Went in yesterday and left home with a new car. Their entire team was amazing. Starting off with Ricky helping us see and test drive cars, to Jose working out a great deal, and ending it with Vanessa who explained all of our options thoroughly and made the process run smoothly. High recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car :). UPDATE: After having an amazing experience it all went down the drain! I was given two years free maintenance but now they have no record and I have to pay. It was stated on my contract but they refused to honor it. If you are in the market for a car here and they offer you “free maintenance” know that it’ll only cover the first one.

Was very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, especially KK. Loved the no-nonsense approach of the staff. I am aware of the current climate of low inventory due to the chip shortage, so I truly appreciated that there was mutual respect and we didn’t need to engage in the cat and mouse negotiation game. We got down to business and made it happen. A win on both sides.

From the moment I clicked on the dealership ad and contacted Buena Park Nissan I was treated with EXCELLENT customer service. I was lucky enough to have Marquise as my sales man and he did an amazing job assisting me with my car purchase; he took into account that I was only 18 years old and this was only my second car purchase and ensured that everything was very transparent and also that I was comfortable with my new car purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan (or a used car; they have a wide variety) to DEFINITELY check out Buena Park Nissan!!!

Great service! I had previously inquired about some used cars but didn't set an appointment. Roberto was outside ready to greet me and my family. He found my inquiry and guided us to the cars I was interested in. He did explain that they needed to be detailed and go through some fixes. Even though I didn't move forward with these cars he was very understanding and helpful. Definitely keeping HGreg Nissan within my search bubble.
