I have been going to Heritage Chrysler Service Dept for some time and it's been the best! If Brent Ivie is passing thru he always speaks and it's much appreciated. I came in for an oil change and noticed my check engine light was on also. Mr. Jerome Brown hooked up his handy diagnostic computer and discovered the reason the light was on was because of the battery. That day I just wanted to get an oil change and get on with my day. He showed me to the waiting room and the wait was very reasonable. As I departed, he recommended if it comes on again stop by and get the battery replaced. Jerome actually called me a few days later to get an updated status. Everything was fine at the time but some time later that light was on again - I made an appointment and arranged to have the battery replaced and all is good to go. It may seem like no big deal but I was really impressed to get that call back. Each time I get my truck serviced, Mr. Brown and all the Service reps are knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. They answer all of my questions and make recommendations without trying to pressure me into anything. The department always seems clean and friendly. Highly recommended!!

I went into this dealership with a cloud of sadness thinking I was going to be disappointed yet again, but that was the furthest from the truth! Not only did I drive away with a BRAND NEW vehicle but my experience I have NEVER EXPERIENCED before... ROMAN, DARREN AND KENNETH worked diligently to make sure I was satisfied and happy as I left out and for that I SAY THANK YOU !! Well,had a minor problem,warning center on my Grand Cherokee flashed up rear right light/indicator was out,so pulled in to the Dealership who took care of me in minutes,the Service Rep took the rear assembly out while I waited,gave me the bulb,I went over to 'Parts' who were equally as helpful and friendly,cost me less than $6 but treated me like I spent $600,great customer service and I was back on the road in 15 minutes,how cool is that.I Beleive in rating ANY place I go to keep other customers in formed.This was great service again!Each time I go or my wife goes,what for many,is a traumatic experience(no one likes to be without their car) was yet another great experience.Please note though,other than Mike,Scott and Brent,the other reps DO studiously ignore you.A "hi" wouldn't hurt but I guess some are just having a bad day.Anyhoo,they were great with me and I appreciate it.

I purchased a pre owned 2012 Town and country and Chris Roberson was my sales guy. I called ahead and he had the van cleaned and waiting there for me and my wife to test drive. He took his time explaining some tings about the van and when we got in to drive he LISTENED to us and then commented on things he saw were important to us. Features we liked etc. and pointed out other features that we did not think of but he knew we would like to know about. It was a great ride and a great experience. After we purchased the van, the after sale support was just as good as the buying experience. We did not feel pressure to buy even though we were there at closing time. Everyone took there time and explained everything and we drove it home that night. If you are looking to buy a car come here and ask for Chris Roberson! You wont be sorry!

So,I made an appointment for an oil change for my Grand Cherokee(I bought a fully loaded Laredo to AVOID all the air ride and transmission problems ALL the other models suffer from AND sensor issues, the Laredo has all you need and more,leather,pano roof,touchscreen with Nav,uConnect etc but NONE of the headaches you get with the higher models),I bought a Service Pkg with it at time of purchase,but am USELESS with paperwork,no worries,the Service Manager took the time to look it up while I was on the phone!!!So,I missed my appointment due to an accident near my home and arrived nearly an hour after my appointment time,figuring I would need to re book or wait an eternity(I would hate for someone else to be "bumped"because of me,I HATE it done to me),fortunately they had a cancellation so was just the hour I waited.No problem.As always they do a good job and I didn't have ANY oil mess or footprints in my car.No damage either.(I ALWAYS check my vehicles no matter where I go),Everyone is always friendly,mechanics included,and anytime I speak to them directly,I find them friendly,helpful and willing to help,be it the entry level mechanic who does oil changes or a Master Tech who specializes in a particular area(have needed this expertise with another vehicle I owned.I review EVERYTIME I go for service and/or purchase as I feel often people only review when unhappy so doesn't give a fair assessment of how the Dealership truly performs.YES Dealerships are more expensive,but I CHOOSE to maintain my vehicles from a manufacturer certified tech.IF you need expensive work(I have on several occasions),check parts costs for yourself by visiting a Mopar parts dept(online) so you know what the costs are.I always do and have never been steered wrong,just once when the part price was mis quoted,and corrected when I questioned the cost,they double checked, confirmed they were in error,apologized,charged me install only and waived the $41 for the part.My point being,I have purchased 14 vehicles from Heritage in as many years and have ONLY had problems with Heritage Chevrolet,(so don't own a Chevy any longer) and have never had issue with ANY Jeep or Dodge I owned.I am being detailed,even though I only had an oil change,I have had 100's of Services performed,some expensive.and have never felt "ripped off" or "taken advantage of" so just wanted to share that with others considering Heritage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep they really do a good job and can be trusted.My view of Heritage Chevrolet is COMPLETELY the opposite.There are some who home in on Victor,yes,he will offer services likely not needed,and can be abrupt bordering on rude,just do what I do,you don't have to deal with him if you don't want to,but he does do a good job given the chance.What I understand and a lot seem to forget,it IS a Dealership with Dealership prices,yes,on occasion they get it wrong,but will fix an error.Sure an oil change is pricey but I suggest YouTube some of the stunts jiffylube pull on their customers like destroying engines and transmissions due to not doing a chemical flush correctly,so much so,manufacturers recommend against flushing.I hasten to point out its NOT every jiffylube!!In closing,after such a long review just for an oil change,I trust them completely with my Jeeps and have never had issue.Sure I hate paying,same as everyone elsebut gotta do what you gotta do.I like the checks aswell!First time I have been green across the board!

I have been a VW owner for thirty years and have visited Heritage for service many times. Service is ALWAYS fast, efficient, polite and completed perfectly with excellent communication. Great service from Harry!! thank you...So imagine my confusion and disappointment when I was told on May 10 by VW Customer Care that VW is denying me the "Goodwill" package offered to TDI owners in response to VW's well-publicized FRAUD regarding emissions.VW has managed to turn this loyal owner into a Hostile and dissatisfied owner. I am exploring my options to get rid of my VW forever. Sorry, Heritage, I'll miss you and it was nice while it lasted.

My dodge avenger wouldnt start so I hired a mobile mechanic to come out and take a look at it. he determined that my key had gone bad and needed to be reprogrammed to the wireless control module. he explained that only Dodge could fix the problem so I arranged to have the car towed to Heritage Dodge. When I dropped the car off I explained what I already knew and Victor Clash immediately said "well that may or may not be the problem, I'll call you later to let you know what we find"..he called me 3 days later and said that I needed a new starter and starter solenoid and it would cost $1027 to repair. His diagnosis was totally different from what the previous mechanic told me, and far more expensive. i asked Mr Clash if he had actually hooked the car up to the "diagnosis machine" and he assured me that he had. i told him that $1027 was way more than I expected I was told that the problem was the key/wcm issue and that i couldnt afford the repairs. i told him that I would pick the car up and take it to my dads mechanic. I picked up the car and paid $100 for the diagnostic fee. I arranged to have the car towed again unnessarily because when I arrived to get the car it "miraculously" started...how could the car start suddenly if it needed a new starter?? This raised my suspicion that I was being flim flammed by a bunch of crooks. i paid for my diagnosis report, bought a new starter and paid $600 (including parts labor and towing)..2 days later my car broke down again!!! I called Mr Clash and he never answered or returned my calls. i ended up taking the car to Mussleman Dodge, who quickly and efficiently diagnosed the real problem which was in fact just a bad key. Victor Clash is a crook who tried to cheat me out of $1027 and caused me to spend $600 plus the cost of a rental car for no reason!! I would never recommend anyone to such a shady establishment. shame on you Victor Clash and shame on Heritage Dodge for employing such a dishonest shady person.

We drove from Christiansburg, Virginia to Heritage to look at the Journey, it was exactly what we wanted, so we bought it that day. So pleased with this vehicle!!!

On three different dates, I drove an hour to Mile One Heritage AutoPark Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Fiat in Owings Mills, Maryland, to look at, test drive, and possibly buy my next Jeep. Because at this specific dealership, there was a Back Country Special Edition on the lot. For the record, over those three visits, I never got the chance to test drive that specific Jeep, talked to six different associates and managers, was turned away and asked to come back at a later date, and was made promises of a price cut that were never even close to being honored.On 1/30/2016, I went to Mile One Heritage AutoPark Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Fiat around two o'clock in the afternoon. I wanted to speak with Tim...who I recently spoke with over the phone. He could not be found, so Jasmine Surveint, a sales associate offered me help. I sat with her, explaining that I wanted to build my own Jeep, because the model on the lot did not have some of the options that I wanted factory-made. For example, I wanted an automatic transmission, tow package, and automatic start. I also wanted to know if the same price cut would be honored if I built a Jeep (rebate of $5258 on the current Back Country model on the lot). At this time, since she was new, she enlisted the help of her sales manager, Jeff Webber. When Jeff came to talk to me, I explained that I wanted to build a Back Country and that I wanted to know if I could get the current price cut of $5258, which was the current price cut of the Jeep on the lot. He informed me that it was the end of the month, and he needed all of his associates time spent selling the cars on his lot. He also requested that I come back another time at the start of the new month because he would need to take the time with me and go into another screen. Even though I drove over an hour to get there, I said that I would be back the next Saturday when they opened. At this same time, I asked three times and he confirmed three times (in front of the sales associate, my friend, and me) that "YES" I would get that same price cut ($5258 price cut no matter what), he said yes, again and again; he just couldn't do the order at that moment.On 2/6/2016, I once again drove an hour to Mile One Heritage AutoPark Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Fiat, sat down with Jasmine the sales associate, and explained what I wanted. She went to get help because this was new to her. Even though Jeff Webber, the sales manager that originally spoke to me and offered me the deal was there (and not busy), the general sales manager, Ken Gower, came over to build the Jeep I wanted; he then informed me that he could not honor the price cut that the other manager promised. It was very disheartening that after driving another hour down to their dealership, the sales manager who committed to the deal, did not come and even apologize for his dishonesty. Overall, I have found the Mile One Heritage AutoPark Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram/Fiat dealership to be very frustrating to deal with as a consumer, turning customers away asking them to return on another date, one that does not offer one to one customer service, and does not honor its price cute, rebates and online pricing. From the point we first saw the Back Country on the lot, the rebate was $3500 off the MSRP. After one month, the rebate was $4500; then we went to the dealership because it was priced as $5200 off. You will see that it says nothing of the internet price. If you look this up online now, you will see have they have changed it.I can understand if the new associate, Jasmine, priced a vehicle incorrectly (but she didn't). I feel this is very poor business ethics when a general manager and a sales manager bait and entice people down to their dealership online, verbally (face to face) with deals; then the customer shows up, and the other manager is sent over to say "I'm sorry, we can't do that deal."

