Towed my 2015 Sonata to the dealership after breaking down on the highway. During diagnostic test drive by technician, the engine seized. I had read about numerous problems with the 2015 Sonata engine, a class action lawsuit and other issues. Hyundai made it right. Extended the warranty due to known issues and covered the replacement of my engine. Got my car back in 10 days with no out of pocket cost to me, and so far, seems to be running fine. Hub Hyundai service department communicated with me through every step in the process. I was skeptical about how this catastrophic engine failure would be handled, but Hub Hyundai made me a believer! Glad I brought it to them and that they handled it to my utmost satisfaction. Thank you, Hub Hyundai! I love my Sonata and hope to keep my car on the road for another five years! You’ve earned five stars from this very satisfied customer!

the friendliness of the salesmen was one but Waleed was my salesman who took time for me during the course of his busy day with other customers to ensure that it was my decision but still helped me to make up my mind. Hyundai put thier money where thier mouth is. Not only did they approve a recalled rebuild engine for my 2011 Sonata Hyundai with 98,000 miles without a fight, hassle or debate. They put me in a 2017 Santa Fe within hours of calling for vehicle options, since I was shopping for a new vehicle. Best experience in a very long time. Sport that I just love, love.

He followed up on everything and made sure everything went according to what he said was going to happen, Your porter Mr. Johnson knew me by name took me right to my office and returned promptly at the prescribed time to pick me up with phone calls from James before and after he picked me up as well as Mr. Johnson called me on arrival. Oh, if only all car places practiced this level of personalized service. In the main time I plan to buy another Hyundai at HUB (my fifth) in the near future if John in sales will let me have another helping.

I went to change engine oil and asked to check tire. An engineer found out that my car had batterie issue, so they notified me. They tried to know that my warranty can cover the fee. I worried with this issue. A few minutes later, they finished their work for free because I have warranty. SO I just paid for my engine oil with a relief. Thanks!

When I arrived at the dealership on Thursday, I left my car in the drive through outside the service office. James is my service consultant of choice, but he was busy with another customer at the time. A new young man told me I had to drive my car around to the oil change area. As I was getting instructions where the oil change area was exactly, James finished with his customer and told me he would take my car to the oil change area. That was at approximately noon. At about 2:00 James came to the customer lounge and said the oil change was finished. He asked if I had time for a car wash which I did. Thinking it would be only about a half hour or little more, I continued to wait. At about 2:30 I went to the service office to check on my car. James was not there at the time. I saw a car in the driveway that looked like mine and asked the young man if it was my car. He said that was somebody else's car. At about 2:45 one of the other service consultants came to the customer lounge and told me my car was finished and waiting in the driveway. By this time it was almost 3:00.

I took My Hyundai Sonata in for oil & filter change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, along with several factory recall notices , The factory service says to rotate tires and align every 6000 miles, the car is just over a year old and has just over 6000 miles on it, so I left it at Hub 290 service dept for tire rotation, alignment, and other service work, when I picked up the car after driving it home I noticed the wheels / tires had not been rotated like they were supposed to be which I paid for, The tires have never been rotated before, and the right rear wheel had hash marks embedded in a section of the rim where I cut the corner too sharp coming out of a Walmart parking lot and hit the curb with the right rear wheel. The same wheel / tire was still on the right rear with the same hash marks, none of the other wheels have any marks on them, they did not rotate the wheels / tires, I don't know if they aligned them, like they were supposed to do either. I no longer feel like I can trust them to do the service work they are supposed to do .this is the second car I have purchased from Hub and I was very satisfied with the service dept back a few years ago when they sold & serviced Buicks,

I traded a car on 3/7/16, they held the paperwork in there offices for one month, In turn I am now stuck with 2 car payments and I'm one month behind on the new car do to Hub hyundai dropping the ball with the paperwork. Today is 4/25/16 , I have yet to receive a bill but now Hub is calling me to inform me that I'm one month behind on payment. Mario the finance manager at Hub on hwy 290 advised me that I have 60 days before my first payment.I understand that sales people will do and say anything for a dollar but in this case the sales person was great but the upper management team definitely have a lot of opportunities to better themselves as business people.

I had tried to make an appointment for a test drive of a new Sonata while my 2012 2.0T was being serviced. It worked well; I drove the new car and my car's service was done about the time got back. I liked the 2016 Sonata, but my 2012 is running well (took a bit to get there, but it is a pleasure when it is working) and is payed for. Did not see enough improvement in my mind to justify buying a new one at this time.

