I just purchased a car from Abigail Servin and the experience was fantastic. She was very responsive to all my questions and provided additional services to help facilitate the transaction. The sales process was very smooth and she was clearly prepared and organized. The Finance Manager, Dominic Hernandez, was also fantastic. He made the entire paperwork process smooth and quick and provided a number of great options for warranties. This place use to be great. Not so much anymore. I waited for 2.5 hours today for an oil change. Yes, you read that correctly. I was told 90 minutes to be in and out, yeah right. The woman waiting next to me made an appointment and still waited over 2 hours to have a piece of trim ordered for her car. There doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency. I certainly won’t be returning. I will visit Huggins Honda instead

Ralph did awesome!! I told him upfront what I wanted to finance, not pay monthly, with what I had for down payment and he got it done. Ralph even got me into a higher trim than what I came in asking for. Update: I’ve been having my car serviced for maintenance at the dealership and have been very impress with the service. Each time, Manny has been my advisor and always take great care for me. When pricing is an issue, Manny will look for coupons to bring the cost down as much as possible. Manny excels in customer service.

Amazing experience with Rafael in new cars, as well as the sales management and finance staff. The process was a breeze! One of the quickest new car transactions I've done, and a fair, stress-free process. Fort Worth Honda has that feel of a family owned "down to Earth" store that many car dealers these days are lacking. Very warm experience, and knows their product/clientele. Love my 2021 Civic.. thanks y'all!

They had the exact 2022 vehicle that I was looking for, but they had $3000 in "market adjustments" added to the price. I made it clear to them that I would not be paying any "market adjusted" price to any dealership. The MSRP is set by the manufacturer and it allows the dealership to make a fair profit, but that isn't enough for some dealerships, and that makes them look very greedy. My husband, who is also in the car business, got that extra $3000 taken off, and I'm now driving the exact vehicle that I wanted.

I came in last Friday, by mistake I might add, because the online add I was answering was from Hiley dealership. Long story short, my gps directed me to Honda of Ft Worth, which was meant to be, as you will see.The manager met me and I told him what I was seeking. He introduced me to a young lady named Hali, and said she was new and would I mind having her help me. Now, Hali is very young and just a little small girl, but what a dynamic personality! And, much to my surprise, she was very knowledgeable of the cars. I asked her how she knew as much as she did and come to find out, she had worked in parts there for something like two years.So, I put her through her paces and we tested six different cars because I had very specific items that were a must. She very patiently obliged all my requests and worked extra hard to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. And, it payed off because I bought a CRV that day and it was exactly what I wanted. Then, I worked with her and the manager on the price and was very pleased with that as well. Next, I moved on to the finance dept to work with Mr Thompson. He also was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely speedy. Honestly, he had me out of there in about 10 minutes.Now, back to Hali. Her customer service skills didn't stop with the sale. She contacted me twice after that thanking me and wanting to make sure there was nothing missing from my experience. I noticed that my new car was missing the retractable cover for the back at the storage area. She answered back in no time and let me know she had one there for me, and to top it off, that happens to be an accessory that that car didn't come with, but she threw it in...complimentary!!OK, I'm almost done, but there is one other thing I have to mention. The CRV I came there in wasn't a trade. I had it sold to a friend of mine. I asked if there was a car wash a nearby that I could take it to to clean it prior to him picking it up today. They said, no problem, just leave it here, take your new car home and we'll have it washed, vacuumed and ready to go when you come back! What? You just don't get this kind of service anymore! So, needless to say, I'm extremely impressed with the overall experience with this dealership and its staff! So, I took my friend that I sold my car to, to pick it up. Hali had called me earlier to see what time I was coming. she had to run an errand for her boss and told me she would have her co-worker have everything ready for me when I came. Once again, true to her word and as exemplary in her salesgirlship, she had everything ready to go, no waiting,no hassle, just simple....Now, one more thing. When I got there, Hali was gone and I asked two of her coworkers outside if they would help me with two things. One, the voice command for the phone and where to go to write this review. So, just so you know, Keith and Jasmine, obviously had the same training as, Hali. In less than two minutes, I had my information, instructions and GONE! Extremely helpful and with a smile on their face.I know this is a lengthy review, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due, because let's face it and I know I'm not the only one, but customer service is a dying art. So, big props to all of you at Honda of Ft Worth! Job well done!

Bought a used Chevy equinox in great condition at a great price. I originally tried to buy the car in early September but due to illness couldn't until mid October. I didn't know but the price had gone down several thousand dollars over the last few weeks. Ft Worth Honda and our reps JR and Hailey offered the reduced price at closing without me even having to ask!Real honesty and integrity! The illness limited our travel so Hailey brought the car to us for initial evaluation. Great folks, great dealership!

Poor salesmanship. Dont take their word for granted. We went to buy a used Honda civic. Car looks good. We negotiated on the price.After all the back and forth on negotiation, we agreed on a price with my own financing or theirs.Then sales man wanted to see if they can bet the interest rate I am getting from my bank.They pulled my credit report and came up with higher interest rate than what my bank is offering.As I refused to take their financing, they refused to sell the car on the agreed price and increase the price to original listing price. I dont feel bad that we did not buy the car,but I feel very BAD and BETRAYED as salesman agreed on a price and completely FAILED for the agreement. On top of it, they pulled my credit score/report and made it bad with no good reason.Only go here if you are ok with financing from them for higher interest rates otherwise its no point.

Diana Was very inconsiderate I drove several miles to come out to see a vehicle and then was told that the vehicle was not available for viewing absolutely rude. I refuse to work with Diana and then the salesman that decided that he would show me a vehicle refuse to show me any vehicles that were worth anything that I was wanting to look at absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. This is why people dislike buying cars and dislikes salesman.

Michael Bashir walked us through all the ropes of leasing a car. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He talked slowly and pronounced his words well so that we had no problems understanding him, which pleased us. I called before I drove over, having told the salesman, JR, I was coming later in the day. He was busy when we got there, so I asked where the vehicle was so we could go look at it. My husband and I liked it, and went back in to see about a test drive, only to be told the vehicle had not passed their inspection and was not going to be sold. I asked if he knew that when I called and he said yes, but I said I was going to be in the neighborhood. What I said was I would be in Ft. Worth, a very big neighborhood. Since he knew all along he couldn't sell us the vehicle, we could only assume he had us go look at it to keep us on the lot while he finished what he was doing, thinking he could talk us into something else. Based on other reviews, this is not an uncommon practice at Honda of Ft. Worth. I will not even consider any other cars I see from this dealership.

At 8am on July 28, 2016 I went in for a simply recall, oil change and inspection.my car was running perfect. No problems what so ever. The service advisor looked at the age of my car and miles and then said I needed an entire laundry list of things. (even though I get the regular maintenance and my vehicle has low Milage) I questioned her as to why I needed these and she basically said my car would be ruined if I didn't replace the timing belt . Now remember , none of this was noted on my last oil change and a mechanic hadn't even looked at my vehicle yet. I had to take a shuttle home bc there were no cars available. I was basically stranded for my entire day off. Finally I got my car at 6:15 pm and the bill was over $1400! Also, after reading through my paperwork it said I needed brakes and to replace another belt which they didn't bother to even tell me about those . I felt totally sucker punched ! I have been a customer for years and the customer service has dramatically changed. I would also mention that I tried calling the dealership and no answer for 3 different times. ( the main number). What kind of business does not answer the phone? And this is the kicker... I have had 2 different people tell me they have had the same experience with Honda of Fort Worth the past couple of months. I did send an email to the manager but no response . I guess it was the end of the month and the dealership needed to make their numbers and the adviser needed the commission . After over 20 years of being a loyal customer, I will not be returning.

Made appointment with sales person to view car that was listed on the internet. He said no problem that he would have car ready to show me when I got there. I and my wife both took off work early, drove 20 miles to pick up my son as car was to be for him and then headed for the dealership. Got there an hour early only to find that the car they had advertised for sale did not pass inspection and they could not sale that vehicle. Of course they tried to steer me to more expensive vehicles but I was not interested. Complete waste of time.

Like the title says, EASIEST CAR BUYING PROCESS EVER!!! I really felt like I had someone working for me. Duy had a couple of models waiting for me to test drive and even offered to drive to bring me the car I wanted if they didn't have the color I wanted. We worked a couple of days by text and like he promised... when I got their Saturday he had everything ready for me. It took me about 45 minutes from walking in to signing to him personalizing my new 2016 Honda Accord! Really appreciate how hard he worked! If you are reading this.... Ask for Duy! Brought my wife's Honda Pilot in for an oil change. Was met by a professional, friendly service advisor. I love that Honda of Fort Worth has a Quick Service lane for simple things like oil changes. A great way to compete for my business that I might otherwise take to an independent repair shop. The fact that I can get my oil changed quickly without it taking up too much time in my day is a huge plus to me. Having to wait an hour+ for something like an oil change shouldn't happen. Dealership waiting area was comfortable and very family friendly. Thanks again for a great service experience Honda of Fort Worth!

I purchased a vehicle online based upon their listing and in speaking with the salesman online and via email and text. Based upon the reviews I thought this was a trust worthy dealership. I was proven wrong. I had the vehicle shipped out of state after the description and the salesman told me it was in perfect condition except for one dent on the front of the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle I discovered 1) dry rot on all 4 tires 2) loose steering column 3) inoperable back window (lifts inop) 4) inoperable overhead information center 5) severed middle row seat belt. 6) major dent to the body left rear quarter panel. They agreed for me to take it to the Ford dealership where I lived where I was quoted over 5k dollars to repair the vehicle to a safe driving condition. Repeated calls and emails to the dealership have gone unanswered except for: "You bough this as-is so we are not doing anything." I was over promised and under delivered with MAJOR safety issues to make the vehicle drive able. I went off the word of the sales description and in speaking with the salesman and his supervisor. Big mistake. Anyone viewing the vehicle in person would have seen these major safety issues. I have worked in the vehicle business and would NEVER allow any vehicle with dry rot tires to pass a vehicle inspection of any type. If you are not able to go in person, I highly suggest avoiding this dealership. They are liars and misrepresent their vehicles for sale, even in violation of Texas State law which prohibits the sale of a vehicle in an unsafe condition. I am extremely disappointed. All calls and emails to the General Manager remain unanswered.*I went to a second repair place on my own time/money and was able to get the cost reduced to repair the vehicle to a safe condition and contacted them back to work with me on making this right. They still refuse to help in any way. Extremely disappointed.

