I really enjoyed my salesman, Ed Weiss. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and workable in getting us the 2021 Toyota Sienna that my wife and I purchased from Holman. I would definitely come back again to Holman when it comes time to purchase another Toyota . I was very pleased with my last Toyota Sienna (2005) which I still own and has over 307,000 miles. All I do is perform normal maintenance and the van works well which was the main reason why I wanted to buy another Toyota Sienna and did not consider anything else during the buying process. Again, I want to give many kudos to our salesman, Ed Weiss who actually made buying a vehicle a very pleasant experience for us. When my sons need a car, I won't hesitate to steer them to Holman. Thank You!

This was an amazing experience from start to end. The sales manager Anthony was extremely helpful. My salesman Dave was wonderful, I am happy that he was my salesman. They both helped me throughout the entire process and made sure I was extremely happy before I walked out the door. They gave me an extremely fair price and made me feel welcome. Kevin Ruiz our salesman was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to all our needs and what we were looking for and really made sure that the car we got was the best deal for us and our family. On top of all that Kevin was amazing with our 6 year old son. Unbeknownst to Kevin, our son is autistic. Kevin entertained all of his questions, he included him in showing features of the car that would be exciting to him, and got him paper and a pen to occupy him during the long paperwork part. His patience and understanding went above and beyond and I was so appreciative of how he handled having an overly energetic 6 year old in his presence.

I tend to buy new trucks every few years so have experience with all different types of dealers. By my recent purchase at Holman was the best. Eduard my salesman was professional, knowledgeable, genuine and caring. He never said no to any of my requests and made sure to make sure I was taken care of ASAP. I don't remember who did my financing but he was also easy to deal with, no pressure on any add-on's and was in and out in a jiff. I would highly recommend visiting them if your looking for a new Toyota and to ask for Eduard!

Stole money, broke a brake caliper bolt this happened during routine service these guys don't pay attention to their work and stole out of our car. Put the seat way back and turned the radio close to max never will we go back, can't get a loner vehicle for the weekend even tho they broke the brakes on a Friday evening seems like the face of Toyota are good people but once it's in the shop those are the ones messing my stuff up

After buying a Toyota here several months ago and receiving excellent service, we just received a ticket for operating an unregistered vehicle. I was furious! We met with JOSEPH TRIVETT at the dealership and he explained everything and it turned out not to be their fault at all, (DMV and my own ignorance on the tag transfer). That could easily have been the end of it, but Joseph offered to see if the dealership could renew the registration through their system so I wouldn't have to wait in line at DMV. That was considerate in itself, but then they offered to pay either the registration fee or the fine on the ticket, whichever was greater, as a courtesy for this happening to us. CLEARLY ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE! Couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend this dealership!

Went to Holman on a Saturday to trade in another vehicle and purchase a new one. Had had an earlier encounter with another car dealership which was totally upsetting and left a terrible impression on my family and I. Met with salesman Don Ferguson who immediately put my family and I at ease. Showed us the car we were interested in and explained all it's features to us at length. Don was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating thoughout our time in the dealership. Everything was handled by Don and the staff at Holman extremely efficiently and we were out of there with our new car in a couple of hours! Great experience all around and would not hesitate to recommend Don and Holman Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. A Great Experience all around!

Do not buy a car from Holman.Mike Matero was your typical bs salesman,great until he took our 23k( 6k in cash) and when his title girl ineptly mailed our paperwork to the wrong address with the wrong last name and the wrong telephone # ,our not so nice neighbor opened the envelope and now knows our SS# and financial information. THANKS HOLMAN.With the temporary tag soon to expire and the delay caused by Holman to get the final tags my son called Mike to get an extension on the temp. tag ( which was not possible and his title girl was on vacation) Mike told him to drive around with an expired registration!!My son said he was not willing to risk the status of his drivers license and newly acquired insurance on a mistake caused by Holman.Mike was asked to provide a loaner car ,which he said was not possible because they had only 2 for the entire dealership, at which point Mike hung up on my son! Good job Mike!Upon requesting to speak to a manager they were willing to do damage control and pay for a rental car until the tags came in. The entire experience has left a very bad taste in our mouth and this was only the initial purchase.Obviously we will not be bringing the Tacoma to Holman for service and we strongly recommend you research other dealerships in the area for better reviews.A monkey can sell a Toyota,it's all about customer service Mike...

We had one family car at body shop and a lot of stuff going on so I really appreciated the extra effort to get a major repair completed in one day. I am also very happy I bought a "Certified Pre-owned" or this would have been very expensive.Frank Fultano was very easy and co-operative, I would recomend him too.

