I just recently bought a Smart Car from Chris at Hi Auto Sales and he made the process feel so easy. From the very moment I submitted an email of interest in the car, and the very moment that Chris called me, he gave me hope. Speaking to him was as if I had known him my whole life. The customer service at Hi Auto Sales was exceptional; more than what I was expecting from a car dealership. Chris, Don and team were great to work with - honest, friendly, and very professional. I came to Hi in response to an ad for a vehicle they had recently listed. After reviewing the car, I determined that it just was not what I was looking for. Chris and his team responded quickly by finding out about my preferences, and then searching through their inventory for something that I might like. After showing me some other options, they matched me with a clean, 2007 Nissan Sentra SER. I was a little hesitant at first, since I had not done any additional research on the car. Chris, however, took the time to walk me through the facts, features, and benefits of owning this car. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. However, after a careful review of the car, and taking it out for a test drive, I decided to buy. The purchasing process was handled very quickly and professionally. Chris worked to ready the car for delivery while I signed the papers. The team even stayed late to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Since then, I have been able to do more in-depth reviews on the car, and have confirmed that everything is as Chris explained it. The car is in excellent condition, and I am very happy with my purchase. Its hard to find car dealers as honest and friendly as those at Hi Auto Sales. Thanks Chris and team for making honesty and customer service a priority. PS - Part of the reason I chose this dealer was after reading through all of their reviews (both good and bad). Please note that the dealer takes the time to review, research, and answer each customer comment. The team at Hi Auto Sales are good, honest people. They are working hard to do the right thing in an industry (used car sales) that isn't always known for its integrity. In my opinion, it would be worth your time to check them out when buying a car.

In searching for a 2005 Toyota Celica GTS online, I came upon a car dealership in Westminster, California that had just listed via cars.com the perfect Celica. Although I live in Columbus, Ohio, I thought I would call them to see if it was still available. The salesman Chris answered all of my questions and explained that it was just listed the previous evening. Since I knew that 2005 Toyota Celica GTS's are quite rare and this was in pristine condition, I decided to put a deposit on it to hold it. Just talking to Chris over the phone, I knew I was dealing with a reputable car dealership so I decided to send him a wire transfer for the full amount. Soon afterwards I received my car and couldn't be happier with it. The entire buying experience with Hi Auto Sales was exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone nationwide. Thank you!

as a woman I can be easily be taken advantage of, I visited this dealership several time and tried to save up the money to buy one of their vehicles. Chris was my salesman and treated me like a queen, he was very respectful, honest. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it to any one who is buying a used car.

Chris is a reallly nice guy trying to help me. At first I had some questions and doubts about 450 fees and some smog fee. But he patiently explained it nicely and resolved them. I bought a es350 from them for a low price. Even though I had to drive here from the bay area. it worths it. Overall, it is a positive experience. thanks chris

We find the best deal and they make sure we are happy with the car and they even found us a loan to cover some of the selling price. Don't bother asking for a lower price if you need to shop somewhere else for a lower priced vehicle. Their cars are already priced to sell... all you have to do is ask to drive the car to one of the Honda, Lexus, Toyota dealers within 1 or 2 miles from their office and have it inspected. We also found Ed Schroeder Carburetor repair shop to be an excellent alternative - his shop is just across the street. Easy place to find also. We drove away gently used 2007 Honda CRV for under 11,000. We will do business again. Take care and happy hunting.

I just bought my first Lexus at Hi Auto Sales a couple of months ago, and I was so happy with the service I kept telling myself " I gotta write a review bout my experience" Chris was the guy that helped me, usually car sells people are pushing and will tell you anything to buy a car, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with that part of buying my car but he didn't do that at all, I had gone to a place before where the sales guy held on to my DL and kept trying to tell me convince me to buy a car a didn't want.. Chris was Awesome, my credit was not so good so a lot of finance companies didn't want to finance me, he didn't give up till he finally found one that was willing to get me in my first Lexus. My dream car btw. I actually cried when I got approved. I was so excited! I would definitely recommend this place, ask for Chris he's so nice and very helpful, so not like the usually car sales people I've dealt with in the past......

I made a low offer on a car as would any prudent buyer should do. I expected to be rejected but hoped for a counter or a simple price is firm. Don Ho did neither. He replied with a sarcastic condescending comment about me selling him cars that I find at that price and good "luck b/c I will need it". He continued to play email ping pong even after being told to stop. He accused me that I "must have never bought a car before", "must be my first", "do my research and homework", don't offend him with my offer, and on and on and on. I stopped replying but his last email was just the words "so long"....OMG. This guy has got issues. I'll spend my hard earned money where I am respected as a customer. Don, too many places in CA that sells the same cars you sell to have to put up with your attitude.

The dealer is small. But they have the best services. That was the best car shopping experience that I ever had here! I bought a is 350c today . The couple owner is really nice person. They make price pretty good.

this dealership had quality lexus and toyota cars at great prices. i ended up buying a lexus i250 that was the cheapest on the internet. service was good and i was in and out of there within 2 hours. I would recommend them to my friends.

just stay away from this place.all i can say is that i bought a car and towed it back same day. and just totalled bs stuff. showing me paper work that they made up of car being fixed and it wasnt even touch or even looked at, after i mention an issue to them. common people! words that i was left with after driving the dealer with the car. " i try to do my best so that u can have a first timer good experience and trust dealers" ahahahahahha!! should never trust that dealer for sure!

I had a very good experience with this dealer. Their internet prices are fair, their vehicles are above average, and the people there are very helpful and conscientious. Would recommend them for sure.

This is the most unreputable, dishonest company ever. We had negotiated a deal for a used car and was told numerous times that the vehicle had a clean Carfax and had not been involved in an accident. We drove 6 hours to pick the vehicle up only to find that all four sides of the car had been painted, poorly at that. When we pointed that out to the salesperson, he said the vehicle was bought at auction and may have been in a small accident. After pointing out all of the overspray and tape marks, not to mention the bondo, the salesperson walked away and did not come back out of the office. Being in the collision business ourselves, it was very apparent that virtually every vehicle on the lot was in fact repaired in some way. One vehicle had newly painted clear coat peeling off. I would stay as far away from this dealer as possible. They clearly purchase cars inexpensively at auction and then have them repaired at some sub-standard body shop.
