Find better mechanics. They couldn't diagnose simple issues. Not sure how I ended up paying close to 300 dollars for my husband to diagnose the car. Pathetic. The only saving grace was the service staff I dealt with. She was a pleasure and did the best she could despite so many incompetent coworkers.

Ms.Fowler mr.young and ms.Stephanie white was amazing ms.white went over and beyond for us to make sure we left with a great car. I told mama.white what issues I had with my old car and she told me well we’re going to get you and your son out of that hot car and she did just that. Unlike Kia the dealership that was across from them that judged me as soon as I walked in and never even tried to run my credit oh well their loss me.white ran mines and we are now driving a 2021 Hyundai thank you so much

Very quickly after arriving we were greeted by a salesman. He asked what i was looking for and once i showed him he grabbed the keys. As we rode around he mentioned all the wonderful features while also learning more about me and my friend. Very personable salesman who spent more time showing me what the vehicle offered rather than just trying to "sell" me on it. He even offered an extended test drive which sealed the deal for me. Even before signing the paper work i mentioned wanting all weather floor mats and Ben went to sales and had them ordered for me. Great experience from great people. Even got the special financing deal i wanted. And wasn't pressured into buying extras that i really did not want.

Went to Hyundai of Greer on a Sunday to look at the car that I did wind up purchasing later on in the week. Test drove the car etc. They had to work on getting figures in my area that I wanted to be in so they showed me another car that was like the car I had first test drove just without some of the options as the first. I did not like that car and made it very plain I didn't want that car. So over the next few days Hyundai of Greer made it happen for me to get the car that I really liked from the beginning. It took a little extra time but nothing that I will ever complain about. It has been two weeks and two days and I am still on my first tank of gas.......

This is was my first time trading a car. My experience with Hyundai of Greer was Phenomenal. I contacted their online prior to coming in, the staff set up an appointment with Tyler , which he was as always very prompt. Working with Tyler was a pleasure as he is very knowledgeable about his cars, gives good advice, not high pressure, and works with you. Tyler has lots of patience to show you the difference in the car models as well as color schemes on each car. He tries his best to work the numbers for the customer to make the best and fair deal for both sides and not prolong the process. For a large dealership the people at Hyundai of Greer make you feel comfortable and wanted as a customer, just a great facility and people.

As soon as we pulled on the lot we were greeted by Tyler. He was very easy to talk to while explaining our needs. He helped us find a vehicle that suited our family. The only problem we had was the man who finalized our paperwork. I explained to him I wanted my wife's name on the vehicle and he assured me she would be. When I got paperwork she was not. Other than that, I would buy a car from Tyler again.

You learn gimmicks of a salesperson very fast, but Mike C at Hyundai of Greer is the coolest, nicest guy ever. Very disappointed in the dishonesty. We were told the car was there and ready to be picked up. And when we got there they were still searching for a car that we had requested the day before. We live 20 miles away, and made a worthless trip. Did not appreciate the constant lies. Then was told for our troubles would throw in a warranty. When we got to finance to do paperwork they had added the cost of the warranty to our cost. They had price matched the car from another dealership. When all said and done, we paid the original price once the "included warranty for.our troubles," was added. All they had to do was be honest, and say they were still looking for a car, instead of lying.

Had to go back to dealership several times to take pay stubs and such seems like they would know what I needed but to eager to make a deal then paying attention to detail. We bought my daughter a Hyundai a week ago from Hyundai of Greer. Sales associates were very nice and helped us a lot. However, the tire blew out on the car a week after we had it. We took it back to Hyundai and left it there. One of the service department employees called my daughter and was very rude to her and told her there was $2000 worth of damage. My husband then called them back and when he ask to talk to the manager he was hung up on. Later that day when my daughter and I went back to the dealership, one of the service department employees cussed to my daughter about having to put the car back on the lift so we could see the "damage". We took the car to another place to be fixed as Hyundai of Greer will never have my business again. I have put my experience on all my social media accounts so that my friends and family are aware of how we were treated and so that they will not have to have the same experience.