Over the years I have experienced many dealer and independent service facilities. I can honestly say that my experience with Holman - especially with Kylie - is superb. She ALWAYS goes out of her way to ensure that I understand what works needs to be performed and why. She explains options when it is appropriate. Recently, I needed a small clip/pin that holds the rear bumper cover on. She went out of her way to find the part herself, and then installed it right there. I know it is only 25 cent part, but the point is that she went out of her way to get it done right then and there. When I leave my car for service, she ALWAYS calls when she says she will. Again, she explains what needs to be done, and what can wait, and my options for everything. I wish I could have a team of Kylies working for me.Kudos to Kylie, to the service department, and the entire Holman team.

After dreading the process of purchasing a vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff at Holman. We contacted several Toyota dealers to obtain prices for a new Tacoma. Price was not the only factor in determining our final decision - there was also value (the overall vehicle & price) and the experience we had during the initial contact and negotiation process. We never felt pressured and the staff was knowledgeable and honest, provided more information than was requested of them (which proved very helpful), and went the extra mile to ensure that the paperwork for the purchase was in tip top condition. We travelled 90 minutes to do business with them. It was worth the trip. A special thanks to Shawn Ryan, Hugh Van Sciver, and Bud Kocher for their outstanding service, from the beginning to the end of this process!

I had all intentions of buying a new Tacoma, but had no idea what to expect from the sales people due to past experiences elsewhere. Upon arriving at the entrance at Holman, a saleswoman greeted us and asked if we knew who we wanted to see and when stating his name, she led us to the front desk where he was then paged, and before she departed we thanked her and she was very friendly which made us feel very welcome. The people at the desk were also very friendly. When Jesse came out to greet us moments later, we knew we were in good hands already, by his friendliness and professionalism. He was never pushy throughout the entire time, was very informative about our needs and his advice. He also had a very good sense of humor which always helps. There were also no delays so there was no excessive waiting because of his experience in getting us on our way in a very timely fashion. On our way home, we talked about how nice and easy our buying experience was, and it being totally hassle free!! Made us feel like returning to buy another vehicle, and mostly for the ultimately friendly and courteous service we received!

As a truly satisfied customer of Holman Toyota I want let anyone considering purchasing a car from them rest assured when you go to Holman you will be so happy and you will never go anywhere else! I have had a wonderful experience with this dealership and will not consider any other dealership. For 5 years I drove BMWs (all purchased from Mt. Laurel BMW- which is now Holman) and have always been happy. We ultimately decided to trade in my BMW for a Toyota and when we went to Holman. We had such a wonderful experience that we ended up leasing a car for me and buying a car for my husband. The sales person (Greg B) was a pleasure to deal with, answered all of our questions, helped us find the right cars for us and ultimately made sure we were taken care of. He truly looked out for what we needed and did not push any extras that we werent interested in. Buying 2 cars was a pleasurable experience. We both walked out happy and continue to be happy with the cars we are driving. Our experience with service has been just as good. They couldnt be friendlier, easy to make appointments with, knowledgeable and efficient when bringing your car in for service. Most recently - I went in to drop my car off the night before for scheduled maintenance and I was so excited when they told me they could do it right then. Within an hour- I was on my way home with the service completed. It is these types of gestures that really resonate with me - as it is nice to have businesses respect and value your time. We are coming to the last year of my lease and I already have the Highlander in my sights. As mentioned, we wouldnt consider any other Toyota dealership. I should add- based on our experience and rave reviews my Mother-in-Law purchased from Holman last year and is also extremely happy. I consider myself a tough customer and my experience makes it very easy to recommend them.

