Worst experience ever. I had about 5 people look at me but never approached me or even say hello. AND HERES THE BEST PART! My original review was not just taken down but it was hijacked and rewritten. I originally gave a one star review with negative feedback, then I discovered it was replaced with a 5 star rating and positive feedback that I did not write. These people cant even be trusted with the truth of a potential customers criticism to try and use it to better their establishment. And they're selling cars! Imagine what they would do to make money off you.... Never go here. Unless you like a being abused.

I took my car here for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. I was told that the tires have been rotated but they weren't. I had marked the tires with numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 and they were all in the same position. I verbally confirmed that the tires were rotated before I left the dealership. The paperwork stated that the tires were rotated and air was filled on the tires to reflect manufacturer's specs. 2 days after, my TPMS light went on and I was confused. Upon checking the tire pressure, all 4 tires were inflated to 37psi when the door tag reads that the front tires should be 33psi and rear at 32psi. I expect this kind of service from a local mechanic that I don't know, not a Honda dealership. I'll be staying away from here even if I have to pay more at other dealerships. There is no way for me to truly know if they actually put full synthetic oil in my car. I never leave reviews and usually "let it go". I hope this helps someone. If you check Yelp, you'll see others who share similar experiences.

Our appointment at Honda of Kenosha was exceptional: the work was done professionally and thoroughly. I delivered my car at the assigned time and location. The work was completed as scheduled. I received a call from the dealer when they finished, everything was completed "top job ", the work completed was explained to me. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this dealership. Job well done!

You changed the oil on my wifes car and never fully secured the hood, guess what, it opened on the highway, obviously you hire incompetent idiots. Anthony Lee was my salesman at Honda of Kenosha where I purchased my new Honda Civic. It was not on their lot and had to be located. They found exactly what I wanted, within a day, Anthony drove all the way to pick it up and deliver it to me. I got the color and model with all the amenities I wanted and needed. Traded in our 2013 Pilot, not on another Honda! We have purchased 4 vehicles from here and will not buy another. Service has gone from an hour for an auto butler appt. to 4-5 hours. An oil change is over an hour without their "free" multi point inspection. Had a transmission flush at 45k miles , manufacturer required it at 36k. Was told I needed another at 62k. Replaced the brakes to stop the shuddering at a local auto shop...was told on my last service appt, at 62k miles that they needed to be serviced for$139...really???? The brakes are better than when we purchased the vehicle....Run fast and far. They don't keep accurate records and was told they "go by mileage" for service. I no longer have to wait on them. Hurrah!!!

Took my car In for service. Mechanic said I needed brakes. Took car to get a second opinion at another brake shop in town (Pauls Bender Center) they inspected and told me I still had over 50% life left in my brake pads. WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!!

Tony is a nice guy however After further interaction with this dealership and overview of the contract I was entered into there were ALOT of details omitted during the sale and from the service department. The car I purchased has scratches on it and they promised that if I gave them a 5 star review they would have them taken care of. When I went in to drop my car off to have the scratches fixed the first impression I got was rude and unhelpful. They were short and unpleasant and even though there had been a note made about a rental they acted as if it was such a big deal that I asked for one. And I also mentioned that my BRAND NEW car's AC was acting up and they said that I would have to bring it in at another time to get looked at. It wasn't until I brought up my frustration that ANYONE was willing to help. I reached out to my orginal salesmen and he has yet to get back to me. I will be calling the 800 number and filing an official complaint. Your best bet is to take your business elsewhere.

I had previously posted a rave review for Anthony, and I stand by it 18 months later. Anthony is outstanding to work with and makes the chore of car shopping an easy one. He's mindful of your busy schedule, is prepared for your arrival, and has your best interest front and center. I find him to be honest, trustworthy, and great to work with. Terrible experience with the service department. These folks charge up to 140% ABOVE the published "Honda" retail price for the parts used in service. In my opinion, this is price gouging at its worst. I can only wonder how much they may be inflating their labor charges.I bought 2 new Honda Fits, at the same time, from this dealer, and thought they ran a customer-focused business, including the service department. I'm incredibly disappointed.We are in the market to replace the 2 Honda Fits and now will seek out another dealer.

1/05/2016 I purchased a used 2006 Honda Odyssey from Honda of Kenosha. With this purchase, I also bought a warranty from Warranty Solutions. In March 2016, I received a letter from Warranty Solutions stating my warranty had been cancelled. I called Warranty Solutions to find out why and the lady I spoke with looked into and stated Joe Nowakowski, from the dealership (Honda Of Kenosha), cancelled it and that I should call him. After talking with Joe, I was under the assumption that the warranty was good to go. On Friday 8/05/2016 my vehicle broke down on me. I called the 1-866-number for the roadside assistance and gave them my account number for the warranty. They informed me that my vehicle was not covered under warranty, so I called Honda of Kenosha to talk with Joe regarding this issue again. After multiple phone calls and voicemails I finally talked to Magda Vogel about this and was told it was fixed. After being without a car for almost 2 days, finally Saturday afternoon I talked with the sales guy who originally sold me the car. I told him what was going on and was told to come and get a loaner until the warranty issue was fixed. Right after I got off the phone I headed to the dealership. Once I got there, Amy Dressen, from the service department, told me I would have to wait until they could diagnose the problem before I can even get a loaner. I informed her I needed to be to work and she stated in a very rude and unprofessional manner "Well, if you would have answered your phone, you would have known your vehicle just arrived and we would need to look at it first." Mind you that is not what the sales guy had told me over the phone. After an hour of waiting they finally gave me loaner car, and I was on my way, but I was also an hour late to work by this time, and on top of it I got an occurrence because of my late arrival. All in all, I have received horrible service from Honda of Kenosha. The only person at Honda of Kenosha that was willing to help me out was the sales guy. Joe Nowakowski, who had made the initial mistake months ago, did not even have the decency to return any of my phone calls. This is not only very unprofessional but also makes the dealership look like they dont care. It took me having to call multiple times, leaving multiple messages, and still not getting an answer as to why I did not have warranty still. Then it took almost 9 hours for someone from dealership to even call me back. First off, this was a mistake from a worker at Honda of Kenosha (not my mistake) Secondly I have been paying for a warranty that I didnt even have. Where is the money that I have paid for this warranty that I did not have for the last 6 months? I am so appalled to have been treated the way I did from Honda of Kenosha. In the future, I will not be using Honda of Kenosha. I will be using other dealerships when purchasing other vehicles, as well as any maintenance that is needed on my current vehicle. I wish other customers a better experience than what I had received

Basically a scam operation, don't go here, they try to HARD SELL Window Etching, Floor Mats and Auto Butler (all worthless add-ons). I obviously objected to these add-ons but the dealer would not take them off. They eventually reduced the cost of the add-ons and then knocked another $700 off the car so the out-the-door price was in line with the market, but they had to drop the price of the car below market to make room for their scam add-ons so the out-the-door price was average for the market. I was short on time and needed a car otherwise I would have walked if I had more time to buy somewhere else. Don't be mistaken, this was a miserable buying experience, I will never be back for any reason. I had to blow up on anger in front of my wife to get the add-ons removed, and the sales jerk pretends to be shocked you would be upset they HARDSELL crap you don't want. Basically why waste your time and go here? I promise you a miserable buying experience, or you're a sucker and you will buy Window Etching, Floor Mats and Auto Butler (all worthless add-ons) for $1,300 extra on top of the car price.Again, a miserable experience.

Not even sure where to start. Every turn in the transaction of trading and buying a used car was unethical. Offered bottom line for trade in - offered poor interest rate for used car and when said they would match my bank still wrote papers for a higher rate. Dealer insists on add ons (car butler and security) for 600.00 more even after saying many times I did not want it. Extended warranty was mis represented and contract written up with a higher than agreed number. Only one key was given and would not give another and no owners manual book. Every turn was shifty and dishonest. I will be refinancing and writing warranty out of the dealer and will never return for service or any other thing here. IF you do go here - look and recheck final paperwork over multiple times and keep notes on what was discussed.

We bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L and Rich Sutton was our salesman. Obviously, I don't know Rich personally but he treated us very fair and I felt he was honest and upfront with us and we got a fair/good deal on our van. The dealer promised to remove a very small dent (more of a nick) from the van so that appointment should be in the next few weeks. The buying experience Rich provided was great!

I recently got a traded in vehicle on some way asked to go for and I got a very poor details while selling and buying a new vehicle. On the new vehicle I almost paid $3000 compared to other dealers near by. I will not prefer any more honda car or if I have to I will prefer not to go to here. Not even for Oil change or tier rotation of for any other purposes. No one attends the call if you dial them, thats another challenge.

In 2013 my daughter had a wonderful experience purchasing a Honda Insight at this dealership. She is in the market for a new car and had several cars on her list that she wanted to test drive. She went back to this dealership because of the wonderful previous experience. The person she had worked with three years ago was with another customer, so we got to deal with Kevin. We found Kevin to be patronizing and overly aggressive and once he answered a question about her trade in with "What's the point? If you aren't buying a car today, there's no point." After he said that, we realized that there was exactly no reason to continue to deal with this person. Perhaps he was having a bad day, who knows. We understand that it can be frustrating to work with customers who are interested in buying a car, but who want to research all of their options first. However, the dismissiveness and irritation directed our way for wanting to drive a car and get some information to help make a decision on a major purchase was unacceptable; his attitude was so off putting we left this dealership and went to the Honda in Gurnee to drive the HR-V again under markedly more pleasant circumstances.

Honda of Kenosha has always been prompt, honest & curteous. Prices are what you'd expect from a dealer but they are justified by the quality of their work. I have never before went to buy a car and everyone was so nice and professional which was a breath of fresh air. I keep telling my family and friends to go to Kenosha Honda where they will be treated right and the staff at Kenosha Honda patiently walk you through the difficult job of purchasing or leasing a car. The service manager was great and they were very fast at getting my car in. The only issue I have is that every time my tire pressure is wrong and my tire pressure warning comes on a couple of miles from the dealership.This has happened every time for two cars, the information the tech has must be wrong. Should I send a bill for having to work on your bad information, so it is correct. Have a nice day.

I called to speak with the service department about my 2012 Civic, which had not started that morning. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Turned out my car needed a new battery. He said he could get me in that night and to ask for "Big Joe." I was able to get the battery jumped so that I could get the car to the dealership, and everybody was very friendly and helpful, especially Joe. I will be asking for him from now on!

Promises to contact you in 1 hour. 3hrs later no call. Orders wrong parts and installs without customer knowledge. Reordered correct parts and never called to reinstall. This service center pencil pusher Tim is ignorant and rude. I would highly recommend a different dealer. I read prior bad posts on this place. They are 100% correct. Dealer is shabby.

