Me: Told my credit score was crap. It was not. Given 10 percent more on the loan than I should have. Should have been 3% not 13% interest!!! Car supposedly has a clear Carfax but it's been repainted poorly. Was told everything was in the loan but come to discover the tags were not. Dealer held the plates until they made sure that I had made my first payment. Beware!!! I have a good credit score. I can't even wonder what other things they do to people who have a poor score! I would never, never buy from them again. Why cheat and lie? It's possible to sell a car without all the games, lies and deception and still make money. Although we work hard to get the best rate available, the banks ultimately determine the rate based on your credit score and history. Was told to bring the car back in a year and sell it back so I can buy it again under better terms. Oh...for a fee of $900! You gave my name to the dmv incorrect spelling. It's xxxx to get it changed apparently. Thanks for that!My credit score was almost 100 points higher than you said it was! The bank? They were not the one's who lied to me and ripped me off. Your dealership was. I did look into it. It's apparently not illegal to deceive and lie when selling a car. This tactic is common for your dealership. I am not alone.

I spent two weeks looking for a 2015 chevy impala. I had to be out the door at a certain dollar amount and the closest one I could find was 2 !\2 hours away. I work at a dealership myself and even they couldn't find me a deal like Hickory Used Car Superstore did. They got me right at the price I needed and not a penny more with no hassles and crazy add ons that many dealers try to pull. When we got there they had the car ready to go and we were out the door in 20 minutes. A.J. and the guys down at Hickory Used Car Superstore did an excellent job. Our next car will be from there and you should give them a try.

My wife and I established the condition of the car and agreed on a price with the Salesman. We drove 300 miles based on the representations of the Salesman that he put in writing. The Salesman and the Sales Manager agreed that the condition of the car was misrepresented to me. They changed their story several times (it was first covered in pollen so they could not see paint chips and then it was actually in the showroom; they had it for 60 days and then they had it for 6 months) I'm sure they considered me over the barrel because we had driven so far. Then on top of all this, they refused to refund my $500 deposit, much less compensate me for 12 hours on the road, there and back, all based on their admitted misrepresentation. They said their finance person was not available on a Saturday to refund the money... so I wonder who we would have dealt with had we bought the car. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE GUYS! Before submitting this review I reached out to the VP in charge to give him a chance to make it right... No response. They don't care about people or their reputation.

I recently bought at 2013 Subbie, only had 10000 miles on it. Got a good trade in for my truck. I have less than desirable credit and they worked with me to fit payments that I can afford. The salesman Brett Rouse was an awesome dude and tried very hard to accommodate my needs and my limitations. He worked hard on trying to reduce the price and negotiated with the offices to get me my desired price and payment. After getting the car they washed and waxed my car and laid protectant on my interior, this is important because I do have a baby. There were no real negatives that I experienced, WAIT... there is one.... the gas tank wasn't full when I took the car off the lot..... lol..... it was a great experience and am recommending my friends to come see Brett Rouse.

I delt with Joey Smith who was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and who i felt was very straightforward/honist in our dealings, in a very relaxed atmosphere, (no pressure).Joey was responsive with questions and follow up. I didn't buy the car but my lack of actions was not empacted buy Smith or the dealership. I would highly recommend this sa!esman and dealership to anyone looking for transportation.

it wouldnt have been so bad but they turned in paperwork after i told them i couldnt get a license and had the paperwork in my aunts name after telling them not to do nothing with the sale then on top of everything brandon church kept forcing my aunt to take off the lot when she never test drove the car neither did i being i didnt have a license .then she signed the wrong papers to hear they want take this car back all because they looking to get that check they did some stuff that was real grimey and wasnt post to send nothing through and although we are told that they could take the car back they want because of them wanting that sell.they just lied to our faces the whole time.

