I needed to bring in my MDX for a recall issue. I was greeted and service person promptly asked me what I needed and wrote up a work order for the repair all within 10 minutes. I was escorted to waiting area and advised there were beverages available while I waited. I was expecting an hour wait but was surprised the repair was done within 30 minutes. Hardly enough time to finish my coffee. Not all repairs will be done this swiftly but the way this dealership handled my concern was done with such professionalism. I would recommend anyone to visit this dealership! Well done guys!!

I received notification for my Acura and arrived to have it serviced. Mike was very pleasant and professional and I felt ushered through the process in the nicest way. He offered to vacuum and wash my car and even with that, they were done with my vehicle earlier than I was told. Do not miss an opportunity to use them for your vehicle. My wife and I had narrowed down our midsize SUV purchase by researching online. Then took to the dealerships to test drive and decide on which SUV to purchase. Nick was the best person we worked with throughout the process. Very low maintenance as far as pressure and "salesiness" goes, yet knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding through the decision and negotiation process. Would gladly recommend him.

We came in looking for a Acura MDX! We were very excited about the 2017 with its new advancements! Salesmen Nick Ury did a great job showing us around and picking the right color and type. The one we were looking for was not even looked at and was still packaged in the back with only 2 miles on it. From the moment Andrew greeted us, he was customer service personified. He connected personally with us, and took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible for trade-in and the purchase price of my new car. Since purchasing my ILX, Andrew has checked in and made sure I am having a great experience with my new vehicle. When someone chipped paint off of my car, he bought a paint pen, repaired the chip, and let me keep the pen for future reference. As long as I live in the area, I will purchase all my future vehicles from Andrew, and I highly encourage others to do so!!

I found a used Audi S5 at Hinshaw's on line Wed afternoon and called the dealership. I talked with Nik Ury about the details of the car and we agreed I would be in on Thursday am, to hopefully buy it. I was an out of state customer, so I arranged a flight in and Nik picked me up at the Seattle airport on Thurs. I looked over the car and took it for a test drive, we agreed on the price and an hour later I was on the road to CO with my new vehicle. The entire Hinshaw team was outstanding, Nik, Mark Hansen and the service team who enthusiastically gave me some ideas on how to customize the vehicle. This is the second Acura car that I owned. The reason I visit this dealer is because they have a lot of use car. This is the first time, I visit this hinshaw Acura dealer and it will be the last time as well. I have experienced the worst customer services ever in my life from the salesman guy name sunny sigh to the manager name mike. I hated how they treated me, they are really rude and they don't even value my business. Sunny was telling that I wasted his time because he didn't want me to make any offer or negotiated with the price that they listed for sale. He was yelling and screaming which is ridiculous. He rolled his eyes and he thought that I couldn't afford the car or something. Even though his manager, I went straight to him and raised my concern about sunny he seems careless about it. When I make the purchased for the car the manger mike told me that they will get the car ready for me within a 3-4 days. The car wasn't done by that time so they called me and said to give them 2 more days. 2 days later the car is still not ready for me to pick up, I felt like I was forced to buy a car but they didn't even care about deliver the car to me on time. What kind of business is this? The manager was ready rude as well, I will never and ever refer anybody to buy car at this location. Luxury car dealership have the worst customer services ever

I went in about two years ago and got a lease from Hinshaws. It was at a good rate but I knew I wasn't going to be able to stay within the miles so I traded it in and bought a car. I was helped by the same man through the entire process. Nick Ury was there every time I went in and was always ready to help. He wanted to help me and do what was best for me and not his pocket so it was different than most places I visited. Thanks for the help, Nick.

My care was totaled and I found myself expectantly needing a new used car to replace it. I had worked with many dealership and was tired of all the bait and switch. Tell you about one care and then after driving an hour, tell you it sold and they could show you another car. I remembered having great service and Hinshaw's Acura back when I owned a few Acuras. I decided to go and see what they had on line first and Young Park was so responsive. He encouraged me to see the vehicle and possibly some others. He had to step out when I was finally able to drive over, so he asked Nick Ury to take care of me. Nick was great and not at all pushy. After Nick and I test drove a car, I knew it would work and I had already been shopping for a couple of weeks. I had a budget and they worked with me. I wanted to pay cash and believe it or not most used car sellers prefer to finance you to make more, but for the first time cash was not a problem. I had known the GM for years and knew he would give me a fair deal and a great experience. Derrick Martin you are the reason I came and will come back again. I didn't just buy a car, I entered into a long term relationship to have my car serviced and cared for. I look forward to my next experience buying a car with them.

We just purchased our 3rd Acura at Hinshaw Acura. The reason we keep returning and buying Acura is because of the service and honesty of the employees. We've lived in Utah, Arizona, California (Sacramento and Danville), and Washington State over a period of 50 years. In all those years and all our cars (20+) we've never found a dealership that equals Henshaw Acura, Fife. Hats off to David Ajibade, salesman and Kelly Stallcop, service manager, for their professionalism. Hinshaw is lucky to have them as employees.

I am a first time Acura owner, and I absolutely LOVE my new 2017 Acura RDX. Prior to visiting the dealership, I was able to look at their inventory and saw that they had the perfect RDX waiting for me.As soon as my family and I stepped out of our car, David came out to greet us and took us inside to look at the RDX in their showroom. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly went out and pulled up in front of the dealership with the RDX that I wanted!The test drive was pleasant, the overall buying process was great and stress-free, and David never pressured or hassled me. I came to HInshaws Acura to check out the RDX. I have become accustomed to and somewhat spoiled by Mercedes Benz but I had had enough of their maintenance costs. I was looking for a nice car that was sporty, reliable and didn't cost thousands of dollars to maintain. I met with Helen Hoh who was very knowledgeable about all the models. She wasn't overbearing and pushy which is what I liked. To say that I got good customer service is an understatement! She was awesome. She made the process easy and painless and she even came in on her day off to accommodate my schedule. Ask for her by name ... you will be glad that you did.

