I scheduled an appointment for my second free oil change and check for my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. I arrived on time and was met with a courteous host. Angie took care of my paperwork before and after the service. I waited in the Courtesy Room which was very comfortable and everyone was socially distanced. Angie is a wonderful representative for Nissan. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She taught me how to connect my phone and Navigator to the dash. I am thankful for her help.

I'm not stranger to Nissan 440, I have brought cars from them in the past. These guys are great, and very professional. I just brought another car from them and David Gabriel Fontanez was my sales men. He took his time and help me find the perfect care that would meet all of my needs. He did not rush me, went through the lot six times and looked at 25 cars. This poor man was very patient and for that I appreciate him. I walked out with the right car and I'm very happy.

First time visiting Hudson Nissan and I had an amazing experience. We left the dealership with a car the same day and the Sales Consultant who helped us was David Gabriel Fontanez. David was very knowledgeable about the cars, respectful, and answered any types of questions we had with great detail. After looking at a few cars, we picked out a Blue Nissan and David took us for a test drive and explained every single feature in the car. It was a little confusing to understand as we never bought a car this advanced, but David helped us understand everything and also gave us a great price which we couldn’t deny!! Definitely would recommend this location to buy your next Nissan! No regrets at all and am very happy with my car!

Although a manufacturing issue arose, Gary Desir handled the matter in a timely fashion. He was very responsive and reassuring. I was greatly appreciative of such reassurances. In this situation, he displayed excellent leadership qualities. In addition, I need to mention again that Violeta is a hardworking sales representative. She has a very positive presence and energy. She is the reason I sat down in the first place to discuss the purchase of a car. I thank both of them for their service. Gary provided excellent service. His knowledge of the cars and the automotive industry were both exceptional. In addition, he listened carefully to my situation and he demonstrated a flexibility that facilitated my purchase of a car from Hudson Nissan. Mostly important, Gary was thoughtful and he exhibited a real interest in meeting my needs in terms of buying the right car. I highly recommend Gary and the Hudson Nissan team.

I had an amazing experience at the Hudson Nissan. Ive been taking the time to find just the right car for my mother. I worked with Ashkan who was an absolute delight! He was very knowledgeable and unlike previous car buying experience Ive had, he was never pushy and took his time explain the best fit for what her needs were, not to mention patient, as she can be rather picky. We test drove a variety of cars and he found her a great model. Needless to say, we were both beyond pleased from our experience and would recommend working with him for all of your car needs. We will certainly be back for any future purchases.

I got my 2010 Lexus IS350 C from Hudson Nissan and I am extremely happy with the experience I had in the dealership. My sales rep Mr. Ash spent almost half a day with me and he had so much info and knowledge about the car although it was a Lexus and not a Nissan. He is a caring, respectful, humble and responsible guy. He did all the paperwork and explained every step of the way! I totally recommend him. Ask for him there! The dealership is very nice too and it's at a convenient location.

I was in need of a new vehicle, and I went to Hudson Nissan. I was welcomed by Jaime Palaquibay who ended up being my Sales Conultant. He worked with me and was very patient, allowing me to see various cars with no pressure. Upon, carefully making a decision I ended up with a 2016 gray Nissan Sentra SV. When he told me to come outside the dealership, there was my new baby and once I took a look inside; this was the deal breaker for me. They took her away and gave her a car wash, a full tank of gas, set up the floor mats, bluetooth etc. and took me on a inside tour; of the various features. I was pleased and so excited. The buying process was made very simple and easy. This dealership will work with you regardless of your financial budget. The entire staff at Hudson Nissan, is very professional and caring about its customers. I hope this review helps any buyers, looking for a brand new car to take home.

Once I stepped into Hudson Nissan and met with Luis Sanchez. I was very choosy and went through several dealers looking after a cops used car. Then Luis helped me to get a brand new certified Altima with a great deal. He was not like any other dealer executive who just believe in selling the cars. WOW is all I can say! Typical bait and switch. Really is a shame! Called in and spoke with Sales Manager "Kharam". He specifically told me that he was not the type to promise things over the phone to just get someone in the door. That should of been red flag enough for me. I am a well-informed buyer who laid out very clearly what I wanted. We agreed over the phone and when I got to the dealership, not only did they try to sell me a "new" vehicle with 200 miles on it that looked beaten already, but then to add insult to injury they tried charging me an extra $1000 on top of what we had already agreed on. If you want a seamless buying process for Nissan, I would suggest Ramsey Nissan in Upper Saddle River. Hudson Nissan just lost a customer for life. Hopefully I can save you your time as well. Stay away from Hudson Nissan!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I went to Hudson Nissan to get information on a new maxima. I had no intentions to buy vehicle and was upfront with the salesman. My sales man Omar really went above and beyond educating me on the Maxima and even offered me a test drive. This was my first experience with Hudson Nissan and it was so good my Husband & I bought 2 cars! My husband had been in the market for a New Rogue and the first dealership we went to, would not give the him the price of the car just the monthly payment. When he asked about the 0% interest the sales guy said, not everybody gets that and my manager makes that decision and nobody has ever asked for the price of the car they just want monthly payments. So we up and leave. We had heard about Hudson Nissan from some friends and what a 360 degree difference! Dvendra Diaram , was our salesperson and he couldnt have been more helpful & nice considering we went car shopping on the 95 degree Saturday in July. He was fantastic, taking the time to ask question about the features my husband was interested in and he how he whips out a tablet and takes my husband through all of them I was so impressed with my salesman and his Sales Manager Mike, (after we negotiated the price of the car; I quickly did the math in my head for the monthly payments and it was considerably less than the first place) I decided to trade in my Toyota Highlander and get a New Pathfinder! Talk about not getting screwed over by a car dealership. We spent the good part of a Saturday with this team and learned that when you have nice, honest people who take the time to sit & explain things, car buying can be STRESS FREE and quite pleasant. I wish I needed another car so I can go back there but I do know when I need a new car I am going to Hudson Nissan. I can't say enough about Dvendra as my sales guy, he was just outstanding. No slick BS, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, and so accommodating and they served us Pizza on a Saturday (I mentioned we were there most of the day) 5 Stars !

