I can’t say enough how patient Joe was with us! I felt like I kept changing my mind between vehicles. I never felt pressured and he was upfront and honest about everything!! This is the first vehicle I’ve bought from a dealership in over 10 years and I’d definitely go back for another! Everyone here was amazing. I live in Milwaukee and found the car I wanted online. Not realizing it was in Fond du Lac almost made me avoid looking at it. We live 3 hours away from here and the trip was truly worth it! Best customer service! We worked with Beau and also Ruth. I made my appointment online, when I arrived at the quick lube, I was notified that my appointment was at the service center. I didn't think it was a big, then it take almost 2 hours. And then I had to wait longer for a car wash that wasn't done well. When it was time to pay, I asked why the oil change and tire rotation is a different price everything I have my oil changed and tire rotated. The response was oh I guess the quick lube has better pricing on the rotate and oil change. Why would it cost me more? I didn't make the appointment for the service center, when we take our Ford Explorer in, the services are cheaper. It's horrible service to charge different prices at the quick lube, Chevy service center and the Ford service center. I will not be back for another service, it's not acceptable not to know what the charges will be.

Very happy with the entire process. really glad we stopped at Holiday. We were looking at a Buick encore but after test driving found it to be a bit small. Was very disappointed as we loved the car. Just as we were about to leave Our salesman Fred suggested we look at an Equinox. Had never heard of it but we tried it out. Perfect fit, comfort and great price not to mention what we got for our trade in. Purchase was quick and easy and left with a full tank of gas. In the end we got alot more then we expected.

We have purchased many new cars from dealers all over the country. Holiday Auto is a good place to shop for a car, new or used. The sales people (at least the one we had) was knowledgeable about the product and was patient with us without applying pressure. They were quick to straighten out one small issue that there was with the car itself that had nothing to do with Holiday Auto. There was also one small request from us that was quickly taken car of. We have two residences. I could have vehicle serviced in Illinois or here. Easily, I have it done here because of the way that we are treated. My vehicle was ready in less time than expected. It is great to have the shuttle service available. Jenny did a great job in handling our situation. The driver, Merlin, was extremely nice as well.

I worked with Chris Holmes and he was the type of guy who did not beat around the bush, not to mention he gave me all info I needed straight up and recommended what would work best for me. Chris was patient with us and always enthusiastic and was determined one way or another to get me a new car even though I did not think my credit would qualify me to get a vehicle on my own without a co-signer. Sure enough, these guys did it. They got me a rate that I could afford and an awesome deal. Now I drive a beautiful car that I absolutely love that is way beyond my knowledge of trying to operate this neat little devices and I truly could not be happier. It's been a long time since I have enjoyed driving and I truly adore it again to the point it is hard to get me out of my car :)Thank you guys for all you do... seriously. You guys have no idea what this means to me and my family. Also, Chris deserves a raise :)

I've always had an amazing experience from Holiday Automotive. I had purchased my car at this dealership and since then I have had only great results as I've had all my service done there as well. I recently had an issue with my shifter being stuck in park and with bringing in my car a few times and the same issue occurring they decided to keep it for a few days. For the few days they had my car in the shop they had decided to pay for my rental car which is amazing customer service! They eventually were able to diagnose the issue and kept me informed with what was going on the whole time. What really blew my away was that they offered to pay the difference between the part that they originally thought it was and put in with the actual part it ended up being. To me that is exceptional customer service and Holiday Mazda will always be my #1 place to take my car. 5 stars hands down.

Just spent Saturday buying a used CTS from Fred Toth at Holiday. Great experience. Mike the Used Car manager helped put a hold on the car, since I was driving from Madison. I was afraid of driving the 1.5 hours to get there, and having it sold out from under me. The car was as advertised and priced accordingly, and I purchased right away. Thanks to all involved...

"Worst truck buying experience ever" They had me so confused, the salesman would show me the options that were on the truck and the window sticker price then write the price of this truck on a piece of paper. They did not have the truck with the options that I wanted in stock. He showed me many different trucks with options, by the end of the day I did not know what price went with what truck. We finally agreed on a truck, the price the salesman said the truck was going to cost was not the same price that what the Sales Manger and Finance person put together on the agreement were not the same. All of a sudden the truck price increased, At this point they have me so frustrated that I just what to get out of their, so I signed the agreement . Would not recommend this dealer to anybody.

We went in to trade in my car (Ford Focus) and were looking to lease a Ford Escape. I'm definitely not someone you would consider a car expert, but the whole experience was really pleasant because of Jason Inda, a Holiday Automotive product specialist. He talked my wife and I through the process, took us out on test drives, and had a no-hassle approach to finding us the right vehicle. I would highly recommend working with him, because he hit the perfect balance between being personable and professional. It never felt like he was trying to 'sell us' anything, just worked with us, to find an SUV that was the perfect match for what we wanted. My wife and I had a really nice experience at Holiday, working with product specialist Jason Inda. We're not car experts by ANY means, so his no-hassle, personal, professional approach was greatly appreciated. It didn't feel like he was trying to "sell us" on anything. He walked us through the process, showed us a bunch of cars, took us on multiple test drives, and was with us all the way until the paperwork. Even though they were really busy that day, he took the time to help us, and we never felt rushed.We traded in our Ford Focus, and now are leasing a 2016 Ford Escape, which we LOVE! I'd highly recommend working with Jason. I will definitely be contacting him again the next time I need a car.

I was looking for a very specific used Toyota Rav4 and found it at a couple different dealers through Cars.com. Of the five i found, Holiday Automotive's offering was the lowest mileage (almost half the others) and the second lowest price. They had the fastest response to my email requests and had a link to an online financing option sent to me as soon as I asked about financing. They were very professional throughout the whole process. Courtney was very helpful in evaluating the car and I felt that they were very open about the costs, financing, fees, etc. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience.

I read reviews on Holiday Auto- most were great. Some stated that they drove an hour, had an appointment, showed up and the car was sold. I was aware of this so I called 8:30 the morning I wanted to visit the dealership. I had an appointment, manager confirmed the car was available to test drive. I got there a couple hours later and the car was SOLD! It was Monday morning how could the car be sold in a couple hours with absolutely NO customer in the store. The manager and sales lady were apologetic and I just replied I read about this but thought no give them a try. BAD choice on my part! I wasted my morning. I left wondering if they knew the car was sold but heard an eager person on the phone when I called before leaving home and did what they could to get me on their lot. SORRY no purchase from me and little did they know I had the money in hand for the car. So, if you decide to do business at Holiday good luck is all I can say. I wish I would have been able to learn more about their customer service that I read so much about.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. Holiday came highly recommended to me from coworkers and friends. I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Golf TDI. They had very straight forward pricing the manager put aside the car I wanted for me to come see it. I took it for a drive and loved it so when I came back I signed papers right away. Sarah that worked with me was very helpful and efficient. A few days after purchase sales manager Nick Faymonville followed up with me. I had some concerns that he went above and beyond to take care of for me. Well done Holiday Mazda, you have earned my return business and I have been telling others of my wonderful experience with you. Truly how a dealership should be. A++ I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Holiday. They are worth the drive.

I travel 17 miles to service my CX-5. Scheduling my appointment is easy and the service is excellent and on-time. The staff welcomes me, asks questions and shows me to the lounge. I have been searching for a truck, I found one at holiday, it was listed $8000 under the national average price. I couldn't acually take it for a test drive since it was safety tested yet so the salesman was able to drive while I was the passenger. So I felt like I got the jump on anyone else that would have bought it, I put down some money on it and was told that I would have to wait for it to be fully inspected. The next day I received a call from the salesman that it should be ready the next day and he would let me know later on for sure. I got no phone call, the next morning I called his cell phone and no answer and also called the dealership and was told he was out of the office. So a couple hours later I received a phone call from the salesman and was told that it didn't pass a "safety inspection" and they were gonna send it to an auction. So I go back to looking for a truck and I find that same truck I wanted listed for $8000 more! I realize people make mistakes but I can't stand being lied to. I will never even consider holiday for a vehicle and pass it on.