When Mr. Jackson first approached my wife and I he was very helpful. He answered questions we had. Buying a car can be stressful however it was not as stressful as usual. Help yourself and do not go here! If you do go here do NOT let the sales rep Aj "help" you he will ignore you for a day and all he has to say is "everything is pending" while he is really just selling the car you are looking at right out from underneath you. I was told that the used car I was interested in buying had "NO ISSUES". The sales person was made aware of the fact that I had a three hour drive to your dealership. I arrived when I said I would be there. I was totally disappointed! The car's exterior had dings, scratches, dull spots, and buffer marks on the left quarter panel. I, as a result, was there a total of 15 minutes. I will not return to your dealership for two reasons! First, I was never offered any compensation for wasting an entire day! Second, I do not like being misled( LIED TO!) about the condition of a car that I was serious about buying! Yours Truly, Dan Buchtman

I worked with Marc Roland he was extremely nice and very friendly..... Marc answered every question I had while looking at and test driving the Lincoln MKX.... the whole experience was very hassle free.... Marc was very very helpful during the negotiation process and making sure I was happy and satisfied, he checked on everything that I asked about and was able to fix everything I wanted..... The cars previous owner was a smoker and I'm very sensitive to that smell. They were able to completely get the smell out. Marc kept in touch with me through the entire process to make sure I was happy and satisfied.....Ben Munday that handled the financial paperwork went above and beyond to make sure that I got my payments exactly where I wanted them and was completely satisfied.

Called the store, Antonio answered and was very friendly and welcoming. We scheduled a test-drive, Antonio had the car was waiting when I arrived as-promised and it was immaculate! He was great throughout, very accommodating and professional. I wanted to buy the car and so the sales negotiation ensued, all good though, no nonsense, Mark got me to where I wanted be with no games. Financing was great too, Ben was a true professional, and they beat the rate I was approved for on my own, so very happy there. AJ was very helpful and courteous when negotiating the vehicle price and my trade-in's value. Since I live further away from the dealership and I didn't want to do the drive unless I knew that I would get a fair deal for my trade-in and the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Hence, AJ and I negotiated the price over the phone. When negotiating this deal the vehicle was described as being in "immaculate" condition and it had less than 14,000 miles on the odometer. Based on this description and the deal negotiated over the phone, I drove to the dealership to complete the purchase. However, when I arrived I found out that the vehicle had 2 dings and 3 of the 4 wheels had major curb damage. Furthermore, after having somewhat reluctantly purchased the vehicle despite the damage (and a $50 price adjustment for the damage), I realized that the tires were mounted incorrectly on the wheels when I arrived back home. After having the tires remounted at a local tire shop, the dealership did not reply to any of my calls or emails to refund me the cost of the tire remount and balance.

JR Wells was such a good salesman. I was a very picky customer, but he stayed professional and very helpful. Everyone there was helpful. He called to check when it would be in and although he was sick, he took the time to bend over backwards to take care of me. He even suggest that JR would deliver my vehicle to my home on Saturday, which is located one hour forty-five minutes away. JR was in constant contact with me when the vehicle arrived. He walked around the vehicle while on the phone with me and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Patrick called me and took care of all of the financial part of the transaction. He was very helpful. Really grateful that Patrick called me a couple of days later to make sure that I had transferred my insurance, as I had forgotten to do that. JR delivered the vehicle to my front door and spent a great deal of time showing me how all of the bells and whistles work on my new van on. I have never had customer service to this level, it was excellent!!! I recently traded in my 2012 Acura TL for a used 2010 Chevy Tahoe, the overall experience was good, Antonio was fantastic to work with, always returned my calls and followed up with me, he made sure he did everything in his power to see that I was getting a good vehicle for a great price, he was even nice enough to take me to one of their other lots to look and bring one to the Hickory location from another location for me to see. I highly recommend to anyone, on the other hand the sales manager was a jerk and could use a lesson on customer service, cocky and arrogant and wouldn't let me get a word out of my mouth without cutting me off mid sentence, not good customer service at all, I would most diffidently buy a car from Antonio at Hickory used cars as long I have to deal with the sales manager as little as possible. On the more positive note, I am loving my "new" Tahoe, had my mechanic go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and we changed all of the fluids in the vehicle as they were not changed prior to selling me the car. The Tahoe is in great shape and does everything I need it to do and more.THANKS AGAIN ANTONIO!!

Buying a used vehicle can be a grueling process because the customer service seems to be lacking at a lot of dealerships. Some dealers just treat you like a number, but not at Hickory Used Car Superstore. I worked with Ben Munday and his team, and I was very impressed with how they treated me. When I drove up, the car that I came to see looked spotless because they had spent a week getting it checked out before selling it to me. It was a 7 year old Tahoe and they took the time to make sure it was in top shape before even showing it to me. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle, and then took the time to go over all of the Tahoe from bumper to bumper to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer.