I have been to a several dealerships in my lifetime and I will say my experience Honda of Fort Worth has resulted in a dedicated customer and reference for life. My car purchase with Billy was above and beyond my expectations. A true professional that I can honestly say felt like working with family. The whole process from start to finish was so smooth and as I'm driving away in my new car I realized pretty quick that the whole time i never felt pushed, rushed, and knew with confidence that I got a great deal. Billy took the time to listen to my needs and bring to life exactly what I needed at the right price. He along with my finance person broke down details, options, and programs perfectly and easy to understand to make an educated decision with all avenues. A real personal experience as if it was tailored to me specifically and not just another customer. KudosWhen it comes to Service, again 5 stars. Manny made a great impression from the start and again like billy takes the time to listen to my needs and or concerns when it comes to service. Not that Hondas really need service very often but its nice to have one point of contact and not a different person every time. Again back to the like family analogy, what better experience to have.All in all the dealership is a museum of comfort whether you are buying a car or having service. You won't be disappointed I'm sure of that, especially if you get a chance to work with Billy and or Manny. Thank you Both!

I went in for a used car. I visited 2 other dealerships before Honda of Fort Worth and received piss poor service. When I parked my truck at the used lot, salesman Randy Lanier was outside ready to greet me and spoke to me like I was important. He is very helpful and listened to my needs. He matched me perfect to a vehicle. I test drove 1 truck and then the decisions was made. Randy is an awesome guy! The whole team on the used lot seem more like a family. The way they talk to each other and help each other out is amazing! When I went to the finance department it was a different story. I was told I was getting 1 APR then I was told I was getting another APR that was double the first! That is ridiculous! I had to go through my personal bank since the finance guy "couldn't do anything about it". Then as we were going through the warranty packages he put on the contract things I didn't want and did not make himself clear about what he was charging me. During the print out of the paperwork it seemed like he had no clue what he was doing since he used his shredder multiple times and me having to sign the same paperwork multiple times. Then my bank saw some "issues" with the contract so I had to go back to the dealership the next day to sign ANOTHER contract. Finally my bank is taking care of everything now.

I decided to go down the street to Honda of Fort Worth. It was around 8 o'clock pm, I just went in there to have a quick look. For my surprise I saw a pre-owned vehicle that I love that's when I met Randy Lanier, my salesman! From the beginning of the sales process until the end of the process, he was wonderful & extremely friendly! Him & his Team made it happen, I walked out of there with a 2015 vehicle that I'm in love with! Today I return for a detail in my vehicle staff is amazing they got me all taken care of! Just bought Honda accord ex 2015. Overall the process went well with 02 times drive test. Did not pick up the first one because wind noise on the driver side. I did not negotiate the price at the visit because I already did that through emails (if you come and negotiate at visit, pretty much you are in the game of dealer). Had no issue at all, but 02 things: 1. much over aggressive effort of selling protection packages - which I found very annoying that I did not feel comfortable and rude - I did not ask all question I wanted to ask, as result. 2. the car did not come with a security ID card (radio code) - never admit it was lost when asked although they show a video to retrieve some number on the glove box (which I am not sure whether it is radio serial number or the real radio code). However, I still recommend this dealer. I may come back for next purchasing of Honda Odyssey.

The pre-owned sales person (Tony) was very helpful and informed. Our sincere appreciation to Christine Caselli for the job she did as part of our 2015 CR-V purchase at Honda of Ft. Worth. We were looking for a new, white diamond pearl CR-V for our daughter. We live in Dallas, and we figured we'd have little trouble finding that color at our local Honda dealer. Little did we know that the white diamond pearl color was in high demand -- in fact, our local dealer informed us that there were no 2015 FWD white CR-Vs anywhere in North Texas. To test that information, we started calling all the Honda dealerships in the Metroplex, and one by one they confirmed the information we had received. But then we called Honda of Ft. Worth and had the good fortune to connect with Christine. Christine asked if she could do a little research and call us back. We figured we'd hear something later that day, but instead we received a call back within about 10 minutes. Christine confirmed what the other dealers said, but she also thought outside the box -- she told us she would work with us on a new, AWD (rather than FWD) white diamond pearl CR-V that she had on the lot. The deal was fantastic and made it well worth our drive from Dallas to purchase the car. Christine was responsive and professional throughout. The information she provided was timely, accurate and complete. I bought a used no warranty 2007 Toyota Tundra from J R. Daugherty. The check engine light came on 5 days later. When I called J R he said no problem bring truck in and they will take care of it for free. I did buy extended warranty but it did not take effect until 30 days after purchase. J R was a great help and no pressure salesman this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Honda of ft worth was great and helpful. My wife and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I originally found Honda of Fort Worth through a TrueCar request when looking for my wife's CR-V. I received a response from Christine Caselli with an out-the-door price that was great. Salesman Nate Informs us vehicle is available & can be placed on hold until next business day with a deposit. We go through 6 hour process with salesman Nate over the phone. He runs our credit, collects personal information, etc. we agree on sale. We try to put down the deposit & we can't get in touch withSalesman Nate. 2 hours later receive text from salesman Nate stating another buyer is at dealership & he will not hold, will let us know if it falls through. Attempt to contact salesman Nate & dealership, goes straight to VM. Later in the evening receive email from salesmanNate stating vehicle is sold & please forgive him. Waste of time, and collected all our personal information, only to go against his word. Horrible salesman & experience.

We came in liking all of the features the Odyssey provided, but we were also interested in a Pilot. We were shopping with our two toddlers, if you have ever done this before you know it is a challenge. Kevin was very patient as we transferred car seats and even when we asked to drive the odyssey one more time after driving the pilot to help us decide what would be best for our family. We enjoyed the ease of being able to look through all the vehicles he showed with NO pressure. But then it came time to make the deal he and Aaron worked hard to get us where we wanted to be with all of the conditions that were on our want list not just our need. I would highly recommend talking to these two when you go in. They certainly make a stressful experience calm and comfortable. Wonderful Experience all around.

Long story short, hardest working team ever. Worked very hard to get us the best deal. Jonathan Bookman (sales), and Lou in finance did such a great job. I took my 2004 Honda Civic in for an Oil Change, the service adviser noticed the car had a major oil leak and was gushing oil on the back side of the cylinder wall. Saying i should have a large puddle of oil, "which as not the case" They wanted to preform major engine repairs, I told them I would take my car to a dependable non Honda shop for a 2nd look. They told me It was a cam plug and the oil pan gasket was leaking. Thinking I was dumb going to fork out a ton of Money to Honda, The 2nd repair shop to the repair of what the issue was to correct the problem, After this experience I will never do business with them again. I'm sure they saw I had over 120k miles on my car, and were gonna start to tell me I need stuff replaced, which don't need replaced, a way to make some extra money off the consumer.

My paint on my 09 civic si had a factory defect, brought it in they sent me to their body shop to get an estimate, they sent it off to be approved by honda. Once they got the all clear to proceed they told me to drop it off monday moring feb 2nd And that I would get it back feb 13 already seems a bit excessive considering no repairs needed or structural damage to be fixed, just paint. Now on the day im supposed to get it back there telling me 4 more days because it needs to be re buffed and polished. 4 days are you serious are u using a toothbrush to do it. On top of all that front bumper rear bumper and mirrors were not being painted so its taking 16 to paint the easiest parts on a car, no nooks and crannys found on bumpers to mess with. I will absolutely never bring a car back here let alone buy one. It dosent take 16 days, this obviously means that car was just sitting there waiting for them to do the work while im without my vehicle and rental fees are stacking up. Cant see why they would ask me to drop it off if they knew it would be minium week before they could touch it. Thanks for letting me down and running my Valentines day!

My 2014 Accord Hybrid with 42000 miles on it was in for an oil change. Service Advisor D.W. Dingman called to inform me that the transmission fluid was due to be changed at 30,000, and it had not yet been done. He asked if I would like them to go ahead and perform this $85 service. I declined, then did some research. Best I can tell, Honda recommends this service at 90,000 miles, not 30,000 miles. I can understand the desire to sell services, but lying to do it is over the line. I have one more prepaid oil change coming, and after that, I will never return to this dealership. I will recommend that friends and family avoid it as well.

We have bought two cars from Frank Kent (one for me one for my wife) in the span of a year here. This is hands down the most efficient and stress free way to purchase a car. The entire staff from the sales team, to the financing department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always start out any car buying experience with complete dread. I have never felt that excitement of buying new car until my experience with Frank Kent Honda and their staff. After being recommended by a co-worker to check the dealership out, I went online and looked at reviews for area dealerships. I ended up making contact with salesperson, Christine Caselli, and was off to a great start. Christine was friendly and super-fast in replying to my emails and text messages. I got straightforward answers and not the typical sales pitch of dont worry we will get the best deal for you just to get me in the door. I got actual numbers on new CR-V before even stepping foot into the dealership. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I was extremely comfortable and welcomed by the whole Dealership experience. When it came down to final numbers I didnt feel like there was any game play it was straightforward and bottom line. I was given the best deal on my trade-in which was a huge concern of mine going from a lease to purchase. Finance guy was Jeff Jones and he was so patient with me as I went over all the paperwork. I never felt pressured, talked down to or like someone was trying to get over on me. On my drive to the dealership I just kept thinking there is no way it is going to be this easy and just knew that the actual numbers were going to be different when I got to the dealership. I was thrilled to have my doubts eliminated. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership and Staff to any of my family and friends. By the time all paperwork was initialed and signed, I left feeling like the entire experience was too good to be truebut it was true!

I live in Los Angeles, and I found a 2005 Ford Expedition online that Frank Kent Honda was advertising with AutoTrader.com. Within a day of my inquiry, I received an email from Kelly Denham..recognizing my inquiry. We communicated over several days to exchange information, as well as my application for financing, and then I sent in a deposit to hold the vehicle. A couple of days before I flew to Dallas/Fort Worth, Kelly went 'Above & Beyond The Call Of Duty' to make certain that I had ground transportation to the dealership once I arrived. Originally I was planning to rent a car, but he assured me that it was no problem for him to pick me up.I bought a 1 way ticket from LAX to DFW, flew 1422 miles, got off the airplane... and Kelly was standing in the middle of the stream of foot-traffic with a 'T STORM' sign in his hand, totally ready to chauffer me back to the dealership. We headed back, and he knew all of the quicker routes to take in the middle of rush-hour, wizzed-around the Forth Worth gridlock, and got me to Frank Kent Honda in no time.Once back, I checked out the SUV. Loved it, and we closed the deal. They had all of the paperwork ready...suited me up with a great finance package by Lou R, washed the truck (including Armor All on the tires), and filled it up with gas. I drove it back to Los Angeles without a problem, and have absolutely no regrets at all.I couldn't be happier with the deal I got at Frank Kent Honda, as well as with Kelly Denham's professionalism, customer service, and great & friendly attutude. In my opinion: The Customer service of Frank Kent Honda, and Kelly Denham should be the benchmark and 'The Standard' that other dealerships, and salesmen should be forced to follow.Nice Job... and Well Done !!!

