Needed Olive Branch, MS, Homer Skelton to troubleshoot an issue with my Genesis 5 radio. Sirius said it was hardware trouble and I thought "Oh, here we go with Sirius blaming hardware and the dealership saying it is Sirius." But that did not happen. Billy, customer repair coordinator, took my Genesis, the great guys in the garage diagnosed the issue as a faulty head unit. Fancy talk for the radio's receiving unit for Sirius broke. A new radio was ordered, installed and I drove away 4 business days later. It was under warranty so no charge. Who would have known since my car is approx. 2 years old. Hyundai is a super company and Olive Branch Homer Skelton Hyundai is a super dealership!

After haggling with a few other dealerships (and being ignored at another), we drove down to Homer-Skelton. So glad we did! We were met at the door by Kim, who immediately took our Sonata to get appraised for trade-in, while we looked at Santa Fe's. Kim very carefully explained the whole process, but knew we were in a hurry so he got right down to business. The trade in offer was exactly as KBB and Edmunds. The floor manager (John) came back and met us, and we agreed on a price within 15 minutes. I had done about 40 hours of research, and they beat my bottom line price within minutes!! If you want a truly fair deal, no double talk, no tricks, go see these guys. I know I certainly will again. We could not be more pleased with our new vehicle, or the buying experience we had at Homer-Skelton.

After losing my last Hyundai (my second) after an accident, my husband and I had started looking at our existing, competing dealership for my next Hyundai. From the very beginning, Homer Skelton's staff was so much more professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about our needs. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted, and without shoehorning us into a bad deal, they were always forthcoming about how everything was itemized and included for free items the other dealer was using as an excuse to stack excessive fees. In the end we came out with a much lower price and truly the best deal. John Burnside and the rest of the Homer Skelton Hyundai staff diligently worked in conjunction with our knowledgeable salesman, Hunter, to expedite all the details with our insurance and finance company behind the scenes to ensure a painless and swift car buying experience. No wonder they're one of our insurance company's preferred car buying dealerships! If future dealings with Homer Skelton Hyundai are as satisfying as this, they've made loyal customers out of us.

I went to Homer Skelton to look at a Hyundai because it was time to buy a new vehicle. My Jeep was 17 years old and was not as dependable as I would like. I shopped on Trucar and studied the Sonatas. Tony Robinson contacted me and asked if I would like to take one for a test drive. I went over and looked at the vehicles they had available. I wasn't sure this was what I wanted so I looked at some other makes. The next time Tony contacted me he told me they would work with me to get the best price. Hunter Shipman was the salesman Tony had work with me. He also talked to the sales manager before I got there to be sure I got the best deal available. Hunter took me around to look at all the Sonatas available and I picked one out. Hunter then took as much time as I needed to show me how to work all the accessories. There is a lot of new technology since the last time I car shopped. He explained Blulink and the satellite radio as well as the other options available. The keyless entry and the automatic trunk opener were new to me. We did the deal and Alan in finance took me through paperwork. Hunter then had my car cleaned, the tank filled and delivered it to my home. He came back to my house later to explain some things I didn't quite get the first time. Tony and Hunter were easy to work with and seemed anxious to make sure I had the car buying experience I wanted.

I cannot say enough about the folks at Homer Shelton. They do not try and push you in any way, but will do their best to make you as good a deal as possibly. The folks in maintenance work with you every way they can to get you in and out. I drive an extra hour and ten minutes just to have my oil changed. If I have any problem they are on it immediately regardless of how small it might be. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from them so it is obvious how well I like them. I checked out two other models at two other dealerships and they do not compare to these folks. Thanks to Barry, Kim and Robin for helping me make the right choice.

I couldn't appreciate Terry Houston and her help and service any more! She was phenomenal and an excellent representive for Homer Skelton as well as Hyundai Her knowledge, patience and follow up and listening to detail of the 6 things I wanted where 6 other dealerships told me they didn't have that but they had this and yes 2 of those were Hyundai dealerships. Homer Skelton didn't have the car I wanted but they found it immediately and went to get it the next day. I have bought 3 vehicles from Homer Skelton Ford since 2004 and Homer has service to a new level! A car, especially new is a large purchase and I was not willing to budge on my simple list of 6 things and I didn't. I got all 6! White, gray leather, homelink, memory seats, push start & sun roof or panoramic roof and that's what I got in my new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited with Tech package. Had it 13 days and 900 miles and I LOVE IT!!!!