We came in to Hinshaw Acura after spending the day looking at other cars our last stop we met up with Nick Ury a bright professional young man passionate about his products and very knowledgeable, we were interested in the 2016 ILX after driving it at talking more about the features and accessories we decided to lease the vehicle, took it home and after a couple of weeks of the wife driving it she felt that it was to performance oriented for her liking, so while picking up the License plates I spoke with nick about her concerns and he said that if she was not happy then then down the road we could get her into something else, wen that road was very short and she wanted to see what he could do about upgrading, we came back down and gave the TLX the fine tooth comb treatment drove looked drove she seemed satisfied with the TLX as her type of car unfortunately this is where the story takes a turn.We could not come to terms on the price and trade in value of our ILX and was at a stalemate of Dealer Vs Customer so we drove the ILX home, I emailed Nick and laid out what our best options would be to get our signature on the paper, Nick working very hard to meet our needs and to ensure our satisfaction with the Acura Product line was determined to get us the deal we wanted so after kicking the numbers around with the General Manager they dug deep, sharpened their pencils and found a way to make the deal happen they found incentives and they found rebates I even think they may have took a loss out of their own pockets and made this deal happen and it turned out even better then we would have hoped for I cant thank Nick Ury and Hinshaw Acura for ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and above all loyalty to the product and to their new lifetime customers. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my TSX. Sales guys are very helpful and didn't get left with that eerie feeling of 'did I get a good deal or not' everyone is straight forward. I wanted to get scratches fixed on the car and the service guys Mike and Kelley were helpful in scheduling it and getting it done at the exact time they told me it would be so I wasn't waiting around all day. Twelve years ago when our old, other make SUV broke down, we discovered an MDX from HInshaw's Acura didn't cost significantly more than the other makes. Now, twelve years and 235,000 miles later it was hard to find a reason to buy a new car. We have grandkids needing reliable cars, so one of them will get ours and I this week we got a new RDX. We no longer need room for seven passengers. Hinshaw's Service cared for our MDX all those years. They're always friendly and professional. Thanks, Bill. When you buy your car from them they'll provide you a late model loaner. Our 2002 MDX still looks and runs great. Lucky granddaughter to get it.Look for an awesome sales agent, David Ajibade, who knows everything about every Acura and every other potential competitor's vehicles. I have bought a car off a lot three times in my life and all three times it was from Hinshaws Auto Group. My first purchase being from Honda and the other two from Acura of Fife. It seems that I always start off somewhere else, but always end up at Hinshaws because the folks seem more down to earth and willing to make the deal work for you. I think they may be unaffiliated now, but their body shop does excellent work. I got roped into a lease for the first time and we will see where it goes in 3 years. On paper it makes a lot of sense. First time I bought a car and never looked under the hood. Still haven't to this day. I always told myself I would buy an American car when I got older and could afford it, but it seems like Honda products are more American than any and I couldn't pass up the reliability of a Honda product.

I was sold a car that was 3 years old. I have had nothing but problems, 3 major repairs with out any real help in trying to resolve my frustrations. It has been in the shop 5 times. I was told that these things happen. The salesman Devin lied about multiple things as well. I had been here before and came back because I had good service the first time but now would never recommend this place after this.

My moms car broke down beyond repair(thank god!) She had not shopped for a car in about 20 years, so I offered to help her look around. We spent a whole day going from dealership to dealership. She had no clue what she wanted. After riding in my new car, she fell in love with it. It had to have heated seats and a sunroof and preferably black. We had little luck that day we went looking. So I took to the internet "Craigslist" now that I had a better idea of what she wanted, and what do you know? The perfect car popped up! I texted Devin the salesman to ask if it was still available, he was prompt at replying, and answered all my questions regarding it. I then contacted my mom to let her know I found the "one"! She went down the next morning to test drive it, and yes it was the "one"!! She is still thrilled with how everyone there treated her and absolutely loves her car!!! This was my first car buying experience. I went with my dad but otherwise didn't know what to expect and was nervous but Leslie came up to us and was so helpful. She asked me my budget (which was very important to me as I am young and ready to start grad school), and what I was looking for in a car. The second car she showed me, I test drove it and was sold. It was everything I could have wanted and more!! Then the dealership beat the financing rate that I had received by my bank which was great! Leslie took the time to make sure that I was able to set up the bluetooth settings in the car which was super helpful. After I bought the car, she was in contact with me to make sure I was loving the car and if there was anything I needed. I had a concern with the car and she was able to set up a service appointment right away. The dealership was on top of it and everything was covered under warranty! I would highly recommend Acura, this dealership and especially Leslie!

Good fortune that I did not need it until now but Parts dept made it right and provided me with the correct one at no charge. Better yet, the young man who helped me this morning offered to have Service look at the slow leak experienced in the tire and fixed everything free of charge, with a smile and very pleasant demeanor. I wish I had gotten his name as he deserves recognition. I was back on the road quickly with limited disruption to the day. As a former employee of one of the biggest dealerships in tacoma, I can tell you that Hinshaws Acura of fife was very professional and honest from the time I stepped in the door until the time drove away. I've now got two vehicles from hinshaw's neither of which cost anywhere near what a new Acura wood and yet they still treated me like I was buying a $60,000 car nor did they attempt any sales tactics whatsoever. Both my salesman Devin and the finance manager made it a pleasure to do business with them. Oh and they did all of this while providing the cleanest vehicle I could find in the area at the best price.

Service Manager Kelly Stallcop was amazing, he turned a very bad experience into a smooth and refreshing experience. My wife brought our 06 Acura TL into Hinshaw's Acura for service. The check engine light was on, it idled rough, and at one point in time put itself into "limp mode" while she was driving it. When she got to the dealership the person at the service desk greeted her, then once she said that she had a 06 Acura TL his whole attitude changed. The very next thing out of his mouth was that it was going to cost $130.00 per hour for labor. He didn't ask what was wrong, or the issue, however instantly stating the amount it'd cost in labor as if he couldn't pay for it. She felt embarrassed that he'd do that. However she stayed there to tell him what was going on and even produced diagnostic codes that were ran by the dealership that we bought the car from (who told us to take it to Acura after they figured out they couldn't fix the problem). He rejected the codes and said they were "general codes" and they couldn't use them. That they would need to run their own diagnostic check to verify what was wrong. Once again stating the cost for labor. My wife stated that we had an extended warranty for the car. He dismissed it by saying that it was just a general warranty and that since we didn't buy the car and the warranty from Acura itself that it wasn't valid. She left frustrated, embarrassed and very upset.After she called me to let me know what had happened I called the service department and asked to speak to the service manager. Kelly Stallcop (service manager) was very apologetic with how his employee handled the situation. After a few minutes of him reassuring me that that was not the way they handled situations and that his employee should have handled it better, we made arrangements for me to bring the car back over to the dealership. That he would handle our situation personally. We brought the car back over and Kelly was amazing. His level of customer service far exceeds any other that I've ever dealt with. He was very receptive of of the situation and took it upon himself to "make things right." He did just that.It's a shame that we had to start off with a bad experience to end up with a shining star. That is exactly what Kelly Stallcop is, a shinning star set above the rest. That you for turning a bad situation into a wonderful experience.Dave G.

