I called to enquire about a used vehicle. They returned my message in a timely manner. After explaining that I lived close too two hours away and would like to come down to test drive. They called me back to explain there was a few issues with the used vehicle. We were able to work out a deal before I came to test drive. They also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Overall I was very pleased with the shopping and buying process. They did not pressure me to purchase. They were very honest and forthright with there used vehicles.

From the start it was easy, laid back, no pushing salesman, and they worked with us to make sure we walked out with the vehicle that we wanted. I have been to other dealers where they try to get you to buy something that they think would be better for you. I knew what I wanted and they made sure I got it. Also, the other salesman helped keep an eye on our kids while we did the paperwork. Very good experience!

This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased in the last 4 years. At the age of 56, I have purchased several vehicles. I have had some good experiences and some not so good. If they do not have a vehicle on their lot you are looking for (and they have a great selection) all you have to do is tell them what you are looking for and they will find. We have never been through the car buying process so naturally we were a little scared. but everyone at Huber Automotive made us feel welcome and at ease. They didn't try to hid anything from us and even though the car we were looking at was wonderfully priced they still worked with us and didn't try to pressure us at all. The worked around out busy life schedules and helped us make the right decision for us. We wound up getting a very nice car for a wonderful price. I went in on Friday morning, I had looked at a car online the night before and called, Tim said come in I'll help you out. I went in, the car was washed and ready for me to test drive. He asked if I had any questions. I drove it, we went over paperwork, he took me into the finance gentleman. They called for my payoff, I signed the papers and within 2 hours I was on my way home. Would I go back for sure. Ive know them personally 30 years and their attitude is always the same, how can I help you what can we do for you. Thank goodness for awesome business still in the people business.

Found my "2007 ford f150 supercrew while searching the internet found exactly what I was looking for at Huber automotive called and spoke to there salesman and he gave me information on the truck, went there the next day thinking I would find something wrong with the truck, but after seeing the truck I was pleasantly surprised it was exactly what the salesman had described to me, the truck was like driving a new truck,and after purchasing the truck I felt good because of the deal they gave me and the way they treated me so when I need another vehicle I'll check with them first and I'll recommend them to family and friends thanks again for the deal!!!

I found the vehicle I wanted at Huber Automotive and emailed to check availability. Tim gave me a quick response so I made the 1.5 hour trip to check it out. Tim was very upfront with the price of the vehicle and showed me service records and Carfax without having to be asked. I was driving my "new to me" truck home within 90 minutes of my arrival to the dealership. My wife, who generally hates the process, commented that it was the most stress free experience she's ever had buying a vehicle. Thanks Tim, and the rest of the Huber family! I couldn't ask for better service! I called Dave Huber on a Tuesday night told him what I was looking for and by Wednesday he had a car for me to test drive and by Thursday I am driving my new car. The service was fabulous and the personal assistance I received was remarkable! I love to shop, but not for vehicles. This was the best way to purchase a reliable vehicle from a reliable company. This has been a family owned business since the 50's and they are well known for their commitment to the community and to taking care of their customers. My previous vehicle had been totaled, and I needed to purchase a road worthy, winter friendly car, because I just moved from Ohio to Michigan. I identified several vehicles on cars.com to review during my trip to Columbus for the Thanksgiving holiday. Huber was my fourth stop, and I almost didn't go because of the distance from Columbus. I am so glad I made the trip. Tim is knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot, and more importantly, he does not use a high pressure sales strategy. My impression is that he wouldn't have a car on his lot that he wouldn't use as his own personal vehicle, and that is borne out by the fact that he has an excellent BBB rating, with no complaints in the last 12 months-complaints was one of the factors I researched in deciding which dealerships to visit. I drove the vehicle. He told me to 'take it out for as long as I liked'. I appreciated the fact that unlike some dealerships, he didn't feel the need to ride with me so that he could yammer on about how good the vehicle was. It was a good clean vehicle,with a nice ride, and 'like new' interior-a 2007 Highlander. I decided to purchase the vehicle, and worked with Rick on financing. That experience went smoothly too. If you live in Central Ohio, and they have the make/model of a vehicle you are researching, it is definitely worth the time to drive out there. I'm showing my vintage with this statement, but they do business 'the old fashioned way'. They probably are not as 'high volume' as some dealerships in Columbus, but I don't think that matters to them. What matters to them is that they have sound vehicles, and that they use sales practices that demonstrates respect for their customers. In my opinion, they represent what a car buying experience should be.

Tim Huber was very accommodating. I made this deal over the phone and through email. He took me seriously and worked with me as I sent him pictures of my trades and negotiated the deal. Although I got my own financing, they offered competitive rates. When I drove the three hours to them the day of the deal, the vehicle was just what they said it was and was sparkling clean and ready to go. Definitely recommend them.