Hudson Nissan gave me nothing but an amazing experience. I initially went just to "shop" around. I was really specific on what I wanted my car to look like. It had to be all white, with a two toned beige/ black interior, sunroof, and push to start. My salesman Luis Sanchez helped me from the very beginning until the end!!! While looking around the dealership, they didn't have the "exact" car I was looking for one came close but the interior wasn't two toned. That's when Luis came in and did everything possible to get me exactly what I wanted, and guess what?? He did it! Luis was able to get me my two toned beige/black interior! But that's not all on top of everything he had already done for me Luis provided me with a loaner car while mine was getting reupholstered! Nothing but amazing customer service from Hudson Nissan and especially Luis! Thank you so much for everything!!

The experience was nothing short of pleasant which is not usually your typical car buying experience. Our salesman, Michael (Mikey), was amazing. I had very specific criteria that I wanted and was not willing to negotiate on any of my must haves. Without being pushy or overbearing, I was able to get the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted within my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to do anything. I was able to leave with the car I had been obsessed with since it came out; the 2016 Maxima. I would most definitely recommend this dealership as well as Michael for all your car buying needs. After having a horrific week from being in a car accident and having my beloved car totaled, I was able to at least have a single, but very bright spot amid the storm.

I have 2 reviews. The first one is for the Service department, this is our first Nissan we own, before we had a Toyota and a Chevy Malibu before that, so we would take the car to the Chevy Service Center for both cars, since the oil changes were included in our warranty. The wait time usually was between 1.5-2 hours, this is what I had been accustomed too. We went there this past Saturday, this was our first oil change for the car, and it was LITERALLY 30 minutes!!! A...MA...ZING!!!Second review is for the sales department. We got our car back in August, as a lease, the same day we went for the oil change, we met up with the same sales guy Durgesh Bhatt. We were looking to change our lease to a loan. It took some time, but that's not his fault, it was a Saturday morning, and the banks were busy, long story short...we had our 3 year old and our 5 month old there. They made us feel VERY comfortable. Also, I had to breastfeed our 5 month old, and no one made me feel odd about it. They had ordered pizza for the staff and even offered us some. We received great service back in August, and the same this time around. No complaints!!! The whole staff is very friendly.

Anyone looking for a car, new or used and happens to end up shopping at Hudson Nissan, be sure to ask for Durgesh Bhatt! He made the process smooth and very easy going (which was what I was looking for considering I was buying my first car). He was very professional, polite and patient. Also, Craig who is the manager or one of the managers at the dealership, and Khurram the finance manager were nothing but helpful throughout the buying process. I couldn't thank them enough and if I were in the market for a car again, Hudson Nissan would definitely be my first stop. Thanks again for all your help, and keep up the good work guys!

Very appointed, got a new 2015 Rogue and been in and out of service several time. the customer service at the service department is terrible, they don't listen to you not even believed you, I got to point that I record the problem with my car 3 different days when the problem occur and still was not enough for them, I contact the main office and complain, them they ask me to bring the car back to be tested, so my question is why a customer have to go to all that for them to listen to you! I really want to return this car and never ever deal with Nissan ever aagain!!!!

First time I came here. My car metal key struck in in the slot. I can turnoff the engine but unable to pullout the key. So early morning I went there. First they said it gonna charge $160 for just key removal . If it brokes then it gonna be $240. I don't have option at that time and I said ok. After they are done they charged me $260 and they tried to scare me that my gear box not working and to replace that they asked me near to $800. I said no just do the key thing and give me. After I came out everything is good. But the thing is like they tried to scare me and charge more. But just to remove the key charging $260 is xxxxxxxx. I will never ever recommend HUDSON NISSAN

this was the worst experience I have ever had. Luckily they had the exact car I wanted and by me continuously calling them they finally decided to let me buy the car from them. Jeremiah was a nice guy and helped at the initial test drive butI got the run around several times from several managers who are never available and never call you back. The trade in value they told me to look into and would come close too was completely off. Nightmare as an out of state buyer and hopefully you don't need your plates registered through them.

I just recently leased a new SUV from Hudson Nissan and I can't say enough good things about them... I had a issue with car and they really took care of me. They are not like all the other dealers that once you drive off they don't care about your needs anymore. I would recommend Ash as the salesman, he was very friendly and listens to your needs. The GM, Sales manager, and Finance Manager were all very friendly and walked me through my all my options. I can for once say I walked out of there loving my car and not feeling like disappointed with the outcome, unlike most dealers I've done business with in the past.. This place has to have the worst customer service ever they don't even deserve a star!!! I was having issues with my Rogue since April issues that were causing me to almost get into car accidents. Took the car in many times and they couldn't find a problem with it. As soon as the problems got worse and they didn't know what to do the rudeness and the attitude started. I mean these people wanted nothing to do with me and they didn't want to help me out at all. One day i drove the car to them for service and had to drive in the emergency lane to avoid an accident and these people had the nerve to send me back home in the car because they couldn't see me without an appointment Joshua who i had issues with before this said he was getting ready to leave and that i couldn't be seen and to come in the next morning with the car. On another time with the same person (Joshua) one of the managers had filled out paperwork for a loner car and because i couldn't make it before 4 these people wanted to send me back home without a loaner car it took me cursing this man out and making a scene for my paperwork to magically appear. On another occasion my car stayed with them for over month and these people didn't even want to give me a loaner car. It wasn't until i got the service manager (Steve) involved that i was finally able to get a loaner car but all the other times these people were making me spend work days and miss work hours to make it to them for nothing to be resolved. They were never willing to work with my schedule they always said i needed to go in the morning and during the week do they think people don't work and can just go and spend a day there ??? I made complaints about this to the manager and even to the general manager but apparently nothing is being done because friends that i have that go there get treated badly as well. Even when i was finally going in for my last time to return their broken car back I walk into the service department because the letter from nissan gave me a time to go in at and told me to go to the service department. Julian literally kicked me out and told me i didn't have an appointment he sent me to my sales person who had nothing to do with this. Javier my sales person got so annoyed he went himself to complain to Steve because towards the end they kept sending me straight to him. I spent so much time at this place that i dealt with everyone that works there and they are all the same if not worse. They have no respect for their clients. Michael was ok but even he started to give my dad the run around and would even ignore us once we started to go in repeatedly.This place is just horrible i can go on and on about how bad and nasty the people here are...Do yourselves a favor and don't buy from these people because the service will make you regret it. I was so happy once I was able to get out of the lease with them and wanted nothing more to do with this place. Nissan tried to get me to get another car with them but i said i wanted nothing to do with them due to the horrible service and treatment i received in the short amount of time i had the lease. Even a friend that i sent to get a car from them has received bad service from them as well he is waiting for his lease to be up to be done with this place. If you want good service go to Honda in Mahwah these people are amazing they make the entire experience a great one.