Boy you would not believe my review of Hyundai of Greer My car was carried to their service department for diagnosis and repair.They advised that my vehicle needed this and that so being I had a Hyundai and was at the Hyundai dealership I felt comfortable leaving my car there for repair. They charged me over four hundred dollars .My son drove the car and same reaction from my vehicle telling me the problem had not been corrected but I had given them $400.00 of my money.They diagnosed it again and now said its the solenoid in my transmission.They said parts were very hard to get as car is so old.I took it to Aramco and they told me something entirely different.I spoke with Mr Davis who said he would check into it and her back with me which he did.A MrArnold told me in person that he had discussed the situation with Mr Davis and they decided to refund one half my monies paid and I agreed that would be fair.I waited and called each day to see if my check was written always being told check request had not been made, finally after over a week I spoke with Mr Arnold in upper management who had told me he was sending me a check,now he said since our first conversation that my son had gone to their service department and expressed his feelings about the entire deal of repairing his car since this was the vehicle he has to use in his emp,payment and was afraid of having no car may lose his job.MrArnold said due to my son expressing his opinion of their service repair and my car repair and due to this HE WAS TAKING BACK HIS PROMISE OF RETURNING PART OF MY MONIES PAID. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHY HE GETS UPSET WITH ONE PERSON AND CAUSES HIM TO TAKE IT OUT ON ANOTHER PERSON AND CAUSED HIM TO RETRACT HIS PROMISE TO SETTLE WITH ME WHICH I CALL SPEAKING FROM BOTH SIDES OF YOUR MOUTH TELLING ONE THING THEN DOING ANOTHER . I EXPECT A MAN TO BE AS GOOD AS AS WHAT HE SAYS ESPECIALLY WHEN THIS PERSONIS IN UPPER MANAGEMENT. Financing could take less time and some staff could be a littler friedlier. When a loyal customer refers others and expects the $100 compensation please pay them. That is very misleading! There is also a lack of communication between dealers and finance Tha causes confusion with the customer. I would still recommend Hyundai the cars are great.

I took my car to Hyundai of Greer late last friday evening with a nail in the side of the tire. Chris King (Service advisor) greeted me and checked the tire and told me the tire would need to be replaced because it was on the side. He confirmed this with the service technician who also found another nail in the same tire. Chris was so kind and courteous. Lucus (parts department) called repeatedly to get a tire as he was going to go pick it up but one could not be found. So I had to tell them about the long trip I needed to make the next morning. Chris and Lucus took immediate ownership and ordered the tire, had a brand new tire put on so I could make the trip! They gave me the confidence to know that I would be safe. When I brought my car in today, they put the new tire on and waived any charges! I have been bringing my car to this dealership for the past 4 years and they repeatedly go above and beyond!!!! Thank you Chris and Lucus for going out of your way to help me and then showing me that you REALLY care.

Replaced a working part with one that didn't work. Left oil drain plug very loose so oil leaked in driveway, yet oil is still overfull. Couldn't correctly copy name and address from drivers license and never called when car was ready. Didn't want to talk to us when we called back about the issues. Put a/c on max recirculation and must have spent quite a bit of time sitting in it based on the stench of body odor and the gasoline used. Very unprofessional service and would not recommend if you care about your car at all.

Originally had an issue with the used Kia I purchased from this Hyundai dealership, everything was great except the trim level of the vehicle was accidentally misrepresented. It was listed as an "!" model when really it was a "+". This was just a misunderstanding, they sell Hyundai's and this was my first car purchase, so neither of us were experts in the various options and features associated with the different trim levels of a Kia. There was a decent price difference though between the two models on KBB so I contacted the General Manager Fred Davis about the issue. He immediately offered to go over the details with me and help any way he could. After Fred and I talked it over we were able to reach a mutual agreement and I can now say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Hyundai of Greer. My original sales guy was extremely helpful and low pressure which was great since I was nervous about buying my first car, and upon my return arrival to speak with Fred, as I waited I had at least four different associates approach and greet me, offer assistance, offer me drinks while I waited, chit-chat, and one even went as far as to get under the hood of my Kia to try and help confirm engine specs associated with my issue even though he was a sales guy and had nothing to personally gain!The customer service here was by far the best I've ever received. I thought they were good when I came in to buy the car originally but even coming back in as an upset customer wanting to get money back rather than spend it I was blown away by how well they treated me. Fred Davis was an exceptionally helpful manager and he seemed to really care about his customers and making sure I walked out happy.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster from this dealer and while I like the car, I have reservations about the dealership. I believe the salesman, Andy Georgia, took advantage of me and sold me the car for more than the sticker price. Yes, I could have said no. I didn't. I was confused and led to believe the car had been priced lower from the start. I should have been more careful and asked more questions. But that doesn't give them the right to take advantage. The salesman also did not make me aware of the military service rebate Hyundai had going on. It was not until I went back to speak to Fred Davis that I learned of it. I turned in the required paperwork but, somehow, it was never filed and the rebate never arrived. I do have to give Mr. Davis credit though, he was apologetic and did make sure that I got that rebate. He was unaware that it had not been handled correctly.

