I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff in there. My most recent experience has been as top notch as the one a few years back. Rex from the Sales team is such a thoughtful and professional person to interact with. He helped get the right vehicle (again) for my daughter and the followups that he did were non intrusive and helped close the right vehicle. Thank you Rex! Freddy from finance is another perfect gentleman to work with. It is not a surprise that they are a top rated Honda dealer in the LA region. I would rate these guys a 10/10. My experience was fantastic! It’s nice to go to a dealership that’s not trying to force you to buy a car that you're not interested in, or make you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Omar had a great attitude, and it was easy to talk to him. He was very thorough in explaining the full details about the buying process of my new 2020 Honda Accord. He made the entire process easy, he didn't surprise me with hidden fees, and he did his best to get me a good APR. Also he made sure that the car was clean, and the gas tank was full before he gave me the keys, plus he gave me a car wash and interior cleaner kit as a gift. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Omar.

The staff upon arrival at the store were so helpful and made me feel safe even amidst the pandemic. I was greeted at my car by my service associate who wore a mask and kept distance. I answered a few questions and then was good to leave me car there. I was picked up and then returned once I got the call. They were super friendly and helpful. And the service didn’t take longer than an hour and a half!

I recently visited Honda of Thousand Oaks for my 2016 Honda Civic recall. I was quickly helped by Willie Burr soon after the greeters explained what I needed to do to have my vehicle worked on and was pleased with the dealers friendliness. I was informed my vehicle had an oil seep from the transmission and I approved the parts being ordered. I returned about a month later and was once again pleased by the employees friendliness and had my vehicle fixed before the promised times. I will definitely be returning for any future services my vehicle needs. I didn't really meet the other writers but I would recommend Willie Burr from my experience.

When you look up Customer Service in the dictionary, Willie Burr's photo should come up! Lucky for me, my battery died over ten years ago and AAA towed me to the nearest Honda dealer, where I met Willie. Since that lucky day, I've been coming to Thousand Oaks Honda for service. Willie is not only extremely knowledgeable and courteous, but radically honest. If my brakes need to be replaced, he knows I'm on a budget, so he'll tell me whether I can wait another month or whether I need to do it now! He also explains everything in a way that I can understand. As a single woman, this is extremely important to me. I used to get my car serviced near my workplace, as it was convenient to get it done while I worked, but now I do it on Saturdays -- as that is how important it is to get my advice and service from Willie Burr. You don't get more honest and better knowledge and service than Willie. Hands down, he is THE BEST!