This will be the first and last time i ever purchase a car from this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The sales rep I had was Adam. My car was sold to me with bad tires and without a spare tire. When this issue was brought to their attention, they said they could not help unless the car was physically in their posession. Even with the car in their posession, it was not guaranteed how much, if any, help I'd receive from them. Being out of state, it's inconventient to drive to NJ just to "maybe" have them fix the issue. Not only that, Adam went as far to say "..maybe you should've bought the car in Connecticut." What kind of customer service is that? Never again.

Simply put , they don't put their best foot forward to inform you about the vehicle your looking at and when you want to test drive a vehicle of your interest you have to have your credit checked to do it? Seriously, If you tell them your looking to buy, the response is "finance". What? The guy offers me a 2011 Juke with over 40,000 miles and tells me that this might be the car in "my range". Clearly this guy had no interest in trying to sell me a vehicle, or work to lean me toward giving him my business to his dealership to purchase a vehicle from their lot. These sales people ought to spend as much time researching the demand of the vehicles new and used and whats out there so they will be prepared when a person comes to their lot and basically tells them that their cars are way over-priced in comparison to other Nissan Dealerships. And in realizing that they should figure out a best laid plan to win me or any one over to purchase from them. Its a wonder why people have more bad experiences than good when it comes to dealerships, cause the most simple basic elements of identifying the consumer needs and wants goes out the window. It feels like dealerships like these get bigger in volume, but diminish in the consumer experience unless you do things under their terms. Thank You Hudson Nissan for reminding me of whats not good about Car Dealerships

It's been 14 years since i last purchased a car and we all know how dreadful and frustrating it can be. Durgesh was absolutely knowledgeable about not only the car i ultimately purchased but the other 5 that I was interested in. He was extremely cordial and not at all aggressive in trying to sell a car. And when a got done in Mr. Ramos's office I came out only with what I wanted, not the kitchen sink as well. The best place ever!!! Omar, Doreen, Caesar, and Ali made this super comfortable. They didn't feed me any lies just to get me to buy the car that I was able to get the same day. They were very personable, and have great customer service. Although my situation was a little difficult, because they were getting out of the nightmare car that I was dealing with I was able to get a new car that same night, and drive off the lot feeling like there was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I feel like I got a great deal, and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into something that I didn't want or need. It was great to feel like someone was actually listening to you, and that they actually care about what kind of car that you want. They work with you not against you, and they make you feel great with the purchase you are making. I can honestly say that I will recommend them to all of my friends and family, and that they have made a customer for life!!

I can't say thank you enough to all the people that were involved in getting me into a brand new car, and doing it by taking the time to work with me and my very difficult situation. I will be recommending them for years to come. Anybody that goes should ask for Omar, or Caesar as a sales person because they are both great guys. Omar was my actually service person and made the experience very pleasurable, but Caesar was very nice as well talking to me when Omar was doing paperwork so I didn't feel like the wait was so lengthy. All the customers there seemed happy as well. Great price for what I got, and it has all the features that I was looking for. Definitely the best!!!

I saw a Nissan Versa that i had wanted , it was a 2013 used with 25k miles , I expected to trade my truck in , and drive off with it , should have been a slam dunk .. But that wasn't Juan Garcias plan .. My salesman had me waiting at a table , in that circus they call a showroom , he goes to Juans office to discuss numbers , He comes back with a $483 a month payment .. LMAO , yea right , i told him the grill on the car says Nissan not Escalade , anyway , long story short , I go to Juans office , he offers to raise my trade in value , and lower the price of the car by $2000.00 , bringing the car to $11300.00 .. And my payments would be $385 a month for 60 months .. At that point i mention the fact that again he's doubled the price of the car over the life of the loan .. 6 of one and 1/2 of the other equals the same thing .. Being the nice con man he is , he says that if i buy a Toyota , and not that Nissan , he can do a lot better on the monthly payments .. At that point i mention the fact he's using Toyota to finance the loan to begin with , so if your Dealership is Hudson Toyota / Nissan , then finance the car with Nissan , and get me a reasonable monthly rate on the used car i want .. Now suddenly theres nothing he can do for me , thanks for stopping by he says .. Juan , i really hope your reading this review , because i want to mention the fact that as soon as i left your dealership , i went to Rt 22 Nissan in Hillside , and i bought a new 2014 Nissan Sentra SR from a real Dealership , one who didn't play games , gave me a way better deal , and did business they way it should be conducted with the customers needs first , and not a monthly quota for Toyota .. The experience was amazing. The agents seemed quite knowledgeable of the cars and the inventory. They made sure to keep in mind the kind of car that I was looking for unlike trying to force me to buy a car of their interest. The environment was very friendly and clean and neat. Spend the morning emailing the internet sales manager about a Certified preowned Sentra. I show up to the dealer after work and I am assisted by one of the sales people. I don't know how they do business or if he didn't know I was going to stay true to my appointment but the sales person didn't even know what vehicle I was talking about. We proceeded to walk around the freezing cold parking lot until we found it, he wasn't even aware it was there.After a very short test drive, we go back inside and he comes back with a sales report detailing all the expenses. I was shocked to see a $1600 charge at the top and when I asked him about this he says that is the cost to certify the vehicle. This is very misleading seeing as online there was no mention of this charge. Whenever you look at CPO vehicles online it is to be assumed that the price you see includes the cert. unless stated otherwise. I was already upset with this trick they pulled, and when I saw the $360 "documentation fee" I decided to walk.

I came back to Hudson Nissan because of the simple fact that I was always treated special. I was surprised by how much the whole place has changed and become more modernized. My salesperson was fairly new to the company but he was very passionate about his work -- that's a big plus to me. The killer smile didn't hurt either ??. The whole process was smooth. We may not have agreed on certain things but it was quickly amended in the end. This was by far the fastest I've ever gotten out of a car dealership. The overall process was not perfect -- you can even say I didn't exactly leave with a big smile on my face but it was quickly rectified in the end. Doreen was the sweetest person and she immediately made me feel like I'm family. Hudson Nissan is all about customer satisfaction and it was evident from the moment I met her. I'm definitely coming back to Hudson Nissan. Hopefully after my lease, they'd both still be there! Highly recommend this place!!