WASTED MY TIME - STAY AWAY I experienced the misfortune of shopping at Holman Toyota on the night of December 6th, 2012. I called ahead and made an appointment. I do not have a lot of free time to shop as I am a hardworking Registered Nurse and grandmother of two. I made up my mind to buy/lease a vehicle that night. I arrived on time but the salesperson was still dealing with other customers. When I told him that I would like to test drive the vehicle to compare the 6cyl. model vs the 4cyl. model, he told me he would have the lot attendant take me for a test drive. I expected the assistance of a trained sales professional, as I was unfamiliar with this model. It didnt seem to be a busy time of the night as there were a few idle salespeople in the showroom. The lot attendant although a pleasant and polite man, was unable to answer my questions and concerns. It is not fair to hold him accountable. I was ready to make a very big decision and commitment, and I was looking for answers. When the salesman, Phil, did appear, he left me unattended for what seemed in excess of 15 minutes on multiple occasions. He explained he had to check with his manager. After presenting the numbers to me, I inquired why the numbers presented to me were just about double the numbers on the website. I was told We have to start at the top of the mountain and work down. After suffering through this unprofessional treatment for close to an hour and a half I left the dealership. The unprofessional attitude and the total disregard for the value of my time by the salesperson Phil Bruno, the uncaring and apathetic attitude of the sales manager Bud Kocher who gave me the feeling he really didnt care that I was shopping nor did I get the impression that he cared whether I purchased there or not. I found their overall professionalism and courtesy to be very lacking. I experienced NO commitment from them to providing the quality customer service they brag about. After I left, I drove directly to the nearest Toyota Dealership,(Liberty Toyota, Burlington, N.J.) where I had never shopped before. I arrived without an appointment. What a difference. Their level of professionalism was far superior to that which I experienced at Holman Toyota. The Sales professional Angel Arroya, and Sales manager Jean Claude Duplessis deserve special mention as they actually made the sales process anxiety free. They mentioned and repeatedly demonstrated that they appreciated my business. Throughout the entire process there was a great amount of respect shown for my time. Most importantly, their deal was far more advantageous to me than the proposal presented to me at Holman Toyota. Holmans proposal to me required over $4800 to be paid out of my pocket on a 36 month lease to reach my desired payment. I drove my New 2012 Toyota that I leased that night from Liberty Toyota with not $1.00 out of my pocket for the same term, same model, same mileage allotment, with more equipment, for a similar payment. I wrote a letter to the Holman organization informing them of my unfortunate shopping experience and asked if they were really trying to make that much money off of me on a leftover 2012 in December? I wondered if this was their idea of honesty, integrity, and ethics. I did receive a letter back, but I never received an answer to that question. When the General Manager did call me, she said she was sorry I was upset. The call was awkward and the tone did not seem sincere. There wasnt any effort made on her part to address the time I wasted in the dealership, nor did she make any effort to win me back. It was her tone, long periods of silence, and lack of effort on her part during that phone call that prompted me to write this review. The bottom line is they wasted my time, were rude, and attempted to make an unconscionable amount of money off of me on a leftover. Please consider this prior to making Holman Toyota your shopping or purchasing destination.

I originally contacted Blake Canuso in the summer of 2012. I was very interested in purchasing a Tacoma pickup, however, the day after was contacted by family members about buying a Jersey shore vacation home. I advised all the Toyota dealers I had contacted that the plans for the truck had changed and why. Blake and the staff at Holman understood that the plans were on hold and just asked that if plans change back to give them the opportunity to have my business. They did just that, I didn't receive the daily or weekly phone call that I received from other dealerships. Blake's professionalism and courteousness was completely noticed and it was a pleasure doing business with Holman Toyota through the efforts of Blake Canuso.

I took my 2012 Camry SE to get serviced today and was very pleased with my service representitive, Andrew. He was very knowledgable about the services that needed to be performed on my vehicle and thoroughly explained everything to me prior to me handing over my keys. I felt very confident that my car was in good hands. My wait time was only about 30-45 minutes which wasn't bad considering it was a busy Saturday morning. When my car was finished, Andrew showed me all the paperwork explaining everything that was done to my car. He went over every item and reassured me that I was "good to go". I would definitely reccommend requesting Andrew to be your service representative because he is pleasant, thorough, patient and extremely knowledgable about Toyota and it's services offered to their customers. A+ across the board!

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I initially started looking for a new car in April, 2012. Michael Tejera was our sales person. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We test drove a few vehicles. I had done my research and was looking for the right car at the right price and not a car based on how much the payment would be. Michael understood that and worked hard to get us a good price. I had told Michael that we had not decided on exactly what car we wanted and were still going to test drive cars (other makes and models). Michael did not pressure us to make a deal and just wanted to know when it would be OK for him to contact us. Circumstances changed and we decided to push the purchase of a new vehicle till the end of June. Although, disappointing (Toyota was offering a low apr in april) he understood and offered to call back in the middle of June. He called us back in the middle of the June and offered us a great deal on the car (Highlander Limited) that I was interested in. We were supposed to make a purchase the next day and things changed again. We ended up buying a totally different car. Michael called us (voicemail) the next morning to ask when we were coming in. I called him back and left him a voicemail informing him of our decision. He called me back to congratulate us. He also offered to keep us in the loop on upcoming models and good deals. Let me tell you, I had contacted other dealerships too, but none were as professional as Michael. Specially, once I told them that I had made a decision to purchase a different car/ or had purchased a car already, they hung up in half a second. I would definitely recommend Holman Toyota and Michael to all my friends and family.

