My sales person is John Anthony. Every time I come to get my car service, he is always helpful, informative, and kind. This time was no different. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. Last week I made 3rd purchase from Heritage. I got a great trade in value and took advantage of every offer from the dealer and GMC. My new truck is just a dream!!! I’ve been using Heritage for service for 5 years and they are great. Oil changes are a breeze! So fast! I like the non-nonsense style of this dealer. They work with you to make sure you are getting all discounts you may qualify for... for example, they told me on my first truck to run across to Costco and upgrade my membership (49.00 extra) to qualify for a 750.00 Costco gift card. I was completely unaware of the promotion and already agreed to buy the truck, so this was just a great bonus. It paid for my gas for a LONG time! They just really go the extra mile to earn (and keep) my business.

Steve was phenomenal about three week s ago we drove a jeep that was for sale and it caught on fire on the interstate after a piston had blown threw the block. We didn’t drive it but 3 total miles and the check engine light was on before we drove it. That was a sign however the dealership should have inspected it before having a customer drive it. Obviously there’s not a whole lot that could be done about the fire and the sales rep Steve was very professional on how he handled himself, he was amazing. If it was not for Steve, I would not have returned because the used car sales manager spoke to us after the fire and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. In my opinion he should’ve sat us down in private rather than standing in the middle of the sales floor and said we apologize for what happened obviously that’s out of our control what can we do to help you find a vehicle. Nope there was none of that from the used car sales manager so I told myself I would never go back there. When this truck arrived I called Steve he came in on his day off insured me that I would not have to talk to the manager and the purchase was done that night. Had it not been for Steve I would’ve never returned to the dealership. The used car sales manager had a chance to help but chose the path that he chose rather than helping a customer. In my opinion, that is piss poor management.

The service mgr was ready for me and the wait was minimal. Everything seems to have gone well and the service guy gave me the details when they were through. Only complaint isn't about your service dept but the car wash I had a coupon for on my receipt. The only thing the coupon covered was the basic wash and not the other services and they wanted $18.95 with the coupon for the same service I get down the road for $15.95 with no coupon The treated me with no respect when I turned down the other work

Bought a used car and a new one they showed carfax of used car all looked good till I pulled it again a year after the used car purchase and showed odometer tampering which I am still making payments on this car not worth a dime now. They have told me 3 times it was a mistake and they would correct thats been 4 months and still on carfax..

scheduled an appointment for service on my gmc Acadia. I told them I had an extended warranty on the phone and they said no problem that they would call them and take care of it. After I drove there at 7 am to drop it off, they refused to service it because they said it was too much work to call the warranty company and they didn't like that company.... It's an extended warranty from FORD!!! ?? Kind of a big company... Sorry I asked you to do your job. So they refused to look at my gmc, and were very rude about it... They told me to go somewhere else. I really don't know how they stay in business with that level of customer service

So far my experiences with Heritage GMC, from my purchase through my first service call, has been terrific. The sales people, staff, and management are very responsive and friendly. I'm certain I'll continue to receive great service from Heritage and will continue to use their service department for all my maintenance needs and future vehicle purchases.

I only have one vehicle so it is important for me to get courtesy rides for service that will take more than an hour. Heritage greeted me at my appointment time, drove me home, serviced the vehicle and picked me up when it was finished. I was able to carry out my schedule with a minimum of disruption while my Enclave was being tended to. That is great service.

Bough my truck and front brakes were totally shot . Contacted them they replaced them no issue. Put3,800 miles on my pickup same story with rear brakes . The inspection sheet that came with truck clearly states 50% brakes on rear. Upon removing wheels you can clearly see nobody inspected the brakes . Called mike 2 times no returned call . Called the salesman and he said mike told him there not going to help me . Obviously they don't inspect there used cars beware of mike and this dealership

Corvette, BMW, Mercedes... it's all there in a place you might not expect. I was very surprised to be blown away by the used vehicles I found for sale here and purchased a 2010 Grand Sport Corvette. My husband and I bought a 2011 Camaro from Heritage back in December 2012. The buying process was awesome and we actually bought a Yukon the same year. We referred lots of people to them seeing as we own a business and my husband used to tint their cars, I wouldn't go anywhere else. When we bought the Camaro it still had a warranty and only little miles, practically new. There was one flaw on it, the salesman actually pointed it out. The car had been previously in some sort of incident because the front clip had a small knot and cracks on it. Not a big eyesore! However, I recently found out with all the rain we had that the headlight on the same side was fogging up. I called and the service dept stated it was under warranty and scheduled me in to get it replaced. They had my car for the majority of Monday and when I heard nothing from them and finally called myself they stated that the headlight had a crack and it looked to be caused from that front clip that was flawed. They told me that they were not going to cover it and that the light itself was over $400. and I told the service dept that the car was bought with that flaw and told her she could ask our salesman whom by the way said he does remember something about that and that they had to mess with that piece before. So the service dept calls me back and says yes they will replace it but they needed to keep my car another day to fix something with the steering. Tuesday I received a call telling me to pick up my car and that they did not fix the headlight because the GM said that he didn't sell the car with that flaw of the front clip. Needless to say we went up and talked to numerous people who tend to have sided with us about how that car was sold so when my husband spoke with the GM ( who wouldn't return our call nor answer when we called and was put on hold) the GM, Mike, told my husband he don't sell cars with flaws on his lot to take a look that his lot is perfect. Then proceeded to tell my husband he didn't care and he was not fixing the light because he remembered having to wait for the rest of our down payment. I would recommend if you buy a car from this dealership that you take pictures of any flaws in, out, and in crevices that you might see. Mike was extremely rude and out of line basically calling everyone including his own liars!

they detailed the exterior of the car but did not do much in the interior. vacuumed well but the seats werent cleaned, we did it ourselves. other than that, service was good.

I did not buy a vehicle here, but had a great experience. I was able to make the financial deal via email before I came out and looked at it. The were willing to work with me and were not pushy at all. Overall, I was very happy with this dealership.

Found the truck I wanted and purchased it. They didnt fill the truck with gas only 1/4 tank if that. They forgot to have me sign paperwork at the dealership called after I was 20-30 mins down the road to come back and I said NO you didnt even fill the tank. Then sent the paperwork via Fed-Ex or said they would failed to get it sent out when they said and I had to sign it on a Saturday and return it. No happy with all the additional work I had to do and never got an "I'm sorry" how can I make it "right" call.

I was specifically looking for a gently used Lincoln LS, I did a quick search on CarMax and Heritage Buick in Rockwall had one that fit my parameters. My husband is a big skeptic when it comes to dealing with a dealer and was reluctant go go with me, but once there all his qualms disappeared. We were treated very professionally, with courtesy and straight forward talk. All our questions were answered and we never felt like there was any kind of run around. We purchased that day, the transaction took about two hours from start to finish. I am now happy owner of a Lincoln LS and would highly recommend Buick Heritage.

I bought a GMC Acadia from Heritage and had a fantastic experience. Quentin the Internet Manager was very pleasant to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an honest, upfront and dignified dealer!!!