My salesman, Chris Huffman, made the car buying experience one that I will always remember. I was/am a first time car buyer, and so I was not sure what to expect. However, he made me feel welcomed, and answered any question that I had. I have never liked shopping for and buying cars. This was my first experience with an internet sales team. I would strongly recommend it, and already have, to anyone who cringes at the thought of having to go through the experience of looking for a vehicle and transacting the sale. I will say that I did my homework on the internet with many hours of reading and video watching car reviews, so I knew what was out there in my price range and what would fulfill my needs. I also knew which dealers had inventory that I was interested in. Finally, I had much You-Tube training on how to deal with car salespersons. Armed with all of this knowledge I contacted the Homer Skelton Hyundai dealership and had several email and telephone conversations with Amber and Kamillia, both of whom were very helpful and arranged a meeting with Ervin, my designated salesperson. I was nervous and apprehensive when I went down to Olive Branch from my home in Memphis, but once I met Ervin everything went smoothly and effortlessly. It turned out that I didn't need all that defensive coaching because I was never once pressured or manipulated into making a decision. My salesman was more like my assistant with ready information and answers to all my questions. He was very patient with me and took me on numerous test drives and spent many hours with me. He never asked me that dreaded question, " What do I need to do to get your business today?" He never complained when I sent him back to the dealmakers numerous times with my requests to sweeten the deals. So, if I am in the market for another car in the future, I won't become a bundle of nerves again. I will check with the Internet Sales Team at Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS. By the way, I am getting nothing for writing this review. I am sincere in everything I have said and I want to thank the people at Homer Skelton Hyundai for making my buying experience very comfortable and satisfying!

What?!!! Well we knew exactly what color and options we wanted. Chris went to work and found it 300 miles away. A few days later we drove away from Homer Skelton in our new Genesis, mesmerized by the Head Up Display projected on the windshield. Chris went to bat for us with management on every point of contention that we had. He kept us informed during the buying process and has been supportive post-sale. We think that is rather unusual in the world of sales. We feel like we've been dealing with a friend instead of a "salesman". We are Honda buyers since 1977 (ten Hondas). Before choosing the Genesis, we test-drove Honda Accord, Mazda6, Subaru Legacy, and Lexus ES350. We found the seats in the Genesis (both front and rear) to be very comfortable and we preferred the clean, stylish look of the Genesis interior to the other makes. The Lexus had a lot of appeal, but one small feature broke the deal - the Blind Spot Warning is only visual and not audible. Old folks like us need all the help we can get. We also preferred the exterior look of the Genesis to any of the others. After all these years we were ready for a luxury car with all the safety features and "bells and whistles" that the Genesis has for a reasonable price. If it hadn't been for Chris Huffman's willingness to work with us, we would have been off to check out Acura and Mercedes. One more thing, I have read great reviews of the Genesis in several car magazines. We are looking forward to Genesis becoming its own luxury brand very soon. In summary, Chris Huffman went the extra mile (or 300 miles) for us and we would recommend him to anyone!

As a Consumer Reports follower, we did a lot of research on SUVs since we knew that it was time to replace our main family car, a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with close to 200,000 miles. We wanted as close as possible to the same size vehicle and had narrowed down to two manufacturers with the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport as one because of Hyundai's excellent warranty, the overall Consumer Reports ratings, and perhaps most important, the cargo space (behind the front seats) for our special family member, our dog, a beautiful Lab that goes almost everywhere with us. A feature of Consumer Reports' build & buy service led us to Tony Robinson, an Internet Sales Associate with Homer Skelton's Olive Branch, MS Hyundai. Tony responded almost immediately when he was notified of our interest through the build & buy service. A few days later after several phone calls and tremendous help from Tony, my wife and I traveled the 16 miles to the dealership "just to look" at the cars in stock. Terry Houston was our Sales Consultant and took over for Tony in showing us the inventory of Santa Fe's and answering all our questions on standard and added features. She was wonderful in making us feel at home and comfortable with absolutely no pressure to buy anything until we were ready. To make a long story shorter, with no car buying experience over the last 14 years, we were dreading the worse and wound up receiving the best experience we possibly could have received. We got a great deal for our old Trailblazer and drove home in a beautiful new 2017 Santa Fe Sports with all the new features, plus quite few extras we had not expected. In our opinion, we can't even imagine a better dealership and team of associates than Homer Skelton's Olive Branch Hyundai. The whole team and especially Tony and Terry made the buying process a great experience for us.