I have to start by saying that I really dislike the car buying process. I usually avoid salespeople at all costs because I am usually disgusted with their behavior. HOWEVER, that was not the case at Holman Toyota. I had done my research prior to arriving at the dealership, so i knew what kind of car I was looking for. I was able to walk around the lot for about 10 minutes or so, which allowed me to actually look around before someone approached me. I was kindly greeted by John Penzo and was asked how I was doing and if I needed any help. We talked a little bit about what I was looking for, and since I already knew, I told him which cars I wanted to test drive. We went into the building so he could get more information from me and off we went. They have a really nice route they use for test driving that really allows you the time to feel out the car at different speeds, which is a huge plus! When I was done test driving, John and I talked a little more, but I never felt pressure to talk about prices, payments, or what I wanted to spend. In fact, he was respectful of me and didn't even bring it up that day! I was pretty sure that I wanted the car, so I made an appointment to have my husband go back and test drive it with me. Again. John was extremely respectful of my husband and I and never once made either of us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We ended up test driving a different car, in better shape, than the original one I was looking at and decided we wanted to buy. John sat us down and we began the paperwork process and the "buying game", as I like to call it. He was understanding of what we wanted to pay and did his best to get us where we wanted to be, in regards to a monthly payment. I ended up getting an awesome deal on an amazing car! Then we were sent to deal with Joe Trivett to do the financing of the vehicle. He was also extremely helpful and was able to get us an unbelievable financing rate for the car. While describing the various warranty options to us, he was mindful of our budget and also did not make us feel pressured to buy something we didn't want.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of kindness and respect that I received at Holman Toyota - the best car buying experience I have EVER had!! I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle to go to Holman and ask for John Penzo.

Holman Toyota-Scion? ZERO STAR...Stay awayAwful service, dishonest, ignorant, and rude service advisors. Went for an oil change on my 2000 Camry and told the service person to check a louder than normal sound from under car front. I suspected a small hole in exhaust pipe some where there. They told me, the whole exhaust system needs to be replaced from manifold to tail tip, because its all rusted through and falling apart. They wanted to charge me an additional $60 on top of the oil change charge for just telling me what needed to be replaced. I refused to pay that extra charge, since car was on the lift already for oil change. They gave me a quote of over $2000 for just the parts to replace, not the whole job. Went to an outside exhaust specialists, they checked exhaust system for free, told me exhaust system is fine and I can still get at least 5 years out of it. They only replaced a small segment that had a small hole making sound, total charge $120 installed!!!! Yes, just $120 and car runs better than before. What a rip off, never again. Where did all the good people from Cherry Hill Toyota go? They were way better by miles in every aspect, and I stayed with them for service since 1998, for over 12 years never had a problem. These guys are just ignorant, and yet they want to steel your hard earned dollars for un-necessary service or for some not really needed parts they want replaced. Think twice before going there to get any type of service, and if you go and get any recommended service, first go and get a second opinion from another honest place. Dont become a victim of Holman Toyota.

I've bought lots of cars, but this is my first experience with Toyota. All I can say is, WOW! The dealership was packed and very busy when we arrived, and one of the managers(?) stepped in to answer our questions until a salesman was free (which wasn't very long). I could go on and on about Don the salesman's knowledgability about the product and intelligent, capable personality, but I'm sure you already know what a great salesman he is. Everyone in the dealership was top-notch as far as I'm concerned and made the experience more pleasant than any other dealer I've been to. We were able to leave with our Prius -- and we LOVE IT! Bottom line is, if this is the Toyota customer experience, I'll be back again. And again. And again. Thanks, all of you...this turned out to be a wonderful silver lining in the black cloud of our previous car (a Honda hybrid) having been totaled.And for the record...now that we've driven both cars...the Prius beats the Honda Civic hybrid hands-down for comfort, convenience and overall driving experience.

Our experience with Holman Toyota (formerly Cherry Hill Toyota) has been excellent EVERY TIME. Since moving to NJ, we have worked with Don Ferguson, the BEST salesperson, at least three times (every car I have driven while living here). I have looked elsewhere and no other Toyota dealership has been able to beat what Don has been able to do for us on ANY level. He understands his customer's needs and finds a way to meet them. He is consistent, connected, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I no longer go to any other dealership or salesperson, as I see that Don truly works to make the experience the simplest and best it can be. This time I went in knowing in my heart what I wanted but thinking it would not be feasible and in almost no time, he found a way to make it happen! We got our car that day! He even took the time to set up my bluetooth with my contacts from my phone (sometimes the little touches mean a lot) while he was showing me my new car. Our closest friends and their family members also only buy from Don (since before we met them). Ironically, my husband was down the street at Honda at the time, and he left, calling them sleazy and saying he has no need to ever go back there, as their selling techniques made him uncomfortable as compared to those he has seen at Holman.

