All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. We saw a few vehicles on their website that we wanted to look at, called, and when we arrived at the dealership they were at the front door, ready for a test drive. The finance department were very accommodating, all our questions were answered (and we had a lot!) and overall, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I LOVE my new car and have no doubt that I will have a long term relationship with Hubert Vester Chevrolet!

Tried to buy new car. Negotiations going well until Gen Sales Mngr got involved- then all went downhill. This guy needs to work on his interactions with customers. Seemed as if he didn't really want to sell a car. Didn't buy. Still thinking.

I greatly appreciate my sales person Johnny Kent. He was very professional, went above and beyond, and the respect and kindness is the way all salesman should be. The only issue I did encounter was with Alex with my financials which I still feel is not correct. He was a fast talker and did not make since and I feel he's gotten over on me. But I understand now he's no longer working for the company.

I have been a long time customer there and I think you guys have always treated me with kindness and great service. However I was shocked to know that the people I have dealt with for years are now gone, but the new guy was awesome as well he was very professional and took care of me.

Mike Mace made the experience. Mike is a true professional that works with competitive urgency, LISTENS, and follows through. I had been over looked at 3 other dealerships but Mike got the deal done. I was extremely impressed with the service as a whole. Mr. Lamm did an excellent job of keeping me informed and Kenny did a great job with making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. I took it on a 1,000 mile trip 2 days after the repair and my Chevy truck performed perfectly.Thanks to everyone.

It took longer than I thought it would but was pleased that bluetooth was working with my cell phone when I left and xm was connected and onstar was almost connected. Salesman was courteous and explained information about my new vehicle that was helpful.

I think with you purchase and you are told you have two years of free oil changes you shouldn't put a time frame on when I have to use it.

One of my tires was low on air, so I took my vehicle in to the service department thinking there was something stuck in the tire. The service tech inspected the tire and found that it was only low on air.

The salesman did a great job explaining everything to us. He was friendly, courteous and informative. The only thing I was disappointed with was we purchased the car on Friday and on Monday we took the car in for some service and we mentioned some paint damage. When we went to pick up the car; we were given a touch up kit to repair the chipped paint ourselves.

Jayson and the rest of your team went out of the way to find me the car I was looking for. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I did not feel like I was in a high pressure sales. They showed me what they had, what they could get and what it would cost and we were able to work out a deal.

I chose the number 6 because of my reservation as to the friendliness of some of the staff at Hubert Vester. As I sat in the service area, several Hubert Vester employees came through this area and had conversations with some customers, but spoke to the other customers . Not one Hubert Vester employee uttered a single word to me. When I first arrived the people at the service desk were very polite. But once I entered the waiting area, the employees walking through that area treated me as if I were invisible. I've purchased six vehicles from Hubert Vester Toyota and Chevrolet, between 2004 and 2015. It was not a comfortable environment for me during the wait time of this visit.

I had to take my 2013 Equinox in because the check engine light kept coming on. They ended up having to replace the computer module so during the three days they had my car they provided me with a brand new loaner car. I love dealing with that dealership they are always so friendly and helpful. It is just an inviting atmosphere and I always feel comfortable there

My low tire pressure come on while driving to Wilson, so I went to the dealership and told them my problem. They had it in the shop within 15 minutes and I was on my was back to work in 45 minutes. Great job.

Eddie Brinkley was the most helpful salesperson I have ever delt with. I made use of the website in choosing my SUV. Because I was out of town, my husband went by, talked to Eddie (whom he has bought 2 cars from before), drove a possible choice, and relayed the info to me. I was looking for specific features in an SUV, for which Eddie was very vigilant in trying to find the vehicle that would please me. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB!Many thanks to him and this dealership for excellent service!