Although Natasha from the Internet sales did not. The car was for my son and he was the one in contact with them. First off my impression that i received from this dealer when i first walked in the door was second to none. My family had a wonderful buying experience at Homer Skelton Hyundai. Yolanda Parkerson was my first real person exposure to the dealership. I sent in a request for additional information on a couple of Hyundai Sonata's I found on the website late on a Thursday night. Yolanda emailed me on Friday morning, and followed that up with a phone call. In her email, she sent me exactly what I asked about. Most other places that I had emailed were "qualifying" me by asking leading questions, etc. Yolanda was up front with me from the beginning, and I knew I had to go check the place out. When I arrived at the dealership, Yolanda introduced me to Brandon Smith, who patiently listened to what we were looking for, found the specific car I had found on the internet the night before, and we took it for a test drive. His personality allowed me the comfort of asking a great many questions freely, with him providing informative answers in the most diligent way. Our experience at Homer Skelton Hyundai was top notch! Certainly the best I have ever had buying a car. My family and I will be moving away from the area soon. I do intend, however to give Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS the first call when I have my next car buying decision.

I went in to buy a car not knowing I was coming out with a 2015 Hyundai elantra. I was so excited and happy.Kent was a excellent salesman and was not going to let me leave without that car.I liked the car when I first saw it and told him I don't need no luxury just a nice car and he laugh, and said OK. Our experience at Homer-Skelton was productive and painless. We received effective and friendly service from Kay Minton and the branch manager. Most importantly, we were never pushed towards cars and features that were above our expressed price range. We came in with a USAA Car Buying Service quote for just over $17,000 on a new base model Elantra GT and were disappointed to find that no such vehicle was on site. However, Kay and the branch manager did everything within their power to locate and receive a comparably priced vehicle from a branch 500 miles away. Best yet, they were able to get the price down to $16,000! We were nervous about car buying (first new car for both of us) and concerned that the process might send us on an unwanted journey. Homer Skelton was our first and last destination. Thanks!

Having seen the commercials for the Elantra and really liked the way the looked I decided to take a closer look at them and went to Homer Skelton Hyundai after checking out their inventory thru their website. The website claimed they had a new 2014 with only 4 miles and with all the features I was looking for such as GPS Navigation and Bluetooh etc at a really good price so naturally I figured it would be gone but to my surprise it was there. Once there I asked for the person who did the website research for the car I was interested in and he came down and deferred me to a sales person who could take me to the car and to assist in the test drive and ultimate sale. In short they treated me great and I never once felt pressured into buying as the car sold itself but it didn't hurt taht the sales professional was attentive, knowledegable and very friendly. It should be noted that the "after the sale experience" was just as satisfying right down to receiving a hand delivered box of chocolates just to say thank you!In summary I would recommend Homer Skelton Hyundai to anybody interested in a new car and if I ever need another new car this will be the only place I will look as they go the extra mile.

I bought my 2011 Elantra from Homer Skelton Olive Branch and have thoroughly enjoyed it, but was considering looking for something bigger. Tony Robinson was great to check on me periodically to see if I was still interested in another car. I was pretty sure that I wanted another Hyundai and finally decided to stop by and look at cars. I was greeted by Tony Robinson and Ervin Ellis both of whom I had worked with on car purchases before and had received great service. Tony passed me off to Ervin and despite the rainy, windy day, I test drove several Sonatas and pretty quickly decided on a 2014 model. The actual purchase and finance process went quickly also while my car was being readied for me. I was happy to be able to drive it home that evening. It is a nice looking, comfortable and smooth riding car and I am very pleased with my choice. Thanks to all for the pleasant buying experience.