She knew I was interested in the best price with the lease amount of time expended on my part , because I didn't have a lot of time. She was courteous, always prompt in responses, and was able to locate the car I wanted within a day or two. The sales and delivery process were flawless and she could not have made it easier for me. This dealer, and Lewis specifically, went out of their way to make me feel good as a customer. The price was better than every other dealer in the state. Every other dealer was putting a $1000-$2000 surcharge on the Prius due to high gas prices and low availability. Holman did not! They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Took only 10 days to receive my Prius despite every other dealer telling me it would take over 2 months. They even made sure I had my plates less than a week after I took delivery. Lewis made sure I was happy and he will do the same for you too. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Toyota!

I recently purchased a 2007 Cadillac CTS-V, and the level of service of Holman Toyota was EXCELLENT! They do follow-up calls to make sure everything is ok, and offer a great extended warranty program. Everyone is very well educated in the car buying process and explain everything very clearly, so nothing is left to chance. The financing department is the same way. Phil Bricker was very professional from the time we met at the dealership and throughout the process of leasing our Prius. The dealership did back off it's original SUPER price on the vehicle, but it didn't seem to be Mr. Bricker's doing...he still managed to get us a reasonable price even after Toyota started cutting off the discounts on the hybrids. A few months ago, I came into Holman Toyota shopping for a Toyota Tundra. I wasn't ready to buy, but I wanted to test drive a Tundra to compare with other trucks. When I arrived, Phil was with another customer and still greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I explained to Phil that I wasn't going to buy a vehicle anytime soon. Phil finished helping his customer and immediately explained everything about the Tundra and how it compared to other full size trucks. Phil even went the extra mile and let me test drive the Tundra I was inquiring about. After the test drive, Phil provided me with even more information and answered all of my questions.About a month ago, I made the decision to purchase a Toyota Tundra. When I contacted Phil, he was eager to help me purchase the truck that was right for me. I made the decision to order a truck and have it built to my specifications. Phil went out of his way to help me complete my order. Phil actually contacted the Tundra plant and had them change a truck that was ordered to my specifications. Phil explained that the action would help me obtain my truck earlier that expected. Phil has exceeded any experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Holman Toyota - the staff is fabulous! I thank them all for making my Prius purchase an absolute pleasure. Hugh Van Sciver, the Manager met me at the door and reviewed my pricing options he had discussed prior to my visit. He also reviewed other Prius models (alternate colors and options) at various dealerships since the trim model I was interested in was in short supply and the options were not that important. The second part of my "non-negotiation" was over the trade of my wife's car who is meticulous with every vehicle she has owned. Other dealerships noted the "ready for sale" condition, but Hugh, right out of the gate, hit the number I was looking to get. No insulting low-ball just an accurate fair assessment. I never had to reveal any other dealer prices to have him "beat it", because he already was there. With all the numbers in place Hugh handed me over to the very knowledgeable and capable hands of Ryan Polt, our sales and leasing rep. Even though I had driven the car at another dealership, Ryan took me out for a spin and actually told me a few things about the car I didn't know (I tend to ask questions that leave most salesmen silent or seeking the answers from a manager) or they flat-out "embellish". Not Ryan - answered every question I had and reviewed features in the car I didnt even know existed in the trim level we were interested in. At no point did I ever feel pressure to get something I didn't want nor made to feel like the trim level of choice was any lesser vehicle option than the highest trim level.The final member of the trio, Andrew Schiffer, was another surprise. Buying a car is an exhausting process - the research - the shopping - the negotiation - the deal - then the finance manager. Now there have been times that I actually left the dealership without the car, due to an over-zealous Finance manager who insisted on things I did not want or magically added things to the agreement assuming I was crazy for not getting them. Not Andrew. He was focused as most finance managers are,but he kept the process light, explained everything and it made sense. He gave my wife and I his office (and excused himself to get us refreshments) to discuss protection options privately. We elected an option we thought best fit our budget and lifestyle and that was it.Ryan delivered the perfectly prepared car and reviewed every function with my wife who would be the one driving the car and taking it on it's maiden voyage to our home. He offered to pair the bluetooth feature with her phone, and she declined (wish she hadn't done that). But that's ok, because he offered to do it if we had any difficulties.With regards to giving reviews, I tend to be labeled "a complainer", finding fault with sometimes very small things, but when I make a purchase, especially a large one like a new car, I feel I should get what I pay for - I AM the consumer! So when it comes to giving an "excellent" review, let's just say I rarely have an opportunity to write them. As for this Holman Toyota dealership, I just wanted to tell everyone how great the staff really is and I know they must get these traits from their leadership. Everyone we encountered, even individuals dusting the cars, all looked genuinely happy and proud to work for "the Holmans". The team that assisted me gets a Gold Star (in fact 5 Gold Stars) in creating a relationship, not just "selling a car". Thank you Hugh, Ryan, Andrew and the many other staff members who made this purchase excellent!

