Everyone at the dealership was great to work with. Our salesman Lee really went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He worked with us even after our purchase to make sure we were shown all the features of our Cadillac. I have always hated the car buying process but dealing with Hutchinson on my purchase was an exceptional experience.

Very good experience. My salesman Brioni Johnson was very helpful. There were some bumps in the road trying to locate the exact truck I wanted but everybody was helping out(general manager,manager) plus Brioni. We all hung in there and after a week we located a truck late Thursday night and the truck was there Friday night. I think everybody at the dealership knew me after a week looking for a truck. I would recommend this dealership and all the sales people to any of my friends or anybody I knew looking for a truck or car.

Customer Service/ Buying Process: Traded vehicles, paid difference in cash with a certified Credit Union check. My registration listed the Credit Union as Lien Holder. The vehicle title went to the Credit Union. Since I paid the difference in cash with a certified check, I should have received a clean Registration form and a clean Title sent to me instead of the credit union. I in the process of having the registration form and title cleaned of having mention of any lien.Quality of Repair: Took my 2015 SUV in because of a vibration problem. The tech referred to GM service bulletins 1. Replace a section of the exhaust, no change. 2. Tore down the interior head liner and did something, no change. 3. Said the next step was to repair/replace the rear gear assembly. I was fed up with their troubleshooting by replacing parts/sections and requested a change out of vehicles to one that work. My newly purchased SUV was exchanged for another new vehicle (Above) without any concessions for my purchasing the first defective and having to pay the difference as though I was a normal walk-in customer with a trade.

Everyone was friendly and i especially liked that they walked out to my car to show me what the problem was. Of course had i ever received the owners manual that was suppose to be ordered (still waiting on it), i would have know it was just a button that i needed to push and would not have had to get up early and sit in a waiting room for 4 hours. Otherwise, no problems.

The manager at the front desk was very polite and listened carefully as I explained the problem with the car. He explained and apologized for the time I would need to wait for a technician to check the problem and informed me that I would be promptly notified of the finding and cost of the repair. He did as promised. The technician did not find the problem, but the gentleman that was receiving the requests at the front office referred the problem to another technician that found the cause and received my permission to have the problem fixed. The manager at the front desk explained to me his concern that I had traveled more than fifty miles one way, nothing was found and the problem might occur again and I would be at a disadvantage. I thank him very much for having another technician to check my car and fix the problem. Had I left without having the problem fixed, I would feel very insecure driving my car and the problem would occur again. This would have been very costly and inconvenient for me. I thank the gentlemen at the front desk for his kindness, concern, and effort in getting my problem fixed.

Hutchinson Body shop did an excellent job repairing my vehicle after a one-car front end collision. The staff was polite and helpful, the repair restored my vehicle to the same look and color it had before the accident, and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out before being returned to me in a timely manner. Hutchinson also cooperated well with my insurance company.

I called the dealership on Tuesday, December 24, 2014 regarding a problem with the power steering. I was given an appointment for Friday, December 26, 2014. I took my 2011 Buick Enclave for a diagnosis of the problem with the power steering.The problem was immediately diagnosed. The dealer was not able to repair the problem until Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Since I was visiting in the area for the holidays and had to leave, the problem was not resolved there. I returned to New Jersey without any safety issues. The problem is being repaired by the dealership in Union, NJ.The service department was courteous, friendly and helpful to the best of their ability, but could not accommodate my needs at that time.

Back in June 2014 I bought a Kia Optima new from Kia Hutchinson. Within two weeks one of the clips holding on a piece of the paneling broke. I went by on my lunch break to have them look at it but was told they couldn't because ALL of their mechanics were out to lunch. Today I had my car towed there using the roadside assistance due to a flat. When I hadn't received a call back in the time promised I called back to be told the reason they had not gotten to my car was because everyone else was in the 401K meeting. I will never again buy from or use their service department. I highly suggest you go elsewhere because once you buy the car they couldn't give a crap about you.

Recently GM recalled my 2014 GMC Acadia for a front seat safety belt anchor repair. I am a Counseling Psychologist and did not have adequate time to both see patients and have the repairs that GM was requiring. I called the Service department and talked with Debbie. She arranged for someone to pick up and return the vehicle after repairs. This type of service is why I continue to buy the class of vehicles I enjoy from Hutchinson. They always go beyond my expectations.

I live in Milledgeville ....an hour away . So, must temper experience accordingly .Other than the service was a bit more expensive than I was expecting , the only real complaint I have is when I would call to see if car was ready for pick-up , I would be placed on hold couple times for 15 minutes before I would hang up .It was like I was being avoided and all I wanted to know was is it time for me to drive an hour to Macon or not . If the car wasn't ready , just tell me so .when I was in front of the service technicians , they were very courteous and professional .You may want to look at staffing based on volume .

I totaled my 1 year old car and was looking for a new one. I think I went to every dealership in Macon and 1 in Warner Robins. Hutchinson was the only one that didn't make me want to pull my hair out. We new exactly the dollar amount we were willing to spend when we arrived. They understood, and helped us find the best car for our money. WE LOVE OUR HYUNDAI SONATA!! They were persistent, but NOT pushy. I will definitely go back.