First of all, Willie Burr is the Best! After taking our daughters 2014 Honda Civic to another dealership for service and getting ripped off, we decided to take her car to Willie at Honda of T.O. He has always been honest with any work that was needed when we leased our 2013 Honda Accord, and Willie came through again! The other dealership told her she needed brakes and we just wanted to be sure since she is only 2 years into her 3 year lease and she doesnt drive all that much. Willie had her car inspected and as it turned out, she did not need brakes. We will only be coming here in the future. It is very comforting to know we have a service advisor we can trust! A notification came in the mail about 2011 Civic passenger airbag. I call Willie to order my part whom I've had the pleasure of doing business with ever since I moved to California 4 years ago. He said he will call in a couple of weeks. Never did. Not a problem.They are slammed. I call him and the part is in. We set a date. I arrive to check in and just two days before, my car jutters in-between 1 and 2nd gear. He recommends possible changing the transmission fluid. he recommends a pre-authorization to change the fluid in order to not pull my car out of rotation. He also explains I am out of warranty which expired October 2015. Yet, I had a motor mount replaced earlier this year under warranty? We go back an fourth and I feel him getting frustrated at my questioning due to, I think we can all agree, if there is a problem with the transmission its going to cost a lot of money since I was out of warranty. He looks into system and finds I have an extended warranty until oct 2017 and we clarify the I was using the term power train which was wrong. I get educated. Not a problem. I tell him to please just call me when we diagnose whats wrong. He says again, he will have to pull the car out of rotation if not pre authorized servicing. I've learned in the past to take it slow when dealing with more expensive issues. During this discussion I also ask since I am out here ( I drive 60 miles total to Honda of Thousand Oaks to get serviced due to their great track record. I brag to people here and in my home state 2,500 mile away about these folks) if we are close enough to the next regular service maintenance could we just get that done as well. I was willing to spend the day to make it work. Willie says your next service is due around 55,000 and I am now at 53,600. About 1,500 miles to go before I am due. Not a problem. We conclude and says the car should be ready around 1:30pm with air bag and diagnosis. A little after noon Willie calls and says car will be ready and that he recommends having the fluid changed and that he can get me in either of the next two days. This is where the issue begins. We now go back and fourth over getting the car done same day. He said he told me this would happen. In fact no that is not what was said. I was willing to wait. There was never any mention of me having to come back. He said it would possibly be 6:30 or 7pm. Again I was fine with that. Due to his frustration, I said I was willing to be fit into any other of the service folks schedule due to it is really inconvenient to come back so soon. To which he replied that will probably not work. I don't believe he checked. I even through in jokingly that he can make extra commission versus the recalls. He said he didn't care about the money and only wanted to, "make my day." He goes on to tell me how he hasn't even taken lunch and that he will be leaving in a few hours. I asked again to see if he can put in the line up to be ready by end of day. He said he will see what he can do. We conclude. 4pm Willie calls says he will have the car ready by 5pm. Great! I offer to buy him lunch or whatever he needs to push through. We laugh and conclude. Nothing...6:30pm I decide to check and see if my car is ready to go in the wash lot. It sure is! Parked and ready. I walk back to square up with Willie. Gone. Nobody but a manager, Andre, pouring over paperwork. I pop my head in and ask for Willie. "Oh your keys and paperwork should be up with the receptionist in front. But she's stepped out for a minute. She'll be right back." So I go up and wait. She returns and hands me the bill. I ask, " just out of curiosity what time was my car service completed?" She says 4:30pm. I was shocked. She mentioned that the shuttle stopped earlier today. I told her that I've been sitting in the waiting room since 11am and that I will not pay the full price. She went and got Andre who welcomed my into his office and apologized. He cut the bill in half and I was grateful. On the bigger and better things. Here's the kicker, now 5 days after, my service engine light comes on and guess what? A123, regular maintenance, pops up after all that. Very disappointing. If you look around at Thousand Oaks these days there are not a lot of smiles. Theres a new presence. Whether its due to the departed Mr. Anderson who's vision was to "do the right thing," and the sons taking over and putting unrealistic pressure on the dealer staff I don't know. Willies "make my day" lends it self to the latter. Those possible unrealistic financial goals could lead to the make my days attitudes. Thus Willie and the rest of the staff are merely victims of this mentality. I am sorry to see such a wonderful part of our existence, service to others, fall short under said pressure. My hope is that this dealership can turn things around both internally and externally to be the benchmark of the proud Silver Star Award and Mr. Anderson's echoing words to live by to, "do the right thing", will become part of the fabric of Honda of Thousand Oaks again in the future.

I have just picked up my vehicle after the motor was completely rebuilt the reason being during the procedure to replace the defective rings they found that there was damage to my cylinder walls. Willie Burr has been my service advisor since I have had the vehicle, we were both aware of the recall and had to work together during the times when the motor was using oil to the tune of two guards per week sometimes more. Willie could sense my frustration and assured me that eventually the right code would appear.Willie is a great professional and is a credit not only to Honda of Thousand Oaks but to honda of North America.

After a long search and much consideration I was a motivated buyer on Saturday night, but Brett Bartlett did not want to take the time to close the deal. He chastised me for not having made a appointment for earlier in the day and suggested I was arguing when I was simply asking questions in an effort to clarify his contradictory statements. When I let him know the next day I would not be keeping my appointment because Galpin had beat Honda of TO's price and interest rate he derided the amount of the savings which actually exceeded $350. It was the epitome of "sour grapes." Monte was equally terse and dismissive.

Asked internet sale person to give a lower price because another dealer's quoted was significantly lower(by hundreds). Instead of lower quote or simply a "sorry we can't do it", I was told 1. Their price is the best. 2. Every dealer add options and you must buy it( their car has protection package for around 350). 3. the other dealer is lying and will tag on options when you arrive.4. If you think you can get it lower you better go and buy it from them.So I drove for an hour and half to Cerritos and paid exactly the out of door price as quoted. Saved almost 1k dollars. Did not have to buy any options either. Even if I bought the protection package for 350, I still would have saved over 500.oh, Cerrito's policy is to not install any dealer installed options unless requested by customer. I drove off in my new car in 40 minutes after arrival. I will order the trunk tray and mud guards on ebay from other dealers for about 150 total and install it myself in 10 minutes.Now I am getting calls daily, email spams from the sales team trying to close the sale. Too bad they treated me like an idiot. If I used internet quote service do you really think I only asked the local dealers? If I want to be "worked on" i'd go into the show room and let the floor sales guy do it.