Phil Bricker is the kind of salesman you'd like to see in every dealership. He doesn't come off like many sales persons, slimy, and smarmy, he's warm and welcoming. He doesn't pressure you he lays out the numbers, and you make the decision. I lost money on another vehicle, at another dealership, mostly because of Phil. I put money down on a CRV, but the Prius was such a great car, and Phil was such a great salesman, I had to go with Toyota. He was so professional, knowlegdeable, and honest, I was sold!!! He also took a lot of time during the delivery go over all the cars systems!! The Prius is very different from most cars I've owned. The smart key, the nav system, the keyless ignition, the CVT transmission, the technology it amazing! It's not like any car I've ever driven since I got my licence. Phil took the time to go over the whole thing, make sure you understood hot to operate it, even set up my Bluetooth!! I will def recomend Phil, and Holman Toyota to friends, and family!!!

I recently got a new 2010 Toyota Highlander from Holman Toyota and it was by far the best car shopping experience that I have ever had. I usually don't take time to fill out the surveys and post reviews online but in this case I felt that it was important to take the time to recognize the stellar job that was done by Matt Kissane and his collegues over at Holman Toyota. Matt left no corner unturned in assisting me with my new leased vehicle...he helped me with my Ford lease turn in as well as dealing with my insurance company to update our policy. He was so effecient and thought of every detail to ensure a smooth transaction. The entire staff was friendly and patient especially considering I was car shopping with two toddlers in tow! The car itself is a dream and has so many cool options like a bluetooth capability (which Matt set up for me) and third row seat and rear camera. Did I mention 10 cup holders? Matt and his Manager Bud provided haggle free pricing and the car lease was an exceptional value compared to other dealers. I also got a 2 year prepaid maintainence plan which will make things a lot easier for me as a mom wth a hectic schedule. WE opted for additional GAP insurnace and extended auto care coverage as per Joe Trivett in Finance. I would highly recommend this dealership aand I plan to refer any friends that plan to buy or lease a car to go here first and see Matt.

I had visited another Toyota dealership (and other non-Toyota dealerships) and felt very pressured. I was ready to put off leasing a vehicle because the experience was so exasperating. I stopped by Holman after dinner one night (it was slightly out-of-my-way) and met Joe. He was so polite and did not rush me, even though I was there late. I now know that I should have gone to Holman first and saved myself grief and aggravation. Holman had way more vehicles available that qualified for the lease special on the Rav4. The prior dealer that I dealt with had only 2 available. We came to a satisfactory lease payment and I left that night breathing a sigh of relief. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I was having trouble finding a way to get to the dealership. Joe came and picked me up. What a great impression that made! The whole experience with the dealership was so positive. The paperwork signing went smoothly, my first oil change appointment was made (the 2 years of free scheduled maintenance was a bonus!) and the car was was ready to go. Joe explained all the features and even programmed my car's blue-tooth to sync with my cell phone automatically. I was very satisfied in the professional manner in which I was treated by Mr. Bunnens from the time I orinally called Holman until the car was delivered. Thier price was OUTSTANDING and believe me I did my research. I was not forced to take anything I did not want and was only treated without any pressure. No haggling over price and the quote was for all the associated costs, that is, there were no surprises at the end of the deal. The dealer worked hard to find the specific vehicle that I was looking for which was not on his lot. The communication with me during the entire process was good. Greg is awesome! He was quick, courteous, and most of all helpful. I came in not knowing much about the Camry and he led me to an awesome car with more equipment on it than I had hoped for. The negotiation process was easy and quick with Greg. We didn't even have to haggle. I gave him a mark to hit and he did. When it was time for my wife and I to come back and pick up the new car with our 11 month old daughter, he got us in and out with some time to spare for our daughters next nap.Everyone we met at the store was friendly and eager to help. Holman Toyota is wonderful. So I bought a car from Holman last week. Don Wilhelm sold me a 2011 Camry. Well there was an issue with the bluetooth, so I went back the next week and Don spent a lot of time with me going over everything and fixing the problem. He was so nice and patient. I totally recommend Holman Toyota. Oh and ask for Don Wilhelm because he's the best!

