well let me say that Hixson/Mazda in Alexandria is the best place to go for a vehicle . my first experience was in may,2015 with Kendrick at Mazda he was the sweeties gentleman ever we perched a MAZDA CX 5 then in June,2016 I was hit and it was totaled and when Hixson/Mazda found out Kendrick called me to see id I was doing ok that was so nice to know that they cared. so now it was time to get another vehicle and where did I go yelp HIXSON/MAZDA and seen KENDRICK and I now drive a 2016 MAZDA CX 5 my service aging was amazing .. so hats off to our HIXSON/MAZDA ... YOU CANT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THEY ROCK ...

I generally don't enjoy the vehicle buying process and have had some really bad experiences over the past 40 years. Buying from Hixson, for the 3rd time, over the past 20 years, the purchase of my certified, used Ford F150 truck was a very pleasant experience. I traded and got a great deal- both in trade value and price of the new (certified used) vehicle! I can highly recommend Hixson Ford for a great buying experience and a super deal. Every employee I talked to was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful,.and friendly..