Today my husband and I went to a number of dealerships car shopping. Our 4th stop was Hutchinson Auto Mall. I am so happy and so impressed! I wish I had come here first. To start off, they just opened their new building but there is still obvious work that needs to be done to improve it. With that said, I was very happy with how everyone at the dealership treated me LIKE A PERSON NOT AN IDIOT! I went looking to replace my c300 Mercedes and figured I'd take a look at what Hutchinson had to offer. The sales person, Mikey, ended up directing me to an ATS which is kind of similar to the car I had. Mikey was very straightforward with the questions I asked and he made it clear right off the bat that he was new and that if he couldn't answer my questions, he asked for my understanding. I cannot reiterate the effect his honesty had on my whole experience. I wasn't looking to talk to a SALESPERSON I was looking to talk to a PERSON. At that point, I drove the car and was seriously not looking to buy that day but Mikey made me feel right. We even went to Baskin Robbins on the test drive! Long story short, Hutchinson, well Mikey, treated me well and that's all that matters in my eyes. I can't speak for others because that is certainly their experience which they felt but I left knowing that I was treated like a human being and ultimately purchased a car because of it.

After shopping all over the internet, we found the Escalade we were looking for at Hutchinson and the best part is the best price was advertised on the internet. We met the owner Forest Hutchinson who really went over our car in detail and was very nice to my family. We also really love that crazy guy on the radio. My kids think he is funny. The only thing I would recommend for this dealership is a refreshment area for the customers. I would also like to thank Albert Lumpkin, our sales person, for being so nice and helpful during and after the sale. We had a small problem come up with the Cadillac but Albert had it repaired right away at no charge. I will see you guys again when we buy our next car. Thank you!

This was the manager of the Kia so that says a lot about Hutchinson. We are going to Kia mall of Georgia tomorrow. I will never deal with Hutchinson again. It seemed like a scam the entire time.

I had my vehicle towed over to the service department and my insurance company had them to wait beginning repairs until they had an appraisal performed on the vehicle. I was informed by the damage appraiser of what the issue was and given an estimate of what the cost would be for the repairs to be done. The service department charged me to repeat to me what the insurance company already stated the issue was, I wanted to get the repairs done and approved the repairs to be done there. Later that evening, based on the service department's listed hours of operation, I called back to ask that repairs be delayed(left a voice message that was neither returned or acknowledged) and did the same in the morning. When I had the opportunity to speak with a costumer service representative, she informed me of the diagnostic fee(to which I had no issue) and said that she was going to check on any other fees that would apply but upon putting me on hold and asking if she could call me back, I didn't get a clear answer before arriving there to have my vehicle moved to another shop. The total balance had a freight(transporting the part) fee and a restocking fee, the latter I gather b/c of having to order the part; my issue with the fee is that there will certainly be other vehicles with the same year make and model that will come in to have their radiator fixed and I think paying to have it put back onto a shelf is outrageous. I feel that the communication lapse and what I feel are hidden fees made this experience one that I wouldn't want to repeat and would recommend not having anyone else repeat either.

Received a call from owner of Hutchinson today about the review I posted. Owner claims I was bashing the dealership. So I told him that I explained what happened end of story. I guess because I didn't mention in my review all of the accommodations they offered me like to tow the vehicle to another destination and that they offered to cut the cost and gave me a loaner vehicle(which they told me when I asked for one that they don't have loaner vehicles, but gave me one after I had posted my review)he felt like they had done alot to accomodate my needs. So he told me they do not want to fix my car and to come get my car today by 6pm or they will starting charging me for it being on their property and they will send the parts they ordered back. The truth hurts!

Purchase a used 2011 Kia Sorento June 2011. I will be honest by saying we did not thoroughly inspect vehicle before purchasing which is my mistake. So we get the vehicle home and find out that the front bumper and grill had damager to the vehicle. So when we call back to discuss the damage of course we were told that we purchased the vehicle as is and we will have to pay for repairs. Our mistake we should have done a better job of looking over the vehicle. June 15th, 2012 after my wife had left for work, I noticed a puddle of fluid in our garage so I called my wife to tell her to be careful because i think the radiator is leaking. So we didn't drive the car all weekend. Took to Hutchinson of macon monday morning to get it look at since we had a 75,000 mile warranty. Received a call around lunch saying that the radiator had been damaged and that it would cost $1000 to repair. The service rep stated that the accident caused the damage and therefor it not covered under the manufactures warranty. I explained to her that the car was purchased that way and we didn't damage the vehicle. I even got the sales rep that sold me the car to explain that damage was on the front end was not caused by us. Well come to find out, the radiator had been damaged and welded with some type of adhesive to stop the leak. So basically we purchased a used car with faulty radiator and Hutchinson still would not fix it at no cost. They stated that there is no proof that the vehicle was sold to me this way. After getting the rep that sold me the car involved they reduced it to half price. So now I have to pay for a radiator that was faulty when i purchased the car. So that means the car did not have an inspection before is was sold or it did have an inspection and they did a quick fix to sell it to me. On top of that, I left my car with them today and they told me it will be thursday until they can get it back to me. So I asked for a car to use while my car was being repaired and guess what "they don't provide loaner cars! So i have my child's car seat with me in my office trying to think of a way to get my daughter from daycare today and get back and forth to work. Way to go HUTCHINSON! You just made the top number 1 dealerships not to buy from! I am telling anyone, beware of purchasing anything from Hutchinson. They will get your MONEY one way or the other GUARANTEE THAT!
