Jorge is my favorite guy from now on. I have bought several cars from Hiley but this time I only came in for an oil change on my 2014 cx5 and left with a brand new cx5 for no money down. I was really happy they made it happen. Anybody that needs a miracle done go see Jorge and the Hiley team.

Looking for a new car can be very stressful and overwhelming. Jorge was very friendly and patient when I was looking for a car to buy. He answered every question I had, let me test drive a few cars, and overall made the whole process/experience simple and easy. I had no idea what car I wanted but ended up finding the perfect one for me. I absolutely love my Mazda3 hatchback. Also, Shelby was very helpful in answering all my finance questions. She even took the time to give me tips and suggestions to help improve my credit. It is always refreshing to not be treated like another sale. I love this place. I've purchased two vehicles writhing The past two months from this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The customer service is amazing. I'm a big person on customer service and I just appreciate the personal touch is that this dealership goes to to make their customers happy. The online application form is simple and there's no waiting. Each time that I've gone to finish and pick up the vehicle it has been less than two hours. Purchased a very slightly damaged (hail) Mazda 3 which they promised to fix. They said they'd call when the trim piece came in, but no one ever called. I ended up calling 3 times and put on hold; told someone would call back---you know how it goes---no response. Had to persist and go there in person twice and complain to get the work done. They also never called to let you know your license plate was ready for pick up. Be careful as they use high pressure sales tactics (unethical in my opinion) by saying they are "calling the bank" to see if they can get you a better interest rate only to come back wanting you to get the extended warranty in exchange for the lower interest rate. After you say "no" 12 times they bring in another person to try again with the same tactics. Of course, I was stupid to fall for the trickery and get the warranty so I went back to get it refunded. I have the paper work for the refund dated May 4, 2016, but I'm still waiting for the money to be deduced out of my Chase Car Payment Account. I've called the dealership, emailed them and visited in person to deal with this issue. Found out they never processed the paper work; that was in early August. Called again today 9/22/16 and they can't give me a straight answer over the phone. Still no refund. Really annoying all this has cost them my future business in car repair service. I tell people go somewhere else. I'm not the type of person that usually writes this stuff, but I've given them plenty of time to resolve the issue---almost 5 months! Come on guys! Why can't you follow through!

Looked for a while, was contacted by Internet manager, discussed deal, talked with sales manager to confirm. Car was up front ready for test drive. Because this was a suprise they let me take the car overnight to make sure it was the one. Signed up the next day, very simple. Great customer service. Dont chase price seek service, price always falls where it needs to be. Thanks again.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. I went in to purchase a Mazda 3 and had a trade in that I was upside down on. I filled out a the online form and received a call from Quincy soon after. I went up there and he was helping another customer so Kelly stepped in, showed me the line up of cars. We test drove a Mazda 3 which was great. Once it came to financing, they worked with me on my trade in, and Kathy McKinney found me a great rate that beat my credit union and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure the entire time I was there and I was in there for only 2:45 from the time that I walked in until I drove my new car home. It was a stress free buying experience.

Experienced some unforseen issues but Qunicey and Kevin were were patient and extremely thorough in resolving to my satisfaction. Quincey's proactiveness was greatly appreciated! Kathy in finance was a doll! She stepped out of her role and offered a great assist to the sales team! All three associates were diligent and committed to seeing me drive away happy which I did!

I sent a message to the dealership on Friday about the car I was interested in and let them know what I wanted and pretty much laid the ground down in that I didn't want to deal with the 'car dealership back and forth'. Brave Quincey responded within the hour and let me know he would be sure to help and stay within my needs as I am a first time car buyer and soon to be college grad. We set up an appointment for 9am the next morning and around noon I was walking out with the car of my dreams! Quincey was very up front with my mom and I with the prices but we also got to know each other on a person level! He wasn't pushy, let us talk things out, and all around very understanding. He knows his stuff and doesn't try to low ball you. He got the dealership to match what I wanted for my trade, helped me name my car (Cinder-Ella) and we accidentally left my tire locks and owners manual on his desk, we went back to get them and didn't even have a chance to get out of the car because he was walking out with it when he saw us pull in. Talk about customer service! John Diggs was super awesome as well. I got the pleasure of signing my life away on multiple sheets of paper but he sure did make it enjoyable! Both of these guys made my first time car experience more than I imagined as I was dreading dealing with the 'annoying dealership sale guys' but that doesn't seem to be a trend at Hiley Mazda of Arlington! Thank you guys so much!

Quincy was great. He gave me his lowest price up front. He made sure I got the car that I wanted and did not try to sell me anything else. He drove to pick up the car because I would have had to wait to have it delivered. He was pleasant, friendly, and straight-forward. However, the finance person was not communicative. He did not explain the finance terms and tried to sell me a package without discussing it with me. He didn't even ask for the money I had to put down on the car. I could have walked out without handing over the down payment. He was all around unprofessional and bad at his job.

I called dealership to check on availability of two cars spoke with salesman named Brad Brad informed me both cars were available for sale I also asked for pics Brad replies he will send down within 30 minutes three hours later still no tenxt I called again ask for manager I get Internet sales manager he send pics but informed me there is a third car of which I would like to see knowing that I was going to drive an hour to get there so I choose to drive to the dealership upon arriving I meet a lee who informs me to the three cars are not for sale and a third car has already sold pretty poor salesmanship knowing I was going to drive an hour to see these cars one simple phone call would've avoided all problems but dealership did not seem to care would not recommend dealership to anyone and will never step foot in there again

Purchased a Mazda CX-7 in March of 2012 and it was a fantastic easy experience. Phenominal car, it's my 2nd one.Fast forward to May 20,2105. Went up to the dealership to cancel the GAP on the vehicle. Started the process last Thursday, and 3 phone calls later, and one message that was never returned, I was told by someone in finance yesterday when I finally made contact that I needed to bring the car in so they could read the mileage.Went in around 11:00. A man with finance came to help me. Did not introduced himself, nor shake my hand. Turned away and started walking toward his office. I followed. Horrid 1st impression. He looked up my vehicle and stated "You don't' have GAP. "Yes, I do." "Well, I'm telling you that you don't." "Well, I'm telling you that I do!" Then he proceeds to flip the computer screen around so that I can see it. I tell him I'll go get the paperwork and I'll be back." (I should have brought it with me, but the guy yesterday said I wouldn't need it.)I returned at 1:10. Same finance person approaches after being informed that I was back. I handed him the paperwork. His comment, "That's weird". He turns on his heels and walks back towards his office. Not a word to me. I followed.As many vehicles as I have purchased in my lifetime, NEVER have I been treated so rudely nor encountered someone involved with a dealership with his type of condescending accusatory attitude. All he had to say was Ma'am, unfortunately it's not showing up in my computer. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I will need to see the paperwork so that we can proceed with the refund process, or something to that effect. but do NOT tell me what I do or do not have when you obviously don't have all the facts. Like I tried to tell him, things aren't always as they APPEAR on your computer screen.I tried to read his signature on the Gap refund paperwork, but it's not legible, so I have NO idea who this person is. My intent was to test drive the Mazda 5 while I was there today. I will be taking my money to another dealership that isn't affiliated with the Haley group.

Such a great buying experience! The sales team really respected my needs and wants, I was only shown cars that fit within my budget. My budget was my top priority and they went above and beyond respecting that. I also expressed an interested in a few "upgrades" and they were able find the perfect car for me! Not only did we talk sales but I felt like I was able to get to know them on a more personal level. I felt like I left the dealership as a friend and not just another tally on the board. My son was researching Mazda Speed 3's and found there were 2 in the area that were certified.We arrived at the Arlington, TX dealership and were greeted outside by Sean. As we entered the building we were approached by the sales manager who thanked us for coming in and thanked me for my military service. After taking a ride in the 2013, my son decided to trade in his 2009 Mazda and purchase the vehicle. Without high pressure and minimal time, we were introduced to Mr. Warfiled, Finance Manager. Mr. Warfield was able to find out a lower precentage rate despite USAA's rate. We were under no pressure to buy anything extra at any time...unusual from my past experience. Within approximately 2 hours we drove away in the 2013 Mazda with a full tank of gas. As a government auditor, I can only commend the high efficiency and best business practices applied by this dealership. I will drive from North Fort Worth to buy here. Well worth the time and effort to be treated with respect and dignity.

Enjoyed working with Quincey! My friend had such a good experience buying from Hiley Arlington last summer that she referred me and we drove 175 miles from Abilene, Texas to buy my new CX-5 which we ordered over the phone. Quincey, as well as the service and finance departments delivered beautifully according to all that was promised. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Forced me to buy an extended warranty. Threatened me to increase apr when i visitied a few days later. I understand dealing with dealership is a pain and there will never be a mutual trust.. But still I would not recommend this dealership. I knew finance can rip customers off. But never experienced one possibly threatening a customer like this.

I submitted my information online by going through AAA to get a discount on the car I was interested in. Not only did Quincy Martin call me in 5 minutes to discuss the deal that I wanted with my online submission, but he also offered me an even lower deal. Since I had my own bank financing, Hiley Mazda of Arlington gave me a discount on the extended warranty and a lower percentage rate to finance through them. I am beyond content with my new 2015 Mazda3. My son and I are very, very happy customers and will return in a few years when it is time to get a second car.

We have had a Mazda 3 since 2010 and have experienced nothing but EXCELLENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE! We had the car in for service , which was past the warranty. However, because we had maintained the proper service with the Hiley Dealership over the years on a consistent basis, Shane and Kelly in the service dept. were able to get it totally covered. I was given a brand new loaner car to drive to work so I was not out any inconvenience during the repair time, which gave us NEW CAR FEVER!! Right before the car was ready, a nice young man, Quincey Martin called and offered us a very fair Trade-in for our car!! Because Quincy was very professional and was not pushy, we took a look and upgraded our Mazda to a 2015 CX5 the next day!! Quincy is a young man, with a great future ahead of him. Spoke with Alvin Peter on the phone before making the 45 minute drive up there and was assured they would be able to assist in my goal of buying the car I wanted. After deciding on the car and finally coming back with numbers, the trade value they were giving me was ridiculous, but the price of the car and the "add ons" to the price of the car were even worse. The website clearly stated 2 specials, 1 for $500 off for President's Day and the other $500 off if trading in a Honda, which I have a 2011 Honda Accord. The numbers, of course starting with the price of the car was clearly not what was advertised on the internet, which I showed him. Then there was a $598 charge for "add ons", which he explained were the tint and something else that I don't recall. I stated that I was not paying for the "add ons" because I did not ask for anything to be added to the car, I was buying the car as it was on their car lot. He later tried to tell me that the Specials advertised online were already adjusted in the price shown on line. I then asked how that could be due to not everyone trading in a Honda, to which he had no reply. Walter was, what I can only assume as the manager of which Peter was speaking town that "special" office they have to keep the tally of cars sold etc. To which I can only assume has some sort of percentage gaged in for how much money they ripped off that each of those poor individuals.

