We first purchased a used SUV and 2 weeks into driving it the check engine light came on and it needed some work done already. Thanks to bismarck motor company's 30 day policy, we were able to bring it back and get something different. We decided on leasing a new Honda pilot instead, and we love it! Thanks for all your help Kevin Senger! Definitely recommend bismarck motor company, great customer service!!

Bismarck motor company has proved to be above the rest, they treated me as a person and not just as "any customer" i love that they are a best price dealer. I am in Phoenix and needed to buy a new car and where did I find the best car deal and the greatest service? Bismarck - even when I factored in my travel costs to get there and bring it back. This was my first experience with Bismarck Motor Company and I have to say it was great. Thank you especially George Anderson for making this, my first time ever sight-unseen car purchase, as easy as working with a friend. Here is just one of several times George went above and beyond... I got to the dealership right before closing to pick up the car, so we did not finish the paperwork until about 40 minutes after closing... I mentioned I was leaving early the next morning to drive the car back to Phoenix so wanted to be sure the navigation and audio manuals were in the car because this was the first time I purchased a car with all the technology.. I did not know how to use any of the features and expected to be sitting in the car that night for a long time to learn how to use the nav, audio, trip computer, voice commands, etc. so that I could get an early start the next morning for my 3 day drive. The sale was already done and the doors were being closed, but without even being asked, George proceeded to spend the next 30-40 minutes personally showing me how to use all the tech features in the car, giving up even more of his evening to help me out. Thanks again George. The next time I need another car I will be starting my search here

Bismarck Motor Company's "Best Price" was much lower than other dealerships I looked at and saved me thousands off the MSRP of the vehicle. I even drove down from Grand Forks to buy my 2015 Nissan Rogue. Overall it was a great experience and got the vehicle for a great Price! Totally worth the drive from Minot! We have bought/leased 14 cars in the last 18 years. I have never had a better experience with a salesperson/dealership. I truly could not have asked for an easier time. We called regarding a lease special that was advertised, the salesperson found out exactly which cars were available for that special, I chose the one I wanted and the finance department called us on the drive over to complete the lease application. When we arrived at the dealership the car was nearly ready to deliver, and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and go over the features of the car and the dealership. George Anderson was our salesperson. He was polite, efficient and upfront and honest. Great job!

My husband and I were searching online for the best vehicle for our family. We narrowed down our search and they were all at Bismarck Motor Company. We made the trip to Bismarck from Minot with a list of the three vehicles we were interested in. Once we got to the dealership, we met Tom Briese. He was a very nice man and knowledgeable of what he had on inventory. He showed us all 3 cars we had desired to look at and were able to test drive each of them. All the vehicles were used (at least 2 years old) and were in excellent shape, however we actually purchased a 2015. We chose the new car because of the great deal we were getting! Thank you Tom for walking us through our purchase! Any future purchases, we will definitely be back!

Rob Nagle was the best sales man I have met. He went above and beyond to help educate and satisfy my first car buying experience. Rob spent hours upon hours with me and didn't make me feel like a burden. I really appreciated the time, effort and respect he showed me. I was looking at an older vehicle with high miles and Rob showed me (in a very nonaggressive, not your typical salesman kind of way) that leasing a brand new 2015 is a smarter decision. Corey Jesser in the financial department was also amazing to work with! I was really concerned that I wouldn't get approved on my own but he helped me and got me a really good discount! We have now purchased four vehicles from Bismarck Motor Company and have always had a great experience. There is a good selection of vehicles and the employees are willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for you. My car had issues the day before Thanksgiving and it wasn't looking like any place had the right equipment to fix my Honda. Even the other repair shops recommended the Bismarck Motor Company for their great Honda technicians. They got me into their shop the same day I called and did a great job! Baldr was the most patient salesman I could have ever had. He spent so much time showing me the differences between the 2014 and 2015 Honda CRVs. He has a great sense of humor and was very comfortable in his help and manner to me. I did express the fact that I had a couple of more vehicles to compare (He had spent close to 2 hours with me), but he was fine with that and did not push the sale on me which I found unusual, but refreshing. After viewing the other vehicles, I came back to purchase the CRV EXL Touring from him. He wasn't there when I returned, but the rest of the staff helped, giving Baldr the sale (I do not find that in many car stores). He came back from lunch and finished the sale with me. He even helped get my cell phone connected to the car. I have never been so well taken care of by a dealership. My brother who was shopping with me was even impressed by Baldr - and shocked that I actually made a purchase. It was a fun experience

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan when we got our new Jetta. We had gone to another dealer before and were not treated so well. Our previous experience at the other dealership really turned us off to the entire purchasing process. We were so happy with the way Ryan treated us. He was very fair and spoke to us both equally. More often than non we have dealt with a salesman that will only speak you the husband and it was so nice to not have that happen at the Bismarck Motor Company. Our car took a few days to get hail damage repaired and Ryan took the time to send me photos with updates. He kept in touch with us for an entire week before we could actually see the car we were interested in and answered any crazy questions I had. He was very relatable and pleasant to be around. Also the man who helped us with our financing was very helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining all of the options. We also had a young man teach us how we could protect our new car from our 3 mile dirt road we live on. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and patient. Thank you for all your help with our new car!