So,after a lot of misery and disappointment from Heritage Chevrolet I decided even though my truck only had alittle over 9,000 miles we needed to part ways,so having ONLY ever had positive experiences with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep I went to see Russell Troxell who has sold me 2 Jeep Libertys a Dodge Ram,a Dodge Charger and now a Jeep Grand Cherokee,(this is my 12th vehicle from the Heritage Group in 11 years),I could kick myself for not sticking with the Dodge/Jeep brands I have come to know,trust and rely upon.Today I bought a beautiful Grand Cherokee in a superb Green and fully loaded,and when I say fully loaded,I mean every extra was ticked off in every box,and being only a couple of years old,it was a CPO car an unmarked interior and uber low miles.As always,I am a pain and wander around the dealership looking at other vehicles and Russell patiently tracks me down to go forward with the deal.Also Ken Gower,(Kenny) is very patient with me as I usually buy a car alone but don't go forward without my wife's ok (we both earn the money so we both make a decision),Anyhoo.......I originally went to look at a silver CPO Grand Cherokee but found out this green one was just going through its MSI so the dealership was kind enough to let me look at it while in the service dept,(those guys rock as well) and thought Russell may have had a head cold when he told me the price(yep,the price was THAT good),so figured I could wait one extra day and then test drive it.Boy was I impressed,drove like it had delivery mileage only,leather smell in the car is fresh,has no creases,scuffs or wear anywhere,uConnect with touch screen works flawlessly,panoramic sunroof is HUGE and a big selling point for me,combined with the Green body there was no way I was leaving the lot without it.Kenny had already worked out some numbers so I knew where I would be on $$$ (which landed well within what I figured I would spend),so was just a case of signing a WAD of paperwork with the Manager Jamie and I was good to go.Russell had the car re cleaned(was only done the day before) put my tags on,helped me transfer all my stuff from my Chevy to my Jeep,(he was doing this in between helping other customers),then spent time going through the features of the Jeep,I LOVE the smart key and push to start button,that paired with the remote start put a smile on my face.My point being,after writing all this,I was about to give up on Heritage but decided to go see some friendly faces who have ALWAYS taken GOOD care of me,and after listening to me vent my spleen they took care of me and I have a great vehicle at a GREAT price,plus it's CPO and took a 3 year service contract with the Service Dept.Those guys are great too,every time I have been to the Service Dept it's always been a great experience,even though,like everyone,I hate parting with $$$ ?? they make it less painful.This isn't someone gushing because they got a new car,it's a 12th time buyer who was taken good care of for the 11th time.Have a very dim view of Chevrolet after sales,but Dodge Jeep have never done anything other than good.

Just recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass, from this dealer. The buying experience was just mildly pleasant and the financing process was awful. This was my 6th or 7th purchase from the salesman. Unfortunately, I won't be buying there in the future, due to the finance dept issues. If you decide to buy there, be very,very, very careful. :-(

I am very surprised that this Heritage jeep dealer does not provide the first 3 oil changes ( under warranty) and all the inspection checks like fluids, hoses, etc. free like all other dealers. Also, with that said, they will change your oil and perform the inspection at the 10,000 mile interval, but charge you for these checks and the oil change. This was unknown to me until after I signed the contract to buy the vehicle, then they will tell you during the financial part of the deal, trying to get you to buy a service contract for oil changes, fluid & hose checks, safety checks etc. I bought a VW from heritage in Owings Mills and this was all included. As a matter of fact, I have never bought a car without the first 3 years of oil changes and visual inspection of hoses, fluids and safety covered. No wonder they had the cheapest price. I will make sure before I buy my next car, these items are included in the on the road price. If not, I will move on to the next dealer, who had that in their price.

I bought a preowned Dodge ram seven months ago thinking the truck would give me years of dependable service , boy was I wrong. I dropped it off after experiencing a problem.After a week, and me telling them what to look for there part changers ( auto tech ) found the problem. It was exactly what I told them it was. After all that they said it would cost $1000 to fix it and it not covered under my 12 month / 12k mile warrenty. Long story short they sold me a xxx and now I'm stuck with a low milage truck that I can't even drive off the lot because the driveshaft is hanging down completely out of it . Buyers be warned ...... Reed all your fine print , and if your buying used get it checked out by a reputable mechanic.

Then they play games with the financing tell you your credit is not good when I knew before I went it was very good.Hope they go out of business.

I found a vehicle online through my credit union buying service. I was emailed a buying certificate and within an hour received a phone call and several emails from the dealership inviting me to come in for a test drive. I replied to the phone call and emails indicating that I would be there at 3:00 pm the next day. I thought it was odd that I did not receive any confirmation by phone or email that 3:00 pm was OK but my wife and I went as promised. When we arrived and introduced ourselves to the salesman who had called, he didn't remember us and said he was off yesterday. Huh? I gave him my pricing certificate and as we sat at his desk he struggled to find the vehicle in the computer and then told us it was sold YESTERDAY afternoon. After apologizing, the salesman and his manager said they wanted to make it up to us. They proceeded to offer us a vehicle with 22,000 more miles at a higher price but stressed that it was a much better warranty. They were selling us an extended warranty on a vehicle we did not want. Then they tried to sell us a new car with no miles and for more money, of course. What an insult to our intelligence.This was a classic case of bait & switch. It was disappointing, humiliating and frustrating. Beware of this dealership and their deceptive sales practices!!

We have bought multiple cars from this dealership from Joe Perry and I was absolutely disgusted at the way he treated me when I walked in today. he told me in the waiting room in front of other people that he could not help me because my credit wasn't great. He insulted my Co signer in front of these people as well and I walked out of there feeling awful. The manager Kenny couldn't have been more pleasant and apologized on his behalf. I have bought at least 7 or 8 cars from this dealer but I can honestly say I won't be back.

I had the worst experience with dealrships ever here. We come to agreement on a price over the phone, and I called at least 3 times to confirm the price, then I went there and after spending 60 $ to go there and spending 5 hours until 11:30 PM for paperwork there, when we were gonna sign the contract, they told that the price is 5000$ more. The even worse part was that, when I was talking to salesperson alone, he accepted that he offered 5000$ less (i really don't know why) but when the sales manger came back, he denied what he said only 2 minutes ago. I had headache all the night ...

It has been a nightmare dealing with them since day one. I bought a brand new GC overland from them, and there was a flaw in the car, I was told by the salesman (Daniel) that they will order the parts and repair it( Even have it in writing). After they were not able to fix the problem Brent told me that I should not listen to the salesman, since they don't know what going on in parts, and can't tell me what can be fixed or not. Brent said there is nothing he can do and it's my problem. I ended up calling Jeep, and they were able to make a deal with me to keep the car. Last week I scheduled an appointment to replace parts due to a recall. I took half day off work, and when I got there I was told that they don't even have the parts. Brent told me that it's my fault for not reading the recall letter that was sent out to me,which state that they are waiting on parts. I had that letter for a few months, and why would you schedule an appointment and make me lose a half day of work if you don't have the parts?I am looking at buying a new SRT, and I will never go back to this dealer, and I'll be sure to warn people to steer clear.

The car salesman at this dealership is more than your average dealer. They actually listens to their customers and they go above and beyond to provide quality service to their customers. I recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from them and the amazing level of service that I received did not, in any way, compare to the actual car. They were AMAZING, even after finding out that I had some minor credit issues, they still took the time to make sure that all of needs were taken care of as well as making sure that all of the features that I were looking for in a new car were offered. There are no words for how special they made me feel as a customer and I will never forget it. I wish I could have purchased 100 cars from them just so I could continue to receive the level of service that I did on 12/17/2014. This was the BEST experience I have ever had, whereas before, I had always dread going to dealerships because they were hype you up, only to let you down but Heritage Chrysler of Owings Mills did not do this. My 2014 Fiat 500L wouldn't start so we had it towed to Heritage. I arrived at 2pm and needed my vehicle to be at a 3:30pm interview. Donna assured me I would get to to the interview on time. Donna rushed to get me a rental and I made it to the interview at 3:25pm!! Donna made my concerns her priority and worked effectively to ensure I would not be late. In addition, she made my worries go away on an already stressful day. Thank you Donna for all you did. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle she made sure all updates were made on the vehicle. Donna's excellent customer service and ability to empathize with my situation was more than I could of asked for in this type of situation. My recent experience at Heritage was very disappointing and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because the sales rep are not competent in knowing the major features and technical specifications of the vehicles on the lot. Furthermore, I was treated like a second-class citizen when I returned Heritage to have them rectify a problem where they informed me a 2013 Dodge Durango could tow up to 6,200 lbs with an after-market hitch when in reality it can only tow 3,500 lbs. Let me explain. In September 2013, USAAs car buying service via True Cars referred me to Heritage because of my interest in the 2013 Dodge Durango. With 25 Durangos on Heritages lot, I was thrilled at the selection and informed the sales rep my #1 priority is that the Durango must tow my camper, which weighs 4,000 lbs.Unfortunately, what I thought was a great deal turned into a nightmare when I discovered that the sales rep was either incompetent or simply lied to me about how much a V6 3.5 L (without a factory tow package) could haul. Since I bought the vehicle in September, the camping season was over for my family so I did not bother with immediately installing an after-market hitch.When I went to install an after-market tow package last week, U-Haul, not Heritage told me that I would not be able to haul my camper. When I called the sales rep back in June 2014 to inform him of this problem, he was still still confused about the towing weight of a Durango and had to go to the service department to confirm what I had already found out through a conversation with the same service folks minutes before. I wish he would have done that in September 2013. At this point, the sales rep simply told me to come by the dealership at 11:00 am on Saturday 07 June 2014 so that we could work this out. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was appalled when this sales rep informed me that he could not meet with me because another long-standing loyal customer had unexpectedly come by and he had to meet with him instead. Very unprofessional in my opinion.I was then pawned off to another sales rep, who knew nothing about my situation and who was also incompetent. For example, when I asked him to remove the cover to the hitch on the back of the 2014 Durango, he stated he did not know how to do that. To figure it out, I ended up getting on the ground and figured it out for myself. Clearly, the sales reps at Heritage do not know the major features of all the vehicles on the lot and it appears they are all in the business of just selling a car with little attention to the needs of the customer. Then, things continued to go down hill when my sales rep informed me he had another appointment, which left me floating around the dealership wondering what the heck is going on. At this point, I would have thought the sales manager would have come out to help and offer an apology about my situation and the failure of his sales reps. This did not happen and I can only speculate the sales manager was either afraid to confront me or just didnt care.Next, I was shocked when Heritage presented me with only one vehicle with a tow package to choose from. I had previously purchased a Durango Crew and was now being presented with a 2014 Citadel, which cost $10k more. As a military service member, I am on a tight budget and to have a singular option that is $10k more than my original purchase can be construed as a shady business practice. Furthermore, I drove from out-of-state and would have never driven 3 hours to Hertiage from PA knowing I had only one vehicle to choose from. I guess working it out means take it or leave it.We then proceeded into haggling over price, the value of my trade in, etc. Very frustrating for a repeat customer. In the end, I felt like I had no other option because my family needs to tow the camper this weekend for Fathers day. However, if I had to do it over, I would have never gone to Heritage. And then, you would not believe what happened in the end. As I was driving off the lot and am down the road, the gas light comes on. Can you believe I was sold a vehicle with an empty gas tank? I admit, this is all my fault. I take blame for going to Heritage and for trusting their sales rep. Shame on me. Also shame on me for not immediately reading every word of the manual on the Durangos towing capacity. Finally, shame on me for not doing better research before hand on the towing capacity of the Durango. However, I will also say thought shame on Heritage for not properly training their sales reps and for telling me the Durango I bought will haul up to 6,200 lbs. Finally, shame on Heritage for treating a repeat customer like a second-class citizen.Although my criticisms above are scathing, I have taken time to offer a plethora of recommendations to the leadership at Heritage even talking to the owner about how to avoid these problems in the future. All the leaders, except the General Manager, Phil Stillman, were happy to take time out of their busy schedule and listen to my concerns. Whether my recommendations for improvement will be considered and/or implemented is unknown. In the end, what I can say is buyer beware of Heritage.

