This experience was the best experience I have had in my 44 years of purchasing cars. Alyssa was a complete joy to work with and never once did we feel uncomfortable or not in control of this transaction. Brandon in finance was very open, honest, and very easy to talk with and discuss various options with. Overall - again - the best experience my wife and I have had at any dealership over the many years we've been driving! Hyundai of Greeley is THE PLACE in Colorado to purchase or lease a new car!

Customer service is almost a forgotten art. Those who understand customer service will dominate. I rarely give A's or roses, but on a 1-10, Luke at Hyundai of Greeley is about a 14. We were only "looking" when we went to Hyundai of Greeley. Scott Adeler was very kind and patient with us, he took the time to get to know us and our needs and answered all of our questions. Patrick was very polite, knowledgeable about all vehicles, and wasn't pushy or aggressive. He helped me to understand the best financing options for me, as well as familiarizing me with my new car. Even upon returning to tint my windows over a week later, he greeted me by name and asked how the vehicle was treating me. Scott helped us tremendously close out our old lease, and get into an upgraded car for almost the same amount of money! He was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure, listened to our concerns, and answered all our questions about situation. We actually only went to the dealership to find out about our old lease in Colorado Springs, but Scott was able to save us a trip to the Springs, and he had us into a new car in a matter of a relatively short time. He was great to work with, and I would highly recommend him if you are looking at a car from this dealarship!

I went to Hyundai of Greeley 4 or 5 times talking to the salesperson (Scott Adeler) about different vehicles and options. He treated me just like a first time visit each time. He took the time to show me several vehicles and I test drove 3 different types before I leased the new Santa Fe. Scott, Marcus Ziegler, Luke Tann, the maintanence department even Ms. Bustos the receptionist were all very polite and knowledgeable. Very fair, timely and fluid experience. Both Scott and Marcus were informative and helpful. The financing process was clear and matched the estimates provided with no sudden fees or added costs. We had a very good experience buying our 2016 Hyundai Tucson at Hyundai of Greeley CO. Scott was our salesperson. He was friendly and knowledgeable and never pressured us. My wife and I had done our homework before going into the dealership. We received a good discount on the car we wanted to buy which had 7800 miles on it. The first offer on our well maintained trade was in the ballpark according to Kelly Blue Book. With a little more negotiating, we received a trade in value at the higher end of the rangeWe had an accessory installed One of the managers,Marcus, helped solve a minor problem and made the process painless. Financing was easy as well.My wife and I are in our late 60's and this was one of the easiest car buying experiences wwe have ev r had. I'd dragged my feet in shopping for a new car because of past experiences with auto dealers which usually never approached being pleasant. My salesman (Patrick Skinner) probably spent more time truly helping me and ascertaining my needs than all the previous salespeople at other dealerships for my 20+ cars over the last 55+ years. He was honest and attentive and did his best to assist in getting the deal done. Maybe this was because he truly knows his product and cares about it. Marcus (manager?) was also helpful and businesslike. Unlike another local dealer (not Hyundai), he didn't try to get an inordinate amount of information on my first visit even after I'd told the salesperson that I wasn't interested in their products. Finally, the process of getting a new Elantra didn't drag on nearly as loing as this "few minutes" of survey has.

Our deal was done over the phone and the complete description of the 2014 used Sante Fe was exactly as presented by Marcus, their Gen. Sales Manager. Believe me, haveing spent the majority of my career in the Auto finance and lending business, it is RARE to find complete honesty like what this dealership presented to us. I shopped around Metro Denver, but Greeley Hyundai had the best price. When I decided to purchase, I called ahead and they had the financing and all the paperwork done before I arrived. My mom and I had shopped at several dealerships and encountered many "sharks". No "shark attack" at Hyundai/Honda! Luke, Scott, Marcus and Kevin were great! They have a helpful, knowledgeable approach to car sales. They really seemed to care about getting us both into the perfect used car and didn't once try to get either of us to buy new (much unlike other dealerships we recently encountered). Our son needed a new car and was interested in the Hyundai Sport. We visited Hyundai of Greeley and were totally blown away by the service and personal attention given us by the Marcus the manager and Scott the salesman. We never felt pressured by anyone there to buy their car. When our son decided this is the car he wanted, the whole "closing" process took no time at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in northern Colorado interested in a Hyundai.