Out of time and riding in my bosses car loaded with 3yr old twins that quickly demolished what used to be her clean workspace I was fed up with going to dealerships and them not listening to my needs. My cars engine locked up and my borrowed car was due back by Monday. It was Saturday evening and as you would expect from anyone with twins money ,time, payments, and down payment were all serious issues! Not for Christine Caselli. It was not if we could make it work it was how fast. She worked every angle and had me in my new car Monday morning! The kids are smiling and this single dad is ridding pretty with a new ride and friends and family think I worked a great deal. The people at the oil change place in nearer home couldnt figure out how to turn it off. I don't have the oil changed in Ft Worth since it is an hour from my home. I sought the help on the salesman I had bought the car from in October, Tony Curtis. Mr. Curtis tried but was unsuccessful. At that time I noticed that I had a very low tire. I asked Mr. Curtis to take it to the shop and turn the light off and to swap out the spare tire for the flat one. He filled up the tire with a portable air compressor and headed, I thought, for the service department. When he returned he told me he had worked out the light problem but it persisted. But he had not had swapped out the tire. I had to stop on the way home and have the tire repaired. I found him not at all helpful since he had not done what I asked. This experience was very unsatisfying and I hope it does not reflect the usual level of service at Frank Kent.Sincerely, Charles Murray

We had a great experience with Frank Kent Honda. We drove from East Texas to DFW to look at Accords that we had picked out from Autotrader. After looking at a couple of Accords we ended up at Frank Kent Honda in Ft. worth. Our salesperson was Christine and she was great. She was not pushy but she could answer every question we asked. We bought a used Honda Accord from them and it is a great car. The car was detailed and very clean. (The car we looked at before this one at another dealership was very dirty because the salesman said he got busy and forget to clean it. He knew we were coming because we called him the day before.) Christine knew what she was doing and she was very pleasant. The car is in excellent condition even though it's a 2010. My husband & I were impressed by all the records they had on the car. The people that previously owned the car had all the maintenance done there. She already had the papers printed out to show us when we arrived. Also, the dealership went around and touched up any and all chips or marks on the outside of the car so the car looked perfect. Christine was awesome & I would highly recommend her to anyone. Patrick was our finance person and he was great, too. While signing papers, Christine filled the car with gas & had it washed & inside wiped down again for the ride home. I would definitely deal with Frank Kent Honda again. BTW, the no haggle pricing made the experience stress free!

Went in to Frank Kent just to check pricing and see what I was getting in to for a graduation present for our daughter. I ended up buying a great used CRV at a great price. I wasn't a believer in the no-haggle pricing, mostly because I come from a long line of hagglers, but it was a nice experience. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were being looked after and were all so very friendly. Ive bought a lot of cars in my life and this was by far the best experience!

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the vehicles tested were high quality (which you would expect), and the hassle free pricing made for a smooth experience. The sales person I worked with was Alex Stewart and he was very transparent about the way Frank Kent operated during the entire process. It is quite refreshing to not have a salesman try to sidestep questions or misrepresent the product.As for the hassle free pricing, I suspect that it may be possible to get a little lower price by going to a smaller dealer with not quite as much overhead. But, with this said, it would also require arguing over price and dancing that dance - which, if you add up all the time that takes, will probably not leave you any better off. This is particularly true if you consider that Frank-Kent will likely be around a long time and they stand behind the cars they sell. Overall, I get the impression that they're playing the long game; offer people a fair price but keep their margin high enough to maintain a profitable business. This is a very fair operating strategy and leaves you confident that the price you paid was not inflated (beyond what was necessary to run the business).

This is my second Honda. We lost our last one when a deer ran in front of us. We had just done major overhauls on it and expected to enjoy driving it for many years to come. When it was declared a total loss, I was very sad. We went to look at the 2010 Civic and it is such a nice car, and a great price too. We went on the way to the airport and decided on the spot to buy it. Ashley took great care of us, got us through the whole selling and financing part with all papers signed in the time we had to spare. The service advisor, Dee, who helped us with our first Honda, seemed genuinely concerned and very helpful with our repairs even when I was pretty upset about it. Grace under fire, they both have it. I found a used car through Ebay which Frank Kent was listing. I left two messages with another person (not sure who) and later was contacted by Ashley Sutti who was ready to answer my questions. She provided several pictures of the car and its flaws to give a true picture of the car before traveling three hours to view personally. We communicated through phone and texts. Once at the dealership, Ashley quickly got us the car to inspect and drive. She answered our questions but was not pushy. Once we made the decision, she had all the paperwork ready. She showed us the CarFax and answered our questions. She then coordinated our work with finance and Patrick Bradley. He was also a subject matter expert which quickly explained the process and answered our questions. After finishing with Patrick, Ashley gave us free tokens to eat a great lunch on the premises while they finished prepping the vehicle. Overall great experience.

We encountered several problems with the used vehicle that we purchased. This could have been a very difficult process, but Christine made it go very smoothly. We went in to buy my daughter a new car as she is graduating college and we could not be happier with our experience. When we entered, we were promptly greeted by Rateb who then led us in the process. He was very kind and listened to our wants and needs and we truly appreciated the "No Haggle" as everything was straightforward. I went to Frank Kent Honda Pre-owned to look at cars for my college kid. I wanted to trade in his SUV for a better fuel efficient car. I was able to walk the lot and make notes of cars I am interested in without someone demanding my attention as soon as I step out of my car. It was refreshing to have an opportunity to look around before I decided to inquire about a car. Ashley was nice and helpful. When Ashley left to get keys, trade in value, and other items I was constantly asked inside if i had been helped. Know that when you go to their dealership, you will not have someone in your face immediately, but once inside you will be asked constantly if you need assistant. Refreshing and different! I found an add on Auto Trader for a used 2000 Toyota Tundra with 180K miles. The price was right on NADA. The ad stated that dealership put $2250 into vehicle, and I could see that most of that was in purchasing new tires. Worked with Kevin Vickers at used cars, and he did a great job. After purchase, Kevin took care of clearing up a front airbag light that kept coming on by sending the vehicle over to the Toyota dealership for repairs. I picked up the truck on Friday night, and took it over to my mechanic for an inspection. The inspection revealed that the rear axle seals were leaking, so I took the vehicle back to Frank Kent. I also noticed that the ABS light was on. Kevin once again stepped up and took care of the problem. Kevin did all of the coordination within Frank Kent to make sure that the truck was repaired. I ran into some problems with the Custom Concepts group. I found out through conversations with employees at the Frank Kent Custom Concepts shop that the dealership knew about the leaking seals prior to putting the vehicle out on the lot. Richard, who was the front desk operator and my point of contact, could have been friendlier, more energetic and more informed. I got the feeling that he did not really care about me or my problem. Eventually, Frank Kent conducted the necessary repairs, those repairs being the following: Replaced both rear seals, rear brake shoes, driver's side rear axle and driver's side rear axle ABS sensor. I don't know why Frank Kent decided to re-sell this Tundra, given all of the maintenance issues, but it all worked out really good for me. And I thank God for Don Perry's Garage. I get all of my vehicle maintenance done at Don Perry's, and they always do fantastic work. Their quick and accurate inspection saved me over $1,500 in repairs. Knowing a group of mechanics like the folks who work at Don Perry's makes owning used vehicles much easier. As for Frank Kent, the bright shining star of that experience was the group of highly motivated and dedicated people working at the used car lot. Especially Kevin and the group of managers I spoke with there when I had trouble with Richard and his group. Kevin and the used car management took extra care to ensure that my Tundra was repaired. I will definitely give Kevin and the Frank Kent used car staff the first shot for my used car dollars the next time that I am looking to buy a used car.

I don't like buying cars because I have always found the experience negative. This was totally different. Christine greeted my wife and I while we were looking at the used cars. We explained what we were looking for and she found us different cars to check out. We checked out the cars and decided on one. Christine went with us on a test drive and answered all of our questions. She made us feel very comfortable and we did not feel pressured into buying a car. It was a very pleasurable experience and I would recommend Frank Kent Honda to anyone and suggest Christine Caselli as their sales person. All of the staff I encountered while purchasing my new car were very friendly and helpful. No one tried to pressure me into buying a car that day or buying something that I didn't want to, such as accessories for my new car. The car salesmen/women are not paid commission so they are not trying to talk you into buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Once I decided to purchase a car the whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I've been in the market for a new car for many months now. I came across Ashley Sutti - she not only helped me with my purchase, but feel great about the decision I was making! Customer service is a pretty rare thing these days. I've been working in retail and sales for over 10 years - the service Ashley offered was by far the best I have ever come across in sales! I've never worked with someone who was willing to go as far as she did to take care of me and my new investment! There were no difficult objectives to overcome - everything was smooth! I sent her an email Tuesday, and by Friday I was driving home in my new car! She even went out of her way to make sure my old car made it back home! As a General Manager, I wish I had 10 Ashley's in my store! She was VERY friendly - went out of her way to answer all my questions - she followed up with me (which is HUGE!!!) - asked if I had any questions along the way - and most importantly, made a great experience purchasing my second car! Because of Ashley's dedication and exceptional customer service - she will always be my go to sales associate! I generally dont write reviews on these sites but the experience my wife and I had is well worth the time. My wife and I had been looking at vehicles for months narrowing it down to a Honda Accord. Sean Cross helped us and was patient and polite. Not too mention making sure to set my kids up with crayons and books to color with if they chose too. Smooth process and got an amazing deal. All the staff we dealt with were polite and courteous. Great experience continued even into finance where our deal got even better with some creative work on the finance team to get us a good deal on the extended warranty and GAP insurance. The dealership is amazing and so are the people. I would be more than happy to purchase a car from Frank Kent again.

Kelly was excellent to work with. I found a slightly used vehicle online that I was interested in. I contacted Kelly via email and we were able to work our details of the transaction before I even arrived at their dealership. Though there was no negotiating on their vehicle price because of the "one pricing" for all buyers I was able to get more than a fair price on my vehicle. I had shopped other Honda dealerships on a new vehicle but they all added after market accessories to their vehicle(many that I didn't want or need) to the MSRP price. Frank Kent dealership no longer adds those after market features automatically to their vehicles. Their study found that many didn't want them and it was just a money maker for the dealership. Kelly did indicate that if I went with a new vehicle they could add whatever features I wanted for a discount. Overall, the used vehicle I selected was in excellent condition. I was able to get a slightly used vehicle for much less than the new vehicle price. I would highly recommend and will be back when in the market for another vehicle. Thanks.