I had been searching for a car for a while, and included several makes. As I had a Hyundai in the past (I lived in another state), I considered Hyundai again among others. I had walked from a dealership a few days prior because of bad customer service and high price. I went to Homer Skelton and I was positively surprised. Ervin was an excellent sales person and I would definitely recommend him to friends. The service was professional, he stated the facts and they were fair negotiators. I just moved into a new job requiring a more fuel efficient car and narrowed down my choice to either a Ford Fusion or a Hyundai Sonata. I went through my company's auto perks program and was invited to visit the dealership by Natasha Lyons and Kamilla Sargent. I decided to visit Homer Skelton first and I am so glad I did. Natasha introduced me to Ervin Ellis who listened to the needs I had - good gas mileage, BlueTooth, enough space for occasional family trip and my preferred color. We initally looked at an Elantra which offered even more features than I was expecting. We went through the financing part and based on their network of banks/lenders, I was able to get a better rate than expected courtesy of Steve Baker. With that in mind, Ervin and I went back out to the lot and found a car that was just delivered to the dealership, my black Sonata. I took it for a ride while he looked into the paperwork. I came back and let him know that I had found my car. From there, it was just a matter of minutes until we are able to get all the paperwork ready to be signed. I sat down with Robin Edwards who explained every piece of paperwork and got me ready to do with a note that was more than in my monthly price range. After that, Ervin had my car washed, fueled up and ready to roll. I had a great experience with the team there and would recommend both Homer Skelton Hyundai and a Hyundai Sonata!

My wife and I were most pleased with Yolanda and then with Rick. Also with Dave Richardson. And the new 2015 Sonata Limited is fabulous. This is our third Sonata in a row and we are sold on them. From the beginning of my purchasing process with the internet sales department, Lacey Gray made me feel comfortable and interested in making an appointment to come down and take a look at several vehicles that i was interested in. we made a rather long list and then i made the trip over to see Rick Putman. From there, the guy took every bit of time necessary to narrow down my search and drove me all over to help cross the vehicles that weren't in my budget or not what i needed off of my list. i ended up having to leave and come back the next morning but he was willing to stay as late as necessary to help me. Upon return the next morning we had narrowed my search down to a couple of vehicles. THEN, he put his "2 cents" in about everything he had heard me say over my 2 visits. Most sales people listen but never actually "hear" what you are saying. He repeated back to me the things i had stated like, i have 5 kids that i haul around plus ball equipment AND we travel ALOT. I had chosen a Vera Cruz and a Santa Fe and was really leaning towards a Vera Cruz. He then said based on what i had told him he felt like i needed more room and asked me if i would be interested in a mini van. Of course, I said I would NEVER drive a mini van again and was not interested. He was a persistant thing. He pointed all all of the reasons why the car i was looking at may be too small. He pointed out the gas mileage and all of the room that the van would have. He went and got the key. He drove me around and then I drove. All i had to do was drive and look back to the back of the van at all of the room my growing boys would have. That is all it took. This was the vehicle for me. Even though i said i would never drive a mini van again, it was about what was practical for me ..not what i really wanted. I appreciate Rick going the extra mile with me and taking the time to hear me..every single little detail. It really means alot. I had a very pleasant experience with your whole team and I will definitely come back again for my next vehicle purchase. Below is the email that i sent to Rick after my purchase. I was searching the web for car deals and came across Homer Skeleton Hyundai, i email the online coordinator who was Yolanda Parkerson, she responded to what kind of car I was looking for. I completed my online application and the process started from there, now this was a Friday morning I went to the car lot on Saturday around 2:00pm and I left with my previous own 2013 model SUV on the same day around 5:30pm - 6:00. This is my second purchase from Homer Skelton in Olive Branch. I purchased a Sonata in 2011 and had an accident and it was totaled. I called Tony Robinson because I had such an amazing experience the first time around. He was unable to be there the day I could come due to a family emergency, but he got me connected with another salesman, Kevin McKinney. Tony called me the day I was scheduled to come to confirm that I was still coming and I appreciate his taking time out during his trying time. Kevin called me to introduce himself and find out what I was looking for so that he could have some idea of what to show me. My buying experience was quick and easy. Kevin was there waiting (even though I was an hour late) with some cars already picked out with my choice of features. I picked a car and did the financing in a little over an hour. Awesome experience, wonderful customer service, incredible salesmen, and will definitely purchase from them again (hopefully not within the next 5-10 years).