A week and a half ago, I fell asleep on 495 and wrecked my beautiful 2010 Dodge Journey. The car was a total loss, and I began the arduous process of finding another vehicle. As I was looking at used Journeys, I noticed that the difference in cost between new and used was not as great as I would have thought. Yesterday, as I was leaving the salvage yard from picking up my plates, Ed called me and told me that he could match the target price that I had been quoted from USAA's auto circle. So, I dropped everything, broke two appointments with other dealerships who had quoted higher prices, and drove over an hour to Heritage. When I got there, I was ready to tell Ed to shove it, to be honest, because when I was almost there he called and said that they checked inventory, and they didn't have any of the model I'd been quoted in stock, but could get one if I really wanted it. However, after sitting down and taking to Ed, I realized that the AVP Journey was NOT the car I wanted, as it did not contain many of the features I had become accustomed too with my 2010 (which was an SXT with about half of the R/T features from that year's model). In the end, I got a 2013 SXT with 34 miles on it for about $2000 more than Carmax wanted for a 2009 with 35K. What's more, while my payment went up a little bit from my 2010, my insurance premium actually went down, so it was a wash in the end. So now I'm driving a way nicer car, for the same cost I was paying for my older model, and the gas mileage is better. Many thanks to Ed for taking the time to walk me through the differences between the two models, answering all my questions, and allowing me the space I need to analyze the decision myself and letting me come to my own conclusions. While I came in "hot," I stayed and ultimately bought because I didn't feel pressured or scammed like I did at some other places. A side comment not specific to Heritage, but I do feel that Maryland should require advertisements to contain the sticker price with a list of all available incentives. Heritage was much better about it than some places. I went to one dealership where their advertised price contained all possible incentives, despite that fact that some of the incentives were mutually exclusive. But this is more of a comment on the industry, not the dealership. I personally would respect a dealership that had the stones to say "Here's the price, and a list of incentives you may qualify for," as it would buck the going trend, and allow customers to walk in with a more accurate picture. Just food for thought.

Poor reliability. You have to fight with the Miles One Warranty people to approve service. Once service is completed, the same problems exist. I will never buy another Chrystler. Oil disappears like crazy. When we first got it, we were replacing brakes and rotors every 20k miles. The vehicle has had 4 recalls. The wiring inside the doors literally fell apart. It has had emissions problems, and assorted other problems. Scott, the service rep we dealt with was pleasant and professional, but problems never get resolved on the first service trip, if at all.

I went it to purchase a new jeep grand cherokee and trade in my existing car. On my first visit, I was given a price on the car and told to come back with my trade so that can be evaluated. When I brought the trade in, I was told they would give me a certain price for my trade. The next day, the price of the new jeep i was looking at went up by over $2,000.00 due to an "error" on their part. I was very upset by this and spoke to Shawn Ritter who apologized and said he would make sure he rectified the situation. He asked me to bring my car in so we could talk. When I drove up there and met with him, he assured me that the price for my trade would remain the same and he would work on getting the price of the new car down. After not hearing from him for over a day, Ken the manager called me and said they were offering me $4,000 less for my trade in and that they had never made an offer. This was a blatant lie. Not only have they now changed the price of the car, they have also changed the value of the trade in. Don't waste your time with this dealer. They say what they think you want to hear, then change the numbers. They claim to have the lowest prices, which I am quickly finding out is not the case. Dont trust what they have to say and get everything in writing.

I just graduated from college in May 2012. My car at the time was 15 years old and had 268,000+ miles on it. Although I could have milked it for longer, I am moving 700 miles away to Nashville for graduate school, and needed a reliable car that I could depend on. Joe Perry, as well as the management team, worked with me for over 5 hours to ensure the best possible deal. I have an extremely tight budget, being a graduate student, and at first wasn't going to be able to afford the monthly payment offered. Joe worked tirelessly to find every rebate and discount possible, and at the end of the day, I was able to drive away with a 2012 Chrysler 200 Touring that had a total of 20, yes, twenty, total miles on it with a monthly payment I will be able to manage. I do not know if I will ever have a car buying experience where I felt that the sales team was doing everything they could to HELP me get into a car at all costs, even if it wasn't what they were looking for at first. I thank Joe, and the management team for a great first car buying experience.

Say what you want , but to most of us that's one of the most important issues when buying a car. We had decide to wait to buye a car until we passed Heritage on the way home. One of your jeeps caught my eye. We stopped and looked. Upon closer review it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but Charles Smith took the time to find us one we liked at a price that was worth driving from PA. for. Charles did such a great job . Joe has always been very easy to work with and makes my experience wanting to come back. I called and talked to Warren Sullenger who made sure the vehicle I was looking at was still on the lot since we had so far to drive. Best car buying experience ever with Charles Smith. After having an extremely horrible experience at DARCARS I was not looking forward to my visit at Heritage. However I was very quickly put at ease after talking to Charles about my last experience and my desire to trade in my car for a 2011. He was sincere in his effort to get me a good deal and made it a very pleasant and easy experience for me. Everybody I came in contact with was wonderful and genuine, to include Mike, Dave, and all the gentlemen in the building that did the financing. Thanks to the very fair trade-in value and rebates, I was able to drive away in a new car which I love. My wife and I were in the market for a newer minivan. I saw a few I liked at this dealer so I put in an online request. Within a day I received a call from Chris and our story began. I told him how we knew we would have rollover on a trade in and we would also have outside financing so it was all about the final vehicle cost. We were optimistic at first, but that quickly went away. Chris made every effort to find one with everything we were looking for and we did alot over the phone because we knew the day we came in we would be on a very tight schedule. Chris even texted me some pictures of options to make sure it's what we wanted. We narrowed it down to three possibilities and made an appointment to come in. The greet was great and we got right to work. We quickly eliminated one of the choices and the last two came down to color preference. Once we test drove it, we knew we wanted it and it was time to talk some numbers. Within 20 minutes, we reached our target and moved onto paperwork. We got to talk to Chris for awhile and he is a great person and we are extremely satisfied that we got to work with him. We were offered coffee and snacks and even let us plug our cell phones in so we could charge them! The paperwork went very smooth and they detailed the van to include a full tank of gas! All in all, we were out of there in less than 3 hours with our new van. Highly recommended by us!! Thanks again!

On St Patty's day, my wife and I decided to stop in to Heritage Jeep to look at a new Grand Cherokee. We had been car shopping all week and walked in with the intention of simply looking and getting some numbers; had no intention of buying a car the same day. We were immediatley greeted at the door by a sales manager (Eric), and directed towards a sales representative. We explained what we were looking for and from that moment I knew we were in the right place.We first said we wanted to see a grand cherokee limited. Chris then asked what features we wanted which we told him. He then explained to us that we can get the same feautures on a laredo "X" and save us a couple thousand dollars. He had my trust (and business) from that point for being so honest and up front; that is an outstanding customer service quality.They had one on the lot that had everything my wife wanted so she test drove it and fell in love. Chris was very thorough and knowledgable about the car and its features, going over every little detail to make sure we understood how it all worked. He answered all of our questions promptly, efficiently, and truthfully; never once did I get the impression that he or anyone else at Heritage was trying to sucker is in to something.Now it was time to discuss the numbers! We had looked at 4 other cars this past week and had her trade in car appraised 4 times, each time the amount came in much lower then what we wanted. Chris asked what I needed to get on my trade in to make a deal so I told him. He then promised they would match that. Well he didn't keep his promise, he surpassed his promise. The other dealers came in $2600 below the payoff for her car, Heritage came in $600 below the payoff!!He then broke down the price of the car with all the amazing rebates, plus our down payment and came back with a monthly payment for us. He saw we were still a little hesitant because the number was a little higher then what we wanted to spend. He called the finance manager over who asked what ballpark we wanted to be in. I told him, and again he promised he would get us there. Once again he didn't keep his promise, he surpassed it! Came in almost $50 below where I told him I wanted to be. With all the numbers the showed and the fact my wife loved the car, and customer service was the best I had ever seen how could we say no. So we walked out of that dealer driving a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo "X" fully loaded for less money then what we had budgeted for! If that doesn't entice you to shop heritage then I don't know what will!

I was on the verge of buying a used car across the street from the Heritage Chrysler Dodge dealership with my wife and happened to see a 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible at Heritage. We both liked the looks of the Chrysler and so stopped in to find out more about it. The salesman (I don't recall his name) told us that they had one 2011 convertible left and that we could buy it for the mid 20's. We were stunned to say the least. We had been looking at used cars, but a new convertible for the mid 20's seemed too good to be true. I told him that I had a very strong price sensitivity and had to keep the monthly payment in the $325-$350 range. He said that not only did they have this last 2011 aggressively priced, but they could provide us with 0 percent financing for 72 months which put us right in our payment range. Again, we were very pleasantly surprised at our good fortune. Then, after taking the test drive, we were hooked. I told the salesman to get us a specific price I was ready. That is when the stereotypical car dealership two-step kicked in. The salesman went to talk with his manager. A few minutes later, I noticed that my salesman, his manager and 2-3 other staffers had crowded into the managers office. I should have known that was a bad sign. Meanwhile, my wife and I continued to look the car over and fall more and more in love with it. Quite some time later, the salesman called me back into his office and slid a piece of paper across the desk with the monthly payment: $444! The trap was tripped. He explained that well, gosh, all the discounts they had proposed to get me to the mid 20 price range could not be coupled with the 0 percent 72 month financing. If we wanted the 0 percent financing, the car would cost us ~$31,000 not the mid $20s that he had promised repeatedly from the moment we walked in the door. Talk about bait and switch. We left as quickly as our old car would take us, my wife literally in tears and me wishing that all car salesmen were slow roasting in that place down under. (Not Australia). If there was ever a need to justify keeping your old car rather than risking trust on a new car salesman, my Heritage experience was it. Buyers. Beware.

I thought the process of making a purchase was great, but, when it came to putting the final touches on the paper work, I have to tell you, I almost said forget it.The reason I say this is because, at the last minute, the bank/dealer wanted 4 months worth of bank statements. I think this is something that can be , either omitted/optional, when you have W2's,check stubs,and you have verified my employment/salary. It looked really bad when your customer is on your company computer trying to print out personal documents. If these documents, were really needed, I think that should have been clearly stated when i asked, "do I need to bring any paper work or any other documents when I come to the dealership", and the answer was (without delay), NO. If more training is required, then let's do that, when a new salesman/person is in a situation like this, I think some "senior" person should help him or her out, and not allow them to flounder as they did.