I don't ever write reviews but I wanted to write this one. In terms of enjoyment, I normally rate car buying right even with a trip to the dentist. I research and research to try to ensure that I'm going to get a good deal, and then I have to get ready for the fight to get the price that I want. I had to go through none of that at Frank Kent. I had made an online inquiry, about a Honda Crosstour which was responded to by Kelly Denham. I called him with questions about a vehicle they had in stock, which was a 2013 model. Though the price was a good price, I still wasnt sure I wanted to spend that much, though I hadnt told Kelly that. I talked to Kelly about the car I was looking at, and he found out the answers to my questions in about 10 minutes and called me back. . I, ever seeking the good deal, asked Kelly if there was any flexibility in the price. He quickly told me that they were a no haggle dealer, meaning what you see in terms of price and car is what you get. He then told me that they were not paid on commission but were paid and incentivized by other criteria, so it didnt matter to him if he sold me the car I was looking at or a totally different, much cheaper car. Hmmmm, I thought, wondering if this was going to be some kind of sales ploy. It wasn't and the overall experience was like no other car buying experience that I've had. No arguing, no threatening to go somewhere else to get what I wanted in price and car. They presented a fair deal that I could take or not, and no hard feelings if I went elsewhere. We discussed my trade, a 2012 Acura TL, which had very low miles. I had gone to CarMaxx and online via Autotrader to get quotes for a trade value. Frank Kent gave me more for my Acura than was offered to me from anywhere else, including another dealership that was competing for my purchase. All of this was done with no pressure, no hey, when are you coming back? Never once did I hear him say, What can I do to earn your business today? The experience was completely no pressure to purchase, no one arguing with me over a price and telling me that they had to make money too, or never taking a no from me as a final answer without my feeling like I had to be rude or fight for the price I knew was fair and that I could get. As for my salesperson, Kelly Dehnam was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and went out of his way to help. I wanted a cargo cover for the back of the Crosstour, which apparently Honda didnt think was a good idea to include with the vehicle anymore. (Not sure why, because who wants people to see things sitting in the back of a hatchback, but thats another issue). After I purchased the car, he helped me source one through his parts department because neither he nor I (an avid internet searcher) could find one anywhere else. Not many salespeople would have done that after a sale had been completed. They would have been busy pursing their next customer and commission. Next time I need a vehicle, Ill call Kelly and Frank Kent.

We stopped to drive a Toyota FJ that we had seen. I had spoken to Tony by phone but when we got there he was super busy so he turned us over to Ashley for a test drive. She was great and we drove quite a ways. When we got back my husband decided this was the one so we went inside and she sat with us and explained the process. We didn't feel pressured and no one was pushy here. The whole process was quite easy. It was after lunch time so we were going to go eat while the vehicle was made ready for delivery but she offered to let us go to the cafe they have there for free and we could wait for the finance guy there. The food was awesome and we were still eating when the finance dept came looking for us. I figured we would be there forever for as busy as they were but including the test drive and all,from start to finish was about 2 hours. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. It was a good buying experience.

Took my 2013 CR-V back to the dealer for an A12 service this past Monday. This has been a routine service experience with the other 5 vehicles we've purchased from FK with no problems. This time my windshield was cracked in the process and noticed that night when the lights made it visible. I sent an email to the dealership twice and the second time received a response that said a manager would contact me. The salesperson Mike was awesome when working the deal. He even met me because I couldn't find the dealership. Although after the deal, I called him and Omar several times regarding my registration and Omar never called me back. I even called and emailed (three times) the Finance Manager and he eventually returned my called almost two weeks later. The title clerk Janice was a rude, disrepectful, mean old lady. She had a nasty attitude from the beginning of the conversation. I had to really calm myself down to keep from cursing her out on the phone. I'm almost at the 60 day mark and I have yet to recieve my tags. I will never, never, never, never, never, never, ever do work with that dealership again. I'm advising all friends and family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to stay away from that place.

I waited 2 months for the title and plates to be put on. They had the wrong address on the registration and neglected to change it and just put the plates on the car. The dealer called and said I would have to go to the court house and change the address myself. So I have to take time off work and go stand in line and pay whatever fees I have to pay to get the correct address on the registration which the dealer is supposed to do when you purchase a new car.I called the title clerk Mrs. Wanda Walker and left a message and no response.I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I recommend this dealer to anyone.

1. During the negotiations, I was told that I was being sold a new Honda Accord with no miles on it but after we shook hands on the price post the negotiations I was informed that the car actually had 110 miles already. I am not sure if this was a used car returned by another customer.2. The car that was sold to me had brake noise which I noticed within 2-3 days. When I took it to the dealership they simply refused to acknowledge there was a problem. The Service team at Dealership took the car in for 2 days and even then their response was that the problem does not exist!3. I still experienced the same noise and took the car back to them after about 20 days and showed it to another Service Manager (Tom Vandyne). I took him around for the test ride and he did notice the sound. He also mentioned that this noise had been reported by some other customers also in the last 2 months. Question is, why was this not told to me in the first place? If it was told I would have returned the car there and then!4. Lyman King (Sales manager) on the same day offered to replace the brake system from another new Honda Accord onto my car!!! This clearly was not acceptable to me and I called up American Honda to open a case with them All in all FK Honda is the worst dealership that you can go to. They are arrogant, lack respect (especially Lyman King) and have no regard for the customer. The guy who finalized the finance deal in Frank Kent was equally incompetent and arrogant. Vikram

My family did all the pricing comparison online before heading out to dealer. Most other Honda Dealer gave us the run around and didn't even answer the questions we sent them online. However, Mr. Romah Pugh did a better job in answering my questions and keeping his words on the pricing he sent us, also he didn't waste our time. We are very happy with our new Honda Accord. I helped my parents with the purchase of a Honda. We chose Frank Kent and our salesperson was David Supercinski. That is why we chose Frank Kent because of David. He is long time friend of my brother and I knew he was honest and could take good care of my parents. I was once married to a car dealer and had bad experiences during those time. When I found out David worked for F.Kent and was selling cars I knew he was able to care of my parents. My Mom is in her 70's and my Dad almost 90. Dad has always been the the decision maker and he can be most difficult. David made sure my Father who suffers from Parkinsons and Alzheimers was totally included in all the decision making. (Dad no longer is able to communicate very well). David took the time to make sure my Dad understood everything in the purchase. That made both me and my Mom very happy. My dad was very comfortable with David and knew he did not have to worry about my Mom in the years to come. They totally love their Honda!!!! My Mom, Carol, loves to drive it and my Dad, Bob loves to ride in it. They picked the Accord and thanks to David I don't have to worry about them on the road anymore. The previous reviews must all for new cars and not used. Made a special trip to test drive a used Pilot. I told the salesman several times mainly there to get the trade-in value of my car. They took my car went over the car in the back (the hood was still unlatched when they returned the car 45 minutes later). I still asked about the trade-in value and would not give it me---wanted to make some repairs to the car that their make-ready people had missed. I was told the next day "he" did not give the salesman that figure When I was there all the pot-belled sales managers that make the deals sit in their glass enclosed office behind a computer, laughing and joking, then looking out into the lobby--so not real busy. I got a call the next day that the repair to the used car had been done, salesman still not give me the trade-in value or discuss the prices. I told them I was three-hours away and lots of other Honda dealership in the DFW area I could with and did not fall in love with just that car. I search car prices everyday on the internet as a hobby and price comparisons. Prices quoted on the internet at Frank Kent Honda are extremely high in comparison to other Honda dealers in the DFW area.

AFter identifying the vehicle I was interested in on line, I emailed the vendor. I received an email response, and a phone call the next morning from Randy and scheduled a test drive. Randy had the vehicle ready at the appointed time and was very familiar with the vehicle's features. He was well informed and followed up without being pushy. He also made the incredible gesture of driving some 40 miles to return my driver's license when I left it at the dealership. I would certainly deal with Randy and Frank Kent Honda again. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.

Sheri Ballard is a rock star! This was my first car-buying experience at Frank Kent Honda, after being referred by a friend of mine who has purchased two vehicles from Frank Kent Honda working with Sheri for both purchases. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had!! I actually ended up going with a lease this time around. Sheri was incredibly patient with me as I was a bit indecisive. I needed to be sure that this was the right way to go for me. Sheri was very understanding and kind; she listened actively to my needs and didn't try to throw something on me that I didn't want; and she didn't pressure me at all, unlike two of the previous experiences I had at other dealerships for my first two cars. I truly feel like overall I got a good deal here. I will definitely refer everyone I know to Sheri. I hope she sticks around awhile, at least for the next 3 years, because my next purchase will be through her also. I rated this experience all 5s first because of Sheri's outstanding customer service, friendliness, and patience. Also, overall, the other folks at Frank Kent seemed super nice. Kenny was also refreshing to work with. I don't usually write reviews. It takes incredible customer service to impress me enough to write a review. I was thoroughly impressed with Sheri, honestly. She is definitely a gem in the car business, one of a kind.

Randy Boyd was terrific as our salesperson. Friendly, polite and GREAT with followup. The only minor item is that the car was making a noise on the test ride when steering. It was being sold as a Honda Pre-Owned Certified. I would thought that their mechanics would have caught this as it was quite noticiable. Having said that my sales person immediately said that it would be repaired as soon as we would like it. We brought it back the next day (as we did go ahead and by the car)and they put in a new front strut which was causing the noise. Randy made good on the repair and we had it back same day and he kept us updated all along. Had a pleasant signing experience with Travis as well. We are very satisfied with the whole process. Will be back again!

This was really a great buying experience. I bought a car from Sherri about 3 years ago, which by itself was a great buying experience. However, this time around Sherri exceeded herself in the great customer service she provided. I was helping my niece buy her first car here in TX. She was blown away by how Sherri and Frank Kent Honda were able to work all the details with us over the phone. In addition to that, I was really very pressed on time and Sherri promised that once in the dealer she would do her best for us to be out of there with a new car in less than an hour. She delivered. We were able to complete everything in 43 minutes. Even if I try to find something about the transaction I can negatively critique, so as to provide a measure of balance to this review, I come out empty! Frank Kent Honda, and particularly Sherri and the Finance Department, were outstanding. I'll definitely recommend Sherri to anyone planning to buy a new car. Thank you!

We started looking at used cars and decided that buying a new one would be better for my daughter. After a Honda dealer in Irving give us a price on a new car and then magically try and raise the price almost 3000 the next day, shopping was no longer fun. I started calling dealers and even though I didn't want to go all the way to Fort Worth, I called Frank Kent as a last resort. I'm really glad I did. David Supercinski was the saleman that I delt with and I found him to be honest, easy to work with, zero pressure, and knowledgeable. We decided to make the drive out and he was ready, unhurried, and helpful. He was knowledgable about the details of the car and was actually enjoyable to talk to. The price on the phone was the same price when we got there without playing the shell game or the old bait and switch....I don't buy cars very often and after the first dealer was such a bad experience, we really was dreading it. My hat is off to David Supercinski & Frank Kent for making this such a positive experience. There was no pressure throughout the sale or the financing process, and she drove it home that evening. Highly recommended!

