Just got my very first car & I love it!!! Thanks to RAY He’s the best. If you’re not buying your car from him, then what are you doing? No seriously, he’s amazing. Very informative he helped me a TON! through my process. Anything you need to know. He knows it all. He is the sweetest & most humblest of them all. I would definitely recommend ray for anyone looking to buy/lease . He’ll get you the car you want for an amazing price. You’ll be the happiest person leaving that dealership.

I leased the Tucson Limited Hybrid here today and it was a super pleasant experience. First of all, thanks to Jasmine Henry for her continuous following up with us and giving us the updates on this rare inventory. Patrick Torleo is super professional, friendly and helpful in terms of getting the entire process done in a breeze. He also thoroughly walked us through how to finish the initial setup of the car. Last but not least, thanks to Moe Ali for getting all the paperwork done and explaining all the Ts and Cs. I would definitely highly recommend them if you are shopping for Hyundai's cars!

After an exhausting experience at a few Hyundai dealerships, I made my last trip into Hyundai city of bay ridge. I was greeted right away and was serviced moments later to Ray. Ray was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down with him. He was transparent and very helpful in helping me figure out the car that best fit my needs. Due to high demand in cars, the car I wanted took about a month for delivery but ray was very communicative and once back at the dealership for final paperwork he was super helpful. The whole process was comfortable and I felt like this Hyundai dealership made me feel at home other than the other Hyundai dealerships. I truly enjoyed the experience.

The salesperson was very nice. But manager quoted me a different price over the phone then what it really was. Do not go here unless they email you an out the door price so you don’t waste time. ALL fees included. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM FOR A FINAL PRICE AND ASK THEM TO EMAIL YOU SO YOU HAVE PROOF. Don’t go by what they say over the phone.

Today I have purchased Hyundai Tucson, I had very enjoyable experience at Bay Ridge Hyundai. My salesman was Moe Ali very knowledgeable and helpful salesman.