Worst car buying experience ever! Promises are made and not fulfilled. The sales manager Cory is smug and cocky. He tells you things like everything is set or all taken care of, when they are not. His famous words are "I'll call you back". He doesn't! I called and left multiple messages asking him for updates on a minor repair he promised to me was being taken care of on my vehicle. He never called. When I asked to talk to another manager, a miracle happened! After 2 days of leaving messages, Cory himself actually answered my call. And said I'll call you back. News flash! He didn't. It's just a big game to him. He is rude and thoughtless. He never took care of my original problem, instead fixing some minor scratches and small dent I inquired about. I appreciate that he allowed for the minor body repairs, but I first and foremost wanted my original complaint taken care of. He told me that he felt that problem was there responsibility, and he didn't stick by that. The worst part is how little they seem to value their customers. Showing them how much they appreciate their business with broken promises and childish mind games. They do not seem to understand the value of good customer service.

We worked with Anthony. Great guy. Everything went smoothly until his manager got involved. We agreed on a price. We came back the next day and the price was higher. After several minutes of arguing, we were given the agreed upon price. Shady negotiations.More importantly, we paid for the extended warranty. After 5 years or 75,000 miles, we could forfeit 100.00 and get the cost of the warranty back.: 1,695.00. We have gotten the run around for 9 months. We have gotten 1/2 of the amount owed and several excuses why this has dragged on. They are no longer returning calls or emailing us back. Be advised on working with this company. I will likely need to go through the hassle of small claims court. I will definitely not go back. I will most definitely let everyone I know, who lives in the area, to steer clear of this dealer.

Service team was great! We had a last minute oil change before driving to Florida and Joseph Kish pointed out that out back brakes needed replacement. Glad they inspected the vehicle. Even it only took a couple hours he put us on a loan car to get my 4 year old lunch and got to go home and workout :)!!! I really like the service team here, they are up front with whats needed and fair with service price.

The purchase of our used car was uneventful; however, our vehicle was damaged at the dealership during final clean up. The damage was not disclosed to us but was identified by us prior to leaving. The salesman ( Mark Maddox) wrote a phone number on a piece of scrap paper and promised they would take care of it. We got two estimates from our local body shop and Honda of Kenosha claimed they could fix $1800 for less than $500! Mark was not knowledgeable and unprofessional. The managers are not assessible and calls are routed directly to voicemail. Many, many, many calls later, the vehicle was fixed by our local body shop and Honda of Kenosha paid one week after the service was completed. Poor ethics!

He was confident and clear in what he was describing and that helped me a lot. He was very friendly and I noticed that he gave excellent customer service too all customers that came in. He also kept me posted by phone during the day so that I knew what was happening and when my car would be ready. He also offered me a ride if I needed one. With my Honda lease coming to an end in October we decided to talk to Honda of Kenosha about buying my car because we just love our 2013 Honda Accord EXL-V6 Navi. I initially talked to their Sales Mgr. Matt Benak. He talked about all the options I had available then I talked to Salesperson Anthony Lee. Anthony was courteous, professional and I never felt rushed at all. Anthony carefully reviewed the paperwork until I was completely satisfied. After I approved the deal I met with Finance Mgr. Magda Vogel. She presented all of the legal documents in a careful yet thorough way and talked about the optional warranty options which I opted for. I had a fantastic car buying experience and strongly recommend Honda of Kenosha for your next new or used car purchase!

I negotiated a price for a new accord over the phone a out the door price an was assured that's what a would get upon arrival at the dealership. Wow what a surprise after picking the exact color we liked we were exposed to a arrogant sales manager named Cory Wilson who told us there had been a mistake and he could not sell the car for the negotiated price. What a load of crap!!!!! We purchased a car only to have one promise after another broken these people talk out of both sides of there mouth. We are 1 month in from our miserable car buying experience and still nothing had been resolved. I have call the so called manager Roy 3 times only returned my call once a week ago to tell me the check was In the mail well a week later no check surprise surprise more B.S. I wouldn't buy a lawnmower from these arrogant people again. It really a shame because I had great and very pleasant dealings with Jade and Michelle which is the only reason. I ended up going to buy here in the first place. People shouldn't have to be misled and lied to when buying a car.

The service writer did an excellent job, explaining what needed to be done on the recall and informing me of other areas of the car that needed looking into. The only problem was that the pricing forthis other work that needed to be done on the car was a lot more expensive than anywhere else I looked at after getting the information from Honda. So in answering the question below this box as to whether I would recommend the dealer to a friend - I would only do so in so far as purchasing a Honda, but not for getting the repairs done there unless it is a recall situation.

I went in for a recall issue and waited for a long time to talk to someone. No one talked to me, so I parked my car in their lot and left to finish the rest of my duties for the day I returned later to pick up my car. Again I stood there waiting until an older gentleman told someone to talk to me. "I'll do it as soon as I'm through here" was the response. I don't think this dealership has the personnel to handle the repair customers. The staff looked stressed, maybe they need more support. Also, the last repair I had them do was a botched brake job. My suggestion, drive to another dealer.

Took my Honda Odyssey 2002 for an airbag recall. Service Advisor took my information and ordered the parts. And just as he told me I received a call a couple of days later with a confirmation that the parts were there and asked me for a best time to schedule. I scheduled the next morning, they had given me a time of 2 hours on the phone. When I got there I was received and taken care of immediately. 90 minutes after, my Honda was washed, ready and I was on my way. Can't get better than that...

I believe the staff is overworked and requires one more person. With that being said it was obvious to me that the staff were exceptional employees from Joe to Manager to assistants. They were obviously good at multi-tasking and worked tirelessly to provide the best service to all their customers despite the obvious overload. I worked as an ICU nurse and know what its like to multi-task and I didn't get the impression they weren't good at their job its just too much to take on so I believe they deserve an extra person at that empty desk in the service department and you will have a very smooth operating service department with extremely happy customers. My Honda Odyssey looked beautiful and they remedied my initial issue with a very prompt accommodating solution. Happy Honda Owner.

My daughter and I leased a new Honda car over the weekend of 5/16/2015. The dealer agent was Katie Young. She was excellent!! She did above and beyond to get us the exact car, which my daughter wanted, and to get us a very good price! (better than the price suggested by any of the other Honda dealerships) She pointed out to us a student discount, we were not aware of.. My son is preparing to go off to college this upcoming school year, and I wanted to look for a newer used car with low miles for peace of mind. Normally I am uncomfortable and very tense when working with car dealerships. Of course I want the best deal paying as little as possible, and the dealer wants the best deal getting as much as they can. So the tension mounts. However, Honda of Kenosha was a completely different experience. Their first concern was to locate a vehicle that would best suit my son's needs. We bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze with 37,000 miles and an extremely economical 35+ mpg. Perfect for my son! There was some negotiating back and forth, which is expected, but very respectful to my requests for value on our trade-in and what payment range we wanted to be in. We worked out a great deal from vehicle chosen, through negotiations, and finally driving it home within a couple of hours. Our sales person was Asia Sanchez. Do not overlook her because of her youth and beauty. She is very well versed in the auto industry and extremely patient to work with. She helped us push the price down with the finance person. How often does that happen? She knew that car was a perfect fit for my son and wanted to make sure we got it at a deal we were comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Honda of Kenosha, and that is saying a lot coming from someone that would rather go to the dentist then deal with auto dealerships!!

I went in to test drive the Honda Civic that was listed on their site that had low miles and was one owner and accident free car. I saw the carfax online prior to going in. the car had bad tires and front bearing seem to be bad. Hence; I wanted to leave and the sales person said they can show me a better car. He pulled in another Honda civic of same year but different color that had better tires and it did ride better. They sold me the car as better car than the one I cam in to see for $500 more than the first car. But later I found out that this car was accident car. I went in to see the sales person and manager. The manager was very rude and did not admit that they misinformed me and sold me accident car. He kept saying that the car was still sold at fair price.Hence; I would not recommend the Kenosha Honda to anyone. I should have asked for carfax and not relied on the sales person that this is accident free car and better than the one I came into see. So be aware and buy at your own risk from Honda of Kenosha Wisconsin.One more thing I forgot to mention. Sales person said they service all their cars before sale and the oil in the civic was black like a tar. 100% it was not services. You can't relay on anything they say. Just stay away form Honda of Kenosha.

We asked if we could get a shuttle to the mall they got us there. It was cold after an hour we wanted to come back. So we called they said they were coming. After 30 min of waiting we called back they said they were coming and we were not far at all from the dealership. Finally after waiting another 30 min they finally came. When we got our car back it was completely DEAD! I could not believe it. Then waiting a few minutes for service they jumped it and it worked. So the reason was because they were running it to long. Terrible.

To be honest, I have a Honda dealership less than 5 minutes from my house. I had a terrible experience years ago at this dealership, so when a new Honda dealership opened up a few years ago in Kenosha, which is about 30 minutes from my house, I went to check it out. I'm so glad I did and so glad I crossed paths with Anthony Lee. In the past few years, I've worked with Anthony on the purchase and/or lease of four different vehicles. He's fantastic to work with and makes the process seem so simple. Pain free in fact! In working with him, I never feel pressured, pushed or manipulated just to make a sale. I feel as though he listens, tries to understand what you are looking for and what you need in a vehicle and definitely has your interest in mind. Being a repeat customer, he looks out for you as well and notifies you of upcoming deals and sales. I always touch base with him prior to arriving, as my time is usually limited. 2/18/2015I purchased a vehicle from Honda of Kenosha on November 15, 2014. A service warranty plan of $2500 was included on this purchase. I was told I could not get financing if I did not purchase this warranty. On November 22, 2014, I cancelled this warranty. I was told it would take six to eight weeks for a credit to be sent to my financing company. As of today, Februrary 18, 2015, this credit was never received. Between November 22, 2014 and February 18, 2015, I stopped into the dealership three times regarding this matter. I was never contacted after leaving messages. When I did finally receive a phone call I was told the check was already sent and that I need to handle it with my financing company. The problem was first, I was told that the check was cut on January 8, 2015 and then I was told the check was cut on February 3, 2015. The check has still not been received. I am disappointed with this type of run around since I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Until this incident, I would have recommended it to a friend and I would have made another vehicle purchase. After this experience, I will be shopping for a vehicle at a different dealership.

After buying my 2010 Ford Focus, My front suspension entirely failed a month after I bought the car. the warranty I had paid for with the car was supposed to cover it (This warranty cost is automatically added to the cost of the car, watch out for it. It is another scam on their part.) but didn't leaving me with $800 in service bills. I called the Dealership to speak with them about the problems and they wouldn't return my call. I called to cancel the warranty to at least get the $2000 credited back to the loan, they wont return my call. The warranty company has since refunded the dealership for the money, but it was never refunded to me or my lien holder. Now they still wont return my call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HONDA OF KENOSHA!