I have been servicing my proudly first owned Honda Civic with Willie ever since I landed here in California from Detroit almost 4 years ago. What is exceptional about Willie and his team is its not when it's a slow day that service and the human experience is truly shown, but when it's a flat out mad house. Yet, Willie always looks you on the eye, briefs you on his hobbies, little girls school happenings and remembers who you are by the sound of your voice. I've been laughed at for driving from Burbank to Thousand Oaks Honda to get my service or just an oil change. But my reply is I always leave smiling and satisfied. I've owned many cars and Willie is worth the half day or more I spend with the Honda of Thousand Oaks Team. I'm in the market for my second Honda...Where do you think Ill go? I recently had tires replaced on my car and was told I needed front/rear brake pads on my Honda Accord. I wasn't surprised about the front pads as those had never been replaced. I was however surprised about the back pads. Those had been replaced and by Honda of Thousand Oaks. The tire facility told me that I needed to go back to Honda. I did and spoke with David. I told David I did not believe the front pads had ever been replaced. He told me to leave the car and the mechanics would check the car out. I left the car. I was called later that day by David. He told me there was a chance it had been their mistake but maybe not. They weren't going to replace the pads for free but would give me a discount. He also told me he felt badly. Gee, thanks. When I went to pick up my car I spoke with Carlos. When I told Carlos about my conversation with David, he told me he didn't see any of David's word written down in any notes. This completely ticked me off. Carlos didn't seem to care. whatsoever. I will NEVER return to Honda of Thousand Oaks for any servicing. I was deciding between a Toyota or another Honda. I will be buying a Toyota.The only reason why I gave this place one star had to do with my shuttle driver. carter was prompt and friendly.

I did a lot of shopping and research. Stopped by Honda of TO and met Fabian. He was patient and kind, not pushy! very refreshing! Left and continued shopping online and at other dealers. We went back to Honda of TO because of the price and the excellent customer service from Fabian. He even beat the Costco Auto Buying price! I love my new CRV EX! I Highly recommend Honda of Thousand Oaks and make sure you ask for Fabian Ochoa.

Had a great experience buying a 2016 Honda Pilot back on October 31st with the Internet Manager Jeffrey Borghi. I had done allot research online so I had a clear picture what trim level I wanted and started my shopping process online. Jeffrey answered all my emails promptly and was professional and very helpful in the negotiation process. Most which was done online and the phone. When I arrived at the dealership he was very thorough and made the buying process a pleasant experience. I used AAA, Consumer Reports, and Costco's Car-Buying Programs to narrow down the lowest price (plus visiting our local dealer). HTO was the lowest by far and Garrett Fram, their salesman, went above and beyond to help us with paperwork (regular and financing), delivering the car to us (90 minutes away--free) and taking over an hour showing my husband all the ins and outs of the vehicle upon delivery. I did do the research beforehand to find the model(s) we were interested in, but Garrett did all the rest. It was such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Delivery if my Certified Honda Odyssey couldn't have been easier or better. Garret Fram and the Internet sales team made everything possible for my family and I to return from Australia and purchase our vehicle. They delivered it to my hotel and had us finished up in just a few minutes, which was perfect after two days of travel with my young kids. The van was perfect and exactly as Garrett described it. I couldn't recommend this dealership and Garrwt more highly. They really exceeded my expectations.

Willie Burr took fantastic care of me today!I came in to have license plate brackets installed on my Pilot and Accord. Willie and Carlos greeted me promptly. Carlos walked me to the parts department so that I could obtain a little bit of hardware, and when I returned, Willie took over without being asked. He went to service, grabbed some tools, and completed the service himself (even though he is an advisor not a mechanic). When he finished, he thanked me, and did not even charge for the service. I could not possibly have asked for better service, and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Willie Burr, and the entire team at Thousand Oaks Honda.