I found that choosing the right vehicle was a process that these guys were very willing to work through. I test drove a vehicle for a little while and ultimately decided it wasn't the vehicle that I wanted. Instead of being impatient with me, I was asked the correct question. "Is there any other vehicle we have that interests you?" Our family closed up a deal with Ben Munday and Corey Brown on a 2012 Honda Odyessy Van and we love it. I would highly recommend letting these guys take of you like they took care of me.

Great car buying experience here. The guys were friendly and our salesmen, Jimmy Lowe, wasn't trying to push me to buy the car like some other places I've been to. Instead they gave me their time and knowledge with the car to make sure I was satisfy. Patrick helped me and my wife a lot with the payment options and showed us the importance of adding an extended warranty, and I'm glad I did add it too. All in all these guys were really helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family and may even return in the future.

The people there were great. Very friendly and genuine! Knew a lot about the car and the features on it. I felt comfortable with them and felt like I received a reasonable price for the car. They even went to the trouble and put the car on a lift so I could look under it. ONLY complaint, I wish the car had been detailed a little better. Windows streeky, and a sticky film on the controls. I am just being to picky! Bottom line, I will go back to those guys for the next purchase!

When I purchased the vehicle a year ago Lance and Corey took really go care of me and made sure I was totally satisfied with the car I purchased. They even let me put a deposit down just to hold it while I made my mind up. They fully understood what I waslooking for and took really good care of me even down to the purchase and driving it off the lot. I owned a Chevy 1500 and wanted to trade for a Ford 150. I went to Clongier Ford and they were unable to assist me in my search and wanted to sale me a truck different then what i wanted. I also went to some other dealerships who didnt want to give me a fair price for my trade. The guys here at hickory used cars werent normal car sales man. They were friendly to the point it felt like i knew them my entire life. THey were easy to deal with when it came to price. I was very satisfied with how well all of them knew there job and how important it was to them that I left satisfied. I was so impressed with the condition of the 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I looked at that I was willing to negotiate without looking further. I was looking for a Nissan Altima. I had been online and saw one I really liked so I went to the dealership. Once I got there I was greeted and shown where the vehicle was. Looked the car over and went for a test drive. I liked it and decided to run the numbers and see what kind of deal I could get. And it was downhill from there. I told the salesperson I was pre-approved by my bank and for how much and that this would give me a monthly payment that my budget could handle. Immediately the salesperson began pitching other financing options and how he could keep me with the same monthly payment and throwing numbers around that didn't add up to what was discussed. When my wife and I began to feel uncomfortable and started backing away in comes the finance manager barking the same dialog and still not honoring my wishes to deal with my bank and really just being obnoxious. As bad as I wanted that car I couldn't stand the thought of doing business with those clowns. Needless to say we left and got down the road a way and decided to pull off and discuss our disgust with that experience. It just so happens that we pulled off the road into another car lot. There was no one outside and we had no intention of looking at anything we were just talking. Low and behold as we eased around the lot we came to an Altima and I though we might as well look at it. When we did here came Dennis. As I was about to pull off he asked if he could show me something. I told him what I was looking for and that I didn't have much time. He said it won't take but a minute to see what we got and by the time you circle around I 'll know something. Sure enough as I circled the lot to head out there he stood and directed my attention to a 2010 Altima. This time my wife said we might as well look at it, so we did. The car was absolutely amazing. It was more than I was approved for but worth it. We decided to run the numbers and see where we stood. Again I mentioned being pre-approved and for how much and that I would prefer to deal with my bank.............(wait for it).............."Sounds good to me, I don't know if we can get that low but let me see what we can do", said Dennis. And it was on! I had to get a little more financing that put me at the top of what I could afford but I got so much more than I had even hoped or wished for. Dennis was nice, polite, friendly, patient and most of all straight forward. No gimmicks, tricks hassles or hounding just honest dealings. Thanks Dennis. To anyone looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend that you start by looking at Hickory Used Car Superstore and ask for Dennis Spencer!