I drove 4 hours to have an automatic car start installed into my new Honda Accord, they service this job out and don't use HONDA PARTS...They installed it and it was DEFECTIVE at 3 hours now with installation & removal, they didn't sent the rep to get a new part nor did they make up for wasting my entire day... We were ready to purchase a CR-V 2015 E-XL. Pricing was confirmed with Jade Adams at 2:30 pm and we confirmed to be at the dealership at 5pm to finalize the deal. When we arrived ( came all the way from Milwaukee with an infant) we were told by the sales manager they were completely sold out and it was not possible to get more cars in less than a week. Once inventory was built up they also would not honor the price that was agreed upon today. Overall staff was acting unprofessional and not customer service oriented. It is hard to believe that a customer who has made up his mind and is ready to spent 28K is ridiculed in such way.

What can you say about a salesman who listens, I mean really listens. Well I met one Anthony Lee is a very awesome salesman, not pushy just sits down with you taking notes on what you are telling him. He will go away to find you a car and a few minutes later he was there with the car that fit me perfect. It was a hot day that day and I hate air conditioning, Anthony did not turn on the air conditioning was understanding to my needs, never in a lifetime have I had such service. I received a recall notice for a power steering hose. My car wasn't having any problems at that time including my power steering. I called the dealership to have the work done as a preventative measure. A short time after getting my vehicle back I noticed some wet spots under my car. Upon further investigation I found that there was barely any power steering fluid in the vehicle as it was leaking due to the "recall work". I brought my vehicle back a 2nd time due to power steering fluid actually seeping out of the top of the power steering container and again loosing fluid. Of course there was no admission of mistakes that were being made. Shortly after having it in a 2nd time for the "recall work" my car blew a spark plug/heating coil (a threaded OEM spark plug. I had never touched the spark plugs on the vehicle, however I did notice that the spark/heating coil that blew was right next to the power steering line that the "recall work" was done on. I was so incredibly frustrated that I called American Honda. They basically told me to bring the car back in to have it looked at after I already had a master mechanic look at the vehicle. I took the car back in, they had it for a couple days and called to tell me that it was ready to go... I decided to have my timing belt and water pump replaced at that time thinking that the vehicle was back to normal working conditions. I was wrong (big surprise). My car is now burning through 4-5 quarts of oil a month since bringing my car in for some simple "recall work". On top of all this you should have seen the BS I had to deal with to get my windshield wipers to stop overextending (slapping). I was told that I needed a new motor and assembly. I new I didn't need a motor so after another call to America Honda I finally got the dealership to actually look a little closer. It turns out that there was a linkage that broke (what a brain buster for a mechanic). I hate to keep rambling on but all of this really happened. It drives me crazy knowing that I did all of the scheduled maintenance on the car prior t o the "recall work" and have had nothing but problems since... I don't even want to contact the service center anymore because I know from experience that they are awful and I've never said that about any place I've brought my vehicles to for service. I've had several Honda's now and this experience has finally hit home. I won't bring my car here for service anymore. If you purchase a vehicle from the dealership I would strongly recommend taking it elsewhere for service. It's a classic case of the technician talking/treating you as if you know nothing. At what point will they actually stand up and admit there were mistakes made and take responsibility for them. The reason I became a Honda Owner was for quality and reliability. That might have been the case if I would have taken my vehicle to a service center that stands behind their work. I have reached out for legal advice and have provided all of the documented info regarding these issues. The service center will be contacted soon. I am now at the point where I don't feel comfortable driving my car. It's as if I'm just waiting for the next thing to happen. I'm sure this doesn't mean much but I am going down the road to Toyota. There are several Honda vehicles in my family and none are taking there vehicles to this service center. There are two Honda's in my household and we are getting rid of both. Until now I was a loyal Honda customer but the lack of customer care/satisfaction has pushed me away. we are buying to new vehicles (Toyota) in the near future so we can put this dreadful experience behind us. Please remember that you are not required to get you work done from the place you purchased the vehicle. Next time you have concerns ask the technician to show you what they are talking about instead of just letting them tell you. I don't trust them and I don't respect them. They take advantage of as many people as they can. Remember that the service center is where the dealership makes there money. The car sales contribute to the GP but the service center is where the real money is coming in. Ask questions and don't be afraid to get a 2nd opinion. I wish I would have....

We recently bought a CERTIFIED 2012 Honda Odyssey that was the dealerships courtesy van. We have had nothing but problems. Two weeks after getting the van it needed a tire balance, it was off considerably. We were told that they had done a balance and alignment before we left the dealership the day of the purchase. The service department had no record of anything being done to the vehicle for MONTHS! They agreed to reimburse us for the balance and alignment. During the negotiations for purchasing the vehicle we were told that the car was not only certified but had an additional warranty that would cover up to 100,000 miles. I took the kids to go get dinner while my husband signed the paperwork and they did not include the warranty, we were charged $1800 for the warranty. We had agreed upon a price and ended up paying an additional $4k! After going through all of this we decided to call the manager of Honda of Kenosha. He never returned my phone calls. Any follow up from the salesman was never returned either. However, the salesman called on our "two month anniversary" and was to follow up on the reimbursement from the tire balance we had payed for and we still haven't heard back from him. Turns out the service manager "never" received the receipt that we personally drove over 100 miles to give to him. The straw that broke our back was when my husband went to detail the car he noticed that the bumper had been poorly repainted and not blended into the body of the vehicle. At that point we contacted Honda Corporate and they advised us to go back to the dealership. We went back to dealership and they started to make excuses for the previous owner, i.e, "How are we supposed to know what the previous owner did". Not realizing they were the previous owner until my husband corrected them. Then they finally decided that the paint job was shotty and would repaint the bumper and fix the front end. When you spend over $30K for a "certified" vehicle (granted we got a deal) you would expect a superior product, especially coming from Honda, and service. This was and is not the case with Honda of Kenosha! I enjoy driving a mini-van but the crap that we have had to deal with just amplifies my buyers remorse. My star rating is poor, but that doesn't even come close to the way I feel about our experience at this dealership. The first chance I get, I will be getting rid of this van and the bad taste in our mouth. I will never buy a car from Honda of Kenosha. When you spend over $30K for a "certified" vehicle (granted we got a deal) you would expect a superior product and service, especially coming from Honda. This was and is not the case with Honda of Kenosha!

First our sales man was very nice. With that said, when I found a car and told them what I would pay for it they came back with ok my manager is willing to blow that car out of here. I did tell them what I wanted my payments to be . So here is where I was totally feeling cheated, lied to and scammed. They get your payments sort of where you want but try really hard to avoid telling you how they got there. I demanded to know what I was paying for the car (used) so with my down payment it was 14,600 the price on the car was 16,900 . So I am kinda thinking nothing blow out about that. Then I do a little adding and multiply my payments, comes out to $18, 720. That's a 4120 difference. Ok so I do have to add in tax and service fee. Still did not add up. Finally after they tried everything to avoid me not figuring it out, cuz all I should concern myself with is that I am getting the payments I asked for ( not really ) a phone call sometime later tells me a better break down all that extra $ was the accessory package that is on there that I guess I should have known. So at the end of the day this manager thought I was going to pay a total of $19,700 for a 2012 Camry with 27,000 miles on it. 2 hours there and back from my house ( wasted ) the short story is that when a customer comes in and sees a price , the salesman should be upfront about the package and fees. I would not have added any of that stuff to the car had I have a choice. I am still laughing about that blow out price he was giving me. Lost a customer. The salesman was great the manager needs to be replaced. Obviously his time is spent trying to screw you. It took almost 4 hours for him to come up with a way to break this down. While he had the poor salesman tell me it's not about the final cost but about the payment.

I am at service right now. I had an 8:30 appt for an oil change and it's now over an hour later. When I asked for an estimated remaining wait time, Jason replied by saying he didn't know, but would let me know when someone told him. I can see through their window that they haven't even started on the car yet. When I made the appt, they said it would only take about 45 min. Very annoyed to say the least.

This is not my first rodeo working with Mr Lee, of course I have never bought a rodeo, this time it was a Honda CR-Z . I continue to work with him over the years because he is courteous, friendly and obviously takes the time to study the products he sells. He takes the time to make sure that it is the vehicle for you, that you get some of the basics with the advanced features and all without the high pressure that most dealerships come with. He lays out the optional purchases, he doesn't push them. He explains the advantages and also disadvantages of vehicle options and add on options including services. I honestly believe Mr Lee cares more about the people he works with through then the actual sale. As earlier stated, I have worked with him before, and will work with him again. Most expedient and painless car purchases I have ever made in my entire life. Three hours from test drive to leaving with plates on the vehicle, an almost unheard of feat in any major purchase. For those looking for someone to work with through life I highly suggest Anthony Lee at Honda of Kenosha, you will NEVER regret the choice

After researching other similar class size makes and models, we really didn't think we'd be able to get a Civic EX within our budget. The internet team made the initial purchase offer which brought us in, but Kevin kept us and made the deal. Yes, there were some non-optional options that were added, but Kevin was willing to negotiate on the only item that I thought was over-priced and the car was still under what we were expecting to pay. One other thing about Kevin. It was refreshing to work with a salesperson that was straight-forward and knew what he was talking about. On some of our other dealer visits, we were forced to work with sales people that seemed to know less about the model than we did. That was not the case with Kevin and we didn't have to waste time with the back and forth efforts that so often can happen. We were really impressed with Kevin AND with Honda of Kenosha. We do need to have an additional accessory installed so I'll wait and see how their Service Department is, but for now, we are very satisfied with our entire experience with Kevin and Honda of Kenosha.

I was looking to purchase a new Honda CR-V EX-L 2WD with navigation in the Chicagoland area. Apparently this is a hard to find model as most cars sold in this trim are all wheel drive. Quite frankly, who needs an AWD model living in the suburbs of flatlandia?I was not willing to settle for lower gas mileage or increased maintenance costs associated with an AWD model so I was set on getting the 2WD. I looked and looked and most dealers told me this was almost an impossibility, until I contacted Honda of Kenosha.They quoted me a very competitive price and even though the car was not in stock, they located the model I wanted in less than two weeks. I worked with Kevin Leys throughout the process and I was very impressed by his professionalism and low pressure approach. Very different from previous car buying experiences. He listened to my needs and kept me informed of updates regarding locating the exact car I was looking for. I am now on my 3rd Honda from Honda of Kenosha. I love that they check in every now and then and if they had not checked in with me this most recent time, I would not be in love with my new '14 Accord! I am not going to say that all my visits have been perfect because they have not. However, like every business with real people, there will never be a completely perfect experience. :) There were never any major issues and I did not get my way on everything but I understand that they are in the business to make money and I am there to try and squeeze every dollar of savings I can get out them. They listened to me and worked with me as best they could and were straight forward with me. They never played the "bait and switch" game with me either which is why I continue to do business with them. I also use their service department and love that they do an inspection at every time. I used to just go to any Joe Blow place for oil changes and a week later would end up broke down on the side of the road. This happened because at the Joe Blow place, they would change my oil and send me on the way. (Sometimes not even putting my oil cap back on! GRRRRR) So now, when I go in for an oil change they let me know if anything looks like it will need to be replaced soon which also gives me time to budget if it going to be a costly one! I recommend them all around.