After Hyundai of Greeley trading me out of a brand new Hyundai that was full of problems, many caused by them I am back in another brand new Hyundai purchased from them that also has several problems, some caused by them. Management staff entirely unreasonable and very untrustworthy. Salespeople honestly do not thoroughly know the features of the products they are sellin and couldn't even tell me how the smart key system worked in the event of a dead fob battery in my first Hyundai. I was never shown how any of the safety features such as lane departure warning system, adaptive cruise control or blind spot intervention system. I wasn't even offered the courtesy of having help setting up a destination on the navigation system or how to even pair my phone via Bluetooth. I was truly given no instruction on how anything worked. The car had scratches in the paint that were buffed out in a hurry by a secondary shop that Hyundai of Greeley hires out. I was not able to inspect the cars paint after this repair was made as it was dark outside and I wasn't even offered a well lit area to inspect the vehicle. After arriving home late at night I pulled into my garage and noticed that the car had been over buffed and some of the paint had been stripped off of the rear spoiler near where the scratches had been buffed out. The manager actually insinuated that I damaged my brand new car and was trying to cause problems for them. These people will tell you anything to get you to purchase a car, don't waste your time, please go anywhere else, their deals may seem good, but there is very little or no after sales support. To make the situation even better, their service department is equally as bad, if not worse than their sales and leasing department.

I love Hyundai so it wasn't a matter of which car but which dealership. Hyundai of Greeley provided the most laid back, easy car buying experience ever. I got a very fair trade value and the price and financing of my new car was exactly what I wanted. Patrick, who helped us out, was the absolute best. Sheridan did a wonderful job. She was up front with us. We had a rocky start and ending but she took care of our concerns. Also Jack in the service department was wonderful. They both took care of our concerns. We would go back there for our second car. Not only did they talk with me but also my girlfriend because it was her car. You know there are plenty of Hyundai dealerships in the metro area, yet the one's I look a didn't have the specific vehicle I was looking for. Which was a 2013+ Genesis Coupe, which is a very niche market vehicle. When I called and asked if vehicle was still available it was, Since I live in Arvada, its quite a long drive never been to Greeley, when I got there it was a small dealership to say the least. So I had low expectations, but was I surprised, met up with Scott Adeler. Whom broke down the walls and made me feel comfortable, calm, and excited about Hyundai. Now a professional, like this knows how to handle this specific type of customer. On the test we talked about normal things, not so much the car. Because this type of customer knows all the ins and outs of said vehicle. I would say its like buying from a trusted friend someone who knows you giving you the truth. The financing, is top notch got excellent advice, and recommendations based off my needs. This whole process took less than 2 hours including test drive, it actually took me longer to drive there and back. In Summary Top notch sales, great service, Best of Best financing, small dealership, Big on customer satisfaction. But well trained and personable staff, Thanks SOOOO... Much for helping me obtain. I was looking for a specific Santa Fe, they found it and brought it from the other dealership in New Jersey! I was dealing with 2 other dealerships trying to do the same thing for me and they were the ones able to get it done without gouging me on the shipping fee. They gave me everything in writing, including a copy of the window sticker for the vehicle that was being shipped here so I could verify it had everything I was looking for. I got the vehicle I wanted with options I wanted but would not have paid for all for the price I expected to pay without the options!