Always prompt, friendly service by the SAME highly qualified service personnel!! These folks have taken care of my needs for over 11 years and it's so rare these days to deal with the same people each time. It's a pleasure to do business with Hub and even waiting is a visit rather than a pain!

The customer service representative was friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long. In fact, I barely had time to sit down and read the articles that I brought along with me and planned to read while I waited. Upon completion of my car being serviced my keys were brought back to me with a smile.

Customer service and Sales Department, they are very nice.They help the customer and they are not aggressive with the client. For us is the 3rd Mitsubishi with HUB 290 and we are really happy, not only with the car, with the employees. Good job !!

The salesman name was Carlos Barboza I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted a white Tuscon and how much I was willing to pay it was a cloudy drizzling raining day however Carlos found just what I had asked for he walked and looked but he found my car Carlos wasn't pushing to sell he let me decide I didn't feel pressured now that's what you call A-1 service

All of the many years that I have brought cars from Hub I have always received the best deals and service from the Hub Dealership on Hwy 290. The staff at Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi-Houston always takes the worries out of the hands of their customers. While the staff in the service department take care of the needs of my car, as a customers all I have to do is set back in the waiting area and drink a cup of coffee or have a coke. I have no worries about my car of at Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi on 290. Hub Hyundai/Mitsubishi on 290 give great deals on New or Per-Owned Vehicles. I referred my 80 year old aunt to Hub for a per-owned vhehilces. My aunt and her family is very please with the car and the deal that she received.

Buying my second Hyundai at Hub Hyundai West was very, very good experience. The salesman Mr. Kimbrough Austin was professional and courteous throughout the entire process of getting me in the car of my dreams. In addition to answering all of my questions, he offered refreshments e.g., coffee, water, sodas and provided a tour of the facility. In the future I'll know just where to go when its time to have the car serviced. Mr. Cancel in the finance department did a great job as well. It is with great enthusiasm I recommend Hub Hyundai West for your next car buying experience.

I filled out application, never received a call back, they were supposed to call me back ith the approval never heard back. Even though my credit was not the best I feel that was the way I was treated. Looking somewhere else to buy a car!!!

They where great to deal with. We made a deal in less than an hour that Friday night. The car I bought just came in to the dealer that day and have not gone throught the service. The next day they got the car ready and they came to my home and pick me. George Saab know I have a very busy schedule, so when I made my appointment, he was their already for me. George and his manager knew I do not have a lot time. They made deal go easy. It was very nice of them to offer to have one of their guy dive to my home and pick me up then the car way ready.

Though I was promptly contacted by THREE people from this dealership, I was unable to get questions answered. Responses were spammy boiler plate things rather than simple direct answers. If you like to talk on the telephone and play telephone tag, this may be a good dealer for you. But they just seem unwilling to deal with email. I did buy a similar car but from a more distant dealer at a slightly higher price.

My sales person was Cornelius Ita. He was great. My biggest worry was the stories I heard from people regarding sales people. The pressure they would put on you and try to sell you on anything. Cornelius was very respectful, knowledgeable and willing to show me anything I wanted to see. Absolutely no pressure. I told him I had nothing to put down, just my trade in and if he could not work with me, then I needed to head down the road. He didn't flintch. I wasn't sure what I really wanted and he said we could test drive whatever I wanted and see what features I liked and we could go from there. He was very patient with me. I ended up buying the first vehicle I test drove, a 2014 Tucson. The financing process went very fast...no long waiting, let me talk to my manager, type thing. Everyone worked together to sell me this vehicle. I was in a hurry, because I needed to be somewhere so Cornelius said I could come back the next day so he could show me all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I did and he made himself available and got me set up. I actually understood the bells and whistles. I absolutely recommend this dealership. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

During my visit to Hub Mitsubishi I worked with Cornelius. He was very respectful and helpful. He showed me both vehicles I wanted to see and then explained my options available. I did not buy from Hub Mitsubishi due to my preferences in the vehicle itself. Otherwise I would have had no reservations doing business with this dealership.