The buying experience was fine and the price was good. The after sale follow up was totallymessed up. They did not call the insurance company as promised. They did not send serviceoffers as promised. They lost my Credit Card information. They lost my Drivers Liscence information.I have emailed them several times with absolutely no response. I'm very concerned that theywill handle the title and registration correctly.

Pam was really great. Made me at ease, is a very kind person, and did her best to help. I was bent on getting a dodge avenger and they had one, but unfortunately it had manual seats as opposed to power ones which was a big selling point for me as I'm 6'4 and need the easy leg space. We weren't able to come to a deal, but it wasn't her fault.I would recommend going here and seeing Pam anytime(she was only associate I dealt with and was great.)

I had the pleasure of meeting with Pam Peterson and she took in consideration of my needs, my ability to handle the pressures of a new vehicle and the comfort that I needed in the vehicle. I was not expecting to drive off with a new car, thinking that I would have to visit several before I was satified with what I wanted. Pam, listened to me and my husband and she let us do what we needed to do to make up our minds. She talked about everything that was for our benifit in making decisions right for us. She allowed for us ask the hard questions and she didn't hesitate in saying "I don't know" to questions that she was not familiar with. The great part is that she went and got answers that satified us. I have never met anyone as wonderful as Pam whose first concern was the customers. She made us feel special and that it was all about us at that time. Her entire attention was on us; she didn't run between us and other people, it was entirely on us and what we needed. Hyundia of Greer you just don't know have great it is to have a sales person as personable and caring as Pam Peterson. If we had to do it all over again, I would if Pam is there to take us through the journey.I am very pleased with our purchase and glad that we were led there just to meet Pam.

I hate to even be writing this review as I have written a great review for this dealership a few months ago when my husband and I purchased our new Sonata Hybrid. During that visit we had such a great experience that we decided when we received tax money back that we were going to go back to Hyundai of Greer to buy my husbands car. However this time the experience left much to be desired, we went for a test drive and did a credit application at the beginning of the month (I believe it was April 2) we went home and expected to get an answer as far as what we were looking at number wise within the next day or so. However noone called us, instead my husband was stuck calling Oscar multiple times a day to hear that he hadn't heard anything. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a week, we went to finish the deal or actually start it and we were completely ignored. It did not seem to be a priority to wait on us even though we had bought a car there two months ago. We would ask a question and get the run around, we were told multiple things from "the bank said you can only be approved on a new car" to "were still waiting on the numbers on the car you were looking at." After being at the dealership for about an hour we called Dick Smith Hyundai to see if someone there could help us, we let Oscar know that we were done and leaving. He tried to get my husband to stay by saying that because it was our second car it took longer, we were fine with longer however a week is a little insane to get a yes or no answer. Dick Smith was able to get us a better price on a new car and get us financing and we were only there for an hour and a half. We will be going back tomorrow to get our new car and at this point I am so appalled with Hyundai of Greer I will most likely be taking my service appointments to Dick Smith.

In short, she was an accomplished listener, sensing our reservations and addressing each one with patience, good humor, and grace. Her written and verbal followups after our purchase were not only sincere, they were unexpected.Pamela Peterson is the auto sales person every car buyer hopes to find ... but often doesn't. If we needed any further evidence of Pamela Peterson's exceptional salesmanship, several days after our purchase, a Hyundai competitor we had contacted briefly by email, wrote us an email stating, and I quote, "We always beat Hyundai of Greer prices. Sorry you overpaid for your Hyundai." Any sales person who uses the putdown of a competitor to advance a sale is precisely the kind of person who shouldn't be in sales. We first purchased a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Greer in December of 2011. Hyundai of Greer was able to find the car that we wanted when other dealerships failed. Fred Davis has especially gone above and beyond what we had expected. Just recently we took the car in to have paint damage on the bumper fixed, and Fred was able to repair the paint damage for no charge as a thanks for being such loyal customers. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car or to have service performed.

