It has been almost two years since I bought my Mazda 4. I was very happy with the dealership and especially Earl White. He was very pleasant to deal with and did not play games. On 06/01/2016 at 10:30 a.m., I received a call from my salesman, Tairon, stating that an offer I had made on a 2003 Toyota Echo earlier that morning had been accepted by the manager. I was ecstatic. I called Tairon back and arranged a time to be at the dealership that afternoon to pick up my car. An hour or so after that, I received another call from Tairon. I was on the phone, but he left me a message. The message stated that the Toyota Echo that my offer had been accepted on had been sold by another salesman. I could not believe what I heard. I called Tairon back to discuss what had happened and was told that since I didn't put any money down on the car, they did not have to hold it for me. I was not informed of that on the first phone conversation with Tairon. I got very angry and upset and hung up the phone. I then contacted the used car department manager and spoke to him about the situation. He basically informed me of the same. When I told him that I was not told that I needed to put money down on the car in order to hold it, I was told that the salesman knew better and that that the car being sold out from under me was "just how it goes." I was infuriated. I hung up the phone and broke into tears. I cannot believe how I was treated. It was wrong and no justification for it will make it right.

After purchasing one new car there with a bad experience, we were ignored 6 months later when we were checking out a second car. Problem one: we were told that it would be "one or two days" for my car to come in, so I signed the paperwork. My car came in one and a half MONTHS later, a couple of days before my first payment was due.Problem two: the salesman, Cederic, knew nothing about the Miata.Problem three: while looking for the second vehicle, 3 or 4 salesmen were shooting the breeze when we parked and waited. We were about to leave about 10 to 15 minutes later when Brandon finally came out to us. After speaking to him, he promised to get back to us with more information on getting a vehicle. He didn't call back.

We narrowed down our new car choice to either a Mazda or one other make of car. We drove the other make first and then went to Hiley Mazda. I fell in love with the CX3. Brandon Dow spoke with us and we took a test drive. I knew that was the car for me, however we were just looking on that day and needed to get ourselves financially organized to purchase a new car. Fast forward almost three weeks. I inquired about the car again and Earl White called me. I explained we had already been talking to Brandon so he let Brandon know I was still interested in the CX3. All said and done we spoke on the phone ( I live in Tennessee) and bam! the following Saturday we went to pick up my new Mazda. Brandon was patient, Earl was helpful, and Greg the Business Manager was forthright. Thank you Hiley Mazda. Hope to see you again when we replace another one of our cars. I found a 2014 Toyota Tundra (assumed trade in) on Autotrader.com and contacted Hiley Mazda of Huntsville concerning the truck's availability. I was connected with Earl White and he not only was able to address all my inquiries but walked me through the process to place a deposit on the vehicle. His communication was frequent and informative as was necessary since I live several hundred miles from the dealership. I drove in the next day and Earl met me at the door. From there, the test drive, negotiations and financial process were pain free (and this is coming from a man which loathes the usual car buying experience). I drove away in my new Truck and could not be happier with my purchase. Earl, and the rest of the Hiley staff, were exceptionally helpful, competent, and a pleasure to do business with. Additionally, I thought the vehicle was very well priced. I would drive several hundred miles again to purchase a car from these guys.

I have been leasing a 2015 Mazda CX-5, which Keith helped me with.This may or may not be a great analogy, but to me, Keith is like an excellent waiter. He is never in your face or in your way, but as soon as you have a question, he's right there with the answer. He doesn't wait until you've just taken a bite and ask you how everything tastes in passing. He never interrupts your conversation to recite the day's specials. He just makes you feel calm, comfortable, and as though things are under control. He really seems to understand what it's like to be in the market for a vehicle, and he's ready to help you by supplying the information you need to make an informed decision. If you're like me, you do your research before you ever contact a dealership (which is probably why you're reading this). When I talk to somebody like Keith, I already have some idea of what I want, but I probably have a few more questions. I also just want to actually experience the vehicle and get a feel for it. Keith does an excellent job of giving you all the information you need and all the space you need to let things sink in.In my case I knew what I wanted and why, and I was ready to move quickly. I was in and out within just a few hours, largely thanks to Keith's knowledge, professionalism, and easy-going style. He even helped me get my phone synced up with the vehicle after the sale was all done and I was ready to drive off. It was calm, relaxed, AND quick. How often do you see those words applied to a car-buying experience?

Keith Robinett is truly a "breath of fresh air"!! He is authentic in his friendliness, and truly enjoys finding out what people want, then doing his best to fill that need. He doesn't try to "move you to another vehicle" or push you into a decision you are not ready to make. My wife and I were very impressed that he informed and educated us on the vehicle, provided us with several payment options, and did not insist that we make a decision right then. We went back to Murfreesboro, TN and came back the next day with a positive decision we were both happy with.

Me and my wife bought our new 2016 Mazda 6 from Hiley Mazda. We were both very pleased with the service. The sales associate, (Jennifer Bethig) was very helpful. No pressure sales tactics at all. She just allowed us to judge for ourselves to whether we felt it was right for us or not. Thanks Jennifer! This is the first Mazda we have ever owned and so far it's been a pleasure driving it. It's just ashame they don't make full size trucks. That would definitely be my next purchace from Mazda unless I decide later to get another car. Either way. Keith was friendly and straight forward from the start. He came down to a reasonable price and was no nonsense on the financing rates. We found a smudge on the car that we couldn't get off and he took it to to the back and returned it with the spot removed. The car I drove to the dealership had a tire that was a little on the unsafe side (belt showing), so he jacked up the car and replaced the tire with the spare himself. He found us some discounts and even offered to drive several hours so my co-signers would have less inconvenience. At no point in time did I start to get the "something about this is fishy" feeling that I get at so many dealerships.

Highly recommend asking for Keith. My son totaled his new vehicle, so this could have been extremely stressful. Keith was very knowledgeable, friendly, and zero pressure! He listened to what I wanted and needed. He understood that safety was my major focus so it became his focus as well. My 21 year old daughter spent the day car shopping with me and at the end on the day, she questioned why so many people dislike car shopping. She actually enjoyed the process. Keith took the extra time to show her a vehicle on the sister lot that she is interested in purchasing after college graduation....next year! Let me preface this review by stating that I was shopping with my father who is a quadriplegic. I'm sure no one at Hiley has dealt with a customer who can't even drive before, so our experience was probably a new one for everyone. We went in on a chilly Tuesday morning and were immediately greeted by Earl White. We were there to look at two specific vehicles. Earl took note and quickly headed off to find what we were looking for. Due to my dad's disability, Earl brought the vehicles into the bay for us so we could look at them without being fully exposed to the elements. I eventually took the second vehicle a 2015 CX-5 for a test drive, but before we left, Earl made sure my dad was going to be comfortable while we were out. The whole experience was really easy and laid back. Earl was very knowledgeable about his product and explained things well. Blake in financing was also very helpful, extremely patient while Dad signed papers to the best of his ability, and not pushy at all when we explained we were right within our budget and weren't interested in the add-ons. Overall I was very impressed with the dealership. If I had one complaint, it would be that things seemed to take a long time to process once we decided to buy. This is most likely due to the unusual nature of the sale since my father was the one purchasing the vehicle and cannot drive.