Service bites the hand that feed them! Females. Be aware. You will be humiliated at Thousand Oaks Honda.Subsequent to dropping $525.02 on May 6, and then $366.69 on May 19 ($891.71 in less than 2-weeks) at this dealership for my 2005 Honda Accord, I was rudely spoken to by a Service Writer.On Friday, June 6, I visited this facility to order a right spring for the trunk of my 2005 Honda Accord (estimate $80). Parts Department had taken the old spring but I needed the spring to prop up the trunk until a new one could be installed. So I returned to the Dealership.Harrison found the spring but was sarcastic. When I challenged his sarcasm he went into meltdown and in my face outside of the service center for all to hear; customers, staff and visitors. He continued his tirade and then turned his back to complain about me to his Service Manager.I saw no reason to remain loyal and to spend good money ($1000 in one-month) with arrogant, ignorant and confrontational people so I have found a wonderful independent Honda mechanic.

i have to tell everyone first off i didnt buy a car, still compelled to submit a reviewe though. I was raised around customer service having worked in the restaurant industry and so far shopping for a car this time around has been lackluster. turned out I decided to sell my car first on my own (per wife's instrux) so i'll be back to Honda afterwards- and lookign forward to it as well. Barry worked with me, helped me with my credit to get the best offer on the apr and knowing beforehand what this car was worth on the market before coming in, i felt like very quickly we arrived at a square deal that i'm happy with. i think i could probably find a slightly better deal off the dealership lot, but the warranty and professionalism i'd get there is worth the extra couple bucks for piece of mind. And again, the time and effort he put in with us was really genuine and it feels good to give someone your business when they've earned it (sorry, the restauranteur in me talking again). either way, i'm actually looking forward to going back, Barry and his team were all super friendly and just down to earth people that brings the natural comfort back into going to a car dealer.

Today I went to Honda of Thousand Oaks looking for preowned cars and was pleasantly surprised when I came across a 2013 Nissan Altima that was everything I've been looking for in a car. The sales associate Brandon Smith met me with a genial and non-invasive demeanor, took me for a test drive, and was quick to begin the sales process. All greatly appreciated. Unfortunately that is where the pleasantries of my experience at Honda of Thousand Oaks came to an abrupt end - in a manner that I can only describe as one of the most poignantly disrespectful, blatantly short sighted, and prejudiced displays of customer service that I've ever had the misfortune experiencing. Being completely satisfied with the car and driving experience I made initial offer in cash, on the car a few grand below asking price - a practice that is both common and prudent in automobile negotiations. After waiting about 15 minutes for Brandon to return from speaking with the sales manager, fully expecting a counter offer, sales manager Barry Smith returns alongside him. After shaking hands Barry proceeds to inform me that my offer is "a waste of time", a sentiment that took me a moment to even fathom the reality of, as his smile belied the incredible words coming out of his mouth. Taken aback, I then ask him if he means this conversation was a waste of his time. To which Barry rhetorically asks where I "got my number," tells me I'm about $5000 off of what they were looking for (which even at full asking price plus tax, title, and license didn't make mathematical sense), and explains that this is "a busy day and he doesn't want to waste other customer's time" by dealing with me. Evidently I didn't qualify as a "customer" or someone worth even presenting a counter offer to (even after pointing out that he never presented me with one.) At this point the disrespect and complete disregard for customer service and genuine decency were no longer worth my time, so I left. After a phone call back to Mr. Smith it was mentioned that my age (27) was a factor in how I was treated. Aside from the fact that as a salesperson it is already I'll advised to make judgements about purchasing power based on age, it is especially asinine in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States. I work as a quite successful director of music for motion picture advertising, and had both the means and every intention of both buying this car and paying cash in full, no financing. All facts that Barry never learned because negotiation wasn't worth his time. As a result I will no longer be taking my business to Honda of Thousand Oaks; and will make sure my friends and family all over this community know the experience they can expect from this dealership. I only hope that in the future Mr. Barry Smith and the team at Honda of Thousand Oaks learn to not make snap prejudices based on age/appearance, treat customers with respect, and give a young man or woman like myself the time of that is deserved.