I had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years so I was a little overwhelmed at first. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Frank Kent and especially with Kelly Denham who assisted me initially over the phone. I had done quite a bit of research in deciding which vehicle I wanted. It was a matter of could I get the price and interest rate that I was looking for. From first phone contact with Kelly to the multiple emails exchanged in answering all of my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed into making a decision until I knew I was ready. I even made an extra trip back to the dealership just to make sure I had the right color picked out. Kelly made my experience at Frank Kent so easy that the hardest part was picking out the right color. I knew I had made the right choice when I walked back into the dealership to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new Honda CR-V. Kelly went over the vehicle with me two different times so that I was very familiar with the operation of the vehicle before I left the lot. It is obvious that Kelly was very familiar with the vehicle and took pride in that. Kelly is a valuable asset to the Frank Kent dealership.

sheri and Vito both were caring excellent people that helped me totally. I work odd hours and I don't have time to shop around and waste time. Sheri emailed me back and forth for days and she answered right back in seconds. I bought the car from my couch. Every thing she told me, she followed upon and made it come true. Then Vito spoke with me and I gave him my info and within 30 mins. times he had it worked up for me. They both were kind and friendly and made a relationship with me. Sheri got in the car with me and help me with the mirrors. She went above board on assisting me. The entire thing was like dealing with family. I drove off all excited and happy to have a new car. i will recommend all my friends and family to Frank Kent and Sheri. From first phone contact with Paul Lane, I had a positive experience. He answered my questions thoroughly, and any information he did not have immediately, was researched and answered at next contact (usually within an hour). His answers were always consistent with those I got from other dealerships and his price was very competitive.I took my time and researched the deals being offered at approximately 10 local dealerships via the internet. I can say there are many good dealerships in the area and a few bad ones, but Paul Lane made my choice clear by offering exemplary customer service and always talking to me instead of at me. He was not at all pushy and seemed interested in ensuring we got what we wanted. He expressed pride for his dealership without sounding like a braggart or being singularly focused. I was struck by how he stressed the experience in addition to price as compared to some more volume oriented dealers in the area which only stressed the price. During my search, I had multiple contacts with Paul and each and everyone of them was positive. He answered all my questions, down to which add-ons were on the vehicle and how much they cost. By the time I made a decision, I knew exactly the out the door cost of the vehicle with all fees added, which accessories it would have, and the colors available. They held the Odyssey for me after taking a $500 deposit over the phone (which was applied to the cost of the vehicle). When we arrived, Paul led us through an inspection of the vehicle, pointed out one flaw before my wife and I saw it (they repaired it at no cost), took us out for a test drive, and customized the vehicle settings to our taste. The numbers exactly matched what we agreed to over the phone. When we were handed off to finance, Paul made sure the tire pressure was corrected (during the test drive the car indicated there was a pressure issue).In finance we were given our payment break down, again it was exactly what we agreed to before I arrived at the dealership. They mentioned their extended warranty and waited as my wife and I read the fine print. When choose not to get the extended warranty at this time, there was no issue. They simply stated that it could be purchased in the future if we changed our mind.From start to finish, the entire process was quick, efficient, and painless. I could not recommend this dealership more for purchasing a new vehicle. Paul stayed late to ensure everything went smoothly and then explained some of the more detailed features of the car before we left the lot. He invited us back after we had spent a couple days driving our new car, to answer any additional questions that might not come up.

I was looking for a specific car. Sheri helped me greatly. She was very patient with me, as I took several months researching cars and waited for the perfect one. Every two weeks she would send the new inventory listing and always asked if I was still searching or if I wanted her to take me off the mailing list as to not bother me if I had found one elsewhere. This shows care. When I got the latest inventory listing, there was the car I was waiting for. I emailed her and informed her I would be stopping by. She replied that she would be there and would love to help me. I arrived and was greeted right away. I asked for Sheri, and she came out and knew exactly which car I wanted to look at. We took it for a test drive and all the while she explained everything in detail. By the time we got back, I was ready to sign the paperwork. She worked quickly and diligently multitasking between myself and a customer who came from Houston that same day. I never felt that I was being neglected as she only disappeared when she was waiting on documents to be verified or to get the other customer started on their paperwork, checking on me each time she passed by. When it came time to finance the car, that is when Patrick took over. He worked so hard on getting me an awesome deal. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and taking the time to explain everything in simple terms and ensure that I understood what every document I was signing was for. I never felt rushed, and enjoyed the entire process. As we were finalizing the financing, Sheri took the car, had it filled with gas, had it washed, and was ready for me as soon as I stepped out of Patrick's office. She even gave me a free meal token, as it was nearing lunch-time, for the main showrooms restaurant. I've never heard of a dealership having a restaurant in the first place, or even offering food to customers. So extra kudos to Frank Kent's staff. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience when buying a car. This by far is my best ever, for anything. Thank you Frank Kent's staff for making this so easy and enjoyable for me.

We had been looking for several weeks for a used car on the internet. We liked the GMC Acadia and had been looking for a used vehicle along those lines (Acadia or Chevy Traverse). My wife had looked at an Acadia at another dealership and although it was newer than the car we looked at here at Frank Kent it also had a lot more miles on it. My wife found a 2010 Acadia with very low mileage at Frank Kent and contacted Sheri about the vehicle. At first we were not sure if we would be able to work a deal with them but it was what we had been looking for in a vehicle. We had two vehicles we were going to trade but based on what information we gave Sheri on the vehicles we were not sure that they would be able to give us a trade in value that we thought they were worth. We decided to go out an look at the Acadia and see what kind of a deal we could work out with them. Sheri had said that they might be able to give us a little better trade in value on our two vehicles once the looked at them. We made a trip across town to look at the Acadia and let them look at our trade in vehicles. When we first set down to talk, we were very far apart on what we had budgeted for the vehicle and what they were asking (even with the our trade in vehicles). Sheri worked with us and with and worked to get us more money for our trade in vehicle. She got us more money on the trade in vehicles but we were still several dollars apart. She asked us what our top offer was and then went "to bat" for us to get us that price. Sheri worked was able to get the price on the Acadia(with the trade in vehicles) down to our price and we left that night with a "new" used 2010 Acadia that was just what we were wanting. We are very happy with our Acadia and thank Sheri for everything she did to get us the vehicle we wanted. The color was even our first choice and what we had hoped to find. Thanks Sheri for all you did to help us with our Acadia purchase.

You know how a lot of movies start with a defining moment and then cut to the past to show you how they arrived at that point. Well if my experience at this dealer had a defining moment it was driving off the lot in a brand new 2012 Odyssey and saying "Wow!! Just.. Wow!!" We've never had a better car buying experience than the one we had at Frank Kent Honda in Ft. Worth. Kelly Denham was straight forward with his pricing, he sent them to me right away by email while competing dealers kept trying to lure me into the showroom. Kelly didn't play games of any sort, what he promised is exactly what he delivered. In fact, the process was so smooth we kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. After he gave us a great price with no need to haggle he showed us just about every feature the van has with patience and a clear knowledge of the product he sells (not a common trait in my experience). Once we agreed to buy, we met with Travis the "finance guy" and thought here's where everything goes south. To our pleasant surprise Travis had a great personality explained all of our additional options clearly and assured us that our financing would go through based on our credit. We showed up late to the showroom and they stayed late with us to finalize our deal. They offered us a loaner car so they could detail our van and we'd pick it up in the morning gassed up and ready to go. When we returned the next day we waited about a minute before Kelly came out with our keys and explained our warranties and wished us luck. This experience was groundbreaking for us, it forces me to revise my thoughts on car dealers and it guarantees that we'll send everyone we know to Frank Kent Honda and of course we'll be buying there again ourselves. I recently purchased a brand new Pilot from Frank Kent Honda. I live in Edmonton, Alberta Canada, and did a fair bit of emailing dealerships in the DFW Metro area--and Frank Kent stood out well above all the other dealerships. After emailing the dealership what vehicle I wanted, Randy Boyd phoned me the same day and said they had the vehicle. I later dealt with Paul Lane, and the quote they gave me was also the lowest price. As promised, they held the vehicle for me until I arrived at the end of July. There were no surprises, the vehicle was perfect, and Paul was a delight to work with. We just arrived home last night, over 4000 miles have been put on the new Pilot and it drives like a dream!! At the car wash today a gentleman asked me about the transit plate I had on and I shared my story with him of where I purchased the vehicle. He got a pen and wrote Frank Kent down, he is also looking to import a vehicle, so perhaps there will be a long history for us Canadians with Frank Kent!! Once again, thanks for everything!!

I had initially contacted Frank Kent Honda via an online inquiry into a used Honda Odyssey EXL I had seen on their website. Within moments of sending the request for more information, Ms Sheri Ballard had contacted me. She was very professional. I continued to do research into the Honda Odyssey EXL and found a dealership in McKinney, TX listing brand new Honda Odyssey EXLs for less than what the used one was listed for. When I contacted Ms Ballard the next day, she stated that not only could they match that price, but could do better than that price. My husband and I thought it was more than likely a sales pitch but decided to go see what Frank Kent Honda could offer us. True to her word, Ms Ballard came in at a starting price about $1,000 less than what the other dealer had listed on their website. That price, coupled with our trade in gave us a price about $10,000 less than the sticker price and we were able to get a brand new 2012 Honda Odyssey EXL. Ms Ballard even paid for our family of 5 to eat lunch at the dealership cafe while we waited for our trade in vehicle to be appraised. Everyone we encountered were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We will definitely return to Frank Kent Honda and highly recommend them, and especially Sheri Ballard, for a car purchase. Thank you, to everyone at Frank Kent Honda, for making what is usually a stressful experience into a pleasant and easy one.

We gave it a test drive and made the decision right then to buy. 48 hours later we were driving away with our new car. Overall, our experience was very positive.

I received a promotion regarding buy-back of Honda Insight. I went to the dealership with the assumption that it would not be as it stated. But, I was interested in trading for a pickup needed for hauling and working. The Insight was a great car and got great mileage. But, hauling was not a feature offered. So, going in with a negative attitude but a need, Michael worked with me in a variety of ways to pull out what my goal and need really was. And, he REALLY had to pull info from me because I wasn't totally clear how to get to my bottom line. Once Michael understood what I needed, he quickly took charge and made it all happen. I didn't have to ask for the car fax, he volunteered the info. He had the pickup cleaned and gassed up at pick up. He was extremely patient and appeared to be a strong advocate for me. There were times during the discussion where I just thought of going home, not because of the negotiations but because I wasn't clear on what I needed or could do. Michael didn't give up but patiently kept pulling information out until it became clear to me as to what I needed to do. I really thank him for that. He wasn't over zealous like most salepersons are, but sought to help me clarify in my mind as to what I wanted. We do miss the Insight and the gas mileage it got, but we are very satisfied with the pickup and it fits our needs well, that is of course except when hitting the gas pumps. Thanks, Michael, for all you did and thanks to the rest of the staff for after the deal was struck. By the way, I wanted to confirm Michael's last name for this review but could not find it on any of the paperwork. The salesman's name on the one document was not Michael's but the financial person. Perhaps the name could be somewhere on at least one of the forms (printed, not a signature).