My son and I went to Hiley Mazda to get a different car for him. Darren was the sales person who greeted us and was the absolute best! He wasn't pushy and wanted to get everything right, including a payment we could afford. He settled the deal and handed us off to Mike Schumann in Finance who did even more to get us and even better rate and therefore a better payment than what we agreed to. Usually when buying a car, you expect to come away paying more than you expected, but with this team we came away paying LESS than what we agreed on originally! When does that ever happen? You gotta shop for your next car here!

I asked to see a Mazda3, approx '09 vintage and they refused until I drove a CPO '12, which I ultimately purchased. The salesman was devoted to my business but tried to get me to sign an "I will do business today" contract at the bottom of a sample finance chart if he agreed to run my credit and to check possible finance rates. I refused, so he ran the numbers anyway.When signing the finance paperwork Sam assured me that my vehicle was insured for a modest length of time under Texas law, but I would need to register with my own insurance company soon after purchasing - it was not necessary to call them that day to do it. When I called my insurance agent a few days later he assured me that no such default insurance exists, and that I had been driving cross-country uninsured. I can't help but feel this was a story to keep me from calling my insurance company from the dealer. My premium for a CPO '12 Mazda3 is more than my monthly car payment, even after I was told by Sam that a young, basic CPO car would equate to cheaper insurance premium because of increased reliability.The car had a defective airbag cover (an original Mazda factory part) which they refused to address. An airbag cover shouldn't buckle after less than 3 years of service, IMO, especially with no airbag deployment indicated on the CarFax. Before I purchased the car they did offer to replace a faulty headlamp seal and instructed me to come back the next morning to have the repair done, which would take an hour. No need to call ahead, the part will certainly be available, they said. The part wasn't in stock. Their solution was to come back in two days for the repair. The part was available but it took an hour and a half longer than they anticipated. But the mechanic, Joe, was direct and polite, which I greatly appreciated.Between them not acknowledging my budget, both direct cost and insurance, allowing me to drive away illegally, and not covering a faulty airbag cover, I would not support this type of business in the future.

Ed Wallace recommended I go to Hiley Mazda for purchasing a CX-5. I live 2 1/2 hours away and so I called and spoke with Peter Lim (sales) before making the drive. He asked me some questions over the phone and by the time I got to the dealership he had a lot of preliminary work done. Peter, Taylor Geyer (finance) and John Diggs (sales manager) were all very helpful and professional. Mark Welch (general manager) was kind enough to stop by and visit for a bit to make sure everything was going well. It was a very good experience. I have been listening to Ed Wallace on the radio for around 20 years and have always felt that he is honest and accurate with what he says and his recommendation of Hiley only supports what I suspected.

I was pleased with my recent visit to your service department. My service advisor was Clayton and he was most helpful during my visit to Hiley Mazda. The original diagnosis for my 2005 Mazda 6 (which was having starting problems) was that the computer was out. Clayton told me a new one would be about $1000.00. When I explained my situation to Clayton, he gave me the option of a used part saving me half the cost. When I returned home from initially getting my car back, it again presented the problem starting. Clayton had my car towed back to the service department at no cost to me. Clayton provided me with the use of a loaner car during the remaining time of my repairs even though I do not have warranty to cover a rental. Clayton was courteous, considerate, and kind to listen to my problems and work with me taking in consideration my situation to best resolve my service needs. Shane King and the service department are the best, in what they do, "Hands Down" To all the other Car Dealer Service Departments, I got two words "Prove It". I first learned of Hiley Mazda when I went through the TrueCar referral process. Joeseph was the first salesman out of all of the dealerships to get in touch with me. I just completed my purchase of a new Mazda CX-5 as a long distance sale and it was a great experience despite my initial wariness of not stepping on the car lot to make the sale. Joeseph was friendly and accessible throughout the process. He was quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. Driving from Wichita Falls to the metroplex to car shop is an all-day deal (bring a sack lunch and a cooler of soft drinks and stay awhile). We targeted Patterson Kia because the vehicle my daughter wanted for her upcoming college adventure was there. It wasn't a bad vehicle and the price was certainly well within my budget. I had made no strategic plan to visit Hiley Mazda on that hot Saturday. It just so happened that Hiley was next door to Patterson's. After test driving the 2010 Patriot at Patterson's, my daughter decided to "see what the Mazda place had." We were initially met by a friendly young man named Quincey Martin. I explained our situation to Quincey and detailed our shopping parameters. We test-drove a 2012 Mazda 3. Quincey competently answered all our (my) questions in a courteous, professional manner. I wish I had a dollar for everytime Quincey smiled and said: "yes sir/no sir, yes mame/no mame." After my daughter drove the vehicle, it was time for lunch. Quincey offered to allow us to drive the car through our lunch break, so we ditched the sack lunch and headed to a local restraurant. Dad drove this time. WOW! What a sporty, peppy 4 cylinder! No problem merging onto I-20 with all the other Indy 500 wanna-be's! If you are not familar with SkyActive Technology, you need to do some research. In short, it's a high-compression engine which gives you the best of both worlds-quick acceleration and excellent gas mileage. 40+mpg highway makes me cry now when I fill up my Toyota Tundra. After lunch, we made Patterson's an offer for the 2010 Patriot. The offer was declined. We went back to see Quincey (along with John Diggs). My daughter kept a very level head and did not get emotional either way. I was so proud of her! The Patriot wasn't in the cards. But the Mazda was! I over-extended my budget, some, but it was worth it to me to put her in a better vehicle that would serve her for many, many years to come. She absolutely loves her new car! Quincey and John--Thanks for making our car buying experience an enjoyable one! Hope to see you guys "down the road" sometime. I would definitely shop at Hiley again.

Everything about my experience at Hiley was great. I travelled 4 hours each way to buy my new car from Keith and Quincey because they had exactly the car I wanted and they were much better to work with than the local dealership in my home market. My purchase began with an internet request for price quote which Quincey and Keith each responded to with speed, accuracy, and sincerity. I actually came to the Hiley Mazda dealership for service on my Tribute and had no intentions of purchasing that day. But I mentioned to Joe Marquez that I wanted to speak to a sales rep. He promised he would find someone trustworthy. The service department very promptly finished my brake job so Joe talked me into staying a few minutes until the sales people arrived. Quincey was there bright and early with a smile. To sum things up, he was very focused, friendly and patient with me as I made up my mind whether to purchase. Pushy salespeople get on my nerves so I wasn't looking forward to the process at all. However Quincey was the perfect sales associate for me. He is almost the same age as my son so he gave me the proper amount of respect and he patiently answered all my questions. I had no idea I would have a new car in my garage that day but having Quincey as a sales associate and Ernesto as the finance person sealed the deal for me. If it had been any other sales associate I probably would have continued to window shop. Quincey also showed a tremendous amount of respect (and kudos to Ernesto for his response to assist Quincey) when I was wrapping up my paperwork and one of your female employees in another room was (in my opinion) very rude to Quincey for no apparent reason. Quincey responded in a very professional manner. He should be commended for that because as a 53 year old woman, I couldn't say at all that I would have done the same. :-) I just want to encourage Quincey to stay focused, finish school and continue to make that lemonade whenever life gives him lemons! He is a great asset to your organization.

I came across Hiley Mazda via my insurance provider, GEICO. Essentially, I found information about some cars and then inquired through GEICO's service for matches to my inquiries. I did this on a Saturday, and Monday morning I had a call first thing from Quincey Martin, a sales associate with Hiley Mazda. He mentioned a car that would fit within my parameters and we set up a time to come look at it, along with a couple of alternatives.Mr. Martin was extremely helpful leading up to my arrival at the dealership -- texting me with information, but not overdoing it. We got right to business when I got there and looked at the Mazda 6 we had spoken about. Mr. Martin made me, a 25-year-old buying a car on his own for the first time, very comfortable without pressuring me but still providing pertinent information.After test driving the car, which was listed fairly and was in good condition, I made my numbers clear to Mr. Martin, and we started to talk deals. We had a final price ready within about 10 minutes. I could tell he was willing to work with me to give me a fair price, and I wanted to work with him because of the professionalism, courtesy and rapport we developed.Both he and Hiley Mazda did a great job of making the car-buying process as stress-free as possible.

On Monday, May 19, 2014, my wife and I purchased a "like new" 2009 MercuryLS Ultimate Edition from Hiley Mazda-VW in Arlington, Texas. This was the first "used car" we had purchased in over 40 years, so we were naturally apprehensive. Added to the fact that we live 320 miles away made me even more nervous, in spite of having seen the pictures that we posted on the Internet as well as the video sent to us on Utube. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by the saleslady, Kimberly Hogan as well as her manager, Matt Tero. They did everything they promised on the phone and were extremely gracious, as was everyone else we came in contact with at the dealership. I love my 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring Van. I bought mine a few years earlier from another dealership. It drives like a dream. It fits my tall torso and give me great back support while driving around town. Plus, I like its safety, design, features, and ergonomics. The Mazda 5 grand touring van is just an outstanding vehicle. The only bad thing I can say about it is that I wish I had bought one sooner.So, when I got rear ended in my Mazda 5 Van early one Saturday morning, I was very unhappy to lose the use of the van I enjoy driving so much for at least a month. Sorry, but with your head gets jammed into most every ceiling of a car, driving a rental, even if the other guy is paying for it, just doesn't appeal to you.The afternoon of my accident, before I got a rental, I contacted Kimberly Hogan via online chat and found out that Hiley did factory quality collision repairs and had an in house factory representative who would make sure I got the best repair job done at who does their fantastic dealership repairs, Factory Collision Repair, located in Haltham City.Concerned about the value of my car after the accident, I asked Kimberly if she would appraise my vehicle which she did for free.In the course of our online chat, we talked to me about a link on their website to a used Mazda 5 they had on their lot that looked to be in almost the same condition as my undamaged grey van, only red. Because of a prior accident, I was well aware that any insurance company could easily decide to total my car and I would be forced into getting a replacement right away. Kimberly did a good job answering my questions. Later, her associate, Robert graciously followed up and called me to see how I was doing and then talked to me what I would need to do to get the van over to them to be repaired. Luckily, I could drive it. Of, course, I couldn't drive it if it was raining. I got it in to Hiley just before a rain storm.After I dropped off my van on Monday to be repaired, while waiting for a rental car, Robert Leeper came over to introduce himself to me and see how I was doing. Knowing my concern about the possibility my van might be totaled, he let me take a look at their used Mazda 5 van and quietly held it aside until the insurance company came back with their verdict just in case my van was totaled leaving me with no vehicle. That was a very nice thing for him to do.Right away, I was immediately struck by the quality of a certified pre-owned Mazda 5. Not only that, I really liked the fact that it had an extended warranty which would cover the van for 12 months, 12,000 miles after it sold. My Mazda 5 van had just come out of warranty at 37,000 miles and I was lamenting not having an extended warranty on my van.Their appraiser then did an appraisal of my van later that day and I had good information that would help in evaluating the car insurance company estimate. In Hiley's appraisal, they found that I had taken such good care of my van, that the two vans were the same value ( except for the accident of course ).Then Robert went one step further which he didn't have to do. He made a very attractive offer for my van as is with the damage saying they would take over getting the van repaired and back in service if it would help me get on the road faster.Once I got the estimate from the insurance adjuster and saw how much they were going to give me, I realized that I would really be happier in Hiley's van and it was a color I really had grown to like. Plus, the cost differential was so very little because of the trade in value Hiley offered me that I really had nothing to lose. All that remained was the sales tax. And even then, I learned then that I would have a very low sales tax due to the trade in of my van. The numbers just added up to it being a good choice to let them take my van, repair, and for me to drive their pre-owned certified van off the lot.After I said yes, it was all so easy. Hiley took over and handled getting me the check from the insurance company transferred over to me, took my van in trade, and I was out the door in a few hours in a van I really enjoy driving. The only thing I had to do was to loan myself the minor difference while I waited a few days for Hiley to get me the insurance money. It wasn't very long before Eric called me and I drove over, picked up my check, and paid off the temporary loan of funds. And, if I was ever concerned about the check getting there, Kimberly made sure the process was moving along. Her attention to my needs after the sale were every bit as consciousnesses as before the sale.I never felt like I was just some guy that they got to drive off the lot with a van and that they could forget.I must say that Kimberly Hogan and Robert Leeper's willingness to work with me in what I am sure is not an every day occurrence really blessed me and my family. Instead of arguing with an insurance company over the fine details of what needed to be done, I walked away with a van that had a much better warranty on it. Instead of worrying about the repair process, I drove off the lot with a quality van.To top it all off, on the day I purchased my red van, I found out that I could extend its warranty with a really good 100,000 mile warranty that would protect my little gem of a van for a long time to come.An accident is something that happens to you that you don't want and is a major inconvenience. A serendipity is something that happens to you and you get something extraordinarily conveniencel when you weren't expecting it that makes life much easier.Hiley turned my rear end accident into a serendipity in so many ways!Thank you Kimberly Hogan and Robert Leeper! Thank you Hiley! This was one of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had in a very long time.