I contacted the Costco sales rep (Jeff Edelman) from Honda of Thousand Oaks. I asked how the Costco pricing discount worked and whether he could match or beat a written offer I obtained from another Honda dealership. First he said that at this stage he cannot explain the Costco discount other than to say its competitive. As far as matching the quote I had in writing, rather than saying a simple yes or no he proceeded to tell me that I would never be able to get the particular car at that price and that I should call him back when I was serious about purchasing a car. Briefly, it was the worst exchange I have ever had with a sales employee of any kind. His inappropriate behavior was not welcomed and I promptly took my business elsewhere. Im happy to say that I was able to get the Honda of my choice for the exact price that I was quoted. I would not recommend Honda of Thousand Oaks to any of my friends, especially Mr. Jeffrey Edelman.

My husband and I did our research and visited many dealerships in the quest for our perfect new car and we were so pleased with the quality and friendly service we received from Jeff. We will definitely be back when we need another new car. Jeff was pleasant, well informed and worked hard to answer all of our very specific questions. He walked with us through the whole deal and made sure we were well taken care of. We went to other dealerships who are affiliated with Costco and were less than impressed, it's a big purchase and none of the other dealerships made us feel confident in their abilities or willing to part with our money. Even the guy in the service department of TO Honda was very friendly and answered our numerous questions and he wasn't getting commission for our sale. Also, the price was better than any other dealer quote on the Central Coast. I will definitely be recommending Jeff to friends who like low hassle, friendly and knowledgable service. Car shopping is very different from what it used to be. Where before it would take months to comparison shop, it now takes minutes through the internet. But dont believe for a second that dealers dont have tricks under their sleeves. Undisclosed fees, pressure selling, and even blatant dishonesty are just some of the tactics a prudent shopper needs to look out for. When searching for our Honda Odyssey, I contacted over 15 dealerships within the So Cal area and 1 rose to the top. Thousand Oaks Honda specifically Jeffrey Edelman. The best way I can describe our interaction with Jeff is that hes a partner in our car search and not the salesman. He doesn't pressure sell. He discloses everything so that you can make the right decision for your needs. Jeff understands that the value in a customer is not in the initial sale its in repeat sales and word of mouth. Im doing my part in spreading the word. If you dont want to waste your time, leverage my experience and talk to Jeff first. I know I will for my next Honda purchase.

Left voice and email messages for Saul (post sale) but no response. He added a warranty to the contract we did not ask for at a cost of $2895. When we confronted him he said he'd drop it to $2295 but after signing the papers the cost managed to make its way up to $2595.Armen also doesn't return calls. Our trade-in turned out to have a balance that was $200 less than their estimate and they promised a refund. More than a month has passed but no refund and no returned phone calls.They are all smiles and handshakes before the sale and they totally ignore you after the sale. I realize this is typical behavior for a dealership so next time I'll find one that really values me as a customer and I'll go with them.

There is a stigma attached to purchasing a new or used vehicle at a car dealership; One expects to be aggressively confronted just seconds after parking, getting out of their car by vulture-like car salesmen just drooling at the opportunity to make a sale never mind the major financial implications this may have on the individual. Mr. Edelman completely changed my perspective of what a car buying experience is and truly substantiated how this experience should be. He was honest, well versed about the product and provided exceptional customer service in an environment that was both relaxed and pressure free. I told him my bottom line and he went above and beyond the definition of "above and beyond" to respect that; He did not try to sway me in another direction or pressure me into a financial situation that was not right for me. They worked hard in getting the low mileage we were looking for and even the colors. The Service Department went out of their way to make sure my Wife was satisfied with her experience getting her car serviced. The Service Manager Len, was very nice and my wife is very happy we purchased our CRV. We dropped off the car in the middle of the night and they called us promply in the morning and reviewed our needs. Later that afternoon, Mike called to let us know the vehicle was ready and we went over the price. Mike informed us that our tires were causing the noises my wife could not discribe.

Yes the dealership prices are pricy but worth the attention to detail that they provide like round trip shuttle service and a carwash. Service folks admirably filled in for one another at the beginning and at the end of the service when the other was busy with another customer. They all had a great attitude, great energy and great "team" effort! My questions were answered thoughtfully and in as much detail as I could expect. I gave well-deserved 5s for four of the five categories, but a 3 when it came to cost simply because I can't believe I should have to pay $79.99 for a A-1 oil change and tire rotation. Call me old-fashioned, but I remember when I changed my own oil at a fraction of the cost...... Did appreciate the 10% off coupon from the dealership, however!!