Overall a great car buying experience. I had been searching for a Camry SE V6 on line for a couple months, so I knew what I felt the market price was. I found three, with the Hickory Used Car Superstore price being the highest of the three. I contacted the store via e-mail, and JR Wells e-mailed me back right away, called me on my cell phone, and we set up a test drive for the weekend. He offered to let me place a refundable deposit on the car to hold it, but I declined. His manager e-mailed me that night and asked what they needed to do to make the sale. He and I negotiated a fair price that evening via e-mail. When we arrived at the dealership at 8:30 in the morning the car was pulled up front and JR Wells met us at the door. Test drive was done by a little after 9, which included highway driving. The car was spotless. Negotiations were straightforward, and Patrick Green the finance manager was polite and professional. They did try and sell us an extended warranty, as all places do, but again that decision is up to the customer. Only complaint is that their doc fee is $499. I could probably have driven another 1.5 hours and maybe saved a couple hundred dollars, but these folks were so helpful, professional, and easy to deal with it would not have been worth my time to do so. Great place - what you see is what you get, with no drama.

The first day we saw the van we really liked it but noticed the fog lights didn't work. They said they would take it to the Service Dept the next morning & after being repaired they offered to bring it to us in Asheville so we wouldn't have to make another trip to Hickory. I was shopping online for a car, and decided to put down a deposit to hold a car at this dealership so I could come look at it. I had the hold on the car for less than a day, and decided that I wanted to go another route on purchasing a car, and called the dealership and told them I was no longer interested in the car. They threatened to keep the money I put down for the hold if I did not come look at the car so I was forced into driving a long distance to look at the car. After inspecting the car, I found many scratches and dings on it and decided not to purchase to car. I requested my deposit back, and they claimed they would reimburse my money. I checked my account and saw that my money was back in there, but several days later after doing that I was using my check card to pay for a meal and my waiter told me my card got declined. I looked at my online bank statement, and saw that the dealership charged me again for the deposit! I tried calling the dealership to get it straightened out, but the person I got in touch with there was uncooperative. I then called my bank and went through the process of getting my money back. Immediately after getting it back, I closed my account in fear of the dealership taking more money from me. I was not angry about being threatened about not getting my money back, because I made a verbal commitment to come look at the car, but I became angry when I did not get my deposit back. I would advise finding a different dealership to do business with, because my one experience with them was horrible.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Lexus GX470 from the Hickory Used Car Superstore. We found the vehicle on-line and called into the store to make sure it was on the lot. Brian Lackey assured us it was there. We drove to the lot and waited a few minutes for the car to get there. We were informed they were putting some gas in it. Brian was very friendly and not overly aggressive with the sales pitch. Overall it was a low pressure sales experience. We took the vehicle on a test drive and noticed it started to vibrate at high speeds. They assured me it could be fixed. They took a look at our trade-in and we started doing the numbers. We went back and forth and accepted their third offer. We felt like it was a good deal. They do have a $500 dealer fee that they add on to the total! This seems a bit too much and is one reason I didn't give them a great rating. We worked out a We Owe for them to repair the shaking at high speeds and to replace a cracked reflector on the rear bumper(this was done a few days later at their service center). We got a good loan and signed the papers. Brian helped us move our stuff out of the trade-in and into our GX. I don't think Brian did this on purpose, but he did tell us after we signed the papers that this V8 engine only takes Premium gas. Probably not a deal breaker since my wife only drives a few miles to work, but something good to know prior to purchasing. Overall it was a good car buying experience.

I have been searching for a Camaro and was going to Everett Chevrolet in Hickory and had stopped at their sister store at Hickory Used Car Super Store. I had the pleasure of working with Lance Spencer and Corey Brown. I had every intention of purchasing a used Camaro and due to my budget limits I was unable to achieve this. After many attempts with no luck, Lance had suggested purchasing a new one with better options in order to help me. Lance is AWESOME!! From the moment I called to inquire about the car, he worked hard to make the deal happen. We live 3.5 hours away. Over a period of one week, we discussed and negotiated the sale over the phone. He took the initiative to call and check in with me every single day during that week. He even done some detail work on the car himself to make sure everything was just right, because I told him how picky I was!! When we got there, he had the car in spic-n-span shape waiting on us with a bouquet of balloons. He definitely went way above and beyond the call of duty! He is also a very personable guy! We would gladly drive 3.5 hours again to buy another car for that kind of service!!