We were looking to upgrade our 2007 Honda CRV and Keith Robinett suggested to us the 2015 Mazda CX-5. We test drove the vehicle and enjoyed it a lot. After 12 years of owning a Mazda Tribute, which I loved and had no problems with, I felt it was time to purchase a new vehicle. I researched for over a year and had decided on a Mazda CX5. I have owned 3 previous Mazda's with very good results. After retiring and moving from the Birmingham area, I made contact with the closest Mazda dealer which was Hiley Mazda in Huntsville Alabama. I spoke with Keith Robinett over the phone and from that point on the decision to purchase the Mazda CX5 was pretty much decided. I told him I wanted a no pressure sale, and that I had done lots of research and I wanted to drive to Huntsviile and test drive the vehicle. He arranged everything around my schedules. I was impressed with the dealership and the friendliness of the employees. Mr. Robinett answered my questions, worked with my budget, and calmed the nerves of a person who had not had a car payment for a long time. The manager, the finance manager and Mr. Robinett were all very considerate and spent the time necessary with me to ensure I understood the process and I never felt the pressure that I have felt from dealerships before. This went a long way in my decision to buy from Hiley Mazda. I would recommend this dealership and most definitely Mr. Robinett .

I bought a Mazda 3, this is the first time I have purchased a Mazda. I am very impressed. It is so much fun to drive. Keith Robinett was great. He stayed late to finalize my purchase. It was a Saturday and I'm sure he wanted to go home. I did not feel pressured, although I had been looking online at the Mazda 3 for 3 or 4 months and had pretty much decided it was what I wanted. Keith Robinett helped me find the new car I wanted. In fact, everyone at Hiley Mazda--from the receptionist to the manager--was helpful and friendly. Initially, I wasn't sure if the Mazda CX5 was quite what I wanted, so I shopped nearly every mid-sized SUV out there, both online and around the city, before making a decision. During this evaluation/comparison process, I made three visits to Hiley, and each time, I was warmly welcomed, my questions were answered, and there was no aggressive hard sell--not that I required selling as I had previously purchased a new 2007 Mazda3 Grand Touring at Hiley and have had absolutely no problems with it. That too was a good car buying experience, but the entire staff has changed since then. When I retuned to get my CX5, Keith Robinett assisted me. He took my husband and me (yes, me is correct here) for a test drive, and he explained the car's features and answered all our questions. He took time to demonstrate some of the car's new technology, helped me set up my audio system and bluetooth, and welcomed me back if I had any questions or problems (I bought the car on August 29 and went back today, Sept. 2, for help with my iPod, and Keith resolved the problem). My husband and I bought a 2008 GMC Acadia on April 5, 2014. We had a very nice sales person (Brandon Garcia). The Business manager was great and everyone else we came in contact with was nice too. Brandon told us they would throw in a warranty with the car. We assumed it was free since it was "thrown in". But when we signed the papers it was an additional $2800. Fast forward 8 days and the transmission is going out. So thankfully we have this $2800 warranty because we now have to get the transmission replaced. My husband called the warranty place and they said to take it back to the original dealer that we bought it from. We called Hiley and they said they will not work on it, take it to GMC (which I would prefer because they know what they are doing). So, all in all I am very disappointed with this experience. I feel like they knew something was wrong with this car before they sold it to us. And seeing that we only had it 8 days when the trouble started, it seems like they would try and make the situation right with us.

Hiley was a different experience than the other dealerships I had been looking to do business with. From the moment I started interacting with Keith Robinett, I felt as though he wanted to do business with me. I didn't get this feeling because he seemed eager to scam me or over charge me. He honestly wished to make a deal that could be of mutual benefit to me and the dealership and had the power to negotiate with me until that point was found. This was a low pressure situation with a salesman who was knowledgable on his product. I now have a fully functioning car in my drive way that I paid less than KBB suggest retail price for. I recommend doing business here and choosing Keith Robinett as your sales man because I am confident you will have the same feeling, if you choose to do so.