To be honest, I have a Honda dealership less than 5 minutes from my house. I had a terrible experience years ago at this dealership, so when a new Honda dealership opened up a few years ago in Kenosha, which is about 30 minutes from my house, I went to check it out. I'm so glad I did and so glad I crossed paths with Anthony Lee. In the past few years, I've worked with Anthony on the purchase and lease of three different vehicles. He's fantastic to work with and makes the process seem so simple. Pain free in fact! In working with him, I never feel pressured, pushed or manipulated just to make a sale. I feel as though he listens, tries to understand what you are looking for and what you need in a vehicle and definitely has your interest in mind. Being a repeat customer, he looks out for you as well and notifies you of upcoming deals and sales. I always touch base with him prior to arriving, as my time is usually limited. Anthony doesn't waste any time. While he's very personable and easy to talk with, he's "all business" at the same time. I will definitely be back to Honda of Kenosha to work with Anthony Lee on the purchase of my next vehicle!

I was actually on my way to Carmax Kenosha to set up a transfer of a 2011 Honda CRV from another facility. I stopped into Honda of Kenosha just to see if there was anything they might be able to do for me and I ended up purchasing a 2011 Honda CRV that has way more features than the one I was planning on purchasing from Carmax. Originially My wife and I went to look at a used car and ended up at Car Max. Bad Choice. We went down the road to the Honda dealership and dealt with a different salesperson who I've noticed is no longer listed on the website, but was very pushy. The next day I went in to complain and met Ritchie. He listened to my complaints, then got a manager who also listened to my complaints. After discussing what my wife and I wanted and needed rather than what the guy the previous day was trying to sell, I called my wife at work and had her meet me after work at Honda. She wasn't thrilled, but agreed to meet Ritchie.We went for a test drive with Ritchie, who was very laid back and was describing the features during stop lights and other pauses during our test drive. We knew we wanted this Civic, but as it turned out we were just under the line of acceptable credit. After working with a number of banks and different numbers, Ritchie finally was able to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. We were so shocked! Less than a year later my old beater finally went, and Ritchie was my first stop. Having a used car I've had it in a couple times for service. Tires replaced, oil changed, things like that. Rob has always gone above and beyond to insure satisfaction when I pick up my car. Including the time my dome light got bumped half way on, which drained the battery. Once the car got jumped the radio wouldn't work and the windows wouldn't roll up or down. So I left it in the service bay for Rob the next day, who had my battery replaced, as well as reprogrammed the radio and fixed the windows all free of charge. I'm overwhelmed at how I feel like family every time I go there, if I were physically able to go there to even say "hi" more often, I would.Once we are eligible for Honda credit we will be trading in our Civic for a newer model, and once again, Ritchie will be my one and only call!

Exceeded expectations! After careful research online, we decided on the make, model, and price range for a new used vehicle that we planned to buy. Still, we expected "pressure" sales tactics at the car dealerships. Arnold Niendorf, at Honda of Kenosha, proved us wrong. As soon as we entered the showroom, we felt welcomed but not pressured. Mr. Niendorf was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles and the car-buying process. He was available to answer our questions without being intrusive or pushy as we shopped. He allowed us to take our time and to talk privately with one another when we requested that. He personally drove several vehicles that met our criteria into the showroom bay from the lot so that we could continue to "comparison shop" without getting wet -- though it meant that he got drenched several times in the rain storm! Mr. Niendorf advocated on our behalf when we decided on the vehicle we wished to purchase. Because of his diligence, our final price was $500 lower than the 'best price' we had expected, AND we received complimentary car washes for one year! We will enjoy the complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby showroom while we wait for our clean, shiny car! Anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle will undoubtedly be impressed with Mr. Niendorf's service and Honda of Kenosha's inventory. We highly recommend them to any of our car-buying peers! I did a lease, so things moved along quickly. I did not haggle, except for the mats and detailing. It seemed like I got a good deal on the mats and detailing. I was not pressured by Kevin. I leased a 2013, well into 2014, so they only had one 2013 left, so I didn't have any choice of color or options. So my experience went by pretty quickly. No problems with Kevin. He answered all my questions. I like having the dealer in Kenosha, where I live. FREE lifetime car washes is a nice touch. The checkout process with the payment part with another person also went quickly and well. After my 3 year lease, I will consider buying or leasing again from HONDA of Kenosha.

No one likes to feel pushed when making a decision to spend a lot of money. With that said, not once did I ever feel like I was being "sold". Tim was very relaxed, laid back completely professional and knowledgeable. I was made to feel that I was in control of the entire experience and Tim was there to answer my questions and help me make the best decision possible. I went in to get my car serviced for a strange noise and found out there were several issues that would be quite costly to fix and too dangerous for me to drive the car away. I was in a terrible spot because I was certainly not in a position to buy a new car at a moments notice. The team there bent over backwards to help me find a car to suit my needs that I could afford. They even stayed late to complete the process and get me into a car to drive home. When I went back the next day to finish the financing, they had come in with a payment that was less per month than what we had originally discussed. Although I had purchased the first car in Kenosha, I had serviced my car at Milwaukee dealerships for convenience. The friendliness and thoroughness of the Kenosha dealership made the trip worth the distance. I would highly recommend Honda of Kenosha and will continue to buy cars there in the future.

I went into this dealership thinking I was going to get one car and I came out of there with a completely different... and better ride. From start to finish this team of people were working to make sure I got the best bang for my buck. I'm especially excited because even though my credit wasn't the best I walked out of there with a great car. I do have a higher than usual interest rate on my car but one of the reasons I pulled the trigger on purchasing here was their re-financing plan after 12 to 18 months. Anthony Lee is a professional when it comes to taking care of people (he even makes you popcorn while you wait. DELICIOUS popcorn). He is a talented people person which I have respect for as I am also in customer service/sales industry. I didn't spend a bunch of time with the team that was working behind him but they were also very professional in the way they approached this business deal. Even after I signed on the dotted line for the loan to buy the car I am still able to reach Anthony with any questions that I have. This little piece of customer service is huge. I will certainly be buying my next vehicle from Honda of Kenosha. Lastly, I have to give credit to Autumn who is with the internet sales team. I found Honda of Kenosha online and Autumn was the first person I talked to. Her honest enthusiasm to get me into a car was pure and the true reason I came into the dealership in the first place. From start to finish this team of people was a joy to be around. I'm grateful for their help with everything and I'm looking forward to my free car wash!

I went to Honda of Kenosha looking at cars because 2 weeks before my car had been totaled. I did NOT plan on buying a car that day what so ever because I had not much money to put down, I was going to wait for my taxes so I could put a little something down. I was interested in this 2013 black Chevy Malibu so Kevin Leys let me test drive it around a little bit and take it to my dads house so he could give me his input on the car because he was co-signing for me. Anyways we came back to Honda and my dad liked the car too so we talked to Kevin about my payments each month and what not. I couldn't afford a huge payment each month so he got it down to a very reasonable price for me especially being practically a brand new car only being one year old. Kevin was great told me everything about the car and also I get free car washes for life! I would definitely recommend going to Kevin at Honda if you're looking to get a new or used car!

He has followed up with me routinely since the time I purchased the car, and he is always professional, helpful, and supportive. My company said I should go to Honda of Kenosha when I was ready to purchase my new company vehicle, but it was an 1 1/2 hours away so I went to a Honda Dealer closer to my home. I was so dissappointed from the moment I walked in to the other dealer. So I made the trip to Kenosha and met Ritchie Sutton. Immediately I felt comfortable with the service I would receive there. We were in a car accident on Christmas evening and had waited patiently for the insurance company to give us notice on our vehicle. Finally, after the New Year, they told us they would "total" it! They only gave us 3 days to return our rental car and search for a new one. Keep in mind, that we LOVED our 2005 Honda Odyssey and we had paid 6 long years for the ultimate van for our family!! We LOVEd it and it had been paid off for almost 2 years with low mileage and absolutely no problems in the 9 years we had owned it. We walked into Honda of Kenosha around 7 pm on a Tuesday night with Wind Chills below -30. We had no choice because of our dire situation. Kevin greeted us almost immediately and asked what we were looking for. We wanted the same thing that we had just lost!!! He immediately took us to a desk top and pulled up the inventory and showed us the 1 car that matched our criteria. (the only one they had, but it was perfect!) He had it brought in to the service center and advised us that he was working with a few other clients because they were short staffed because of illness, but would be with us shortly after we filled out paperwork. I honestly would have never known that they were short staffed because he was going effortlessly between us and whoever else he was helping. We never felt like we were being forgotten!!!! Kevin made sure that we got the deal that we needed in order to leave with a replacement for our beloved van. He left on 2 occasions to work the deal with the manager on site and the manager also came to the table and was fabulous to us!!! Losing our van and having to pay out of pocket wasn't an option for us and between Kevin and the Manager, they made it happen for us!!! I know that Kevin works off of commission, but I truly believe that he treated us the same as he would a "new" car buyer, not worrying about the lower commission on the "used" vehicle. He even stayed past his shift time the following day to greet and stay with my husband and I while we waited for the financial advisor to sign over the insurance check. He was truly a wonderful person to work with!!!! He even brought my husband popcorn and consistently made sure that we were comfortable while waiting. The only negative aspect of our experience was waiting for the financial advisor. There was only 1 person there and because of my husbands' late arrival due to work issues, we seriously waited 1 1/2 hours to write a check and sign on the dotted line!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I even joked with him and said, "You're a popular guy, there should be more of you!" Kevin tried sooo hard the whole time to joke with us and keep us entertained and fed, knowing that my husband had come straight from work. We arrived at 5 pm and didn't leave until after 7 pm. Thank God for their free wireless so I could check my facebook and read my kindle book download on my phone!!!Kevin was an absolute joy to work with and he did everything to make us feel welcome! He even took my husbands' last minute request for a drive in the van in stride. We look forward to doing business with this establishment in the future and wish Kevin all the best!!! He made a really "negative" situation for our family, turn into a positive experience!!!Thank You,Andrew and Melissa Walter

Worst car experience of my life. In my opinion, the most unethical car dealership I have ever encountered. I did all my research on a Honda Pilot Touring and had an 'OUT THE DOOR" written quote from this dealership. My husband and I drove an hour and a half from our Chicago suburb because we thought we had a firm price and they had the exterior/interior color mix I wanted. So we drive up there, icy road conditions and all and then the sales manager Cory Wilson brought up an extra charge and said we must purchase the Auto Butler package for $300 to make up the loss he was taking on the car. My husband and I were so disgusted that after we drove an hour and a half on an icy night with the written out the door offer in hand, this strong arm tactic would be used. We walked out and left immediately. Buyer beware. Also, Illinois residents you pay $298 in doc fees here vs. the $164 at an Illinois dealership. Go to Valley Honda in Aurora instead. Night and day difference.