My wife and I were in the market for a 2010 Toyota Corolla. We had seen and heard the Toyota advertisement for the special leasing promotion for July 2010. Holman Toyota was the first one we went to. Phil Bricker was the person that began to help us. He took his time and thoroughly explained all of the models and features of the Corolla. He then explained in great detail the leasing program and its costs and came up with a payment plan that we could afford and allowed us to take one for a test drive, even in the nasty weather of the day. We went to several other dealerships in our local area but no one even came close to the attention or pricing that we found at Holman and Phil Bricker. We made the decision that evening, filled out the Credit Application and by 10:30 the next day the deal was done. We picked up the vehicle the following day and found that Phil was the same attentive and caring person that we saw during the initial visit. We never felt pressure to buy or had to negotiate a deal we felt comfortable with, Phil took care of it for us. Phil and Bud Kocher the Sales Manager, went through every piece of paper that needed to be signed and thoroughly explained each and every detail. The other dealerships (who I will not mention their names)wanted to play the good guy/bad guy method of going back and forth between salesman and manager to get a deal. It turned us off completely. After seeing that there was no question that Holman Toyota and Phil Bricker were the correct choice.

He understands my family and the different likes and needs that we have had through the years. We have bought a Camry, a Sienna, a Corolla, and a Scion from him. My wife's lease on her X3 was ending so we were car-shopping. Yesterday, my wife saw the Toyota Venza on the road so we decided to take a look. I called the dealership and spoke with Don. He gave me some attractive lease terms, so we went in to see Don. I knew what I wanted to pay, and Don worked very hard to meet my demands. It was a great experience, and I recommend Don to anyone looking for a Toyota. By the way, we agreed to a deal last night and picked up the car today!

I have been driving Toyotas for 17 years and have never had to do more than perform scheduled maintenance. My original dealer closed and sold to Holman; many of the people stayed on, so it's as if I am continuing my relationship. The entire team at the dealership is friendly and professional. They are also nice people. My salesman, Phil Bricker, spent more time with me he should have had to (!) and was great about it all-- I usually know which car I want, but didn't this time, so he took me on multiple test drives. I have a brand new Corolla S and could not be happier.

Don Ferguson is a true professional in a tough car business. He treated us with respect and never pressured us to buy/lease any vehicle. He presented various pricing to us for Corollas and Camrys. He worked within our budget and came to an agreeable solution to lease the car. I would have liked to pay less on the down payment but the monthly payment fit our budget. We were taking advantage of the Payment Waiver Certificate TFS offered us.Our overall experience with this dealership was top notch. I have shopped around but was given the old pressure deal and I didn't like any of the other dealers. They all promised one thing but when push came to shove,it was a different deal.Holman didn't do that. I had previously taken our Avalon to Holman for service and it was first class. We will continue to do business with the Holman organization and will definitely recommend them to Holman and to Don Ferguson.Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and courteous. Lewis was very cordial. He was standing on the front steps when we met him, as if he was waiting for customers (imagine that!) We knew what we were there to look at a Prius, and he showed us many, talked about all the options, took us for a test drive (during which he continued explaining options and everything- which is good, since it's a pretty gadgety car).The car we had showed up in had a squeaky door he had heard when we got out, so then he offered to take it around to the service department and have it lubed for free while we looked around a bit on our own.When he came back, we thought we had settled on a specific model, color, and trimline, so he had us take that particular one for a test drive as well, during which time he talked about the factory conditions in which the car is made (which is supposedly very employee-friendly) and the service plan options. When we got back, he quickly showed us the service department where service would be performed.We were very impressed with this service and attention, and decided to buy.The only low point was when he, in offhand conversation, made a remark about how it was nice when women used to take care of things like diapers and making lunch. Ugh...But, the overall experience was still very positive.