I have owned a 2002 Mazda Tribute almost since it was new and have taken very good care of it. I parked the car in my driveway on a Thursday evening, Sunday morning during breakfast I saw smoke roll past the window and found the car on fire! I put the fire out with a fire extinguisher very quickly but it sustained some damage. The wiring harness was melted, the brake booster and master cylinder where burned. I called my insurance company and the car was towed to Hiley Mazda in Huntsville Alabama. After nearly two weeks Hiley provided an estimate of $3100 to repair the car which included replacing the above mentioned parts. Later that day I received an email stating that Hiley had determined the fire had started because of a defective ABS module that had an active recall. Hiley stated that Mazda would repair all damages at no cost to me or my insurer. After two more weeks Hiley called and said my car was ready to be picked up that all repairs where complete. I arrived to get my car and they parked it at the service department door. I started the car and opened the hood to inspect the repairs. The engine was shaking like crazy and misfiring. I shut it off and continued looking. Immediately I noticed an obviously "repaired" wiring harness and fire extinguisher residue everywhere. The harness was twice the size in diameter it was originally and had aftermarket plastic wire loom over it with tape and tie-wraps on it. I asked Shane the service advisor why it was running so bad and why the harness was "repaired" instead of replaced like the original estimate had said. She stated that they did what Mazda authorized them to do. I asked to see the service manager and Stan Fields showed up ten minutes later. Stan said he was shocked because the car ran fine earlier and said he would take care of it. I asked about the dash warning lights that where on, including ABS, BRAKE and check engine, Stan said he would take care of it all. I asked about the harness and Stan said he would talk to Mazda and agreed the repairs where sub-standard and stated that he agreed with me 100% that I was right and he would be upset too if it where his car. Stan then stated that the reason they "repaired" the harness was because a new one was not available any more. I left the car with them to fix it again and went home. I then Googled the harness for the car and got several suppliers instantly. I called Stan and told him this and he asked me to email him the links which I did. After a few more days Stan called and said the misfiring was found to be faulty spark plugs and coil packs and that he had ordered new ones. He also said that he ordered a new harness and expected to receive it within 48 hours. Three days later Stan called and said the repairs where in progress but the supplier called him and said the harness was not available. He said the harness we needed was a "S" suffix versus the "A" that he had ordered. I stated that I would search the internet for him again if that's what it would take. My search revealed that the part number he gave me does not exist. I fully believe that the original part IS the correct harness. Several more days passed and Stan called said the car is ready except for the harness replacement and that there was nothing else he could do. I voiced extreme displeasure to Stan, and Mazda customer service, who I had been working with from the beginning. All of them told me they were sorry but they had done all they were willing to do. I picked the car up today and brought it home, start to finish it has taken EIGHT WEEKS. The car is repaired to where it is running, but in my opinion, which is Professional since I have been an Electrician for 33 years; this harness repair is not acceptable automotive wiring methods by any standard. What Hiley has done is a Band-Aid repair with plastic covers, tie wraps and tape. Service Manager Stan Fields told me that all the coil packs and plugs had been changed, none have. The wiring harness is really quite pathetic. The wires are as I suspected, spliced. Unfortunately whoever did it used a bit too much heat on the heat shrink as he actually burned the shrink and wire insulation in several places. How ironic. He also failed to use the same color insulation on one wire. Another is mismatched in size from one side of the splice to the other. The wires are not uniform in length so he made nice little kinks and loops back and forth. The plastic wire loom used to hide his handy work is poorly sized. Even the electrical tape used to cover this mess up was the cheapest made and would come unraveled in a short time. I did not cut off any of the heat shrink to look but I imagine the connections are not even soldered. If they are I'm sure it's done as poorly as the rest of the job. I also noticed two brake lines badly burned that where not replaced. I have never seen such lousy, unsafe, unethical work in my life. Stan and his alleged mechanic should both be fired. All Mazda employees involved should be ashamed and embarrassed. I am not parking the car in the garage or too close to my home in fear of another fire. I find it strange that when Hiley quoted the repairs of my car to the insurance company it stated "replace" the wiring harness at a cost of $881 in parts and $480 in labor, then when Mazda is liable it changed to $0 in parts and three hours labor on the invoice. Guess the difference is in who is paying. My insurance adjuster appraised this car at $6100 after the fire; I don't think I could even sell this car if the buyer looked under the hood. It certainly would not pass an inspection by a mechanic which most people do when buying a used car. I also would not sell it without disclosing the issue to a buyer since I am honest. This has greatly reduced the value of my property and my 17 year old daughter is afraid to drive the car now. I can't really blame her.

Wow on friendliness and customer service! We visited this dealership twice and raked Tairon Payne over the coals for an ungodly amount of time about all the features, price, comparisons, etc. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he was extremely patient with a pair of picky shoppers. Took us three months to finally decide what brand, make, etc. we wanted, but when we returned we were very pleased with our experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a very good price. And Tairon is fun to work with...kind of reminded me of Forest Whitaker. He has some unusual hobbies and talents...ask him when you go there!

Keith down at Hiley Mazda/Audi was a friendly, honest and upfront salesman. I have USAA insurance and they honored every bit of my member discount, and even stayed after close to make sure things ran smoothly(I had to drive 96 miles to get to the dealership). There were no games or gimmicks, they were simply upfront about the cost, and my approval. They actually got me approved for a lower rate than my bank! But, most importantly everyone at Hiley was polite and friendly to my daughter, got her skittles and a cup of water too! And as if it couldn't get any better, they dropped my rental car off at Enterprise for me. Thanks Keith, that my the ride home a real Trip! Honestly, I would reccomend Hiley Mazda/Audi to anyone. They treated my family and I with respect throughout the entire process. They also respected our budget and didn't try to get us into a brand new car. Hello,I think the Internet Sales Manager/General Manager and Courtney Brown(our salesman) did great with our last purchase from Hiley Mazda. He was able to sell us a great looking(and driving) Toyota Corolla S model and "move a unit " that day. This allowed for a low price on the vehicle we were buying. We also got a great trade-in amount for the car we owned at the time(which was being worked on in the KIA dealership at the time.) Overall, I brag on Hiley Mazda all the time now because of what they did and it always makes other dealerships squirm in their seats, lol and gives me more hope as a consumer. By caring more about getting us a great deal and choosing to move a unit/inventory vs. make a large profit off of the car like many sales managers like to do, Hiley won a great customer, by not being greedy. We love our new Mazda CX-9! Our buying experience was very seamless, pleasant and transparent thanks to Keith Robinette. From the moment we arrived at the dealership Keith gave us his undivided attention. He was especially helpful in explaining the "tech" part of the car - like taking time to demonstrate the bluetooth feature. We were given an excellent trade-in price on our Envoy - (I had already check the KBB value before coming out) and a fair price on the CX9. Keith is professional and warm - yet believable - in his approach and we could immediately understand why his credenza is filled with salesman of the month awards. I assume that means he has lots of referral business, and we will certainly encourage our friends and family to visit Hiley Mazda and work with Keith Robinette. We also enjoed meeting Matt Meyer - the manager/owner. He runs a "new age" dealership in Huntsville- no remnants of the "old school" car lot with the terror of "commission hawking" and slick talkers. I gave this rating a perfect score beacause it was the best possible car buying experience I have ever had. I did my best not to test drive, because the sales people before make me nervous, and usualy put a lot of pressure on me during the test drive. I expressed my concerns about test driving to Earl, and he explained to me that to really get a feel for the vehicle, a test drive was neccessary. He made me feel really comfortable about the test drive. In fact, he offered to drive the vehicle to a relatively secluded spot, where there was not much traffic at all, and then let me drive. That approach really worked well for me. Turns out I loved the vehicle and ended up buying it. I cannot say enough good things about Earl. He is very personable, and really took the time to get to know me and develop a rapport with me and my father. He answered any and every question that I had (I had done research, and compared a few vehicles online). Earl told me the differences in a few comparison vehicles, without bad mouthing the other ones. Very knowledgable. At times he had to explain things more than once, that I didn't understand. He was very patient while I was asking all my questions. During the test drive, I actually felt comfortable, because Earl did not even talk about the car we were driving much, except to show me some features. We all chatted (me, my father, and Earl) about normal stuff. I learned about his family and that he was from New York, and we told him about ours, as well as discussing the unnecessary need for turnabouts. No pressure at all.After all was said and done, and I had purchased the vehicle, Earl went over all the manuals, introduced us to all the departments (service, parts, etc) he gave me the opportunity to ask questions, and then helped me get situated in my new vehicle (set up my bluetooth, and navigation, went over all the controls, etc). He then told us if we needed anything, to give him a call, and he'd be able to help. The most impressive thing about Earl was that before we left, he told us that he was not only our car salesman, but he was our buddy. For example, if the car is getting serviced and we need a ride somewhere, he'd be the one taking us, with a smile. I really do feel like Earl Is my buddy! It seems like the whole Hiley team is that way, too. Blake in financing was very nice, funny, and super helpful, answering questions, and explaining all the forms. He even got me a lower interest rate then what the lender had initially offered. As I said before, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, my new CX-5 is AMAZING, and I would recommend this dealer to anybody, any day! It seems that Hiley Mazda Huntsville is one big family and it shows by the way everybody treat their customers, and each other!

