I thought the entire process was super smooth. I saw the vehicle I was interested in online, went to the facility and test drove it, they worked the best possible deal they could within a day or two and then the deal was closed. I thought the salesman, Ed Lippincott, was a professional from the beginning to the end and I think he did a wonderful job. Thank you to the entire Henry Martens crew.

We recently replaced our 2011 Buick Enclave with a new 2015 model. Mike Wilson, from whom we have previously purchased two cars (a 2007 Equinox and a 2011 Enclave), came through for us again. He knew that we were interested in buying a new car and called to tell us what he had available. He went with us on a test drive and explained the features included in this model which were not part of our 2011 model. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable. We trust his judgement and know that he would never steer us in the wrong direction. It is a pleasure to do business with him. Tony Marten was very pleasant when we encountered him in the shop and Roger Holle did an excellent job of acquainting us with all of the technological features built into the car. He spent about two hours helping us to understand the relationship possible between our cell phones and the car. Cory Meyer in financial services did an outstanding job of helping us understand the details involved in finalizing our purchase. In short, thanks to Mike Wilson and the staff at Henry Martens this was a most enjoyable and worthwhile experience. We are really happy that we can do business with this local dealership.

I had the need recently to purchase a new 2015 GMC pickup truck. Mike Wilson was my Sales Consultant and was very polite and helpful in doing a search to find the truck with the options I needed plus made sure I understood all of the details of making the purchase. Cory Meyer the Financial Services representative did a very thorough job of covering all of the paperwork in making the purchase and answered all of our questions plus suggested some extra warranty options which we found worth adding to our purchase. Roger Holle the Customer Satisfaction/Delivery Manager was extremely helpful in helping us to understand how all of the options and features of the new vehicle worked, and how to make the best use of these options for our needs. Very thorough coverage of the features and very helpful in getting us adjusted to the new truck features quickly. Mark Meyer our Service Consultant was very helpful in answering many question we had prior to making the purchase of a new truck. Mark made many recommendations on option and which vehicle would best meet our needs. We have had many visits to the Henry Marten's service department over the years and have always had excellent care and repairs of our GM vehicles. This service department is one of the best in the area in my opinion and we will continue to get all of our repair work done here. Overall, this was a very positive purchase process and we have had good customer care over the years on our vehicles. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an new GM vehicle.

It doesn't get any better....I brought my truck in for an A/C check and ended up with a new intake manifold, distributor, rear brakes for a cost of 2200.00 smacharoos. That's not all, I heard about a Colorado with a diesel engine....soooo we walked around the lot and ran into "ED" who was very happy to show us around......while looking for the Colorado we ran into this innocuous "Regal" candy apple red and looking good with an affordable for sale sign.....next thing I know I'm signing my life away and trading in my FORD FOCUS.....wife loves the car, rides great , gets 32 mpg......doesn't roll back on a hill at a stop sign... doesn't take a notion to quit while going down the road.....so all in all we are very happy with our BUICK REGAL...even though it doesn't look like a BUICK....

Purchased my new SUV last week. Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Friendly personnel, no hassle and definitely no added pressure to buy a car. I brought in the 2005 Suburban for brake service repair. The staff was very informative as well as knowledgeable. I am unable to fully comment on the repairs, as I have driven the truck only briefly since pickup; however, so far I'm satisfied. Thank you! Ps..5 stars across!

I recently purchased a 2014 Buick Verano. Ed, my salesman was excellent. Actually everyone I dealt with was excellent. Roger took a lot of time showing me the many functions on my car. He helped me set up Onstar and paired my iPhone with the touch screen. I never felt pressured and that would have been a big turn off for me. I had heard that Henry Martens had a very good reputation and now I personally know this to be true. Everyone I met the day of the sale just couldn't have been any nicer.

It was super. I asked how long it would take, and they stayed true to what they told me. Also, the gentleman that signed me in asked if I knew there were recalls that needed to be done. Plus, he printed out a sheet so that I could know exactly what needed to be done for a future appointment. Now, that's what I call great service. Everyone is very nice too. I had quite the chat with Hank Martins. The only thing I didn't like was seeing that darn 2015 Corvette (the gray one) sitting there. I normally don't like Corvettes, but this one is definitely an exception. So, I need to be warned next time I come in to not go through the wrong door so that I won't have to worry about drooling over any of the models on the show room floor. Just kidding. But, it is a kick blank car! One caveat to all of this. A few months back I brought my car in because I kept getting a warning to have my oil checked. The mechanic in Independence, after changing my oil, didn't bother to manipulate the instruments so that the warning would not come on. Anyway, not only did one of your mechanics check to see what was going on (and informed me everything was OK), he also aired up my tires. All of this for free. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. People say, go somewhere else, it's cheaper. But, after all the great servce I've received from Henry Martins, I am a dedicated patron. Last weekend I purchased a 2012 Silverado. Tyler was very helpful in answering my questions. The original person (Connor I believe ) I talked to on the phone was helpful as well. I was running late that day so I didn't get to speak to him. Roger was very helpful in getting me started with the blue tooth technology. The extended warranty guy was very helpful as well. He didn't try to sell me options I didn't need! This was my 4th dealing with a dealership & this by far was the best experience I've had! Thanks.

We purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. We contacted the dealership initially over the internet and they responded immediately. Before we made the trip to view and drive the vehicle, they had provided information on pricing and options. We were very impressed with the level of attention and friendliness of our salesperson and everyone we met. I purchased a Chevy Captiva Sport 2013 from Michelle Millbourn,Martens Cheverolet in Leavenworth, KS 66048. I went in looking for an older model used Edge they had listed online. I had my mind set on going to Zeck Ford in Leavenworth to purchase an Edge. I thought I would make sure to look at all my options as this was the first time in 17 years I could actually choose something I wanted because of bad decisions in my younger years with my credit. Michelle made me very comfortable and confident in purchasing my new, pre-owned vehicle. She was very helpful and friendly and I did not feel pressured. She really respected my opionion and helped me to make a descion that I am extrememly happy and confident about. Thanks Michelle for making this a wonderful experience.

My husband and I noticed our 2013 Chevy sonic was leaking red fluid. This happened to land on a weekend. Upon noticing the problem we were able to setup a service appointment via the computer for the following morning. When I brought our vehicle in I was greeted by service who logged my vehicle in for service. I was asked if I needed a ride somewhere while my vehicle was inspected for problems. I was so thankful for a ride because I needed to be at the local hospital due to the fact my husband had just received emergency surgery the night before. I was loaded up in a car with a fabulous man who carried on a delightful conversation during our short trip to the hospital. Our car was fixed efficiently and swiftly. The following day when my husband and I arrived to pick up our car we were greeted at the door by our salesman and service manager who immediately asked my husband how he was feeling because they remembered he had just surgery. Who could ask for better service and a good home family feeling. We would recommend our fabulous dealer to any of our friends and family here in Kansas because we know they would be taken care.

I have dealt with Henry Martin on other cars. I had a BMW that I really wanted and had already made my mind up to buy. My family wanted me to keep an open mind and test drive other vehicles to assure the BMW was the right choice. I test drive the new camero. That had to be the shortest test drive on record. I was not happy!!!! Ed understood this when I explained I want to be pampered on my drive home not beat up. He asked me to test drive a Buick and if I still wasn't happy then I could go get the BMW... I had the best ride since driving the BMW. This test drive was defiantly not a short one. We talked about the Buick Regal and everything it had to offer. My family and I then decided to see what trade in I would get for my car sine that would be the deciding factor. I did not get what I wanted in the trade in. I was getting ready to walk. Dave came over to see if he could be of assistance. I let him have it. He was very patient, understanding, and actually listened to what I was saying. He gave me a deal that I could not pass up. Dave made me feel like I was he only person at the dealership. I know I would have walked away if it was not for Dave. I now have a black (color I wanted) Buick Real with all the must haves. When all said and done this purchase was less than the asking price of the BMW..I have been pampered driving to and from work in this car. I am very happy with the way I was treated at the dealership and by the car as well. I have told everyone that will listen to go to Henry Martin if they want to be treated like the are the only customer there. I will be going back in the future for a new truck. Thank you Ed for showing me the Buick and Dave for really listening to me. I have to say I have never had a bad experience with this dealership and this experience was over the top.

What a wonderful experience! From the very moment walking into Henry Martens Chevrolet, to taking delivery of my new 2013 Silverado. I had some concerns about financing. Several years ago my life went into a tailspin and I created several problems for myself. After explaining my situation to Tyler Hill, (my salesman and the nicest salesman I have ever met) he took me at once to the best financial consultative I have ever done business with, Cory Meyer. I explained everything to Cory, within 30 minutes I was approved and waiting on my delivery. Truly unbelievable! Roger Holle, the delivery manager, spent over an hour explaining how all the options on my beautiful truck worked. I would like to mention I know something about the car business. Over 20 years ago I was the General Sales Manager for a very large dealership in Kansas City, Mo. Of course I have been out of the business since then, but I have never seen such a nice and knowledgeable team as Henry Martens Chevrolet. My advice to you is this. The internet is a great tool when shopping for a new or used car. You can locate vehicles all over the US and negotiate deals with dealerships without physically going to the dealership. They post their cars online with VIN#s and all of the vehicle specs, including the MSRP and their price. You can view numerous photos of most any vehicle they have on the lot. This allows you time to evaluate deals with several dealerships. I have bought a couple of cars online and have made very good deals without ever setting foot in the dealership. My experience with Martens, however, was that they were not willing to negotiate much. I found much better deals elsewhere.
