I am very pleased with my recent purchase experience with Anton Miller. The process was seamless and I was in and out in record time. I felt that every boundary that I communicated was honored and would definitely recommend checking him out at Hi-line for your future purchases. The only reason that I removed a star is because the business does not offer drop off or delivery service which should be standard in my opinion. Otherwise, great experience!

I bought my car in July 2021 and I love, love, love the genuine experience I received during the experience. Emanuel was very nice, helpful, and professional. He listened to my questions and got back to me promptly. He was so nice to tell me about some of the features and benefits of my car. And I really liked that he was able to have a conversation with me during the test drive. The entire experience from when I reached out to Hi-Line initially by phone was great overall. There were several of the employees that checked on me while I was waiting for my car to be ready -- four different employees and a sales manager. Customer service shouldn't be a surprising thing to receive from a business but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It seems like such a great atmosphere for the people who work there.

If you are searching on Independence in Charlotte look no further. Anton Miller was my salesman. I told him what I wanted and he made everything happen for me. Great determined attitude, and definitely has the drive behind him. I had a large option pool to choose from. It made selecting the perfect vehicle for me easier. The financial department was phenomenal as a whole. They came and sat down to really grasp where I was coming from and where I wanted to go. Overall my experience was a pleasant one to say the least. It was definitely smooth and quick. I would recommend this car dealer and dealership to all of my friends and family. I purchased a BMW X2 and it drives and rides amazing.

Cliff was amazing. These guys are professional and took the upmost care of me. I had to pick this vehicle up from Charlotte by way of Atlanta and cliff made everything a breeze. He Scheduled to fix a piece on the vehicle and was in touch with me every step of the way and as soon as it was ready he called me and held the keys for me. When I arrive the vehicle has been cleaned and detailed and the process was over within an hour. Excellence all around. Thanks cliff.