Pulled up to the service door for an oil change, door opened and a man came up to greet me and get my mileage. When we went to the desk, he greeted me by name which made me feel expected and welcomed since I had not announced why I was there nor had I handed him anything in regards to why I was there. They new just from the online appointment details I had entered and by my car type and the time. While waiting, they had fresh baked cookies, popcorn, water bottles and coffee available for everyone. David, my service advisor, pulled me in back by my car and introduced me to one of the technicians who educated me on my 02 sensor (which I had questions about) and the entire OBD system and codes, You could definitely tell they know their stuff! David also made a copy of a receipt I had from my last oil change at a different Mazda certified service center. With the extended warranty oil changes should be free and the other dealership would not accept that and made me pay for it. David said he and his boss thought that wasn't right and that they would try everything they could to get my money back. Holiday not only has amazing, welcoming service, they also stick by their products and warranties! 5 stars!

We purchased our first Cadillac from Matt Birschbach and couldn't have been been more pleased with the process. We actually went to Holiday to purchase a new Denali, having driven one for the last 6 or 7 years. We weren't impressed with the new Denalis, and Matt suggested that we drive the Cadillac Escalade. We couldn't believe the difference. Matt told us he wasn't part of the Cadillac team, but that he would try to give us as much info as he could, or find someone who could address anything he could not. He knew plenty! Matts professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional! From the first day we entered Holiday, until the day we picked up our new Cadillac, Matt worked above and beyond to make our purchase experience a great one! The process of purchasing a new vehicle is something we normally dread! It was finally time to buy a new car. My old car had reached 203 thousand miles and it was time. I was purchasing my first car all on my own for the first time. I had researched and shopped around for the models I was interested in but none of them impressed me. A couple of people had asked me if I had checked out Mazda. I went down to the dealership with a friend and was very impressed first of all with my salesperson. Meghan O'Malley was very interested in what I was looking for in a car. I explained I need great gas mileage because I commute to work (about 200 miles a week) and I wanted something in my price range. She showed me a couple of different Mazdas but when she bought out the hatchback, I was impressed. It was sporty, roomy, and great gas mileage! I was surprised at how it drove too. We worked out the finances and she was able to put me in the price range I wanted. A couple weeks later I returned to the dealership to have my spare fob paired with my car. I was told I also needed a software update so an appointment was made. Colleen, called the day before, to verify my appointment. I drove up to the service door and David Minter was there to greet me and get me set up for my software update! He explained how long the update would take and if I would like to wait there was a customer lounge I would be able to use! The whole process was quick and easy! David handed me the keys to my car (which they also washed!) and off I went. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and the Holiday dealership. I feel like Holiday will provide me with great service for years to come!

We were looking in the Fox Valley for a "new" used car. Inventory was much better at Holiday, than the dealerships in Neenah and Appleton. I searched for 2 weeks online before setting up test drives at various dealerships. When we arrived at Holiday, my chosen vehicles were lined up, and ready for to go, we drove 3 Mazdas and bought a Mazda6 Grand Touring. We were able to get a fair trade-in value on our car. The nice thing is we were there less than 3 hours with in-house financing. We will go back to Holiday again. Thank you.

Previous appt was made to test used car and after driving 70 miles got there & was told car just sold. However, I rec'd a call back to make things right about the used car after later it was available again. We were treated with the up most respect and rec'd apology for the way things were handled on previous visit. Called dealership on 10/19/15, spoke with sales person Amanda around 5:45pm verified that the car I was interested in was available. She checked and said yes it is available and when would you like to see it? I responded and said today if possible! Gave her my phone # and she proceeded to say you are in the Madison, WI area and we will see you in about an hour. I asked her it the auto had a vista roof nod she said I will check and call you right back. She called back within ten minutes and said yes it does and we will see you around 7:15 ish. Long story short, we get there and walk in around 7:20pm after stopping at main location and told we need to go down & across the street, meanwhile the sales lady said I will call and let them know you are coming and by the way that MZkX you are looking at is really nice, she said she had test driven it yesterday. We proceeded across the street and bam. As soon as we walk in eyes are moving quickly from everyone. I was advised that Amanda must have made a mistake and that the car had just SOLD!!! I drove over 70 miles and no phone call or anything! Rude and inconsiderate customer service!

You almost have to buy a car at Holiday to believe the friendliness and professional approach they operate with. I do not mean when they are selling, most dealers are friendly during the sale. I mean the same friendliness and professional procedures when you have a problem. It starts when you contact the service manager and they do not stop until your problem has been solved. My last situation involved a starter motor and I needed a tow 45 miles to Holiday. They helped me arrange for a tow and because of a premium warranty , the parts and the tow were paid for. I found them about 15 years ago online. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

Dave in the Mazda service department was very friendly and accommodating. They responded to my issue quickly, came to get the car and towed it the dealer. By the next morning they had my car ready and even covered the cost of the new battery due to a couple of issues I had with my new car. Dave understood that I needed to be able to rely on my car due to the fact that I'm on the road a lot by myself. I have always had quick and friendly service with them, I love my car, and will definitely continue to work with Holiday Auto in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from holiday automotive budget center and having an issue i brought it into the holiday service center. i had nothing but problems......one issue after another all relating back to the same problem! my car had been repaired twice and when i still had said issue they checked it out for 3 days and told me "they get paid to fix things" and nothing was wrong with my vehicle......then i left....frustrated and only to find my car had new dents dins scratches and my bumper took a hit.....round 2! Dick Beyer treated me like a criminal who was trying to con him! he offered me 500$ to take my car elsewhere! this place has horrible customer service i have never been treated so rudely!

I had my Ford F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified by the service dept. that I also needed the air filter replaced. I was given the cost and asked permission to have that replaced (I went ahead with the work.) When the work was done there were no surprises with the cost, exactly what I was previously told. Excellent service!!! Very well appreciated!!! The waiting room facility is awesome, not to mention the warm chocolate chip cookie. Thanks Holiday Ford!!

Recently I took my 2015 Mazda 6 in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a nail in one of the tires that could not be plugged and I was looking at having to buy a new tire after only 10K miles. The sService Manager helped out by finding a tire that had the same tread wear that had just come off of another Mazda 6 and he only charged me mounting and balancing. This made my day. I will continue to use them for all of my service.

Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of communication in sales. My daughter had her eye set on a used car in their lot. She made an appointment to see the car and was assured it was still for sale. She asked me to go with her to look at the car, with plans to purchase. She called again before we left and was told the car was available. We then drove over an hour only to find out that the car was sold. The manager did appalogize but offered no recourse for this major inconvenience. They did have other cars avaliable which would have sufficed. However they made no attempt to offer a deal to make up for their mistake. Very poor customer relations.

I had the opportunity to purchase a brand new Mazda from Holiday this year. In the past I had never returned to the dealership for service, tire rotation, oil change etc. When I purchased the vehicle the service consultant asked if I would like an email reminder when my car was likely ready for oil change and tire rotation. I received the email this week and was able to go to the on-line self scheduling portal and sign up for a time convenient for me! David Minter and the team at Holiday had the car finished (oil change/tire rotation) in under an hour. During the wait, I was offered food/beverage/tv/papers/ and even a place to charge my phone! They also offered a rebate coupon lowering the overall price (which is a deal!) by $20.00. No hassles, in and out in an hour. Great place to have your car serviced!

Originally bought my Mazda 3 at a different dealership. When I needed to purchase tires I looked around and found out that Holiday was the most reasonable for tires and also found out I was overpaying for oil changes where I bought my Mazda. Also had an issue that my original dealership was going to charge me 4 times the price to repair than what Holiday would. Will definitely buy my next car from them and also continue to use their facility for my oil changes/tire rotation/etc. They never try to talk me into services that aren't necessary. Very trustworthy. Nice waiting room with a TV, cookies, water and popcorn.