A week ago I had a raving review for this dealership until yesterday when my car revved so high that my car nearly blew up in the middle of I-5! What a nightmare. The transmission sounded like it was slipping!After taking 2 days off from work and calling hinshaw 3 times and texting Devin - they finally responded with a message that basically read,YOURE SOL - TRY THE MINI DEALERSHIP. Basically, Hinshaw Acura have me a car that had signified that my oil needed to be changed in about 2 months and fluids were topped off... Until I found out today that my car ATE UP all of that oil because THEY PUT 530 CONVENTIONAL OIL IN A EUROPEAN (bmw) CAR! We will not be recommending and are very disappointed in this experience.

After purchasing my used car the brake rotors seemed to be warped, so I called the dealer and they told me to bring it down. The service manager test drove it and said they were definitely warped. I left the car with them and they sent me home in a loaner car, brand new by the way, and resurfaced all four rotors at no charge to me. That's customer service! This was a used car I bought as is, so they still went above and beyond in the service department.

Let me just start by saying that I purchased a brand new Acura TL Type S in 2007. I fell in love with this car the second they came out and I dreamed about owning one someday soon. A year and a half later, I was ready to finally buy one. I had never owned an Acura before, mostly Honda's and a Volkswagen. I have owned few cars over the years due to taking my time to purchase the right vehicle for myself and lifestyle, budget, etc. And every car but one was purchased brand new, at different dealerships, so I have had my fair share of experience when it comes to working with salesman's and service departments.In March of 2007 I voyaged out with my older brother to ultimately find that car and bring it home. Our first stop was Acura of Seattle. Now I am not on here to bash any dealerships, everyone has different, unique experiences with every activity you engage in. Having said that, we arrived at Acura of Seattle and the car was there. It was beautiful, it was perfect, I wanted it to be mine. As we sat down with the salesman, he seemed confused as to what we were actually needing to be "sold" on. I did not need to be sold on the car. I had driven it previously (at Hinshaw's Acura in Fife), I knew all the features, etc. What we needed to come to an agreement on was the price. The salesman was doing everything to entice me on a higher price, even going as far as to opening the showroom doors to pull out the car so we could test drive it. And like I said previously, it wasn't the car that I needed selling on, it was the price. After this had gone on for quite some time, my brother and I told them we were going to go "talk and think about it", AKA go somewhere else.We got on the road and called HInshaw's Acura in Fife. We spoke to a salesman and explained the situation with Acura of Seattle and how I wanted the car, no need to sell me on the car, I needed to be sold on the price :)Long story short, we took our business to Hinshaw's Acura, agreed on the price and I purchased my dream car. There was nothing stressful or annoying about working with the sales team at Hinshaw's. My salesman sat with me in my new car for over 3 hours going over all the navigation and other features, since it was my first car with all those types of bells and whistles. I was so pleased with the attention I had received and never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. Plus, our salesman had taken so much time with my brother and I that day, taking time to get to get to know us, etc., he had my favorite music playing on the xm radio when he put me in the car to leave. It's those little touches that adds to excellent, unforgettable customer service.Not but a week later I was driving and a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I was so devastated. I called Acura and they told me to come down and they would take care of it. Since I have windshield coverage on my insurance, it cost me half the price. At that time I was introduced to Mike McCoy. He is courteous, patient, professional, and extremely accommodating. So much so, that I have taken my car in there for EVERY service it's ever needed for over 8 years now and counting. All of my service experiences were efficient and I leave with the satisfaction that my car is always well taken care of. Mike has always found time for me to get my car in, especially when I wait until the last minute to get my oil changed and I pretty much have zero oil life. He has never tried to coarse me into spending any more money that I wanted or could afford. He advises me of things that need to be done and if I decline, I receive zero backlash of pressure from him. Needless to say, that's why I continue to do my business with Hinshaw's Acura for my car service, because of Mike and the customer relationship he has built with me. The other service advisors also always acknowledge me, say hello, ask how my day is, etc. Kelly, the service manager, always greets me and the door and opens it for me. I have never been to a dealership and seen any sort of manager have such a well known presence and appearance with all the customers. The service team there definitely treats their customers with the utmost respect and ensures that I will return each and every time.You see, the moral of this story is, it's not about a one time purchase. You want to build relationships with people to ensure that you continue to get their business for life. With competition so high; whether it's hair stylist's, grocery stores, car service, airline tickets, etc etc etc. If you have a relationship built with your customers/clients, you ensure that they will continue to go to you for your specialty. I for one, am more than pleased with the purchase, service and overall experiences with my Acura. It is, by far, my most favorite car, and Hinshaw's Acura is by far, the best dealership and service department to work with.