Since Honda of Kenosha has opened I have now purchased seven new Hondas from HK. Each time I purchased a new vehicle I worked with Matt Benak as a sales manager and on my last three purchases Sean Brady as the sales rep. I researched each vehicle prior to coming into the dealership as much as I could but still had several question that Matt and Sean answered with confidence. Although I am a loyal customer to HK I did shop around and every other dealership I've been to it felt like a traditional dealership where the staff was just focused on selling a car and not earning a life long loyal customer. Speaking with Matt about financing and technical question about the cars he answered the questions with confidence where at other dealerships it felt like they where not 100% confident with there answers. With Honda of Kenosha treating me right and earning my business and respect I have refered several family members and friends that where in the market to buy a new vehicle to Honda of Kenosha because I know that they will be giving a fair price and treated with respect and not taken advantage of. Each time I visit the dealership for a free car wash and Starbucks coffee I am always greeted by Matt Benak and Sean Brady for casual conversation. I am very loyal to the Honda product and to Honda of Kenosha and can't see myself ever purchasing from any other Honda dealership.

Although your facility was excellent we found the service to be lacking. We had the vehicle in for a routine 15,000 mile maintenance check and was promised by the agent that it would take an hour or less. An hour an 35 minutes later the agent called us back to review paperwork and he had to go back into the service bays to check on a service provided that wasn't ordered? He came back to us and qucikly removed the charge for the service that wasn't requested so more time was wasted because things were not done correctly the first time. In addition, while reviewing the receipt we noticed that there was not a complete breakdown of the services provided so a number of followup questions had to be asked in order to get clarification of what we received for the service charge. Overall, we were disappointed in the agent and the service he provided. I know he was busy but had it done his job correctly he would have saved us both time and aggrevation.

I had been to 4 dealers before arriving here after seeing an advertisement in the paper about a sale on Honda Accords. I gave my parameters for making a deal, and they were able to help me without the "I'll have to ask my manager" and wait for 2 hours.. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to work with me under the limitations of the deal. It was refreshing to work out an agreement in about an hour and be able to leave the dealership with a positive feeling.

Two words come to mind when thinking about Honda of Kenosha: Unethical and unprofessional.After visiting numerous dealerships in my search for the perfect car, I left this dealership in absolute disbelief at how poorly my car buying experience was managed. Firstly, I was very disappointed in my interactions with management. The tone of the manager I was working with was very condescending, and this manager even gave me a sob story about how difficult it would be to sell my trade in because Camrys were so commonplace in the market, therefore he could not work with me on the amount that would be given for my trade in. I found out later it was sold the very next day. Additionally, it took two full days to finish up the purchase of my Honda. Every other dealership I visited was prepared to let me drive my selection off the lot immediately after signing a pricing agreement. This dealership kept stalling me; somehow they couldn't figure out how to see the lien on the Camry I traded in. No other dealership I visited (including other Honda dealerships) had any such problem. The next day, I had to sit at the dealership for 4 hours because they only had one person handling all of the financing for the entire dealership. The excuse I was given was that customers are processed in the order in which they are received. Unless the people who were processed before me made their purchases on previous days, I find that reasoning incredibly difficult to believe. Perhaps the worst part of my experience was watching how management treated Kevin, the consultant who worked so hard to get me into my new Honda. I watched as the manager, Matt, called him "boy" in front of my face multiple times, ordering him around as if reprimanding a child. This is no way to treat another human being. I was offended and even embarrassed that a manager behaved so immaturely in front of a customer. My experience at the dealership those two days was absolutely unacceptable.In terms of the vehicle itself, I was very disappointed in the appearance of the vehicle. There were multiple scratches on the side of the vehicle that should have been detailed out before that car ever made it off the lot. Additionally, there was a chip and dent in the rear bumper that looked downright ugly. I know this is a used vehicle I purchased, but Honda of Kenosha could have tried much harder to make the car look presentable. Worst of all, I had to drive all the way up to Kenosha from my work in Illinois on a Friday afternoon to get the vehicle serviced. The coolant reservoir was bone dry after only three weeks of owning this vehicle. It turns out that the radiator was not properly filled before the car was handed over to me. I cannot believe that Honda of Kenosha let me drive off the lot in a car that was improperly serviced. I am even more upset that I had to take time out of my day to fix a mistake that never should have occurred, though I am extremely thankful to the service department for addressing this issue so quickly and thoroughly. Before writing this review, I emailed the management of Honda of Kenosha outlining these issues and never received a response from anyone in management. I worked with Sarah to attempt to get Matt and other managers to sit down with me and discuss what happened, but nobody ever contacted me. I attempted to have Matt contact me multiple times to work out the situation, but he never even tried to reach out to me. I am very disappointed that Honda of Kenosha isn't as committed to providing the kind of quality customer service they claim to provide. My advice to any prospective car buyer: Go to Honda of Kenosha if you absolutely must and then only at your own risk; definitely don't make this dealership your first stop.

Upon bringing mour 2012 CRV for servicing, I was met by KellyJohnson, the Service Advisor, a knowledgeable, polite young lady who kept me updated on the work. Though not to take away any attributes from the other employees that passed us by, there was always a smile greeting or "can I help you". The final work performed on our car was just beyond all expectations. My only disappointment was not seeing my number one saleman, Ritchie Sutton. June of 2012, my son-in-law and I just stopped into Honda of Kenosha to look at the 2012 CRV's and met Ritchie Sutton and returned home with a new 2012 CRV. The buying process was painless and while they did not have the model they sold me on, the sales team was willing to negotiate on a comparable model. Sales/Finance teams had their act together and I was in/out fairly quickly. I've also taken my car back for routine maintenance and/or Honda recalls. Service department staff is nice, and service was quick.

Salesmen are nice, however, the sales manager that I dealt with was arrogant, disrespectful, and deceptive. There are plenty of other dealerships that can easily beat Honda of Kenosha's prices because they add exterior and interior packages on all cars without giving the option to the customer. The sales manager Cory is so disrespectful. They try to push to sell me the car with accessories package ($1500) and told me they are not willing to sell the car to me without that package. so bad..

I actually has 3 vehicles serviced her in ONE WEEK! My personal car, my daughter's car and my son's car. Each are different brands too. Each vehicle had different needs and my schedule is unbelievably hectic. Matt was fabulous. From reachingout to Sarah initially to schedule the appointment for me, my arrival was speddy as Matt made sure to get me right in and he was thorough. He priced out some additional servicing I was going to need, gave me a total breakdown so I understood it completely and went beyond the call of duty in getting my sons car back to our home because I wasnt able to come and pick it up that afternoon. I would recommend HONDA OF KENOSHA- and their entire staff to AnyOne looking to serive a vehicle or purchase one. From the moment you walk in the door- you feel important and everyone is pleasant.

I purchased my used car 2 years ago, and am only writing a review now because I think it worthy of comment after reading a previous review ont his site that I too paid for my entire purchase with cash and yet Honda of Kenosha ran my credit report unnecessarily. This annoyed me at the time but I was not told until AFTER they ran it. 1 year later at a dealership in MN I purchased another car with cash and they did NOT run my credit. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them not to run it and they said, "Why would we run your credit? You're paying with cash."Gary Emerson who I learned is no longer with Honda of Kenosha was a great salesman - easy to work with.An immediate electrical issue with the car (1 day after buying it) was fixed by them at their expense. This was above and beyond since the car was 16 years old.At this point in time, I would recommend Honda of Kenosha although an issue with my extended warranty purchased from them has surfaced - the plan I was sold and the plan that was reported to the warranty company by Honda of Kenosha were two different things. I am working with Honda of Kenosha to resolve this. I will provide a different rating if they do not resolve this to my satisfaction.

I'd like to give an extra big thanks to Hugh Collins for being such a patient and understanding sales guy. I was not easiest person to deal with, but his transparent spirit helped me to relax and overcome my anxiety. What a waste of time. My second offer from the dealership was actually $500 more than the first. I came to an agreement over the phone, so I drove down from Milwaukee. When I got there Im told there will be an additional $300 for the processing fee. I'm aware most dealerships charge a fee, but $300 is ridiculous. Then my salesman Brandon shows me I need to pay an additional $995 for paint protection on a car that already has a small rust spot, is a 2007, and I'm only paying under $11,000. After I tell him multiple times I don't want or need it he was able to reduce it to $495. I of course left with no deal. Avoid these scam artists. Honda should be ashamed to have their name on this dealership.

Matthew was wonderful today. I brought my truck in, and before I said anything, he knew who I was and what I was there for. He told me to have a seat, or take a walk on this beautiful day, and be would come and find me. The cleaning was done in half the time expected. He went through the service with me, and then said, no charge. What a nice surprise. I know the next time I need something done, I will be asking for him. What a wonderful addition to the service team. Thank you Matthew!!

Called from out of state to express interest in a used vehicle on their lot. Very friendly reception, eventually talked to Cory. Cory indicated that they were anxious to move the vehicle and we negotiated the price. After we reached agreement I indicated that I would be paying by cash. When I called back, multiple times, I received no response. Finally, after much persistence, I was able to talk to Cory and told him that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Next thing I know they wanted to run my credit report. I stated I was not using credit and was not interested in having my credit run unnecessarily because by doing do it would be considered a "hard check" and be a negative on my credit report for a year. They refused to sell me the car stating it was "the law" and required under the Patriot Act. They told me they needed to make sure I was not on a terrorist list. Really? First, I am no terrorist and second; read this from Edmonds.com : "A Maryland couple arrived at their local Subaru dealership with their own financing, only to be told that they still needed to fill out a form required by the government because of the Patriot Act. When they hesitated, the salesman said regulations meant to identify money laundering by possible xxxxxxxxxx required that all customers fill out the form. However, the couple later learned that the finance manager used the information to run their credit report without their permission. That check could have lowered their credit score.There are numerous reports on the Internet from consumers who say dealers invoked the Patriot Act to gain access to their credit report. For instance, in this discussion on Yelp.com, it's clear that there is a lot of confusion and concern about this practice. Industry experts, including attorneys from both the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), say that the Patriot Act does not require dealers to run a credit report on customers who pay cash."When an auto dealer lies to you and has poor customer relations, run, don't walk, out the door. Honda of Kenosha just wanted to try to convert me into a credit situation because it means more money for them (and less for me).There are many other places to do business and Honda of Kenosha is not a place that I would ever buy a car.