We explained to Quincey what we were looking for and for the next two to three weeks Quincey would watch for cars he know we would be interested in and informed us . I made an appointment with Quincey Martin, however when I arrived he was busy with another customer but he promptly introduced me to Terry Mosley so that I didnt have to wait. Terry was very courtesy, helpful, and friendly; he showed me all the features the Mazda CX5 had, and made sure that it was the correct car for me. After that I was introduced to Tyler who helped me finalizing my financing; he was also courteous and friendly. I was a little concerned because I was a single female and Ive heard all the horror stories about being taken advantage of at a car dealership, but I did my homework and know that I know I got a great deal.I have referred 1 person to this dealer and I will refer more. The girlfriend has an upgraded model, while i have the basic. Monthly prices are similar, (less than $20) i should have gotten the upgraded model with more features as well. Called 9:30 am sat about a specific new car. They set up an appointment for me to see and said they would have it cleaned and ready. i told them it was about an hour drive for me from north of dallas. They even called me about an hour before my appt to confirm to see the only one they had available and said great they would be ready. we called back to confirm and said we would be a little late and was told again great they would make sure its ready...guess what? we made it there and no car they said they never had one!!!!!! LIARS I also told them up front i was not window shopping. that i was looking for that particular car and was coming with a check to buy not just looking.

I came in to Hiley Mazda to test drive a car and was greeted at the door by Terry. This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealer and Terry made the process so painless. He was friendly and easy to talk to, while still being informative and helpful. I originally intended to drive a car and continue shopping around but Terry was sure he could get me the car I wanted at a great price. He worked with me and his team and I ended up buying the car I was hoping for at less than I anticipated. Overall a great experience.Sidenote: I came in with my significant other (who was along for moral support) and once my deal was finalized we began going through trade in scenarios for his vehicle. Long story short, we test drove another car and Terry helped us once again to get a great deal. After spending the better part of the afternoon with Terry (who stayed late to help us) we walked away with TWO vehicles.Taylor helped us with the financing details and both of our auto loans and was very helpful and willing to work with our needs.Would definitely recommend Hiley Mazda and both Terry and Taylor.

I came in searching for a used car for my high school daughter and was met by Quincey Martin as I walked up to the showroom. I was greeted with a smile and was asked what type of used vehicle I was looking for. I indicated my price range and Quincey was able to show me a couple of vehicles. At the very end of last year, I emailed a few dealers looking for the best price on a new Mazda6 and Hiley beat the others by a significant margin. Matt, the internet director, was very easy to deal with through email and in person, fully answering all my questions before I even set foot in the dealership. Terry, my salesperson, also was very straightforward and knowledgeable. I eventually got a price for my trade in greater than kbb, Edmunds, autotrader or CarMax would offer. The finance manager, Nael, was just as candid as Matt and Terry. The only snafu was that the contract was originally written with the VIN to a car with 300 odd miles on the odometer; when I brought this to their attention, they promptly fixed it. To be fair, that particular car was the first one offered to me after we agreed on price. I most definitely will recommend this dealership.

I needed to quickly and painlessly trade in my wife's convertible for a more family-oriented car. We had to make the purchase with our baby, and the dealership was very accommodating to this need. I set up everything I could with Rodney Gayle prior to coming in, and he made the test drive and the trade in quick and painless.I did not try to negotiate a price on either side of the deal (new car or trade-in), so I cannot speak to their willingness to negotiate. But I don't mind paying for a quality product especially with respectful customer service, which (for the most part)* is what I had.*I've been involved in several car purchases over the last few years, and I've still never had a dealership respect my decision not to purchase the extended warranty. I always find myself having to stonewall finance in order to walk away with the deal I came in for. Since I do not disrespect the dealer's price decisions, I find it frustrating that every dealership is okay disrespecting my decisions. But I understand why this happens. For the most part, customers are cutting into dealer profit margins by negotiating dealers down to cost. I'm not like that, and some discretion would be appreciated next time. Nevertheless, I give Hiley full marks because they had to deal with me with a newborn on my arm. That wasn't easy for anybody. Cute maybe, but not easy.

This was my second experience purchasing a new vehicle. I was unhappy with my current vehicle of 1 year, and needed a change.Upon arrival, I was welcomed by multiple representatives who made it a very comfortable situation. Cole (Benjamin) Thomas was the salesman that was assigned to me.I explained the situation I was in, and how I was interested in a trade-in. Cole made the process very seamless, and was very informative, patient, and conversational along the way.When it came to selecting the vehicle, he took me on a test drive in which I was able to get the "feel" of the car, to decide if it was really something I would enjoy. We went over an inspection of the car, and he explained in detail all the features that came with it. He was very knowledgable and thorough.The financing process was easy. Unfortunately, I was upside down, due to the vehicle I was trading in being only a year old, but they closed the gap as much as possible, even discounting the price of the car I was purchasing.I walked away very satisfied and taken care of. It has been over half a year now, and I am not only thrilled with my vehicle, but with the service and upkeep I have received from Cole and Hiley Mazda along the way.

I purchased a used Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track in February 2014 from Hiley in Arlington. It had only been on their lot for about two days. I had been in the market for this specific car for a while, but they are somewhat difficult to find. This is a somewhat rare car because it is a V6 mated to a manual transmission with the track package which includes a torsion limited slip differential and brembo brakes. The car was perfect down to the color, so I knew that I had to at least take a look at it. Also, I live in Round Rock, so I made the drive up there on Saturday. I really didnt intend on buying the car that day but I certainly do not regret doing the deal. The car is a blast to drive and I feel like I got a really good deal on it. Since I had been researching this car, I knew what they were going for across the country. Im a bit OCD when it comes to purchasing large ticket items, so Im pretty well informed by the time I pull the trigger on something. This is the first time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership, but again I knew what the name of the game was and I was ready to play if need be. The salesman that assisted me in the purchase was Richmond Brobbey. He was a real patient guy and was very helpful. I should also mention that I know a decent amount about cars and I enjoy working on them in my spare time. So, I know what Im looking at and I know what to look for if the car had been in a wreck or had any major problems. If you dont know anything about cars, you should always take someone with you that knows cars or hire a reputable third party auto inspector when making a used car purchase, no matter how well the dealer is rated. All of my buddies were busy that weekend so I didnt have the luxury of a second set of eyes. Anyway, I looked the car over and test drove it and I knew that I wanted it, but the price was a little high at $22800. Dont get me wrong, this was a fair price for this car with 20800 miles. The only thing was, I wasnt willing to go much higher than $20000. So then we went to the bargaining table. I knew that Richmond wasnt going to be able to knock that much off this car, so I fully expected a haggle session. As an American, a car dealership is one of the only venues in which we haggle, so we are generally not experienced in doing this, I know I certainly wasnt, but I had a pretty good idea as to what I needed to do. When I talk about my experience with Hileys staff and the bargaining process, it is certainly not a knock on their staff. It was what I wanted to do and xxxx, why not practice this little used skill? Who knows, I might end up in a foreign country trying to buy fruit in a market someday. I end up with Taylor, the sales manager sitting down with me and we go back and forth. He pulls out data on the car, what they are going for and how many are for sale in a 500 mile radius, which isnt many. I nodded my head at this, because I knew every bit of what he was throwing at me. The only problem was is that I knew the exact cars he was talking about and how long they had been sitting on the lot for, so I could retort. Anyway, I get him to 20800 and thats where I walk out. Richmond follows me out and I apologize to him about wasting his time and tell him to give me a call if they change their minds. He then offers me a ride back to my car, which was kind of funny because I was parked right around the corner. But hey, you have to appreciate the hustle! I accept and he gets me in the car and asks me where they need to be to get the deal done. I tell him really close to $20000. He comes at me with $20500 and then said he would talk to the dealership manager. The dealership manager then accepted my offer. So, then comes the finance department. At some point in the bargaining process I had mentioned that I was preapproved for a loan. Hiley came back with a 2.99% which was a half point higher than my bank. In the interest of getting the deal done I accepted the slightly higher rate. By the way, I should also mention that I have a background in finance, so I had my financial calculator with me. I knew it was a negligible amount of interest we were talking about and I could refinance it if I wanted to. So anyway, the finance manager, Nael tried to sell me GAP insurance and an extended warranty. He tried like xxxx, but I wasnt interested. Im sure that the extended warranty thing isnt that bad by any means if you dont know cars, but this car has 20000 miles, so Im not particularly worried about this vehicle. Also, Richmond had called his buddy at the Hyundai dealership to confirm what I already knew, which was the car has factory coverage for subsequent owners for 5 years and 60000 miles. So anyway, Nael, put up a somewhat convincing argument, but I knew I wasnt interested before I stepped foot in the dealership. I then signed the papers and now Im the proud owner of a Hyundai Genesis Coupe. I shook everyones hand and thanked them. I especially enjoy the fact that Taylor basically said I drove a hard bargain, but they got me a little back on the half point of interest. Its been about a month since I purchased the vehicle and I absolutely love it! The staff at Hiley was great and to be honest I enjoyed the haggle. Im sure they made money off the deal but Im also sure I made out pretty xxxx well! I should also mention Richmond has been great even after the sale. He got the extra key to the car from the former owner and sent it to me. I havent received it yet, but Im sure its our super reliable postal service holding it up. In conclusion, I would suggest dealing with them to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

Everything about this transaction was awesome. There were no hassles, the price was right, and we were given a fair trade-in for our old Madza. Keith did an amazing job - he was very laid back with a great sense of humor and no high-pressure, which is exactly what we wanted. There was none of the "I have to talk to my manager" going back and forth garbage that we've seen at other dealerships. The financing was the same experience - very nice and explained everything and helped us to understand the necessity of getting the extended warranty even when we thought we didn't want it. They even stayed past closing time to make sure we were all taken care of. These guys are the best. This is the 3rd car we've purchased at Hiley Arlington and we are ALWAYS very happy with the results. I very highly recommend them to everybody I know and will continue to do so.