KUDOS to Homer Skelton Hyundai. In particularly Tony Robinson and Terry Houston. This process was stress free for me, I submitted a request online one night and the very next morning 8:00am I recieved a call from Camilla to let me know that Tony would be giving me a call once he gets all of the information that I requested. She was very pleasant and friendly. She made sure I knew that Homer Shelton and Tony would take good care of me and my needs. From the very first called that Tony made to me, he was sure that I would be pleased with his service and the process. I am proud to say that I have been more than happy with the outstanding service that he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of what was going on during the process. A few times the power went out but he assured me that he was working on a deal. He kept me in the light of everything. My motor went out in my car and I had been renting a car since 11/2013 I have spent $3000 in rental and then catching cabs and walking to and from work. I have never had to experience anything like this in my life before, so a car was a major need for me. When I walked into the dealership, Tony was off that day but, had already put me into good hands, he made sure I was going to leave with a car before I came out. Terry Houston took great care of me that Saturday morning, she was such a nice and friendly lady. Everyone in my encounter made sure they reassured me that I was leaving with a car that day and I did!!! Tony even called on his day off to make sure I was okay and that the staff had taken good care of me. I went to Homer Skelton because I had bought a new car from them exactly one year prior. My previous salesman was no longer there so my new salesman was Finus Parkerson who was introduced to me by the Internet Manager Kamillia Sargent. Ms. Sargent followed my dealings to make sure I was having no issues and Mr. Parkerson took care of everything in a timely manner. I was able to work an exceptionally good deal on my new 2013 car (obviously I would think it was a good deal or I wouldn't have agreed to it). Being a typical female, I probably was not an "easy" customer because I want to drive everything - and I always have a hard time making decisions. But Mr. Parkerson was very helpful and eager to make a deal work for me. He even put my new tag on my car after I had bought the tag 4 or 5 days later (that is going above and beyond). Entire process took less than an hour. Salesman wasn't pushy at all. We agreed on a price right away with no tricks or games on the dealer's end. It helps that I came for a specific can and knew exactly what I was getting. So there was no "selling" of anything. However I'm sure that process would have been just as pleasant. The employees I had dealings with were vert friendly and nothing short of professional. I wish more car dealerships were this way.

I am overall very pleased with my experience. I communicated with Yolanda via email and she was responsive to my questions and was able to help me find what I wanted before I even went to the dealership. However, after arriving to the dealership to finalize my purchase, I found out that Yolanda had not informed me of a couple of very important pieces of information that I was supposed to bring with me. As I had driven over 2 hours to make the purchase, I could not go back home to get what I needed, and I wish I would have been informed about this beforehand as it complicated the purchase significantly. Despite this, however, the other members of the team I worked with were very helpful and willing to work with me. Brandon in particular was of great assistance, and I was impressed with the whole team's professionalism and friendliness. Even after the purchase was over, I received follow up contact to see how things were going, and they addressed my questions and concerns so quickly that I was genuinely surprised. I would definitely recommend them to someone else looking to purchase a car.

My experience with the internet sales department, sales and finance at Homer Skelton Hyundai was very pleasant. Yolanda called set up an appointment for me to come and test drive the Elantra I was interested in possibly purchasing. I was greeted by Truitt Allen who quickly showed me the Elantra and explained all the features and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Once I decided I wanted the Elantra, I was surprised how quickly the proposal was presented and how affordable the car is and the payments fit into my budget. I was impressed how quickly the paperwork for the deal was processed by Alan Lipsey. This is the 11th vehicle I have purchased and I have never been able to get in and out of the dealership in approximately an hour. The staff was friendly and courteous and I would recommend Homer Skelton Hyundai to anyone.

Tony Robinson called and asked us to drop by the dealership to see what they had on hand. I told him that I needed to come in for service on the Hyundai Tuscon that I bought there 2 years earlier and would look while I was there. While having routine maintenance on my car [oil change / tire rotation] my husband who went along for the ride said that he was going to walk around the lot and look for a Jeep. A Toyota cruiser caught his eye. He took it for a test drive and about an hour later he drove off the lot with the vehicle. Our salesman, Rick Fink, did an excellent job of getting the price that we wanted and expediting the process. Great service at Homer Skelton Hyundai!

I owned an '06 Hyundai Sonata (my favorite car ever) for five years before giving it to my daughter who is in college. Unfortunately, I was persuaded to buy a Dodge when I gave her my Sonata. Kept it for 18 months and still never got used to it. The service at the Dodge place was not friendly like I had known at Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS. Sotwo weeks ago I happily traded the Dodge and bought another Sonata (2013 new) that fits me perfectly! Tony Robinson and Rick Fink were the most friendly, helpful, patient dealers to work with. I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, so we communicated by email. The deal was made in one afternoon and I was there maybe 30 minutes to sign the papers and go over instructions on my new car. I've received three calls to be sure I am happy with my Sonata, and I look forward to regular maintenance in their service department. Hyundai warranties are the best on the market. I am more than satisfied with my car and Homer Skelton Hyundai. My oldest daughter will be buying from them in the near future as will my youngest daughter when she finishes college. Thank you Homer Skelton and Tony and Rick!