After a bad experience at another dealership, I was a bit skeptical not to mention had low hopes for me finding a car, since another dealership pretty much told me I could not get a better deal elsewhere and I should be grateful they are working with me. My intuition set in and I walked. I was referred to this dealership, and everything I felt about car buying experience went out the window, both Matt and Chuck were incredibly easy to work with, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and I truly felt they were looking out for my best interest. They weren't pushy, and willing to work with me. I was told by another dealership that I couldn't get a NEW car, I left Honda of Kenosha in a 2012 Honda Civic. I left there feeling great and I now have a great car. It was well worth the trouble to drive out of state to this dealership. Thank you so much Matt and Chuck, also the staff at Honda of Kenosha! I maybe a Honda driver for life!

I was completely blown away by the professional, honest, and attentive way my service issue was handled by Matthew McCoy at Honda of Kenosha. He was up front about an issue that seemed minor but turned out to be more. His intuition and experience worked to my benefit. Also, he predicted exactly what repairs were needed, how long it would take, and the steps required to complete the repairs. His daily updates were extremely reassuring, too. I will trust him with any and all service needs for my Honda Crosstour in the future. The service tech assigned to the job, Julio, went above and beyond to make sure my specific questions were answered, and he did an excellent job on the repairs. When he was finished, my Crosstour ran better than the day I bought it. Thank you so much, Matthew and Julio.

I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall and I was treated like royalty. I asked if they could top off my washer fluid as well as inflate my tires a bit. "Yes miss. Be happy to do so. Also, although our car wash is out of service right now, we are going to wash your car by hand. We like to see shiny clean Honda's on the road!" On top of all that, they let me fax a document while I was waiting and sipping my hotly brewed yummy coffee. Now that is customer service!! Honda of Kenosha - you rock!

I've been going to Honda of Kenosha for about 2 years now, and I'm just now writing a long overdue review.Every time I've visited the dealer for repair, I've had nothing but the best service. MATTHEW MCCOY is the adviser who I always go through for all of my vehicles and always provides me with all the best possible and cost efficient solutions when I'm experiencing troubles with my vehicle. Down to earth guy, and he's all about the customer. I've gone to a few other dealers before (Wilde, Gentil, Rosen), and Matthew has probably been the best adviser I've had so far. (Let alone Honda of Kenosha being the best dealer I've been to).To sum it all up, I always receive 5 star service when I'm at Honda of Kenosha. Classic Bait and switch with dealer. We have 2 seperate incidents with this dealer with all bad experiences. 1st time was to have service done on a warranty on the honda accord. The oil pump went out and was covered under warranty, but then they wanted to charge me $45 for an oil change. Then we go to buy a car, and talk through their online chat portal, talked about the specific model and stock number listed on their website, and then even talked to the manager that night on the price. Scheduled an appointment for 9 am, next day, and as soon as we walked in, he started backing away on the price, and offered up one model down for the price we agreed on through chat and on the phone. Then when we tell him to then write up the lower model, he back out of that deal as well. Look at their BBB and all their complaints are sales tactics. I will be filing my compliant.

The salesman and sales manager were both very patient with our situation. We had just driven a used Pilot at another dealership and were concerned about the quality of the vehicle. We explained this to the salesman at Honda of Kenosha and he quickly let us try one of their used Pilots and we were relieved to find a much better quality vehicle was available to us. We bought the car that same day! The paperwork took longer than promised, but we are happy with our purchase experience overall. We love our new (used) Pilot!

The facility is the best I've seen. The customer service was wonderful. The salesman, Anthony L., was the best I've run into in 51 years of buying cars (about one every 3 years). No pressure, just good advice and assistance. A genuine nice guy. Went out of his way to get dealership to repair a couple of scrapes that we got on the 2nd day of ownership without a charge to us. First time I've seen a dealership go that far to help a customer. Received several valued add-ons at purchase that really mean something...., free car washes, wax jobs, etc.. A great all around experience.

Anthony Lee was the best salesman I've run into in 51 years of car buying (almost 20 cars). Just a really nice guy who didn't pressure me in any way. He showed a genuine desire to help me decide on the right vehicle for my family and make the entire purchase process a nice experience. We got a couple of scratches on the vehicle on the 2nd day of ownership and Anthony went out of his way to get the dealership to repair the damage at no cost to me, something I never asked for or expected. The facility is as good as it gets. Everyone I talked to during the purchase process, and since, has been wonderful and helpful. And there's a bunch of benefits to buying at Kenosha Honda that really amount to something..., free car washes, oil changes, etc.. I will go back when I need another car and will recommend the dealership to anyone.

I am new to the area and was a little hesitant to just start looking for a new vehicle, but my lease was running out and I needed to start the process of replacing my car. I did go to another dealer and there price was set without no negation. The price was too high for me. So I stopped by Honda of Kenosha and met Sean Brady. He was straight forward and not pushy like alot of car salesperson. We went back and forth to see if he could meet my budget and yes it finally happen so I leased a new Honda Accord LX. Very happy will the dealer. So far I have not had any reason to bring it in for service.

Ok First off let me say the Buying experience was great, Our Salesman (Randy Wilson) was great. This is one of the few time that I purchased and New Car and didn't have the you just got punked feeling. He was very attentive to our needs and goals of what we wanted the Car to have - Purchased and 2012 Honda Accord EX-L very nice car and meet all our needs - now of course I can't say everything went perfect so one complaint, Why do finance guys always want to shove the god damn extended warranty down you throat, no means no we all know you get a kick back for signing people up and understand that but no means no take it with a smile and move on. Run away from here. Their dealership motto seems to be over-promise and under-deliver. Words guarantee, no problem and we'll get it for you are not matched with requisite action. After not getting call backs about our closing sale, even though he was reportedly around and I was calling his cell #, Anthony failed to even be there when we picked up our vehicle. It could be because he promised things they ultimately weren't able to do. There are more reliable, more personable dealerships in the greater Kenosha area.

We went to Honda of Kenosha to purchase a used vehicle for our family as we recently had a family addition and were wanting more room. Keri Hermann took the time to LISTEN to what we were looking for (something that we hadn't experienced at other dealerships in the area) and also UNDERSTAND that we needed to stay within a certain price range (something that other sales people at other dealerships didn't). We were shown a variety of used vehicles that best suited what we were looking for, and were also given the option of leasing a brand new vehicle, something we had thought about but never thought we could afford. Keri took the time to explain both options to us, and when all was said and done we realized that the Honda leasing program is more amazing than any other we had ever heard of. We are now the proud 'owners' of a 2012 Accord SE, something that we never thought was possible. We have complete peace of mind with our vehicle, and know that Honda of Kenosha is going to take the best care of us in the next 3 years (and beyond since we will only be doing business with Keri from now on!!). Keri made the process so simple, and she was incredibly efficient. We were never left just waiting, and she was great with our daughters that we had along for the trip as well. I came into Honda of Kenosha because I was looking for a new car for myself, so I could give my son my current vehicle for college. I was undecided about what kind of vehicle I wanted and to tell the truth, I really dislike the whole car buying experience. I have to say Anthony did sell me my previous car that I am giving my son and that was a great car buying experience, so I decided to return to him, now at Honda. I have to say... Anthony again was top notch!!!!! Made the whole thing as easy as could be and my husband who dislikes buying cars more than I, only had to make a brief appearance to sign some papers and then he left. Anthony made sure everything was set up perfectly!! The price was right and it was so good in fact I even added a remote start!!! I am totally pleased with my car and know I made the right decision!!! I also want to say the woman in finance Magda Vogel was awesome as well!!! 5 out of 5!!! FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! After shopping around to almost every dealership in town and being completely frustrated we happen to stumble upon Honda of Kenosha. Although, we were knowledgeable about the quality of automobiles Honda offered we did not know just how wonderful the customer service and sales department would be. Hands down- THE BEST IN TOWN!!!The amazing experience started from the moment we stepped out of our car. We were not attacked by salesmen. Anthony made himself available to help guide us around the lot and educate us further on Honda. We went for a test drive and unlike most dealerships that take you a mile or so... Anthony took us on a more scenic drive and allowed us to feel how the CR-V truly handled. Not just a short version of what the car was like.When returning back to the dealership we were invited inside to cool off from the heat. Anthony offered us Starbucks coffee and some cool water while we settled in. The show floor was beautiful- very clean and welcoming yet open and airy. We enjoyed a brat while we where given time to relax and think about our options. NO PRESSURE SELLING!!!!Good priced on our trade-in. Very sweet deal on the CR-V. Anthony gave us an amazing fair price for the CR-V. Priced it online when I got home and truly got a fab deal! Thanks Anthony for all your help! Matt the sales manger went out of his way to help us solidify the offer and Wallah... We drove away with a beautiful crossover :) I will say this.. Honda makes an automobile that speaks for itself. What made me decide between Honda or the other dealers car??? That would be the incredible service we received. I have never felt so comfortable and appreciated in any dealership I had been in before, like I did today leasing my car at Honda of Kenosha.When you go there- ask for Anthony- you will not be disappointed! I live in cook county ILLINOIS and purchased my car from Honda of Kenosha. A couple of months after I made my purchase I receive a check from Honda of Kenosha. I wasn't aware of during my purchase. I call my sales person and he had no idea what I was talking about. So then he called me back and he said that the check is to cover a bill that I should recieve from the IRS because I purchased a car out of my county. After five months I recieve the bill from the IRS for a higher amount then the check Honda of Kenosha had sent me. I got so mad because my sales person told me that the check should cover the whole bill. That wasn't the case. I spoke to the manager and noone would help me. So I ended up paying the difference out of my pocket. It would have been nice if they told me all about this during my purchase. VERY VERY UNORGANIZED. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER.

It's been just over a year since I traded in my 2008 Honda Fit for a 2011 Fit at Honda of Kenosha. My 2011 Fit is just wonderful but my son's 2002 Pontiac Sunfire was another story so we went on the road looking for a replacement vehicle for him. We looked at Kias and Chevys at other dealers but couldn't find any good deals. I thought for sure I would not be able to afford a used Honda for him but decided to stop at Honda of Kenosha and look just for the heck of it.We arrived and asked for Gary Emerson (my Fit salesperson) but he had left for the day so we met up with Anthony Lee. Anthony was very helpful and informative about the different Hondas they had available. We absolutely fell in love with a low mileage 2008 Honda Civic. Anthony worked diligently with his sales manager to get us a price we could afford, and we happily brought the Civic home that night, freshly washed and fully gassed up.The next day we brought my son's Sunfire in to the dealership to sell it. I was thrilled to learn that Anthony could also handle the purchase of cars, not just the sales of them. He again worked diligently to get us a good price for my son's car, and we happily left without the Sunfire!All in all, working with Anthony was stress-free. He pulled out all stops to get us whatever we needed. So far we have had three very positive sales experiences at Honda of Kenosha. We hope to have many more in the future!