I am really enjoying the car that I purchased from Frank Kent Honda. I had a mechanic/body shop owner look the car over after driving it home and he offered me his congratulations. Not only did I drive away a very good preowned car, but the time I spent at the dealership was actually pleasant! The salesman, Randy Boyd was very straightforward, as was the finance officer - no gimmicks or pressure. I recommend buying from Randy Boyd at Frank Kent Honda.

Found a Honda Accord on-line that I was interested in as it was almost exactly what I was looking for.I emailed for info and received a prompt replyI then called and made an appointment to see the auto.Everyone was on-time for the appointment, the car was out front ready for viewing, and was as advertised.We took it for a test drive, were happy with the vehicle and the price.Within two hours of returning from the test drive, the deal was complete, the auto detailed, full tank of gas, and Randy was waving good bye.......Had to be one of the better auto purchasing experiences I have ever had.Thank you Randy!

I bought my 2012 Pilot in January and was extremely pleased with the service I recieved. They were very quick in responding to my internet request for a quote, my sales person stayed late to accomodate my work schedule, follow up was great, and price was extremely fair. I took it in for my first scheduled maintenance (oil change) and the customer service was just as good as when I bought my vehicle. I scheduled an appt online and when I got there, I was greeted by name and my vehicle was taken straight back. They returned my Pilot with the service completed and the vehicle washed. From the person who greeted me to the people who checked me out (and everyone in between), I was treated like a valued person. I would highly recommend this dealership not only for buying a vehicle, but for routine service and maintenance.

My wife purchased a Honda Pilot from Frank Kent Honda several years ago. I found the purchase experience very pleasant. Not something I normally associate with car purchasing. When we found the need to change vehicle types, my wife searched the internet and found her next car again at Frank Kent Honda. Again, I was a great experience with NO painful anticipation or pressure. Then, unfortunately, my wife was involved in an automobile accident which totaled her vehicle. We came back to Frank Kent and replaced her totaled auto with a newer model for the exact same price! I myself am a long time Nissan person and I just recently purchased from the same Nissan dealership however, in comparison, Frank Kent Honda out ranks Nissan in the car buying experience. For instance, when I purchased my last vehicle from Nissan, I asked for help with collecting items in my old car and transferring to the new one. My salesman pulled out a crumpled Wal-Mart bag (one only) from the bottom of the desk drawer and handed it to me. At Frank Kent Honda, my wife was given three (3) environment-friendly reusable shopping bags with Frank Kents logo what a difference a little thing like that makes! I do believe that I will look at Frank Kent when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

Went to look at used cars, our credit was not great but they worked very hard to get us in a car, we own both of our cars but were on the market for something with better gas mileage so we were not in a position that we HAD to have the car that day. Our sales man was very very pleasant and extremely eager to please us. As were most of the staff. After spending most of our Saturday there looking for something that would fit our situation, We ended up getting a trade in that was traded in that day on a new car purchase, so the car was not going to be ready that evening, because they were to put it through the make ready process....etc, but we did the financing and paperwork with the understanding that we would come back in a few days to pick it up. This was on a Saturday, so Tuesday morning my husband called for an update only to be told they had not started on it yet due to the previous owner having to wait on her new car to be ordered, so she left in it. Therefore, we purchased a car only for them to let someone else drive it for a few more days and put more miles on it after our purchase was complete, which I felt was very poor business. We have been told that she was to bring it back on Monday morning, however, it is now Tuesday afternoon and the car is to my knowledge still in her possession. When we purchased this vehicle, we were of the belief her transaction was complete and told it would be started on first thing Monday morning. So in short they sold us a car and they let someone else leave the lot in it. I understand that things happen, but we were told the whole time we were there that they prided themselves on customer service...etc... but to me they made a very poor business decision buy letting a customer leave in a car they had sold to someone else. The truth is they should have never sold the car to us knowing her transaction wasn't complete and if it was complete, they should have given her a loaner car if they had already sold the car that they purchased from her as a trade in to another customer. So now here it is Tuesday afternoon, they have not even started to do what they were to do in order to get the car delivered to us and at this point we are unsure when we will be able to pick it up.

Great Service,The pricing on the "internet pricing" is a little misleading as it does not include what the dealership considers "dealer adds". So for example, the friendly price quote I received via internet went up by 3 thousand dollars on the actual car they showed me. That is a pretty big jump. The salespeople are excellent and the dealership is nice but just be aware that the price quote that you get does not include many of the various items actually on the car. I understand the concept and their email does state that the quote does not include customer added dealer accessories, but it would be helpful if they were a little more specific in stating what was actually on the vehicle on which they were quoting a price.

Child care specialist: Start with the refreshing open air office causing one to soon forget that you are purchasing a car as you are taken to the Restaurant for fellowship of the most interesting conversation. You can not see, but there is an army of professional loan agents beating on the doors of banks explaining that you are the most credit worthy risk this side of Mark Cuban. All you can seeis the NEXT cup of splendidly blended coffee keeping company with (for me) a chicken salad that could feed bigfoot. Then whisked away to a quiet room to sit in a chair that I wanted to steal.(Yea, its that comfortable.) In-between thank you and I will have the car washed, suddenly I realized that I had just bought a car. .really? Gleaming is my Honda Accord, beaming is its new owner (yes, that would be me.) I had been looking for that "diamond" in the ruff since last December and had delt with dealerships in Richardson, McKinney, Plano and Frisco. We previously had a good experience with Frank Kent in November of 2003 and then some very bad experiences trying to replace our 2004 Honda Pilot from 2008 - 2010. So we bought other cars, to include another Honda Pilot from another dealer. I get no return calls and never got a definitive answer on when the 2012 SI's would be arriving or what the problem was in getting them. In looking for a pre.owned vehicle I had several bad experiences. As a police officer in another city, I tried a dealership many other officers used exclusively. I had even used them in the past as well. It was such a bad experience that I will not be returning to them. I had been trying to buy a 4WD SUV for almost 6 weeks and was having an absolutely horrific experience with other dealerships. I am a single woman, widowed, and the treatment I received was appalling - one salesman wouldn't talk with me and actually told me to come back with my husband. I found a vehicle on-line located at Frank Kent Honda Dealership that looked to fit my needs. I made an internet inquiry and received a prompt reply from Sheri Ballard. I'm embarrassed to say I was slightly rude, being more than a little cynical from trying to deal with those other dealerships. Ms. Ballard was immediately warm and reassuring. I drove 40 miles to see the vehicle. Sheri was a delight. She is warm, caring, and put me completely at ease. She treated me like an intelligent, capable human being - something that was lacking in the other dealerships I had talked with. She is smart, and extremely thorough when showing me the many features of the car and we quickly came to an agreement on price and I completed the sale. What a breath of fresh air! The Frank Kent Dealership is extraordinary in every way. The showroom is clean and comfortable, with a full service snack bar that deserves a bigger name - maybe call it a restaraunt? I was given a free meal, and customers are also given access to the internet while they wait. Everyone I came into contact with was unbelievably friendly, warm smiles, asking if I'd been helped but not pesteringly. The service department was incredibly fast and professional, adding my roof rack and ski attachments and cleaning the vehicle for me AND filling the tank before I left and in record time.THIS IS THE WAY CARS SHOULD BE SOLD. ALL dealerships should fashion themselves after Frank Kent. It was such an easy, pleasant experience I quickly posted about it on my Facebook page and I've been telling all my friends what an awesome experience I had, made better only because the 2011 CR-V EX-L/NAV 4WD I bought drives like a dream and has safely delivered me to my destination in Colorado during the worst snow storm of the year. The only thing I can suggest is - give Sheri a raise - I don't know what she makes but she is a gem and truely exceptional.

I did a good deal of research on our upcoming purchase and made several contacts to set up appointments to look at Honda Pilots. Of every dealer that I spoke with, Sheri was the most professional and most helpful person that I came across. She understood that she was not going to be able to sell me a vehicle made forcing me into a sell. She was more concerned with me being happy about my decision. I had scheduled appoints with dealers across Fort Worth and Dallas. Sheri was originally one of my later appointments but because of her patience and clarity on the phone and her willingness to not play games when it came to price, I made sure to make her my first stop. The entire experience with her was pleasant from beginning to end. Sheri took care of us and understood that our time was just as important as the purchase that we were making. We were expecting the same long drawn out back & forth process, but we knew what we could afford and what we needed for our trade. since we got there at noon & had not eaten yet, they even bought us lunce in their Cafe while we waited on the make-ready. I have to say that every bump that we hit Sheri was determined and more than happy to assist me in finding the car that was right for me. She was very positive, optimistic and just as determined as I was to find the right vehicle for me, and that made my experience even more worth it. The price on the car was the best we found in the metroplex. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door and speaking with the sales man within two or three minutes. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all of the questions we had and even the ones we didn't think to ask. He helped me personalize the car (setting door locks and radio presets). Overall, I had a very positive experience here and would/will recommend this dealership to people that I know.

I can't say much about Customer Service or Quality of Work, since I've never used Frank Kent before. I know my family recommends this dealership and has had positive experiences there. I visited Frank Kent to inquire about the Costco price program. I met with Sheri Ballard and she was upfront and gave me the Costco price. The color I wanted was not available but she told me she might have the color I wanted coming in on a tradein. In a couple of days she called when the car was available and after seeing it we quickly agreed on the price. I took my 2003 Accord in for a recall on my ignition switch and I was asked if I had anymore problems with my vehicle. I then informed him that the car was not starting as smoothly as it use to. He then informed me that he would have it checked out but I would be charged $101.00 that would be applied to any repairs that I needed. I thought the charge was a little steep but I was willing to pay it for peace of mind concerning the car. After an hour and 15 min wait he gave list of repairs that I needed for the vehicle. I decided to have a leak repaired that according to him would cost me $115.00 and decided to take care of the other repairs later. About 50 minutes later returned with a bill for $235.00. I told him that I was being over charged because the cost of my repair was $115.00. He then told me that the $101.00 that I agreed to pay would be used to discount a future repair because the leak I had repaired was not the reason I had the vehicle checked out. I then told him that it was my understanding that the $101.00 would be applied to something I had repaired not to a discount on future repairs. He then implied that he would was going to speak with management and see if he could help me out with the cost. He left and returned with a bill for $205.00 and acted like he was doing me a favor. I saved myself the stress and the embarrisment of arguing in front of the pregnet cashier, paid the money, and left the location never to return again. I was scammed for a 100 dollars but Frank Kent will miss out on Thousands in future sales that could have been used to pay for that nice new facility my slimmy service rep bragged so much about.