Was just out looking that day and wanted to try out the 2016 ILX. Donovan Wedington salesman for acura approached us, great guy. We had always received excellent service at hinshaw and were interested in better gas mileage and a smoother ride with a TLX. Devin was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgable and helpful. I had e-mailed Hinshaw of Fife through Car Gurus explaining what type of car I was interested in (the feel of the car, etc) and the payments I needed that car to be. Within a couple of hours, i received a call from Andrew (Whelan) saying that he is pretty sure there is a car there I would be interested in. I set up a time to meet him within the next week. Andrew was very approachable, not pushy and listened to what the customer wants. I truly was thrilled with the sincerity and service I received from Andrew and the Finance Department, along with the manager of the service department. I am still waiting for the parts to come in to be replaced on the car, but am more than pleased with the service I have received. In a heart beat I would recommend Andrew and the company. Thank you. Just bought my 2004 Acura TL from David from Hinshaw Acura of Fife, and i am absolutely pleased with the service that i received . The car i bought was a trade in THAT DAY and i test drove the car and thought the brakes were kinda off, so i told David and he said "please give me a second" and he came back and told me they were going to replace the brakes that day! Also, he worked at a fast pace to make sure i could drive my new car to work that day (I mean i saw him, literally at a fast pace walk, of not a run when he was not sitting at the desk talking to me)! I showed up this am without an appt. Donovan got my car in within an 1/2 hr diagnosed and started repairs! I didn't feel like waiting, so they gave me a brand new loaner TLX immediately and I was off . The the service manager Kelly Stallcop found a coupon that resulting in $146 off my bill !! Hinshaw's Acura was a stopping point to look at used RDX models. David Ajibade educated us in all aspects concerning used vs new and the model we were considering. It was great to work with David Ajibade on the purchase of a used Acura MDX. We called in advance to verify that the car was available to test drive and David had the car waiting at the front door eventhough it took us a few hours before we were able to arrive. We had a great test drive, and by the time we were done it was dark. David pulled the car into a well lit area so that we could inspect everything satisfarily. Once we decided to make the purchase the process of negotiating the purchase price was very efficient. We appreciate the fact that David knew that our time is valuable too and did not waste our time in dragging out the process. The whole transaction was very straightforward. The after sale support is great, and the vehicle is also great.

I just came in for a simple oil change and get treated with friendly fast service, no appt made, just stopped in. Coffee and cookies offered. They cleaned inside and outside of my MDX super well. And all I paid for was an oil change. Time to trade in the 2005 TL for a new MDX. Andrew Whelan came to our assistance. We had planned to drive at least three crossover SUVs but after our test drive in the MDX, we knew that was the car for us. Andrew went over everything with us and answered a lot of questions. Before we arrived home, Andrew had called to say they had the vehicle we wanted on the lot. We went back a few days later, after a bit of negotiating, and drove home in our new car. Always the best of service and great follow-up at Hinshaw's Acura.

I had purchased a 2013 ILX in July, 2012. Because of my credit at the time I had a high interest rate but the dealer said that after a good year or more with Acura they would either refinance or put me in another new car with a lower interest rate. Since then I relocated to Tacoma, WA. It was now 2 yrs since my purchase so I came into Hinshaw's Acura to see if they could do the same for me. I did purchase anothe ILX, previously owned, and did lower my payments a little. The only thing that disappointed me was that Acura did no come back with a better rate and I didn't get the feeling that anyone in the dealershp really went to bat either. However, it was a little better than I had and Acura easily took the deal so ovrall I was satisfied. The staff at Hinshaws, with whom I interacted were very personalble, friendly, and overall I would not hesitate to reccommend Hinshaw's Acura to friends or family. Brandon White was especially nice, polite, friendly, and accomodating.

My daughter and I were looking for a good dependable used car and went to a few different places. We were welcomed at Hinshaws Acura by Devin with no pressure. When we wanted to test drive, all the other car lots said "be back in 10 min." Devin gave us the keys and said "take your time" What a difference it made. It set the pace for a very pleasurable buying experience in a clean facility with great staff. My blood sugar was low and Devin found cookies! Ed in finance was also very helpful. Devin even delivered the car to our house with a recent cleaning and gas in the tank. It does not get much better than this. 2 thumbs up for Devin & the crew at Hinshaws Fife Acura.

We would definitely recommend Hinshaw's Acura. We were looking for a used car for my daughter's first car and our next door neighbors recommended that we try Hinshaw's. They bought a new Acura a few years back and were impressed with the dealership. We found a little used Ford Focus. Elliott Harbaugh was wonderful during the entire transaction. From the time we went on the test drive until the time we drove off the lot, he was there patiently waiting to answer any questions. He was not pushy, which meant a lot to us, but was very helpful at all times. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would quickly find out for us. We realize this was not a high profit sale for Hinshaw's, but we were treated as if it were. The manager even came by and checked to see if we needed anything from time to time. We had a positive experience at Hinshaw's Acura and will happily recommend it to others.

I found a 2003 Honda pilot online through Hinshaw Acura. Mark got in touch with me and via email and was very quick to respond to questions I had asked. When I went down to look at the vehicle in person, I was impressed. I told Anmol what I was there for and what I wanted to happen, he made sure it did. I requested that we talk numbers/negotiations first. There was no pressure to test drive the car until I was ready. Once that was settled, out we went for the drive. He was very patient with my dragging along my kids and mechanic and he even had a great sense of humor about it. I left that night with my new vehicle and the next day he called to see how I liked it. Everything was great... until the drive home. Unfortunately the transmission went out and I had to take the car back to the dealership. BUT, I immediately called Anmol and told him what happen. He assured me that everything would be taken care. Even on his day off, he showed up at work to make sure that I didn't get the run around. He was right! They replaced the transmission and he kept in touch with me daily to let me know the progress and to let me know when I could bring it back home. I got a letter in the mail from him a week later thanking me for my business. Nice work Anmol :D