I recently purchased a car from Hyundai of Greeley and my experience was awesome. Scott Adeler was my sales representative and he was extremely helpful from the beginning of my shopping process. After working with Scott, I worked with the finance group and it was very simple, and they got me in and out of there in no time. I ended up also getting some work done to my car through their service department, and though I live 30 minutes from there and have many other options, I would use their service department again. They are very polite, have great communication, and their number one goal is to please the customer. I accidentally left my ID the day I dropped my car off for service, and without asking, the service department had already sent a representative to my office (30 mins away) to get my ID back to me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my first Hyundai Santa Fe in 2012 and had a great experience. In March of 2015 following an accident that totaled my 2012 Hyundai I found the local dealership more than willing to work with my Insurance company to insure my new 2015 Santa Fe Sport 2OT met my new car needs. They even transferred a credit for the unused portion of my extended warranty purchase from the 2012 to the 2015 saving me the impact of a full price limited warranty extension. My wife and I enjoy our Hyundai Santa Fe Sport because it both of our driving styles and anatomical differences. We compared four other vehicles and found none with the value and safety record rating equal to the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2OT. From start to finish my experience was not like others dealers I've been to. Very friendly and courteous. I let them know what I was look for and what I wanted to spend. Sheridan showed me what was available and asked if I would like to drive any of the ones I looked at. She retrieved keys and started my test drives. Ask to have them put up on the rack to view the under carriage. Drove as I pleased to test 4 wheel drive, turning nature etc. Guess I tried to drive like it was mine and have a fun testing experience! I never experienced pushiness from sales to final financing. It was a pleasure to do business :-)

We have been to Hyundai of Greeley many times over the past 7 years. We live about 120 miles from Greeley but we have felt fairly treated by the staff. Jack is a winner. He has treated us fairly and always with a smile.Yesterday we brought our third Hyundai Sonata. The sales team of Patrick Skinner and Luke Tann treated us fairly. They were easy to talk to and listened carefully to what we wanted in a Sonata. Patrick placed in a car that met our needs patiently and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. Luke worked out the details of the deal completely to our satisfaction.

Went in for an oil change on our 2007 Sonata. Patrick offered to prepare a quote on a new vehicle if I had any interest in selling, which at the time I had no interest whatsoever. Patrick made one phone call, and upon my answering with a no, didn't pursue or "hound" me about buying. A couple of oiil changes later, I sought out Patrick, and asked him to give me another quote. I purchased my Hyundai Sonata Limited here. The sales rep came quickly and answered questions knowledgeably, bu there was no high pressure on sales. I came in with bids from TrueCar competitors in the area, although they were not among the TrueCar listings, they were able to come fairly close to the best bid. I chose this dealer because they are near to my location and they have exceptional customer ratings ratings for their Service Department. Three days after purchase, I returned with additional questions and their help was exceptional. The people in the Parts Department were very helpful regarding accessories.No comment yet on the Service Department as I have only talked with the Service Manager but have not had any work done yet.

We used to take our Hyundai here to get regular check-ups and for needed service. Before we left on vacation they did some repair work. Our drive sounded funny, but we both agreed that maybe it was just because we had a bunch of repair work done on it. The next day we took it to the local dealership where we were on vacation. They did not tighten a bolt which meant that the wheel on our car could have come loose. It just got worse from there. Don't do business with this dealership. The meaning of customer service in unknown to them. Oh - and be careful ladies. They like to do things to your car that aren't necessary.

I did buy my Hyundai Elantra here but to be honest I am traditionally leery of dealer service departments. Well, have I been surprised. Sure, I did expect the service to be okay but to get excellent service at a price that is competitive with a local repair shop? I thought no way. The service department alone will get me to come back when I need another car. On two visits they provided no cost solutions. On my most recent visit they took out a charge because they felt it was something that should have been taken care of before I bought the car. That is integrity and honesty that is often rare to find.