I found a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on the internet one night that was almost too good to be real. I inquired via e-mail that same and was contacted immediately the next morning. I set up a time to see the vehicle the same day and was treated with courtesy and friendship. I drove the car, came back and found out more about the previous owner of the vehicle and made the deal. Parker was fun to deal with, and he made the deal a great experience..I picked up the Jeep several days later, and was grinning all the way home! I drove for 60 miles to see a vehicle. The sales person(Taylor) indicated the auto was on site. Wasted trip,time and fuel. Went back a second time to find the vehicle in poor-worn condition. The salesman, Chris promised to repair seat and rims of the vehicle prior to me driving another 60 miles to the dealership.The second-hand, used car manager wanted me the customer to afford repairs to their vehicle. What a joke! Taylor promised compensation for wasted fuel; still waiting for the reimbursment. I called Rob b, second in command, even bigger joke. He referred me back to the second-hand, who phoned me and again, and asked if I wanted to incurr the cost of the repairs or keep the vehicle at the over priced tag amount and have him do the repairs. No thanks!!! No Holiday IN FONDULAC!!!!!

I went there a week ago. Couldn't see over half the stuff I was trying to because there was snow all over the vehicles windows. It hasn't snowed recently so I don't know why they weren't clear. Couldn't read the prices or stickers. Returned there today. Test drove a truck and it appeared ok. I told the saesman that the exact same truck,only with 14000 miles less and one year newer was just sold within the last 2 days from this same lot for exact same price as the one I was looking at so the price should reflect the higher miles and older vehicle. He wouldn't budge on that and I started to sense an attitude. He made some remark of sitting in my pajamas at home looking at trucks for sale. I told him the deal isn't for me and left with a bitter taste of the place. Also the salesman sat in the backseat while I test drove the truck and told me what road to take ,which way to turn and was yapping entire time. This was the Worst experience at a car lot I have ever had!. I found a vehicle there I wanted to buy (which was on their lot over 5 months) and made an offer. They would not even work with me on price, but the next day a manager called me saying they would like to talk. I received another call two days after that again from a different manager, I now was thinking I would try to buy the car. Only to find out during all this they TOOK the car off their lot! Didn't sell it just sent it away, why were they calling me then? I would stay away from this place and never do business with people that treat others the way they do!

Just bought a new Mazda-3 Grand Touring. John Krug assisted me with the purchase. Top notch service! The gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and didn't try to up-sell me to a car or services I didn't need or want. Was super cold out so they drove the new car and and let me inspect and then provided an excellent orientation of all the bells and whistles this baby has to offer. Purchased a 2014 Silverado. Tim Whealon sold me the truck. He did a great job explaining the vehicle and the financing. He made himself available and was an absolute professional. I was having a lot of issues with my previous car and Holiday Mazda found me my dream car! I bought a used 2014 Mazda 6 Touring. So far it drives like a dream. Has a million features. It is amazing on gas! I get about 400-450miles to the tank. The customer service was through the roof. They even let me take a car home for the weekend to test out. They trust their customers and they are confident in what they are selling. I have several friends who also bought from Holiday and they all said they had a great experience. The salesman I had was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Highly recommend them.

I worked with Sean Avilez at Holiday Budget and it was one of my better car buying experiences! I had come from dealing with sexism at EVS in Lomira because I am a young woman that was looking to buy a truck to be able to haul my horse. Sean answered all of my questions, directed the answers to me and was very respectful in general. They were willing to negotiate and when I found out my truck (07 Dodge 2500 Quad Cab with a 5.9 Cummins) needed some work after finding a few things wrong with it over a weekend, they fixed it. My truck is still in their shop because it needed a new turbo, but I can't wait to wrap everything up and drive it home! I recommend them, and this was my second good car buying experience out of Holiday.

Art was a consummate professional as he steered us through the purchase of our new/used Lexus vehicle. He was attentive to every detail of the purchase process with empathetic concern. Even though our vehicle was used he saw to it that it was washed, detailed, and he even put gas in the tank! We drove from Milwaukee, so we really wanted to make a deal and get home. Jeff did not sell me a car - he found me the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. This was not by luck of the lot inventory but through a great deal of patience, understanding and effort on his part. He took the time to understand what I and my family wanted and invested the time and effort necessary to find the precise vehicle we were envisioning. I am most happy with my new vehicle and take great comfort in knowing that when I or other members of my family need another vehicle, I know exactly who and where to call.

My wife and I did on-line research for an extended period of time. After selecting several vehicles that interested us we visited various dealer lots on a Sunday. We then decided upon two dealerships. Our first sales meeting was with a salesman at Holiday Auto of Fond du Lac, WI. Our first contact was with a new salesman. We were impressed with his knowledge that he has gained in a short period of time. What impressed us the most was his honesty when he did not know an answer. But he was, eventually, able to produce answers to all of our questions. He had significant assistance from the Sales Manager. Between the two gentlemen handling the purchasing we felt totally comfortable committing ourselves to a specific vehicle. Every aspect of the event went smoothly; there was never any pressure; and we were satisfied with the eventual lease. So we never did get to the other dealership. We have always felt like we were "taken" some way or another in all of our other vehicular purchases. That may not be accurate but it was how we felt. However, this time we feel that we went through the process with friends...not competing entities. The owner of the dealership can be very proud of his success over the years. He has constructed a clean, honest, happy, fair, and friendly environment. Congratulations to everyone involved in this procedure.

After being disenchanted by our 2008 Honda CRV we decided it was time to start looking... for once we were going to take our time and not rush into purchasing a new vehicle. From the moment we walked onto the lot Jason Inda was nothing short of exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable and just a great guy. Even when he didn't know the answer, he'd find out for us without hesitation. Even when Holiday knew that we weren't committing at that time, the sales manager came out to introduce himself to us and chit chatted about life in general and not even our possible sale. I'll admit it, we walked out of the dealership without purchasing that first time. There was no pressure, no harassing calls, just a well stated follow-up letter letting us know that they valued us and would do what they could to help. After much consideration we decided it was the vehicle for us, we just didn't like the color. Let me tell you how Jason Inda blew us out of the water. Over a busy holiday weekend he busted his rump dealing with no less than 5 other dealerships to trade stock to get me EXACTLY what I wanted... he wasn't going to make me compromise on anything! In fact, he did this so well he get me more than I was asking for at the same price point. Now, thats impressive!! Between Jason & Chris Ingemann, we were give so many options to make this new vehicle affordable to our life style. We were offered a fair amount in trade and not made to feel like we were being taken for a ride (pardon the pun) at any time. I'll admit, I was nervous sitting down with Pat Collins to sign my hard earned cash away but he took his time, answered every question and quite honestly, talked me off the ledge a few times. I'm just truly impressed by everyone at Holiday... our previous dealer left a sour taste in our mouth by the issues with their service department after the sale. I have no fears of this at Holiday because of their stellar reputation in our community. We had recently purchased a vehicle from another dealership and we weren't getting what we needed from them, Jason Inda also took his time trying to help my husband with his issues and HE DIDNT EVEN SELL US THAT VEHICLE...if that doesn't say something about his character then I don't know what will. Thanks again to everyone for one of the easiest car purchasing experiences of my life... we will be back!

