My colleagues and I have frequent dealings with car dealers and the staff at Henson, especially Leon, are outstanding. Staff helpful...told about tire problem. Just went in for oil change a d 25K mile checkup.. Asked if tires stll under warranty. Haven't heard back. Still waiting.

Tim Moore's maintenance team is excellent. All my questions were answered professionally and straight forward. Talked with your parts department as well and they could not be more helpful. Jeremy, our salesman was excellent. I called them, within a day he found the truck I was looking for. We traded in a Chevrolet High Country and made a great deal. If you need or want to purchase a Ford vehicle, Henson is the dealership to buy from and Jeremy is the salesman to purchase from.

Nice appearance of the building dealership. Clean interior and well laid out. Had a good conversation with the financial manager as he explained each step in the Massive paperwork process. I cannot say enough good things about my salesman. He was eager to answer any question and provided me with information that I did not even knew existed. He appeared to have a sincerity in his presentation of the material concerning my future purchase. After the purchase, he assisted me in contacting my insurance carrier and even programmed my radio for me. And he delivered the truck to my home. What better service could be had or what else could I have asked for. I will visit him again on my next purchase. I have not visited the service dept. yet and hope that it's a long time before I have to.

Even though I no longer own my ford mustang, I still use the ford dealership service dept. because they always make room to fit you in for service even if it means staying open later.

F 350 drw 4x4. Edgar was the salesperson that took care of us. What he lacked in experience he made up for in courtesy and attention. He was very focussed on customer service and followed up very well with phone calls. Leon was a pleasure to work with also and supported Edgar as needed. This is the third truck I have purchased from Henson's and will continue to use this organization in the future.

My Ford van had a torque converter problem and I was told it would be early the following week before it could be fixed since the part had to be ordered. Somehow they managed to get the part over nighted and I had my car back by Friday at 5:00 pm---2 days after it got there. They have always been really good to me at that Ford dealership and I will use them again.

made an appointment and took truck in for service. got it back 2 weeks later. invoice shows 7 hrs labor at high charge. excuse after excuse for not getting repaired in 3 days as told to us. BE AWARE!!