I always take my 2010 Sonata into the dealership for service. My last trip was for an oil change and front brake replacement.I decided to bring in my laptop, and work while service was performed. WiFi was fast, and so was the service time. I was out of there in about two hours. Everyone was friendly. I was very impressed with the folks at Greeley Hyundai especially the salesman, Patrick Skinner. He was very friendly and gave me the impression that he was out to help me find what I needed. I never bought a car where the salesman gave follow calls even almost 2 months later to make sure I was happy with my car. No matter how small a question I had, he was there to help me. Thanks Patrick Skinner. It was worth the extra trip to Greeley to get such personable service.

My wife and I decided it was time to replace our 1st Hyundai, a 2001 Santa Fe with a new or newer Tucson. After spending a few days on the internet searching for deals on new and used vehicles and test driving a 2015 GLS model, I came across exactly what we wanted and at a price we could afford. I sent an e-mail to Hyundai of Greeley and received a prompt reply from Patrick Skinner. I gave him a call, asked a few questions and we decided to make the 1 hour drive to Greeley the next day. Patrick had the car waiting for us in the garage (it was getting very cold outside) warmed up and ready for a test drive. After the drive, Patrick showed us payment options and we didn't hesitate to purchase the vehicle. There was no pressure at all, the car was perfect for us and only had a little over 16,000 miles. The stars were aligned. They even stayed open 2 more hours to complete the sale. I highly recommend working with this dealership. Now if I can only talk my wife into trading her 2001 Tiburon for a 2014 Veloster Turbo...

Utilized blue link service to schedule new vehicle maintenance. Upon arrival at service department, I was all greeted with friendly smiles as always. Appointment confirmed prior to actual visit. New blue link service is exceptional. Very easy to schedule service appointments with the latest technology. Service Manager Jack, and Service Writer Jason, were exceptional in their customer service. I've come to expect no less then the exceptional customer service they always provide. I had a basic four wheel alignment, tire rotation , and oil change as part of my new vehicle maintenance. When my wife and I started looking to replace her car with a new one I dreaded the the old pressure game and trailing sales people routine but when we stopped at Hyundai of Greeley, what a surprise. Josh was the model of what a car salesman should be. The man was amazing-- friendly, very knowledgeable of the cars and features and took the time to explain in detail that we could understand any questions that we had. No pressure but a willingness to understand and explain answers to our questions was very impressive. With out a second thought I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality automobile just because of the folks working there with a special nod to Josh.

Had Warranty Service work done to Veloster due to blemish on steering wheel leather. Dealer ordered and replaced steering wheel unit. During this process, Service Manager-Jack and technician-Doug were (AWESOME) in customer service level while processing my vehicle. The Service Department put me in a new 2014 Hyundai as my loaner vehicle for the day. The technician took time to explain the replacement process, as I was concerned about the air bag and disconnecting the current (battery). The team completed my car ahead of schedule, the tech did a great job and left no indication work had been done to my car. Leather seat was covered with plastic and floor mat covered with paper mat. It's feeling pretty good to be a 1st time Hyundai owner, thanks Greeley Hyundai.

Who would have known that at my mid age I'd be looking at 2014, turbo Veloster. I walked onto the Hyuandai lot sometime in May. Looking at the unique, sporty looking 3 door coupe? Hatchback? Hot hatchback? know as, Veloster. I spent an hour with , Patrick Skinner asking questions and test driving 3 different models. I left that evening more enlightened of the vehicles engineering and design. I was interested in a red, turbo version of Veloster. The team was more than willing to dealer find one for me but I was not ready to commit. It took 2-3 weeks of emailimg, phone calls and a final drive to hyuandai. They had just received a new, red, manual turbo veloster off the truck. Patrick and team let me drive it home to my wife, we drove back to dealership to negotiate price & trade of a new 2013 kia rio hatchback. Dealer manager, Mr. Ziegler and Patrick treated us most excellent all around figures and we signed for our new, chilled ride. Who says you have to be 20 something to own a Veloster!