We traded in our 1996 Land Cruiser my husband has had for the last 18 years, this was a hard step for him. To a person, everyone at Holiday contributed to the excellent experience we had. Beginning with Megan O'Malley from the internet team, then the receptionist who gave us directions to the dealership when we stopped at the wrong Holiday (Chrysler vs Ford), the number one Lotus salesman in Fond du Lac (Tom Kuitert of course!), the Sales Manager Chris Ingemann, Tony Mathos the financier, and even whoever made the hot dogs!The price was very competitive and required no negotiation. The interest rate was better than I'd seen on-line in my search prior to coming to the dealership. Fond du Lac even has the best carwash I've ever been to (Jetstream). Why if it wasn't for the extended winter season I'd move to Fond du Lac upon retirement!I would love to return to Holiday for my next purchase, and I live 9 hours away in Kansas! That's how good this team is, in my estimation. Don Long

Up until now I HATED shopping for cars. ( I am pretty sure we all feel the same) But unfortunately I had to do it, I went to Holiday and met John and I will be honest I was READY for the games to begin.But there was no game this time. (WHAT JUST HAPPENED?) Not only was John a pleasure to work with but I will be honest everyone who I had contact with was pleasant to say the least, The only reason I gave them a 4 for my overall experience is a belt had to be replaced and I had to wait even though they I believe everyone who was working with John knew I was coming in early. As John had to leave for a commitment he had and I really wanted to finish my transition with him. The repair of course was out of his control sadly otherwise I am sure John would have been on top of the repair and the car would have been ready.The car was detailed beautifully to what I think is as close to a new car that a used car can be. WAY TO GO for the guys behind the scenes.That being said if you are looking for a car go see John at Holiday my whole prospective on car shopping has done a 180.The other dealers should spend some time there to learn something. But then Holiday would not stand out as they truly have.I really want to give them a perfect score but what happened/ Happened! In closing WAY TO GO HOLIDAY!!! I almost want to come and buy another car but I would have to pay for it :(If you are in the market for a vehicle GET over to Holiday and see John you will not believe the experience until you see it for yourself.I am a VERY satisfied customer! Saw on the internet a used truck for sale at Holiday Automotive. I called Meghan O. the internet sales person. She was very helpful and checked to make sure the truck was there. The next morning I meet with Eric Agnew the Product Specialist. He had the truck ready to test drive. The vehicle was great and Eric even had the AutoCheck report ready. It was everything they said it was and they were great to work with. I would highly recommend Eric Agnew and Holiday Automotive!

Today I had the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had while visiting a car dealership. Pat Friedel went an extra mile and an extra two miles ect to make sure my experience was enjoyable. From coffee to a tour, from chatting/educating to taking off his suit coat and helping wipe down my vehicle he went way beyond. Please pass this on to Mr Shannon. I wrote a review recently after purchasing a 2007 Grand Prix but would like to write a new one after the service I received on repairs that needed to be done. I was really frustrated with the fact that after only having the car for 2 weeks, it was in the shop twice getting multiple repairs done. I got the car back this morning and I'm very happy with the way it's running finally. I didn't have a good experience with the salesperson but once I started having trouble Ralph Harrison was more than helpful. He went above and beyond what was required from him to make sure I got the service I deserve. Him and Heather in the service department made sure everything got done and were in contact with me over the course of my repairs to make sure I knew what was going on. Ralph changed my perception of Holiday. I left this morning completely satisfied and have to thank Ralph for his kindness and understanding. He has been amazing. I would come back to Holiday knowing now that they follow through and make sure all my concerns were handled. Thanks to Ralph and Heather for making me feel better about what started out as a not so good experience.

I had listed my 2006 Corvette on craigslist, I wasnt getting any fair trade numbers from dealers around town. I am from Indiana and when I got a call from Ryan who is located in Fond du Lac Wisconsin, I was a little nervous. I had posted my f-150 on craigslist hoping for a quick sale. Its wasnt 15 minute and Ryan had contacted me about my truck. He made a fair offer! Ryan sent me a bill of sale to buy the truck and I was paid immediately. This was the easiest sale of my life and with the great communication skills from Ryan, everything happened stress free and smoothly.I recommend anyone contact Ryan if they are looking to sell their vehicle without the hassle of tire kickers. Holiday doesnt seem like your typical dealership. I was treated with respect and excellent customer service. Ill be calling Ryan first when I want to sell my F250, and ill be contacting him when im looking to buy a new one too!!!

I recently purchased a car from the budget center to have lights go on on my way home from picking it up. I have had it in twice in the first 2 weeks I've had it. I woke up with water on the floor of the car after a heavy rain, multiple lights go on and off on the dashboard, a bad suspension system, the list goes on and on. The salesperson I had was good the first day but ignored us when we went to pick the car up, didn't change the key fab battery like he was supposed to and didn't even walk out to the car to make sure we new how everything worked. Once he had the money it's like he didn't care anymore. If it hadn't been for Ralph and Heather in the service center I would have probably demanded I get a different car. They have been my only positive part of this whole experience. I'm so afraid what else is going to hapen to this car. In depth inspection? I doubt it. I will NEVER go back there again!

Papetwork was sent, filled it out e mailed it back, Mr Ryan got it signed and got it back to me over night. We received our money right away. Have never had a deal so Good and Fast!! I was in the market for a small luxury crossover and had searched for two months within 200 miles of my home for the right vehicle. When I expanded my radius to 250 miles, I located my ideal vehicle at Holiday Automotive. I scheduled a test drive and drove 4 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a receptionist just inside the front door. She escorted me to Product Specialist Patrick Friedel. We talked for several minutes about the vehicle I was interested in as well as my trade-in. I felt he was getting to understand my preferences. He left to bring the vehicle to the showroom where I was and arranged to have my trade-in appraised. I took my test drive. The vehicle was everything I expected. We sat down to talk a trade. Their vehicle was fairly priced and I knew what mine was worth. To my delight, his offer for my car was exactly what I wanted. No negotiation, no haggle, fair value for fair value. The deal was done in 5 minutes. All of my negative car buying experiences had been blown away by this visit to Holiday Automotive. I waited a short time with a complimentary soft drink and a cookie in their comfortable lounge area for the paperwork to be completed. That process was as painless as the deal. To my surprise, while I was waiting, my "new" car was washed and fueled and ready for me to take possession at the front door. I left as one happy car buyer and would drive the 4 hours to Holiday Automotive again.

I would give Holiday ZERO stars if that were an option. Called before making the hour trip. I was ensured by the USED CAR MANAGER that the car WAS there. I was rudely passed along to three salesmen, all of whom couldn't find the car. The last woman I spoke to said "The car must have sold." It was a complete lie and I could see right through it. I got up to leave and she started giving all sorta of other cars that would be of "interest" to me. She then called me leaving a voice message that she had "great news" followed by THREE text messages the next day. THEY WILL SELL YOU ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT and treat you like a complete idiot. Funny thing is, the car is STILL posted online after two weeks. Liars.

Bought a truck and from day one had loud wheel bearing noise. They fixed it and it was still there. A week later I brought it back and they said it was also a front diff and said they are not gonna cover it cause it was not a safety issue. Beware. They don't inspect cars properly and they sell junk. They don't stand behind their product

When our old car died, we needed to replace ASAP. Living in Oshkosh, our closest Ford dealer was Bergstrom, which closed at 6:00. So, we made the trip to FDL, because Holiday was open until 8:00. Chad and the others never rushed us though the process. We ended up staying until almost 9:00 to finish the deal. They were very accommodating to me, my wife, and 5 yr old daughter (she was excited about the cookies in the showroom!). We'll definitely be going back for our next vehicle purchase.