When arriving at Hinshaw's, I had a difficult time in deciding on a purchase of a used RDX or a new TL. Mark was knowledgable and assisted me in qualifying by decision. He came up with great probing questions which allowed us to make our decision. When we came down to financing, he provided insight into lease versus a typical loan and the pros and cons of each one. I came away educated in my decision on the vehicle of choice and the financing. As a result, I walked away with a new vehicle and was confident that I have made the right decision without the buyer's remorse that typically comes with a big purchase. From the time I walked onto the lot and spoke with the first salesman to the time the purchase was completed everybody at Hinshaws was great. I ended up working with a young man by the name of Devin when the original salesman I spoke to was busy. Definitely a lucky move for me. Devin was great from the test drive all the way thru the purchase. I had done research and was very set on what I was willing to pay for the car and might of been a little difficult to work with. Devin handled things very well and did everything he could to make sure the negotiation process went as smooth as possible without being at all pushy. He was very accommodating and did a great job of following up with me the next day and making sure my new car was ready to pick up. The follow thru since the purchase has also been very good and always professional. Went into Hinshaws Acura in Fife mostly doing some research on different models of Acura sedans. My girlfriend was unsure of what model she exactly wanted. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on this day and actually we orignally were going to wait a month or so. Well long story short my girlfriend fell in love with the ILX. The sales staff was excellent and we felt no pressure by them what so ever. The salesmanger offered us great advice and made us a deal we could no refuse. My husband and I walked in to the Acura dealership Sunday the 26th Jan 2014, we were greater right away by David Ajibade. My husband got strait to the point with David, told him we need a new car. So David got strait to the point with us, he showed us a few brand new cars (which is what we originally wanted) then he showed us a used one with less then 10,000 miles that was only 2 years old, it was perfect. David showed us the in's and out's of all the cars. We weren't expecting to walk out with a car that day cause there was a lot to be done with the one we were trading, But David worked with my husband and I, made the car buy process very very effortless for us. He not only made it easy for the trade in but he also was able to get out payments to where my husband requested. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. David waited on us hand and foot, answered ALL of our questions. A few days later I had to go back to the dealer to give the title of the trade in and switch some tires. The min I got there David was helping me again, and making sure I was being taken care of. I will DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car, not just cause of the quality of cars that Hinshaw's Acura has but because of the experience my husband and I had with David and purchasing a car with him. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The Sales associate & manager were very kind and respectful. Never pushy. They let us breath and talk amongst ourselves while we decided what to do. We got a fair trade in value on our beloved 2000 Volvo S70 so decided to come back & buy a gorgeous 2011 RDX. My MDX was broken into late at night, I called Kelly the service manager the next am and told him I had no window left. He said to bring it down, and gave me a loaner car right away. Then changed keys on vehicle so it was safe since they also stole my spare keys. Looks as good as new! Excellent service as usual :)

I recently bought a certified pre-owned Acura TL from Hinshaw's Acura in Fife, WA. At the same time, I also traded in two vehicles so I was dealing on three vehicles. I had done my research and received fair value on both trade-ins and a reasonable price on the purchase. Devin was my salesperson and he worked with the General Manager on the negotiations which went smoothly. The financial part was completed in a very thorough and professional manner by a very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful individual which I appreciated. My car was prepped for me to take home and the service (window tinting) I received the following day was excellent. Devin was an excellent salesperson. I had lots of questions which he always answered to my satisfaction, or else excused himself to go get the answer and come back. He was super friendly, professional and helpful, even offering for me to come back anytime to learn even more about my new car's various features (there are a lot of them & the manual is huge!). We went in and spoke with George for flat tire repair. We found out the tire was not repairable. We told them a we would come back in a couple of days because money was tight. Kelly the service manager suggested repair the tire now so we were not driving on the spare and pay our tab when we had the money in a couple of days. Last Friday I took in our SUV for a last min appt. at Acura in Fife to put new tires on it. My was leaving at 2pm that day for Bellingham. I was sitting in the waiting room at Acura and Kelly (manager) walked over loaner keys and told me to" go home, they will get the work done and a mechanic would deliver the car to my HOUSE in time for Maloree to drive up north". !! He threw in a safety check and gave me a coupon for a FREE wheel alignment ! SEE why I have 3 Acuras??? Best service around! He knew I was stressed with the house going on the market and decided to make my day. Love that customer service!!

This is our second Acura purchase from David Ajibade at Hinshaw's Acura. David, and indeed the entire Hinshaw's staff, from sales to service were so helpful and responsive to our needs. We have a 1 year old and we were able to negotiate a deal within a couple of hours, and come back a few days later to complete the transaction and pick up our new MDX, thus avoiding potential meltdowns. The color/trim level combination we desired was not in stock, but they were able to trade another dealer for it and had the car ready for us to pick up, including having our selected accessories installed, just two days later. We were able to negotiate a fair value for our trade in and a fair price for the new vehicle. David is exceptionally knowledgeable of all the features of every Acura and is very patient and willing to answer any questions we had. He took a great deal of care to introduce us to all the features of the vehicle and assisted us in configuring some of our customized settings. The service department was very responsive and able to install even our last minute "impulse" accessories before we left with our new car. This was our second Acura purchase, but it will not be our last from Hinshaw's Acura.

I brought my MDX in for a timing belt and a 90,000 tune up. Warren ran and grabbed keys as he saw me pull up then goes and pulls my car up so I don't have to wait a second. Kelly and another parts guy helped me clean up when I spilled a cup of coffee all over. I bought my MDX a couple of years ago from Hinshaw. The only thing better than the buying experience is the service. I was a little concerned going for the first time as I had no relationship with this dealer. Trust was quickly earned as I thought I needed a routine repoair and in fact I did not. A little software update (at no charge) and my very newly cleaned car and I were on our way. I have since gone for oil changes and very recently a computer failure. Although it cost me this time, I felt the staff did a great job educating me on the issue and not only fixed it to my satisfaction but delivered a great experience. I expect any dealership to deliver on the basics. Hinshaw's builds trust and give a differentiating customer experience. I will continue to go back and they are easy to recommend.

I only went in to Hinshaw's Acura to rule it out as an option and to reinforce my 1st choice. But after driving the RDX, and comparing safety ratings, performance, and price I ended up purchasing it that afternoon. Devin was EXCELLENT. He didn't try to BS me or give me that hard sell crap. He was helpful and informative without the prententious attitude some sales people have. Another huge plus was that unlike some other brands I looked at, there was none of the mix and match package options and features BS. I didn't have to add a heated brake pedal to get Bluetooth connectivity. There are exactly 2 packages: standard and technology. Because the base vehicle comes with most everything available besides NAV, I took the standard package. The dealership was great, Devin was great, my RDX is great, and my overall experience was outstanding.