Keith did a great job working with us, and showed his character in several ways. Keith ended up sharing our sale with another dealership sales employee who had briefly met with us once on a previous stop into the store. Then, when the paperwork resulted in a small overcharge for our purchase ($40), Keith drove to our house to deliver the overcharge to us to make the deal right.

Mr Payne and Hiley Mazda worked with me to get the car I wanted including dealer installed options at my pace. They are "no hassle". I purchased with the COSTCO program and COSTCO required them to set up an appointment with me so that was the only hiccup,COSTCO was telling them to hassle me. Mr Payne and I worked that out and I will provide feedback to COSTCO to stop that hassling on their end. I had special needs on financing and title as well as assurance the warranty would be honored in Mexico. Hiley Mazda worked to resolve each issue. I am very pleased and do highly recommend Mr Payne and Hiley Mazda.

Having just experienced an unsatisfying sales experience at a nearby dealer we went to Hiley Mazda today. We were not sure we wanted to buy today. Justin and Michael were very friendly and easy going and worked very hard to meet our conditions. Were it not for their manner of customer interface we surely would have left without buying. They made the sale. Then to top it off, Blake in Finance was highly knowledgeable and entertaining and friendly. So in sum they worked with us on the price and some perks and treated us very well all the way through. This sales experience stands out in my mind as most unusual. I will surely return to Hiley.

My Review Of Hiley Audi Volkswagen Of Huntsville:I bought a 2008 Mazda Speed3 with almost 60k miles on Monday 3/11/13, when driving from the dealership back home (Birmingham), the first gear started to pop back out, it was after 8pm, had to get home because I had to go to work the next morning, next day I could not drive the car, it would not take the gears so I decided to take it to a shop after work, so I did, the news was THE FIRST GEAR IS GONE, I immediately called Joel, he said he would call me back the next day, he did around 11am, at this point I could not sit and wait so I called Mazda in Birmingham and the towing service and they took it, and they said THE FIRST AND THIRD GEAR ARE GONE, the TRANSMISSION must be taken apart and replace all the parts, it would take a week to have it done, so I don't have a car, I have to miss work, might lose my job, I tried to reach out to Hiley Mazda for help since I don't trust this car anymore, I don't want it, I want to take it back and off course they won't take it back, just got off the phone with Melvin, he was RUDE, INTERRUPTED ME WHILE I WAS STILL TAKING, TRIED TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN EXCUSE, THE MAZDA SERVICE EXPERT TOLD ME THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN JUST ONE MINUTE, THEY HAD TO KNOW THAT THIS WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN AND THEY KNEW, WHICH MAKES THE SITUATION EVEN WORST, THEY TRIED TO SELL ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR $2500 WHEN THE CAR STILL HAD SOME DRIVETRAIN WARRANTY ON IT, BECAUSE THEY KNEW THE TRANSMISSION WAS ABOUT BE DONE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT BUT MELVIN SAID: "I AM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU, I AM NOT TAKING THE CAR BACK, AND SAID THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANY CAR AT ANY TIME" . Really? so besides all this they really believe people are stupid. All I wanted to do was return this car back to them and maybe purchase a new car from them, but with no support from them, I will not buy another car from them and will advise anyone I know to steer clear of Hiley Mazada. I know cars can be returned withing a few days of purchased because I have several friends who have purchased a vehicle and not satisfied with it and simply returned it. Nothing was wrong with the car and the dealer took it back. How about that... Hiley wont even take back a car that is going to have a new tranny in it, I was trying to give it back to them better than they sold it to me. So a word to the wise. Stay away from them.

Before I bought our Miata, I went to "interview" the dealership. I quietly asked other customers their opinions of Hiley's service, customer service, and their overall experience. Everyone I spoke with had positive comments. Two actually said they would go no where else in North Alabama to buy a car! Even though my salesperson, Tairon Payne, was new and was also with the Audi/VW side of the dealership, he followed up with me, answered all my questions, and found a co-worker from the Mazda dealership to finalize the details. My Miata and I have seen Shane in the service department only one time for routine service...a much, much better experience than I have had at other dealerships over the years! I would highly recommend Hiley to anyone.

I went back to Hiley and bought this second car from Keith mostly because Mazda makes an excellent car for our needs and he was so professional to work with. We bought a new Mazda3 Skyactiv the first time and we traded our 2000 Miata for a 2011 Miata PRHT that Keith just took in on trade. I just wanted to say what a great team you have at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville! Keith Robinett assisted us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Keith was never pushy and was always respectful with the utmost customer service. He responded to numerous emails, texts, and calls trying to get us what we wanted and answer any questions that we had. Our son did all of the contact work in looking for our car. I had a coupon for the oil change, which is why I rated them good for price. However, when I walked in for my previously scheduled appointment I had to wait over 5 minutes to be helped even though 3 other employees were standing around. I then waited over an hour and a half for my oil change. I would have thought it would be quicker at 2:30pm on a Thursday.

My wife and I bought a used Chevy Trailblazer last month from Keith at Hiley Mazda. The auto was in emaculate condition except for a trim piece on the seat, and two rear speakers that didn't work. With a little negotation, I was able to acquire the Trailblazer at a slightly lower price than advertised on their internet site, plus have them fix the seat and speakers. I am very skeptical about car dealerships and car salesmen, but Keith Robinett was very honest with us. I would definitely recommend Keith and Hiley Mazda.

Visited several dealerships when we were looking to move from a 2 seat roadster to an SUV. We hadn't given Mazda much of a thought but, after visting Hiley and meeting salesperson Keith Robinett we were quite surprised. Keith provided us with several options for a CX-7 and CX-9, we finally choose the CX-9. Keith provided us with several purchasing options, we choose to wait until the next day and unlike most salesperson's he did not pressure us into a purchase. We called him first thing the next morning and to our surprise he had everything taken care of and we were driving our new Mazda before lunch.