He was very knowledgeable about the Ford trucks and was very helpful in selecting the right truck. He was outstanding to deal with. My fiancee and I recently stopped by Holiday to check out the ford fusions. I explained to Chad what I was looking for in a vehicle and he actually introduced me to the 2015 Mazda 6. I quickly realized what a HUGE mistake I would have made if I went with the fusion. Chad took his time in explaining everything about the vehicle. When we took it on a test drive he went through different items in the vehicle and we were able to recognize the differences he was pointing out. It handled so incredibly well and it was fun to drive!! Once we got back to the dealership my fiancee and I wanted to talk by ourselves to discuss it. I NEVER once felt pressured to buy the vehicle. Chad took his time with us and recognized when we needed space and when we needed to talk more with him. He was very professional and treated us with great respect. I would recommended Chad to anyone looking to buy a new car! He will make it a great experience! He also called the following week to check to see how everything was and to ensure we still loved the car! He went above and beyond. Stephanie was also great and very helpful. My husband purchased a used car from the Budget Center. The first day he brought it home I could smell burning oil badly. As my husband drives it some more the car got continually louder, so we take it to one of our mechanic friends to look at. He was appalled at the condition the car was in. So we took it back to Holiday. The muffler had to be replaced and the engine had to be completely redone. I can't believe a dealership would have sold a car in that condition used or not. Never again will we buy from the Budget Center

I was shopping for a used 2009 Jeep Wrangler.....Holiday had a really nice used one....I was going to trade in a 2004 T-Bird and a 1972 A.M.C. Hornet....Holiday was supposed to get back to me re the value of the two trade- in cars. After 1 week , I did not hear from anybody there so bought a used Jeep Wrangler elsewhere...

My wife and I drove from Wautoma to Holiday Motors Ford dealership in Fond Du Lac to check out a vehicle we saw in the Oshkosh Northwestern paper ad dated 02/22/14. Fully expecting not to agree on either a fair price for our vehicle trade in or Holiday's price on the vehicle we were interested in. After being totally disappointed at a dealership in Madison a month earlier on their trade in offer we figured the same would happen at Holiday. To our great surprise we were offered more for our trade in and the price we were quoted for the vehicle we were interested in was very fair. Long story short, we are now driving our almost new 2013 Mazda 6 I Touring Plus. It may be a 50 plus mile drive to your location but we'll be coming your way first for any future purchases. This is the third vehicle a family member or myself has purchased from Holiday Motors. Thank you Holiday Motors.

Staff was great, I made a deal 2012 silverado and picked it up the next day, as I drove off the lot the low fuel warning light comes on ( REALLY ! ) Did I get that good of a deal, that you couldn't put gas it. My next purchase from you will need to have a full tank.

Jeff struck an excellent balance between giving me time alone to look at the car and read the manual and being available for test drives (yes, plural, more than one test drive on the same day on the same visit) and to answer my questions (and I had several). The routes Jeff took me on for test driving were an excellent combination of city driving and "interstate" driving (Hwy 41) so I could assess the car's performance in both kinds of driving situations. And then he was willing, absolutely no hesitation, to let me do one more test drive because I wanted to assess a few more things before making my final decision, as the price was going to be a bit more than I was hoping to spend, and I needed to be absolutely sure it was the car I was looking for. The car was new enough to their lot that it had not been detailed yet so when I finally made the decision to purchase the car, part of the agreement was that I would be bringing the car back to be detailed and have a ding removed from the hood. Jeff made that process so very easy for me. He coordinated and arranged everything. His customer service was SUPERB!

Twice I have been to a Holiday dealership and twice they have underwhelmed me. The first trip there they low balled me on a trade by about $3,000. The offer was low enough that my Dad and I didn't even bother to counter. It was almost insulting for them to think that was a fair offer. The irony was the salesman told us about their fair pricing policy so no negotiating was needed and he pulled up Kelley Blue Book to show us the retail value of the car we were looking at. Apparently that did not apply to trade ins. They called a couple days later and said they missed on the offer and were willing to offer more (but still less than what the vehicle was worth) to which I respectfully said, "No." The most recent trip there I had called to verify if a vehicle was still there as we were driving up from Madison, WI. They called me the day before to confirm I was still going to be coming and I replied back to let them know I would be. We got there the next day around 1pm to find out the vehicle had been sold that morning. Now, I don't fault them for selling the vehicle but I do fault them for not letting me know. Even if I had been pulling into the parking lot when they called, at least they'd have made the effort to let me know before I showed up. I will be overlooking any vehicle listed for sale that is being sold by Holiday (any of their dealerships) from now on.

I almost bought this car from my local dealer but left feeling "no customer loyality". I did not feel trust. They did not want to deal. So I thought I'd try Holiday, see what they had to say. Boy I'm glad I did. They beat my dealer in every imaginable way. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and friendliness. My wife and I were in desperate need of a vehicle last winter when our vehicle at the time quit running. We had to wait until spring time to purchase our new Mazda CX-5 which Chad made us like even more than we thought we did. I told him that we would be back to buy it when the time was right. Some time later I walked in and he even remembered my name!! I have recommended him and Holiday to multiple people who are thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle. Chad is a great salesman, and I felt very comfortable just sitting there chatting with him about not only the car but anything else that came up. The only reason it got a 4.8 out of 5 was the price, but I think everyone wishes the price would be cheaper. But all in all the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Very Very pleased - they roll out the red carpet for their customers and treat you special. I LOVE my new car that I bought there. I was not able to trade in my car, which was a bit disappointing, but my car is a 1999 and hard for them to sell. I bought a used 2008 Acura MDX and I feel like I am driving a new car. I wanted the car. I had cash . Was so interested the girl on the phone said---if you want me to, I can call him at home as it is his day off. I said----please do, thank-you. He phoned me. I said I am very very interested in the Volvo S-40. He said come in tomorrow. I said--first comfirm that this car is there. He said, OK. He called back and said the car is there. He said he had two appnt's and to come in around lunch time. I had lunch with my two brothers and their wives, and we talked about the car. I went directly to the dealership after lunch, and the people there said---please wait. He will be back in about ten minutes. I waited. He walked into the showroom, head down, and mumbled---the car is gone, I sold it last night. I then walked out.

Had to purchase a new (used) vehicle with a second child on the way and did plenty of research before deciding on a Ford Fusion. Holiday has the best prices and selection in the area. We had friends that purchased two vehicles there and recommended them. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was cleaned and waiting right up front. Took it for a test drive and it had a few minor issues. After addressing these issues with our salesman, Harry Reinhold, he had the issues taken care of before I purchased it. A week after buying it, I was driving to work and the car kept dying on me. I was really disappointed and worried I got a lemon. I know stuff happens with cars and figured this would be another out of pocket expense. So I called Harry, explained what happened and he was very helpful. Since it wasn't safe to get the car to Fond du Lac, he had me take it to a local Ford dealer and they covered the cost the of the repairs 100%. Customer service like this is rare nowadays and reaffirmed my belief that I made the right vehicle choice, and purchased from the right dealership. Oh, and I also talked to Chad in the service department and he was very empathetic and helpful in resolving my issues. After dealing with some disgraceful dealerships in the area (I am looking at you Russ Darrow Kia by the Fox River Mall) I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure doing business and hope to be back in a few years when my wife's van needs to be replaced. My 5 year old son also thanks you for the popcorn! Keep up the great work guys!

Brennan contacted me about purchasing my 2008 GMC Acadia that I had been trying to sell on Craigs List. At first I thought it had to be a scam, but after doing my homework and speaking with Holiday Automotive's President, I realized it was indeed legitimate. After providing Brennan with the car's VIN number, he was able to check it out and determine that we'd kept the car in good shape and we negotitated a fair price which was actually $500 more than the dealer we'd bought it from was willing to pay. 48 hours after agreeing to a price, Brennan transferred the agreed upon amount into my bank account. Great experience from first contact to giving the keys to the vehicle transporter. I'd recommend selling a car through Holiday Automotive anytime.