I purchased a new Sonata in 2012 from this dealership. Fernando was my sales person then and he was excellent getting me all set up. Memorial Day this year I got into a flash flood and I had the car brought here for Leo in service to help me out. Leo and James are the perfect team for service. After determining that my insurance company wanted to total the car I knew I would buy another vehicle from here. The whole crew was so patient with me and the process. They even recommended I hire my own appraiser in negotiating with State Farm which resulted in thousands of dollars in my pocket. . Dale was my salesperson this time and I knew he was looking out for my best interest. In the end he found me the PERFECT 2015 Limited Sonata and the process was made even easier with help of finance manager Moshe Amir. Also I must mention Mike Cole always greeting me with smile and cookies whenever I had to drop by dealership for various reasons. I got a great deal with no haggling needed and excellent service. I highly recommend HUB

My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata. We had an old Saturn, which was going to be traded in. We kept our 2004 Hyundai Elantra. The Elantra was purchased at Hub Hyundai 290, also. It has been a good car. Mr. Burl Franklin was our Salesman. He was so helpful, and didn't try to pressure us in any way. He knew the price that we wanted to stay within, and did all he could to get us the car that we wanted. We now own a 2014 Hyundai Sonata, and just love it. We've had so many compliments from people who see it. Our experience was above what we could have expected. "Thank you", Burl Franklin (Sales Executive), Mike Cole (General Sales Mgr.), and Moshe Amir (Finance & Insurance Director). We would recommend the Hyundai Dealership on Highway 290, Houston and the associates mentioned above, to anyone interested in a car purchase.

I initially went to the dealership to shop around and see about doing a trade in. I was greeted as soon as I parked and exited my vehicle. I explained to my salesperson what I was trying to do and what range I wanted to stay in. I wasn't forced to go higher or look at different cars which is a BIG PLUS to me. The process time was even quicker then I expected to be there. All the salesmen where customer friendly at this dealership! I've never went after a new vehicle (always used) but thanks to Chris Torres my salesperson & Mike Cole I walked out with a new vehicle at a very reasonable price. So if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle this is the stop you need to make right here & see what great stuff they have. Thanks again guys!!!!!

I went into this dealership with having a terrible day & leaving out with the biggest smile ever. From the minute I parked my vehicle I was approached and greeted by Chris & from that point on we went searching for the best car for me. Mike Cole really worked and made sure I left out being happy. I had a great service dealing with Jordan Azar at Hub 290. I made a phone call, Jordan told me that there are Three suv on the lot that would fit my needs. Came in and a Fourth one was available. I paid cash for my car. Loved the whole experience easy and simple.

I visited once when still trying to decide which car I wanted. Was not given the high pressure sales pitch, which was a huge relief. Once I finally decided which car I wanted (Hyundai Tucsan), I sent out an offer via Car.com listed exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay for. Hub was the first to contact me. At first tried to get me into the store to 'discuss', but I was only willing to handle over the phone. We reached an agreement, they found the car I wanted, had it transferred that day, and I picked it up that night. Was very pleased.

They just lied to me, my family and my friends, these people are not professional at all, be carefully when you get to their store, be smart don't don trust on what they tell you till you get the car you want and sign the papers you may find that the car you wanted was already sold........I lost my day, my time driving for 2 hours to find out that they could not find the key and half a hour later that the car was sold the night before....

I am not a person that purchases new cars, but I had a tremendous experience at Hub Hyundai. I came to look at the vehicle and get a feel for it, and the salesman (Burl Franklin) gave me all the info I needed. He made the experience so good that I purchased the same day even though I was just coming to gather info. Thanks to the folks at Hub Hyundai!

Cornelius was a great help in the whole process. This is my first hyundai and absolutely love it. Everybody at HUB were very polite and were always there when you had any questions. Overall my experience was very good and I would go back for another hyundai when the time comes

the whole process was handled very quickly and i felt like i was not being robed of all of my money with outlandish payment plans. Everyone that i talked to seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products that they were selling and were willing to work with you to get what you wanted at what you could afford.

Reviewed current inventory with Internet pricing. Found 30 Sonata's listed as 'Limited' but when viewed the photo of the sticker, the sticker says it is a 'GLS'. These were integrated among the real 'GLS'. The features listed for these vehicles were for a much more expensive vehicle and not for the ones listed. Called dealership to find out what was what. Got Steve and he was ready to help with out hesitating. When I explained what I was viewing online, suddenly he changed his tune had a customer with him that was not there 2 minutes ago and said he would call me in 15 minutes. Last I heard of him and he would then not take my calls. Looks as if they've been busted on the misleading listings.