My overall experience with the salesman (David) was good. He worked with me and even drove to my office to do the paperwork.However the car I bought was a disaster!! I purchased a 745Li form them, low miles for the year and in David's words "immaculate". This could not have been further from the truth. I drove the car for 125 miles roughly and my driveway was covered in coolant. I took the car to the shop and was told of the numerous problems with the car....Internal coolant pipe leak, water pump, valve cover gaskets, rectifier for the blower, ALL of which in their opinion had occured long before I purchased the car. Of course the dealership says it did a full inspection and everything passed with flying colors.....One small problem I was told about that statement from the shop is that the battery in the car was never registered to the vehicle (this needs to be done on BMW's) hard to imagine that this car was checked inside and out and yet that was not noted or fixed by the dealer.I paid over 3K for the repairs on an "imaaculate" vehicle....STAY AWAY from used cars from these guys.....like I said, sales staff is not bad and I am sure a new vehicle purchase would be a good experience, used however not a chance.

Originally I would've rated them with all 5 stars because our car salesman was very enthusiastic and everyone else worked together with him and us and were all very helpful in getting us an amazing deal on a car. But there was a "miscommunication" where we were told and under the impression that the car we were getting came with a certain amenity that actually was not true, however we did not find this out until after we left the dealership with this car. This certain amenity was important to us, not worth thousands of dollars to have/add on but that's what were told when we went back the next day to sort things out & it was never my intention to get angry or loud or turn it into a "he said, she said" thing but I definitely felt like my issue was being treated like it was a petty thing. Like they were trying to persuade me it wasn't worth it because I'm getting such a great deal already that wanting a feature (that again I thought was standard) was being selfish and that I should just accept that "I get what I pay for"...right, NO! I do understand paying less means less amenities but this is not a coffee maker or purse or a battery operated neck massager, this is a $30,000 purchase-something I will drive almost everyday for at least the next 7 years so no I do not believe it was petty or selfish for that matter. Had we truly known this wasn't a standard feature of this car then of course we would have discussed other models more the day before-since we were there for hours going over details & numbers (not uncommon when car shopping I know). And after explaining things and getting to the point of feeling vulnerable I did not like hearing "well don't you think he (the car salesman) knows a little about what he's doing since he's been doing it for a few years?" Was that supposed to mean I was making things up? Why would I be back the very next day? And to answer about the salesman, yeah I do think he does know how to do his job which is why I trusted that the car had this certain feature and also trusted/assumed that if not, he would have shown us other car options with the features we said we wanted. Anyway, to cut a very long day & story short - we DID end up resolving things and I was able to make peace with the car salesman. I will still recommend people to this Acura dealership because they did let me have my rant and after a bit of stubbornness (on both our parts) were willing and able to get us into a different car with the feature we wanted and for pretty much the same deal we got the day before. Or maybe they made a lot of good sales that day already so they just wanted me to go away lol! Overall & in the end I am appreciative of their patience & customer service and do feel our car salesman was genuine with trying to help us, not just someone trying upsell us for a commission.

I bought two 2011' TSX's a year ago and they both had issues with the trim on the windshield and the channel mouldings for the rack on the hood of our wagon. When I mentioned the problem on the one in for an oil change, they agreed to replace the defective parts with any hassle and even suggested that they fix sthe wagon as well. It took several visits because a sub that does this repair did it sloppy and they had me return to effect a quality fix with another person from that company. No one likes multiple visits if unnecessary, but they were always pleasant and worked hard to get it right. Kelly was professional and friendly and I would suggest that anyone using the service department, ask for him if you can. The others are nice, but Kelly did right by me.Daniel Hief, Auburn Wa

We purchased two Acuras over the course of 20 years. During this time we also worked with the service department. They have communicated well and gone above and beyond any expectations. The turnover in customer service personnel has been next to zero and they are knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. I believe Mike has been there since before we purchased our first car there. I had an air conditioning problem while I was traveling out of town. Since it was a small town, Acura did not have a dealership. Another type dealer took a look at my car but couldn't get the parts for several days. They gave me an estimate for repairs, disabled the AC and when I returned home, Hinshaw Acura was able to do it in one day AND for $200 less! After 20 years of working with Hinshaw's I can easily say I would keep taking my car there and would highly recommend their service department. Unfortunately, I'll need to find a new place since we are moving out of state. I hope it stands up to the quality of Hinshaw's.

my son had his sights set on a 04 G35 infiniti pearl white we almost purchased it from the owner .but he traded the car in to hinshaws acura Fife the former seller told us to contact Mark (don't know his last name) and see if they still had it In fact they did but it was in the process of being looked over by the service dept .We struck a deal and made arrangement to meet at later date to finalize the deal. At the later date;; Mark and his assistant were very professional no pressure. In fact the entire sales staff was helpful as to making us feel at home so to speak while we waited for the finace dept to finish with another client. Extreem professionalism met on all sides of the staff at Hinshaws. My son's first car and a very enjoyable experience you can be sure when its time to purchase again we will look forward to dealing with Hinshaws again. Mark also said he was gonna put 2 tires on rear of vehicle he did all 4 and fixed the curb scuff of wind dam ; also gave us the contact of mechanic that did the 100K maintenance on it. I went in for service on my 2008 TSX for battery problems. I was greeted by George at the door and promptly written up for the problem. There was a bad battery in the car. Kelley took me back to the car and showed me what was wrong. Cliff the tech that was working on it showed me the readout and explained everything to me. The battery was out of warranty, but Kelly still gave me a great deal on a new one.I would no hesitate to take my car here anytime. The service was perfect!Thanks again.

I own a 2007 TL that I bought used in 2010 from Hinshaw's. This is the 2nd Acura I have owned. My first Acura was a 1992 Legend that I bought used in 1995. Kelly serviced that car until I purchased my TL, 15 years later. Kelly negotiated the purchase of my TL with the Sales Manager. The mechanic, who had serviced my Legend for all those years, purchased it. Over the years, that I have known Kelly, he has always gone out of his way to be sure I am completely satisfied. Based on his ability to keep my TL running like new, I may not have to buy another car. I would recommend Kelly's service department to anyone.