Absolutely the best and painless buying experience I've ever had. I knew prior to ever walking in to the dealer which car, and what options I was interested in. I made an appointment to test drive with Rodney on Saturday. I walked in to test drive with my wife on a Saturday afternoon. Rodney was busy finalizing a sale with another customer, so Joeseph quickly helped us into a Mazda6 equipped exactly like I wanted. Test drove that afternoon and then went home to discuss and make final decision. On Monday I emailed Hiley back requesting a quote for the car I wanted. I also emailed several other area dealers too. They were very quick to respond and answer all my questions thru email. I was interested in purchasing extended warranty, and spoke to Mara on the phone about the different options that they could offer. (BTW, Hiley offers a much more inclusive extended warranty package than any of the other area dealers that I talked to). Hiley came back with the best overall, out-the-door price than the other dealers without having to haggle over price at all. When I came back in to take delivery of my new Mazda6 i Grand Touring, Rodney had everything ready for me. Neal walked us through all of the sale financial paperwork quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in less than an hour including going over all of the vehicle features. I had already familiarized myself with most of the features from online reading, so Rodney was able to go thru that part quickly as well. However, I am certain he would spend as much time a necessary with any customer if they didn't know anything about the car. Post-sale follow-up has been great too. I noticed an error in the sale paperwork, and they were quick to correct it and provide updated and corrected paperwork to me. I'll be a return customer with Hiley for sure. I highly recommend them to others!

We were looking for a starter car for our daughter. In my line of work I don't like to get the run around. We came into the dealership and were greeted by a friendly associate. Cole Thomas took the time figure out what we were looking for and made sure that he kept us in our price range and did not try to work in a pricier car. Cole kept in mind that it would be for our daughter. Cole dug deep to find us a car that not only we would be happy with but that was in good shape. We were impressed with the inventory of used cars on hand. The first try was unsuccessful but Cole made sure to keep looking thought the week for us. A week later Cole secured a trade in and made sure he fought to keep it within our budget. We came in with the agreed price and we walked out with a quality vehicle. Cole had a great attitude and kept the whole process fun and enjoyable. Cole showed the type of employment that the dealership has and I would be very comfortable sending anyone to Hiley and to Cole. We have a son that will be driving soon and we will definitely go back to Cole.

Before I list any negatives and you assume this isn't the dealership for you, I just want to say that I had a great experience overall. I started emailing several different dealerships about a 14 Mazda3 s GT and John Diggs was the best guy I dealt with. He wasn't pushy and he offered the best price time and time again. Once I met him in person, he was very nice and easy going. He had been very upfront and honest in his emails, but when I arrived to make a deal, I was quoted a much higher price than originally stated. For one, they didn't account for the window tint and wheel locks ($550) in the price they quoted me. I wanted those anyways, so it wasn't a big deal, but a bit of an annoyance. When I told John his math was wrong, he went and got the dealership manager, Taylor. We negotiated for awhile and I didn't get the number that brought me in (which was frustrating), although I did get a fantastic deal. Plus, the number we settled on was within $500 of what I was expecting (with accessories included). Taylor and John had to go through some work to find my vehicle since they didn't have it on their lot, but they did a good job. John gave me an update everyday until my car arrived and was very helpful and genuine when I arrived to pick it up. The negotiations didn't go as I expected, but I believe that is the case at almost any dealership. Bottom line, the guys were very nice and still got me the best price.

BUYER BEWARE The staff is very pushy. I came in with my daughter to come look at a car and they basically would not let us leave. I had several people come out and talk to us and finally I had to put my foot down and tell them I am not buying from them and just left. They had many over priced cars and all of their used inventory was in bad shape. I would not recommend them in any type of fashion.THEY LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS NOT IN A ACCIDENT AND AFTER GOING HOME I PAYED FOR A CARFAX AND IT HAD NOT ONE BUT TWO DIFFERENT ACCIDENTS.Very uncomfortable setting overall. I will be sure to make appropriate reviews else where as well.

I was about ready to give up my search for a new vehicle in Tx for a variety of reasons until I went through Pentagon Federal's car buying referral system and met John. I hadn't even clicked off the website when I received a call from John and he immediately made me feel at ease with his friendly manner and reassurance that he could help me. He kept to his word from the beginning and what ever questions that I had and he couldn't answer, he found out and called me back right away. Inside of a week, I had my new vehicle. John made the experience seamless. Honestly, I wouldn't buy a car in the state of Texas from anyone else. He was a breath of fresh air. He put the customer service back into car buying for me. I didn't have to chase him down or wait days for a call back. He made me feel special and I will always be grateful for his attentiveness. Especially since I was purchasing this vehicle on my own with my husband in Afghanistan. I have a 2005 Mazda RX8 that I intend to drive as long as possible or until Mazda brings back the RX8 or something comparable. It has needed some serious work and Hiley Service is where I choose to take it. Hiley Mazda Service has replaced the engine, clutch, tires, and rack and pinion. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Service Adviser Tim Bell. He kept me up to date and called me before I called him, he was always polite and professional, and he called with honest information, which I appreciated. I recommend Hiley Mazda service and Tim Bell.

I was teamed by a group of 3 sales/loan people that worked me over. By the time I was finished they had fleeced me for over $2,000. The loan officer would not take 'No' for an answer on the extended warranty. When he finally offered a lower interest rate with a seeming savings, I gave in, but now realize if I qualified for the loan, then where was the savings? I feel like I was taken. These guys are real pros, they come on really nice and friendly and act like they are there to help you. Far from it - buyer beware! I have left repeated messages to discuss my sales experience with them, but have not heard from them. On the positive side, the new Mazda I purchased is a great car.

My wife and I had a terrific experience working with Don Bynum. He is very friendly and easy-going and at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. Came in for the update/maintenance of my 1999 626 and had a lite conversation with Keith Patton about the new Mazda 6. Went for a test drive and was so amazed with the ride and SkyActiv technology!! After getting with my wife we decided on jumping into a CX5 that we purchased. We decided on the Grand Touring because of all the updates etc... Keith was very patient and courteous just letting us decide on our own at our own time frame. Keith is very knowledgeable and spent the day with us from A.M. when I brought the car in and till we bought 5:00 till the deal was closed. The CX5 2014 just came in and had less than 2 miles. Pedro in service has been wonderful updating my 1999 with new door seals struts etc... Wonderful experience. Thanks Hiley and associates!!

He kept telling me I needed to work with him by giving a little on the price but I told him I needed a certain price or lower which he wasn't able to achieve, pretty close but not quite. I do not like push salesmen at all.

I was pleased with the dealer because the salesperson Keith as well as the sales manager Walter worked very hard to work within the boundaries of the budget I needed to stay in. They moved more than I had to move and it proved very helpful to my family. They also were not overly pressuring me, but rather had an ongoing conversation with me. They seemed genuinely happy they were finally able to get a deal done for me. To top it off, they showed me how to install the roof rack I needed because it wasn't in my budget to go through the dealer to get it done, although if I had the money I would have used them. I definitely plan to get my regular maintenance done with them.

Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Everyone that assisted was very friendly and courteous. I began a test drive and initial conversations with the vehicle I was interested in with Rodney. When I came back a few days later, I was assisted by Keith and Taylor due to Rodney having left for the day. After crunching numbers and seeing what could be offered, I wanted an extra day to sleep on it and I didn't feel that I was pressured which was a sense of relief. I met with one Finance guy initially but when I returned the next day, finalized my deal with another. Again, Rodney, Keith and Taylor all were very friendly and welcomed me back. The final transaction was painless and even received a lot of one-on-one time after buying my vehicle, showing me a lot of details on the car before I drove it off the lot. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Hiley Mazda - the gentlemen I dealt with were very positive, energetic and friendly to be around. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else in the market for a new car.My only negative would be that at times, I wasn't sure who was working with me or continuing to assist me during my experience. I realize that there are busy times and I'm not the only customer in the dealership, but I was unsure several times on who would be my main contact since I started with Rodney but ended up with Keith. Again, everyone I dealt with was friendly though and looks like everyone is working together as a team, but that would be my only constructive criticism - try and assign one salesperson to each customer so they have a face/name that can be their main contact.Thanks Hiley!

My expierence at Hiley Mazda was very positive. They provided prompt replies to emails and were helpful. I never felt pressure to buy and settled at a good price without a lot of haggling and gimics. They were very informative and courteous through out the whole process.

I had researched different vehicle types and decided to purchase a Mazda. I contacted Hiley through the website and Kenneth promptly called me. We were able to talk about vehicles in inventory and agree on a price within a matter of a few, no-haggle minutes. I was able to pick up my car the following morning.Mr. Clark, the sales manager and financing managers were all very personable and easy to work with. I Found myself in a situation where my 12 year old Jeep Liberty Threw a rod, and I was forced to find another Vehicle.Because I was a victim of the poor economy a few years ago I found myself unemployed for 8 months, which in turn ruined my once Perfect Credit. These to issues combined were indeed what I Thought to be the "Worst Case" scenario for having to buy a car and frankly to me certainly a case for some embarrassment.I could not have been further from the truth, or should I say the Hiley Mazda truth. To be honest I really was looking for a Nissan Juke, or something close to it and was not really sure what I could get, being my situation. I did speak to another dealer, but they just didn't seem to care to even talk to me, let alone even try to see what they could do and for over a week and a half I went with unreturned e-mails and voice mails. A very good friend sent me to Walter and Ken at Hiley Mazda, and after one e-mail and a phone call, Ken Jumped on the task of:1. Getting me approved - Check2. Finding me a car that I would be happy with, and feel good about the purchase - CheckOh, and did I mention all this happened in a span of about 6 hours! So, that was Wednesday, and by Saturday morning I was at the dealer, picking up my "New to Me" 2010 Mazda 3, which I do already like,and I am sure I will grow to love after I have gotten over the lose of my Jeep (We, were together for 12 years)They delivered the car Freshly Cleaned and Shiny with a full tank of gas, and also helped me to get the Jeep from my house in Rowlett to Arlington.I absolutely could not be happier with the quality and service "With a Smile and a Handshack" that I received from Ken and Walter, that I would absolutely refer as many people as I can to them and feel good about it!