I went to Hiley with the idea of going there first and then one other dealer to look for a new car for my wife. I never made it to the other dealer-it wasn't necessary. My experience at the Hiley Mazda was excellent, and this is mostly due to an amazing sales consultant (Keith Robinett). As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Robinett approached me without being overbearing or intrusive; the outstanding customer service I received began here and continued throughout my experience. The work Mazda does is high quality, and Mr. Robinett showed a knowledge of this fact by clearly conveying the benefits of what Mazda has to offer. Mr. Robinett was friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. His excellent work was a major factor that made my overall experience a great one; I felt confident that I was in control of the decisions rather than feeling forced into a decision. I had used Mazda's website to find what the actual price of the car would be and printed the information in case it was needed for negotiations; but to my delight, negotiations weren't really necessary. The first price Mr. Robinett gave me was actually under the price quoted on the website. For these reasons, I would definitely recommend Mazda and specifically Keith Robinett to anyone looking to buy a car. I am extremely grateful for my experience and my new car.

I had been looking for another vehicle for about a month after mine was wrecked. I was a but skeptical about going to another dealership after having a few bad experiences at other ones locally. I even walked out of one place while the guy was still trying to talk to me. I am very glad that I went to see Keith at Hiley. I was very pleased that he helped me on his day off, he even brought the car to my job so I could test drive it, not to mention the awesome homemade strawberry shortcake he had made for me when I came back to pick up my car. We found this Honda at Hiley Mazda of Huntsville. Michael approached us but was not overbearing and listened. Something that is lost in a lot of salespeople now days. He asked us questions to see what we wanted. He didn't try to sell us the car, he wanted to make sure it was a car we wanted. The experience at the dealership did not take a long time and they were very straight forward in their price and what they were willing to offer. Once this was agreed upon, the process moved quickly the next day and we were on our way. If there was any snag in anything, Michael was there for us. We bought a used car from Hiley and we would highly recommend the dealer. The price was an internet pre-negotiated price that was a fair price for the vehicle. The Sales Consultant was knowledgeable and helpful. After we purchased the vehicle we found out the automatic door locks did not work. I had purchased a 2005 Mazda Miata on July 1, 2011 and I wasn't really happy with the service I got. First, I was talking with Blake Cruttenden about the car and was passed off onto Shelton Lattimore to take it for a test drive, because as he put it, he had a customer. Well, who the hell was I? Second, after we came back for our test drive and we were sitting out front talking, Mr. Hiley started having a fit that there was an accident. We both looked out and didn't see anything and so we watched as the he walked over to the car I did purchase and moved it away from another car in front of it. Well, Shelton went over and talked with the managers and they all laughed. The manager never came over and apologized to me about the incident and I have never heard a word from anyone there, ever!!!It was his employee that backed the car into the Miata. Third, I was told I would get a CarFax report on the car and never did. I found out after getting my own, that the car had been in two accidents already. It also had no tonneau cover, which I was never told. It's supposed to have a 6-disc CD changer/player, which it does not and also a solar-contol tinted windshield w/sunshade, which it does not have either, but they are listed on the sheet as to what the car has on it. I'd say that's false advertising in a BIG WAY!!!! Also, when I had called the service department a few days after buying the car and realizing it had no cover for the convertible top, I was told they didn't have one and that no one in the region had one either. Well, to my surprise, I stopped at the dealership in Nashville and was able to order one and it came in a few days later. And I have never received any paperwork about the extended warranty that I purchased on the car. Also, I had stopped at the dealership one day and talked with Blake and told him about the things that were not on the car and that the drivers side headlight faced down and it was difficult to see at night, and it was like I was talking to myself. Nothing was ever mentioned about the items not on the car and no attempt was made to fix the headlight. I don't think that is the kind of "service" I was looking for. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, ever!!!!

I feel that this dealership showed the best customer service I have ever seen at a car dealership in my life. Everyone was very friendly and kind. By the time we were finished with everything the service department was closed and our salesman Scott washed our car and took it to put gas in it for us. that was very nice of him. you wouldnt find that at most dealerships. He made sure everything was the way we liked it and told us if we have any problems or questions to contact him and he would handle it. He was a good guy overall and deserves to be praised for his hard work. i give Scott and the dealership not a five star rating but a ten star for excellent customer service and quality care.

I have bought quite a few new cars during my lifetime, but none of the purchases were as painless and professional as the ones I made at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville, AL during the past year. I never looked forward to the usual cat and mouse games that you have to play with the typical sales people, and then the fast talking slick sales manager who is always losing money on the deal according to him. I have walked away from many a dealership over the years due to some assumptions that a woman looking at cars by herself is either a dumb broad that just fell off the turnip truck (i.e., she has no clue how to buy a car) or just looking and the husband is going to be the one doing the negotiating and actual purchase.While not really looking for a new car, I saw an ad last December for $5000 off sticker for the 2010 Mazda6s at Hiley Mazda. I didnt really think about getting a Mazda since I had always been a Honda and Acura gal, but I thought I would go check out the special and what strings were attached. I test drove one of the 6s and was really surprised at how sharp it looked and handled, in addition to all the options and safety features. The salesman and the Sales Manager (Kin Wilson) were very polite, professional, and non-assuming. They actually valued my business. How often do you see that anymore? There were no strings attached, so I did some more research about the Mazda6s that night, then went back the next day and bought the vehicle. I was now the proud owner of a Mazda6 and have loved it ever since.A couple of months ago, I started shopping for an SUV. I went to check out Ford and Lexus models, but just didnt get that we value your business feeling that I got from the folks at Hiley Mazda. So, I went back to Hiley Mazda, got up with salesman Michael Ponter and took a look at the CX-9s and what they had to offer and went for a spin. I then sat down with Kin Wilson (again) and he came to a price without me having to haggle at all. He honored all incentives (and then some) plus the 0% financing that was advertised. I said I wanted to think about it a day or two and there was no pressure that I had to buy it right then to get that price. Both Michael and Kin treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I went home, did some more research and pricing, then went back the next day and bought the car. The paperwork took less than an hour. Again the whole process from start to finish was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I have ever had. I have thoroughly enjoyed both the Mazda6 and the CX-9. I now have two Mazdas instead of Hondas. The Service Dept. folks have been very professional and polite as well. If you want to own a great fun car to drive, and be treated with respect and professionalism, then go visit the folks at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville.

I found a pre-owned Mazda 6 as an internet deal from Hiley Mazda at a fantastic price. My entire car buying experience with this dealership was wonderful. The sales person who handled my account was Scott Tankersley. He was an outstanding sales person. He was super friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He never tried to push or rush me into making a decision. While test driving the car, he found a small problem (one that I probably would not have noticed for quite some time) and ensured me that it would be fixed. The dealership has been great as correcting small problems (that are expected out of a pre-owned vehicle) that I have asked; given there is no type of warranty on the vehicle. I would highly recommend Scott and Hiley Mazda to anyone.

