My salesperson, Fatimah, was very friendly, not pushy, and worked with a can-do attitude. She was courteous and intelligent and helped me complete my lease quickly. I shopped around before completing my lease and the service at Hillside Honda was far superior to the other local Honda dealer I visited. I was treated with respect and not pressured into anything. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Edit: 2/7 I just got a new lease and worked with Ali. He was easy to work with and helped me find something in my budget. It was an easy, one day process. I turned in an accord and got a Civic and have been driving it for a few days. It was a little stiff at first, but seems to be loosening up - or I’m getting used to it, but it’s comfortable and fun to drive.

Please don’t buy your car from this showroom. This place gives you the worst after car sales service. I bought my car from this showroom. When I had an issue with noise come from the car their service team kept the car for two days and did not fix the issue as they dint know the issue. While giving back my car I noticed they left the sunroof open and due to rain it was damaged for this the manager informed me it’s not their problem. I requested them to buy the parts and will pay to fix it as MK one is excepting their mistake. After giving back the car for repairs they kept it for two more days saying they will fix it but nothing still. They keep saying we are working on it but m no or hung my car is just lying there to be fixed. Even if you complain to their head office they say we cannot to anything as the service department is not ours. Please do not buy your car from here. Worst after sales service.

Leo helped me buy my first car. The entire experience was very smooth and Leo helped explain all the little intricacies involved with a first time purchase. My overall ratings are very positive and Thank You Hillside Honda for this wonderful vehicle!

This dealership is very good but be aware there is always a catch. When I bought my Honda (pre owned) I saw a couple scratches but it wasn’t that bad. Only a couple but when I take it home and I was like hey let me give it a good wash . I wash it and I realized that they have put special wax on it to look like there’s no scratches and hid it from me when I bought it now I have to paint correct my car . Either than that it’s a good dealership. PLEASE ASK THEM IF THEY PUT ANY SPECIAL WAX TO HIDE ANY SCRATCHES EVEN IF THE CAR FAX SAYS NO ACCIDENTS!!!

A wonderful experience, very helpful & informative. Very happy with my agreement. Above & beyond to assist their customers. Realist, they didn’t just try to get me into anything, they made sure it was something I wanted and I was happy with my transaction.. Thank you very much..