Hello, Just wanted to send out a thanks to holiday and sales man Bryan Kimple for such great service. I went to holiday four and a half years ago when i bought my 2006 gmc truck. Hoilday has given great help anytime my truck needed service. Bryan sold me the truck back in 2009 and he has been in my phone contacts ever since. He was the "Go to guy". Anytime i needed something done to the truck he made sure it was taken care of. One time i even needed a tow on Christmas Eve and was hard to find some help. When i called Bryan he picked up his phone on his day off and found me a tow back home. With service like this, i decided to go back to holiday to buy my new 2013 chevy truck. When i told Bryan what i was looking for, it didnt take long for him to get it in and ready for me to pick up. I had an appointment to test drive a car, I drove over 2 hours to get there and when I got there they couldn't find it. Their reply was, "Sorry, stuff happens." I work in customer service and would never tell an upset customer that stuff happens. We then talked to the vice president and he told me that I had first dibs on the car when they found it, and that they would drive it to me to make up for it. I thought that was great! I called them the next day and asked if they had planned on calling me to set up a time to drive it to me, I was then told "Oh, well we're just waiting to hear from the bank for someone and if they get approved, it's sold." They then said "I'm sorry, I don't know what you want me to do, the car is gone." Needless to say they will not have my business and I will make sure to let everyone I know who is looking for a car to not go there.

Holiday Automotive purchase my vehicle from me. I had my vehicle for sale on craigslist (in IL) and was contacted by Brennan as being interested in purchasing the vehicle. He was very upfront with me and told me he worked at a dealership and explained their purchase process. We then negotiated a price and he emailed me the paperwork. The whole time I'm thinking, "this has to be a scam"! So, in order to protect myself, I called the dealership and spoke with the sales manager to confirm Brennan worked for the dealership. I also contacted my bank who recommended I open a new account to accept the money they would be wiring me. With that complete, I submitted all the paperwork back to Brennan and within an hour I had the $$$ in my new bank account. I was pleasantly surprised! The rest of the transaction went just as smoothly with Brennan arranging shipment and keeping in contact the whole time.With any out of state or internet sale/purchase, there is always the unknown and I recommend doing everything in your power to protect yourself, however in this case, Brennan and Holiday Automotive are legit and make the whole experience effortless. I highly recommend them!Chris

We checked for weeks and could not find the car or deal we were looking for so we checked out the HOLIDAY Budget Center. We were met by John Barber who introduced us and asked what our needs were. I gave him the budget and the requirements and he was able to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just the right humor. He answered all of our questions and met our requirements and our budget! I was called by Brennon Wagner and was a bit leary of the idea. With all of the internet scams out there, this seemed to good to be true. I verified that he was an employee of the dealership and was at ease. The process of selling my car to Holiday Automotive was unbelievably smooth and quick. John Barber, our salesperson, was excellent to work with. He's pleasant and always very helpful. However, this was our 2nd vehicle which had to have repairs almost immediately. The first time the Dodge Journey we had from the Budget Center needed breaks despite being a certified used vehicle. This time, the Chrysler 300 needed a complete engine overhaul after the dash display lit up the night we took it home! I doubt we'd ever buy another used vehicle from there again. Even though they did repair both vehicles without charging us, I find it unacceptablet to need repairs that soon, budget lot or not. When we found out the vehicle needed such extensive engine work, we asked for a refund instead but they wouldn't give us one. We have had the vehicle now a couple of weeks and hopefully all is well but they better stand behind it if something acts up again within the next few months or so!

I went in to Holiday Automotive after seeing a 2007 Chevy Malibu Maxx on cars.com that had caught my attention. I had never bought a car from a dealer before, so I didn't know what to expect. Of course you hear all the horror stories of pushy sales people and dishonest business tactics from car dealers, but Holiday Automotive is the complete opposite. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I took the car for a test drive with Robert Woods, and he knows his stuff. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with most of the features of the vehicle. Even in the financing part of the purchase, they laid everything out and explained it very well. I think Holiday is a very well run company that absolutely does put the customer's satisfaction first. There wasn't a single negative thing I can say about them. I will go back to Holiday for my car purchases in the future, no doubt about it. Thanks Robert and everyone else on the team!

My wife and I put this women thru xxxx to get the car at the price we wanted. 3 visits later we were driving off in the car of our choice and not the dealers. She worked the finance department for us when we weren't satisfied with the dealers offer. With this much help from her we were back a week later for another vehicle which she worked again very hard for us. 2 cars in 2 weeks the way we wanted it which is why we will return next summer for our third vhicle from her. Purchased a 2006 Explorer in July of 2012. On the way home from the dealership the transmission started acting up and the radio display went out. Returned the vehicle the next day and received a free rental car right away. My salesman (J.C.) handled everything greatly. Got my Explorer back a few days later with everything repaired. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

My agent was easy to work with and very helpful. Unfortunately when it came to closing the deal she had to get the managers involved. It is hard to trust anyone when they tell you "I know for a fact this car was locally owned and only had 1 owner." Then you look at the CarFax on their website and it shows the car was a fleet vehicle from another state. I felt this way 20yrs ago when I bought a vehicle at this dealer. I thought maybe it would be better now...but it wasn't.

My Wife and I (Both in our 50,s)have never owned a brand new car so we decided it was time to update and the journey began.We started out at the ADAMM show in Milwaukee and got an idea of what we wanted and started to visit dealerships.Most of the dealerships we visited had either lied on the phone to get me there or didn't know the product once we got there .After a frustrating trip to the KIA dealership in Fond Du Lac we decided to stop at Holiday and check out the new Buick Verrano and the Chevy Malibu.We were walking on the lot when a Female came out to check on us,My first reaction was"They sent a broad out to sell me a car"but I was pleasantly surprised by Denise and Her familiarity with the cars.She made us feel welcome and really did know the cars well.My Wife took a liking to Her right away as She was very energetic and friendly in the way the She explained the features of the car without making Her feel stupid.(Other dealers we were at didnt take the time to explain like Denise did)We test drove the 2013 Malibu and loved it and even tho Her co-worker said She would not find the same car fully loaded like we wanted to buy,Denise proved Him wrong and in 15 minutes of computer searching found the exact car we wanted.She even stayed until 9pm working out the details with us on our purchase.She is to be commended for the outstanding job she did helping Us.Mike jr. was also very helpful as was Clint.I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I already have.Its a 45 mile drive for Us to get there but well worth it to me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we entered the doors, we were offered refreshments and a waiting area until a sales person was available. Our test drive experience was just what we were looking for. We got to go wherever we wanted and ride in all the seats. It was late on Saturday afternoon yet they prepped the car and we got to take it home the same day. We went to the dealership because we also have a Miata and they sponsor the Badgerland Miata club that we belong to.

I purchased a new GMC Sierra last week and was helped by Chuck Weber. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. It seemed to be prevalent throughout the dealership. GMC says their trucks are "professional grade".... well so are these people. There are closer dealers to me, but it was well worth the drive to Fond du Lac.

The sales man who helped me was Todd S. I started my purchase online, looking for a suv with better MPG then my current Buick Rendezvous. I had picked out a HHR and a CALIBER. First thing he said when I came in was that he didn't suggest the caliber for me, but I could test drive it and then suggested the HHR and also suggested a 2010 Ford Escape. Said I would probably fit nicer and be happier with the Escape, but I test drove the HHR, (too small for me, he was right) and when I returned he had the Escape ready for a drive. I took it out, and loved it. I came back after an hour and told him I wanted it. We wrote it up, and he got it over to finance. Called the next day and said I could come pick it up, it was all approved. The few times I've gone back for questions, he's always been right there to help, each time the vehicle is moved by them, they always back it in to the stall so I can pull straight out, which is a great help! During the sales, he did not pressure me, just listed any options I had. I would defiantly recommend Holiday to my friends and family.