I am very impressed with this dealership! I hate buying cars, but HK is AWESOME!! They are real, straight forward, very accommodating, and went out of their way to help me thought the process. Just bought my 2012 Pilot Touring from HoK 3 weeks ago, Joe Johnson being my salesman. I had already decided what I wanted long before I walked into the dealership, so it was their sale to loose. Joe and the other staff did everything perfectly to get me into what I wanted, got me the right financing, and installed my dealer option equipment right on time when the vehicle arrived from the factory. They made it a pleasurable experience. Dealer amenities are better than I have seen out of all of the dealerships I've purchased cars from. I love the unlimited car washes also, which will make keeping the salt off it during the winter much easier, giving the vehicle a longer lifespan. The dealership is always clean, which is a big plus, along with complimentary beverages and a nice waiting area. So far, all of my experiences with HoK have been positive.

Keri Hermann my sales-person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my entire car buying experience. I would go back to Honda of Kenosha because of Keri Hermann and the Manager. If I purchase another Honda, I will definately return to Honda of Kenosha due to how well I was treated there. One thing I didn't like was the dealer installed option for scheduled car waxes while you own your vehicle. I'd rather not have that fee, and take care of waxing the vehicle on my own after the purchase. Keri was very fun to work with during the sale and had a lot of patience while I did mulitple test drives to dermine which vehicle I wanted. Thank you to Keri for making my purchase an enjoyable experience.

I went to the Honda of Kenosha dealership on January 16th, 2012. I had owned a 1997 Honda Odyssey and was looking at getting a new car. One of the salesman, Joe Johnson, meet me and one of my buddies. He was very knowledgable and we test drove a black 2012 Honda CR-V. I really really liked the car and we sat dow to look at all the options. Joe really helped me out and was going back and forth to management to make sure I got the best price. I decided to go with the car and have been really happy ever since. Honda of Kenosha really takes care of their customers. Joe has called me a couple times to make sure everything is going alright and Honda has contacted me as well. Another perk they offer is free cashes for life, which I have taken advantage of a couple times. All in all, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend visiting Honda of Kenosha for any car shopping needs.

i had my crv oil changed, cut a new spare key & change battery for the remote of my honda pilot last night. Now i have to go back because the oil was leaking all over my garrage, they change the screw of the remote but didnt the battery, they had my new key cut but forgot to program which all are part of the payment. the worst was when i called Alfred(service advisor) wants me to go there in other times because they are busy, not considering my time & inconvenience of bringing 2 kids(one is a yr old). how can we allow this center take care of more important service(like belt or fluid flushings) if they cant take care of simple ones? they told me that they will refund me for the cost of battery which is only $4 at the store but thats only verbal,no papers or anything. i have 4 hondas and this is the only service center i had problem after 12 yrs of using honda cars.

I came to Honda of Kenosha to see if I could get a better deal than the dealer in Milwaukee I had leased a car from 39 months ago. I had gone through a divorce, bankruptcy, and foreclosure over the course of two years and was concerned about whether I could lease/buy this time around without a cosigner, which I had to use last time. Honda of Kenosha worked with me for three hours negotiating the final deal, which was exactly the number I had in my head in terms of a payment I was comfortable with. My salesperson was very personable and helpful and treated me like an individual not a number. How refreshing she was! She listened to my story, my needs and she worked tirelessly with the finance manager to make it all come together. I will NEVER go back to Honda City, where I was treated indifferently. Nice personalized service and helpful staff in Kenosha. Free maintenance the first year a plus. I feel Honda of Kenosha really worked hard to earn my business. And they have. I will refer them to anyone I know who wants a Honda!

I drove a while to get my new car and it definitely was worth it!!! My experience with Honda of Kenosha was great! They had just the car I wanted with just the extras that I wanted. The price was right as was the salesman that helped me with all the paperwork and spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood all of the equipment on my new Crosstour. In addition, he followed up with me a few days after the purchase to answer any questions I might have had after driving the car and using the extras. The facility is welcoming and yes, the coffee is great too!!!

I had no idea that I was ready to purchase a new car. However, a very simple "let's just check the numbers" was all it took. I found out that my situation wasn't as bad as I thought. I went from a 2009 Corolla with 65,000 miles, no warrenty and a 17.95% APR to a 2012 Civic with 6 miles on it and a 1.9% APR- no money down for the same anount of money per month! Keri was awesome at explaning every option that I had and then letting me decide what was best for my situation. Easy, fast, delightful!

I received two notices for a mandatory recall replacement for an airbag inflator. I made the appointment on 1/27/12. The vehicle appointment was for 1/31/12. When I took the car in for work I was told it would only be for an inspection and I would have to come back the next day for the work. I asked why the part was not in the department as it was a mandatory replacement recall. Sandra Sarwin explained that it was not the dealerships problem. She further stated that it was "Honda's problem" they had not sent out any parts to be replaced. I asked her why, knowing that the part had to be replaced, that the dealership did not have the part in stock, knowing that I was coming in to have the part replaced. She again referred to the "it's Honda's mistake not the dealership's." I again impressed that it was mandatory and that I had made an appointment and they knew I was coming in. She stated they don't stock parts because they don't know how many vehicles will need work. (I refer back to when I made the appointment and the time span of their "inability" to know when somebody is coming to have replacements done.) I explained I had taken work off lost vacation time and did not have another day available till 2/10/12. She then said they have late hours. I asked at 9:00pm? She then told me that my schedule was unusual and that they were open Saturdays. I told her I worked on Saturdays. I then progressed to the oil change that was also set up. I opted to have it done. (I had a coupon for a $9.95 oil change.) I was then charged for a washer and a charge for the oil disposal to equal 13.29. (It is an auto business. This should have been integrated into their price and not reflect a charge to the customer---false advertising. I then called Honda and spoke with Juan. He listened to my story and attempted to resolve. They told him I had another appointment on 2/10/12. Juan did conference calling to verify and no appointment had been setup. Heather stated Sandra Sarwin was too busy. Heather, who checked for the appointment stated the computers don't transfer over information sometimes. Juan asked to speak with supervisor and Kelly Ward initially could not find the information. He stated it would have to come in for an inspection. I told him I had two letters with two different campaign numbers on them that stated it had to be replaced. It was underlined and stated "it must be replaced". If they knew that it had to be replaced then why would they not have the part available. I repeated this in clear precise wording. I read that portion of the letter. I should not have to be told another inspection is in place when the letter states it "must be replaced." everything is negated and the part had to be replaced. I further clarified my standing by stating, "so order the part and replace it." He then spoke with Juan and told him "this is how we do it and you know that buddy." He was distracted and stated he had 11 other customers to deal with right now. I stated I was there 0715-0800 and now my customer service is put behind 11 other customers because of the miscommunication of staff, computers, and no time? So now my customer service was negated. I explained how unhappy I was with the short length of customer service and lack of finishing with me despite my being there early. He stated he didn't start work till 0800. I then stated then the process needs to be fixed. He then stated he had two customers fighting in the department and he had to go. Juan apologized for the incident. I will have to call later and make sure they have the part, as Kelly left to deal with the other 11 customers.

I bought a used 2007 Honda CR-V from Kenosha and I had fantastic experience. I live just south of Madison so it was a quite a drive to get there but they made it so easy for me to get my vehicle. They didn't try to push me to buy the vehicle and the salesman was helpful showing me around their sales and service department. I won't be using the service department regularly since I live so far away but I will for sure consider them in the future when looking for another vehicle!

My Fiance and I are looking around for a car that better fits our lifestyle of %95 school. I wanted to trade in my 1999 Ford Escort ZX2 5-speed for and automatic and newer car. Now, it was 8pm when we walked into this place, interested in a 2001 Kia Optima with 95,000 miles on it. Price: 4,200 dollars. Good price.Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Gary.....very nice guy.....very nice sales rep. He got us all the info that we needed. But it was made very clearly early on that we were looking and that we wouldnt have the money, if we wanted the car, for about 10 days and it would be paid in full, when we did. My car is worth 1,300 on KBB.com. At another Dealership i was offered 1,000. Here I was offered 500. And wasnt given a clear reason why it was that low. Then, after i said something about it it went to 785.....still without a reason why so low.Gary was very nice and helpful. But when he went to get more info for us, his Manager Cedrick came over and sat down. Right away he was trying to intimidate us and B.S. us into signing a contract and taking the car now even though we werent %100 sure on the car and didnt have the money to even put insurance on the car, which is State Law. I CLEARLY stated several times i want to be %100 on this car BEFORE i sign ANYTHING. He clearly didnt like us NOT immediatly doing what he wanted us to do. Im not some dumb punk a** kid you can talk down to, intimidate, or minipulate into doing something im not going to do. Not to mention for just looking around it took over 2 hours on something that they knew wasnt going to happen that night.We we're very insulted and felt very disrespected by this whole experience. Gary you were a Saint. But Cedrick you were a complete a**hole.

Traded in my 2011 Civic, due to my driving requirements, they showed me a lease option. Wow! I have a new 2012 Accord Special Edition and my payment came down by over $50 bucks!!! This is a horribly dishonest dealership, same as any in the area. I had my car in for service to do an alignment and other standard stuff, but I was also having an issue with another part of my steering which i asked them to diagnose and fix. upon looking at the car for a whole week, they fixed the alignment only after replacing my inner tie-rod which they thought was broken. After getting the car back, nothing is fixed except the alignment. I am still having the same problem as before, but they charged me over 300 bucks for the tie-rod..the work which they improperly did and are not standing behind. After confronting the sales manager that they did work that didnt need to be done and that they didnt fix the correct problem, he told me about the other issues that it could be (which it sounded like he knew about already) the steering rack which is a 1100 dollar job. Instead of fixing the issue then and there, he said, "well if it ever gets bad enough well give you credit for the job we did before off the steering rack job." 6 months later i called to get a quote on the steering rack with this credit factored in, and the service manager had completely forgotten about the promise he made, and didnt keep records of it. So this dealerships service department effectively stole over 300 dollars from me because they are lazy and do not want to do real service. They didnt want to fix the real issue, an instead conned me on a job that didnt need to happen. Every time i've been in this service area, they do nothing but try to sell me more stuff or services i do not need, and when i ask legitimate questions about the work being done to my car they treat me as if I am an idiot child who knows nothing of cars. While this may be their majority customer, they should not assume averybody is brainless. Horribly dishonest and disrespectful.

