I arrived at the dealership to look at a used Chevy Suburban ($44,000 SUV). When I arrived the car was dirty, almost as if it was detailed in a big hurry. What they failed to miss was a giant stain running along the ceiling of the vehicle. The sales person was very nice but new absolutely nothing about the vehicle (even though I told them I was coming hours earlier). The final straw was when the manager inspected my truck and his initial offer was $16,000 (blue book ranks the lowest possible offer at 22k). The whole experience was poor. If this is the type of attention to detail that they utilize I had zero interest in returning to the dealership.

While my experience with Pernell in the sales department was top notch, I cannot recommend purchasing a car from Heritage Cadillac. The service team missed a very prominent sound coming form the engine when the car was started from a cold start. During my test drive, the car had already been started so it could not be duplicated. Upon taking it my mechanic, it was discovered that the car needed a new timing chain. Taking zero responsibility, the dealership consistently reminded me that it was an "as is" purchase and that the issues occurred only after I left the lot. Steer clear of this group and for sure, do not take your car to the service department - they either missed the loud sound or chose not to deal with the repair.

I’m not one to write reviews but Heritage Cadillac in Lombard really goes above and beyond. I would definitely say that I have now been buying cars here for the past 10 years and it’s mainly due to the outstanding customer care and service. Daren and Joe have made buying a car an enjoyable experience. Thank you

I always have a wonderful experience at Heritage Cadillac and the entire staff does a wonderful job of making me feel like a valued customer. Because of this, I always end up coming back. For instance, I was recently helped by Joe Ignoffo who did a great job of getting me into my new Cadillac.

My sales person was awesome her name is Fran, if you ever need a car go and see her she Rocks. The Finicial person Roy is awesome also . Roy took his time with me explain every sheet of paper I sign even tho I thought I was signing my life away. Good job Roy,Hertiage will always be the place I go for a car. Thank you both so much.