I was slowly cruizing the Holiday Budget Center parking lot in hopes to find a used Mustang "covertible" automatic with fairly low mileage. Not a one in the lot. But John Barber immediately acquainted himself with me and I expressed my 'sort of tall order, with him as he took note of my specific desires and gave me his business card. Less than a week later, John gave me a call to say a beauty had just came in. When I arrived to see it, he was right on the money! It was a 2005 V6 Mustang convertible automatic with 51,000 miles on it. My husband & I took it for a test drive and purchased it upon our return for $12,000. I will always remember the date of purchase, it was on "GOOD FRIDAY" and it truly was :) This is our 2nd purchase with Holiday Automotive. 2009 we bought a New Mazda MX5 retractible hardtop, still have it,still love it! However, "THANKS TO JOHN BARBER" this white pony "IS ALL MINE" to share the fun with our 2 grandsons. My advice to any one looking for a vehicle, if its not in the lot, make your desired requests known with John and he'll make it happen for you. We have family and friends that have done business with Holiday Automotive and all of us will always "be repeat customers" We truly have no desire to look elsewhere. I recently purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 from the Holiday Automotive here in Fond du Lac, WI and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had been looking around for a while to find a dealership that would give me a good trade-in price for my old vehicle, a 2002 Ford Mustang. Every other place I visited said I wouldn't get more than $5,000 for it, but Holiday offered me $6,500! I knew my mustang was a great car so I was pleased that a dealership finally saw that too! The salesperson I worked with, Todd Steenberg, was extremely helpful in knowing what vehicles they had, both at the budget center and their other location across the street. I told him what I was looking for and we were able to find the Pontiac that I now absolutely love. But the reason I'm really writing this review is because Todd and his team truly went above and beyond what my expectations were. I worked with Clint Kieler in finance and, even though I was on a time crunch to get to work, he was able to get me a loan with a good interest rate and a monthly payment I can afford. Last, but by NO MEANS least, I had brought $2000 in cash for a down payment on whichever car I chose. However, somewhere in the midst of everything $100 of it went missing. I looked everywhere but couldn't find it. I was pretty bummed, but I figured there was nothing I could do. Then, as Todd and I were about to head back across the street to the Holiday Budget Center, Vice President Bill Agnew stopped us. Todd had told him about my missing money because he felt bad and Bill promptly offered me a $100 gift card as compensation. I was SHOCKED. I felt so cared for by the entire staff already and for someone as important as Bill to give his time and money just to help me out was simply amazing.My overall experience at this dealership was exponentially better than any other dealership I've ever visited. I would highly recommend Holiday Automotive to anyone who wants an both an incredible experience and a great deal!

I purchased a 2009 Mazda 6 and could not have asked for a better experience. I am a female college student, and this is my very first car that I purchased on my own. Tom Kuitert is a genuine and absolutely excellent salesman. He, and everyone at the dealership answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and made me feel completely comfortable buying this car on my own. Tom never pressured me or made me feel rushed to buy, and he thoroughly explained all features of the vehicle. The entire experience almost seemed too easy!! I expected buying a car to be stressful, but that was not the case at Holiday. I am in love with my new car, and absolutely cannot praise Tom, Justin De Maa, and Holiday Mazda enough for the stellar service with which I was provided. Thank you thank you thank you!!

When considering shopping for a different vehicle one is met with apprehension. Will the salesman jump out of the bushes and use every pressure tactic known to man and be in your face while you want to just look and kick some tires. Perhaps this is one reason dealers in Wis. are closed on Sunday. I was most impressed with the "Holiday" approach. A brief inquiry on the Internet brought about a welcome from the "Greeting Gals" screening my desires. Upon arriaval for my scheduled appointemnt I was then introduced to a sales representative, Doug Vonderhaar, who was well versed and with a erudite demeanor displayed his representative knowledge of product. I was impressed. Together we found a vehicle my wife and I were interested in. With the brief assistance of VP Bill Agnew we settled on a transaction agreeable to both parties. Finances were arranged and we were on our way to a new vehicle. On Tuesday my wife and I arrived to accept delivery. We were expecting a 10-15 minute duration. We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed with Doug Vonderhaar. Introducing us to and explaining what would have been hours for us in the service manual. We left with a very positive attitude about Holiday Auto and will surely recommend their services to others. The buying process at Holiday with Doug was easy and professional. In closing the deal he brought in the Sales Manager who was also helpful and reasonable to deal with. He helped close the deal the same day. The only glitch in the whole deal was the title. When it arrived from the state it had the wrong lien holder on it. I called the dealership at 10:00 A.M. the next day and was told that there was no finance officer available and was transferred to his voice mail. I understand everyone has meetings or other business and cannot answer every call. His voice mail said that I would be called back quickly. 8 hours later I received a call from Evelyn. After explaining the error to her, she proceeded to tell me about who's fault it was and hoped that it did not cost the dealership any money before telling me to send the title to her attention. I did not need to hear all that. What she should have said was that " Holliday was sorry for the error and to send the title to her for immediate correction." If she was as customer oriented as your sales staff and sales management, that is exactly what she should have done. Overall I was extemely please with the deal and the dealership. I will buy from Doug again and have recommended and will continue to recommend Holiday to anyone looking for a car or truck.

I stopped in needing a new minivan and had heard about their guaranteed approval program. I had one in mind and Bryan was very nice about everything but I was not approved for the car I originally wanted. He called me back and worked out a car that fit my budget and my family. We hit a few bumps and Ralph was very patient with my calls and the extra steps we needed to take.When we're in the market for a new car, I will definitely be taking my business here again. They're worth the 1 hour drive with 4 incessantly chatty kids. ;)

Ryan Mikle was extremely helpful, professional, personable, etc. He answered all of our phone calls or returned phone calls within a very short amount of time despite several of our calls being after hours. He answered all of our questions and helped provide us with additional information and knowledge in our search for a new vehicle. He was very accommodating to our needs. He went far above and beyond what was required of his job; he even came with us to the bank to ensure that we had no problems cashing the business check from Holiday. He was extremely friendly, always finding common ground to relate to us, our community and our experiences; it made us feel like we were more than just a number. Our overall experience was a 10 on a scale of 5. It far surpassed our expectations and was a very positive experience. In addition, Ryan spoke very positively about the dealership/Holiday Automotive. This was our first time working with Holiday and this is the epitome of customer loyalty. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My one and only complain...that you don't have a dealership closer to our home! However, the 2 hour drive to Fond du Lac for us is worth the experience and customer service we recieved.

I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in March 2011. The salesman was inflexible on the price and disregarded a request for a token $100 discount to cover fuel costs, as I was driving from Michigan. There was a distinct rattle coming from the undercarriage during the test drive. I aired my concern, but this was disregarded as well. The very next day after purchasing the vehicle, the power steering pump went out, requiring a $400 repair. This was not covered by the dealer warranty, nor did it matter as I live 5 hours from the dealership. Overall I felt as though I was an insignificant small-time buyer, only useful for a quick commission and not entitled to superior service, though my vehicle cost over $12,000.

Ryan Mikle contacted me about my Corvette that I had posted on Craigs List. His message indicated sincere interest in the car so I contacted him. The remainder of the experience was nothing short of remarkable. Ryan and I communicated back and forth a few times and he made a fair offer to buy the Corvette. The entire process took place so quickly I asked myself if this was the real deal. I followed up with a call to Sales Manager Jeff Gravelle at Holiday just to set my mind at ease. Ryan communicated timely and was very thorough as to what the next step was. Less than 48 hours after the first communication it was a done deal with a wire transfer of funds to my bank. I suggest any prospective seller be honest and straightforward about the true condition of the vehicle and provide quick response to any questions. I am sure you will find that Holiday will afford you the same in return. I had a tight schedule due to travel and Ryan accommodated that with respect to the transport pick-up that took place very close to my residence once money and title had changed hands. On a scale of 1 to 10 my experience was an 11 and I would encourage other potential customers to allow Holiday full consideration. It was a pleasure doing business with Ryan and Jeff at Holiday.

I have to say that I have dealt with a few dealerships in the past and have had ok experience, but the service I recieved at Holiday Automotive was beyond what I expected. I purchased a 06 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel from Joel Henning, he knew the product well. Tim Schmitz was a pleasure to work with he was able to get a spray in bedliner for the truck which came in handy. Tony Mathos was able to get me approved for credit and was also great to work with. Both Joel, Tim, and Tony did everything to get me into this truck, they were willing to ship the truck out to me. I decided to fly out from Connecticut and pick to truck up myself. These guy went as far as picking me up from the airport and bring me to a hotel and picking me up in the AM. If I was to purchase another truck I would definitely get it from Holiday Automotive. Went to look at an Explorer that we were told was available. Ofcourse when we got there is was sold. Almost a week later the "online" person is still saying it's available! The man that delt with us at the store wouldn't open another explorer we found but of course he would open one that was only a year old! Really disappointed!