Excellent and free services! I brought my car in for battery services. Erin took care of it immediately. She was knowledgeable, informed me up front of the cost and services was provided promptly. It turned out that my car battery was still under warranty. Not only the services were excellent, but they cleaned my car, and recd free services today. I would recommended this dealer definitely. The staff are honest, the work flow are very organize, and they clean the exterior of yr car for every services provided.

The overall experience was very good. Friendly, they took my car almost immediately, drove and picked me up during the process. However, the car wash was not very good. Still had a lot of dirt on the car, and they did not wash tires and rims. I got a discount which was great, but it is still a little pricey for an A-I tune up and oil change. They would get even more people to come in and not do outside oil changes and tune-ups if they lowered their price.

I always have a positive experience when I come in. Mike takes axcellent care of me and my car. My husband is so impressed with Honda that we are going to buy him one too. Marty is my "helpfule Honda Guy" and is always able to figure out how to set up my phone, radio etc for me. ( I'm not that good at it). Carter greets me by name each time I'm in for service. He is a great addition to the dealership, a true people person who expresses a genuine interest in the customer. With this being flu season, a number of mechanics had been out sick. Since the service department wouldn't be able to give my van a thorough service due to the amount of catching up they had to do, the dealership rented a car from Hertz at no charge to me. The rental was seamless and I was able to return the car directly to the dealership, who would handle the return to Hertz. Always sensitive to the needs of the customer, financial and otherwise, I've been very pleased with the fact that there is never a hard sell to perform services that might be able to wait until I am in a better position to proceed with recommendations. I've used Silver Star Honda for the life of my Odyssey, for 13 years.

Forget every bad thing you have ever experienced at another dealership.From my first contact with Paul Bromley to the final handshake goodbye,we were treated like human beings and not cattle like at other dealerships, in the area.We stated what we needed and less than 30 minutes later we were signing documents, and 15 minutes later we were given a thorough demo of every item in the car. Bringing my 2008 Honda Accord in for service at Honda of Thousand Oaks was the best car decision I've made all year. It was a professional, friendly and all around pleasant experience. I showed up for my appointment and was on the shuttle to pick up my rental car in less than 20 minutes. Everybody was professional and responsive including the nice young man that greeted me and the shuttle driver. Kudos. I have been going to this Honda dealer for years. My favorite person there is Willie Burr. I always ask for him. I have found out over the years that I can trust him completely. This is such a relief for a single woman when the car needs service. He has high integrity (a rare commodity these days) and is a nice guy as well. He does all he can to help his customers. I am always amazed by his dedication, knowledge, and efficiency. He is the reason I go to this dealership when my car needs service. It will be a sad day for customers when Willie retires.

I was contacted by Mike from the Thousand Oaks branch, because I was unhappy with the fact that when I inititally took my car for the engine block, they took one week and afterward there was an oil leak. When I took the car back I excpected a better service and Mike called me and offered me a free carwash and service.

Terri was phenomenal in helping fix and maintain my Accord. They matched the price of a rival dealer, and they kept me updated on the car's progress. I liked their online tracker that told me what stage my car was in, so I had an idea of when to pick it up. I can't say enough great things about Terri and this dealership. I purchased this Accord at Thousand Oaks Honda in 08, and would buy from and have it serviced there again. I had an experience recently at Downtown Honda that was not very good (it was excellent service until they fired their Service Manager John), but Terri gave me faith again in Honda. Thank you TO Honda!

Walking into a dealership is always a intimidating expierience. I was pleasently suprised when The General Manager Scott shook my hand introduced himself and walked my wife and I over to Marty. Marty was very pleasent and wanted to malke sure My wife and I were happy. I kept waiting for the oh I thought we could be we can't or the Famous upsell. It did not happen Marty truly wanted us to be happy. I kept thinking to myself can this be true? Is it really going to be this smooth? Then Marty introduced us to Finance. The Dreaded Finance Armen. I thought Oh No Here we Go I am going to get hammered by Finance. Much to my Suprise I was florred at Armen's willingness for My wife and I just to be happy. No upsell and everything Marty and Scott said were true. They never tried to even change my deal. It turned out I owed $500 more than we thought on my trade. Instead of asking me for it the dealership gave me an extra $500 for my trade. They truly made this a wonderful expierience. The panel on my door was bent and all they did was cut it off without any attention to aesthetics or safety. I also asked them to check out a rattling and there is still rattling. As you know, most dealerships offer higher price than what customers expect. customers are forced to negociate the price down to get a good deal. Mr. yoon tried to discount as much as possible. So, not only did I get a good price, but I also save time. I had such a great experience with the dealership and would recomend this dealership to my friends and family.