I would recommend this dealership, and specifically my sales rep, Scott Tankersly to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. When I first went to Hiley a couple of months ago to look at and test drive the Mazda 3, Scott was friendly and helpful but was never pushy or off-putting. He answered all of my questions, encouraged me to take my time and was very nice. After considering my options for a couple of months, I decided to buy a new car, and Hiley had the exact car I wanted, which I found on the website. I live in Nashville and could not go to Hiley, but I called, and within a 3 hour window, I was approved for financing at a great rate, and had reached an acceptable monthly payment with the help of Scott. I had planned to make the trip to Hiley that weekend to pickup the car when they called me back and Scott offered to drive the car to Nashville that very day so I was so excited!In the final stages, Scott asked that we go over everything in detail since I was not on site to see the exact car I was buying. As we went through everything line by line, we discovered the car had be inadvertently listed as an automatic transmission when it was actually a manual. Scott asked that I give him some time to come up with a solution, and by the end of the day he came back to me with another car, from another dealer, that was exactly the same car for only $10 per month more. I feel like I got a great deal to get an automatic for practically the same price, and without having to wait days for an answer.The next day he brought the car to me, we made the deal and he offered help to setup bluetooth and go over all of the features of the car. He gave me his cell phone so that I could reach him with any questions, and he even called me a couple of days later to make sure I liked the car (which I LOVE).Great service, I would certainly recommend them!

Received 2 Factory Recall notices on our 2008 Mazda 3. No problem. Called and made an appointment for Sat. at 9 a.m. Kelly said it would take 3 to 3 1/2 hours. No problem. My wife and I drop it off, Kelly says "give us a couple of hours and I'll call you when it's done" No problem. I tell her that we will be back in a couple of hours anyway. We go grab some breakfast, shop. etc. We arrive back at Hiley at 12:15. Our car is where we left it at 9 a.m. Problem. I go inside and ask if it is ready. Kelly says that it has not been worked on yet. She said that since we left the dealership that other people who "drove up" had their cars worked on before ours. Major Problem. Now if you have a 9 a.m. appointment, doesn't that mean they should start working on it around 9 and NOT let the people who have just driven up go ahead of you? I said "you have got to be kidding! Because we left, you let other cars ahead of us? If we would have stayed would you have worked on our car first?" She said "Yes." Without any concern whatsoever. She acted like we were expecting too much! My wife and I were in shock. I asked my wife "who does business this way?" They had my car for 3 1/2 hours and nothing had been done yet! That's why I made the appointment! Kelly said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. That was the 3rd different time I had been given. She took the car and we waited. At 2:00 I went back and asked her the status of the car. Kelly was making a personal phone call and did not even hang up but only turned the phone sideways so she could talk to me. Keep in mind..I am not there for me but for them. They sent ME the recall notices! She said they were lowering it down and it would be ready in just a few minutes. At 2:45 Blake asked us if we were doing okay. We said "no!" He asked how he could help. I said "Go get my car." He was gone 10 minutes and brought my car to me. The service man who drove the car got out and said "the keys are in the car" He said it like he was mad at me. We dropped it off at 9 and it was almost 3. 6 hours! I am the one who should be mad! I asked to see the General Manager and was told that he had left for the day. Of course he had! I went inside to get the paperwork and Kelly said "I'll have to mail the paperwork to you since you don't want to wait for it!" WHAT! No way she just said that! Kelly exhibited no customer service at all. The other people we talked to were very nice. Scott even wrote down what we had been through and dropped it in the owner's mailbox. Scott and Blake were superb. Kelly was awful. Atrocious! Don't think I will ever buy another Mazda and will never visit Hiley Mazda again. The whole excursion took 8 hours from my life! That is NO way to do business. There is an article on their window that quotes the owner Mr. Hiley. It says "when our customers walk into our dealership they will be presented with top-notch customer service" No. No they won't. Perhaps before and during the sale. Not after! FYI

Buying the CX7 was a great experience. RJ was so helpful. When we told him what we wanted in a vehicle, he took us straight to the CX7 and it ended up being the perfect car for us. Customer service from the time we arrived(15 minutes before opening time) was great. Scott gave me all information on the 2003 Miata that I requested. We made a deal in less that 30 minutes including the test drive. The best time buying a car in over 30 years of buying cars. The process of the whole experience was very quick and thorough, I called about my particular vehicle early in the morning and by 4 i was driving off of the lot with my vehicle. Scott was very friendly he gave us a tour of all departments, and explained in detail the features of my vehicle.I could not have purchased a better car at a better price anywhere than here. Thank You Scott and the whole staff for being so kind and genuine, and thanks for making me feel comfortable when buying a new car which can be stressful. Overall buying experience was great. Scott was extremely friendly, not pushy nor hard sell and was very knowledgeable of all features of the CX-9. Eveyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Negotiating a final price was friendly and non stressful and I felt comfortable with the agreed price. One post closing incident did come up that was fairly upsetting. The final price that we negotated included a $500 Mazda discount. After all papers were signed, sealed and delivered and the down payment check written and given to the finance manager, we were with Scott going through the new car familiarization process. The finance manager approached and said that he could not give us the $500 discount because we were not financing through Mazda. During negotiations we had been asked how we were going to pay and we indicated it would be a combination of trade-in, a down payment and the balance financed through Redstone Federal Credit Union. The finance manager even completed the Redstone loan application for us so we believe there was ample time to notify us before closing and give us a chance to back out of the deal or go ahead and accept. We believe the right thing to have done was for the dealer to honor the deal as closed or negotate a compromise, however, this was not offered and at this late date when we were ready to drive the car out, what were our choices? We wound up having to charge the $500 on our credit card resulting in a price that was $500 more that negotated.

It has been almost a year since I purchased my CX-7 and I love my car. Blake Cruttenden was a great salesman who checked on me regularly for the first few months after my purchase. I felt like he took great pride in his work and making sure I was taken care of. Word of mouth is your best advertising and I would definitely recommend my friends visiting him when they are in the market for a new automobile.I have been to the service department twice, for regular maintenance, and for the most part it was a good experience. However, the last time I called I got a voice message and after leaving my contact info as prompted, I never received a call back. I had to call again after a few days to make the appointment.

