Hi-Tech is a great local family business with an awesome team and cool history. They are honest and extremely helpful. They have loaner cars available should they need to keep your vehicle longer. In the market for a different vehicle? Checkout their website. The BMW I purchased from them is still running great! Even when I was involved in a wreck during the 2021 Ice storm, Hi-Tech Auto was there to save the day! They helped me out in every way possible.

I’ve lived in Austin for over 15 years. These guys have always provided exceptional service for all three cars I have had since going to them. Usually my Dad who works for Shell Oil makes me go with him so he can approve of the quality of work and fairness of price. My Dad approves and I’ll keep going back for their superb customer service. Thanks for staying open and continuing to serve Austin!!

They did a great job fixing our car at a reasonable price. They do not aggressively push repairs you do not need. I have been going to them for years and I am always happy with the results.

The folks at Hi-Tech are fantastic. They are timely, communicative, helpful, and great mechanics. I've used them multiple times for my 1980 Scout and they are a joy to work with.

As someone who knows very little about cars, I'm always worried about being swindled over car repairs; however, Hi-Tech Automotive did a great job of explaining the issues, giving me options, and getting everything fixed both quickly and at a reasonable price. They were very friendly and seem like honest people. I highly recommend them and plan to use them for all future auto needs.
