To whom it may concern, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shannon McDonald when I first came into Honda for a fuel pump re-call. Shannon was extremely quick, helpful and very respectful of my time. She than passed me off to Miguel Jimenez like Magic to Worthy in the finals where Miguel ended the game and closed the deal on my Brand New horse. Whatever you guys do to keep these people around, keep doing. Much love.

Gareth Lewis advised my family and I. He was extremely helpful, he was very thoughtful and thorough. I was able to truly understand what deals I was being offered and which option was the best fit for me. I definitely recommend asking for him.

It's hard not to resort to name-calling when you were treated as poorly as I was. I can't believe that this dealership functions at such a low level. There is zero care or consideration for potential customers. I was told that they really wanted to win my business. Upon arriving at the dealership for a schedule appointment I was asked to wait a unsaid of time for a sales manager that was actively helping another client. This is upsetting considering that there were three managers sitting behind the front desk giggling and doing nothing. Do not come to this dealership if you were expecting any sort of serious consideration for your needs. You will most likely be profiled as well. I only say this because a couple walked in off the street wearing a Chanel purse and a sales manager jumped right up to help them. If you do decide to go to this dealership make sure that you do not speak to Anita. Every bit of information I convey to her on the phone was not communicated to anybody in the dealership. This was a complete waste of my time. I highly suggest going to Honda in Miami Lakes where they have enough sales managers to appropriately care for customers.

Luis Requejo was my salesman, he is amazing, friendly and very professional. My experience buying the car in this place is 100% satisfied. 5 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. Thank you Luis you are the best!