Spent 8 hours looking for a used car for my teenage daughter on the first day of Memorial Day Weekend 2011. Went to 5 dealerships. At the first four, salesmen either weren't available, weren't particulary interested in selling me a car, had no clue about the cars on their lot, or showed me vehicles that were so bad I had to cut short the test drive for fear of breaking down. My last dealership was Hiley Mazda, where I was met by salesman Shelton Lattimore. Shelton sized up my family quickly and pointed us to several appropriate, quality options. We selected one of his recommendations, test drove the car, and knew we had finally found "the one". Shelton has an great personality, is knowledgeable, and is very easy to work with. He knows exactly how to get a teenager hooked on a car during a test drive. Shelton made the negotiation process quick and painless, giving us what we wanted while I'm certain making a good profit for Hiley. We had one maintenance concern about the car that Shelton quickly addressed, putting us at ease and sealing the deal. I highly recommend working with Shelton if you're looking for a car.

When I agreed to purchase the 2011 Tribute that was at another dealership, they told me they were going to loan me a 2011 Tribute they had on the lot because they wanted to get my trade on the lot as soon as they could. I agreed to this and was able to drive the loaned 2011 Tribute off the lot that day.My overall experience at Hiley Mazda was extremely good. The only disappointment I had during the whole experience was my dealings with Larry Chin. Larry was very friendly on the Saturday I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I had explained to him while signing paperwork that I would be paying cash and would have to contact my financial advisor to get the check. He said he wasn't worried about the check, but when I came in the following Tuesday to bring in the title to my trade in and pick up "my" Tribute, Larry had a quite different attitude. He asked me grufly if I had the check and I explained to him that I didn't because as I had said on Saturday I had to talk to my financial advisor to get the money. I had called my financial advisor day before (Monday, the first business day after agreeing to purchase the vehicle) and explained I probably would not receive the check until Saturday or possibly the following Monday. He acted very concerned about this situation and I began to feel like he thought I was going to steal the vehicle because he was speaking rather harshly. Believe me, if that was my intent to steal the vehicle I would have just taken the loaner and not brought it back with the title to my trade in! He asked me to write a personal check to hold until I brought the check from my financial advisor which I agreed to do but also told him it wasn't worth the paper it was written on since the funds weren't in that account. I recieved the check from my financial advisor on that following Monday and brought it in on Tuesday. That Tuesday morning I received a call from Larry where he left me a short message that only said who he was and that he was looking for my check! When I came to pay for the vehicle, Larry's attitude was friendly and happy again. I didn't appreciate being made to feel that he assumed I had intentions to steal the vehicle. It was the dealerships choice to take my trade and give me a loaner vehicle and I didn't see a reason for him to assume I had any bad intentions. Grand theft auto is not a plan in my life to ever attempt and I had already signed that I intended to buy the vehicle, so I didn't understand the attitude. I didn't feel it was an extended amount of time to pay for the vehicle since I was going through a financial advisor (1 week from the day I picked up "my" vehicle).I did, and have, enjoyed my experience at this dealership since Hiley has owned it over the last few years which is why I wanted to buy the vehicle from them rather than driving to the other dealership. It's a shame the finance person made feel like a criminal when I was paying cash! Hopefully this review will be shared with Larry and he will be more careful how he treats the customers.On the other hand.... Shelton was awesome! He had a wonderful attitude throughout the transaction and seemed truly happy that I was happy with the vehicle I had purchased. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family and will continue to bring my new vehicle there for it's maintenance.

I wandered over to the Mazda lot after my previous car (an '02 Chrysler Sebring) had crapped out on me next door. I had no intention of leaving that day with a car until I saw the deals on brand new cars on the lot. The price at Hiley is simply unbeatable. Scott was great, he helped me find exactly the Mazda3 package I was looking for and took me on a couple test drives. I was in the market for something fun to drive and Scott definitely made this a fun experience altogether.Once inside, Scott and Chris worked hard to secure the financing I needed to meet my price range and were successful. They were also very friendly in explaining even the tiniest detail about the process. This was my first new car buying experience and the blew the expectation out of the water.Simply put, Hiley has friendly knowledgeable staff and unbeatable prices. Oh, and they even gave me a great deal on my junker as a trade in.

I had an overall good experience with Hiley Mazda and their staff. All of the employees were very friendly and willing to help. The only drawback was that one of the banks they were going through took a long time to get back with our approval. We were there for about 5 hours, from the time we arrived until the time we left. It was worth the wait because they got us an awesome rate. They worked really hard to get our payments close to what we wanted. I think they could have came down a little more on the asking price of the vehicle to get our payments to where we wanted but they did get close to it. Overall I would recommend Hiley Mazda to anyone for a new or used car. Thanks guys! We love our vehicle!

Very helpful and attentive to my requirements. Did not try to talk me out of what I wanted even though it was not in inventory. Salesmen were helpful and engaged. They shared my joy of getting the right car for me. Very knowledgeable sales staff with a clear focus on taking care of a customer's needs and desires. The only car dealership I have ever been to where I didn't feel like I was being pressured to make quick sale. Everything was straight forward with no trickery or game playing. I was given time to make my decision and comparisons after the initial visit. The confidence in their product was evident. This is the way car dealing is supposed to be done. We have been dealing with this dealership through 2 changes of ownership. The Hiley purchase has brought a great change to the atmosphere at the dealership, and as the owners of 3 Mazda's this is important to us. Scott is a new salesman with the dealership and he was excellent in presenting the car and the dealership sales process. His answers to our concerns and questions regarding the car and the the price the dealership was willing to offer were sufficient to satisfy our interest and cement the sale. He was very professional and treated us with respect and intelligence. We intend to buy another Mazda from him a year from now. Chris,(I can not find his card with last name, sorry) who is actually in the used car part of the dealership, did our financing due to staffing last night, was very thorough in his explanations of what each of the financing options were. He went over in detail all of the add on products (warranty options, etc.) that were available and tailor made programs that worked for us where possible. the purchase process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. I would give very high marks to these employees and to the dealership for hiring them.

We attend church with Chris, the used car manager, and he mentioned to my husband about the deals with Mazda. We were looking to trade in our Pathfinder for a more fuel efficent vehicle and Chris discussed this with my husband. We had looked at Hyundai's but Mazada had the better deal. From the time we walked on the lot to the time we left everyone was helpful and friendly. Our sales guy was Shelton and he worked hand and hand with Chris. At no time did I feel like they were pushing anything on to us that we did not want...they honored all that we requested and explained a few things we did not know. Shelton was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he made the experience a pleasant one. Even though Chris was the Used Car manager he did not just push us off he showed us both options, new and used. I would also like to mention that all of the employees seem to be really happy working for Mazada and that says a lot to me as a consumer, especially since all of them came from other dealerships. I would also like to add that Larry was the financal person I dealt with and he was great. He did his best to make the purchase a smooth one and what I really enjoyed about him was that I did not feel like he was trying to push anything on to us that we did not need. So,thank you, to the entire crew because they were GREAT! Hiley all I can say is that by treating your employees well it shows because they are passing that on to us the consumer and that is always a win win! I will definitely go back and recommend friends and family.

