Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the original phone call after finding some cars on their website, to the appointment time, to the trade offer on my nice car, to the sales price of the new car, and the financing department at the end, everyone was friendly, open, and honest. . My salesperson, Tee, was outstanding! Great personality, friendly, and knows her stuff. Fair trade offer out of the gate and I’m driving home in a new Expedition! Have not owned a Ford since 2015, but I’ve made the switch and will be back to Hollingsworth when it’s time for another!

First off, my previous experiences at Hollingsworth Mazda weren't all too bad. At least not with their sales department, I even referred my mother to this dealership to travel from our home town to come and purchase her new 2016 Mazda 3 (Thanks to the wonderdul Daniel A.) However this one occasion, I'm highly disappointed. After a long day of exams and assignments being due, I pull up to Hollingsworth as the 3rd car in the service line. Okay, no problem maybe I'll be waiting in the waiting room for a while, but that's to be expected sometimes, right? & I was prepared for that. That wasn't the issue, it's the fact that I pulled up and there was the front desk lady in the driver's side of the car before me and a service technician "trying to figure something out " I assume. What baffles me is they watched me pull up and get out of my car with my bag on as if I was waiting for someone to at least say "Hello or I'll be with you shortly or you can have a seat inside and I'll be with you shortly." I got nothing! I waited for about 5-10 minutes just outside my car looking at them. Regardless of how busy you are, your first priority are your customers especially if I'm waiting on you. Not only that but they saw me leave, at least say hold off. Once again I got nothing! Needless to say I veered off and took that right on Airline Hwy, & came on over to Diamond Mazda. I went in to trade my in for a newer one in my price range. After standing at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me, the manager finally asked if I had been helped. He then stuck me with a woman, who from right off the bat I got a weird vibe from her. She just had an attitude and didn't take me seriously at all. Then, every car I would mention that I liked, she was overly pushy. She would only show me two cars in my price range and then expected me to buy one of those. I kept asking for her to show me other ones in my price range but she didn't want to hear that & kept saying, "well, why would you want that when you already said you like this car?"Also, Once I told her that I wasn't going to buy a car that day (I just wanted to see what I like) and I would be back within the next few days, she completely lost interest with me and basically ran me out the door. She sent me away so quickly that they didn't even give me back my car's registration. I noticed that about an hour later and called and left numerous messages for her to call me back. The woman at the desk said she has been giving the lady the messages and she doesn't know why my calls weren't being returned. I then left a message for the manager to call me and still heard nothing. I got tired of waiting so I went up there the next day and hoped they still had it. They did (I think they got a new one bc mine was torn and the one they gave me was brand new). The whole experience was just so unpleasant and I felt like an inconvenience with the way I was treated. Avoid the Baton Rouge location, and Carol, at all cost.

If you are looking for a warm, friendly, professional customer service rep and want a smooth purchase transistion ask for Matt Zumo. We are very pleased with our buying experience. Matt was with us every step of the way. Matt was very helpful in making sure we stayed informed throughout the process and we never once felt pressured. Instead, we felt comfortable in the cozy lobby where we relaxed and watched TV during our short wait. Yes that's right! The best part of this process was that "we were in and out." We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I bought a Ruby Red Ford F-150 Lariat from Hollingsworth Richards Ford and I am very pleased with the deal. The salesman, Quinn Batiste, was extremely helpful and also very personable and kind. He did not pressure me and, in fact, was very patient. I was also looking at another truck at another dealership and part of the reason that I bought from Hollingsworth Ford was because of the salesman. The truck is everything that I wanted and the finance personnel was also very accommodating. Overall, I can definitely say that this was one of my finer experiences with and auto purchase. I would recommend Hollingsworth Ford to others in the future and if I am in need of another vehicle, I will surely go there first.

As a female it is often difficult to buy a car. I am thought to be ignorant of cars and finance. that was not the case with Hollingsworth. Valerie my sales rep was courteous, attentive, not pushy. Ken the sales manager assisted by even calling regional Mazada rep at home to find out about the ordering of the 2016 mX5. they went above and beyond to assist me in getting exactly what i wanted. I was not forced into buying something i did not want. Amelia the service advisor just validated that buying a car from Hollingsworth would mean i would be taken care of after the sale was over. The entire experience from sales, finance to delivery was easy and dare i say, enjoyable. Thank you Hollingsworth richards Mazada for having knowlegdable and friendly personnel. A true oddity in car sales. I will highly recommend y'all to all family and friends.

This was the first vehicle I purchased over the internet, 2012 F250. I was apprehensive at first being 400 mile away, and could not see or test drive the truck personally. It was actually a great experience. James made it easy, even though I might have bugged him a bit much over every little detail. Between phone calls, texts, and emails The truck was exactly as promised, and better than expected. Since I had to drive 400 miles to pick it up, James was not available when I picked it up. He left me in excellent hands. Shanard called me while I was on the road to make sure everything was going well, he met me almost the minute I walked in the door. Showed me the truck. He even took it back and cleaned up some stuff the detailers missed for me. My experience was excellent. Price was great, and every person was very customer oriented. I will defiantly give these guys a shot next time I am in the market for a vehicle, and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. James and Shanard are top notch.