I was extremely disappointed with the visit that me and my boyfriend had a few days ago. We had to bring our two year old with us because we had no one else to watch him. So we went in there understanding that we already had been approved for an amount from a credit union in our city, so we had no extra paperwork to do besides a few papers sign. We understood that dealing with the car salesman to lower the price might take a little while but we never assumed 4 1/2 hours! This was ridiculous. The reason for this was the car salesman had gone and talked to my boyfriend knowing that in a few minuets his cousin would be coming in to talk about a car. So while he's helping us he was also helping them. It was so frustrating because this made the process SO much longer than it should have been. He should have given us to someone else when he knew his cousin was coming in. It could have made our experience a lot better. I would not use this place to buy a car!!! If my boyfriend didn't want the car so bad we would have walked out. We had to go back the next day to give them the check for the car and called ahead an hour and a half before we got there and they still were not ready for us. We still had to wait for a lady to have us sign five things. We waited for 2 more hours for this. Don't buy from here!

When I saw Honda of Kenosha being built we couldn't wait for it to open as we live in Bristol.When it open I had a chance to meet Bill Sumner the service manager and I have been servicing my Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra ever since.During one of my service visits I had the opportunity of meeting Keri Hermann and Jerry Cousin what wonderful people to talk with. Honda of Kenosha went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I walked into the showroom and were greeted immediately by Matt Benak. While waiting for our appointment we were offered STARBUCKS COFFEE!!! If anyone knows me, they know how much I love Starbucks coffee. After about 5 minutes we met with Keri Hermann. We explained our situation and how much we still owed on our vehicle and just wanted her to present numbers to us. I picked out a 08 silver Odyssey EXL with RES and fell in love with it. She ran some numbers and she and Jerry Cousin, the owner, helped work out a plan to get me into my new van. I walked in the dealership thinking that my heart was going to be broken because I wouldnt be able to afford a van, but ended up walking out the door with a loaded van. My husband was so impressed with Honda of Kenosha and Keri Hermann, that we made an appointment the very next day to lease a Civic. I have recommended Honda of Kenosha to all my friends and family. I met Chuck Rizzo through my son and was immediately happy with his response to my questions. I discussed a trade in and he made the appointment for the appraisal that day. When I started shopping in November for a new car, I did online research and decided to look at Toyotas and Hondas. My first stop was Honda of Kenosha where I was introduced to Angie Terzic. Angie was warm and friendly but not overbearing (which I was prepared for). After a brief interview of what type of a car I was looking for, she took me on a test drive where she explained all the safety features, options, etc of the CRV. We then sat down and discussed cost. I walked out of the dealership with a quote/proposal having a good idea of what I was prepared to pay (and to continue my shopping). After three more months and having checked out Toyota, I returned to Honda of Kenosha. The reason...Angie kept me posted regularly on good finance terms, specials and she knew what I was looking for. I realize that it doesn't take most people that long to purchase a new car, but I am preparing for retirement and this was the first time I purchased a car on my own. We were in need to find a replacement car. My husband works odd hours so finding the car was left up to me. So I was off to the dealers to find the car that fits the need of our family now. I was looking for a third row seating because I have grandchildren and the second row was always taken up with baby seats so there was no room for anyone to ride in the car. Also the entertainment center sounded nice to keep them entertained. Looked at a lot and did a lot of test driving. Most of the dealerships didn't really want to talk to me without my husband even though I had already told them I do the foot work and my husband comes in when it is time to buy. Chuck must have had trust because he worked with me and answered all my questions without my husband there. I had it narrowed down to two cars. Honda pilot and the Ford Explorer. We all of a sudden had to have the car the next day. I called Chuck left a message and he called back talked to my husband and we were there and drove home our new Red Cherry Pilot Touring. We love the car.I will refer everyone that want a car to Chuck just for believing in me. I have had the car in to have some door guards and running boards put on and everyone is very nice what a great dealership.Thank You Emmer Domerchie

I am very impressed with this dealership. Went in to see if I could get a fair price on my trade-in and obtain a new Honda Fit Sport in the process to replace my older one. Was extremely pleased that they didn't pull the "low-ball" trade-in price tactic on me like has happened when I traded in my last 8 cars at different dealerships. They offered me a fair price on my trade and a slightly discounted price on the new car in order to arrive at the price I had been planning to pay. Gary was very informative, polite and helpful with the negotiations. I never felt the pressure like I have at many times during this process. He even was able to recommend a local tint shop for me to take my new car as Ineeded the windows tinted because Honda Fits get extremely hot in the summer without it. The tint shop got me in quickly and did a great job too.The customer areas are clean and they offer free fresh-brewed coffee and wi-fi as well as 3 free oil changes the first year and free car washes for life. I am so happy to have found a local Honda dealer. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and co-workers!Many thanks to Honda of Kenosha and Gary for my new Black Honda Fit Sport that I purchased on 3/16/11.

I have already recommended Honda of Kenosha to family, friends and coworkers - basically anybody who is willing to listen to what an outstanding experience I had buying my car. I truly have no idea how they managed to give me the price that they did. I was absolutely not expecting to come home with a car anywhere near as nice. It could not have been a simple thing to figure out what car would be perfect for me (I really didn't know what I was looking for) and secure the financing I needed, but they made it look effortless and they seemed genuinely happy to do it. It didn't even feel like I was buying a car, it felt like I had a team of pros working together to do me a tremendous favor - and that's actually what it was. I love my car and I was blown away by this dealership. Wow. Just plain Wow!

The dealership was great! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to purchase, but the sales associate was helpful and patient. I ended up with a used car that met all my needs including the price. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle I found out about all the other advantages of buying with Honda of Kenosha: free car washes for life, free oil changes and tire rotation for a year. It was a great overall experience and I highly recommend that anyone who visits the dealership will be happy with their experience whether they purchase a vehicle or not.

I'm a "difficult" customer... On my initial visit to the showroom at HK, I scared off at least one salesperson. Somehow, the task at hand (me) got delegated to Keri Hermann. Keri quickly recognized my gruff exterior act and worked with me to uncover the softy within. To my surprise, and probably Keri's, it turned out to be a very enjoyable car buying experience, at least for me... I was dealt with honestly and fairly, despite my corrosive demeanor. I will go back to HK the next time I need a car and I will ask for Keri Hermann, no sh__. Len Hartnell in the service department was another shocker. I have been both a car salesman and a service consultant in previous lives and these folks are a true class act. Stacy handled the contract finalization seamlessly and in record time. My new Crosstour was demonstrated to me fully before I drove it off the lot, thank you Keri. Some free oil changes and complimentary car washes (for as long as I have the new car) sweetened the deal further. The whipped-cream on the cake is free Starbucks coffee any time I stop by HK to chat. They're always happy to see me, despite myself! Nice job, people!!!

My wife and I shopped foe an SUV for several months not considering Honda initially. We visited Honda of Kenosha on the recomendation of a neighbor during an open house day. While there we viewed several used suv's, we were at the time considering only 2008 or 2009 models. We were impressed with the dealership generally and after visiting 8 more dealerships returned to Honda of Kenosha then meeting Anthony Lee we were motivated to consider a new Honda. Anthony Lee provided a very professional experience and worked efficiently to match a vehicle to our specification. After this visit we made 3 more "final" visits to Toyota and Buick, these experiences did not rise to the level provided at Honda of Kenosha. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years, sometimes 10 vehicles per year for business, I would recomend Honda of Kenosha and Anthony Lee to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I have been buying vehicles for 45 years which includes at least 10 new ones. I have never had a better experience than at Honda of Kenosha. My wife and I both ended up purchasing a new vehicle, me a 2011 CR-V and her a new 2010 Civic Hybrid. Both of us are extremely happy with our vehicles. The negotiated price was fair and there was absolutely no pressure. Everyone was very friendly. It was a totally new experience for me. I recommend anyone in the market giving them a chance at selling you a car.

A new Honda dealership closer to home that shortens my commute for any services. The service staff is friendly, from the service representative to the service tech. Len was my service rep who is friendly, courteous and informative. With winter ahead, Len had checked my tire depth and made a recommendation for a new set of tires sooner than later. The service tech was also friendly and advised other services on the next visit without being pushy. A great service staff and pleasant experience at Honda of Kenosha. Thanks guys!

This a very clean, friendly, and welcoming facility. All staff were very nice. The waiting area included TV, computers, and free coffee. No sales pressure in the showroom where I always like to sit in a few new models. My service representative, Elmer, was professional, very polite, and knowledgeable. The recall work, oil change, and overall vehicle checkout took less time than I thought it would, and they even washed my car. Best dealership I have ever visited in 50 years of car ownership.

Very satisfactory experience. I liked the fact that I could watch the mechanic through clean windows while Eric worked on my Jimmy. Eric also notified me of a belt that going bad. I had his notification checked out with my mechanic and Eric was correct, and I will have the belt replaced. Very helpful information, that if not conveyed to me, may have turned in a major problem. I was researching cars online and started my experience with Sarah Petersen in the Client Care department. She set me up with an appointment to stop in and test drive. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Sales/Leasing consultant Chuck Rizzo who took me on my test drive and provided me with excellent information about the car I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When it was time to purchase my vehicle Chuck took the time to introduce me to Amy Messer in finance, she was very nice and was able to get everything squared away for me quickly without any hassels. Sarah, Chuck, and Amy made buying a car a great experience for me. The three of them work very professionally and are great together as a team. Their dealership is very clean, spacious, has a great selection, and everyone there was friendly and willing to help. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We needed to trade our 5 speed Corrolla for an automatic because of my wife's sudden disability. We started at Carmax and had every intent to buy another Corolla, as it too, is a fine car. There was a long wait so we went down the street to Honda of Kenosha. Good move. 0.9% financing and the quality of the Civic has stood on it's own merits for years. It being Saturday, it was very busy but Mr. Spafford did all he could to make us comfortable.Clean place, nice folks. Look forward to taking advantage of the free car washes. I enjoyed working with Anthony. He was different than all the other salesmen I have had in the past, in which there was no pressure feeling throughout my entire visit. People even walking by would just say hi - and that's refreshing. I was offered beverages, I was even given a free lunch for my wait. Everything was explained clearly to me, and there was none of the dreaded haggling. When it came to the numbers, I was shown what they were, and I can easily say yes or no, and I didn't feel pressured. All my cars were ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I was greeted with a smile. Everyone I worked with that day, seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Anthony keeps me updated on things for the car, and I can freely call him without feeling like I "bug" him, if I have a question. Its nice to know I have someone like that to rely on throughout the years with my new Accord.

I walked in knowing what I wanted and Honda of Kenosha DELIVERED! I set a price of what I would buy my new car far, and they bent over backwards to accommodate. Lastly, buy probably the most important, I am from out of state and was going to purchase the same vehicle in Ohio, but the deal was SO amazing at H of K, that I couldn't pass them up! Therefore, I walked out of H of K with a new Odyssey and DROVE it back to Ohio. Long story short...GREAT EXPERIENCE! The only draw back is that it took a while, but I think that had to do with me being out of state.