When I was unsure of what type of vehicle I wanted and after going to several different dealerships, I found myself in Nissan. The sales rep Jamie asked if he could be of any assistance and didn't jump down my throat, just let me sit in a few vehicles and look around totally unlike Hudson Toyota where they were like vultures waiting outside and running over to my car as I was pulling in. So I wanted some more information on the Nissan Pathfinder and asked Jamie a few questions. He explained everything in full and the difference between the models and features that were offered on each. It drove beautiful and I was showed all the different color options. He made sure I was completely comfortable in my purchase and wanted to answer all questions I had. I decided to lease the Pathfinder, final decision.Then it was time to meet Sal Sellers to deal with my trade in vehicle. He made sure all rebates were applied to the vehicle and the price was very good, what can I say besides his smile and sense of humor lightens the idea of getting a new vehicle and the stress it can sometimes cause. He made sure all my paperwork was being processed and that I would be in my new vehicle as soon as possible. .Being it was very busy in the dealership and the vehicle had to be detailed, Jamie stayed with my new Pathfinder and helped in the detailing process himself.I am very happy with the entire dealership. I would NOT recommend this place for new buys. Combined with my ignorance on certain facts, I had a rather terrible experience with this dealership. We requested for a internet quote on Nissan Rogue and went to the location on the same day for a test drive. Liked Nissan Rogue and Altima 2013 models and asked for the quote. The sales person suggested that lease is the best option. Since this is the first time buy for me, I asked for the numbers to make my decision. I preferred Rogue SV. Though my credit history is good, he came with high numbers for lease Those numbers are big for me and we tried to leave. The sales person insisted to provide my numbers. I have asked for half of what they said expecting that he would say not possible. The negotiation went on for three hours. It was late in the night by then (9:30pm) and I requested them to provide me the lease documentation (I don't know then it is my right in NJ to get the lease documentation atleast 24 hours before) so that I can come the other day and complete the formalities. They outrightly rejected and didn't provide the same. I asked them the lease terms and what is considered normal wear and tear according to Nissan. They gave vague answers and never gave a correct answer to this (Nissan website specifically lists them in their website). Becoming uncomfortable, I wanted to leave the permises and indicated the same. Then he called atleast three more guys and started putting more pressure to buy the vehicle. They offered an upgrade (SL) for a little higher price saying that today is the end of their fiscal year and they wanted to sell the vehicle. All four guys started putting pressure saying that I have to close the deal on the same day and this is the least price you can ever find on the market. They started showing their frustration and mockery for not able to make a decisoin. Since the atmosphere is becoming intimidating, I told them that I cannot make a decision and wanted to leave. It was very late in the night by then (11pm) and no other customers in the premises. They asked us to sit in another room and all four came after 20 min and insisted that I lease the car. Due to the intimidation and belief that the lease value may be the lowest around, I atlast agreed to buy. I signed the paperwork and the guy who is doing the paper work is not interested in explaining anything. He kept on saying that I don't need to go through them in detail. At last I had to take delivery at 12am. We received the internet quote from the same dealership on the next weekday and alas ... the quote is $45 dollars/month less with $0 down. The mileage on the car for the first 3 days was also very less than advertised. We went to the same manager who made the deal and showed the same. He asked us to leave his room/premises and said we are sick guys to talk about the lease price than enjoying the car. He also said that we don't get the advertised mileage and SUVs are supposed to have less mileage anyways. I tried to argue with him on the lease part and he reiterated that we are sick to ask him the same thing. I submitted feedback to Nissan after 20 days or so and someone from Nissan did call me. I narrated the whole thing and I am told that they cannot do anything now. I am just hoping the periodic services here would be better than my experience with the buy. With all the above, I understand that I am sick to buy from there which made be feel very bad and also felt cheated. I would say they just took advantage of my ignorance and the situation. if you are well aware of your rights, facts and did your research, you may get a better deal than what I had. But just be aware that this dealership is not fair and don't reveal the facts.

Walked in there not expecting much. Just another dealer trying to waste my time. But I was overtaken by the smiles and friendliness that awaited me. My sales man jorge was extremely knowledgeable and took his time making sure I felt comfortable and kept me informed the entire time as to what's happening. Helped me choose the right car and color. The managers gave me a great offer on my trade in. And worked hard to stay within my payments comfort zone. This wasn't my first stop in the last two weeks of shopping for a new car and I can honestly say that. Hudson Nissan was by far the most pleasurable and friendliest of the rest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a real joy while shopping for a new car.

This is a follow up to my review of 9/10/12. While it did take a long time to resolve the issues on my new Nissan Rogue, the customer service department and Doreen in particular was very helpful and accommodating. She arranged for a rental car while we waited for the registration and new license plates to arrive. Despite my anger and dissatisfaction she was always pleasant,sympathetic and most importantly, she found solutions.Overall, I am happy with my 2012 Nissan Rogue and look forward to a good working relationship with the service department.

I went to Hudson Nissan for a used altima. I wanted to upgrade on the altima that I have now. So I will make this short. They Tried to give a few thousand less then my car was worth. As I told them I already knew what I could get for it and other offers that other dealers presented me with with. Now keep in mind. I don't have the greatest credit in the world. But what happened next, they made me feel like I was less of a human. I told the sales men the the offer they presented me with was not within range.So then his boss came over. His boss told me that I was not willing to work with him. I was but when I did the math after all the fees, tax and interest the car was double of they where offering to me. Now I have bad credit but I can buy a car. A car does not double in price just off of those fees and interest. In short they tried to scam me. They told me that it was because of the interest. BS!!!!! I did the math. With the trade in, taxes, interest, and all the fees......an 8000 dollar over charge!!!!!! Avoid this dealer at all costs. Literally

Being that I live outside of New Jersey, I worked with John Bayani daily over the phone for almost a week to discuss purchase of a used car. Over that time, John was extremely patient and willing to answer all of my questions in effort to make me feel comfortable enough to make the trip to the dealership. I am always very hesitant with new car purchases, as many people can agree that car dealerships have a reputation for being dishonest. The sales associates are absolutely unprofessional. They just try to put us on the spot and get a deal made through. Most of their certified cars have no proper CARFAX history. When asked for they don't provide one. While I was searching for a car recently, I went to them, their cars were too pricy. When I told them that other dealers offer similar cars for less the Associate told me exactly this "Go around and **** with other dealers then". Is this something you expect from a good dealer. I am much happier with a newer Acura from Park Ave Acura. They are much more sophisticated than this dealer. Never go here. I have had bad experiences with the Service department as well. (I owned a Nissan Maxima earlier that i used to service here).