I would definitely recommend Hollingsworth Richards!! Valerie and Eddie were very friendly and helpful. I would definetly go back. The process was fast and easy. I went in on my lunch break knowing which car I wanted. Valerie took me on a test drive, and I had my quotes and paperwork ready in no time. This is the third vehicle we've purchased thru Hollingsworth Richards Ford. The Internet and Business Development department followes leads and creates customer traffic by not only reaching out to new, perspective clients but continued relationships with the ones who have purchased or even looked at the inventory before. We purchased our F-150 thru Ken DeCook and came back to him after buying a larger travel trailer for an F-250 today. With the experience Ken has with Ford products he could easily tell us towing capacities, pluses or diesel gas, and reasonable averages on future maintenance. He provided options and showed us the F-250 Lariat and the King Ranch. He explained the features of both and allowed us to make the decision. No pressure to buy, just a friendly face standing by to assist with questions and the man who got our deal rolling. Total time investment between test drive to final sales paperwork in hand...30 minutes. Use the Internet to research vehicles and review stock. Call Internet sales to set up an appointment to come in with a representative waiting to show you the things you are interested in, not just what's showcased at the front of the lot. The goal is to satisfy customers and keep the as lifelong clients. Their success is built on relationships. My husband and I have now purchased a car and two trucks thru Hollingsworth and our oldest son just purchased his first car there as well. We will shop at Hollingsworth because of the man behind the name, Mike Hollingsworth. He is an excellent contributing member of the community, a man of high moral integrity that has an eye for business and a heart that leads his employees to higher standards for the customers. If your lucky enough to meet Mike Hollingsworth, you will not forget him. Find the car you want and they'll work hard for you to get it done.

First and foremost, I love my 2015 Escape. I am very happy with my decision to buy another Ford vehicle and even happier that Cardrice Corey didn't give up on me. When I first contacted her via TruCar I was ready to start shopping, then life got in the way. My request to Cardrice to only contact me via e-mail was honored without issue. Emails were consistent, but not pushy. Cardrice kept me informed on vehicles she thought I would be interested in only through e-mail as requested. Even when I didn't respond, she didn't give up on me and would touch base at least once a week. If it had not been for the way Cardrice made me feel like she was dedicated to me personally, I would not have driven all the way to Baton Rouge for my purchase. Cardrice was the single reason Hollingsworth got my business. Secondly was the buying experience. Valerie Jackson was amazing! I like personality and tend to be a little over the top myself. Valerie took my quirkiness in stride and made my experience quite enjoyable. By the time we closed the deal, I felt like we were old friends. I brought my 2008 Edge to the service department at Hollingsworth because it was vibrating. After 3 days, they finally realized the problem. This was 3 days of calling and following up with them, no calls from them. I was quoted an amount for the car and labor and was told I needed to come in and pay for the part. The part needed to be ordered and I was told the part would be in on Tuesday (it was Friday when I paid for the part). I assumed the car would be ready by that next Wednesday, at least, and that I would come in, pay for the labor and leave with the car. Wednesday, no call...Thursday, no call. My father called Thursday afternoon to check on the progress and he was told that the car wasn't there! That I had come in and paid for the part, took the car with me and that I hadn't been seen since! Knowing full well I left my car at the service department to be fixed, I go there demanding to see my car. I talk to the worthless service "advisor" who told me he didn't know where my car was when I had passed right by it as I walked into the service department! As I questioned him, he said he didn't know I didn't take the car with me, he didn't know my part was in, he didn't know...I asked him what DID he know! Which was nothing! Even if he thought that I took the car with me (like he said some people do...why would I take a broken car back with me) he never called to tell me the part had come in. I was inconvenienced for a week and a half because "he didn't know." As a former owner of an Explorer and now a Ford Edge, I am very upset at the lack of communication and efficiency this service advisor showed. I don't know what happened over the years at this dealership but they need some serious staff development!

I made a deal with them, agreeing to pay full asking price. I had a agreed upon deal. After much preparation on my part, arranging payment, etc., they called to say that someone had offered a few hundred more for the used car and felt obligated to let me know in case I wanted to increase my "offer" They used the excuse that another sales person had previously promised the car to another person and my salesman was not aware of it. Question: then why ask if I wanted to increase my offer? An hour later, I saw the price had been increased on line. Bottom line: The value of their integrity and reputation is only worth a few hundred dollars. He said that he would call me back if the deal fell through. I said don't bother. Be careful dealing with these folks.

My family has purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past 2 years and I have never had an issue in their service department before. I recently purchased a Ford mustang from another dealership and wanted to take it to a ford dealer for service. When I got to the service center. The man helping me was immediately giving me a bad vibe. He asked me "why didn't you bring it to where you bought it from?!". From this point it only got worse. Both this man and Lori were extremely rude an unhelpful and seemed to not want to service my vehicle because it was not purchased from them. I will not be returning to Hollingsworth Richard for service or car shopping.

