If you’re looking for a vehicle House of Kars is the place to go. The most friendly, clean and experienced car dealership I’ve ever used. I wasn’t looking for a vehicle immediately but I fell in love with a truck they had and the whole place went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get approved. I had bought the truck as soon as they got it in almost so they made sure to take care of any routine maintenance it needed at an extremely reasonable price as well! The original owner smoked and they did made sure to get the smell out and now it has the new car smell again! If they can’t do something they will even find someone who can! I highly recommend House of Kars for anyone looking for mechanic work or just to find a vehicle!

House of Kars replaced our ignition in a ‘92 Toyota pick-up, as well as replaced parts on the body of the truck. They did a great job finding difficult parts and helping repair any of the complications that followed with such a big part replacement. They went out of their way to make sure the truck ran safely and well for us! Very personable, family business. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

I consigned my motorcycle to House of Kars (HOK) to sale. The motorcycle was in mint condition. HOK initially tried to sell the bike at auction but under the table to avoid paying auction house fees. I waited for the payoff but it never came. HOK reached out to the buyer and the buyer brought the motorcycle back. However, some damage had been done and some mileage had been put on the bike. Then after a lengthy period of time HOK was unable to sell the bike. I traveled a lot out of State and trusted they would keep it in good condition and eventually sell it. They never did, even after two years, so I picked the bike up last June and found it in horrible shape. Broken pieces, missing pieces and gear, damaged items from being in the elements, and about 5,000 miles added to it. I was livid as the damages were over $3,500 and the loss of value in that time was over $10,000. Despite my efforts to obtain compensation from the Salido brothers, this remains unresolved

We had a great experience with them after being recommended by a family friend. They are totally transparent and this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. They are truly a small family business and they treated us like we were valued customers. We got a fantastic deal on a basically new car and we will be back for all of our mechanical and cosmetic needs. I'm so happy that we found a great business to support.