I bought a used 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. I am a single father with four kids so I had my hesitations before purchasing a used vehicle. I actually found the transaction to be easy and an overall good experience at Frank Kent Honda Used Car sales. The sales consultant I dealt with was Mike Dougherty, who went above and beyond to meet my expectations. During the test drive he mentioned that Frank Kent "would rather lose money on a solid vehicle than to make money on a bad one." I initially just brushed it off as a normal sales pitch but was convinced otherwise when an issue with the Suburban came up after taking the Suburban home. The issue was fixed and addressed immediately. I would definitely buy another used vehicle from Frank Kent Honda and would recommend others to do so also. Just ask for Mike Dougherty. I came to Frank Kent Honda dealership to look at new cars. I really didn't intend to buy that day. I owned a 1997 Honda Accord, bought it brand new, a basic model, gave great mileage, 400 miles to a tank(!), but I was ready to buy a new car. I heard about Jerry through my credit union so I decided to take a drive over there and look around. Within a few minutes of browsing around on my own, Jerry Wofford came out and showed me the Civic I was kind of interested in. He was very friendly and I was very comfortable dealing with him right from the start. He offered to take me for a test drive so out we went. He pointed out quite a few features on the vehicle, even had a moonroof. I thought I would be nervous because I hadn't bought a new car in fourteen years and these new ones had all this technology on them that mine didn't, but Jerry made me feel comfortable with the car right away. I knew then that I was going to buy the car, so when we got back to the dealership, we sat down and talked the sale. I was very pleased that Jerry was not the least bit pushy and everything went so smoothly the experience didn't even feel like I was buying a car. I never felt any stress during the process. Other dealerships always pressured me, so for two years I kept putting off buying a new car and finally decided on Frank Kent Honda, and I'm glad I did. I inquired the Odyssey through internet. I went into the Frank Kent Motor Co site and watched their founder and brief history of company and made me to check into it. Then David Supercinski called me indicating from my internet inquiry and we made an appointment. David was friendly and courteous and never pressured on us. It was a pleasant sales experience with David. As far as the price, I don't know if I got a great deal as we used to get a very good price in the past as my husband used to work at dealership. Once we decided to purchase a mini-van, we started doing our research. My husband was set on a Honda based on feedback from friends who are owners. I compared opinions with online info using the USAA Car Buying Service. We were referred to five dealers in our area who were given our contact info. We received phone calls and general emails from three dealerships, but Sheri Ballard was first to respond (within in 12 hours) with the specific information we requested. From that point on, it was no contest. While others depended upon email only or just left voice messages, Sheri followed through by answering our questions directly, especially about pricing. By the time we entered the showroom at Frank Kent, we already knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We had reservations due to a couple of unpleasant car-buying experiences in the past. My husband's plan was simple: if they push us to buy any vehicle or product we don't want, in any way, we're out the door. That was never a problem. Sheri was true to her word at every turn. She was open and shared information freely, she listened to what we were saying about our needs/likes/dislikes, she worked to get the van we wanted in the color we wanted, and best of all, she never pressured us. She introduced us to Romah O Pugh who was equally friendly and offered to help us in any way. Whether by phone, email or in person, she communicated clearly and respectfully. She always greeted us with a smile. When our vehicle arrived and we couldn't pick it up on Thursday as we planned (we had the first thunderstorm in North TX since I don't remember when), Sheri didn't panick or push, but patiently suggested we come in on Saturday morning since that seemed to fit our schedule. We actually came in on Saturday afternoon (couldn't miss the TCU game) with our three kids, who she checked on while we closed the deal. During the entire process, we never second-guessed our choice of dealer. We've owned 11 vehicles, new and used, and worked with seven or eight dealers. Working with Sheri Ballard and friends at Frank Kent was the best car-buying experience we've had in over 20 years of working with dealers in Texas and Louisiana.

I was very pleased with my experience at Frank Kent Honda. I found an used vehicle (2008 Honda Civic EX-L) I was interested in on the USAA Car Buying Service (internet sales). Fifteen minutes after I sent a message that I was interested in the car, Tad Grubb (Pre-Owned Internet Sales Manager) called me and we set up an appointment for the next morning. I sent him an email later in the day asking to see the Carfax and he promptly responded that he would have it the next morning. I arrived at the dealership with my sister (long-time Civic owner) and Tad was there waiting with the keys. We went for a test drive. He was friendly and informative about the car during the test drive. He answered my questions and my sister's compentently. We came back to the dealership and checked out the body, tires, etc. The vehicle looked great. Then we talked price. He gave me a price, I countered and he went to check with his boss. He was able to get me the price I wanted right away. He had the vehicle washed again and temporary tags put on. Everything took about two hours. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I did not feel like I was being jerked around at all. Tad was friendly, helpful, and straight forward. I would defintely recommend this dealership and this dealer.

Before going to this dealer, I contacted several dealers on the CRV model, options, and color that I wanted. I asked each to give me a detailed listing of all prices/fees and even tax and I wanted the final quote to have the total drive out cost. David Supercinski of Frank Kent Honda gave me the best quote -- but it was 60 miles from where I lived. I was afraid because there was one dealer that tried to do the bait and switch on me. Everything was well quoted and then at the last second he told me that the car I wanted just got sold! Others tried to not give me all the specifics and wanted me to test drive a car first. David was the easiest to deal with. He gave me a quote on everything I wanted and assured me that when I came there, everything will be the same. So I gambled (and prepared to look elsewhere if numbers looked different). It was great. He printed out all of our emails and showed me the numbers. I asked for clarifications and he happily obliged. He demonstrated the CRV -- it was the high end EX -- but I told him I'd like to see the LX that I asked for. He had no problem and we went looking at the different LX's. No pressure at all! Next came the finance guy, Brian. This is where it could get tense I thought. But he did not push any baloney frills that I've experienced from other dealers in the past. He did try to sell me an extended warranty. We haggled, he lowered the price and it was done. It was quick!!!! I had to leave early and my wife (it's her car) was left to bring it home. David took his time to demonstrate all the features in the car and told her to call him anytime for questions. So this is the best experience I've ever had in buying a car and I can happily recommend these people and would buy from them again. By the way, we brought our 4 yr old and she had a blast especially in their playroom.

I read that Frank Kent Honda received the award for service. I was not in a rush to buy a new car even though I planned to. The Friday afternoon on 8/19/11, I went to them just to check out the interior and exterior color combination. Mr. Jason Kruis walked to me and patiently answered all my questions and offered a test drive. During the test drive, he carefully reminded me the performance and handling that made Accord stands out. He didn't do a sales pitch the whole time but the way he treated me did the work for him. Good job, Jason! I ended up come back with my wife that evening to let her try the car, and then asked Jason if we could sit down to discuss a deal. Very respectful bargin process with him and later with Mr. Vito Ciroci. We drove the car away by 9pm happily. In less a month, Jason called me 3 times to make sure everything is fine with my car. When I visited Frank Kent Honda, I was only planning to see the Civic Coupe and drive it. There was only a limited number of 2012 Civic Coupes with automatic transmissions available at their dealership. However, when I drove the black EX-L, I knew I really wanted the car, although black was not my first choice. I was very impressed with how I was treated and how the transaction was conducted. I believe I received a very good trade-in price for my Acura RSX and that the total price I paid for the car was fair. It has a Navigation System and Satellite Radio, which I love.When I have bought cars in the past, I have not always been treated so well, being a woman. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Frank Kent Honda. Everyone with whom I came in contract was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was good, too !I completed this registraton, but when I got all the way to the end, you asked me to REGISTER you in my Contact List. WHY DID YOU NOT STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING? When I hit submit, this email did not go through. I had to go back and register you in my Contact List and THEN RETYPE THIS AGAIN !That's REALLY DUMB to wait until I've completed the whole survey and THEN ask me to register.The only reason I returned was that I did appreciate what Sheri and Mark did to help me.

There are 6 DFW Honda dealerships that are in closer proximity to where I live/work, however I chose the hour-long commute to Frank Kent Honda because of their willingness to work with me. I called first thing Monday morning and was given an appointment for later that same morning. Nick Wilson greeted me as soon as I drove in and was very efficient & professional in assessing the need for service. The wait was minimal(less than an hour) and Nick explained the results of the inspection very thoroughly. The only prolonged wait was to get the car back from the valet. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to return there for any service needs.While I was waiting for the service to be completed, I looked at some of the new cars on the lot. The sales force was lacking in responsiveness (I had to track a salesman down myself) and didn't seem to interested in showing me what they all had.

Romah Pugh went beyond my expectations, beyond just the sale - looking out of state for the Truck that I wanted, keeping me notified as to it's arrival, and status. Once the truck arrived, there were a few issues that were dealt with professionally, and fast. He went out of his way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced at all. I understood that the issues were nothing that he could foresee, and he has made sure everything was perfect for me, even after the sale. He didn't just drop me into the service dept, he stayed in constant contact, handling much of it personally. If you desire customer service with a smile, Romah is your man! This was my second car purchase with Frank Kent in the past few years. Sheri and her manager were gracious, not condescending to a female negotiating solo, and more than met my expectations. I went to see a Nissan Versa I knew was on the lot, but it had just sold. Sheri informed me of a low-milage Honda Fit "just in", and they negotiated a decent trade-in on my Saturn Vue (just when news was breaking about Saturn being cut loose from GM). Even offered to let me keep the car to go see another car nearby (one year earlier model, lower price)! Then extended that privilege to let me keep car overnight so my husband could drive it. (dealership in W. Ft. Worth, we live in NRH.)/ After I bought the car and came to pick it up, I learned she was personally out helping detail the care to get it ready~ Later, Sheri was the gracious point person to help me get 2nd set of keys from original owner (no small feat, since he'd had to forfeit the car due to financial hardship.) I have to say this was by far my best car buying experience ever. I searched for a new vehicle via the internet and then the internet gods sent me the internet angel Sheri to watch over me and guide me to purchasing my new Honda Pilot. Sheri rapidly and consistently answered my email questions. Sheri is truly an attentive salesperson. Sheri was knowledgable about the vehicles. Sheri was patient in that I had several questions and she has answered them all even after the sale was complete and I left the dealership. Of course I cannot leave out Vito. Vito picked up where Sheri left off. Vito was also very attentive and answered my financing questions and was knowledgable regarding my extended warranty coverage and GAP questions. I could not have requested two better people to complete my car buying experience. I have had the vehicle a week and have already given Sheri's name to some of my co-workers and will continue to do so. Frank Kent was not only a pleasant place to purchase a car, the whole atmosphere made my experience "extra-special." Their facility and personnel are outstanding and I would recommend them highly to others. Corey and Will not only employ special people they have turned what is a "big deal and choice" into "the right deal and choice." I never once felt pressured and knew when I left there that I was in the right vehicle for me.