The sales person was so pushy and kept asking us the same questions over and over. He was more concerned with what we were driving than selling us a car even though we were not trading! We left right away and decided to stop at hickory used car super store. Rhonda came out right away and was wonderful! She was not pushy and she seem to want to help us not push something on us! We told her what we could afford and she showed us some cars. Found the one I wanted and they bent over backswards to get us the payment we could afford! Honestly one of the best experiences ever! I contacted the dealership via online chat and they immediately got back to me through email. The negotiation process was not the usual run around nonsense that you would usually experience at a dealership. I told them what I wanted to pay for the car and they worked with me. They got me approved almost right away, and an amazing rate and payment. We did this all through email and phone calls because I live in Greenville, SC...about 3 hours away. You may think I am crazy to travel that far for a good deal, but it was not just the deal...it was the friendliness and customer service. When we got the the dealership my dream Nissan Juke was all ready to go (with balloons on it!!) Lance greeted us and was so great the whole time. Took care of us every step of the way and we were in and out because they knew we had a long trip. Now I used to sell cars and I have to say this was the way car buying SHOULD BE!! Coming from someone who hates to buy cars, and who used to be in the business, this dealership has got it all! It is worth the trip and worth every penny spent! We came back to the Superstore after purchasing our last vehicle from Corey at Everett's main lot in Hickory about 18 months ago. Our second vehicle died on us unexpectedly, so we had to find something to replace it fast. I'll admit, the Superstore wasn't our first stop on this shopping trip this go around, but it should have been! Our last experience with Everett's was awesome, so I don't know why I bothered looking anywhere else. This time we worked with Rhonda, who was quick to get us into a few choices of vehicles that were in our price range and met the criteria we were looking for. She was upbeat and energetic, even on a dreary, cloudy day. We found our car fairly quick, and thanks to the diligence of Ana and Corey(now the sales manager), they were able to get our payments where we needed to be. I'm not the only one in my family that has purchased from here, and I make it a point to send anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to check with the crew in Hickory at the Superstore first, because they'll probably save you a whole lot of driving and time!

I had just gotten back from overseas and was in the market for a new mustang gt. I had actually visited another dealership earlier and was very unimpressed with them so I used auto trader and found another gt at hickory used cars. I didn't call ahead but I walked in and Brian helped me look at the car and was very professional and courteous. Long story short that GT is now sitting in my garage and I couldn't be happier. Hickory Used Car Superstore had a wide variety of cars to choose from for us. We selected a VW Tiguan at well below full retail versus the authorized dealership for the same car and accessories. The salesperson was comfortable to work with and did answer everything we asked. We bought the VW and took it straight to the dealership to add an additional four years of warranty and after all the inspections it needed nothing and was accepted for four more years as is. It was a perfect car at well below dealer pricing even after the warranty costs, Thanks again!

