The level of customer service and genuine thoughtfulness CANNOT be beat. If you are looking for a painless and hassle free car buying experience you seriously should not look any further. I really can't say enough to explain how convenient my experience was, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous car I have now at an unbeatable deal!

After narrowing down what kind of car I wanted I came across one that seemed to fit my criteria on this website that was being sold by Highland Auto. The salesman I worked with, Gebran, was very helpful and accommodating in answering my questions. Great prices and I was able to get a really good deal on financing.

Bought my first car here which was a beautiful pearl white 2006 Toyota Solara, I had such a easy and smooth experience and even though the lot is a little small I would definitely recommend people to Highland Auto.

I was in need of a car immediately, but my family was on a budget. Gebran stayed after closing just to accommodate us and found us a great Toyota Camry, which is just what we were looking for. He also found us the lowest interest rate for a used car, one I didn't think possible. We left with a used car that looked new and we could not be happier with our choice. Gebran helped us stay within our budget on the loan and the car itself. I can never thank Highline Auto enough, I will never shop anywhere else for a car again. The have a great selection and every car had a great price. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car start their search at Highline Auto. Thanks Highline Auto we love our new car!

Stopped by the lot while looking at several used cars in the area and was very surprised at the level of service and knowledge of vehicles across the lot and even to other vehicles I was looking at not currently in their inventory. Willing to answer any question and provide documented facts on service and quality of the vehicles on hand. Also told the key points of what to look for in the other cars I was looking at on different dealerships, they were more interested in me being happy with the car I chose than just making a sale. It was the most helpful and enlightening stop in my search for the right car. There was no pressure but the right level of support when I needed it.

I have bought cars only from a major dealership in the past and while I love having a new or another car I hate dealing with sales people. Highland Auto family business made buying a car fast and easy. I would definately purchase from them again.

I dont know much about cars, I am a single mom with a limited incom. Highland Auto made it simple for me to purchase a vehicle that I needed that worked with my budget, they patiently explained everything I needed about the different vehicles and when it came to financing they also made that an easy experience. My daughter and I walked out of there happy with our vehicle... THANK YOU HIGHLAND AUTO!

We were in desperate need of a car and our credit was not good but they worked with us and got us in a car the same day. The car runs great and it was very clean on the inside and out. Our son is now looking for a car for the first time and we are taking him there to get a reliable car. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I have been looking to buy a BMW for months. When I came across Highland auto they didn't have the bmw I wanted but found me my perfect car. Not only did Gebran take his time and find out exactly what I wanted but got me the car for way cheaper then any other dealer. I have had no issues with my car and when I'm ready for a new one I will only deal with Highland Auto!

I shopped around at a few local dealerships, and had gotten a mixed bag of experiences, but Highland Auto was by far the best. He owns and runs the business by himself, so there arent any pushy salespeople competing for commission and haggling you. He was very reasonable and accommodating throughout the whole process and in dealing with my bank. Overall, a great experience, which I think is pretty rare when buying a car.

This is a small dealership, but unlike many big dealerships, they don't play games and make sure they provide more personal customer service. It is a father-son, family-owned business and they are great and honest people. They were able to provide the Carfax and other records upon request unlike other dealerships I've been to. There were no pressure sales tactics and other shady practices that many big dealerships employ as the family here are straight-forward. The whole transaction and signing of documents was quick and smooth. They don't have much selection of vehicles, but they are able to get whatever vehicle you'd like within your budget. Because of this and the more personal customer service interaction, I will do business again in the future and recommend them to friends.

I have terrible credit I am trying to fix and have been pushed around by other dealers. This one was 100% opposite. Told me they would approve me and did and not just that but I needed a more luxury car for my business and they put me in the nicest care I have ever owned. Paper work was quick, got credit advice and it was just like a friendly home atmosphere.. not like where at most lots where they have u wait while they go make a deal and leave you and come back with their hustling technique's. I would strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone :) I am overly satisfied and I will by my 2nd car there also !

Had the SUV we wanted, at a price well within our budget. No high pressure salesmen, in fact just a father and son team working there. No pressure, no hassles. Quick, fair deal and we were on our way. They were just a couple minutes from our home but if they have the vehicle you want it's worth the drive from wherever you are. I've bought many a car in my life, many good experiences, many bad experiences but this ranks as one of the best. The only downside for some might be location and potentially selection, but I'd rather deal with a small quality business than a large chain dealership.
