Bought a used velostar here in January with approx 30,000 miles. It was bought for my son to take to college, wanted a reliable car but it's now back at the Hyundai dealership in Northern California for the second time! The first time it needed a new ignition coil and now a new cylinder head. My son started his 500 mile journey home and the car kept overheating. These repairs are covered under warranty which is great but are taking weeks to complete.

We bought a BEAUTIFUL 2015 Sonata Limited this past Monday. We had an odd experience at the Carlsbad location and Bill went out of his way to give us exactly what we wanted at the Escondido store. Francisco was very patient and made the whole process great. Tony very patiently showed me what aaaaalllll those buttons on my beautiful new dashboard does. The man who put our financing together was very nice and got it all said and done in no time flat. Every single person we came in contact with was very nice and very helpful. Thank you to Francisco, Bill, Tony and the man that got our financing together (blond hair and glasses...so sorry your name is slipping my mind). The whole experience was wonderful and very smooth. They couldn't have been more helpful and we got a great deal. Our car makes me giddy I love it so much. I'll be getting all my service done there as well. This is a great dealership that works hard to gain your business. They will certainly have ours! Thanks so much guys.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this being my first car purchase, but Fransisco made the buying process easy and straightforward! He was very helpful and and wasn't the typical pushy car salesman. He was eager to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car!

My husband and I visited Hyundai of Escondido after an awful experience at Hyundai of Carlsbad and what a difference! We were greeted by Francisco Chavez and immediately felt comfortable. Francisco didn't try to show us other cars that we weren't interested in, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that. He didn't try to pressure us into making a decision or to committing to walk away with a car "today". He was personable and professional. We were happy to buy a car from Francisco and Hyundai of Escondido and we will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I actually went here roughly 5-12 times and each time i dealt with Francisco and he kept it completely real with me and he's a fellow Veteran. He found my car and hand delivered it to the dealership, after a little back and forth (which is expected) the deal was done and I'm driving my Genesis Coupe home.

I had a great experience at Hyundai of Escondido. I came in with a lot of things working against me and Fransisco did everything he could to make sure I walked out with the car that I wanted. He made the long process very enjoyable. I highly recommend any body looking for a car started here. You might not need to go anywhere else

Francisco Chavez picked up very nicely from where Jose Ibarra left off helping me the previous day. I purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport. He was very pleasant and helpful while I made my final decision as to car color and package choice. He also assisted in negotiating the value of my trade-In. I drove away in my beautiful white Sonata with confidence that I knew more than the basic functions of the car. I was introduced to the service staff and feel comfortable in having my car serviced there. Francisco is to be commended for his salesmanship and knowledge of his product and people.

Never has car buying been so easy. This is actually our second time purchasing a Hyundai from Hyundai of Escondido, so we kind of knew the process... but all the difference (fun) was made by one man - Francisco Chavez! A fellow Marine (both my husband & I are former Marines), we all clicked immediately, cut through all the "red tape" and just made a great deal. Francisco even had to drive to Los Angeles to personally pick up and deliver our new Santa Fe in mint condition to us today. We are happy campers. Please let the owners know that we really appreciate Francisco's honesty, candor, and service throughout our hole purchase process. Like I said above in the title - Francisco is the Man!

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon from Hyundai of Escondido and had the pleasure of working with Francisco. After having bad experiences at other dealerships, it was refreshing to meet someone like him. He went above and beyond to make sure that he answered all of my questions, and was extremely patient and helpful. He had a great attention to detail in making sure that I knew all of my options and helped me to find the exact car that was right for me. When Hyundai of Escondido did not have the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase on site, Francisco worked with Jordan to locate the vehicle at another dealer, and then Francisco drove to the other dealership to pick up my dream car! When it came to finalizing the details, Francisco was happy to come into the dealership on his day off from work to accommodate my busy work schedule. Once the car was all ready to drive off the lot, he took the time to go over the vehicle with me, showing me how to use the different features. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new car visit Francisco at Hyundai of Escondido.
