Tremendous overall experience purchasing a 2017 Maserati quattroporte working with Joyce Zavolas. I just traded my treasured, sleek, luxurious Benz 550S in for a Maserati Quattroporte in a beautiful "Grigio Maratea" color. I must say the entire experience at Herb Chambers was more than satisfactory. First of all, after the obligatory back and forth, they put together a fair deal; very important. I used to sell cars when I was a post college, punk kid (back in the Jurassic Period) and, believe me, I know the difference. I'll reveal that I contacted my previous dealer, whom I liked and respected, but he could not match this deal.My sales rep, Mr. Bill Oldmixon, could not possibly have been any better. In fact, I'm going to come right out and say that he was the best ever; very cordial, highly knowledgable, totally professional. Having driven up to Maine, all the way from Wayland and over the dreaded, horrifying parking lot known as Route 128, he apologized immediately for being about forty seconds late!!! Gotta love a guy like that.The next time I decide to update my car or my lovely wife's, Herb Chambers and Bill Oldmixon will definitely be on my contact sheet and in the game.

the first time I walked into the Maserati dealer everyone was extremely helpful I was approached by one of the sales consultant by the name of Joyce Zavolas. Joyce was incredible, she made sure I was comfortable she answered all my questions and was extremely helpful at all times.. my first experience walking in the Maserati dealer one that I will never forget and also a great team of staff.... everyone was so patient Joyce always made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions that I was making... after purchasing my Maserati GranTurismo I would call Joyce and she always been so patient with me, answering all my questions and making sure that I was truly happy with my purchase.. her professionalism and the outstanding quality of customer service, my entire experience was excellent... I would refer any of my friends coworkers to this dealer.. the service was perfect... I would like to thank the entire staff and Joyce for making this such a Unforgettable experience on purchasing my first Maserati GranTurismo.

I recently leased my new Maserati through Herb Chambers and worked with Joyce Zavolas. The dealership itself is beautiful and really focuses your attention on the cars. Joyce could not have been more helpful. She was very attentive and responsive. Additionally, she has continued to make herself available for questions even after the deal was done!

My husband and I could not be more thrilled and satisfied with our buying experience with Joyce Zavolas and our new Maserati. Until Saturday, it had been months since I had mentioned to my 8 year old that MAYBE we could go to a dealership and look at some "real life" Maseratis and Lamborghinis not unlike the matchbox cars he has collected. Since making that throw away comment my son had been persistent about going, and I had been equally reluctant going thinking that "vistors" would not be welcomed. As we exited the car and began to check out the vehicles parked in the lot, my son's excitement grew, and so did my worry about the "unwanted guest." To my pleasant surprise, as we entered the dealership, a gentle, very professional man named Josh eventually approached, and began talking to my son. Much to his delight, Luca ultimately sat in a Rolls Royce (me too!) and his fav, a Lamborghini Adventador. Wow. Just when we didn't think it could get any better, Josh pressed some button and the dashboard lit up like an airplane. My son was in heaven. Mission accomplished: childhood memory created. Thanks Josh; you made a fun day PERFECT.

I had the pleasure to pick up my new Ghibli today and all I can say is this place is the best! From day one I was dealing with Michael Wisnes, he was very very helpful and answering all the questions I had. Everything happened very fast and smooth to the point I had to ask Michael if everything as okay since I was waiting for something to go wrong lol. Not used to things being so smooth! Thank you very much and you guys just gained a customer for life!

I had the opportunity to purchase a used Porsche Panamera in March of 2013. The dealership and it's employees including the sales representative, the finance manager and all folks I came into contact with were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. It was a comfortable car buying experience and the dedication and willingness to answer questions and support the buying process was the best I have experienced. My salesperson, Jarob Fetters, was excellent. He understood my needs and desires and talked me through the pros of how the Ghilbli S Q4 would fit in with all of it. He was intelligent a comparing the Ghibli to other cars in its class such as Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. He followed up on all the questions I posed on email after my visit and when I came back a few days later to have the license plate attached on the front, he greeted and made sure everything was taken care of. When I picked the car up he went through everything with me and explain the nuances on how to use different things. And BTW when the trade in for my Audi wasn't quite what I was hoping, he lowered the price on the Ghibli another $1000. He also sent an email to me after a couple weeks seeing how I was enjoying the ride. Very much! All and all a great and easy experience buying the car.

I had an overall excellent experience with Jarob at Herb Chambers Maserati in Wayland. Jarob approached my friend and I when we walked into the dealership and was professional, genuine, and very easy to get along with. He was not at all pushy and did a great job explaining what made the Ghibli SQ4 so nice. After my first visit there (at which we didn't even discuss numbers and I was given a great test drive), Jarob was very easy to get a hold of and was responsive to all my my questions through email. Ultimately, Jarob got me a great deal on the car and was a pleasure to deal with. This was definitely my best car-buying experience to date and I highly recommend Jarob and the dealership!