The sales person, Phil Bricker, was responsive to our inquiries about the cars we were interested in purchasing. He quickly answered our emails and quoted us very fair prices. On Saturday, I bought a brand new Rav4 from Phil Bricker. The last new car I bought was my 1987 Supra, which is still going strong thanks to Holman's Service Department. I was searching for a Certified Rav4 and had done my research. By the time I got to speak to Amy at Holman Toyota, it was clear that we were going to purchase from them. To begin, she is lovely and was incredibly helpful in every aspect of the car buying process. She answered all of our questions, and was attentive with every detail. Secondly, Holman's prices were very reasonable, lower than every competitor we checked, and the selection is tremendous. The dealership itself is immaculate, and every staff person was friendly, not-pushy, and helpful as well. I had two great experiences at Cherry Hill Toyota. The most recent was on December 4, 2009 when I leased an FJ Cruiser for the second time from salesman Phil Bricker. I had met Phil three years ago when I had been looking at the FJ Cruiser. The first time I dealt with Phil he answered all my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain the qualities of the vehicle. His sales approach was not in-your face aggressive like many car salesmen I had dealt with before. I confirmed that Cherry Hill Toyota's price was right and I therefore leased my first FJ with them. My second time working with Phil was just as positive. He even took off my bike racks himself (I couldn't find the right tool at home) and installed them on my new FJ!! I cannot imagine many salesman would go the extra step, especially at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday. Overall my experiene with Phil and the other employees at Cherry Hill Toyota was great. Anne Williams, Sales Manager,I have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years, including 5 Toyota's from Phil Bricker, one at Liberty Toyota and 4 at Cherry Hill Toyota. In negotiations wiith various salespeople one common thread was always there; that is, unless you have it in writing the chances on your salesperson fulfilling any verbal agreement was zero. However, Phil Bricker is not like that. He is an honest salesperson which seems like a contradiction in terms. With my last purchase Phil agreed to get me a wheel cover for my 2005 Camry as my son ran off the road last winter and lost the wheel cover. This was not an easy promise to fulfill as wheel covers are normally purchased in 4 unit increments. But Phil's dogged determination ended up in me not only getting a wheel cover but two. I can tell you that my future car purchases will be through Phil as well as that of my three sons and other personal contacts I know are looking for a new or used Toyota/Scion. In late June (2009) I worked with my Sister-in-law to purchase a 2009 RAV4 V6 4WD and the entire process couldn't have gone better. This was the second time I have dealt with this dealer having bought a RAV4 V6 4WD for my wife just two years ago and that experience was just like this one.Both times the desired vehicle was elsewhere and a vehicle swap with another dealer was necessary - no problem whatsoever. The paperwork process including the attractive offers for the extended support all went very smoothly. This is how car buying should be - low stress for the buyer(s) and no hidden charges or games to be played.My experiences with Cherry Hill Toyota, both from a sales as well as a service desk perspective, have been so positive that I too am seriously considering leaving the Honda camp for a Camry SE V6. What I expect in a car buying transaction is what Cherry Hill delivered - straighforward and very positive.

Recently, I had just gone to California for a school competition and Philip Bricker, along with Cherry Hill Toyota, generously donated money for me to go. Went to Cherry Hill Toyota with good friends of mine back in November to help them buy a 2008 Toyota RAV4. They had done their research and knew what they wanted and what they wanted to pay. I had spoken to Lucy Rodriguez a week earlier and she was very professional. I was a car salesman at another dealer at the time, so she and I had some common ground and I let her know that I wasn't there to "bust her balls." I told her that I would bring my friends in within the next week.Go time came and we got to Cherry Hill Toyota and Lucy was out sick. Fred helped us out instead. He was a loudmouth ##### to say the least and talked to my friends like they were stupid. Once he found out what dealer I worked for, he began to put me down and the dealer I worked for. He worked up some numbers and pulled the old "I can only do this price today." bullshit and then told my friends that they had to take the vehicle that had a few options they didn't want. We finally walked out and my friends ended up buying at Hertrich Toyota in Milford, DE.My only sympathy is for Lucy, who lost a sale because she works with a bald ##### like Fred who more than likely would not even have let her know we stopped by. Whatever Lucy was sick with, I hope she coughed on Fred's telephone and he got it 10 times worse.

Went in search of a toyota Prius, found one here when I ordered one in November 2004. Was able to test drive one at this dealer (the only dealer allowing test drives) & was going to be given all money owed on loan in November $27,500. Wiated 6 months and it came in, now my trade in was only worth $21,600 with a statement that 4WD vehicles dont sell in spring, which effects the sale of my trade in. All books Galves, Edmunds & Kelly's Blue Book at $23,995 for my 2004 Toyota 4Runner. There people turned into assholes & did not want to come up in offer for my vehicle & if I did not buy the new one, someone else would & did. Stay away from here!