I take excellent care of my car and I am not just spouting hot air. I have spent nearly $25,000.00 on a car that cost just slightly over 15,000.00 in the 11 years that I have owned it. This car has been in a major accident (2002) where the entire front had to be reconstructed, it has taken me to nearly 200,000 miles and it still does 100 mph on the highway (I'll deny this if you tell a cop). It drives like a dream because I have never missed a maintenance, I have fixed everything that had to be fixed, changed every part that had to be changed, changed the oil to high mileage, and recently the gas to PLUS.For the first 4 years of my car's life my baby only went to Nissan, then it went to Midas who did quite a decent job. But when they ignored the fact that the Catalytic Converters they had put in my car were no good, I switched to Hudson Nissan.Hudson Nissan took my car that had been driving like a dream for over a decade, but had been mistreated so badly it wasn't running and brought it back to life. They were so good to me, it was beyond words. Even though they hadn't caused the problem they fixed everything. Yes, it cost me money but I have my car back. There is still one issue that was part of the mistreatment (by mistreatment, I mean money stolen from me and the work not done or done well), so I am taking it back to them tomorrow, Saturday, December 17, 2011. I know it will probably cost me money I can't afford but I am so grateful tp them. They gave me a luxury car to drive for 2 weeks, which was amazing in itself, while Midas who had cause 95% of the problem. bitched and moaned because they had to replace everything that was under warranty. In fact, I think that if it weren't for the fact that I had all my receipts (yes, I keep receipts for years in fact for decades) and that Midas had called to speak with them, I don't think they'd have honored the warranty.Yes, it's expensive especially for a mother of twins in college (University of Pennsylvania and Vassar College, respectively), who doesn't make very much. It has been tough but I am very grateful because it is my intention to drive this car for a long time to come, God willing since I can't afford another car any time in the foreseeable future.Your team,. Don Espinal, Reggie (the mechanic), and Mike Neglia (the manager) are miracle workers. They worked with me and tried whenever they could to not overcharge me. They are splendiferous and generally great guys.

Jerimiah was very patient with me and took the time to listen to what i wanted rather than to just try and sell me a car. He spent several hours with me and was always very pleasant even though i kept telling him no i don't like this one nor that one. He made the whole experience an enjoyable one. He went above and beyond to make sure i left there fully satisfied with my purchase. He even accomadated me with a loaner that he brought to me when there was a slight delay in obtaining my plates.Isias Ramos was very helpful with the financing. i don't have the best credit and he did his best to get me a good rate. The best experience buying a car at Hudson. We live about an hour away and had mixed feelings about buying a car from a dealer so far away. We drove home with the exact car we wanted in less than an hour. The car was exactly what we had asked to see; we test drove the car and when we got back the numbers were laid out. There was no surprises, no haggling, everything was completely transparent. We signed the papers, our credit was checked and the car prepared in about 1/2 hour. Every person that we dealt with was so friendly and courteous. My wife and I looked at each other like what just happened. We had never had an experience like this with any other car dealer in our area, or anywhere for that matter. I am no longer concerned about the location of the dealer...in fact, I would consider buying my next car from Hudson...totally a thumbs up experience.

My daughter went in to buy a car. She was told they can help. She was presented with an offer they knew she could not afford. Spend 8 hours 10/18/2010 and only I was able to buy a car. Althought we went in because my daughter wanted to buy a car not me. They asked for a co-signer. I was going to co-sign. We were told since I already bought a car from the dealer the previous day I could not co-sign. I decided to buy a second car because Mr Ali said it was the only way my daughter can get a car. My credit was checked twice which lowered my credit score. After another 5 additional hours the following day they found a bank to give me a second loan. The bank called to verify my information and denied me for not answering the questions correctly. I was told another bank will finance the 2nd car so another credit check was done. I signed the new loan and was not given copies until I gave the orignials from the frist bank. I was told to bring the previous loan papers to get the new. I did and called ahead of time but the financial person was not in, yet I was told he was. This company has no interity. I recieved a letter from another bank saying my credit is no good when I have excellent credit; therefore when I asked if my credit was checked again I was told no. The letter from Wells Fargo Bank proved it was checked. I wrote to the president to complain and waiting for reply. I was called in again to resign my loan papers becuase the girls who work upstairs sent the wrong loan papers to the wrong bank. Again I was inconvience. My daugther received a called twice from the Nissan Motor exceptance corp asking for her car payment and said it was late. Hudson Nissan bought the car from us but failed to inform Nissian Motor exceptance corp that the payment from the dealer is on its way. Now the temporary license on the car I bought for my daughter expired and we do not have any DMV resgisteration. When I filed a complaint with BBB the dealer tells them I went in to buy two cars instead of telling them my daughter went in to buy one car and could not.

As soon we we walked into Hudson Nissan we were treated great. I loved the experience i had with this dealership, the process was a little lengthy ( which is to be expected) but i drove off with a brand new 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid for a great price. Everyone that i worked with was very friendly, cooperative, and assisted my needs. I visited bayridge nissan the previous day and had a horrible experience there. They really discouraged me, i spent the whole day there and didn't even leave with a vehicle (pre-owned or new). The same brand of vehicle that i got at hudson nissan was the same brand that they would not even consider offerring me at bayridge nissan. I once owned an Exterra that I bought from a different dealership. I had nothing but issues there. When I had enough of the problems I clled Nissan Corporate to complain. The representative referred me to Hudson Nissan for further service. I found everyone at Hudson Nissan to be very nice, courteous, and prompt with service. I was in the market for another car and drove into Hudson Nissan. I was very impressed with the salesman (Jarrett)and even his boss Mr. Sellers. I told them both I liked the service when I had the Exterra. I like the way I was treated when I bought the Versa. Even people that were not a part of my purchase were very nice. I found that a couple of them are from the same town I am.I do have two complaints. Somehow my daughters email address was pulled from possibly when I owned the Exterra so she was getting emails meant for me. At the time of purchase I provided my email. I do not like the fact that her email was pulled from a previous file. Secondly, I think I have gotten an email or phone call everyday since my purchase. THAT IS ANNOYING. I said if I get one more call I will return the car to Nissan with my regrets. I am a very busy person at work and to field calls from a car dealership is the call I don't need to have at work. My suggestion is to make sure everything you need is in the file before you call. For instance my insurance. At the time of purchase Nissan called my insurance company. A proof of insurance wa faxed over. I noticed it said the Mazda that my daughter owns but Nissan didn't. I thought they just wanted to know I have insurance. I got a phone call asking me for the insurance policy number and a phone number for the insurance company. Now fir me I would have looked at that Mazda insurance card fax and gotten the insurance policy number or the phone number from that fax. But Hudson Nissan called me to ask for it. SO I left my desk, went to my car and I faxed over my actual insurance card.DON'T MAKE TOO MANY CALLS AND EMAILS.