NEVER AGAIN will I step into this dealership again. Too many lies. Still waiting for the gas card "coupon" that floats around on their internet site (changed to two because so much trouble with delivery of vehicle). They damaged the vehicle after multiple tries just to get it detailed (yes, finally fixed after THEY kept vehicle for almost TWO WEEKS!!!). The other vehicle we wanted to see was "sold", but still in inventory four months later!! Told the oil was changed at delivery of vehicle, but when we changed after 3000 miles, it was THICK, BLACK, and looked like tar or molasses. The vehicle still had the original factory filter on it too (10,100 miles at delivery). Don't believe they EVER changed the oil in this vehicle. Had a great experience years ago, but NOT this time. Done with this dealership for good!!

I wish to thank the staff of your dealership, especially Wes Gifford. He ask me what I wanted in a truck, found it and did not try to pressure me into something different. Wes was professional, in his approach to the sale. He listened to me, found the truck I wanted, and insured the payments were with the range that I asked for. As a matter of fact the payments for the F150 I purchased was $31.53 per month less than I was paying for the truck I traded in. Once again - Excellent Job to the Staff & especially Wes Gifford.

I went here b/c a Select STFarm site and referral from agood friend of owner. When I get to H/worth the receptionists handed me paperwork to sign most referenced that I had an estimate and that if I changed facilities I could be liable for a 15% restocking fee. So I stated to her that this paperwork is premature and that once I had an estimate I would be happy to sign her p/work.I was waiting for estimator when I received a phone call which I apologized because I was in fact working and stepped away from the counter and went outside.It was State Farm adjuster letting me know he would be there in the morning to look at my car.I then returned to the counter and shared about S.F.call. and was then told an estimate would not be provided. I shared I will not be here in the morning to meet State Farm and felt it was important to review and share things that would be unnoticed w/out me pointing them out and I was also told by State Farm that since my car was termed undriveable that H/worth would take me in with no appt and write the estimate.She again refused the estimate.I asked to speak with the manager. She replied "to tell you the truth I do not think he is here and he usually leaves at 3 pm" it was after 4pm.I asked who is in charge?May I speak with them?She replied let me see.She came back and said Troy Crochet the asst. mgr. will help you. Troy came out and said that State Farm would write the estimate tomorrow that H/worth would not.I said let me rephrase this. I am the customer and want an estimate today from H/worth. I may make the decision not to continue my claim I need to assess the damage and would like to be present with the estimator. He again refused. I asked is that final and he said yes.I said then I am leaving. I saw some cards on the counter that had Ronnie Viverata name as Mgr and asked for them to call him and was told they could not/did not know how to reach him. Troy then went to the back and I asked to speak with him one more time. He did not come out but sent Blaine the estimator to fill my request. Blaine was very professional. While waiting for the estimate I walked around the corner to Enterprise where I asked if he knew Ronnie V. he said no I have only been here a few days. All State was next door. So I asked the him at if he knew Ronnie and he said yes. Then asked if he knew how to reach Ronnie. He said yes. I just saw him he is still here I will take you to him. We walked to the front where a man that was standing at the counter right across from me and the whole time I was there was walking from the front to the back looking at me. I thought he was a customer waiting and was told that was him. I said are you sure? and the All State representative said yes. So I followed Ronnie out to his truck which was parked out front and stood by his window which he rolled down and then I said really you are the manager the one who is not here and stood there the entire time I needed help and asked for u and u pretended not to be u and not here and had your staff lie to me??? Ronnie said he did not know what was going on. I said everyone in the building knows what is going on and you are going to lie again??and not apologize? I stated what I wanted and recapped my conversations w/ State Farm and Enterprise earlier and he craftily tried to deflect by saying that what I was saying made no sense since the Gerry Lane Enterprise had called me and that State Farm was sending an estimator out because that was not the norm. My Reply was what did that have to do with anything? He then said that they would not give me an estimate. Blaine walked out with my estimate and I told him they have already completed it. Ronnie then instructed me to place the estimate on top of my VIN number and I would know if it was moved if State Farm had come to do my estimate.What does this have to do with why I am talking to this man? No apolgies from anyone. Receptionists said she is just doing what she is told!

I brought in my car for body work and Hollingsworth was the insurance company of choice. There is no attention to detail. It has taken 3 attempts to get the job done right. I would not recommend Hollingsworth to anyone. Not a fan.

I have always been loyal to Hollingsworth and mostly dealt with the internet department with buying vehicles for my business. A young lady that worked in the internet department was quite helpful with a few of my purchases and did not give up when she could not find the truck I wanted and that I currently drive now. I began doing some research a few months ago in preparation for my fleet vehicle order so I went online as usual and put in all of the specs and waited on my call. This is where I got extremely turned off to this business, first off i'm not sure that the current people in the department even speak "english" and were very rude and not helpful at all, when asking for the previous girl I dealt with I was told "she ain't workin here no more" And was given the run around on everything and not the polite and determined girl I looked forward to hearing from. So with that being said and the initial phone call from someone sounding as if they were not taught proper english I will pass on this dealer.