My initial contact with Jaeson, my sales representative, was a very straightforward yet genuine experience. I arrived at the dealership knowing which car I was looking for, and the car was already in a very presentable condition. In addition, Jaeson was very knowledgeable about the product he was introducing. Once I decided to purchase the car his level of customer service did not diminish at all even though he already knew he had the sale. Jaeson also did an excellent job balancing time to meet the needs of myself as well as additional customers. Days after the purchase of my vehicle Jaeson even gave a very sincere follow up to make sure everything was still going smoothly. My experience at Acura of Fife was excellent. I actually went to the Acura in Tukwila and was offered something that was not in my price range after telling them what i wanted. Also, the service i received was not anywhere as good as the service i got at Acura of Fife. The salesman and "floor manager" at Acura of Fife gave me the vibe of "I just want your sale" instead of my "service". My parents and i walked out knowing we will never come back to the dealership. I called Acura of Fife and told them my price range and what i was looking for. I received a phone call back promptly and as soon as i arrived, i was gracely greeted by many salesmen. Michael and David showed me ALL of my options and helped with a good price that would make us (customers) happy and also didnt put a dent on the dealership. Overall i am very happy i went to Acura of Fife and will continue to give them my service. *** Our intent was to just LOOK at cars - purchasing was to be made later down the road*** YOLO - you only live once and i choose Acura of Fife!

George, Mike and Eric are always friendly and give great service advice. The estimates are always accurate and the service is done right the first time. When most people dread going into the dealership for service, Service Manager Kelly Stallcop and his Service Advisors Eric, George and Mike make the experience so much better. The welcoming smiles, the friendly "hellos", the service department employees always make sure our problems are taken care of. Once my wife left our vacuum cleaner in the trunk of service loaner we were in when we picked up our car, we called Kelly and he went out to the car and got our vacuum out and put it in his office until the next day. We are on our 3rd Acura now and Kelly the service department always have taken great care of us.

Devin Arndt and the Sales manager Derrick Martin were AWESOME!! We came in for service originally and were not entirely sure we were even going to buy a car. We had spoken to Devin at a prior visit for service and was impressed by his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the various models of cars. When we came back for service this time it was like running into an old friend when he (Devin) came up to my wife and I and we started talking about the possibility of purchasing a new car. When we were undecided about which car to buy, whether new or used and I don't know how many test drives and questions, Devin was always patient with us, if he did not know the answer he knew where to find it. Derrick even looked up the competitors lease options on a Honda! When we could not find the color combination of the MDX we wanted Derrick went out of his way and found one in Bellevue and Devin went to pick it up while we went home and emptied out all the stuff from our trade-in. When we got back to the dealership the car was just arriving in and going to get detailed. Ed Johnson the finance manager was friendly and eased us through all the paperwork and answered all of our questions when they came up. Two thumbs up for the Hinshaws Team!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by George. After letting him know I was going to wait for my car to be serviced he invited me to enjoy a cup of coffee and some cookies while I waited in the waiting area. After a short wait the service manager Kelley came to let me know my car would be ready soon and that they were going to wash it for me before they brought it up for pick up. I had my car back in less time than I was expecting and it was clean both inside and out. It was a great service experience.

We purchased an Acura in 2006 from Hinshaw's in 2006. We loved the car and had it serviced at the dealer for the last seven years. When we were ready to buy a new vehicle, we talked with Devin Arndt and he was very patient and allowed us to drive the Acura's in which were interested. We left the dealership and said we would consider our options and drive a few others cars. We went back a few weeks later, retried the cars with Devin and purchased an MDX. From the moment we arrived at Hinshaw's Acura we were treated with genuine courtesy and respect. Brandon took as much time as we needed discussing options and actually listening to our concerns. He clearly cared about meeting our specific needs and didn't tell us what we wanted to hear just to make a sale. We reached a deal on the exact vehicle we wanted that was more than fair. We first visited Hinshaw's Acura in Fife helping a friend purchase a new car. David Jones was our contact but because he was still serving another customer he had David Ajibade help out. We were very impressed with the customer service we received during that transaction. Our friend was delighted with the vehicle. I was interested in a 1999 Landrover Discovery which was on the lot. I have been retired for some years and this has always been on my "bucket list', :-) . The car was a trade in and needed some work and in normal circumstances I would have not have risked buying it. However it did seem a a low cost way to tic something off my wish list. When we were involved in the buying of our friends car we felt we were dealing with trustworthy people. For that reason we were comfortable considering the purchase. David was very honest and gave us good advice on the + and - of buying what would be a 'project'. This was not a big price item yet David went out of his way to ensure that whatever happened we would be happy with the result. I just bought my first car last week. I bought a 2012 Special Edition Acura TSX from this dealership. The sales consultant that I worked with and his entire team made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I was very nervous buying my first car but they catered and answered to all of my questions and concerns. I came in three days in a row because I was still unsure about making such a big purchase for my first time. Each day I came in, Devin spent hours with me going over everything and making sure that the process was thorough and clear to me. When I finally decided that I was ready to make the purchase, I could really tell Devin had his client's best interest (mine) at heart. He had no intention of selling me a car that I wasn't 100% sure about. On top of the excellent service Devin gave me, the other employees were just as friendly and welcoming every day I came in. I never felt pressured, that's the biggest plus about this dealership I think. This car is my first manual I have ever owned. I knew I wanted a manual, but I had a lot of questions about the details of driving a manual. After all my paperwork was signed and I was about to drive off the lot, the manager of Hinshaws took me for a drive himself, making sure he gave me the best tips and showed me exactly how to drive this car with ease. I can definitely say my first experience buying a car was great and I will definitely be going back to Hinshaws Acura for my next vehicle.

THE TRADE IN VALUE WAS FOR A CAR IN POOR CONDITION. MINE WAS DEFFINATELY BETTER THAN GOOD CONDITION. HE HAD NOT LOWERED THE STICKER PRICE OF THE NEW CAR.I WAS INSULTED. I was completely blown away by this car buying experience. I usually stay far, far away from car dealerships. My past experience had been with the corporate demon who is taking over the Fife auto market. I wont mention the name but it does rhyme with Carson. Carson had completely pushed me past the edge of tolerance for high strung, desperate, pushy sales people. I fell in love with a car at Hinshaws Acura. Working with Hinshaws Acura actually restored my faith in car sales. Upon walking to the door a very polite young man greeted me and held the door as I walked in. A respectful gesture that this generation has completely forgotten about. Behind him was the receptionist. She also had a very polite and respectful disposition. Unlike many other young women who share that same position at other dealerships, she was dressed conservatively, not as if she was on her way to audition for a reality dating show. My Sales Person, Keith, was incredibly laid back. It was nice to work with a person who wasn't chewing gum, shaking from drinking entirely too much red bull, or calling me dude. He never once referred to the car as bitchin, killer, or wicked. I never once felt pressure in the whole buying process. That is the best part of this experience. Everyone I encountered from the lot porters to the finance manager was professional and polite. If you are in the market for an Acura, (or actually anything. I bought a Chrysler), this is the place to go.