My son was looking to purchase his first "new" car. He asked me to come along to assist him. The salesmen were very helpful and assisted us in finding the right car. That was a good experience. We traded in another vehicle on the new car and transferred the existing tag to the new car. The salesman placed the transferred tag on the new car before we drove it off the lot. A month or so later a new tag showed up in the mail at our residence. I called the dealership and spoke with one of the ladies that do the paperwork for the license plates. She stated that they couldn't transfer the tag so they ordered a new one. I explained to her that all of the paperwork was completed to do the transfer. As a matter of fact, while doing the paperwork, I questioned the amount they were charging to transfer the tag and we were told that it was the same price to transfer or get a new tag. I explained that we just paid the taxes and that the new vehicle taxes would be much more. The original tag was in my husband's name and the new vehicle was listed in my name and my son's name. All three of us were present when all of the paperwork was completed. I told her at minimum someone should have called us about having a problem with transferring the tag and we could have corrected the paperwork. I told her they needed to make it right. they either needed to fix the tag or pay the taxes. She said we just needed to turn the old tag in. I told her that wasn't acceptable and ask to speak to her supervisor. I was transferred to a female that stated she was the finance manager. I explained the whole situation to her and she stated that she didn't know and that they would have to call me back. I waited several weeks with no response. I went up to the dealership and spoke to the salesman that sold us the car. I explained to him what had happened. I was referred to the finance manage. I again explained the entire situation to him. I asked him if they had a female finance manager and he said no. I also asked him about the charge for buying vs. transferring a tag. He said they charge different amounts based on buying vs. transferring a tag. Obviously, two people lied or didn't know what they were talking about concerning these two points. I explained to him that they either needed to fix the tag or pay the taxes. He stated that I would need to speak to the general manager, Fred Davis, and that he would resolve it. I was told that he would be in later in the day so I left my number. No one ever called back. My son went to the dealership last week and again spoke with the finance manager. He was told that they couldn't transfer the tag and that basically he was stuck with it.My husband and I have purchased four vehicles from Toyota of Greer and then this one from Hyundai of Greer over the past nine years. We have been loyal customers and have also referred friends that have purchased multiple vehicles. I don't feel that we had an unreasonable request. Because the dealership refused to resolve this, we were forced to pay the taxes on the new car tag to the tune of $540. After posting this review, we were contacted by the General Manager and he resolved the issue by taking care of the taxes on the new tag.Thank you for the resolution!Thomas & Regina Nowak

I went to Hyundai of Greer to test drive a Volkswagen Passat they had on their lot. I was met by an awesome sales team. I test drove the Passat but didn't like the base model they had.The salesman determined what I was truly looking for a car that would seat 5 people, safety, good mpg, sunroof, leather interior, Bluetooth connectivity options for my IPhone, and a back up camera. My sales associate put me in an Azera. We test drove it and I was blown away. It had ALL the features I wanted and more!! I had been working with the Volkswagen dealership in town but the sticking point was down payment required and trade in value on my existing car. The team at Hyundai of Greer made it happen! They helped me with the trade in value of my car, they helped me obtain financing and worked with me on the down payment. Where the Volkswagen dealership want willing to find a solution, Hyundai of Greer went above and beyond to make it happen!! I absolutely recommend them not only for the quality of car that they sell, but for the can do attitude of finding the appropriate solutions for their customers. I never felt pressured during the process, but truly felt like they had my best interest at heart. I drive a lot of miles and have already had my car serviced twice. They don't just change my oil. They vacuum the car, wash the car and it leaves looking brand new! The people in the Service Department are Awesome! Michelle, the customer relations concierge called to find out how my experience was with the service. She really wanted my opinion. In summary, you will not be disappointed with the sales or service at Hyundai of Greer.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at Hyundai of Greer! I had scheduled an appointment with Ms. Peterson, but as soon as I pulled into the dealership lot, many staff members offered assistance. Ms. Peterson and I test drove a few vehicles, and she was very patient with me. I never felt "rushed" or as if I was taking up her time. She Answered my questions and was very helpful. When it came time to "talk financing", Ms. Peterson went above and beyond to help me drive away in the car that I wanted. I must say that Mr. Davis and Ms. Willoughby were also very helpful. I had not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years, and I felt "taken care of" during this process. After signing and closing the deal, the entire staff welcomed me to the Hyundai family. I also appreciate the fact that you can access their deals and carfax information online. It is the little things like this that made the experience most pleasant.