Kevin Senger has to be one of the nicest and most knowledgeable car salesmen in the area! He's a "no pressure" salesman and yet a very successful salesman! I've leased my Hondas from Bismarck Motor Company for the last several years and I've dealt with Kevin numerous times. He's always been excellent in letting me know when good deals arise towards the ending of my lease, even sometimes 6-8 months before the end of the current lease. I so appreciate that because then it isn't such an urgent decision for me to make. Most recently, he helped get a beautiful silver with grey leather interior Honda CR-V for me. It's the first SUV type vehicle I've had and I absolutely LOVE it!! It drives and rides so well...like a dream! In addition, I know that if I have any questions on my new vehicle, he's always available to answer them by phone, text, e-mail, or in person. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased in the last 10 years at this dealership. Tom B. is super professional in his approach. It's friendly, low pressure, accomodating atmosphere. Furthermore, the service engine soon light came on 2 weeks AFTER purchase. It was not an inexpensive fix either.In the past, the dealership under different ownership offered to pay half of the repair cost, which I thought was fair. The Kupper ownership paid for the entire repair without question. How can you beat service like that? Thank you Tom, Milt, Financing, and Bob for providing a pleasant and satisfying experience!

I purchased a used, 2012 Ford Escape XLT from Bismarck Motor Company in June of 2014. The service I received from the people at BMC was by far the best I have ever experienced. Being a young man in his 20s, it may be easy for some dealers to overlook people such as myself or not take us seriously as a potential client. That was not the case with BMC. The man I bought my Escape from, Kevin Senger, was one of the nicest guys I could've imagined buying a vehicle from. He was very easy to get a hold of when I had a question or concern (email, phone calls, and even texting) and went above & beyond even my highest expectations in order to do everything in his ability to make my buying experience exceptional. He went to great lengths to make sure I was confident and comfortable with my decision to buy the Escape. He addressed every single issue I had (i.e. little tiny scratches, other cosmetic issues - don't get me wrong, this vehicle was already in amazing condition, but it was great how he wanted to get the Escape into the condition that I wanted!). Kevin would send me updates on the Escape even if it was after work hours. After TV commercials peeked our interest in the new TDI VW Passat, our family when in Bismarck called Bismarck Motor Company to see if they had any TDI Passat on their sale lot. Baldr Coe took our phone call and immediately offered to have a TDI Passat available for us to look and take for a test drive. Baldr kept his promise and when we arrived he had a car pulled up to the front of the dealership. After the test drive we feel in love with the way the car handled, the quality and look the Passat, and the roominess of the interior. The moment I encountered Tim Nelson, I felt this was not going to be a hard sell deal. I had put off replacing my old Dodge Caravan anticipating I would have to really be careful how I approached this big purchase. So I kept looking online and discovered a number of used Honda Odysseys at Bismarck Auto Company. The prices were clearly stated and matched what was reasonable at the online rating sites. Tim was willing and patient picking up on what I stated I was looking for and accessing a number of vehicles was just part of the job. We roamed the lot looking for more Odysseys and I easily sorted out my options. He offered a test drive for the ones I was considering and let me chose the route of travel. In the office, I felt free to ask questions and think out loud about my considerations. Eventually I settled on a 2010 certified model and purchased full extended warranties. The sale and warranties were made clear to me, even with my repeated questions. I am fully satisfied with what I purchased and feel I have secured a vehicle that is in immaculate condition and will serve me for years to come. I will recommend and speak highly of this dealership and their philosophy to friends and family.