Worked with Rocky Acosta week of 6/3/13 on a used vehicle a Nissan Rogue for my husband to drive back and forth from work, which we purchased this vehicle on 6/7/2013. While at the dealership signing this paperwork and Rocky being such a great salesperson to work with (Not the typical pushy car salesperson you don't like working with), I saw the new Mazda 6 and fell in love with it. As we were walking out the door with our Nissan Rogue, I asked Rocky to work me up a deal on the Mazda 6 and I would come back in the following week to trade in my VW beetle. Rocky started on it right away and emailed me with all of the information that I had asked for and we started the processed.If Rocky hadn't been so great, personable, friendly, and no pressure I would have never had traded by Beetle. I wasn't looking to trade my Beetle or even interested in a new car. But, I did like the looks of the car and new that Rocky wouldn't be pushy so I felt that it was a good time for me to look at trading.Great Experience and Rocky is a great Salesperson and should be a manager if not already. Great Experience!!!!

We quickly decided we wanted to go back to Hiley. I purchased my Mazda 3 from Hiley Mazda in June of 2008. They sent inquiries about selling the car back to them. On December 14, 2012, I came to the dealership with my car. I explained that I wanted to get the deal handled as quickly as possible. Jason, who said he was the Sales Manager, handled the sale. He offered my $7,000 for my car; I knew it was a very low estimate, so I asked him why I should make the sale to Hiley. He responded that they would handle it quickly, would overnight mail the check to Mazda Credit, and estimated I could get my money by Tuesday, December 18th. He also assured me that the title would be transferred quickly and safely. He told me he would call me Monday, December 17th. The following Monday came and went with no call. On Tuesday afternoon, I called the dealership; a salesman told me he would check with accounting and call me back. My call was not returned, so I called again and asked to speak to Jason. Jason told me that the dealership had not mailed the check either Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday. He apologized, but said there was nothing I could do. I went to the dealership with my daughter, where they marooned us by the door, walking past us, ignoring us, avoiding eye contact - oh, yes, and no offer of water, either. After several ridiculous conversations in which Jason told me there was no one else I could talk to (really, Jason? Really? Who would be scared to talk to me?), he then proceeded to tell me that he had tried to help me, but now he would not help. In addition, he would not put me on the phone to the manager, because he said the manager would not take my calls. How brave! What an example of customer service - NOT. Finally, another man - Dave - who also claimed to be a Sales Manager - (begging the question, how many sales managers does this dealership claim?) - ushered us into his office, where he told us that he would work on it; however, he said he couldn't/wouldn't assure us of any help. In fact, his direct quote was: I can't guarantee nothing. That statement of Dave's turned out to be the only thing he got right, because he apparently could not make anything happen: prompt, courteous service, an offer to remedy the situation, or, at the bare minimum, a simple assurance of when the dealership would send the check to Mazda American Credit. He did ask us to give him to 10:30 the next morning to accomplish something. I waited to the next morning, called him, at which time he yelled that he was not going to help us, the check had not been sent, and, furthermore, now he didn't want our car. We drove to Hiley and picked upt the car, seeing neither one of the chicken littles from the previous day. It is pretty interesting to go into a dealership and have the sales force, as one, hide. During the salesmen's misadventures, my daughter had called Mazda Corporate and spoke to a very nice representative. Every time we had mentioned to either Jason or Dave what Corporate had told us, they poo-poohed it and admonished us that Corporate knew nothing. I have never been treated so rudely, so dismissively, and so blatantly shunned. They are chauvenistic and rude; that would be the best comment I can make. Oh, and I took my car to CarMax, was paid $2,000 MORE than the Mazda dealership, and walked out with that check some 52 minutes after I entered the CarMax dealership. Hiley Mazda should be renamed Wiley (Coyote) Mazda. Although, now that I think about it, I feel like I am doing a disservice to the coyote.

The staff was extremely courteous during our entire visit. We went in extremely informed and not ready to purchase. Rodney showed us the exact vehicle I was considering, including options. I was never pressured to buy, they knew I was waiting for one other model to go public before I made a decision. Any time we began discussing the vehicle, the staff excused themselves and gave us a few private moments before returning. I wasn't in the market to buy that day - but I did. I was extremely impressed with the car, the service, the SPACE, the price, and the financing options. This is my second Hiley Mazda experience, and I have to say it keeps getting better. We'll definitely be back, and will look for Hiley stores any time we're in the market for ANY brand. (Although, I love my Mazda's!)

The first Mazda dealership wouldnt bulge on the price, so I went to Hiley and they tried to get the car from the other dealership, but no dice. I backed away from the car buying process for 3 months until Hiley got the exact car I was looking for and I raced to the dealership to make an offer. Mainly the finance people and managers. we got a used car over two months ago and they are still trying to mess with our contract when we asked for a copy of it they "couldn't" get to it. Great experience with Hiley Mazda in Arlington. It started off a little shaky, but in the end I got the deal I wanted. The vehicle we wanted had to be brought in from the Hurst store, but it didn't have tint so we had to wait till the next day for that. Madlen got us into the exact model and trim that we wanted based on our needs and lifestyle. She was very friendly and personable, she was closer to our age, so that made it very easy to convey exactly what we wanted. Seth, the sales manager, was definitely a "hard-baller" as some reviews have said(I wouldn't go so far as to use any expletives, but it still felt like playing the "new car game", and I'm not saying I wasn't a bit coarse with him too), even given that, he was still willing to sit down and get us what we wanted, and even though up front the numbers weren't quite what I wanted, we did manage to find a great middle ground! I can't tell you how many times paperwork was done and re-done. The finance department(Seth White and Mara Sidique) was super easy to work with. We already knew we wanted GAP coverage and the 60,000 mile maintenance plan, which we got a great price on compared to other service plans. Thus, there was no push/shove in the finance office.Again, all in all, compared to my past few new car purchases, these guys and gals were great. I never once felt like I was the little man and the big bad car dealer was out to get me as has happened at some other places. We ended up with a brand new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring + Tech Package (Fully loaded), black leather int/black ext at the perfect price point and the payments with Mazda's special finance offers are well within our budget.We just want to say thank you to all involved for going above and beyond to get us precisely the vehicle we needed!Thanks again,Eric, Rheagan, and Kylii

I walked in to Hiley Mazda with some doubts that I would be financed for a vehicle.. (have some dings on my credit). I had an appointment with Rodney to look at a new car. After five or so hours and I m sure a lot of headaches on the finance dept, I was leaving with a brand new car, payments in my price range and no car buying games, like the dealership I was at the night before tried playing. At first one person tried to talk me into more of a car than what I was in the market for, but once I made it clear and what I wanted all was good. I can honestly say, that I didn t mind hanging around the dealership for that amount of time. They routinely checked on me and even charged my cell phone while I was waiting. They worked with me in every aspect, even with my trade in on and out of state car which I thought was going to be more tedious than it was. Rodney and the team at Hiley were amazing! Not only did they put me in a brand new car, they gave me piece of mind on my commute to work and all of my travels. Thank you!

I live south of Waco. I agreed on a price with the dealer before ever seeing the vehicle. I took off work & drove to Arlington to test drive. When I got back from the test drive, I was told the vehicle was sold while I was driving it. There was no courtesy call to tell me a sale was pending before I wasted my time & gas to travel 2 hrs. Then wasted my time test driving. Don't waste your time either.

Hiley Unsatisfied:(I like most people had already researched the internet and had a good idea of the value of my trade and the price of the 2012 Mazda 3 I was looking to purchase. My first stop was Hiley Mazda in (Arlington) because of its proximity to where I work. All was well until the the sales manager named Seth got involved. He gave me a good value for our trade, but he evidently enjoys playing the new car game ( he plays hardball) with the price of the new car. I gave him a chance to come back with a lower price and he stood his ground. I just walked out. My time is too valuable to play car games. The next morning checked my email and had an email from Mike Shumann at Hiley Mazda in (Hurst). The offer was for the same model and equipment of the Mazda 3 and was priced considerably less than his counterpart in Alington and a little lower than my research had suggested was fair. We drove to Hurst met with Mike and told him the our trade had already been appraised at the Arlington location he agreed to accept that appraisal. Absolutely NO car games at the Hurst location, the experience was pleasant and quick. We love our 2012 Mazda 3, we are Hiley satisfied :)! I don't know how the two dealerships with the same name can be so different .So, if you enjoy playing new car Hiley Mazda in Arlington is your place and Seth is your man. If not,Hiley Mazda in Husrt is where you need to go! To be fair, we bought a Mazda Miata from the Arlington location several years ago and it was a pleasant experience.

In the state of Texas a Verbal Agreement is legally binding. I started off with that because of the situation I have dealt with, with this dealership. I am a Disabled Veteran who served in the U.S. Army, therefore I have a trust for my fellow Americans. Big mistake I will never trust anyone again especially a Car Salesman. My wife found a car on the internet at Hiley Mazda (used). Once my wife was approved through the dealership her and I both got emails instantly saying that she was approved for a vehicle at their dealership. My wife and I went to the dealership and dealt with Cody Wiggins for aproximately, 3-4 hours trying to get the deal right for the vehicle. Anyhow when my wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive the vehicle was making a squealing sound. As I was sitting in the back seat I mentioned to Cody that in small writing on the paper in the window, said I have to get it in writing for anything to be covered on the vehicle. Cody said no we will be sure to get it fixed, it is just the belt. Needless to say my wife and I have been back to the dealership 3 or 4 times trying to get this squeal fixed. I even took it to a Mechanic and spent $45.00 to get it diagnosed. After it was finally assesed the first time we were told it was just grease. The second time they could not hear it, and the third time we left vehicle there all day. Yes it only happens when the vehicle is cold because when the vehicle warms up the bearings expand and it stops squealing. That's when we got the final assesment that it was the Tensioner Pulley for the Serpentine belt. Anyone who has changed a Serpentine belt knows that you change the Tensioner out at the same time, it's like changing your air filter when you change your oil they go hand in hand. Anyhow after the run around with numerous sales managers and their managers we were blatantly told that Cody denies that the dealer is responsible for the part. It's only a $256.00 charge to get it fixed but the fact of the matter is that we were assured the vehicle was not going to have that same horrible squeal when we got it. Buyers Remorse definitely, Never again will I shop at Hiley Mazda/Volkswagen, I will be sure to let all my fellow Soldiers and Home Depot associates know where not to shop. Shane and Clayton in the service department did all they could to take care of us this is strictly about the shotty Salesman that Hiley employs. I work for the largest Home Improvement retailer in the world maybe they should come into the Home Depot and see what true Customer Service really is.Yours Truly:Extremely Unsatisfied customer J.Provost

After searching the internet for a crossover SUV I decided to check out the Mazda CX-9. The car got great reviews online and I really liked the sporty look. I checked out the inventory of Hiley Mazda online and found just the ca I was looking for. I emailed the internet sales department and Mara Shiddique quickly responded to my inquiry by sending an invoice for the car I was looking at. The price was about 2000 lower than the average price paid in my area as reported on Edmunds. Mara also followed up with a phone call to see if I was interested in a test drive, I said sure and off I went. Mara told me to call on my way so she could have the car I wanted out front and waiting when I got there. The car was waiting as promised and so was Mara. She quuckly went over some of the features on the car and off we went. Loved the car, drove well, felt sporty, and could still seat seven. The price was fair so after a quick trip to financing time to drive home. Mara then took 30 minutes explaining how to work the various systems in the car, not only that but she bookmarked several pages in the owners manual on items that people frequently have difficulty with. If you'd like good customer service, a fair price, and finally want to leave without feeling like you've been taken then I would definitely recommend Hiley Mazda of Arlington, especially internet sales.