I brought in my 2005 TL to have the headlight angle turned down. It took them three separate apointments to get it decent. I then Brought them my 2001 MDX to copy a key. They would not do it because it was in my wifes name. A locksmith did it for me in 12 minutes. I don't mind the 26 mile drive, I don't mind the ridiculous prices. But, I mind the Horrible Customer Service. Will never shop with hinshaw's acura ever again. P.s Once you paid for the car, sales staff no longer knows you

We have been clients (and fans) of Hinshaws Acura for many years and are overdue in submitting a review in support of them. We bought our first Acura because of Acuras reputation for excellence and we were not disappointed. We have continued our relationship with Hinshaws Acura because the service team is so outstanding. Kelly leads the team that includes some of the finest technicians we have worked with. We have a 1999 vehicle that has over 220,000 miles on it thanks to the care given it by the crew in the back, thanks Cliff! We have two more vehicles that we take to Hinshaws Acura on a regular schedule for maintenance and we fully expect these vehicles will make the 220,000 mark as well.George, Eric and Mike are always available to answer our questions, schedule our appointments (sometimes at the very last minute!) setting up loaner cars for us, tracking down an obscure part and following up with a phone call to make sure our visit was satisfactory. I really appreciate taking in a dirty car that needs an oil change and in no time leaving Hinshaws Acura with a shiny clean, vacuumed car. Agreed to price+TTL for new TL type S NAV with salesman, no trade, and no financing, but each time they drew it up for me to sign, they tried to sneak in another $150.00. After 3rd time trying this, the new car sales manager said we can't sell car at the agreed price!! I was livid, but I had the last laugh when I got the exact same car at Acura of Bellevue for $570.00 less, AND they have been wonderful to deal with! I drive more than 25 miles out of the way to avoid dealing with these criminals! PLEASE! Read the reviews above, go to BBB.org and check this place out with the WA State Attorney general above BEFORE buying anything at all from a HINSHAW dealership! At just three years old, my Acura began having problems. Over the course of eighteen months, I was stranded a total of six times, with two major issues. The first issue took the service staff two visits to fix; the second took three visits; and nearly every visit was out of pocket. Throughout, I have documentation that I was extremely explicit about the problems. I quantified everything, included the rpms and speeds that particular issues occurred. I was told the problems were my fault and asked pedantic questions with misogynistic overtones when our battery continued to fail (even after a new 100-month Acura battery was put in) such as: "Well, do you listen to the radio with the car off?" When I replied no, the service department employee then asked, "Well, do you talk on your blutooth with the car off?" to which I replied, "Absolutely not, because that broke, too." Even with the information that there was a failed blutooth, it took one more stranding and another visit for them to determine that the blutooth had a slow drain on the battery. At that point, they decided the car was out of warranty (surprise). When we asked them to work a deal with us we were referred to the head office. We spoke with a case worker who, after communicating with the Acura of Fife, told us that the service department there no longer wanted to work with us. The result? A problem car, no warranty, and a service department that had abandoned us. I thought, perhaps, that we were the odd customer out, but having looked at their summary of ratings, perhaps we're the norm. Since then, we have solved the problem, paid off the vehicle and traded it in for a brand we've purchased in the past that has a much better track record. We will NEVER buy another Acura or Honda product, and we are Acura's targeted demographic.

Spent many months searching for the right car at the right price. Stopped by this dealership 3 times in 6 months wanting to pay cash for a used CPO TSX with low miles at a reasonable price. We did our homework and new the cost to expect. We left a card asking someone to contact us if they found something for us with our price expectation. No one ever called, even though our second visit revealed a few cars fitting our description, but with seriously inflated pricing. But we kept trying, liking the TSX.Each visit, the sales reps would end up trying to steer us into LEASE, not a purchase, which is fine for some, but not for us! Sales prices, new or used, were not even discussed as negotiable. No one even tried. On our third visit we noticed that sales prices on NEW vehicles were listed at $2,000 ABOVE MSRP! Used loaner returns cost the same as MSRP brand new! The salesman who flew out the door to snag us, actually said these costs were necessary to cover overhead, as he would be working essentially without commission otherwise and everyone had to make a living. He explained how he resented his previous experience working with a customer for 4 hours on a car and coming away with nothing. He hoped we weren't those kind of people. As we talked with this salesman, other sales personnel stood watching in the window in a cluster of good ol' boys, laughing at us. (They had nothing else to do?) We had never been so insulted or embarrassed. We wrote and said we would never be back and explained why. Guess we didn't look like the type of people to really have the money. Or, perhaps they were challenging a rookie with customers they knew would be an impossible sell at their rates. Not sure.I did stop by this dealer one more time today, with my CPO luxury car from another dealer, another brand, with 20,000 miles, with all the bells and whistles! I did what they said was IMPOSSIBLE! Yes, I had something to prove and perhaps this was rude, but they deserved the visit. #1 I had the money, and no dealer should ever judge a client by her weekend casual wear, grandma gray hair, and lack of makeup. #2 I got a dream car with a dream deal and they absolutely deserved to know and see my glow! #3 I want them to learn something about sales and showmanship. They have a lot to learn. I do hope they do.

we wanted to buy a new mdx from this dealership, went there and the car that was on the internet was sold..so we looked at used mdxs. they were rude and insulted us when we cought them doing wrong math. 40k for 60 months..they were about 40 higher then actual math would work with the interest rate and when we cought them, they started backing out on the deal saying that they cant give us that much for trade. Also started making racial remarks about asian people. Manager was laughing with the sales people while we were trying to ask for o9ur trade kesy back. will not go or tell anyone else to go to this dealership.