Couple of days ago I purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid from Bismarck Motor Company. I did my homework before that and choose Bismarck Motor Company because they offered the best price for a car which being a new model is hard to find at this time. Last time I bought a new car was in 1992, so I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. I was happy to hear that Bismarck Motor Company was going to be a VW dealer. Kevin Senger helped me through purchase process and was very helpful. What I liked best was that if Kevin didn't know a specific detail he went and got the right answer. I was well aware that VW was a new product for Bismarck Motor Co. but after my buying experience I know they will be a great dealership for VW. The Wolfsburg Passat I purchased was a great value. We purchased our first Honda and are very impressed with the service we got from our salesman, Tom Briese and the sales team at Bismarck Motor Company. We really appreciate the effort he took to answer our questions, and especially when trying to decide between the Nissan Quest (which wasn't available anywhere in the state at the time) and the Honda Odyssey, he arranged for us to see a local owner's Quest that he knew. We don't make a major purchase without thoroughly researching the products out there, and liked the 'no pressure' we received from Tom and any other salesman that assisted us as we made our decision. It was time to replace my poor old beloved Chevy Cavalier, so I narrowed it down to two models. Bismarck Motor had both in stock, so went down and test drove them both. My salesperson was Kevin Senger, he was very knowledgeable about the business and vehicles. No pressure to buy any particular model over another as the personnel are not paid by commission. The price on the vehicles is the price you pay so no haggling. Some people love that sort of thing, I do not. The financing part was quick and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the friendly no pressure sales staff. It was also nice to know that the price in the window was the price you would pay. I really hate arguing over price, or paying something different if it's "the end of the month and the dealership needs to meet quota." I just bought my vehicle yesterday and it was nice to know that I could drive it for a week and if it wasn't the right vehicle for me, they would take it back. If I didn't like the car within a month, they would apply the purchase price toward a different vehicle. That's standing behind their products!!! Not that I expect to do that, but it's nice to know they really want to serve their customers and meet the customer's needs. I have had my other car repaired at the dealership and they were awesome. And the popcorn in the waiting room is the best.

We recently purchased a Veloster from Kyle Schroeder. The whole process went great. Because of our work schedules we had to shop separately & Kyle understood this & didn't pressure one of us to buy, without the other. Highly recommend.

We have had our older Honda serviced at this dealership for the previous 5 years. We know many of the Service Staff by name as they have been very friendly, professional, and kind over the years. This is one of the reasons that we wanted to shop for a new car at the dealership. We met and worked with Mark Steckler on our new lease. Mark was able to answer all of our questions and made suggestions on which would be better for us, a lease or purchase. No question was left unanswered. We test drove a Civic and an Accord. We found the Accord to have less road noise and more of the features we wanted. So, we are currently leasing the Accord. We really liked the atmosphere of the dealership's "one-price" shopping. No hassles with negotiating a price. All of the staff worked together as a team. As long as we are in Bismarck, Honda Motor Company will be our car dealership. Thanks to Mark, Blaine, Bob, Rob,and others.

For the past couple of years we have been pricing and comparing a number of vehicles, looking for something around 30-40 miles per gallon and under the 20,000 price point. We settled on the Hyundia Elanatra and got much more than other vehicles on the market offered for the price. Also carrys a 10yr warranty. Balder Coe was our salesman and answered every question we asked when about and was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and comparisons to others. When it came time to close and do the paperwork both Balder and Eric did an exceptional job explaining everything and best of all they were ready for us the moment we walked in the door. The whole company has a very good team that works together and strives to please.

I have gotten my last 3 vehicles from Bismarck Motor Company and am very satisfied with their service and help. Kevin Senger does an outstanding job of listening to what you are looking for and then working with you without pressuring you in the least. I've found the people there to be very easy to work with and very helpful. Great service!

My wife and I just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima Sedan from Mark Steckler here at the Bismarck Motor Company and it was actually a great experience. One of the first things we learned from Mark was the way they price their cars. They use the lowest possible price they can offer, we knew up front what to expect including all the rebates. He also said that because he did not work on commission that he was always on our side. We had just come from another dealer in Bismarck that had the same car but used, with over 20k miles, for a lot more. If we had gone back to that dealer they probably would have met the same price as Bismarck Motor Co. but we got a new car instead of a used one and knew up front what the lowest price was. Mark gave us more on trade too. They even had the right color on hand. It gets better, Nissan will give you another rebate if you finance with them. Oh, by the way, the 2013 Nissan Altima is a great quality auto. We knew it was for us after the test drive...smooth and quiet.

i just bought a 2010 honda accord from shad kusler at bismarck motor co. both shad & bismarck motor co . treated me extremly good. i have enjoyed driving my honda the last couple of days and look foreward to many more days thanks again shad & bismarck motor co. i know which person & dealership i will go when i need another car. thanks again shad & bismarck motor co. for an ejoyable time buying a car!!!!!