This is worst service by a car dealership i have ever received(and i have purchased many cars). I went to the dealership to look at a 2007 Dodge Caliber. This car was not up to the quality that i was looking to buy. I live in Bel Air and the dealership is in Owings Mills MD. Before I reached home, the salesman called and left a message. "We have 2- 2010 Dodge Caliber's, one black and one silver, we can put either on on the road for $12,600. He left this same message 3 other times befor I had a chance to talk to him. I asked if he was sure the price was correct? YES, was the answer. I told him that i would take the black one if he could deliver it to the Bel Air location. Again YES, was the answer. I was given the vin # and faxed over the insurance papers. I then received a phone call, "we have to add $1000 to the auto, we made a mistake! I and argued and took my complaint to Constantine Spivak, the general manager. They then chose to honor the price.This is a list of changes to the car when it arrived in Bel Air1. There were 4 different makes of tires on the car.2. The floor mats were removed from the car.3. I was only given one key with a jeep fob, not a Dodge. I was then told they could not locate a second key.4. There were wheel locks on the car, but I was not given a key for the locks.What was Brian's response--I can't do anything else for you!!Buyer beware!!!

I visited Heritage Jeep after looking at a few used vehicles on their website. From the minute I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly faces and felt right at home. Chris Parker worked with me and had already pulled up the vehicle I was interested in.From that point, my car was appraised and I met a few other staff members. Robert (sales manager), Dave (financing), Eric (appraised my car)- were so great to me. My credit situation was a little tricky, but that didn't change a thing (as is sometimes does at other dealerships.) I was treated like a friend and everyone at the dealership worked together to overcome my credit issue. When they called me the next morning to let me know that I had been approved for a loan and could pick up my new car, I was ecstatic! This was truly a great experience and I will never go anywhere else to purchase again. I know I've said thank you about a hundred times, but thank you again for making this experience such a great one!!! Looking forward to doing business with you for many years to come!

I first received a call from Eric the one of the Sales Managers and wrote down that "he was very polite". I was shopping around at other Jeep Dealerships too and wanted to remember who gave me great service. All, I can say was that was only the start of a fantastic experience with Heritage. I called and spoke with Vance who invited me in. I did stop in that day and was turned over to an outstanding Salesman Louis Wade. I knew exactly what I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had test driven one at another Dealership. Louis made sure that I test drove his vehicle and showed me so many features and explain everything to me. This was not done at the other Dealership. I felt extremely comfortable with Louis and the conversation just flowed. Little did he know, that he was building my confidence in him. As we all know, Car Salesmen don't have the best reputation! Louis' knowledge and professionalism was superb! Once, I decided to purchase this Jeep, I then had some interaction with Al, Rob and Dave. Again, the encounters where all helpful. I wrapped my deal up at 11pm and they where the best with customer service and positive attitudes and I did apology for keeping them that late. The next day when I went back with some questions, Rob the General Manager answered them throughly. I told him about the outstanding service that I received from the first call from Eric, who by the way Rob introduced me to through to Dave. They are all wonderful and everyone should come here! I needed a car with high gas mileage. After doing some research online found that the Fiat 500 was a viable option. Sent a proxy to tell me about the car; all reviews were good, so I went the next day. Saw the color of the one I liked online and when I went for a test drive, that car was out front and waiting for me! Tony was great, explained all the options on the car. The first time I came to Heritage Fiat, Maurice walked me through each model of the 2012 Fiat. He was very informative and communicated the differences between the models very well. He was knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. When I returned to test drive, Maurice and the vehicle were ready and waiting for me. The vehicle had been selected thoughtfully; he made sure the vehicle met most of my criteria for my interests. We had been to several other dealers and kept getting the same run around. With working a crazy 6 day schedule and having a little one on the way this got old very quickly. Prices were great. However it took us 7 hours to purchase and receive our vehicles. We bout 2 vehicles same da[ but it was 930 pm before my car arrived. While everyone was nice....7 hrs is ridiculous. By the time the jeep and car arrived...I WAS TIRED AND HAD LITTLE TIME to look it over. Worse yet...we were the only 2 customers. Most frustrating was I was not provided any information or manuals about anything. Very frustrated.

This was my first car buying experience and Alex made it really easy. He worked night and day to get Finance all the information they needed from me and assure that I would be getting a good deal. Alex was super friendly and seemed authentically happy for me when I got approved. Although I'm sure I wasn't, Alex made me feel like I was his only customer and only priority. He and Lorraine both stayed until 10:00 at night to finish my deal and never let on that they were tired or would rather be somewhere else. I was searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and reviewed available inventory and prices within a 200 mile radius of my home in suburban Philadelphia. I found the best price from Heritage, finding that I could purchase a just new 2012 for just about what other dealers wanted for a comparably equipped left over 2011. I also checked prices on Consumer Report and found Heritage lower than the "best dels" in my area. Before making the 2 hour drive I even called a dealer in my area to see if they could match the price and they would not.Once I arrived Jay was very good to work with. Knowledgeable, no hassle, no pressure, friendly and accomodating. Jay even picked me up from a nearby rental car drop location when I came down to get my vehicle.

After determining the exact vehicle I was looking for (Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo) and the price I was willing to pay for it, I performed an online search of Jeep dealers in the Maryland area within 50 mile radius to my home. Heritage was very quick to respond with the exact vehicle and at a price that was better than several other local dealers in the area. Upon arrival at the dealership, the professionalism and customer service provided by Joe and several of his coworkers was most outstanding. As a result, and after a really good test driving and final price negotiation experience, we were able to agree on a deal the same day. The dealership was also willing to swith the tires around at no charge (to create an all blackwall look) and we were able to schedule the Permaguard treatment next business day. All in all, it was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend Heritage and Joe Perry and his team to others.

Although my experience was ok. I purchased a new jeep wrangler sport. The only options I wanted was bigger wheels, a/c, and tinted window soft top. The vehicle was transfered from another dealer so I took the dealers word that it had everything that I wanted. I saw the jeep for the first time in the rain after I signed the paperwork. Excited, like everyone else would be. The dealer didn't mention that the windows on the soft top weren't tinted and looking at everything else, I missed it. The jeep came home and sat for two days because I went on a guys trip. By the time I got back it had stopped raining. Thats when I noticed. I felt I got taken an advantage of. I really wanted the tinted windows. How Disappointing. I would hope that this doesn't happen that often. People buying autos should slow down and not let the dealers rush you thru a big purchase.

I was looking for a minivan and found online that this dealer had great and unbelievable prices for the Grand Caravan. I'm from PA and had reserved a 2011 Toyotaat a local dealer. While I was in the process to get a loan approved, I found tgis dealer in MD that offered great prices and a lot of features that Toyota didn't include. I contacted Mark and he gave me outstanding strating selling price. My trade was worth a lot for Ken and that was over the phone. I thought "what's the catch"? I decided to give them a change and went to the dealer. They honored me the same price offered over the phone. Excellent customer service on a teamwork environment. Mark was off the day I visited the dealer but Warren was kind and gentle to take care of me and my family. He showed us the unit, explained all it's features and lead us to the final step, the purchase. Ken worked with the numbers and found an excellent interest rate for me. Friendly and courteous staff; very low pressure environment. Warren (Sales Rep) was courteous and allowed the car to sell itself. Dealership is close to home and since I wasn't doing a trade-in, Warren followed me home driving my original vehicle to facilitate closing the transaction. Dealership filled the gas tank in the new vehicle. I've had work done at Heritage's Service Dept. numerous times and the entire service staff always treated me with respect and were very friendly.

Mr. Perry had contacted me concerning my desire for a new vehicle and helped me to clarrify whether I really wanted a Town & Country van or a Dodge Caraven. I went to see what he had to offer and that same day took possession of a new Dodge Grand Caravan. He was very helpful in having me look at what I wanted, what I needed, and what I could afford within a reasonable level. He walked me through the steps I needed to take, and was with me as I dealt with the others of the team there concerning payments and financing. All the individuals I dealt with there were very good, pleasant and professional. During the time there I had a phone call from out of state informing me of the passing of my Brother's daughter-in-law and they were very supportive of me when I informed them of the call, which was above and beyond the norm of some businesses.I know that the car business, and other businesses, is hurting during this recession and that people who make their living by selling are going all out to sell their products; yet never did I feel pressured by Mr. Perry or any of the other people I met there. All were people who I would be proud to call and introduce as my friend.

I bought my 2008 Jeep Liberty with the new Sky Slider Option (brand new) from Heritage. My overall experience with Heritage has ben less than satisfactory. I have noticed several issues with my Jeep, while still in the two-year warranty period. After multiple trips to Heritage, the issues have still not been resolved. My clock still loses time, my Sky Slider liner separates while open, etc. My Jeep is now out of the warranty time/mileage. It has been a long, hard battle and I feel like customer service is seriously lacking. Things are great if you are taking your car in for the normal service/ oil changes, but watch out if they sell you a brand new car that has problems!!

Mr Sullenger was very courteous and friendly when we met. This gentleman went beyond the job of a salesman. He told me upfront that he would look under every rock to give me the best deal on this new Chrysler 200 and he did. I had a very easy car buying experience with this dealership. I searched online for the car I wanted, which they happened to have. I clicked on the internet price and received numerous emails in which I figured out exactly what my proce would be before I got there. They honored that price, which was about $3000 less than a local dealership, gave me a reasonable amount of money for my trade-in, and we completed the sale. They were very friendly, provided me with a soda, washed and fully gassed up the new car, removed stickers from my old car, and moved all my belongings from the old car to the new car. They are also sending me a $25 gift card for taking the test drive.

If you're gonna buy, go to heritage and ask for Joe. I was there on the last day of the month during a holiday weekend, so it was busy. Joe made the wait tolerable (thanks for the Twizzler, Joe!). Joe took the time and demo'd the vehicle before the test drive, which no other dealer did. After the sale we went back over the truck, set up my bluetooth and I was on my way. Neal answered many of my questions via email, knowing I was a great distance away. He was very helpful.Tom really showed that Heritage wanted my business. He was straight forward and earned it. Dave was very inciteful and started off by having a normal conversation, not just straight to business. Very low perssure, very informative. Definately my best experience in a business office at any dealer.I feel I got a good deal all around from the guys at Heritage. I've bought a bunch of cars, and this was probably the most painless experience I've ever had.The only issue I had was the detail job was mediocre at best. In the interest of not being at the dealer any longer, and not missing my kids baseball game, I accepted the truck as it was... It wasn't dirty, but certainly could have been cleaner.