I purchased my Santa Fe from Josh Trevino Sales Consultant. They looked around the state to find the vehicle I wanted, had the car delivered, added a couple of dealer options and the process went very smoothly. Josh was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles options and made sure I had a good understanding of how they worked and how to change the programming to suit my purpose. I have called or visited Hyundai of Greeley on several occasions and they have always answered my questions.

My husband is deployed to Afghanistan and I was not able to visit the dealership to buy a new car because my children's 3 carseats would not fit in our current car. I called Hyundai of Greeley to ask a few questions about a new car and Patrick Skinner answered the phone. I am so grateful he did. Patrick is a wonderful person to work with. He will go above and beyond the call of duty. He drove two hours to my home to let me test drive a car and see if my 3 carseats would fit in the back of the car. He worked to find a car that fit my particular needs and budget. Then he drive back to my home to deliver my car and do the paperwork with me at my kitchen table. I was never pressured to buy and in fact was quite demanding about what I needed. Patrick met all of my demands and delivered me a beautiful car with no stress. I won't buy another car again without Patrick and the team in Greeley.

I bought a used Hyundai about 3 weeks ago. Last Thursday the Sonata would not start when I had to go to work. I jumped the car and took it back to the dealer. They apologized for the issue and tested the car. They found a dead battery and replaced at no charge. At first I was very angry but then realized I did buy a used 2008 Sonata with 77,000 miles. Turns out the battery they replaced was the original. Go figure, I am happy with this dealer.

My experience began online through email. Usually when you email a dealer and give them specifics of your situation, what you're looking for, where the pricing has to be to make it work, etc., the normal response is "come on in we've got the car for you". Not with Marcus. He actually read my email, looked at his inventory, looked at my entire situation, and then came back to me with options - over the email! I felt like I was in control - it was my desire to purchase - and not just his to sell another car. Over a period of maybe 5 emails back and forth - I (me) made the decision based on his emails which car I would want and deal that would fit my situation - and decided to go visit Marcus and do the deal.When I arrived Marcus was there to meet me and introduced my wife and I to Patrick who took us out and showed us our color choices.We drove the car with Patrick and came back in to sit down with him and "do the deal".The deal turned out to be exactly what Marcus said it would be - no surprises, no gimmicks, no bait & switch....just a completely honest transaction that came about exactly as promised! It was an excellent experience and my wife commented to me as we drove home with our new car that these guys were the nicest people she's ever met in the car industry - and just over all "good guys".I would strongly recommend Marcus and Patrick and the guys at Hyundai of Greeley to anyone looking for a truly honest deal that you can drive away with the car of your choice with the deal that fits your budget.Gary Reynolds

My car was totaled in the last big snow storm. Also, I completed my chapter 7 bankruptcy last summer, so I knew I would have a hard time financing a car. To say the least my credit is bad and I am always nervous when it comes to buying anything on credit. With a $1000 to my name I called in and spoke to Mr. Silva, he told me Hyundai of Greeley had a credit rebounding program and credit rebounding cars. I made and appointment and when I arrived, Kevin Rich greeted me at the door. Kevin also started the process of checking my credit and with-in 15 minutes he and Mr. Silva had me approved. They showed me 3 different cars I could buy, I picked me and in 45 minutes the paperwork was complete. I only had one word, WOW! Thank you Hyundai of Greeley!

Mark Grantner went out of his way to help us proceed with the purchase of a Santa FeGLS. He was informative, courteous, gracious, and attentive to our questions and responses. Mark discovered that a problem had come up with the printer, causing usto wait longer for paperwork; he was entertaining, again responsive to our need forwater, and stayed with us until a solution was worked out.Mark gave us floor mats, arranged for a lovely low interest rate, and was someone I would return to when I need another car.It was a delightful experience, the best ever.

I had my 2010 Accent serviced there, and loved the service department. However, while there I shopped for a new car and test drove 2. During the sales process, I was not told the truth as I found the same car the next day online for $300.00 less than what they told me face-to-face. Buyer beware, and shop online first before talking to these sales people.