My husband and I had been living with one car for over 3 years. It was time for me to have my own car to drive and I wanted a sedan that was comfortable, yet would give me very good gas mileage. I had heard that Hyundai of Greer was a dealership where one might be able to get a fair deal. Well, upon our arrival at the dealership we were immediately greeted by Pamela Peterson who was very informative and listened to our needs and specifications. She was quite patient with us and helped us to find just the right car, a Hyundai Sonata. It is so comfortable to ride in and my husband and I fight over who drives it. Thanks to Pamela's help, we sent our daughter to her when she needed a new car. Thank's Pamela for going to so much trouble for us!

I bought my Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Greer after I wrecked my car last year. I worked with Steve Jenkins who was absolutely wonderful! I contacted Steve before I visited the dealership because I knew what car I wanted. Steve sent me pictures of some cars they had on the lot. I visited the dealership after work and wanted to have it narrowed down. Before I got there, I already knew a price for the car. Steve provided me with resources to compare and I had friends recommend some of the same sites. The price was right where it should be. When I got there, I got an even better deal than I expected. When my husband was involved in an accident later in the year, we immediately got in touch with Steve. My husband had been looking at the Veloster when I bought my Elantra, so we knew what we wanted and where to go. Again, we already knew the car and price before we ever visited the dealership. Rancey picked me up at work and we drove the Veloster. The paperwork was ready when I got there. They saved us money and time. I would definitely recommend this dealership! They are friendly and respect your time and stay in touch after the sale. I have taken the Elantra there for service and almost time to schedule my second sevice visit. The service department was awesome as well.

We started our search for a new Hyundai online. We had read several BAD reviews about the dealerships in the Charlotte area! Several onlineconsumer ratings proclaimed their happiness with this dealership, so we decided to give them a chance. We became acquainted with Pam Peterson thru their website. She was extremely knowledgable & straight forward, (i.e. honest)! So we decided to make a 3 hour drive from Matthews, NC. When we arrived, she greeted us with open arms, like we were already family. While we were looking at new cars, a couple who had just bought a car from her approached & told us how happy they were with her & their experience. That just added to our already GREAT impression of this dealership! Props to her!!! We still have several months left in our GM lease, so this is all ground work for our next new car. When we explained this to her, she felt is was appropriate for us to meet her manager, Greg Zmirak. Again, another TOP NOTCH professional! He wasn't too pushy, like most dealers, but he did try to structure an exceptional deal for us to get out of our lease early! Unfortunately, we had alot of negative equity from our previous GM lease, that we rolled into our current lease, & were unable to work it out at this time. We have all intentions of returning to Hyundai of Greer, when we get to the end of our lease. The treatment we recieved 3 hours away from home, in our eyes, justifies anther trip to Greer! We look forward to doing business with Greg & Pam in the future!

Salesperson(Steve) was very friendly and non pressuring. He made my buying experience, which is normally very distasteful for me, fairly enjoyable. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a car comparable to Honda or Toyota to visit Hyndai Greer and avoid the pushy sales reps at the aforementioned mfrs.

