Found a 2015 (new) Chrysler T & C minivan listed at Holzhauer priced WAY lower than anyone in the metro STL area. I was very skeptical at first, but after speaking to salesman Tony and being assured the price was for real and the van was still there, my wife and I made the hour+ drive to Holzhauer. I'm VERY glad we did and want to say THANKS to salesman Tony for convincing us to come in (and for not keeping us waiting when you realized you would be busy helping another customer!). THANKS to salesman Derek Eversgerd for your courtesy and professionalism during the sale (and especially the NO PRESSURE salesmanship!). And THANKS to James Mathenia in Finance for making this a, dare I say it, enjoyable financing experience (that is a rarity based on past vehicle purchases!). Add to this a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for bonus points! So from first-time customers at Holzhauer, you guys are terrific and you will be at the top of our list for future purchases! Other dealers could take lessons from you in customer service!!

My experience with the dealership was outstanding. Sales rep Mike helped me through the process and always picked up my phones. The pricing was absolutely the best around here. Looking forward to buy another car from here.

I called on 5-20 about some warranty work. I was told it would take a week to get to it. i was booked for 5-28 for repairs. When dropped off, I was told it would take 2 days to get parts. I called today, 6-3 and was told that they had'nt got to it yet. I asked why and was told that they were a week behind. I asked why you booked me for this date? They are 2 weeks behind! I had a benefit ride planned that I was a sponsor of! Talked to my local Yamaha dealer and he said he'd loan me a ride . YA! Guess who Ill talk with first at trade in time!!!

I drove 10 hours round trip to purchase my vehicle from them and it was worth every minute. They are genuinely friendly and made it the single best auto buying experience we've ever had. A special thanks to John Prather who knew we had to make quite a long drive and was ready and waiting for us and got us in and out in under 20 minutes. He would even call me back to answers questions on his day off, you just don't see personal service and commitment to customers like that anymore. He even went and personally detailed the car while we were in the finance office. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends and I usually don't do that. My only regret is that we don't live close enough to take advantage of the free oil changes they offer. If your on the fence about buying a car give them a chance and go see what I saw, great people without any of the usual high pressure tactics you get from most dealers to buy or take any of the additional add ons that you might not want. Oh, and ask for John Prather, he'll take good care of you, and no, I don't get a kick back from him (maybe I should) kidding. I'm sure they will be seeing us again for future purchases.

Holtzauers offers free oil changes for life. Funny thing is they conveniently forget to change the oil filter. Yesterday I was headed to Nashville when I pulled over at Casey and thought to myself I should mark the filter just to make sure they change it. I then proceeded to the service department and got my oil changed and when I left I didn't think to check the filter. When I got home I remembered to check it and when I did I got a big surprise the motorcraft filter that had been on it was still on the engine. I called the service manager he acted really surprised and offered to pick my vehicle up and take it to the shop and change the oil filter lol. Like he didn't know his guys haven't been changing the oil filters. Your service guys do not benefit from not changing the filter obviously they have been instructed not to change the filter. SO JUST BE AWARE HOLTZAUERS DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL FILTER

I can not express how much we appreciate our car sales rep Andy. I contacted him via email first. Responded with me within 2 hrs. Set up appointment too see a 2014 Mustang, in the color we wanted. Came in the next day....OH HIS DAY OFF to let us test drive and POSSIBLY purchase the car. Friendly, courteous, respectful and above all else very patient. Just with that service alone I purchased the car. I wanted to buy outright, thinking my credit wasn't the greatest. The finance dept alone saved me thousands of dollars and matched me with the perfect bank. I will never go anywhere else to purchase any vehicle except Holzhauer!! Thank you for a great experince.

Have bought several vehicles from houlzhauers and have always been happy with our purchases. we have always asked for salesperson Craig Bitter. He knows the vehicles and has always worked with us on the purchase.

We were ready to buy a car from them but was turned off by the high pressure sales and when the figures were added up it was more like a game of which shell are the correct figures hiding under. When we decided to leave without purchasing a new car from them, they were very rude.

I contacted the dealer about a particular truck that was priced well on cars.com only to find out it was a teaser price for a timed post Thanksgiving sale. My inquiry was responded to by an automated email and even after contacting the dealer directly NO ONE responded. This dealer is a JOKE!

Drove 2.5 hours one way after they assured me the vehicle was available and the price listed online was correct. Turns out the vehicle was at the owner's home so we rode with the salesperson to take a look at this "new" vehicle. This was an odd experience as the salesperson and owner were complete strangers to me. The vehicle was very dirty and had 4000 miles on it. It should have been listed as a dealer demo online. After that the salesman had the nerve to try to sell me a vehicle that was "exactly the same except for color". Well in fact the other vehicle was a v6 not a v8 ($2500 upgrade). I hate that I wasted my time with these games. Hope you don't make the same mistake.

We had a great buying experience at holzauers. They had the best price around on the truck we were looking for and great customer service. Our salesman Jamey was great. Low pressure - professional and knowledgeable. It was a seamless process from online to the lot. Find the one you like and call Jamey, he'll have it and anything comparable on the lot together by the time you get there.

I purchased a truck for an internet cost in which my hometown dealer couldn't touch in price. I drove 180 miles to get the truck and turned the deal in less than 2 hours time. The easiest buy I've ever made...by far.

BEWARE OF PAPERWORK CHANGES!!! PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SIGNING!!!! They changed our paperwork at the time of sale and conveniently left out the payoff on our old vehicle. We ended up paying $3,600 more than the original agreement. When confronted with the mistake , we were told that it was too bad, we already signed. We have heard from other buyers that have had similar problems. Specifically, a vehicle that had been wrecked, but not disclosed. Paperwork changed after leaving, and the buyer had copies of original paperwork. Just be aware of what you are signing. Take the extra time to do your homework!!

Met with salesman who ignored us most of the time. He was dealing with a man buying a car so guess he was too busy for my friend and I. When he decided to talk with us he was so pushy to get me to sign that night. I managed to get out of there but later decided to get a more expensive car. Multiple Emails and calls to original salesman went unanswered for 2 weeks, even when I told them I was buying new instead of used. I happily spent my $36k at another dealer that seemed geniuinely interested in customers. For being in sales they don't seem too interested in helping people once you escape their initial sales push.

My wife and I (and our 7wk old son) just purchased our first car as a married couple. They were easy to talk to and upfront about everything with the vehicle. I also have FREE oil changes for the life of our vehicle! I'm glad we made the 40mile drive to purchase our Dodge Caravan.

I sent a message requesting pictures of a pickup truck. I got several emails in return but none of them paid any attention to my questions. I don't understand why dealerships ignore customers requests. If they don't have internet skills they should not try to use it.

the machanic that i use is very excellant in his line of work, he can look,hear or one can tell him the problem with the vechicle and right away he can tell what the problem is and give one a price of the problem his name is:Mitch Denison. the service tech Nathan Powell is a great guy also, even though it is a 30-45 minute drive i trust Mitch and Nathan.

we called to have oil and arecall and service call they got us in right away very short wait while they did there work then they explained about the recall card we received in terms we could understand and they never aked like they were in a hurry to get us out r like are questions were stupid are pity they are great thank you very much
