After last winter I decided that it was time to get an SUV, my parents have done business with Ian in the past so I got in touch with him, told him what I was looking for, what my price range is, I wanted something that was keyless entry, had a moon-roof, etc. Ian sent me a list of 5 vehicles, from there I was able to meet with him and test drive some. I fell in love with a 2012 Nissan Rogue. Ian was very thorough with everything and even checks up on me to see how things are going with the vehicle. He's a dealer I would recommend to anyone. In fact everyone there is very friendly and are always there when you need something

Visited Hondru to look at a 2012 C6. Jim Wise put a fair deal on the table for my trade - a Nissan 350Z. And for the 2012 C6 Grand Sport. I was ready to haggle but I really didn't need to. Shana was friendly and efficient with the paperwork.

Hondru was the only dealership out of 5 or so I contacted that actually made an effort to find the truck I wanted even though it was not on their lot. Andy Eder was my salesman and he found exactly the truck I wanted. More than satisfied with the process.

I am relatively new to the car buying scene, I have leased two cars in my lifetime and each time I went to Roger. He was fantastic and he and his boss worked so hard to make sure that I had a car. They went above and beyond what I expected and I will always go to them for my cars.

Stopped at hondru ford tolook at f150 siiting in front lot...Met Andrew Eder who is an salesperson for the hondru dealership....He is very easy to talk with and excellent in dealing for the new f150, which I purched with his help...Highly recommend him in purchasing a vehicle!!!!!!

In August, we decided to downsize from a car and a van to one vehicle.Then we met Nate. We wanted to buy local. We wanted a vehicle that would be easy to use to haul small items, easy to get in and out, easy to drive, and could still transport 4 people if needed. Also the price would have to be right. The 2014 Ford Transit Connect Wagon -5people short wheel base was it! Nate found us one in NJ. So within 5 days, August 30, 2014, we were driving off the lot in the new wagon. All the staff from the sales staff to the service department tour were helpful. Nate made the sale transition easy from GM vehicles to the first Ford.

Ian Chea was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted he took into consideration of what I wanted in a car. He found me a car I fell in love with and tried his all to get me in that car. I had very little funds to work with and he was able to still get me a loan. Hondru ford of Manheim is a great dealership I would recommend them to any one.

Hondru Ford has always provided my family and I great customer service from the time I have walked in the door looking for a new vehicle till the time I arrive for my scheduled services. But with any good visit it begins with a great salesperson. I have used the salesperson for years now and I refuse to deal with anyone else. Roger Moreno has always treated my wife and I with the greatest respect at ALL times and treats us more like family than customers. Whenever I email or text a question I always get an immediate response. He has helped us greatly and that trust has spilled over to our daughter and son in law purchasing from Roger as well. He also helped them with purchasing their first vehicles which can be difficult for any first time buyer. Roger made this process simple and painless for them. My wife and I have moved over400 miles away from Hondru and Roger but we still plan on doing business with them whenever the need arises!! I can also speak of the expert service department who have always treated me with courtesy and respect. They always are available to answer my questions and also provided me with a loaner upon request!

I was very pleasantly surprised by my car buying experience at Hondru Ford in Manheim Pa. I loved working with Ian Chea, he was friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and a low-pressure salesman. He had me sold when he said he was there to help me find the right car for me, not just sell me a car. He let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and even let me take them out on my own. In the end I bought exactly what I wanted and we negotiated a deal to satisfy all parties involved. I love my new Ford C-Max Hybrid, have been driving it for a month now and it meets all my expectations. The gas mileage is even better than expected! I also love that all my maintenance and repairs can be done at the same place where I bought my car. Overall all the staff I met were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Hondru in Manheim and specifically Ian as a great salesperson.

Have bought over 40 new and used cares and trucks over the years. Andrew (Andy) Eder LISTENED to what I was looking for ( used F-150) and came up with an almost perfect match and a very good price from a large inventory. Have bought several vehicles in the past and my experance at Hondru Ford has always been good, but dealing with Andy was exceptional.

I had the best experience at Hondru Ford in Manheim, PA buying my new 2014 Ford Fusion. Everyone was more than happy and willing to help your needs and get you into a car for a comfortable price. I dealt with another dealer who wanted a lot more for the same car and Hondru worked everything out to get me into this vehicle. I recommend Ian Chea because he was very knowledgable, helpful, and understanding of my needs as well as my concerns and he found a way to get me into my car at a payment that was in my budget. If you're looking into a Ford, I highly recommend giving Hondru Ford your business

I recently bought a certified car at the Hondru Chevy of Manheim. I like the car and the buying process was pretty straight forward, but the car had some problems. I'm fine with that, cars have problems, plain and simple. however, when the service department tells you that you will get your car back on a certain date and it doesn't get done, then I start having problems. The service is so unbelievably slow, I've owned my car for about 8 weeks and have only had it for 3 of them. I would like this place better if it was faster, more efficient and followed through and their promises.

I found a Ford Ranger at Hondru through Cars.com. Steve G. took great care of me and made the stressful process of buying a vehicle go smoothly. Shana also did a great job as well as the sales manager on site that day. Everyone there was very personable. I was able to trade in my 2006 Scion which I appreciated. I am so thankful I Drove 2 HOURS TO GET a GREAT DEAL! :)

I was glad to find Hondru through Cars.com. The information and pictures they loaded onto your website were very useful. I appreciated the free look at the Carfax. Callie contacted me and was very helpful although she was not real familiar with car. Didn't matter, as I was. They answered all my questions and did the best they could with the paperwork, and helped with the financing. Nothing could have gone better, really. The car was detailed and in excellent condition. I was shocked, frankly, that it looked so good. I kept waiting for something to be wrong, but it was just a great find for me. Since I live almost 150 miles away, I won't be going there for servicing, but would if I lived closer.

I was pleased with the experience except for the fact that the car's mileage on the website was approx. 3000 miles understated. I questioned the mileag when I test drove the car but was ignored by the sales manager when I asked him for a minimal price reduction. I was a little "miffed " at that but purchased the vehicle based on the car's overall condition and the reputation of the dealership.

We bought a beautiful 2009 Mustang Gt. We had been searching and came across Hondru Ford in PA. We had to drive 4 hours but it was well worth it! Their price was better than anything local and the color scheme was just what we were looking for (white with red stripes). They took care of all the paperwork to title and pay the taxes for VA so we wouldn't have to. That was a huge blessing! Everyone was great. They even worked with us to trade in our older mustang so we wouldn't have to drive 2 cars home. We highly recommend this dealership!

If you see an add on ebay or local paper BEWARE make sure you bring a list of all the option that is listed and check and make sure they are there. I bought a 2009 van with 6000 miles add showed the van with running boards. I did not realize it till I got home and noticed the running broads where not there. I call my sales person and said to me you did not catch it when you picked it up so that the way it is. This is not the kind of practice you would expect from a Ford dealership. Also I paid the full asking price no discount.