We had heard many good things and read some positive articles on the reliability of a Hyundai and we also heard many people from our area go down to Greer to purchase, so we got in touch with Pam Peterson via email at hyundaiofgreer.com and later came in from out of town looking for a deal on a "lightly used" recent model. Pam was very friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable; she answered all of our questions via email as well as in person and was delightful to do business with. Greg Zmirak also helped us with the sale by going the extra mile in giving us all the information and details we were looking for and then-some, Greg was very nice and pleasant to talk to as well. It is possible to have an enjoyable , pleasant experience when purchasing a new car.This was proven to me yesterday at Hyundai of Greer S.C.I was greeted by Pam Peterson, who offered me a hot cup of cofee on a very cold a.m..Her listening and questioning skills quickly i.d. my needs in a vehicle.She took me to two cars that met my specs and during a walk around and sit-in her product knowlledge and pride of product was noticeable.After two test drives she introduced me to Greg Zmirak, Sales Mgr.Past experiences made me think " o.k. here comes the pressure and stress ". To my relief he was friendly and reassuring about my choice. he offered me various options and terms regarding the transaction.We reached a fair agreement with no pressure.They were a good team. Greg then toured the dealership with me , introducing me to key personnel I needed to interact with in the future.Finally he gave me his card and offered me his direct intercession with any questions and problems that might occur. After buying and leasing cars for 50 years, I left a dealership feeling smart and proud of my new car and friends at Greer Hyundai.

We went to the dealership because we knew that we wanted a car, but we really weren't sure if we wanted a new or used car, and if we wanted to buy or lease. But our salesperson (Pam) spent a great deal of time with us going over all of our options, answering all of our very many questions, and she was really extremely helpful. I would say that she was the best salesperson we have ever had. My husband and I both agreed on this. We felt that not only was she a very honest salesperson, but she went out of her way to help us in every possible way. I have recommended her and the dealership to my friends and my husband is doing the same, and we would certainly go back to her again the next time we are in the market for a car.

Both times that I have taken my car (2013 Elantra) in for service I have received above excellent service from Donna Noonan & the Service Dept. They cleaned my car inside & out each time & I did not even have to ask. I have purchased numerous cars over the last 30 years & Hyundai of Greer Service Dept was one of the best ones I have ever had to work with. Donna Noonan goes out of her way to make sure that each visit to theService Dept is a good one. I encourage friends & relatives to purchase their next auto from this company.

My husband and I went to the dealership on a Sunday to test drive a Sonata Hybrid as we had already set up a loan for a used one at another dealership and we were just waiting on the car to be delivered from NC. We had no intention to buy new as we thought it would just be too expensive and out of our price range. After the test drive our salesman Oscar asked if we would let him run numbers and see what he could work out for us, we agreed still not expecting to be able to afford it. To our surprise the best they could do was significantly better with a lower payment, lower APR and included a three year maintenance plan. We were thrilled!!! Because it was so late they sent us home on a test drive and said they would give us a call within the next two days to fill out the paperwork and finalize the deal. They filled the car up and off we went. We didn't expect a call until Tuesday because of the following day being President's day but once again to our surprise we were called to come back in around 5pm to finalize everything. Oscar took his time setting up our online account and going over all the features of the car making sure to answer all questions. I am thrilled with our purchase and will be returning soon to trade in my husbands car and get him something he likes better. We will never go to another dealership and will recommend our salesman Oscar to our friends as well. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. If your looking for a new car check them out, you won't be sorry!!!

I just want to say what a great experience I had at Hyundai of Greer. Everyone, from the Sales Staff to the Finance Department, was very professional. I was not pressured and I always felt comfortable. This was how the car buying experience should be. I spoke with Steve over the phone, told him what I was looking for, and gave him my parameters. The entire team went above and beyond to make the deal happen. They did what other dealerships said could not be done. A HUGE "Thank You" to everyone at Hyundai of Greer, and a "Job Well Done".

i went to hyundai of greer to purchase a used car on a sat. i have good credit, had cash in my pocket but fred davis told me they were to busy to work with me and to come back on sunday. personally i thought that was extremely unprofessional but i came back anyway and bought the vehicle. i find out from a friend that works there a week later that the paperwork for my purchase hadnt been completed yet and that another sales person, wendy turner was attempting to sell my new car knowing that it was in my sitting in my driveway. then they were almost a week late on getting my new license plate to me because thier just plain lazy with thier paperwork. i would never let anyone i know buy a car from them again. that was the worst car experience ive ever had. oh and if your buying a new car from them, the smaller addendum price tag on all thier new cars is complete BS. it is only a way for them to "justify" charging you above msrp. TRUST ME, you can still buy every single new car for LESS then the MSRP price due to rebates and things that the dealer gets just for selling you the car. save yourself the headache and go to dick smith hyundai. thier more professional and will work a better deal.