My 15 year old car died one day and I had no choice but to go car shopping. I did the whole internet Edmunds thing as my friends recommended and it definitely made me a more educated car shopper. I set up appointments to drive 4 similar cars all on the same highway. Hudson Nissan was the first. They answsered all my questions, we did a test drive and then they gave me (really) a deal I could not refuse. However, I had other cars to drive and they encouraged me to do so. The other experiences could not compare. So I went back and bought the car. They then explained the dealer options that were available to me, but did not pressure me to buy... it was just for information. Finally, they got me a better rate than I could get at the bank I work for. I had a few problems after the sale... My Monitor Tires light was on and the floor mats were missing... One phone call (and a visit to the dealership) and everything was taken care of. Then my license plates did not come in and the paper tag was expiring. Again one phone call and they contacted the NJ DMV and tracked down the plates in time. This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

I was a little skeptical bc of the location.I knew exactly what Used Car&features I was looking for and that is exactly what they showed me.They never tried to sell me something else. Other dealerships, were showing me brand new cars and a totally different model!!! I also didn't feel too much pressure to close the deal on the same day so I returned a few days later after shopping around and other dealerships telling me they had what I was looking for and when in fact they didn't and tried to sell me something else.

The reason why I would recommend this dealership so much is because the other dealerships we have dealt with in the past have discriminated against us for being a young couple even though we had a great credit score(above 720). So far we have bought two cars at this dealership and we couldn't be happier not only were the rates great but they also deliver on what they promise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in getting bang for your buck, getting treated fairly and with respect.

I stopped into Hudson Nissan without an appointment with my 2005 Nissan Altima SER, which had developed a strange noise. I had never been to this dealer before and I was apprehensive, but it was near where I work.I was greeted at the door my MIKE NEGLIA. Even though I had no appointment and was not know to him, Mike was polite, freindly, and extremely professional. He told me to leave the car and gave me a temporary loaner immediately! I was not even late for work! It turned out Mr. Neglia was a manager and he introduced to his service writer, WILLIE SOTO.They looked over the car, found it was an alternator making noise. They also found the front struts were bad, and a few other things. I was so impressed by these two professionals that I had everthing done, soup to nuts. My tires were getting close to finished, so I even ordered a new set of tires. The tire price was better than any other price I had shopped! When I got the car back it was mint. Most of the things were covered by extended warranty, which they researched for me. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out, and a one of the tailpipes which was bent for a year was also straightened!Hudson Nissan's service department has got to be the BEST place I have ever gone to get a car serviced - EVER!

I had Volkswagens, Audis, BMW's and Mercedes all my life, so did my Dad, this was the first non-German car that I bought in my life. Several trusted friends recommended the high Nissan quality and good value including my Mom, so I decided to give it a try. The Hudson Nissan dealership is a nice building, the large inventory and variety of cars surprised me. The salesperson was nice and cool, everything was fine with him. But some funny things happened during the process. I had a trade in and supposedly, the check engine light was on, therefore, the value was lower. The truth was, the check engine light was not on and I had to insist and actually demonstrate it. Was Hudson Nissan just trying to reduce the value of my trade-in? Next, the salesperson and I agreed on Financing at x%, after he checked with his Finance department. When I came to sign the contract, the financing rate had suddenly gone up to x% + 5 p.p. I had to insist on x% and had to threaten to walk away from the deal. There were a couple other funny moments, which did not make my buying experience a real pleasure... but I do like the car, my first and second impression are very good... :)

To make a short story shorter I meet Sal Sellers I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to spend and "BOOM" the deal was made. This guy knows his stuff!!!! This was actually the second car our family purchased at Hudson Nissan. The first was a new car and this was a slightly used one. Have to say that we feel we were treated fairly in regards to price on both occasions. Both Jeremiah and Sal were friendly and professional and certainly listened to our needs and matched us with the right autos. We traveled from New York and it was worth the cost of the toll. Had good luck with new Nissans over the years, but bad luck with dealerships. I was going to go with a Honda Accord this go round and knew what I wanted. I wanted to buy for cash minus my decent trade-in but the Honda dealerhip left a bad taste in my mouth. They severely low balled me on the trade-in and weren't willing to deal - they also 'needed' my keys to assess the value and wouldn't return them. I tried to hagle a bit but they wanted full sticker with a very low trade-in assesment. No dealer incentives either according to them. I checked out the Altima 3.5 SR on-line and liked it. I knew that Bay Ridge Nissan was out since my last expereince there was terrible and was going to go to Rt.1 Automall but decided to check out Hudson Nissan. I got John Bayani as a salesman and I must say he was excellent. No pressure at all. He took me to the back lot and allowed me plenty of roaming time - again with no pressure - very much a gentleman and though it was cold out he was in no rush and was helpful with all my questions. He was attentive, helpful, and didn't rush or push anything. The manager, Sal Sellers, was very fair on the trade-in, (I was present for the whole process, they didn't 'need' my keys) and hagled a bit with me. He wanted a good deal for him & me, and knew I was buyer not ready to finance but prepared to buy. He also didn't pressure and gave me time to consider this major purchase. While I can't say I got over on the dealer, I believe I got a very fair deal and would recommend Hudson Nissan.