I am totally disappointed in my experience at Hiley Mazda. I bought a truck there last week and well, first of all, I drove it home and then realized that I had no paper dealer plates on the truck. So I kept my rental truck for another day and left the truck I just bought at home. The next day I went back and picked up the paper dealer plates and put them on my truck so I could drive it to work the next day. I drove the truck to work and when I left for lunch it started dropping all the coolant. Since I had barely put 20 miles on the truck I called Hiley Mazda and asked what they wanted me to do with it, figuring they would at least want to look at it and help me with the repair costs. No such luck. They told me that I bought a truck as is and they cant do anything about because I bought the truck for less than the internet price. I was also told by the Sales Manager Jason Husfeld that had I paid full price for the truck he wouldve put it in service and taken care of all the repair costs, but since I got a few hundred knock off the price theres nothing he will do. To me the question isnt what I paid for the vehicle but if they are going to stand behind the vehicle they sold me. Which they OBVIOUSLY DONT at Hiley Mazda in Arlington. The most infuriating thing about this whole experience is that I went to Hiley because they came so highly recommended to me by multiple friends of mine, I did a little research online and they had good reviews, and their Family Promise sounds good, so I figured I would be safe buying there. I have been calling up there and talking to different managers about this situation and I have been told every time that they would call me back within the hour and I have not received a call back once!! I have got nothing but the run around from them. So now I have to pay to fix the truck myself because I havent had a vehicle to get me back and forth to work for a week now and I cant keep bumming rides. TOTALLY 100% DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I will NEVER buy another vehicle here and I will recommend that none of my friends do either.

They were very prompt and courteous when my wife and I came in and never pressured us. I had done some online shopping for a Mazda6 i Sport and had a car buyer at my Credit Union also check out prices, Mara Shiddique gave me a firm price and she also gave my car buyer the same price - and it was the best price in the DFW area. I knew that the mazda3 was the car I was most likely going to buy. But I decided to visit several other car dealerships to test a lot of others I was interested in as well. One of the major things that sets this dealerships apart was the lack of pushy-ness. It was like talking to a good friend I've known all of my life. Everyone was nice and extremely friendly. no one was overbearing, and no one was pushing things down my throat, at all. It was relaxed and casual. And it was definately one of the best dealership experiences I have had. That day I drove out with the car I wanted. and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had.

The best car-buying experience I've ever had! I was in the market for a vehicle and received an email from Mara, the Internet sales manager. She quoted a fantastic price and told me the exact model I wanted was coming into the showroom the very next week! She offered to handle everything over the phone or via email and deliver my new car to my home in Lavon if the drive to the dealership was too far, and she was true to her word. I drove to the dealership because another didn't have a Mazda5 to test drive. I took delivery of my 2012 Mazda5 at work and couldn't be more thrilled! Everything--from the initial email contact, test drive, trade-in appraisal, financing, delivery of the vehicle--was top notch! There was no pressure to buy, unlike my experience at other dealerships. Paul, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with...he even worked with the bank to get me an interest rate under 3%--I didn't even think that was possible! While waiting for delivery of my new Mazda, Hiley gave me a loaner with a full tank of gas. A couple of days after Mara delivered my new Mazda5 to my place of work, she called & offered to mail the garage door opener I had left in the loaner vehicle! Talk about service after the sale--they go the extra mile to earn & retain your business. I am a happy camper!I'm recommending Hiley Mazda of Arlington to all my friends, co-workers and family!

We decided on a Mazda3 5-door after looking at a number of cars, and were looking for the options we wanted at a price we could afford. Rodney worked with us for about three weeks, looking for the one we wanted. A new 2012 came in the night before, and he called in the morning to let me know that it was there. We went to see it on Saturday, the price was good, and the financing was excellent. The car is what we wanted, for the price we wanted, and a fairly painless experience.

I knew someday that I would have a brand new car, but I didn't think it would be THIS soon, mostly because I walked into this dealership on a Saturday afternoon, knowing that it would take a bit of time to work on my credit a bit more and save the proper down payment. However, I was both surprised and pleased to see how well I was treated at Hiley Mazda. There was no pressure to buy and I was assisted perfectly with regards to getting a vehicle that was nice, inexpensive and affordable. The funny thing about this experience is that I walked in, desiring to look...a look turned into a test drive...a test drive turned into a credit pull...and to my surprise, later, turned into an approval...which later turned in to me preparing the down payment and researching on my pay off amount for my 2003 Hyundai Sonata (which I still owed about 5000 on and had 166,000 miles on it)...and before I knew it, a week later, I was leaving the lot with a 2011 Mazda 3. The crew at Mazda 3 from the Sales guys I worked with to the finance guy were very open, honest and upfront. History was made for me...MY FIRST CAR!! Thanks guys and God Bless!

This is my second hilley purchase and most likely my last. I love my mazda but there are plenty of other dealerships out there who are more interested in both customer service and honesty. Day one, we talk to the sales associate and find that they don't have the package my wife and I want on our CX7. No big deal, at this point we are still looking at other makers as well as mazda. We were looking for a family vehicle to replace my mazda 3 since we were expecting. I conviced my wife that the CX7 was the way to go and went in to work out the deal. We still didn't have the car we were looking for but they had located it and would bring it here. Great. We work out the price and did most of the paper work before the finance guy realized the address was wrong. Asked if we could finish up when the car arrived. No problem, these things happen. When the car arrives, I go back in to dothe paper work. After going over it, I realize the price and monthly payment have been changed. I'm told there had been a mistake on the original pricing and I should have had to pay the additional amount, accordingto the finance guy (different fromthe first) they were just correcting a mistake. He changed the price back after the explanation. I probably should have walked out right there, but again, I'd purchased here before with good results, so I again gave the benifit of the doubt. When I went to take delivery of the car I was told an optional item I'd requested as part of the deal had not arrived. Should be in in the next day or two and they'd call me as soon as it came in and give me a tank of gas for the trouble. Not a problem. A few days later the finance guy calls to tell me there were some forms that didn't get filled out right, and asked that I come back to take care of it. He'll throw in a tank of gas. Inconvenient, but ok,I will when the mirror comes in. The one week goes by no call on the mirror. Middle of the second week, the finance guy calls again saying he really needs the signitures in a message on my answering machine. Ten min later a message about the mirror arriving. Struck me as an odd coincidence, but ok fine. I go in and sign off and get the mirror put on. No tank of gas was given. Irritated, but ok, I don't really need it it was just an apology not followed through on. A week or so later, the finance departmant calls again with ANOTHER paperwork issues I need to come up for. At this point I'm irritated but the car is mine and this just has to get finished. Again I'm promised a tank of gas for the inconvenience and again it is forgotten when I go up to take care of the issue, but we should be done now. Another week, another finance call for paperwork to be signed by my wife this time. Same promise, same result. A week before my wife's due date I got curious about the plates we still hadn't received. I was told that they were not sure of the status, and could not check because of it was a weekend and locked up. They would call mid week and let me know. My temp tag expired in two weeks by the way. No call from the dealership as to the status and my wife went into labor a day before the temporary tag expired. Just got them today.In short, mazda is awesome, this dealership is not. Take your business elsewhere.

I was not initially expecting to purchase a vehicle however, I knew that if I did it would be another Mazda. From the service department to the final delivery of my vehicle it was what I expected from Mazda and more. My first vehicle was a Mazda, purchased 10 years ago - the experience was exceptional then and even more so now. I am one happy Mazda customer.

All the employees we encountered were professional and attentive.. They did not have the exact package we wanted in stock but they did have one on order. Since I was not sure if I would fit in the new model they offered for us to come in and drive the model of car we were looking at. When we got there they had the car ready for us to drive. There was no pressure to sell us a car. They knew that we were just there to test drive the car. We initiated the conversation about trade-in and price. They offered us a fair price for our old car and for the new car they had coming in.The car came in within a few days. We scheduled to come in Saturday and ask how long it would take. Mara let me know that it normally took 2 3 hours on Saturdays but she would do everything she could to have everything ready. Since we were not financing, it cut down on the time. We asked to test drive the car before we processed the paper work. After test driving the car, we only had to wait a few minutes to talk to Paul to complete the finance paper work. He seemed to be prepared for us. He did give us the information on the extended warranty, but we never felt pressured to purchase it. Again the price was a fair offer.After the paper work was done we were introduced to the service department manager and instructed to bring the car back at 5000 miles for a full checkup and oil change.Mara took us out to the car and went over all the options and even setup my phone with the blue-tooth system.We were out of there in a little over 2 hours. The only negative was we found the dealers website had the incorrect phone number to contact the dealer.

I had requested a quote on a Mazda3 for my daughter, a recent UT grad. She's out of town quite a bit because of her new job, so I tried to keep the buying process as simple as possible. Mara responded to my request immediately and priced two trim levels of the Mazda3. I set an appointment for Saturday morning with Mara, not really expecting to buy a car that day. We had an old Honda Accord to sell (1998 w/175k miles, but looked 10 years older), and my daughter was only in town for the day. After we met Mara and drove a car at length, my daughter determined what she wanted: a graphite Grand Touring model with the "technology package". As luck would have it, there were none on the lot. Mara and the manager found one at another dealer, and said they were willing to go get it...that day! I let them do a quick assessment of my daughters' old Honda, and they were more than fair with the offer, which we accepted. While we did the paperwork with Rezwan (who was very helpful, by the way), Mara went to get the car. She showed up a little later with the car, which had a few dealer "add-ons", which we were not charged with. We were there from 10:30 till about 4:00, but we were always comfortable, and it was our decision to just get it all done that day. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and eager to help.