I found the salespeople, including and ESPECIALLY the sales manager, to be extremely pushy and disrespectful. They pushed me to buy a particular car and wouldn't even let me compare 2 cars I was interested in. It's like they were making the decision for me. The sales manager walked out on me when I told him I wasn't going to buy a car that night I needed prices and to think about it. THen, when I asked to see the car's invoice, they REFUSED!!!! And laughed at me when I said that I wasn't buying a car without seeing the invoice. It was the worst experience, any car buyer's worst nightmare and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the Elantra and negotiated a fair price with the dealership. I could have gotten a Honda for a bit better but we liked the Hyundai interior and feel more than the Honda. To seal the deal we asked for 1 year free XM radio. They agreed, we shook hands, and purchased the car. They gave us a handwritten paper stating they owed us 1 year XM radio. We got the XM bill around 2 months later and took the car back for the first free oil change and check. We brought the bill and signed paper from the dealership saying they owed 1 year XM. The person that works with the XM providers in the service department came out and said that it was all taken care of and we had 1 year XM and would not get another bill until next year. Great! They did what they said! At least I thought so until today when I got a call from SiriusXM stating we owe $187.63 that was due two weeks ago and that if we did not call in to pay we would loose service today. I went into the glove compartment to look up the signed paper saying the dealership owed 1 year XM and,,,, it was missing. Just my word against theirs now. I called the dealership and asked to speak with the person who set up the XM but he was busy. I asked for the manager and got "A Manger" but he was not much interested in helping out. I indicated I would not be doing business with them in the future. He said he would check on things and call back but did not seem sincere so I just said "you aren't calling back are you"? He indicated that since I said that I was not going to do business there anymore he would check on it. Yeah, I bet, just like you said you paid the bill in the first place. I don't do business with people who don't keep their word.

My husband and I needed to purchase a 2nd car but could not afford a new car. We wanted a reliable used car. Pamela Peterson helped us find a wonderful Hyundai that only had about 10.000 miles and was like new. I went in for a oil change and thought I would look at some used cars. Pamela Peterson came over and we test drove some used cars . She recommended a new car but I said I could not afford one. She said what if I could find you one that could meet your price to pay a month would I consider one I said yes who wouldn't want a new car if the price was right,so we looked and test drove some and I found the the veracuse I ususally buy the sante fe's but I loved this car it had more room in it,and it drove great.And I purchased it and I have been very happy. She was very helpful and professional. The frendly service I was shown by her and Oscor was wonderful they both when way beyond any service I have ever hadand it made the buying experience for me and my husband a enjoyable one.I would recommend this location to friends and family. She also called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy and told me if I had any problems I could call her and she would help me out.I was so surprised most delers forget you once you buy from them.It was the nicest experience I have had and I would definetly come again and My husband has been going back for service on his vehicles.

I purchased my Santa Fee from Bradshaw Hyundia of Greer which is now Hyundia of Greer in 3/25/03 new. I have had every recommended maintenance done when it was time and on time. I would drive from Easley SC all the way to Greer to have the work done. But no more. Since the dealership changed, the service dept. went down. When it was Bradshaw, my wife would drop the car off for scheduled maintenance and Bradshaw would take my wife to a shopping place and come back and pick her up and would be presented with a clean freshly washed car. My last two contacts with the Hyundia of Greer service dept. has been disappointing. They could not look at the VIN and tell me what service had been performed and what was needed. I had service done in April, 2012 and was given a dirty car back. I called service today 6/21/12 to get a simple question, could not talk to a service person right then and they would call me. Never got the call and had to call back. Finally got a service writer to ask a simple question about AC, he did not know the answer, and a service teck didn't either and was told to look in my owners manual.Never going back.

Our salesman was Jeffrey Chastain. We couldn't of had a better, helpful, hardworking, guy! Jeff did all he could to mke a deal just like we wanted! I would recommend him as a truthfull car salesman!! As far as customer service. My car has supposedly been detailed twice. Both times the vehicle hadn't been vacuumed' wiped down inside, or been wet on the outside. All so They were supposed to tint my front two window to match the back ones. Still no tint or mention of it except by me! Huyndai of Greer is a great dealership over all. Someone to always help with any questions. Very knowledgeable about all the Huyndai vechicles. I'm sure my problems will have answers soon! Thumbs up to Huyndai!!! We love our Tucson!!!!
