiated a price that we both agreed upon over the phone and then saying he never offered the agreed price once we arrived at the dealership. Yes, he did get brownie points for us showing up but no commission on a sale. Absolutely poor customer service! I wasted a whole day from work. They are only looking out for their commissions and not your best interest. Stay away! It is just bad business!

We went to this dealership in March of 2010 to look for a truck. We were approached by a sales person who asked us what we were looking for. We gave him a pretty specific description and he searched the database. We found a truck that we absolutely loved and we decided to purchase it. This truck was on another used lot down the street and not on the ford lot. We began to work with the #'s of the truck and we spent approx. 3 hours going back and forth on the price and the financing. After about 3 hours the manager came and told us that unfortunatley the Credit Union that we wanted to submit our loan with wasn't open and we would have to wait till the next day to get an answer. 2 days later we finally got a call that the loan was approved and we could then go in and sign our paperwork. We took in additional documents that were requested and signed the paperwork. When we got there to sign the paperwork we found out that our loan was not through thte credit Union but was with another fiance company. After the purchase we received 10 letters from 10 different banks that all of them had also run our credit. At the time we took delivery there was no spare tire on the truck but we were assured that we would receive a spare in the next few days. We were also told that their was a manufacturer warranty on the truck good till 70k miles. We found out later from the manuifaturuer that there was no warranty on the truck. For the next five days we received calls from various finance people that worked there asking for copies of the documents that we had already taken in and that they already had copies of. We finally spoke to the manager and he settled it and said the the people calling didn't know what they were talking about. We went to go pick up the spare tire a week later and it was supposed to be a 20inch rim and they put a 17 inch spare on the truck. So they had to order another tire and we had to go back again. Then they couldnt figure out how to mount the spare. It is now a month and a half later and we still have not received the registration because as we found out yesterday, they have not submitted the registration forms and they want more money from us because they underestimnated the registration fees by $400. We have had nothing but problems and headaches since we purchased from this dealership and we would never go there agian.

Hi, I am a professional window cleaner and I bought a brand new truck, (Ford ranger 2002) from Henry Curtis ford and had it for four years. What a great experience that was! It was my first new vehicle. Unfortunately in 2006 the truck developed a tiny, little problem with the clutch. I took it back to Henry Curtis ford and they new right away what it was. They told me the clutch was interconnected with the transmission so the transmission would have to come out and since they were kinda backed up that it would only take several weeks to repair. They didn't think to offer me a loaner and being a first time new truck owner, I didn't know to ask. I was about 30 miles from home and I was desperate. Not to mention that I have to have transportation to and from different job-sites.It was the busiest time of the year and for a window cleaner, No vehicle = No work!With no other options I decided I must buy another vehicle. The first truck they offered me, a Nissan Frontier at 17 or 18,000, I purchased. I paid the sticker price, (I'm such a knuckle head) not knowing the car game I didn't think to negotiate the price. I thought, Nissan, good name, known to be dependable, it must be worth it and I need a truck! Also, on that day, that beautiful sunny day I didn't think to check the five things that were in need of repair.Four that come to mind:The windshield wipers. The intermittent feature didn't work properly. They went either very slowly or super fast.The heater didn't work right. When you turned it on, it sounded like a very loud dying animal.Both cigarette lighter sockets didn't work. I needed at least one to recharge my cell phone and palm pilot, both of which I depend on for work.The drivers seat felt askew. Perhaps the previous owner was a very large person.On the test drive, I mentioned to the salesman that the seat felt funny but he said it was probably just a matter of adjusting the seat to my liking. Later, I learned that whenever I drove it for about thirty minutes or so, my back hurt.I took the truck back for repair and while they were working on my truck a salesman escorted me around showing me other trucks and I saw one that I liked a lot more than the Nissan but priced at just a few hundred dollars less than the Nissan. When I inquired about it he told me that I couldn't trade with the Nissan.I asked why not and he gave no valid reason but to say that they just won't do it.When I asked to talk to someone else he went to the Sales manager and I saw them discussing it for a couple of minutes and the Sales manager came over and instead of "Hi" or "How can I help you?", the first thing he said was, "We're not going to and here's the reason. Because your credit isn't good enough." When I asked why not, when my credit was good enough yesterday to buy a more expensive truck, he said because it was too soon to try to refinance another vehicle with my credit rating. At the end of the day they told me they made an attempt to fix the 5 problems but were only able to fix three. The heater the wipers and the lighter sockets. I got in the car and the wipers were working properly and the heater was quiet. The cigarette lighter sockets didn't work. The serviceman came back out, checked the fuse and said, "the fuse is good." I said, "The sockets still don't work. He checked them and said, "Then it's a wiring problem." That's it. End of story.They were done with my truck and me and told me take it to Nissan as it was still under warranty. They were so "friendly" and accomodating all the way up to the point of sale but then indifferent when I insisted on the truck being sound. A few months later the heater started having the same problems as before they repaired it and It's a drag to drive it because of the uncomfortable seat.Oh well, You know what they say... I guess it's time to make some lemonade.