I first came to this dealer 2 1/2 months ago, the staff here did everything they could to get me in a vehicle I wanted but to no avail. For the next 2 1/2 months I would receive calls asking how my wife and baby were. After the final sale of my truck I contacted them back and the worked tirelessly for 6 days doing everything they could to get me an approval snd they did. Not only did they get me the vehicle I wanted but Warren drove over 100 miles to pick me up drop off a loaner vehicle and back to the dealership. I live in New Castle DE. the loaner was from Northeast PA. My first visit to the dealership didn't go as I had hoped. I planned on purchasing my first jeep. I wanted to know the ins and outs of the vehicles prior to my purchase. The first time I went I got someone that wasn't very knowledgable in jeeps, however after an email to the dealership explaining my frustration, Tom Carter the manager called me and asked me to stop back in which I was hesitant at first, however I decided to give it another try. I am so Thank-ful to Tom Carter for the patience he showed me and the details that he went over with me. He introduced me to an amazing salesman, Ed Still who I worked one on one with to customize my factory ordered jeep. Both Ed and Tom kept me well informed on the stages and location of my jeep while I was waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. Finally it arrived at the dealership and I was very excited to drive away in my very first Jeep! They went over everything in great detail and even answered my silly questions about the vehicle. I purchased my 1st Dodge Grand Caravan Sept. 2010 from Heritage and they where excellent. I was hit on the passenger side at 50 miles/hour and walked away without a scratch. The car took the impact very well, but it was totaled. I start looking for another Dodge Grand Caravan. I looked online and at a few other dealers. I could not find anything in my price range. I returned to Heritage and they showed me the Dodge Grand Caravans they had in stock. They had a beautiful cherry red, it was an empolyee special in my price range. Had a great purchasing experience. Although the Jeep factory has been having difficulty with availability of specific Grand Cherokee models, these guys worked very hard at trying to find a vehicle that had acceptable options for me. The sales staff was helpful and generally came across as trustworthy - which is not something that I can say about a few other Chrysler dealerships that I dealt with recently. This dealership also offered me great pricing with a no-nonsense approach. Heritage Jeep gets two thumbs up!!Joe Perry also was exceptionally helpful with my purchase. We are Main Street Catering Bowie, MD & the perfect van for us was AN HOUR AWAY at Heritage in Catonsville. We couldn't get to Catonsville - lots of catering commitments - but SALESMAN ED STILLS made it work! He drove the van to our mechanic, we checked it out and purchased the same day. While my salesman was very nice, he seemed to be more interested in his cell phone and text messages then he was about me. Another gentlemen there however (I did not get his name darn it) was absolutely terrific! I felt he was being very honest and up front with me and his personality was wonderful! The finance person was terrific as well. he explained everything thoroughly but did not take excessive time in finalizing everything. I do not feel that I walked away with the deal of a lifetime BUT I did get what I wanted for my trade, I did get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay, so I am very satisfied.

I drove 50 miles to Heritage Jeep because they had the most aggressive advertised prices on their new vehicles. In this case, the advertised pricing for the vehicle I was interested in was $2000 less than many of the other dealerships. I appreciated the fact that I knew we had a very reasonable starting point when starting negotiations. There were no surprises in the price or anything that made the experience negative. My only issue was the low appraisal value on my trade was a little low, but it was a brand they don't sell so they had to send it to a wholesaler. They ended up coming up a little on it though. I was happy with the demeanor and attitude of the salesman and the staff. They were very friendly and laid back. They were not using stupid high pressure techniques. I'm the one who had to say that I'd like to see what they could do for the Jeep I liked. Overall, I spent about 4-5 hours at the dealership which included test driving 2 different vehicles, the appraisal process, and the loan and application process. They made the paperwork easy and pretty fast. The salesman recognized that I'm good with electronics and already was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and didn't spend an hour going over every little switch. Previous buying experiences included that tedious step and I appreciate that he didn't put me through that. When I expressed interest in the Jeep in the showroom, they were more than happy to pull it out so I could drive it. I didn't feel unnecessarily pressured to do anything while there. Overall, a very positive experience. I'm confident that I would have no problem buying another vehicle here and have already recommended the dealership to friends who like my new Jeep.

The GREAT salesperson, JAMES LEE ARISTIDOU JR, was all I could ask for. He listened to & delivered needs & wants within my budget. He was very friendly with no high pressure sales pitch, and he had coloring books & crayons for the kids. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles, as expected.The dealership, Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Owings Mills, MD, was very clean and filled with various vehicles. I only wish they could fit every vehicle model inside the showroom, so that you can look in a more comfortable setting.Financing was okay. Now, I understand why I was waiting 2 hours to see the only person to finish the buying process. There was a line of 2-3 people in front of me to try and buy (I don't no how it turn out for them) at 45 minutes each with only one closer. When I finally got in, I decided to see what APR they would offer with my great credit. This is when things got interesting. They knew I had financing through USAA at4.25%, so to my surprise he offered a rate of 3.99% already on the screen. I said it's not worth it. He then just clicked on the 3.99% and typed 3.59%, and that caught my eye. Not because it was 0.4% lower, but that he could just type in a new number without doing anything else. Okay, of course I like the lower %, but if it's that easy to change, why are you so intent on me getting financing through you? I want 0%, but I'll switch at 1% I thought to myself.Next, is checkout with all the candy right there. That is, maintainance, gap ins, etc. which is a quick bumrush of $6500 - $1000 savings, right. Pay it upfront and the interest from the money you give more than pays for what you get. I was in that office for 15 minutes, and that's where the high pressure sales pitch is. I just went with USAA, and wish I could have skipped this part.Arrived at 6pm, looked at car and talked while paperwork was being done for 45 minutes. Then came the 2 hour wait with 15 minute pitch. I drove off at 9:10pm (past closing) in new vehicle. I could have been out in an hour!

I went into this dealership open to lease any vehicle, but I had a set price. I was showed 3 cars, and after deciding on a car, we went inside to talk about a price. They came back with nearly $200 over the price I told them I needed to be at. A manager then came over and made me feel as though I was wrong for looking at the car because I should have known it would not be in my price range. However, the sales person knew my price before showing me the car and knew it would be too expensive, yet he showed it to me anyways. I thought he would at least show me things near the price I had given him. He also told me that I would not be able to lease any new car with the price I needed. I left feeling very discouraged. I went right next door to Mazda where I was treated much better. I did get to lease a brand new car at the price I needed.The people were friendly, but I just wish I had a better experience at this dealership.

After inquiring about a new Dodge truck on the Internet, I was pleasantly please with the call I received from the Internet sales manager. He was not pushy, however, he made sure I realized it would be in my best interest to travel the miles from my home to visit their showroom. I set up an appointment the following morning. My sale was ready for my appointment. He was well informed of my truck needs. At no time did I feel he was pushing anything on me. He asked great questions and was knowledgable with answers. After agreeing on a vehicle and satisfied with the price, I was handed over to the finance manager. My pleasant experience continued. Again, nothing was pushed on me. I am a returning customer to Hertitage. Russell Troxell sold me my Dodge Mini Van in 2002. Russell was very helpful and friendly and made the overall transaction very smooth. For the last few months I have had my eye on a Jeep Wrangler. I saw the one I wanted at Hertitage. I came home and looked it up on line. It was what I wanted so I called Russell. Russell Troxell exemplifies what a vehicle salesman should be! His welcoming, informative, and obliging demeanor made the buying experience of my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 (love it!)a stress free one without the buyers remorse that we sometimes feel days after the purchase. We purchased our vehicle on President's Day evening and as the weather increasingly got worse, I never heard a murmur out of any of the staff as we closed our deal shortly before 10:00, well after their closing hours and as the road conditions rapidly became less than ideal. Our vehicle was delivered to us with a full tank of gas, clean inside and out and we left out with no pending questions about our vehicle. I must admit that I dreaded going into the finance manager as I thought for sure I'd feel I'd be pressured with buying unwanted extra items and walking out with an inflated payment from my original intentions. In reality, Dave Hoffman was the only finance manager I've ever dealt with that didn't leave me with second guessing my choices and kept me well within the payments I expected to pay without extending my loan or shuffling numbers to make it look like my expectations were met. Russell has already made a follow up call and has offered himself if we should have any questions or concerns. His inviting call made me once again feel great about my purchase. After purchasing a Grand Caravan from Joe,I noticed a slight paint defect that evening. Tom Carter said they would fix the issue and sure enough, they did just that in a timely and professional manner. Scott and Victor in the service department were great as well and the parts department was informative and helpful. Everyone seemed courteous and kind. When we had arrived later that evening, he greated us at the door and had the vehicle already brought up so we could take it for a test drive. This was my very first car buying experience....I knew I wanted the car, but they really helped me make my final decision by taking me through all of the paperwork nice and slowly. They were all friendly and helpful and more than anything UNDERSTANDING! Buying a car was a BIG deal to me and they respected that. It wasn't snowing when I got to the dealership but 5+ hours later there was a blinding snowstorm with about 5 inches of snow on the ground....thank goodness my Caliber has AWD!! Tim Sokoloski was great to work with. He was up front about pricing and very knowledgeable about the product. Highly recommended. We did a fair amount of research and visited other dealers before buying a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We got a great deal and are very satisfied. The car has been such a dream for my husband to drive, and, thanks to the salesman, we purchased a car that made a lot more sense (4 door) than what my husband was determined to buy, even against my recommendation. Had a good experience at the dealership. got a great vehicle. The salesman really worked for us to to get a fair price on our trade and got us what we needed for the used car we were buying (we had some concerns and he rectified them to our satisfaction). The vehicle we came to look at was ready for us right away. Our test drive was good. The only part that was alittle distressing was that we arrived at the dealership at 3pm and didn't leave with the baught vehicle until 730pm. It seemed to be a long process and a lot of waiting around. With that being said, everyone was very friendly and accomidating. We are happy with our purchase!! Thanks Tim!

Here is the letter I sent Mile-one:HiI bought a Chevy Trailblazer from you in Sept. 2008. Great truck, love it. bought an elite plus warranty as well. I didnt want it,most of them are scams, in fact I said NO 3 times but finally gave in after being told that all Id have to worry about is changing the oil,tires and brakes for the next 5 years! Bumper to Bumper!! According to your sales manager It was the greatest warranty on earth!!All for the low,low price of $1967.00 A fuckin bargain!!Needless to say your warrant IS a scam!!and your sales manager IS a conman and as far as Im concerned a THIEF!Everything electrical inside the vehicle ceased working. It still starts and runs,headlights work, but nothin else. SO I dug out my ELITE PLUS warrantyand went to my local Mile One in Bel Air.Once I got there a very nice man informed me that they would have to replace a 125amp Megafuse and the battery in order to diagnose the problem.and guess what? My ELITE PLUS warranty didnt cover it!! Big surprise there! even though Im pretty sure that these parts are inside the bumpers.Then to add INSULT to INJURY I asked how much to megafuse and battery would cost and was told that the fuse was $171 for parts and labor and that the battery would be $189 parts and labor. So, being the skeptic that I am I went to an authorized GM parts web Site and found my $171 fuse for $3.08.Yup a big bad THREE DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS!!! Then I found my $189 Battery (actually a better one with 825CCA) for $89 dollars.I would appear that your entire business model is based on deception and theft.Well Im a paralyzed army veteran living on $1011 a month and I cant afford to pay Mile One to RIP ME OFF!! So Im retrieving my vehicle and will attempt to do the repair myself. I was a helicopter mechanic in the Army so I think I can handle it.As for Mile One, I intent to scream from the mountaintops to anyone who will listen about your worthless warranty and your willingness to ripoff disabled Army veterans. Ill visit your facebook page often and give accounts of MY experience with Mile One and their business model.Rest assured I will never purchase another product from you and will advise all against it.Thanks for nothing, ThievesGary Jackson