I was very inpressed with Hudson Nissan. The faclities are modern and clean. They had the car I wanted and at a good price. I called on the phone for a internet ad for the car I wanted. When I called the phone was answered on the first ring, a frendly operator then transfered me to the "internet sales" desk and these ladies couldn't be more freindly and professional. I had questions about the car and they quickly pulled the spec sheet and sent a runner to confirm that the car was still available. Within 5 minutes I was going over all the car options and received real confirmation that "the car" was there. Although I wanted the last car avaiable on a special program they promised to hold the car, no strings attached, untill I arrived and inspected, drove and confrimed the deal. Before leaving to go to the dealer I got a call from Sal Sellers, the new car manager. He called to intoduce himself and assured me that he would hold the car for me and that I should't rush down or worry.Now at ease I felt I didn't feel the car buying pressure. When I arrived at the dealership in was new, bright and clean. I was intorduced to John and who introduced us to Sal. After a few moments of small talk with Sal, John appeared again and said the car was out front for me to see. They had the car freshly washed, tires shined and warmed up on a 20 degree night. Wow!! The car was imacualte and ready to drive home!! Well we arrived at a deal with no hassel. The paper work was a breeze and no pressure sale. I joked with Sal how easy this was, he quickly stated that this is a "Penske" dealership and Roger Penske is a real person and he wouldn't have it any other way. Sal explained that the Penske credo of freindly, professional, polite service is what makes the difference. Well although it sounds like a line it really does. I highly recommed Hudson Nissan their great people, great faclity and great price. Roger Penske does it right!!

I had a hard time getting financed for the particular vehicle that I wanted and Mr Goncalvas worked I could say harder that he ever had to on my case, all because he wanted so much to help me and my family to get this car that fitted perfectly our need. But like we say never give up, I decided to bring my situation to Doreen. When she heard my story, With her kind hearted self called me and advised me that she will do everything she can to help me.She did her research and found that I very much so wanted this car and came specialy looking for it. From the first time we evey bought a nissan from sal back in 1990 we have always gone back to him which is about every 5yrs. we have always had agreat experience there and always left with a new car. if ever we had an issue sal or one of his associates fixed the problem. i had a problem with my brakes making a sound after 5 months of buying my car and sal told me to bring it back replaced all the brakes and gave me a rental at no cost to me. really what dealership does that? i have and will in the future go to hudson nissan to either buy or lease a new car.

I bought a car with certified check. After 2 weeks, I still didn't a title. The dealer wanted to wait 15 business days for a certified bank check to clear. Once Doreen in Customer Service took over, it was completed in only 3 days and the car was picked up for shipment overseas on day 4.

I bought a used truck here. After getting the truck home I noticed that the tires had some defects which I felt were to bad to ignore. I called Sal and asked me to come in.I drove out with brand new tires at no cost to me even though the original set were about halfway worn out.Can't complain about that.

I took my Nissan Murano for check up to Hudson Nissan on Oct 30th, 2009, I dealt with a person by the name James. They found that the transfer case seal needs to be replaced. I made an appointment with them for Nov 13. I dropped the car off on that day, James took care of the paperwork and he called me after the work was completed. I picked up the car after work, great customer service and great price. They also have a shuttle which takes the customers to Journal square, that was very convenient to me because I work in the area, I didnt have to wait there and I didnt have to take the day off from work.

Ok, I did my due diligence in trying to find a "decent" car dealer and this dealership is by far the best, and most honest dealers that I came across. Who ever reads these reviews, I hope that the other reviews will not discourage you from going to Hudson for yourself, as it initially did me. I went to places like Route22 Nissan, Route280auto, World City Auto in the Bronx, AG Suzuki...now those are sleezy dealerships.. hidden fees ($2k reconditioning fee at Suzuki in Queens City(BS!) World City Auto OMG! $1500 doc fee, bank fee, dealer fee, birthday fee.....), dishonest/rude salesman (the salesman at World City was so lazy he didn't bother to get a dealer plate when I took the car out for a test drive so he kept saying don't drive by the cops!) and crappy cars. My car was totaled and I PAID for a rental for TWO months because I refused to give my business to a sleezy dealer. The price that Hudson gave me was more than fair. My credit is so so, but they still were able to put me in a car that I was happy with and within my budget. Buying a car is like any other transaction. You wouldnt just blindly buy a house and the same applies for a car. DO YOUR research before you go into a dealership i.e carfax, bluebook/TMV, warranties. Ask questions. I bought unlimited carfax reports and my laptop to every dealership, so I was able to immediately get info on any car the salesman put in front of me. Selling cars is a business and their business is not to save you money, so unless you have the knowledge to know you need to ask certain questions, I highly doubt that ANY dealer will just volunteer the information. I had all of the stero typical odds against me-I'm a female, young, and I went into the dealership alone! But because I did my research I was able to leave confident that I had gotten the best deal. 50% of that was due to the fact that I was at a REPUTABLE dealership and the other half was because I knew what car I wanted and how much I could afford and I stuck to my guns. I hope this helps.. Thank you Sal for pulling out my chair when I got there, To Larry being straight with me about any additional fees which was ONLY 275 + tax/tag/title and to my sales guy for going back and forth with my counteroffers!

These guys kept me for more than an hour after a test drive to try to sell me a car. They did not have the car I wanted, but tried everything possible to get me to take another car. One of the financial managers even told me that since it's just for 3 years, I can put up with the color I'm not crazy about. What's worse is that after wasting all that time there, I had a better monthly quote for the same selling price for a different car across the street. They only quoted me a lower number due to a request to include a down payment. Don't bother with these guys. You can do a lot better elsewhere.

On monday (07/27/09) I negotiated the price of a Nissan Altima 2.5 CVT S car over the phone (MSRP $22,715) for a final amount due of $13,560 after the manufacturer and CARS "clunker" rebates. The internet sales person I spoke to was Leon Knott. He assured me several times over the course of the week that the price was correct. I scheduled to meet with him and buy the car on Friday. I told him that I was driving over 2 hours to get there and purchase the car. I got a certified check from my bank, took off from work, brought my daughter to a babysitter, and drove my gas-guzzler to the dealership. When I got there, they refused to honor their price. In fact, they even calculated their new price by deducting the $4,500 CARS rebate after taxes, essentially making the price over MSRP. The floor manager (who gave me his wrong business card) claimed that the dealership recorded my phone call (which, if true, I was not informed of, and which is illegal to do) and when he "listened to it" to confirm my story, he said that I never said the "S" model and that the price was only for the "2.5" model. He refused to let me listen to the recording (assuming it actually existed). I suspect there was no recording because he said it was a recording from Friday. I did call the dealership before I left home to confirm my appointment, since I was driving from so far away, but I never mentioned the car model then. When I caught him in that lie, he accused me of harassing him, kicked me out of the showroom, and threatened to call the police. I asked to speak to Leon several times throughout my visit to Hudson Nissan and they refused to get him. I suspect that Leon knew from the start that the price he gave me was just to get me in the store. I wasted an entire day and lost a lot of money. And, I didn't get a car at a time when the future of the CARS Rebate program is uncertain, so Hudson Nissan also might have caused me to lose the opportunity to take advantage of the CARS program. Hudson Nissan's poor and insulting customer service, and (what amounts to) false advertising is a terrible way to do business. They should be formally investigated.