Marra was by far the most professional car salesperson I have ever dealt with and the reason we chose Mazda over Honda. She was friendly, direct, and not pushy. I would have given the dealership a 5 but we had to wait a very long time during a slow evening to complete financing paperwork. I asked that everything be ready when we arrived because I just had surgery a few days prior but it was not ready as promised. We waited over 1.5 hours to get into a finance office and then the person doing the finance work didn't have correct infoamtion and input numbers improperly throwing off all the terms we agreed to on our initial visit.

Upon entering the dealership there was absolutely NO pressure to buy. We found the car we wanted on the internet, so we knew exactly what we wanted. We had contacted Kevin Olstza at the dealership and he had the car waiting on us when we arrived. He allowed us to look at the car ourselves for as long as we needed and then we test drove the vehicle. He again left us alone to talk about it. Still no pressure... we then went inside to talk the transaction over and he again allowed us time to talk about it alone. He gave us all the time we needed. He answered all our questions and helped us get more for our trade-in than they had originally allowed. Still NO pressure... When we decided that we would purchase the vehicle we were then sent to Jeff Humphrey who made the finance aspect of the transaction easy and quick. They had the vehicle ready for us when we finished all the paperwork and we were on our way. It was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend Hiley!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Hiley has it figured out. They have the "hassle free price" marked on the cars so it makes it easy to find the one in your price range. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The total amount of time the I spent on this purchase was just over two hours from start to finish. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Although I was going to look at other makes and models for this purchase, I instinctively went right back to where I was comfortable and knew the service was outstanding. I needed a good reliable used car to replace my 1994 Protege last weekend. Feeling very insecure as a single woman having to go deal with sales and financial people at a car dealership all by myself, I went on out to Hiley Mazda Arlington to see what they could do for me. Not prepared for a car purchase at this time, so that made it even tougher. I needed a reliable car that I could make the payments on. I was pleasantly surprised by the manners of Aaron Cortinas who was my main contact and the one who showed me the car. Not pushy at all. Aaron treated me with total respect even though he knew I was on a small budget. When I decided to go forward with it, and had to go deal with the financial guy - my worst fear of going over there, he came through for me also. Rezwan Ahmed, the financial guy, treated me with respect also. He realized he wasn't dealing with a wealthy person with me, and what I needed to be able to make the payments after all was said and done. Rezwan went the extra mile and made it happen for me. Got my payments down to what I could afford. That was the main thing on my mind that day.That morning I would of preferred going for a root canal at the dentist other than going through the pain of buying a car, to my surprise and relief it wasn't painful at all. Well I had three vehicles in my scope, one from Ford, Toyota and Mazda. The Mazda Tribute was what I was interested in but Hiley had sold all of them.....that made me feel two things; (1) the vehicle is as good as the on-line ratings claimed (2) Hiley must have a good reputation to sell out on any model.I met with Aaron and he answerred all my questions, without pressuring me to consider another vehicle. We were standing near the showroom doors and there was a 2012 Mazda5 touring there and it caught my eye. I asked Aaron about it, he told me how many features were added since the last model (2010 Mazda skipped a year to add more imporvements) so then we took a test drive and I was really impressed.Initially there wasn't any special incentive financing available on that model so I went to my credit union to see what I could arrange. Got a 3.0% APR on 54 or 60 months. Went back to make the deal and Paul (?) Aaron's sales manager came over to introduce himself and asked me if I'd be interested if his team could find a better finance rate. I agreed I would, they did (1.9% at 60) and we made the deal, 50-60 minutes later I was sitting in my new Mazda5 with Aaron as he went over the checklist and showed me all the features. I've only had the vehicle for one day but I am just so very happy with it and the treatment from the dealership. They are without a doubt now my favorite dealership. A little history about me, I literally dread buying a new car. I hate having to work with a salesperson who has to take th eoffer to the manager, comes back with a new counteroffer and then we do this back and forth until the deal is where either the dealership or I am comfortable and we finally agree on the deal.I told Aaron this when I first introduced myself, that I know their job is to sell the product for the best price they can get and I know that they have to make a profit so I let him know I didn't want to go through all that and if you give me a price that is giving you /the dealership a fair profit while also lett ign me come away with a lesser price than close to MSRP I'll be happy. Aaron and his maanger respected my wishes and did exactly that. So I felt we all won and the deal was adequate savings for me and the dealership made it's profit and everyone smiled! I've bought about 6 new cars in my lifetime before this one and I have NEVER felt that good when I drove off. These folks are great pr for Mazda!Glenn UrquhartBurlson, TX

We walked into this dealership knowing what we wanted ahead of time and were pleasantly surprised at the courtesy and respect we were given as customers. We were treated as if we knew what we were talking about, negotiations were upfront and fair, no salesmanship games were played, and everyone from Aaron to the financial person (who's name escapes me) were just great. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, even with a couple of extras thrown in for good measure, and we couldn't have been happier. We will definitely be recommending both Aaron and Hiley Mazda to our friends if they are in the market for a Mazda.

Before I bought my last vehicle I was previously intersted in a Mazda3, after I moved into my own place my previous vehicle became to small and I was wanting something bigger. I contacted Hiley Mazda in hopes that a new Mazda3 was in my price range and they would work with my trade since I still owed on the last car. I spoke with Seth and he was very quick to respond to my questions and even text me to keep in contact and make sure I would be coming to our appointments and what colors of the vehicles I was interested in so he could have them ready for me to see. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted and another sales man opened the door and asked who I was looking for and offered me some water. Within a few minutes Seth came to greet me and took me to look at the car. He showed me some features and told me differnet things about the car and then suggested we go on a test drive. He took me on a longer than normal drive so we could go through a couple different areas so I could get a good feel for the car. Seth was very knowledgeable and made the paper work process easy. I would deffinately do business again, it was a very nice experience.

We purchased the car for our 15 year old twin daughters. Seth greeted us on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We knew the Mazda 3 was the car we wanted for our daughters. Safe, enough power for acceleration, great breaks, bluetooth cell phone compatibility so they can talk not text if needed. Those were the things WE looked for. It was sporty, pretty and IPOD compatible those were the things our daughters looked for. The deal went smoothly and we took the car home with us. It was scheduled to have window tinting and the protectant inside and out which I think is a must for new drivers. Check out all the information before you turn it down. We were going to turn it down but after hearing about the warranty on the outside we were sold. Our schedules are crazy and difficult to cordinate. A shuttle service was offered but it would have been difficult to get the car home. I had errands to run and kids to shuttle. When I mentioned this to Seth he offered to drive a dealer car over leave it and pick up my daughter's car and take it in for me. I still had my car for transportation so I was able to get my things done. Seth showed up to pick up the car. It was his day off. I had no idea. That is service. We are thrilled with our experience and we were referred by my mom who bought her Mazda there a few years back. Hopefully in the very near future we will be able to snag the CX9. Beautiful car.I would highly recommend Hiley Mazda and personally recommend that you deal with Seth. He is great.

This is a great dealership for purchasing a new car. I've bought from them in the past and their service department is stellar as well. This time we bought two Mazda 2s from Seth who is now their internet sales rep. He patiently worked with me and provided a completely non pressure but friendly and helpful attitude. My only complaint is that I've attempted to trade in two vehicles in the past here and their trade in offers are well below par and I ended up selling them elsewhere. But overall a great experience and highly recommended.

I first called about a week before I wanted to actually visit the dealer ship. I had general questions - price/down payment/options/etc. The next day I recieved a phone call from Aaron C asking me what I was actually looking for. I told him my exact dream car and he said he would research it. Within in an hour I had an email from him with the picture of the car I wanted at a great price! I set a date and showed up and he already had it pulled around ready for a test drive. A+ service. I had a great car, a great deal, and I drove off the lot within 3 hours. Best car buying experience ever!!! I will be returning as will my family for more vehicle purchases soon! :)

Hummara (Mara) worked with me from the very beginning stages of my vehicle research to the final purchase. Mara was fantastic. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and non-pushy. She respected my need to think the purchase over and was open to my opinions about price and vehicle style. She always returned telephone calls and emails - even when my questions were silly and she did not have a guaranteed sale. Because of Mara, I currently own an awesome vehicle that I really love. No regrets on the purchase of my Mazda CX-7. I would highly recommend this dealership, and particularly, working with Hummara "Mara" Siddique.

Aaron did a great job of keeping us informed of each step and how long he thought it would take. They were very kind to let us go ahead and take the car to pick up (and surprise) our daughter (who was getting the car), who was waiting to be picked up at the Mall nearby. They even loaned us a big bow to put on top of the car! Overall, a truly great experience!

I was looking on the internet and filled out an application. Then received several calls. Mara sent me pictures of what, I said I was interested in. Which was real helpful. We set up an appoinment for Sat. The car I traded in had an issue. I took and got it worked on.I was not going to get it back until Sat. morning and I called Mara. She was real nice and let me know later was fine. This was the third car I have ever bought by my self. I had gone through a bankrupacy this year so I was worried they might not really want to deal with me. I think my daughter thought I was not capeble of buying a car by myself. Mara made me fill so comfortable and relaxed . She spent so much time showing me things about the car and all the things coming with it. I had never had anyone take the time like she did. There were a lot of people there so I had to wait a little to see the finiacal person. I think Jason not for sure. I would know him if I saw him. He treated me so nice and made me feel good . One time before when I bought a car and had real good credit I was not treated as good as he did me. I was really satisfied with the price and everything. My daughter was suprised at all I had gotten with the car and the great deal. I laughed and told her I got a MAZDA not a Honda like her. I had gotten offers from other places but I wanted a Mazda. I have a Mazda mx3, 1995 and I kept it. It has been the best car I have ever had. I plan on enjoying this car as much. I'm not saying anything that other's haven't said. Priced the vehicle on-line through Mazda for a 2010 CX-7. Selected 3 dealerships to get in touch with me. Received calls from all 3 within an hour. I asked for a ballpark price from all 3 over the phone.Mara from Hiley was the the 1st call I received and we talked. She quickly gave me a price over the phone without hesitation. She didn't even pause when I asked for the price be directly e-mailed to me as proof of the agreed upon upfront price. This was a good sign and it was going in the right direction for Hiley Mazda.Second dealership called and gave me a number that was lower than I had expected even for a year-end deal. It sounded good and I put it into consideration, but I had an uneasy feeling from how much and how quickly this guy was talking. It sounded like a bait, but I was willing to consider it. I received another call a few weeks later from a different guy at this dealership. He said that the first guy gave me a price and asked why I hadn't visited them. I said that it sounded too good to be true and that it was a long way to go for a "too good to be true" deal. I told him outright it sounded like a bait. Of course, I hadn't told him that I'd been looking up some postings on-line from potential customers who'd had problems with this particular dealership. This was the main reason I hadn't gone anywhere near them. This was when the hard sell came in. Over the phone. He started quoting prices that would make any penny-pinching deal-seeker water at the mouth. I said it'd take a couple of days to get my financing in order. He said okay. He would check back in 2 days after my financing went through. I heard nothing. He didn't even bother. That basically sealed the deal for Hiley. Follow through counts. If he had called as he promised, I'd have gone up there and given him a chance to sell me a vehicle. He didn't follow through, so I didn't bother to go.The third dealership call came. She didn't sound like she was all that enthusiastic about even trying to work with me on pricing. I specifically told her that I wouldn't be doing any financing to simplify. I would just pay upfront to see if she could work with me on the price. No deal. Just gave me a number and gave me a take it or leave it attitude about it. I left it.So it was Hiley. We met Mara at the Hiley and took a test drive. We discussed pricing and I was satisfied with the initial price. I told her and her manager I wouldn't buy that day because I wanted to take care of financing on my own. The manager was gracious about it and we left. I'd already left with the intent to purchase later at Hiley, but I didn't let it on. It was their sale to lose now. If the manager did something or said something that rubbed the wrong way I'd have left and never came back. Nothing like that happened. Mara even e-mailed me a week later with an additional amount off the original price quoted. It pays to wait. Car buying should never an impulsive endeavor. When my financing was completed and the money in the bank, I went in and asked for Mara. We got through the whole process with no trouble. I looked at their numbers and it look okay except for the fact that there's a tax they don't quote. When they say sales tax of 6.25 it isn't actually 6.25. It's slightly higher. That was fine. It was only a few tenths of a percent higher, but I didn't like it when you quote me one number when it's actually another. The only hassle was that it took longer than necessary waiting for the finance guys to complete the deal. They had 2 others customers in front of me who were financing through Hiley and it slowed the process down for us. We would have completed the process sooner. Overall, I'm satisfied dealing with Hiley. I'd definitely consider them for our next purchase if the Mazda we purchase turns out to be a reliable vehicle. I've never owned a Mazda.