Joe Perry was my salesman and he is the best. When I arrive there I found out that the car I orginal came to look at was sold a few hours before I got there. Joe showed me two others cars (Dodge Charge V6 motor) that were the same one that I wanted to look at but a different color. I was getting ready to leave because I was looking for a certain color. Joe ask me to give a few minutes and he would find me what I wanted. He found the car of my dreams within a minute.He drove us over to one of their other lots that they have to show me the car. I actually got the car I wanted because I didnt think I could afford the car I wanted with the motor I wanted so I was limiting my options on my search. But with Joes excellent and professional help. He showed me that I could get the car of my dreams with the HEMI motor I wanted with the extra options for the same price of the other car. I never told Joe I wanted one with a HEMI motor because I thought it was out of my price range. Thanks to Joe for showing me what all of my options were unlike the other Dealerships I went to. I am now a proud owner of a DODGE CHARGER R/T (HEMI MOTOR). Thanks Joe for making my dream come true. I found this dealership from the Dodge website (this is why I went to this location). It was about 75 miles from my home but I was looking for a Dodge Nitro with a specific color and options. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ian Johnson. He asked me if I needed any help and asked me if I wanted to go for a ride in this 2011 Nitro. I am very familiar with the Nitro as I got an early one from 2007 and enjoyed it for 3 years (the Lease term). Ian is by far the most curteous and helpful car sales person I have ever dealed with. He did not rush me and answered every question I had about the car and new lease. The financial manager, Ken, was also a pleasure to deal with. I truly didn't think I would leave with the Nitro that evening. Ian got one of the detailers at the shop to clean up the car before I inspected it. He drove it into the service bay and allowed me to inspect it thoroughly. He did not rush me and the vehicle was 100% perfect. I try to buy American vehicles all the time. I am very impressed with the quality of the Nitro and suggest that anyone looking to purchase a rugged SUV that they look into the Nitro. Nothing on the road looks like this. It reminds me of the old 1960's Powerwagons. It's not your wife's Rav4. If you are in the MD or PA vacinity, please look up this dealership and specifically ask for Ian Johnson.

After going to another Jeeep dealership for the Grand Cherokee and an GMC dealership for the Terain we where given the best deal at Heritage for the Grand Cherokee that we purcahsed. The saleman and the Sales manager where easy to work with and where totally hospitable to us.It is due to this fact that we have purchased three Jeeps from Heritage. My original Grand Cherokee was 2001 with 223232 miles on it before it died. It owned me nothing. All i ever did was the normal maintenance and it ran with no problems all of that time. I have been so happy with my choice of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that i really didn't consider anythig else. The only wish list that i have for it was a few extra features on the Limited Edition that i didn't get. But i still love it. My wife owns an Jeep Liberty that we purchased from Heritage that now has 163250 miles on it and it is still running great. We love our Jeeps and wouldn't buy anything else. Althought i thought the price for the new ones was going very high i still purchased one from them.The only thing i do have a contention with is I thought i would get more options on the Limited Edition that didn't come with mine.John Becker

Heritage and Warren followed up without being pushey or annoying, their timing with follow-up calls was perfect and Robert was excellant as a back-up to Warren. The team continually stressed that they would do whatever it took to get the sale. In the end they drove a great distance to get the vehicle I wanted instead of trying to convince me to buy something that was easy for them to get. They also had enough sense to treat my wife as an equal (probably because they recognized she was the smart one) even though I was clearly the buyer.

Warren was chosen from the bull pen..the group leader told him which vicheical I chose. Warren picked up the keys we went for a 3 mile ride. I knew what I was after he explained many of the details. I entered the dealership looking for information and availability of a truck to match my needs so I could compare to other brands. There was a pure interest on the part of the salesman in helping me locate a vehical to meet my needs and he did not use the typical salesman pressure of "what must I do to sell you a truck today". (To me that is a turnoff and a good reason to be suspicious of negotiations). The help and personality of the salesman convinced me I would not get a better vehical or price for the type vehical I needed anywhere else, so I purchased based on my trust in the saleman. I called the dealship to inquire about a 2011 jeep patriot Latitude. After talking to Tom, my husband and I went to see the vehical that night. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly not just the three salesman we were working with. Ed took us on a test drive so my husband and I could both drive it. Ed was honest and not pushy at all. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. My husband had a very bad experience at a dealship in york, pa so he was a little apprehensive but Tom and Ed were easy to trust and honest with us. We bought a Dodge Challenger 2010 SE from these guys. I say guys, because it's so obviously a coordinated team effort to make me happy. And, amazingly, even my wife enjoyed buying the car. Ed Still, Tom Carter, and David Hoffman. Kind, more than fair, efficient, and experienced. We walked in at ten minutes before closing, and they still stayed two hours to do everything to perfection. Then, Ed Still and Tom Carter moved all our stuff out of our old car and into our new car after 11 p.m., in the dark and the cold.I do my homework. I comparison shop, I use the internet, and these guys said "yes" to everything before I met them in person, where the other dealerships all said, "Well, both of you come in together and we'll talk about it." This was my second time financing a new car and it was much smoother than when I went with CarMax. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile for me when needed. I'd highly recommend this dealer a they have a large selection and you really can't beat a Jeep Wrangler, especially with the amount they already have on the lot. Overall I'd recommend this dealer even if it means driving a bit further than you normally would to test drive or check out a new/used car.

I must say my experience with Heritage Jeep of Owings Mills is one I will never forget. I began with an informative, non-pressuring 45 min conversation with Salesmanager, Robert Lee. By the time he visually sold me the car over the phone I decided to drive 25 mins to meet him. From there my experience only got better, I was allowed to test drive the Cherokee after 9pm and even shown 3 versions of the SUV. I was never rushed or pressured to make a decision. I was amused and spent hours laughing with staff. One moment in particular was after I asked if there was an "wiggle room" with the prices and the Manager proceeded to do a wiggle dance for me (a must see-- request it). I finally made my decision on which version I wanted a little before midnight when they finally had it cleaned for me-- I was completely amazed. Tom (salesmen) also was very attentive to my needs and even help me clear my old SUV out. I never enjoyed making an vehichle purchased like I did this one.I will refer everyone I know in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep to this Heritage Mileone location; they are truly a class act!

My overall experience w/ my sales representative, Tim Sokoloski was very good. I felt he was sincere, non pushing in the sale of my vehicle. Actually Tim, I give you a 5.0 rating across the board. I further feel Tim was troubled with the follow up warranty work that was denied regarding my certified used 2007 Dodge Nitro RT. I also want to thank the finance manager who worked with my wife and I on a reasonable monthly payment and extended warranty. Also, the service writers were exceptional. My complaints are as followed. I was advised by the service manager, that the noises I was experiencing were all too "typical Dodge noises". I was told that my brake cylinders, drums and pads were "basically oversized on a typical under sized vehicle". The chronic whistling noise when gently accelerating from a stop position was also typical of this Dodge vehicle. The chronic humming noise at a high speed, even though I had the rear differential fluid changed per their recommendation. I wasn't quite sure when asked if rear differential noise addictive was also added. (Why would I need preventative noise additive)? This particular problem was finally addressed not by the recommendation of the service manager but by the recommendation of a Chrysler Star mechanic who happened to be at the dealership on that particular day). Actually I was then advised by the service manager per the Chrysler Star mechanic the noise was related to the transmission pump, pumping fluid across the engine?? The service manager refused to perform any warranty work (brakes/whistling noise) on my vehicle based on the assumption of all "typical Dodge noises". I advised the service manager that this was unacceptable and he politely advised me to seek "legal recourse" if I wasn't satisfied with his recommendation. He basically flat out refused to even explore what was causing these mechanical noises. I can't even fathom this type of negative, hypocritical response from a service manager who is representing the dealership, a dealership who touts customer satisfaction. The service manager then proceeded to joke about the situation as he said, "to lighten the mood". Needless to say, my response back to him was not too nice. I'am currently working with a certified customer representative from Chrysler Corp. to resolve the above noted problems at another Chrysler dealership in Howard County, Md. The current Chyrsler dealership has acknowledge that this whistling noise is directly transmission related and not a "typical Dodge noise" nor typical of any Dodge vehicle per the Mile One service manager .Imagine, a Chrysler dealership who truly cares about customer service and satisfaction after the sale. A no hassle enviroment where the customer's concerns are addressed and satisfaction guaranteed. Maybe Mile One Chrysler Jeep, Dodge should take notice from Ourisman Chrysler, now thats a dealership that gets high marks across the board.

The folks at MileOne Heritage were great to work with. I don't have a lot of time to spare and they recognized that. This whole transaction took about 3 hours, less than the 4 hour drive (back & forth) it took me to get to the dealer. I spotted the car on AutoTrader and realized the great price on the truck. It was exactly what I was looking for in all aspects. I called and talked with Robert. I told him I am a bottom line type of guy - he was upfront with me and said that someone was interested in the car and they would know within an hour if the application is approved. He said he would call me back if the application for credit didn't go through - not wasting my time!!!! About an hour later I got a call back and Robert said it was available, what did I want to do. I told him what I was willing to pay, he took the number and said would call me back within in the hour - again, didn't waste my time haggling on the phone. He called back with a number which was fine with me. Robert got the ball rolling and got Joe on the phone to do the finance & credit check - again, Joe respected my time and was quick and efficient. Joe said he would call me back for the next steps. Got a call back within the hour and everything was in order. Joe also was able to beat my finance cost through my bank, again this save me time and energy. A couple of calls back and forth to finalize details. The next morning I drove down, got to the dealer at 10:15am and was out of there by 12:15pm. Joe was to the point, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I then met with Dave who did the paperwork and again very knowledgeable and efficient. While I was meeting with Dave, Joe took the initiative to do the paperwork on my lease return so that when I was finished with Dave, I just had to sign a few things and the lease return was done. This was my best experience ever buying a car!!!! Much thanks to the guys at MileOne Heritage in Owings Mills!

I am busy and need the personal touch I get from this dealership! I waited ten years to get a new Jeep and was sad to turn in my Laredo. My new Overland is like a rocket ship! I appreciate the timeliness with my delivery arranged by Ken. Ed respected the time I needed to make my decision to buy my new jeep. I needed more information and I came in when I was ready and was not hounded by a sales pitch. My service rep Victor personally called me to let me know when the 2011 model was in! I spent several days looking online at used cars. Heritage had several listed within the price range & features I wanted. The variety was good for me - so I could minimize time going to different dealers for test drives. We went to Heritage with research folder in hand. Ian was very courteous, listening to what features I "needed" - finding the cars I had marked from online research. We test drove a used car - which had what I needed. Then, we looked at new cars - which had some of the "bonus - WANT" features. The price of the new car, with discounts, was still in my range. The sales team asked a variety of questions which helped maximize the discount - military, employer/GMAC deals, financing with GMAC. Ian contacted Car Insurance company right away to move the new car on the policy. I left with my first new car in 20+ years of driving.