My car was having difficulties, and so I drove directly to your dealership. I had never been there before, and what could have been a very frustrating experience was made so pleasant by your accommodating staff. The lounge room is great -- I was able to take care of some work on the computers provided. I had my dog with me, and she was warmly accepted! She was offered plenty of fresh water, and even got some treats! Thank you again! You are now MY dealership!

This was my third visit after purchase. Two warranty visits and this was the first scheduled maintenance. I have nothing but good to say of all of them. I have been really impressed by the tech savvy approach they have taken. I get emails about my service and their online presence is impressive. All services have also been completed exactly on time as promised. They deliver the car washed and perfect. I had a Mini before and although BMW dealers are known for their service, this Honda dealer beats the one I had hands down.

I purchased a new 2012 Ridgeline from Geno while I was in Afghanistan. The process was exceptionaly easy and communication with Geno was flawless. As soon as I returned to CA. Geno sent a drive down to the base to pick me up. My new truck was ready to go and I was on my way within the hour. Did I mention they had the best price out of the ten dealships I contacted? Every time I have brought by civic in for servicing, all of the people in the service department have been great. Mike has been helping me for the past year or so and every time he has made sure to make sure I had all my questions answered and he would take the time to explain any services that might need to be done. He makes sure I am given a fair price and is upfront about upcoming high cost items so I am prepared and can save money as necessary to make sure my car is in top running condition.

Terri was great! She was fast and efficient, as well as very friendly. She call me right away, as there were some things that needed to be fixed. I couldn't afford all the repairs at one time, and appreciated her honesty in telling me what I can wait a little longer to get fixed. Having the car washed by the dealer was a added bonus! I will definitely come back.

I have bought 3 cars at Honda of Thousand Oaks in the past, and it's the outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back. I live in Simi Valley, and could take my car to 1st Street Honda, but prefer to go the extra distance because I have a relationship that is more of a friendship than just feeling like a customer. All the employees I have dealt with always make me feel welcome and appreciated. Willie was one of the first service techs that I dealt with, and I ask for him every time knowing the quality of service will be top notch. I have never had a negative experience at Honda of Thousand Oaks!

The showroom is warm and inviting. We were greeted and quickly routed to Sebastain to answer our questions. He was not pushy, but answered our questions thoroughly. He really worked to find the exact model/color/option combination that we wanted. The day that we took possession of the car was smooth and efficient. Service at Honda of Thousand Oaks was exceptional. I was greeted quickly by service advisor Terri a Rocca(even before she knew my car was assigned to her). All of the personnel at the service area were eager to help. Usually when you take your car in for service, everyone is looking the other way or nobody is around and you are stuck there wondering "Who will help me?"...Not at this dealership. I got major service work done quickly for what I consider to be at a fair price.

I've been coming to Honda of Thousand Oaks since 1995 and have had no problems with Service. Both Terri & Willie Burr are great. I now live in Camarillo instead of Thousand Oaks and continue to go to Thousand Oaks for service. It's out of my way but I would rather deal with Willie or Terri than go to any other dealership in the area.They are both honest and have integrity. Some places you go you feel like folks are trying to rip you off or sell you services you really don't need. I've never once felt that way dealing with Terri or Willie!I tried both Vista Honda in Ventura and Oxnard Honda once and I was not happy at all.... I would have bought my 2007 Civic Si 4 Dr from Honda of Thousand Oaks if they were part of the Costco Auto Buyer program. So as a result I had to use Vista Honda.It's nice to have the new fancy reports but it seems overkill to use so much paper. e-mailing me the .pdf would be fine alone.No need to print it all out...