I would def recommend my salesman, Aaron who was great and made the experience as painless as possible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to listen to what I wanted. He even came in on his day off to help me! I have already recommended my family to him and I'm confident their experience will be equally as great. After seeing all the features and driving the car I fell in love with it! It is an awesome vehicle! The ride is smooth the features are great the overall look is clean. I absolutely love my CX-9! I got the Grand Touring version which is top of the line and its so worth it! My fiance and I argue now over who's driving when going places! Go see Aaron and drive the CX-9 you will love it! Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, from beginning to end; the salesman was extremely friendly and well personable, and the finance person was also top notch. The general atmosphere of the dealership was warm and relaxed. The entire team seemed very patient and polite, and was good listeners. I will definitely come back to this dealership for my next purchase in the future, and will also tell everyone I know about it.

After losing my friend, my 03 Mazda Tribute to a traffic wreck my first thought was a Mazda. My wife loved the CX-9 and off to Carmax we went, we found a 08 with low miles and bought it. I convinced her to go to Hiley after the great service we got on the Tribute and see what they had to offer. Aaron and Jason tried they're hardest to find a 2010 in the price range of the Carmax CX-9. One couldn't be found and Aaron went to the 2011's that were close. We found one for a little more than the Carmax car, and bought it. Went straight back to Carmax and gave it back. This was by far my best new car buying experience. We have been to several different dealerships over the last year or so and the staff at Hiley Mazda of Arlington had to be the most polite. We were in and out in no time. Kevin was very friendly with a smile. I would recomment him to anyone I sent to this dealership. Joe made the final signing smooth and quick. I was greeted at the door. I didn't have to wander around and try to find anyone. The sales person introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I test drove a couple of cars and decided I would keep looking. There was no pressure to buy. A lot of other dealership I have visited in the past are always running back and forth to their manager trying to get you the best price or they try to pressure in to buying today to get the best deal. There was none of that. I left and shooped around at some other places. Then I came back knowing what type of car I wanted. They made an offer; I countered and we were done. Minimum haggling. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. That is the fastest I have ever bought a car.

Both my husband and I agreed that this was the best car buying experiences that we have had. We originally came to Hiley a few months ago when we were looking for a used car for my mom. We actually ended up getting the used car someplace else, but when it was time for us to look for a car for my husband, we remembered the great customer service we received when we just looking. We visited a few more times before purchasing, and each visit we found the same great customer service! Mara, the young lady who sold us our car, was fantastic! Very patient, very knowledgeable and very conscious of our time! Even after we bought the car, Hiley continued consistently with great service. My husband accidentally left his book bag in the loaner car (driven a few days before our car came in.) We called once it was discovered that the bag was missing, they quickly located it. When it's time to purchase another car, we will definitely consider Hiley Madza in Arlington again!

Me buying my vehicle from Hiley Mazda/Arlington, was the best expierence I've ever had buying a car. And this is no lie!!! Mike was an excellent sales person, he did not give me any "sales pitch" that a car sales person usually say to try and convince me to buy a car. I've never really like the car salesman, I think they are too pushing and can be very annoying, but Mike was the first. He's got a GREAT personality!!Paul, the Mgr, was very informative. I didn't feel like he gave me the usually "Mgr sales pitch" either; like he's doing all he can for me and this was the best deal he could come up with, for me. He was up front with what I was financially looking at and I believe he did his best for me. Jeff, in finance, was excellent also. He too, was very informative. All three together was what "the doctor ordered" for my depression in looking and trying to buy a new car. All three together was the perfect combination, and I think individually, they are just GOOD people to work with. They are very personable, very friendly and very professional.I have bragged about Hiley Mazda/Arlington to everybody I know, in hopes when they buy a car, they go there 1st!

Ozzy, the sales person, was very courteous and attentive. I specified what I was looking for, he walked me to what he had without attempting to pursuade me or tempt me into a higher priced vehicle. Everyone was very straight forward, direct and to the point. It was an enjoyable experience, the entire sales staff was very friendly and welcoming. The sales and service departments were very helpful in addressing and correcting minor issues with the vehicle. I would would definately go back when in the market for another car.

Let me start off by saying that I HATE car shopping. I would rather visit the doctor for a prostate exam or the dentist to have a tooth extracted then step foot on a car lot.I was shocked when I was handed a sheet of paper that listed out the price of the vehicle and all the dealer's fees that was already signed by the sales manager. I hadn't even test drove the vehicle yet, but I knew what it was going to cost - worst case - to drive it off the lot. DifferentDuring the test drive we discovered an issue with the car and I was ready to leave and scratch this car off my list. Upon returning to the lot my salesman wanted to get the issue resolved immediately, but the service area was already closed. How convenient I thought. Since we were from out of town they offered to put us up in a hotel overnight and pay for our meals. What?The next day the issue was resolved to our satisfaction and we purchased the vehicle. Now that was different!The only reason they don't get 5's across the board is that it took them until after 2:00 in the after noon to resolve an issue that I felt could have been resolved by 10:00 in the morning.

The sales process was very low pressure. No one tried to talk me into buying today like at other dealerships. We discussed price and came to a mutual agreement pretty fast. I researched price on Edmunds before I went and I knew what I should pay. They agreed to that price and gave me a fair price for my trade in. Seth Washburn was very nice and knowledgeable. I would come back to Hiley Mazda knowing that I would be treated fairly.

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful. WE had alot of rain come in at the last moment. They were able to go ahead and give me my Mazda, and arranged for a complete detail to be done at a later date. Along with a second full tank of gas. The credit dept. wisked me thru fast. I did not have to wait hours.

Aaron was so super nice!!! He wasn't pushy at all. I get intimidated by car salesmen and always dread the car buying experience. Aaron did not make me feel like I was being pressured as I had been in the past. What an all around nice guy! Very knowledgable and professional. Had purchased a Honda Civic at Vandergriff Honda about 2 weeks before going to Hiley. The experience at Vandergriff was terrible. We were there for over 5 hours and the customer service and overall buying experience was an ordeal. Only spent a little over 2 hours at Hiley and the experience was very relaxing. The support from both the salesman, Mark, and the rest of the support staff was great. We purchased a 2010 CR-7 and love it. I highly recommend Hiley for a great experience in purchasing a vehicle.

I had contacted Mara for internet pricing prior to going in. When I arrived, Mara explained that she was with another customer but instead of making me wait, she asked Seth to help me. Seth was awesome and very knowledgeable about the car. He patiently answered all my questions and was never frustrated or put out. He made sure that we were comfortable and brought us ice cold drinks. I purchased a vehicle and decided after the drive home, I wanted a different one. Seth had provided me both his office and cell phone numbers. I contacted Seth at 9am the next morning and even though he was not at work, took the time to listen to what I had to say. By the time I had gotten back to the dealership, he had already contacted the appropriate people and had them waiting on me. Of course, the higher ups tried to talk me into keeping the car, but once I explained I would not be happy, they swapped the cars and I was out of there pretty quickly. I am very happy with my new car (zoom-zoom) and have already recommended them to another family member who is looking to buy a new car. Seth, thanks for tne no pressure, honest and humble service!! Mara was awesome and checked often to see if things were going as they should. The only negative thing I have to say about the experience is there were a couple of comments from higher up involving finance and the swap "you know I pulled strings to get this done" etc. I prefer the humble approach and would like to say thanks for making it happen, not the preening "see I am so good and you owe me" statements. That part was a huge turn off. Let your work speak for itself. Thanks again Seth and Mara for your awesome, speak for itself, work and ethics!! BOOOOOO to the dealership that tried to sell me the same car for $1000 more!!

Our purchasing experience with Seth Washburn of Hiley Mazda was extremely pleasant. Due to the extreme heat, we requested to review Hiley's inventory on-line when we entered the dealership. Seth provided us with a cool beverage while we reviewed the cars on-line, then drove the cars that we selected under a covered area for us to view. This truly made an impact on us as we were able to avoid the sweltering heat. None of the other dealerships across the street provided such services. We were not pressured in any way to select a vehicle. We were provided all of the information regarding the car and given a fair price. We expected this process to be lenghty but to our surprise it wasn't. I am very pleased with the customer service that we received and will highly recommend this dealership and salesperson to my friends. I am also pleased with the services provided by the Service Dept. I went to this dealership after a horrible experience with El Dorado Mazda in McKinney. I knew exactly which car I wanted, and we settled on a great price over the phone. I came in the next day, test drove the car, and decided to buy it. The sales manager honored our agreed price and I signed all of the paperwork without any hassle. There was a mix up on the wheels but the general manager handled it and everything was taken care of. I will definitely go back here next time I am shopping for a Mazda.

I just bought a used Mazda 3 from Hiley Mazda in Arlington two days ago. While I love the car, they refused to recondition any part of the vehicle. I bought it because of the low internet price, but it is missing an air vent and the trim around the stereo display, and the wheels needed to be balanced. Oh, and the inspection was expired. They still had the sticker price pretty high, but luckily I had seen in online first, priced about $2500 lower. It was well worth the missing vent and trim. But when I went to get the wheels balanced, it turned out that two of the rims were bent, which of course they refused to replace, and they run $600 a piece through Mazda. If you do your research, you can get a good deal here, but check the entire car before buying, and make sure to look at their website before going there!!!