Do Not Get Your Vehicle Serviced Here. I brought my newly purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and was given a $460 quote on a service I did not need. I looked through my service manual and called my regular mechanic to inquire. Both informed me it was a bogus attempt to bamboozle me out of almost $500. When I confronted Victor he said I was right and that he learns something new everyday. Shouldn't the DEALER know what's normal maintenance? Crooks! I actually got a call the following day asking about the service I received an when I explained what happened I was told the service manager would give me a call. That was over a week ago. Now I'm left to report them. There is no way this could have been an accident. How many other young friendly women has this service department tried to rip off? Don't be the next.

I had bad experiences with all of them where they were just trying to sell me everything I didn't want and telling me what I wanted wasn't in my options without even explaining to me why...I got to Heritage expecting the same thing and it didn't start too good when they realized the car i came to look at was sold the day before and I had driven over an hour to get there and was told my time wouldn't be wasted. It sure wasn't as they work soo hard until 10pm at night trying to make a deal work and give me the most for my trade, which they did, and got me exactly what i wanted in my monthly price range that i had specified. I am a repeat customer of this dealership. I went in to purchase a 2010 Jeep Sahara that was listed on the dealerships website for $24,100. I am also in the military and am entitled to a cash incentive of $500 offered by Jeep, not the dealership. This dealership would not honor it. They said that the internet price included it and that if a civilian came in to purchase the same jeep at the internet price, they would raise the price by $500 because that person was not military which is absurd. So if you are not military, the internet price gets raised by $500 and if you are military, you cannot get the $500 cash incentive. For a lousy $500, these people allowed me to walk away from this deal. It wasn't even the amount, the sales manager was talking to me as if I was stupid and I didn't understand cash rebates and incentives and internet prices. The whole situation was ridiculous and a insult to members of the military.

From the time I started my internet shopping until the next day when I bought my Grand Cherokee Limited, I could not have been happier. I was not able to get to the dealership until late on a Saturday, but Mr. Perry stayed until I arrived after fighting through a lot of traffic in I-95, and then he and the rest of the team made finalizing the deal a breeze. I went to buy a new car from Heritage, using USAA's pricing. They honored the USAA price with no haggling, had the right car in stock, and were incredibly flexible throughout the buying process. They definitely helped my wife and I make the best new car decision based on our needs, with absolutely no pressure or the "sleaziness" of other dealers. Heritage has my highest recommendation. I live 80 miles away, however I will use them for all my service as well as for any new car purchases in the future. Tim Sokoloski and Tom Carter were the primary people I interacted with. Shopping for a new Dodge Ram 2500 seemed to be an ominous task. I talked to 3 dealers, and visited 2. I had my heart set on a green diesel model with an 8 ft bed and was told by another dealer that it could not be found. Through an internet inquiry, Vance said there were 3 available, so I set up a time to visit Heritage Dodge. Vance met me there and introduced me to Tim. However, they were misinformed, and there were no green 2500's around. I test drove a blue gas model and was impressed. My wife and I discussed the finances and agreed that the gas model fit our price range better. We also found that a black model was available at Heritage through the website. Tim was very honest and helpful as well as very personable. But the main reason we bought the truck was because it was on the lot and available. New car get ready left a few things to be desired. Lots of smudges and spots were left all over the truck, and a rub mark on the rear bumper concerns me. Getting a vehicle ready for someone should be something to celebrate about, and done with care. The finance manager was very polite, especially to my daughter. However, things changed when my family came to pick up the truck and I changed my mind and declined the extended warranty. The job got done, but there was considerable tension in the air. The price was no better than I could have done at the other dealer.

I had a great experience here and really appreciated everyone's focus on customer service. The sale's manager, Tom, I think was his name, followed up immediately after an internet inquiry. I went to the Dealer the next day and met with Warren Sullenger. I warned him I was a pain in the ass and he just smiled and seemed to consider it a challenge. He and several others made it seem as if the entire organization were working for me. Warren listened intently, asked the right questions, and met every need. He and another gentleman quickly appraised my range rover and vette that I wanted to trade, found me the new 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited with the bells and whistles I was looking for, and had the paperwork prepared and ready for signature almost immediately. Warren even road with me to my home to pick up one of my vehicles and change my tags. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever made. One last thing: I left a pair of glasses in one of my cars and Warren had it in the mail to me the following day. Thanks Warren.

We began the search for a 2010 Jeep about a month ago. We had went to several dealerships and felt we weren't receiving the customer service that we deserved. We submitted a request for more information on a 2010 Jeep Liberty at about midnight to Heritage Jeep. At 9 AM the next morning Joe called to set up a time to test drive. We were at Heritage within an hour. We took the Liberty for a test drive. Joe was very thorough in explaining every option and detail about the Liberty. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to purchase.We were on a time crunch due to our work schedules. Joe worked very hard to get our vehicles (bike and car) appraised, the deal completed, paper work signed, and us out the door as quickly as he could. He was running around doing 20 different things at once for us. He was as nice as could be and very accomodating. He didn't get frustrated with the time crunch, but rather worked harder. Dave was also very personable and accomodating. He worked very hard to get our paperwork completed quickly. He thoroughly explained the maintenance plans and extended warranties, which we took advantage of. All and all our experience at Heritage Jeep in Owings Mill was a great one. We had done a lot of research and their prices were the best. They have a large selection but we knew exactly what we wanted. Joe didn't waste our time showing us anything else. He knew what we wanted and sealed the deal quickly. He called in a few days for a follow-up. We just received a certificate for a free first oil change and also got a $25 Target gift card for test driving the vehicle. We LOVE our new Jeep and are very pleased with the way we were treated, the price, and the hard work that Joe and Dave did. I highly recommend Heritage Jeep and Joe Perry.

I used a car buying service for the purchase of my new truck. Of the 3 Dodge dealers that responded Joe Perry of Heritage Dodge was the only salesman that immediately began to search for the truck with all the options I wanted. He was able to find one in North Carolina, we made a deal and he actually drove the 300 miles down to North Carolina that afternoon spent the night, picked up the truck the next day and brought it up had it cleaned and ready to go by 4:30. In my experience of buying cars no one has ever come close to that kind of customer service. I also want to give a nod to Dave Hoffman the finance Manager. Not only was he very nice he got me a lower than advertised interest rate. Would I buy from Heritage again? With this kind of service you bet!

We went in looking for something completely different and Joe found something even better suited to what we needed. We ended up with a Dodge Journey and he was so patient with my nerves over driving a new car. Joe was wonderful- honest, great with our bored kids, and not pushy like some of the other places we'd been to. HE WAS GREAT!! We went to this dealership after much research and a tag from our bank recognizing them as being great for military and they definitely earned it. They gave us a fair price for our trade in and didn't give us the run-around like some places do, as well as getting us an even better interest rate and payment than what we'd been preapproved for. We've had some problems wirh paperwork since the sale which have dampened my enthusiasm, obviously, as we've never had problems like these before, but we know that once they're dealt with we'll never have to do it again.

Heritage offered a great price online for a 2010 Challenger SE. I went to the dealer and met George Small. He was very nice. George and the managers at Heritage were able to get me the car I wanted with more options, and a better price than other dealers gave me for the basic Challenger SE. They were able to get the monthly payment down to a price that I was trying to stay at. Other dealers basically laughed at me and told me it was impossible..."have you thought about a used car?". It was nice to deal with a staff that made me feel like my thoughts and concerns actually mattered.My only complaint was the car was poorly cleaned inside and out, and since I bought the car at night, I didn't notice until the next day in the sunlight.I would highly recommend Heritage...ask for George Small!!

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Warren was very friendly, informative, and prompt(he did not waste are time like most dealers do). We were not left wating forever and our terms were met right away. It was almost too easy as I was prepared for a looooong evening. Our salesman could not have been more helpful and friendler. He went out of his way to make sure we got the truck that we wanted and made sure we had a good time doing it. Not all of the sales people we tried to do buiness with at other stores were as helpful as Warren, some were down right rude and acted like we were inposeing on them. Some would not even look up a truck on thir computer to see if they had the truck in stock or if they could fine the model we were looking for at other stores. Warren took all the time we needed and then some to make sure we got what we were looking for. I will diffentley go back to the Owings Mills store for my next truck. I placed a factory order with Warren Sullenger for a 2010 Jeep and was quite pleased with the outcome. I love my new Jeep! Warren was very pleasant to work with, and stayed on top of the order. It took a little longer than expected due to a shortage of parts at the factory, but Warren kept me in the loop and was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Ed and Ken worked very hard to get me into the suv I wanted. They did not have the color of the Patriot that I wanted and they worked through another dealer and had the car there when I arrived. During the process they both were very respectful and nice. Ken explained exactly what type of loan we had, how long the terms were and he was straight forward with everything. I felt like they did not hold anything back that would affect me. Ed was very friendly and explained everything about the vehicle that I did not know about. He explained in detail the service contract and what it covered. He did not assert himself on my husband and I which I loved. He gave us oportunities to talk things over and I did not feel pressured like I have at other dealers. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends and I would only refer them to ED and Ken.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was my 4th purchase in the past five years, two of which it was obvious the sale was only about the dealership making money and not the customers happiness. This however was not the case with MileOne Heritage Jeep. Warren Sullenger was the sales rep who sold me my dream car, a used Wrangler in mint condition. Not only did he make the transaction as smooth as possible, he also took care of my family during the two visits to the dealership. My two year old son was playing with him as if he were family and my one year old son stayed entertained with the pretzels Warren offered. Warren even shared information about his family, showing us pictures and sharing stories of fishing in the bay while we waited for numbers to be crunched. And to speak of the numbers, the numbers were better than I expected and the dealership worked with me on my trade in and reduced the price of the Wrangler to accommodate what I was willing to pay. I walked in with figures in my head and walked out happier than I thought I could be. The after-purchase has been great too. Warren has also called to check up on my family and our new car and to see how we were liking it. This is the type of service car dealerships need, especially in the current economic state we are in. Warren definitely works for his customers and I would recommend him to anyone looking into buying a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler. The dealership itself was a very nice place and you could tell they take pride in what they do. Another bonus was that this was an actual Jeep dealership with actual Jeeps on the lot. I had visited four other dealerships the week before, none of which had more than 8 Wranglers on the lot. MileOne had plenty for me to choose from and I ended up with the one I wanted and the price I wanted. Do not hesitate to visit this dealership if you are seriously looking into purchasing a vehicle. God forbid if anything happens to my Wrangler, but if it does, I know exactly where and who I will be purchasing my next one from. Although I miss my Jeep Patriot I traded in, I know its next owner will be more than happy with the quality of the vehicle as well as the buying experience MileOne Heritage will offer. Thanks again Warren! Find a good home for my old Patriot.