Found what I was looking for via the internet at Hickory Used Car Superstore, I found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and sincere. I traveled to the dealership from Long Island, NY, and they picked me up at Charlotte airport, which is not just around the corner. Went to look at an 2007 Navigator they had for sale. I spoke with Bruce first who left me in the capable hands of Ben Munday. We drove from Greensboro, NC which is about an hour and a half away from their store, but they rolled out the carpet. They had the vehicle waiting on us and let us test drive it for as long as we wanted. We were paying cash and were upside down on our trade-in so they overallowed about 2,000 grand on the trade. They were very nice and bent over backwards to make the deal. In the end we were too far apart on the price due to our negative equity, but I would not hesitate to contact them in the future about purchasing another vehicle. I was recommended to Ben by a friend of mine. We went to the store after a long three weeks of shopping and finally come to a place that felt like home. Ben made the experience very convenient to my time and not the usual "pushy" sells pitch. My wife and I stoped in at closing Saturday night. It was snowing, cold and extreamly windy out. The doors where lock because they just close. I asked to see a truck quickly and the man who helped us was Lance Spencer. He said no problem. My wife and I have been looking for the past couple months for a vehicle. We have got approved at other dealerships (crossroads and gastonia nissan) but they said we had too much negative equity. Thursday Feb.14 we thought we give it one more shot and so happen Hickory Used Car Superstore had some good vehicles and good pricing. We stopped in and was greeted by Lance Spencer he was very friendly and great salesman. We test drove a dodge and it just was not going to work for us. So Lance went and got Corey finance manager he came out and talked to us and seen what we was interested in and we told him a truck or SUV V8 or desiel 4x4. My wife and I told Lance and Corey we would come back later and look some more. We thought it was going to be like any other car lot. Lance was straight up and asked what was the chances on us coming back and we told him not to good, I was going to be honest with him. That right there told me that he was a good salesperson because he asked it truly meaning it and as we walked back to our car Lance was talking to us and my wife told him how we was treated so poorly at other car lots. Lance asked if we would hold on a minute and let him get Corey again and we said okay. Corey came back out with Lance right away and my wife told Corey about the other car dealers and how they had shotgun our credit out there messing it up and right away Lance and Corey said that aint right. We went on talking about the payment range we was wanting and Corey told us the price range we would need to be in and said he was going to look on the computer at the other lot for us and Lance showed us a couple that they had on their lot and we picked out a GMC Sierra 1500. Lance told us to test drive it and see what we thought so we did. When we got back They asked how did we like it and told him we liked it and what would have to be done for us to make a deal. We asked if they had anything else keeping our options open and Corey said he has a Yukon in the back and he took us back to look at it and we loved it. So Lance went and got the application started and Corey was asking about our trade we had to bring back up there. We took the trade back up there and they had the Yukon ready for us to test drive. When we got back with the test drive Lance asked us how was it and we told him we wanted it. Corey came over and told us he was going to send it to two to see if they would do the deal beacause he didn't want to hurt our credit anymore than the other car lots did. Corey seen where we already had our trade financed through Telco Credit Union and said he said they was just starting to do business with Telco so he was going send it to them the next morning first thing we would be the first ones they would send to them for business. Corey said he was positive he could get the deal done with them. He said him or Lance would call us around lunch and let us know either way and they did what they said they would and called and said they had the deal and told us what we need to do. Lance said he would call us first thing the next morning to keep us inform since telco was already closed we couldn't get everything done that Friday night.. Saturday moring Lance called at 8:24 am and told me to come pick p the Yukon that the other finance manager said to come get on a dealer tag till Tuesday when Telco opened and we could finish the paper work up. During our visits to the dealer the entire sales staff was very friendly and alot nicer than other dealers we had talked to. They made us feel like part of the family. With people like Lance and Corey we would do more business with them in the future. If I owned a business I would diffently want people like these two working for me because I know they would help get the job done and succeed.

The process of trading in one vehicle for another vehicle was a very pleasant experience. When I walked into the showroom, all the employees greeted me and thanked me for coming in. I meet with Lance and we looked at the auto that I had talked to him about previously. The car was right beside the showroom and was ready for me to test drive. While we were out for the drive, my trade was appraised and everything was set to go when we returned. The selling process was very quick with some negotiation back and forth and the sale was completed very quickly. There was some sales pressure but that was to be expected. The process took about one hour. If I need another vehicle and they have the auto I am interested in I would definitely Come back

Rhonda was a huge help in this process. She even came in on her day off so that my 16 year old could pick up his first car. When I arrived the car I had emailed about was up front and ready for a test drive. I wasn't pressured into looking at cars we were not interested in, which had been a problem at other dealers.

We had a price in mind for our car and were not going to take less. However, Dennis(who was a very nice man) had to go back and forth to Bruce Roffey to get offersfor our car. This "wheelin and dealin" went back and forth for 2hours. Finallymy wife got a headache and wanted to leave. At that point, we received an offerwe could live with and made the deal. Entirely too much time was taken to finalizethe deal. We like the car and paid what we thought was a good price for it. HOWEVER, thecar did not meet our standards as to the detailing. The interior was dirty andI have been cleaning it this week. I do detailing and the car would never havepassed my standards for my customers.

I had called HUCS on the way to Charlotte to inquire about a Tacoma that I was interested in, but left, discusssed with the high pressure sales to buy something else. He was very professional and patient while I made up my mind and not once did I feel any pressure from him or any member of your team. After looking for nearly 2 months for a Satin White Subaru 2.5i limited. We found the right car at Hickory. We drove over 200 miles to see the car hoping the entire way that we were not wasting our time. After seeing the car in person it was in mint condition just as Brian had described. They also matched another dealers offer on my 2010 Honda Element. This made the buying process very easy. Great overall in all areas.