I choose this dealership for my new car purchase because they had the exact make and model shown as an in stock vehicle on their web site on Friday night. By the time that I arrived on Saturday late morning that car had been sold. The general manager Mark Odat and two members of his sales staff Burl Franklin and Cornelius Ita wasted no time in tracking down another car of the same make and model. Within just a couple of hours that car was at Hub Hyundai and I was in the process of completing the paperwork. This dealership is filled with a good group of people that are more than willing to do whatever it takes to get you into the vehicle you want. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Burl Franklin was excellent in assisting with the purchase of my new 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer! A co-worker refered me to Mr. Franklin and I called him around 10:30am. After getting my information, Mr. Franklin called me back within hours and I was signing and picking up my new car all in the same day! Now, that's what I call an amazing buying process! This was my first new car purchase and my salesman Craig Anderson made the process very simple. They gave me a very fair value on my trade in..more than I think I could have gotten for it selling it myself. I bought a Tuscon and wanted a certain color that they didn't have at the 290 location. Craig got the color Tuscon I wanted in less than 24 hours and the deal was done. I also went from a 15 year old car to the Tuscon so alot of the "standard" options in today's cars I was not used to. Craig was very good at explaining how everything worked on my new car. Thank you so much for the grat experience.

This was my very first new car purchase and I was fortunate to have the best salesman that was ever placed on the planet earth, Mr. Burl Franklin. Mr. Franklin, Sales Executive, was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. What could have been a very terrifying and complicated process turned out to be a great experience. He made my buying process very relaxing and efficient. I was blown away with his exceptional customer service because there was no fluff in his conversation and no hidden agenda. He is a man of integrity and was up front about the process and I appreciate that. My overall experience was extraordinary and I have already told family and friends about HUB Hyundai at 290 and the great people that work there but especially Mr. Burl Franklin. On a scale of 1-10 I give them all a 10 across the board.

Good experience! It was first car purchase after having my vehicle for 12 years. I got a remarkable trade-in value. I was shown several Hyundai Sonatas, but I selected a customized 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE w/ Navigation, Sunroof, Full leather seats. Cam worked to get me a good deal. I appreciate a salesman that is not pushy and very knowledgeable about the product. I will recommend the dealership and tell my friends about the dealership.

I had just spent 4 hours at another dealership. By the time I got to Hub I was beat down and in tears. I walked in the door at Hub and found real people. No gimmicks or high pressure sales. I had a bottom line price within 5 minutes of walking in. The next couple of hours were spent purchasing my new car, not playing games. I walked into Hub in tears and out with a smile. They are truly a good group of guys.

We could not have had better service, nor do I think we could have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Mark Odat at Hub Hyundai is a great guy. He has so much integrity AND he is the model of customer service. We bought TWO vehicles from him - on a day that I was not expecting to even buy one. We got top dollar for our trade-ins, excellent financing and a great deal on our Santa Fe and Tucson. The same high praise can be given to our salesman, Sal Issa. If you need a car - go see Sal, and get a Hyundai! We love ours. (He made a good case for the Mitsubishi Outlook as well, but we were drawn to the Hyundais).

I began visiting this dealership nine (9) years ago for Service. Their Service was the best I had ever had in over 40 years of having cars serviced. Since their service was so great, I began looking at their cars and talking specifically to one salesman named Burl Franklin. I have since purchased six (6) cars from Burl and the General Manager Mark Odat. The people at HUB Hyundai are great people. Mark, Burl, and the entire Sales Team are always ready to help you buy rather than push a sale on you. Paul Wicher and his Service Team along with the Shop Manager Albert "Bubba" Garner are always prepared to provide the best service available anywhere with qualified and friendly Service Technicians who will get you in and out with confidence that the job was done right. I have owned or leased over ninety (90) cars in my lifetime and I must say that the highest quality cars that I have owned are the Hyundai automobiles. I have owned cars from Germany, Italy, Japan (several Toyotas), Sweden, UK and the USA and none have the quality of the Korean Hyundai (and my lifetime career has been in Quality Management, so I think I know "quality"). The company that provides this survey requires an answer below to a question "Why did you visit this dealer? Select as many reasons as apply." However, NONE apply, but they still want an answer. They should have "Other" with a text box to enter the real reason. I was there to buy a car. I was not shopping. I do not shop other dealers.

I found the dealership extremely friendly, knowledgeable and not overgearing with pressure sales tactics. They were very methodical in showing me various models and features of each model based on my requirements. I called about an "Advertised Leader," expecting a limited response. To my great surprise and satisfaction Kam Roushon answered my questions in a courteous and straightforward manner, then called me back within just a few minutes, once determining information that was not immediately at hand about color choices available. This was the most pleasant new car buying experience that I have ever encountered. Honest, straightforward, and accommodating are words too seldom associated with this process.