We recently bought a Hyundai Tuscon which I absolutely LOVE! We bought our car from Rick Putman who was very friendly and not pushy at all. Everyone one we encountered was very nice and professional. We enjoyed working with David Richardson. He stayed late to show me how some of the key features of my car worked. He was also great AFTER we bought the vehicle on a few small things we needed assistance with getting resolved. I would definitely reccomend this dealership. Mr. Harville has a great team! The only negative I have is that I didn't get a Hyundai shirt to match my hat! :)

We brought our 2010 elantra touring in for a warranty service and just wanted to take a look at the new elantra gt. We drove it and that was all it took.Robin Edwards was moving into her new job in finance but she still took the time to show us the car and to sell it to us.Can't say enough about how great we were treated.Also David was great and very patient with us and Robin as she took on both roles that day.

This was my second car purchase from a dealership and definitely the best! Robin Edwards was the sweetest and most patient sales person ever. She was friendly and so not pushy. I had to take the car back to have the opti coat put on and they had one minor detail to fix for me and they were superb the whole time. Steve Baker was very informative and helpful. When the car was done, it was pouring down outside so he kept the car inside the shop so that my kids and I could hop in without getting wet. Everyone we encountered there was friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase there. I am new to Hyundai, but so far we are loving the Santa Fe. It has every amenity under the sun and you can't beat the price!

While traveling though town in our Honda Accord, my wife and I stopped in Olive Branch for gas. The latch on our gas tank would not open. It was almost 6 PM on a Saturday night as we frantically drove through town looking for a dealership that was open. We pulled into Homer Skelton Hyundai and were quickly greeted by Robin Edwards and her co-worker Ervin. They both listened to our problem then quickly went to work. Robin found the cable to the latch in our trunk and was able to disconnect it, opening the latch. We were overjoyed. We asked how much we owed, but they just told us they were happy to help. We were able to fill up in town and get on our way.

I love Hyundai and had previously bought a used Santa Fe at Homer Skelton Hyundai, so I naturally went back to shop for another used vehicle. Louis was great! He showed me vehicles in my price range and was honest about each one's pros and cons. He was very patient with me as I took my time on making a decision. I researched cars on the Internet, and found a few I liked. I contacted Homer Skelton about a Nissan Cube SL. The response time was fast. Mr. Robinson contacted me by email and followed up phone calls. He was never pushy and always polite to answer my questions. I finally made up my mind to purchase from this dealer. Called when I got off work and drove to the dealership an hour away. Once there was greeted by Mr. Robinson who handed me over to Robin Edwards. She was very patient with my family as we test drove and worked out a price. I got a fair price below 4 different used car price guides. Mr. Richardson did our financing and found us much better intrest rate than we were expecting. While my wife and I were doing paperwork the staff namely "papaw" played with my kids and were great with them. Even after the purchase the staff has contacted me to see how we liked the car, and how our experience was. Overall best car buying experience I've ever had. A very different car dealership than most are accustomed to in a good way Would highly recommend Homer Skelton Hyundia to anyone!

my husband and I went to the dealership with my previous hyundai santa fe just to find out where I could get mine re-painted. LesLee Cox came over to us, and told us who they use for painting, but then we started to look at the new cars. he showed me a 2012 santa fe, black forest green that I fell in love with! of course, I got inside and he started telling me all about this new one, features, etc.. he gave us a good, soft-sell without pushing too hard. we decided to buy it, and while I was in the dealership going over with LesLee the particulars, my husband decided to look at a 2013 2 door elantra, so he had LesLee tell him about this car. again, a good, soft sell from him. no pushing. so, we bought 2 hyundai's that day. I will never buy any car brand but a hyundai. a great car,(SUV), a great price and never a lick of trouble from it!

Arrived at this dealership after a disappointing experience at Barnes Crossing Hyundai. It was an experience totally opposite of the one at Barnes Crossing: information on options were clearly stated online, Natasha Lyons promptly and clearly answered my questions via email so we basically had a deal nailed down before we walked in. We were greeted by a sales man who stated Natasha was at lunch but that he would take care of us until she returned. When she did return in a short time we were already well into a drive of the vehicle. She came out to greet us but let us finish up with Louis Campbell. From there everything went smoothly and we drove off in our new car in a record time. The dealership honored exactly what Natasha had said through email at every step. The sales manager put together the numbers we expected. The finance guy explained everything clearly, but did not high pressure on extras like extended service contracts. The salesman did a comprehensive explanation of all the stuff on the car and off we went!