I previously reviewed Holiday Automotive in FonDuLac with the purchase of my used 2008 RAV4 where I gave a low mark for customer service and the nspection coming up short. Sine Talking to Stephanie their manager there, we came to an understanding of what good versus great customer service is and what a dealer can do to always improve. For whatever reasons that my case was the exception, Stephanie made good with her follow-up with me and made things right by replacing the items that I found and filling my tank. When a dealership goes the extra mile after the sale, then you have repeat customers. Thanks again Stephanie, and the employees at Holiday Automotive FonDuLac.

We needed to trade in our truck for a more fuel efficient vehicle. Harry took the time to show and have us test drive the new and used vehicles in the budget center, Holiday and Mazda lots. Once we narrowed down our choices, he then proceeded to help us decide what was most important and gave us the benefit of his knowledge to make our decision. We've worked with Pat for a number of years and have always found him to be excellent to work with and he came through for us again this time.Due to an accident, we had to purchase a car a little earlier than we planned on, but despite having to go in for foot surgery, Pat made sure we got the vehicle that best matched our needs and that we were taken care of. I had been researching dealers online for a Toyota RAV4 and found that Holiday had the best price in the area for the make and model I wanted. Upon getting to the dealership for the sale, the time it took to do the loan and the paperwork took well over 2 hours. This to me is very average for a dealership so I have come to expect this from past experiences. Once paperwork was finished, the plates transfered I headed back home but was suprised by the fact that I had to fill my tank up ten minutes into my trip home. I have never filled up my tank upon getting a car or truck EVER; So, $45 dollars later I'm back on the road. I made it home and a little miffed about the empty tank and found that when they inspected the vehicle, the wipers front and back were absolute junk and needed to be replaced. I also noticed that I will be needing tires this summer or fall. Well, no big deal those are maintenance items. BUT to this day, I have NOT heard one peep or received one letter on how like my purchase and customer service... So, once again another first, no follow-up on the customer service at all. Giving this dealer only two stars I feel is fitting only because they need to brush up on their customer service skills in a big way; Not to mention having their vehicle inspector mark things to be replaced upon receipt. And don't forget about the empty gas tank. I will be marking this dealership off my list of places to trust. But then of course what do you expect from a dealership that carries brands that got bailouts... I give this dealer a D-, needs much improvement. The price was the their only saving grace. *****Buyer beware*****

My overall experience was ok, the dealer could have filled my gas tank up the day I picked up my truck. I had to fill the tank 10 minutes after I picked it up. The truck also needed new wiper blades which I found out later after the first rain which questions how well they inspected the vehicle. The buying process took 2 hours like it usually does but to this day they still have NOT followed up with how much I like my vehicle or if I have/had any problems. No call or letter of any sort. I would not recommend this dealer since they are lacking in the customer service area.

Ryan responded to an ad I had for a truck I had for sale. He communicated greatly throughout the entire process and was very courteous and professional. He offered a fair price and sent a driver from Wisconsin to Indiana to pick up my truck. I would recommend anybody to this dealership as they are very fast and professional. We were shopping for a used Ford F150 and they happened to have on a gently used F150 on the lot (posted on cars.com). Although this is a GM/Mazda dealer, the internet correspondant matched us up with their "truck expert" who knew a lot about the Ford despite being a GM dealer. They were very courteous and their "Simplified" price made the buying experience almost stress free. We were in and out within 2.5 hours which included a test drive, all paperwork and car wash. Nice kids area with popcorn and drinks which helped keep our 5yr boy entertained. Very nice, low stress experience!

Ryan notified us when he located a specific car we were looking for. After viewing the vehicle we were able to come to a price we were happy with. Ryan than arranged for us to meet with Jay that next evening. Jay was very informative, helpful and efficient in the handling of this sale. Due to our work scheduled, Jay completed the credit app by phone and had everything all set to go when we came in that evening to purchase the vehicle. Pat was informative and helpful explaining the financing options with us. The delivery of the vehicle was in showroom condition!! The detail shop did an extraordinary job. Jay took the time to explain the options in the vehicle and asked if we had any questions before we drove away. On my search for a used car I ran across Holiday Automotive. I had remembered seeing their ads so I decided to stop in and look. I was originally looking for a Ford Escape, which they had a few of on their lot. When looking at those a Ford Explorer caught my eye. The price was right and everything about it seemed to be In great condition. John Crimmins was the salesman who helped me out. He was very friendly, and really wanted to help me get a great vehicle. Everything about the experience was very good and everyone was very friendly. I ended up getting the car that day. I would definitely recommend Holiday Automotive to others looking for either a new or used car.

In October 2011 I was searching the internet for a used van. Holiday had the most competitive price for the value. I sent an e-mail to ask for their best price and I accepted it. Because I live some distance away I called a local mechanic to pick up the vehicle for an inspection and the vehicle was in very good condition. The final price was quoted and the time that I would show up. I test drove the vehicle, handed over the cashiers check and was on my way home 15 minutes later. Customer Service it was only okay because we had an appointment to finish up and the sales representative that I was working with wasn't there on time.The quality of work that was done on the car was great because my car feels brand new to me even though it's used.Friendliness was great because everyone was nice and courteous to my family and me.My overall experience was good because everyone was helpful and I got the car I was looking for.The price wasn't easily negotiable so I rated it okay.

Over all I found Holiday Automotive to offer steller service in all aspects. All employees that I worked with were friendly and always asking if I needed anything and if I had been helped. Holiday Auto had always preformed the maintaince on my 2000 Bonneville even though they did not initially sell me the car. The quality of their service has always met or exceeded my expectations and is the main reason I purchased my new Arcadia from the dealership. Mike Egli was very professional and easy to deal with, even after I changed direction mid-stream on the type and style of vehicle I was interested in. Mike took the time to fully understand my requirements, driving style and yearly mileage to recommend several options. Once I settled on the vehicle, he explained the features of each of the available trim levels, allowing me to make an informed buying decision. I had the unfortunate need to have body work done on my brand new car after having it for 3 months. Major hail damage - I took my car in for an estimate and Rick did his thing and then explained the estimate to me in detail. He explained why they could not fix the hood, but had to replace it as well as what could be fixed with paintless repair and what could not and why it could not. When I dropped my car off, there was a loaner ready for me and when I picked my car up Rick went over everything with me. I had to go back 90 days later to have the paint protection redone on the parts that were painted/replaced which was most of my car. I am now driving what looks like a car that just came off the assembly line. Fantastic body work and a bonus all was explained so I could understand!

I had posted my used 2007 car on an online sales website. After a couple of days I received an offer from the dealership. That was in the morning. After the offer and counter offer I went to the dealership after work. Mike,the purchasing agent for the dealership, took the car for a test drive. Upon his return the offer was turned into a sales agreement and he had a check cut. By the end of the same business day the transaction was complete. I have never been involved with a financial/sales transaction that has gone this smooth. I highly recommend Holiday in Fond du Lac.

I bought (my first purchase myself) an expensive BMW. When I drove off of the lot my oil change an a service appointment were due (~$400) as well as the gas tank being empty. I stopped going to Holiday and have been going to the BMW dealership and since buying the car 10 months ago I have had to get about $3000 worth of damages repaired. Also, when I drove off the lot the sunroof was broken. My warranty covered that but nothing else that went wrong on the car. Overall it has been the worst car experience ever. For all the damages I have paid on my car --- $3000 ---- I could have bought a brand new small SUV. I will never go back to Holiday in Fond du Lac.