When they rotated the tires they over torqued the lug nuts, most likely using an air impact wrench (which is the wrong way to tighten lug nuts.). I had a flat tire in a remote area of the Texas panhandle and bent my 4 way lug wrench trying to remove the lug nuts to put on the spare. I am a good sized strong man, so it was not because I was not string enough. FOUR HOURS LATER when AAA arrived (I said remote area) the tech could not break free the lug nuts with his hand tools. Luckily it was a service truck with an air compressor and an air impact wrench. Using that he was finally able to get the spare on.Lug nuts should be hand torqued, in the case of my Ridgeline to 95 FtLbs. It was WAY over that. Because of their failure to handle details on a routine service which left me stranded... AND their failure to respond in anyway to my complaint left on their email system and telephone voice mail... I will no longer do business with this dealership.I was lucky, I had just joined AAA a month before this happened. This was on a Saturday and no tire repair or service shop was open within about 50 to 75 miles from where the tire went flat,AND it was on a paved road where the tire went flat. So it was not like I was out in the open range.

This was the first time I've bought a new car using internet price quotes and it truly was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Paul knew his product and knew his competition. He quoted an attractive price from the start, very close to the dealer invoice cost according to Edmunds.com. I had a significantly lower quote from another dealer in the area and told Paul that and he replied "Not really...look at the fine print". The other dealer's offer clearly stated at the bottom of the page "does not include dealer installed options" and that other dealer had dealer option packs ranging from $1100 to $1350 on each of their cars. Frank Kent's offer included everything (including some useful dealer installed options of their own)...only TT&L was extra, so their total price was less.Paul took plenty of time to show me the features of the car (CR-V) and a nice length test drive. After getting back to the dealership, we started talking about trade-in and that's where we hit our first and only stumbling block. The offer for my trade-in was significantly lower than Edmunds TMV price and KBB trade-in price. So, I left the dealership that Friday night without a new car.Saturday morning, Paul called me while I was at home in the process of obtaining additional internet quotes. He offered me a much improved trade-in price and the deal was verbally agreed upon. The only problem was Frank Kent didn't have the trim and color combination that I wanted so they set about trying to find one at another dealer. Sunday came and I walked the lot while the dealership was closed. I found another car with trim and color that I decided I wanted more than what we'd already agreed on. Called Paul Monday morning and I offered him a price discounted to account for the fact that I was taking a car from inventory rather than having to find one elsewhere. They didn't accept my offer, but countered with another price and the deal was made. According to Edmunds prices, I ended up getting the car for less than dealer invoice.I went in to pick up the vehicle about 2 hours later and everything was very straightforward. No games. I didn't have to go back and forth with a sales manager like I have had to every time in the past.The final kicker was when I was signing the paperwork. I have never purchased an extended service contract but their finance guy Terry offered a creative discounted finance plan that allowed me to not only attain a 7 year 75,000 broad coverage mechanical repair service contract, but also pay less per month than I would have without it, for the same length term. How cool is that?Again, I can truly say this was the smoothest, stress-free new car purchase that I've ever experienced. I got an excellent price on the new vehicle, a fair price on my trade-in and discounted incentive financing that got me a service contract while paying less money than if I had gone without it. Oh, and I got a great car to boot! Post sale follow-up has been excellent too.I highly recommend Frank Kent Honda if that's the make of car you're in the market for and you're in the Ft. Worth area. I promised I would not return to Frank Kent Honda after a bad experience with the purchase of a Honda Civic Hybrid (see my other review), but I relented and decided to give them a fair shake. In 2007 we traded my wife's Chevy Malibu in for a Honda Fit. I got a fair price so we decided to return again in 2010 to lease a Honda CR-V. My wife was not happy with the dealership overall because the salesman (Billy Pierett) didn't take the time to show her all the bells and whistles of the car and also because the finance department reduced the mileage allotment from 15,000 to 12,000. We almost didn't catch the change. As it was, Frank Kent Honda refused to upgrade the mileage based on the agreed upon sales price. Instead, we had to pay extra above what we originally agreed.I decided to give Frank Kent one more chance hoping that the mileage problem really was just an error, and not intentional. I now believe it was intentional based upon our last visit to this dealership. We traded in our 2004 Honda CR-V LX and leased a 2011 Honda Civic EX-L February 26th, 2011. I researched the true market value of my car and its trade-in value. I told my salesman that the true market value (black book value) was $7600 in average condition. I told him I would take $6000 based on the overall condition of the car so that we could avoid any haggling. It was a fair price for both of us. I told him NOT to bring me a low-ball price. Frank Kent offered $4000 for the CR-V after I clearly told them not to play games. I told them we would go elsewhere if they didn't honor the $6000 trade and they finally agreed. They and I knew the trade value was a fair median price, but Frank Kent Honda simply couldn't resist the temptation to try make an extra quick buck. The dealership added close to $1300 in extras to the car. I had told them in the past that the reason we stopped shopping at Vandergriff Honda (Arlington, TX) was for that very reason. Frank Kent didn't previously tack on extras, but in the last two years they have gone the same route that Vandergriff Honda did. The one advantage (other than proximity) that Frank Kent Honda used to have has been lost...by their own volition. I guess they figure they can make an extra quick buck using this rather slimy sales technique. In the end, we did lease the car on 2/26/11 but since then we have had issues finishing the deal. It has been 3.5 weeks and we still don't have plates for our car. Their answer is just to "keep waiting...they will arrive sooner or later." Also, we are supposed to get back a check for $1000 once the title has been released. Even after purchasing 4 cars from Frank Kent, they wouldn't show us the courtesy of releasing the check early even though my bank (USAA) is a very reliable bank. I was told I simply have to wait. I called Frank Kent Honda and asked if I could have USAA fax a letter proving the title had cleared and on both occasions Frank Kent Honda simply refused to call me back with an answer.UPDATE: I just got a call from Frank Kent Honda one minute ago and they okayed the check to be released, BUT they mailed it to me instead of letting me pick it up from the dealership as I asked them earlier this week. Now I have to wait another 3 days for the check to arrive versus just driving to the dealership today and picking it up. These people simply DON'T CARE and DON'T LISTEN to their customers.I don't think we are going to buy another car from Frank Kent Honda.

After buying three Hondas and doing all our business with a wonderful Honda dealer in far northern state for 19 years, we moved to Texas. From the beginning we got strange feelings about dealing with the Fort Worth Frank Kent service department. Every single time we have gone in there for regular maintenance they say they need to add 'some more important items' to the list. Then they call us while they are doing the work and say they have found even more things that should be done. The quote from them for my 60K service, with the added things, was over $1600. If we had done everything they recommended on the 2 vehicles we brought in this week, we would have shelled out more than $2300.Sadly for us, we like Hondas and are reluctant to switch brands because of a difficult service department. We are older, careful, boring drivers who meticulously maintain our cars and have never encountered this problem before. Our cars are not old. We don't know if we can trust their advice - we are taking one car in to another dealership service department to get their evaluation of what needs to be done -- or not. Does anyone else think their Honda car is either not well made or way too expensive to maintain - or that this dealership service department is way too expensive?

I walked into this dealership after my father had called ahead for me to have an appointment with Mickey. He was paged to the showroom, and then told us he would be right back. I noticed him helping another customer while we waited for 15 minutes in the lobby. The appointment we had was to test drive a 2010 Honda Fit. Finally he took us out to the base model Fit and I was allowed to drive it. He didn't know how much power the engine had, or very much about the car in general. When we got back tot he dealership we told him we wanted to look at colors, and that we would like to get the manual transmission. Right then he told us that he would have to see if he could actually get us the car we wanted. He was not very friendly throughout the entire process. We finally got to tell him the car we wanted, and he said he'd look but couldn't make any promises. Then he asked us if we were going to finance the car. I told him no, and his attitude did a 180 so fast. All of a sudden we were getting price quotes and they were off looking for our car. Finally I get a quote from him. Miffed, we left to talk about it. I decided I wanted to get the car. We called back and he said that the car I wanted wasn't local, so it would cost $200 delivery charge. Then he told us that he could not sell the car without the "dealer packages" of accessories. The price he quoted us on the phone at this point is over $20,000, which was $1,500 more than we were originally quoted. I told him I didn't want any of the "extras" and he said they couldn't sell it that way. So we decided to take our business to the dealership that actually had the car, and they sold it to us for the price quoted. We also ended up driving from Fort Worth to Round Rock to buy this car. VERY rude sales, they will treat young people badly because they think they won't be actually buying a car. I would never buy a car at Frank Kent Honda. Worst car buying experience I've ever had.

I was getting quotes on a new Honda on line from Jennifer Rodgers, the internet sales lady. She is the first sales person I've ever dealt with who said she "wouldn't miss my business". This came after only 2 emails in which I was pleasant. It's like asking for a better price set her off. She was having a bad day or doesn't understand customer service. Jennifer could have nicely stated something like "sorry that's the best I can do" rather than "We won't miss your business".

I have attempted to purchase Civics on two occasions. I dealt with Cecil Johnson. This guy was a GREAT person to deal with! Too bad the Sales Manager wasn't pleasant to deal with. :( The service department also made multiple mistakes on my first visit.<br> Cecil and I worked several times and agreed on a price at invoice for a Civic Hybrid with a CVT transmission. I came in late (my fault) and he had to leave claiming he didn't feel well. He just had surgery so I believed him (and still do). I tried to finish the sale but the Sales Manager raised the price about $800.00. I left stating I wouldn't come back.<br> The next day I bought a Mazda 3 instead. This car gave me back problems so I tried to return it three days later. The seller wouldn't work with me (Hillard Mazda - terrible). So, I went back to Frank Kent to try again. They low-balled my trade $2000.00 less than Vangergriff Honda. I bought the Civic Hybrid from Mike Allen at Vandergriff Honda instead (nice guy!). <br> This week I decided to trade the Hybrid in for a Civic Si. Cecil was wonderful (again) to deal with. The Sales Manager lowballed my trade again even though Riley Mazda, Jerry's Toyota, and Bankston Honda all said they could pay $500.00 more. <br> What is with Frank Kent Honda and their "inability" to provide a decent trade? Also, the Sales Manager read me the riot act because I had wasted the time of his salespersons. I had cash in hand, financing already set up. All I had to do was give them a check and sign papers, but they lowballed my trade and (again) expected too much for the sale!<br> I am going to go into the dealership on Monday and personally pay Cecil for his time (he deserves it), but I cannot imagine ever doing business with these folks.