1st - Post Sales customer services is horrible. Once you have bought the car you are an after-thought.2nd - They are cutting so many corners to curb cost that it makes the overall experience shocking (like you can't almost even believe that they are doing that). First off, what they will do for you will depend what you buy and how much you spend - this almost directly stated from a finance manager there when i complained. You drive out with only $10 bucks of gas in the car. Yup, that is all they put in it. I am not sure how they are staying in business with operating procedures that they follow. I have purchased other cars, even in the last year and have never had an experience measure up to this. I would not buy a car from this dealer ever again nor would i recommend them to anyone.

After being a hard cored Toyota owner for many years, I decided to check out the Hyundai Sonata. I was met on the lot by Ricky and John and were very nice in letting my husband and I look and not breathe down our backs as we looked over their inventory. About every 15 minutes or so one of them would come and ask if there was anything that they could show us and I had finally eyed a used Sonata. Having never driven one they asked if I would like to take one out for a test drive and I was amazed at the room inside and the trunk space. The ride was very comfortable and they told me about another used car that would be on the lot the next day. I went home and looked on the internet and saw the one they were talking about and really got my interest. I emailed an inquiry and was called the next morning by Jeanine who informed me that the car was on the lot and available for me to look at. I went and took it for a test drive and I was sold. It was a used 2011 Sonata Limited. The whole process from trading my car, to financing was a delightful experience. I would recommend Homer Skelton Hyundai to anyone wanting a good experience in car buying.

I communicated with Ms Natasha Lyons first by email then in person. She was very polite and courteous everytime we talked. I explained to her what I was looking for and how much I could spend. She continued to work with me over a four month span to find me the vehicle that I wanted and could afford. I had already researched the Hyundai that I wanted. I drove up and Ervin Ellis met me with a smile. He made me feel relaxed with no pressure at all.We drove the one I picked out but it wasn't the right color. He called around and got on the computer to see if he could get one. I left knowing I was in good hands and he was looking for a silver Sonata. Everyone was so nice and caring. A week later I got a call to come and see a silver Sonata. I drove over after school and it was not silver enough. Ervin, got one in the next week and that was the one. The paper work was a breeze. Everyone was so caring and helpful. He allowed me to drive it home that day to see how it was going to look in my garage. I said ok and the next day we traded. I traded a Yukon gas drinker for a beautiful silver Sonata. They are like family and treat you that way. When I left there I felt like I knew everyone. Natasha, was also helping Ervin and she was super great. She calls and checks on me to see how my car is doing. The service department is so nice when I drive up. They are always willing to listen to my needs. I bring my cans of food when I get my oil changed. Ronnie in service checks for any recalls on my car while I am there.They work together like team players. I have been over twice for a oil change. I get top of the line service. I am a proud owner of a beautiful Silver Sonata that gets great gas mileage.

I do not enjoy buying new cars, but since I drive 2,500 + miles a month it is something I must deal with. I contacted Jeanine Burnside from Internet sales; explained what I needed & when I would be ready to buy. The process was hassle free, there was no pressure & I was in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra with minimal effort thanks to Jeanine & salesman Sammy Randall. Thanks guys !

I was treated very well by my salesperson, Louis Campbell. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a laid back, no pressure, knowledgeable, salesperson. He was very respectful and is the perfect person to deal with when it is time to buy a vehicle. The general manager also came by and made sure my wife and daughter were comfortable and offered his assistance if needed. Buying a car, in my opinion, is not alot of fun but I was treated very well while doing business with Homer Skelton Hyundai.

Like so many others, I dread the idea of having to buy a new car. The hassle of what's the best price, and what's my trade worth. But those days are over. If you are looking to buy and new or used car, go see John Honore at Homer Skelton Hyundai in Olive Branch, MS. I have purchased at least 10 cars in my lifetime, and the last 2 came from John. He made it easy and for once in my life I was relaxed while shopping for a car. The finance manager did an excellent job and I will definitely return.

Truitt Allen and Jeanine Burnside made this the best car buying experience we've ever had. We drove almost 500 miles to purchase our new car because they worked so hard to get exactly what we wanted. My husband said that he's almost 60 years old and that he had never had an easier or more pleasant time buying a car. We will definitely go back the next time we need a car.