Mark at Bismarck motor company was a incredibly helpful sales rep. The night we came in to check out vehicles was very cold and snowy and late. Mark was more than willing to go and find the vehicle, make sure it was pulled up to the door and warmed despite the fact that we told him it was ok and we would just go out and look at the car. He joined us for our test drive and answered any questions we had about the car. All this is great but the thing that made this buying experience so wonderful was that the service did not end when we agreed to purchase the car. We were needing to get an estimate for a repair that this auto needed before we signed any papers Mark set up an appt to get an estimate for us right away in the am and called with the estimate. After getting our approval Mark took care of all the arrangement to get the vehicle into the shop and fixed before we picked it up the next day. This saved me so much time and stress so I could focus on my work instead of dealing with all this. This has make this one of the best buying experiences. The other thing I think that makes this extradorinay is that we were not purchasing an expensive vehicle and we were treated like we bought the most expensive car on the lot. Thanks Bismarck motor company, our sales rep Mark, the shop crew and detailing for makeing our experience great.

He was extremely knowledgable regarding vehicles and seemed to anticipate what I was looking for. LOVED working with him... he's a gem! I recently bought a 2012 Nissan Murano from Bismarck Motor Company. I had been looking to upgrade my car to an SUV for quite awhile, but was having trouble finding the one I wanted. When I went into BMC I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. My salesman, Tom Briese, was more than excellent to work with! He discussed with me the ins and outs of the Murano, and promptly answered any questions I had about the vehicles features. Being that buying a car is a very big decision, I definitely took my time in deciding if this was the vehicle for me. I talked with Tom for a few hours the evening I was in the dealership, and not once did I ever feel like he was pushing me into making a decision one way or the other. After the sale was completed, Tom introduced me to the managers, and gave me a tour of the building so I knew where to go if I returned for service work, questions, or any other reason. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase and decision to do business with Bismarck Motor Company. I will definitely return to them in the future.

I bought a 2012 Nissan Frontier from Bismack Motor Company. This is my second new vehicle from BMC and I had a great experience both times. I was helped by George Anderson and he was very friendly and helpful and he really got to know me in order to help me buy the vehicle I wanted and needed. Also, I had oil changes and other services done there on my first vehicle that I bought from them and everyone is so nice and know me by name. George Anderson always remembers me by name as well, and he knew just what I wanted for my second vehicle. Good dealership and friendly salesman! Its nice to know that they care about their customers.

We recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord and worked with Tim Nelson, and others. When Tim was not available, we received great service from other salesmen. They worked together as a team and were not pushy. We were not sure at first what car would be best. We finally selected the Accord and are very pleased with it. Working with Shad Kusler certainly made trading for a new car easy! He answered my e-mail and telephone inquiries quickly, was friendly, respectful and knowledgable. I got what I consider to be a "once in a lifetime" trade-in and I am totally impressed with Bismarck Motors and Shad Kusler. I will defiantly be recommending both to my friends, and if I want another car I know where I'll be shopping!

I found a 2006 Honda Pilot on the internet. After getting hung up on while trying to deal on the car and eventually calling back and working a deal, I bought the Pilot. However, I paid over NADA value based on being told the vehicle had an Astro Remote Start system and running boards. I was also told the vehicle would be delievered to me in my hometown. After getting the runaround on "front door" delivery for nearly I week, I finally gave in and ended up driving 7 hours (roundtrip) to get the car and had to pay a friend to go with me. When I picked the Pilot up, it had neither a remote start system nor running boards. I called the salesman back and after several days of not hearing anything I called the General Manager. They agreed to pay for a remote start system, but wouldn't make good on the running boards. The check for the remote system hasn't shown up yet, so I'm still waiting to see how much they actually give me. Overall, the Pilot is a great vehicle. Too bad I can't say the same for the sales process.

We purchased our 2012 Honda Odyssey from BMC. We bring it to BMC for service. We are so impressed with the service dept. There is someone there as soon as you drive up to ask what they can do for you. They are professional and pleasant and take the time to answer any questions. They got our vehicle in right away and take the time to discuss what was done. Even though we have to drive 100 miles, we will bring our vehicle back to BMC for service.

Greg Brown was very helpful and made the process of leasing a vehicle very smooth. He explained the entire process very thoroughly and made sure that any questions that I had were answered before moving forward. All of the people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful also. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle there.

Gregory Brown is one of Bismarck/Mandan's greatest salesmen. We went into Bismarck Honda unsure of what new Honda to purchase, and he worked diligently to help us figure out what we wanted. Not only that, but he got us the best trade in for our used car. He was never pushy or overbearing (like several salesmen are!) and did just a wonderful job in fitting us with our new vehicle. Greg's attitude and effort has solidified that we will work with him for any of our future car needs.

We wanted a specific 2013 Veloster, and Bismarck Motor Co. had it. Never stepped foot into the show room, all done with a phone and email. We could not be happier with the deal! Smooth transaction, great price, and everything as promised! We live about 700 miles from the dealer. Shad Kusler was our sales rep. and was great to deal with. We have no regrets on this purchase, and would deal with Shad again without a dought.