I have a 2009 Honda Accord that had brake pads prematurely go out at 27,000 miles. A Google search found that this is a common problem and there was even a Class Action lawsuit settlement for this exact issue for my exact make/model of car. I was never served any paperwork therefore I missed the boat on a $150 settlement that I could've applied to new brake pads. I tried to negotiate a split of the costs of repair with the service Manager to no avail. This premature brake pad wear led to damage to my rotars. I was told my rotars could not be cut and new pads and rotats and labor would be $400. I declined to pay that. I took my car to a nearby automatic mechanic who said my rotars could be cut and I paid $160 fort new pads, cut rotars and labor saving me $260.Perhaps if the service Manager tried to work with me a little on the price, I would've let them do the work. I was UNIMPRESSED with their customer service. I purchased the car there. I WONT purchase my next car there however.

Sebastian Laposse is the best salesperson I've come across in a long time. He is honest and will work with you to make you happy. I wanted to make my purchase from him because he was the most helpful and honest of all the salespeople I encountered in my car search. I brought the best quote I found back to him so he could get the credit. He seemed appreciative and very willing to deal. Unfortunately, Reza (don't know last name), the finance guy, came out of his office and arrogantly told me that I should go ahead and take the deal that another dealership offered me because it was so good. Basically, Reza told me to leave because he wouldn't negotiate. So that is what I did. In fact, another dealer offered me an even better deal than the one I presented to Thousand Oaks Honda. My friend said to go to Kolbe in Reseda because they are always willing to beat other dealers' prices. Their sales consultants are the typical annoying/shady types, but whatever.I was extremely disappointed with how rude (and let's face it--thoughtless) Reza was. He ruined the sale for Mr. Laposse, who worked hard to accommodate me and help me make my decision. If this dealership is your only option, you should definitely ask for Sebastian; however, don't expect to get far in negotiations if you are a female dealing with Reza.

new car exterior surface has defects that cannot be remove.this dealership tried to cover it up by claybar, so the surface would reflect the sun and hide the defects until the claybar wears off and your back with seeing the defects on the car. Won the BBB process only to be told I have to return to this dealership for more faulty repair. The BBB process is a scam!! Do not buy a new car from this dealership. You will be sorry!

I drove 2 hours in bad traffic from Walnut to Thousand Oaks to buy a car that they advertised and I even called them ON my way over there to make sure that the car is still available. By the time I got there, they asked me to wait for another hour and a half before this arrogant salesman came to me and said that the car was just sold out 5 minutes ago. Come on, which IDIOT would believe that? He just said that there is nothing he can do about it and didn't even bother to apologize...I would've understood if he would've just told me the truth when I called that the car had been sold out and still invite me to come over to check other stocks that they have.

Overall this dealership is by far the easiest to deal with of all of the Los Angeles area Honda dealerships. I have found several dealers that have offered me vehicles at a lower price (usually within a few hundred dollars), but then insist I buy "Pro Packs" and other items I do not need to make a deal.In the end, their pricing is in line with all other dealerships, but they are the only one that won't make you wait around for hours to complete the process. Super easy when buying a car!!!

Not only does the service department seem to employ only individuals who go out of their way to be extremely rude, they consistently overcharge for unnecessary work and even then I am pretty sure that the actual work is not always done.Because this dealership is close to my work, I am forced to use it on occasion; however, I always know that I will be treated poorly and they rarely disappoint.

I went there for servicing the car which I had bought from them earlier. The people seem very rude and just to explain what had to be done to my car I had to go from one person to the other. Customer is not treated well here. Service managers take long breaks and seem irresponsible.

Go directly to Internet Sales Manager, John Studebaker. Don't deal with Steve Soskins and Kam Javid as they will lie to you straight to your face. They told us that the car we were buying didn't have incentives. According to Consumer Reports, it had $1000 incentive and Steve repeatedly told us that the information is not correct. Both were dishonest about the details of the transaction. Dealt with John Studebaker instead as we were not happy with Steve. John told us that there was $1K incentive on the car, contradictory to what Soskins and Javid told us.

Very rude parts dept service. After a guy saw that I has an old car and am not going to spend $268 on a headlight bulb clip, he became rude to me and even when I purchased a bulb from another guy from the same department and he promised to help me, the first guy when I asked him where was a service guy started screaming "We are not supposed to do it". I have been a customer with this dealership for many years and this accident made me look for another service department.I am going to write to the manager and see what they are going to do.