Just a quick synopsis of what transpired between them and I. We were in the market for a 7-8 passenger vehicle. Nissan was running a great special APR of 2.9% apr for 72 months on leftover NEW 2008 Pathfinders. Hudson Nissan happened to have a Silver LE which showed in stock on their website. It had everything we wanted, i.e, Navigation, Rear Seat DVD etc. So I make them an offer through their website and get one of those automated responses from their Internet manager Javier, saying "he is trying to locate the vehicle"!!! I mean come on!!! They probably had about 6 Pathfinders, all leftover 2008 models, and only one that was an LE with NAV and DVD. I mean, how hard is it to locate that!! Anyhow, later on I get a call from one of their sales guys that the truck is still available. I re-assert to him that I am looking to take advantage of the special financing for the leftover 2008s and so the truck has to be new. I get the usuall spiel about "come in and lets deal"... so i make it to the dealership after taking time off from work, and after getting there, what do I find out? THE TRUCK WAS A DEMO WITH 25,000 MILES ON IT!!! To top it off, I get a smart answer that "Technically its never been titled and was driven by the manager, so it is still considered new!!! These guys are a bunch of crooks!! It wasn't till after this experience that I googled them and read reviews right off of google and found that absolutely no one had anything good to say about them!! I am amazed at how these kind of buisnesses stay operating!! I wish I had enough spare time to start a grass roots online campaign against such businesses!!!

I had the worst experience with the Hudson Nissan dealership and because of this I recently terminate my lease with Nissan. On January 2008 I went in to trade my 2007 Nissan Altima because the salesperson told me that after a year I had the option of trading it for a newer vehicle with no penalties. When I enter Hudson Nissan I went to Isaias Ramos and his reply was he never said that to me and in fact he was claiming that he was never my salesperson when I had the paperwork that clearly stated that he was my salesperson. This car was nothing but headaches I have a horrible experience with the brakes and went numerous times to the service dept and they never resolve the problem. Isaias Ramos then transferred me over to another salesperson called Rolando Hache and he didn't want to resolve the issue either he just rudely got up and told us we had to leave now and left us in the showroom. So we left and took their names and made a complaint to consumer affairs and that is why I made my decision to terminate my lease. I felt like they didn't want my business and I would never recommend this dealership to any of my friends. I would never deal with Nissan or Infiniti again. They just lost a customer for life.

This dealership is putting me through the worst experience of my life. I bought a 2008 Nissan Altime on August 8 2008 and have yet to recieve my license plates. So yes, I have had a new car sitting in my driveway for a month doing nothing. Nobody returns phone calls, it is the absolutelty the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. I reccomend to no one, please do not go there. They sell a lot of cars, thus, they don't care if they piss one or two customers off.

The internet sales rep bugs you every 15 minutes before the appointment for the confirmation where I confirmed it in the very first call. But I thought its okay.When we reached there, the first sales person Khurram apporoches us and offers to help us.. Asks us which model we are interested in, goes in to check the inventory and comes with a key of one of the car for test drive.. I thought he would come with us and show us the features which I was really interested knowing. But he didnt come and told us to drive around the place which we were not quite familiar with.. In the whole drive we were more concentrating on not getting lost than knowing how the car is!When we came back, Khurram was gone! We were told to contact another sales person Ali. We told him to show us the features and why would I prefer Rouge than CRV.. Ali slams at us saying take the key and see it.. When I asked to give the quote which we would want to compare with CRV then he says go to honda.. and whether we were okay with sparing half an hour for quote! Now, why wouldn't we???He was behaving as if he is the customer and I am the sales person! I finally had to go to the manager who came with us to Ali.. There he started all lies and said what we were saying was a lie!!! That's ridiculous!I have been to other dealers but never experienced such pathetic service ever! It was just a waste time!I would highly recommend not to go there!

I bought a used luxury car from Hudson Nissan which is a subsidiary of The DiFeo Auto Group. Before I made the purchase I asked them numerous time if the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. They produced a Auto Check Report that they altered, hiding the accident. A few weeks later I purchased my own Auto Check Report as well as a Carfax Report which both reflected the car crash, as a matter of fact Auto Check Report,which they told me they routinely rely on, showed two accidents. Currently I have a law suit filed with the New Jersey Superior Court for Consumer Fraud. Customers beware of this unscrupulous dealership.

Parts Dept people think they are mechanics. I wanted to order parts to do simple maintenance on my 2000 Maximas transmission. When I said I wanted to order the transmission fluid strainer ,after standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes being ignored by a parts counter clerk that seemed to feel I was invisible, then the parts counter Einstein told me I could order it but would have to split the transmission case to replace it.....um.....not even close to reality. I declined the advice and ordered the part. The transmission fluid strainer, for the 2000 Maxima, is a replacable part accessed by dropping the trans fluid pan and removing several bolts and one nut. If you want to buy parts from Hudson Nissan do your homework first and dont listen to the parts counter staff as they know less than the average backyard mechanic. I also used one of those flyers Hudson Nissan sends customers regarding discounts on parts and service; the parts clerk took 15 minutes trying to figure out how to apply a simple 10% parts discount. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Hudson Nissan!

Hudson Nissan use deceptive pratices, the never tell the truth.. AVOID AT ALL COST, they charged me 400 to reset my computer.<br><br>My Nissan Altima 2002 stalls all the time, as soon as it hits 2500 RPM. Per the Hudson Nissan the problem is being caused by the DashBoard Circuits.. (Unified Meter) according to the Service Manager, it controls the RPMS and transmission, it sound like BS to me. Can anyone with knowledge of this help<br>me out.They want 600.00 plus labor to replace it...