We always wanted a manual Miata. We requested notification if one was ever available, and received a notification the day this car arrived to the dealership. We expected to only be able to afford a used Miata and this one was new. We decided to check it out anyways, if anything, just for a test drive. Alex let us borrow the car for the entire afternoon; we put almost 100 miles on it. We absolutely fell in love. We told Alex our budget and we tried to work it out, but, by the end of the day, we weren't able to reach an agreement. Alex said he would work more on the price point and give us a call. The next afternoon he called us in. When we arrived he was with another customer; he threw us the keys to the Miata and said "go for a drive." When we came back, he told us that he was able to get the car down to our price range. We were through finance in less than 45 minutes and on the road in our hot new car.

We walked in to test drive a Mazda6 as part as our research for a future car. We met with Sam and told him that we were looking for a new/used car and that we were there just for a test drive. Sam was very friendly and answered all our questions. He did not pressure us to buy that day and offered to have us come down with other potential canidates to compare. Recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The staff was great to deal with, and we enjoyed the overall experience. Just a couple of days after buying the car, the check engine light came on. Despite buying the car as-is with no warranty, they stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue. They had to go through multiple fixes to find the real problem, but they stuck with it and did the right thing for us. We really appreciated that and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Stopped by to look at a used vehicle during my lunch break on a Friday. Was approached by a sales consultant (Steven Culver) within 5 minutes of arriving on the lot. Steven was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle. Negotiated a price on the vehicle in a timely & professional manner; trade-in value given for my vehicle was extremely reasonable as well. Chris even went the extra mile to match the APR from a different lender. Matt went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly, which was much appreciated. Steven even called back a couple of days later to make sure we were still pleased with the vehicle. I'd definitely consider buying from Hiley again in the future.

Blake and the rest of the dealership were very helpful in the car-buying process. They helped me to decide on and finance a car that was within my budget. They were very accommodating to my situation (needing a co-signer, etc.). They had the exact color combination I was looking for. Before I picked up the car, Blake put a lot of effort into making sure it was pristine. He also thoroughly explained the car's features to me and insisted I call him if I had any more questions. They mad it very easy to buy a car! They helped myself and my new husband buy our brand new 2010 mazda 2. We love it. It is the most amazing car either of us have ever owned. We couldnt be more happy about our experiance. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everyting that they did and explained everything very well to us.

Our sales person was very cooperative and worked to get the best price for us. He asked questions and provided information to find a vehicle that was well-suited for our daughter. We greatly appreciated his attention to our needs. When needing a replacement part just after delivery, our sales person helped get the lowest price possible for the part.

This was our first experience with this dealership. We had our oil changed and our airbag control unit replaced. The work was completed on a very timely basis. Mr. Davis was a pleasure to work with. We had checked around with other Mazda dealers to compare prices. They brought our Miata back to us washed, which we had only previously experienced at a Lexus dealership. We definitely plan to use this dealership again.

i came to the mazda dealership looking for a mazda 3 and what i got surpassed all of my expectations. not only did i get a great deal on a great car, i got an excellent experience from my salesman. he was kind and knowledgeable about the car and the deal i was getting and he made me sure i was making the right choice by shopping there. he greeted me with a friendly smile and made me as comfortable as possible. i would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great car AND a great experience to go to the Hiley Mazda Dealership of Huntsville and request John Dollar. The service and parts staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The facilities are also very clean, neat, and comfortable when waiting for the service to be rendered. The service was a little slow, but I felt they were very thorough in the work conducted and was worth the wait.

Went into dealer to have my catalitic converter and misfire issues looked at on my '05 RX8.Delmon was very helpful and went to bat for me with Mazda to have the cat replaced under warranty. My baby is working well again.Both he and Brandon went way out of their way to answer all my questions very patiently and thoroughly.A++ dealership! Will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Recently purchased a 2010 Mazda CX9 from Hiley Mazda in Huntsville Al. My experience was the best of any Dealership I've visited in the past 20 years. There was no high pressure sales pitch and the atmosphere was very professional. All parties that had came in to contact with was very knowledgeable and patient. Since this was the first purchase of a Mazda SUV my wife and I had alot of questions and thankfully Scott Turn and Kin Wilson took the time to explain everything. When came to closing the Finance Manager equally was patient and explained all coverage available in regards to entended warrantys. I will be sure to highly recommend and friends or family because of the outstanding experience purchasing a car.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had shopping for a new car. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable right from the start. My salesman, Scott Turner, welcomed me to the dealership and answered all of my questions thoroughly. There were none of those "used car salesman" phonies that you find at almost all dealerships. What really amazed me was that they didn't try to stick it to me on price. They were honest and fair right from the start, go figure. It's about time someone started selling cars the right way. Just an overall sorry customer service attitude. We have tried to contact Jeff Sikes Mazda Service department for over two weeks to have warranty work performed on our 2005 Tribute. If we are ever lucky enough to talk to a real person in the service department they tell us they will call us back usually within one or two days, they have yet to honor any of their promises to return our phone calls for over two weeks. We usually wait about three days and tryto call them back; always getting the same run around. The first time we took our car to their service department, we tried to leave the key in their over night drop box, but someone had broken the drop box from it's post the day before. We had made arrangements to drop off the Tribute the previous night for the 7:30 AM appointment, they told us to use the drop box. When I brought the key back. The Service Dept Manager told me he knew the box was broken, when he told me to use it, but he didn't have enough customer service attitude to make alternate provisions, like use the Jeff Sikes Drop box next door at the VW dealership. We had to drive completely across town at rush hour the next morning to meet our scheduled appointment time. Really poor customer service attitude, especially now that I know there were alternate solutions available. The funny thing is that while we were searching for the missing drop box, a man came over to ask if he could help us. I saw the man look at us when we drove to the service driveway. The man offered to hold the key, but I didn't know who he was and he never offered to introduce himself. By then I was too frustrated to even think about accepting help from a strange man. I found out later HE WAS Jeff Sikes. He obviously didn't wannt to introduce himself especially when he saw how frustrated frustrated we were after looking for the drop box for about 30 minutes because of the the poor customer service of HIS dealership. By the way the Leeman Ferry address listed for this dealer is no longer correct.