I chose this dealership based on their online prices with no regrets. I called the dealership while I was on the way, knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to buy. When I arrived, I was greeted courteously and felt very welcome. The buying process was extremely easy and hassle-free. No pressure from the sales personnel. Great price, great incentives, satisfied with the trade-in value I received. After cleaning out my trade-in I accidently put the keys in my purse out of habit. Joe Perry drove to my house to get the keys instead of asking me to return them myself. During all the snow my 94 Dodge left me sit (great car) So after deciding it was time for something a little newer I looked on line and viewed a Dodge Nitro that was just what I was looking for, so I called and got conected with Ed Still. I was unable to make it in at the time so Ed did everything he could via phone and email to get me the Nitro. Unfortunatly by the time I got my car running and was able to get in to seeEd the Nitro had sold.Disappointed but willing to look Ed showed me a Dodge Caraven and altough a van is not what I had in mine I must say I love it. Thanks to everyone at Heritage for their help in getting me on the road again.

I searched long and hard via the internet for this Jeep vehicle. I did the best that I possibly could learning about every dealership, the quality of the vehicle that I was purchasing, and what I should expect for my trade in. Once settled on the dealership, the vehicle, and the value I reached out to this dealership via email. Tim's response was quick. I told him that I didn't want to waste time, and that if I could not be helped to please not waste my time or his. Tim called me back in a matter of 30 minutes, and asked me when could I come in? I told him I was on my way. Tim greeted me outside, and was more than friendly. i would just like to say that your salesman was very knowledgeable about the car even though it wasnt a brand he was use to.Plus any questions i had he would do his best to find a answer. The sales manager was also willing to do whatever it took to help me get in to the car i wanted and, was very helpful in explaining my options. the last time i bought a car it made me feel like I got ripped off as soon as i left the dealership, but not with your staff. This was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Joe. His customer service was excellent! My wife and I have a 4 week old newborn and we needed to trade in our Wrangler for an SUV. Our experience was so good the first time, we immediately contacted Joe when we needed another vehicle. The biggest part of his service was that during the week we needed to purchase, there was a blizzard that dropped over 2 feet of snow in our area. I was traveling on business this week and Joe proceeded to dig out the Cherokee we wanted to look at that was 3 cars deep and under 2 feet of snow. To add on to this, he actually drove the vehicle to our house so my wife didn't need to take the baby out in the snow! All of the associates we dealt with were extremely professional. Joe and his associates went the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers.

When I stopped in on a whim three weeks ago to inquire about a Grand Cherokee Limited, Joe Perry was the salesman who greeted me. His approach was much more refreshing than what I had experienced at the Ford dealership across the street, who after a couple of test drives immediately asked me how I was going to pay for it. Imagine that even before discussing options! Truth be known I was really looking at the Grand Cherokee. I've had one since 1994! Joe took his time telling me all about the Grand Cherokee Limited and showing me all the gizmos. Over the next three weeks, using the Internet to access Edmunds.com, Kelly Blue Book.com and magazine websites like Automobile , Car and Driver, and finally Autoweek, I felt fairly confident that I was getting a great price. Automobile Magazine's website even has a method for you to determine how good a deal you are getting based on sales of similar vehicles in your area. By that measure I got a grreat deal. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I never got the impression he was snowballing me. You can't go wrong with Joe!

I don't buy too many cars and have always been a bit leary of dealerships but Tim and the other gentlemen were nothing but terrific. Tim was very helpful, emailed me back on questions that I had in a very timely manner. Called to make sure things were set up for our meeting. After I signed all the paperwork in the office in Owings Mills, he followed me to Westminster to the hospital (where my wife and I work) to get her to sign the papers so the deal was finished. Awesome guys to work with. Would recommend anybody going there who doesn't buy cars all that often.

My Salesperson Joe Perry was magnificent. He was honest, helpful, and accomodating. He worked out our requests and we did not feel pressured to purchase a car. I saw a car on the Internet that I thought I wanted, but when I arrived at the dealership it was not the color I wanted. I know anytime I go to a car dealership to purchase a vehicle, I feel like a lamb in a pack of hungry wolves or I'll be force fed something I don't want. I researched many vehicles before coming to Heritage One. When it was time to make a visit, I was directed to Tim Sokolowski. He listened to what my needs were and only showed vehicles that met my requirements. He didn't waste my time or try to push me into something I couldn't afford. I appreciated his demeanor and our conversation/negotiations seemed as if we could have been having a beer while we proceeded. I emailed back and forth with him and he was quick to respond. Even though he was satisfied he sold me the car, he has been even more concerned with my family's happiness with our purchase, after the sale. He has made many efforts to ensure I continue to be happy and that our buying experience has been non-stressful and friendly. I felt like I received a good price and a good deal on my trade-in as well. Did they make some money off of me, sure, but that's part of the business and I'm okay with that. I just didn't want to feel like I was ripped off and couldn't sleep that night.We don't. Thank you for treating us fairly and reasonably. The entire staff that I dealt with was great but Tim was fantastic. I've wanted the New Jeep Liberty for about 6 months but didn't buy it because the payments were going to be a bit to much. Tim gave me other options and then eventually found a 2008 Jeep Liberty - in the exact color I wanted. I am so happy he put the time in. I came out with the exact car I wanted. I would go back to this dealer anytime. Tim really took the time to talk to me to find out what I wanted and then he came through....He wanted to fit me with the right car, and not just sell a car to me.

They're friendly and HONEST. Very straight-forward and a pleasure to work with. We shopped for a car online for several weeks, and each subsequent week showed us how terrible the customer service is in our area. Each online request was met with a "come into the showroom" response. I instead asked about a vehicle with Tim via the web, my e-mail was returned in minutes with a helpful answer, and he even followed up by phone. Ultimately, Tim found a vehicle that met my needs and price point without all of the drama associated with this at other dealers in my area. Definitely worth working with!

My Girlfriend and I did our homework online about a used green 06 Jeep Commander, which this location had not only at a amazing price but in new car condition. When we walked in, we immediately asked for Barry, the gentleman whom helped us out over the phone. Right from the initial greet, we got a good vibe from Barry..he just seemed like a genuine sales rep...unlike many other reps. Between looking, driving, re-looking, and talking #'s, after many hours we had left the lot with the car we went in there for. I can't express just how great Barry and Jimmy A. (Sales Manager) were. To be honest, my girlfriend and I came into there location after having a long day of painting our home...needless to say we looked rough and neither Jimmy nor Barry brushed us off due to our painters appearance. Barry was extremely patient with us while we discussed price and looked over the vehicle. Jimmy was absolutely incredible too...he was extremely professional, but a guy to laugh with also. He really helped pull through and get us where we needed to be with monthly payments. Both of the gentleman sincerely went the extra mile to get us on the road with the jeep we loved...but in a non-pushy manner. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this dealership and asking for Barry! He really makes you feel like he is on your side of the fence and putting his name on the title too. We have bought numerous cars from other dealerships, and my girlfriend and I have never had a sales rep who pulled through and delivered the satisfaction that Barry did. Great Job!! I will be referring anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge to this location in a heartbeat...and they just have to ask for Barry.

I took my car to the local Chrysler/Jeep dealer in Annapolis for service and was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee upfront for a warrenty issue. I made some inquiries and ended up speaking to Victor Clash, who works for Heritage Chrysler, was more than eager to assist me with having my car repaired. I drove 50 miles out of my way to bring my car to him and the Heritage team. I did not commit to an appointment time, and when I arrived they checked me in and had my car inside with a technician in a timely manner. Bill, the mechanic diagnosed my car and came out to explain everything first hand with Victor. I had my car repaired and will definatly bring it back to Heritage for all of my warrenty repairs.

My experience at this dealership started out as a good one...I received a great deal of information from the internet sales manager prior to my visit, and I was impressed with the competitiveness of the prices that I saw reflected on the dealsership's website. However, as soon as I stepped foot in the store, my impression of this dealership drastically changed, for 2 main reasons: 1) I was consistently treated in a condescending manner, I believe largely because I'm a young (24 year old) female. I appreciate it when dealerships take the time to 'explain' what they are doing prior to doing it, but when it comes across in as 'dumbing it down' in s condescending manner, it is not appreciated; 2) I was quoted a price for a particular model Grand Cherokee (Laredo E package) that was significantly higher than the prices that I had been quoted for the next model up (Laredo X package) at every other dealership that I had visited...one of which was also a Mile One Heritage location. When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman who was assisting me, he had no answer other than 'we can't match that.' It gets even better...a few days after my visit to the dealership, I received a call from another gentleman at this location...he asked why I had not decided to purchase a car from them during my visit, and I informed him that their prices for E model Laredos were more than one should expect to pay for X model Laredos. At this point, this gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) tried to sell me a car that was 1) not in the color I was looking for; and 2) had none of the features that I wanted! What a waste of time.Long story short, I felt that this dealership saw me walk in the door, and thought it would be easy to take advantage of me...fortunately I had done my research prior to visiting this dealership. Needless to say I did not, and will never, purchase a car from this dealership.

I went to Heritage Dodge to find a new car for my wife and me. We were only a few feet into the store when Joe walked up to us, asked how we were doing, and offered to help us. We told him that we were looking for a gas efficient car, but other than that didn't really know what we wanted. He was very polite, and seemed to know the right questions to ask to help us figure out what kind of car would fit us best. He showed us the new Calibur and told us everything we wanted to know. What really stood out for me was that he actually talked to my wife AND me. (Every other dealer we talked to seemed to assume my wife was just there to try out the passenger seat.)After a test drive he introduced us to his manager who also was very polite and genuinely interested in what we needed. After that we sat down with Joe and started working out the details.The whole process was much more enjoyable than our other dealership visits. Joe didn't try to snow me or talk down to me like alot of salesman do. After we decided to buy the car we went talked to NAME, the finance manager. Continuing the trend, NAME was also very polite and didn't talk AT us, but with us. The whole finance process only took about 15 minutes.All in all, I appreciated the professional, considerate atmosphere of the whole dealership. Even the mechanics who Joe introduced us to greeted us with a smile and took the time to shake our hand, and I can't stress strongly enough how great Joe treated us. A great salesman and a great dealership.

I was looking for a PT Cruiser Convertible, new or used. Heritage had two used listed on their website with low milage and in great shape. I emailed the dealership from their site and Tim got back to me within 18 hours via email and followed up with a friendly telephone call a short time later. I went in to test drive one of the cars on a Friday evening--not expecting the car to be as steller as the web description made it seem. Much to my surprise the car was better than expected, Tim was friendlier than expected, the trade-in value for my car was higher than expected and the financing was easier than expected. Tim was knowledgeable without being intimidating or pushy. Needless to say I drove off that night in my new car. He then followed up the following morning, too. The high level of professional, yet casual, customer service made all the difference. Personally, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Tim Sokoloski and Heritage.

I bought a car from this dealership despite warnings from my friends, and I'm very sory about it. This dealership sold me a car with a paint defect, I had to spent 3 days to resolve this issue even though car was 1 day old. Now I have another paint problem and dealership accepts that this is a manufacture defefect, but of course they refuse to fix it. Instead they giving me a 1/5 of the cost to repair it. Smart move. Well, first they lost another customer and secondly I will have to settle it over the court. Don't repeat my mistake, go someplace else.