I would never purchase another car from Hickory Used Car Superstore. We signed the papers and wanted to take the car but it had to go through "service" and they wouldn't let us take it. A week later they delivered the car with parts removed and tint hanging off!!! (They did this to a corvette)When we complained, they fired the salesman. He had nothing to do with the removal of parts or tint! The salesman was great but the management and service department are extremly rude.

I just purchased a 2011 Ford F150, site unseen, from Rhonda and I live over 260 miles from Hickory. I'd looked for 2 months and even had agreed on a price with another dealer but they sold it the next day. When I called Rhonda about her truck she was willing to go above and beyond her call of duty, even though I was an out of town buyer. I shared with her my previous experience. She understood and even offered to drive the truck to me so that I cold see it. She never seemed impatient as we negotiated and she kept an upbeat and positive attitude throughout our conversations. After negotiations, she offered to deliver the truck to me, and she did! I can tell you that the other dealer was NOT willing to deliver. There were a few mechanical problems with the car I purchased. They did not hesitate to fix them for me and offer me a loaner car while the repairs were being made at no expense to me. I was looking for a used SUV that got better gas mileage than the Yukon I was driving. Rhonda and Corey were excellent to work with. I test drove a couple cars before I decided what I liked and they were very helpful. Rhonda made me feel at ease and even provided coloring books and crayons to help occupy my 4 yr old. I had a couple concerns with the first car I drove and she listened to my concerns and tried to help me find something that would take care of those concerns. It was a GREAT experience and I will surely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

I drove 200 miles from East TN to buy a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon. There was a small crack in the windshield so before i purchased the car they replaced it, plus once i purchased it they put 5 gallons of gas in it. Overall it is a great car and they had exceptional customer service. Everyone that I talked to from the dealership was very nice and I would definitely reccomend buying a used car from them.

We are from the Charlotte area and our 1st stop for buying and trading in a car was Carmax. We left Carmax discouraged when the offer on the car we wanted to trade in was a considerable amount lower than we thought it would be and the prices on used cars in the lot were so high. We saw a Camry we liked for sale online at Hickory Used Car Superstore Online so we decided to take the ride. It turned out to be a great choice. Rhonda showed us the car we went in to look at. My daughter was looking to buy her first car. She had went into the dealership a few days earlier, and found a car and met Rhonda. Rhonda talked with Amanda and gave her a printout with a lot of information about the car. Amanda came home very excited and dead set on having that car. She showed me and her dad the information; we looked it over. We tried to talk Amanda into looking around some more, but she really liked the car and Rhonda. So on that Saturday we went and looked at the car. Not making any promises. When we arrived, she didn't see Rhonda Amanda started to panic a little, but soon she spotted her and felt better. Rhonda came out and was very friendly and nice. We test drove the car. Rhonda knew a lot about the car and knew what she was talking about. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. She told us things that other dealerships had never told us before. My husband is wanting a small SUV we will definitely be coming to see Rhonda again. She is GREAT!!! My wife and I were looking for a used MINI Cooper S Convertable and with a lot of searching we found one on line at the Hickory Used Car Superstore. I called the store and was fortune it enough to get Lance Spencer as a sales consultant. I explained to him that we were interested in the MINI but we lived in Erie Pa a 9 hour drive away from the store. Lance called me back and accuratly described the vehicle including any scratches and dents since the car was a 2005. After much discussion with my wife, we drove to Hickory to see. As we approached the dealership, I told her that if we did not get the "WOW" factor we would drive home and call it a long weekend."WOW" ! The car was better than Lance described and the dealership was exceptional with making the trip worth while. Since neither my wife or I had ever been in a MINI before, it was a risk to drive that far but after two weeks we have not been disappointed. Anyone who has seen or driven the car agree it was a great deal. Best car buying experience! I saw my 2004 BMW 745Li on sale at autotrader.com and I called this dealership immediately. I worked with Jim Richardson with the deal and I took a one way flight from NYC to NC and drove back with my new used car within hours. The staff is exceptional to work with. They did everything to make my car buying experience from another state worth while. I would definitely go back and buy again in the future. The price of the car was VERY competitive.
