The auto service and customer service were. the best service I've had since I relocated to the Las Vegas area in June. Carlos in service was awesome. He made us feel like valued customers by explaining what would be done with my vehicle. He shared some information about the dealership new look, and was just overall FRIENDLY. Hector in the Genesis area was exceptional . He came over to us and again, very friendly. I didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. My husband is interested in purchasing the Genesis, when we told him that we weren't going to purchase the vehicle at that moment, his attitude, professionalism, or anything else did not change. I can't say enough about this location. We have been to other dealerships in the area and HYUNDAI OF LAS VEGAS out rates them all. Their customer service is the boom and the grounds are extremely impressive. I highly recommend this dealership and I WILL definitely be back. I returned to Hyundai of Las Vegas on 10/08/2016 and spoke with the General Sales Manager named Lou. He told me what their general policy on this type of warranty saying this only applied to new vehicles. I told him that when I purchased this vehicle it was talked as a new car since it was certified.(The vehicle is a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited with 1650 miles on it.)After further discussion, Lou made a decision to accommodate my request. He approved my purchase of a 3 point Tire and Wheel warranty that will be good for 5 years. This will cover my premium alloy wheels that are expensive to replace.I was quite pleased with Managements decision to take care of me. My confidence in this dealership has been restored. I will use this dealership for any service that I will need in the future.

The quality of our experience at this Hyundai dealership is literally what won us over from Toyota. We got pricing from Ron and left to test drive a Camry - and were surprised to find ourselves coming back to Hyundai because the Toyota experience was so relatively poor! Everything else went lockstep since then, from financing paperwork to setting up our electronics in the vehicle, getting the green slip, and so forth. I recommend this dealership highly - it's the kind of customer experience you want and expect to deserve when spending this amount of money.

Found a used car online and sent email to inquire if available. Response was made by Allan Herdemian that the car was still available and that he will be working out a special deal for me. That is to assume a better deal than the internet price. A few days later, I informed him that I was interested in taking a look at the car that evening and I will give him a better time in the afternoon. Allan responded, that he will be at the dealership until close. 1 hour prior to my arrival, I informed Allan that I will be there at 6:30pm. Allans response, Perfect. Please ask for myself or Koji when you arrive. One of us will definitely be available for you. When we arrived, we asked for Allan or Koji. To my surprise, another sales person came. He informed us of good and bad news. The person said the Bad news is that the car was sent to auction earlier today day, so we are not able to show you the car, and had a bid for a higher amount than the internet price. Then he continued to tell us The Good newsthat they can pull it from auction the following day and will offer the internet price if we did the paperwork today. This is a perfect case of Bait and Switch!!! Deceitful business!!! The car is still listed on the internet on their website. Do Not Do Business with this Dealership!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They treat you great when you are buying the car. But as soon as you walk out the door with your new car, they could give a crap about you. First let me start off about how stupid my salesman (Omar Soto) was. He did not tell me about the upgraded package I could have gotten with my Elantra. He knew I was paying cash and that I would have been more than happy to pay for the upgraded package. When I went back to the dealership less than a week later to upgrade my car, they had the balls to tell me that it would cost me an additional $8,500 to trade in my car and upgrade to another Elantra with the better package. I said are you out of your mind. I'm not paying you an additional $8,500 for a $1,300 package. The idiot sales manager (Louie Mendoza) that I spoke with said he would speak to the general manger and that he would call me back. OF COURSE, the general manager NEVER called me. He's just as horrendous as the rest of them. Second, the dealership was VERY dishonest about the terms of the deal to the actual contract. I was told that there was NO charge for the VIN etching. When I finally got the final documents to sign after I agreed to purchase the car, they tacked on an additional $494.00 for the VIN etching. They are nothing but a bunch of charlatans. I should report them to the State Attorney General and have them investigated. They have this huge sign in the dealership that says how much their customers mean to them. Complete bull.

Prior to purchasing my 2016 Hyundai Accent, I had been taking the Bus to work and everywhere because my old Honda Civic had a blown clutch. Honda on Sahara didn't help me a car so I went to Planet Hyundai. All I can say is I used to be a dedicated Honda Enthusiast being my last to cars were civics but those days are history. My 2016 Accent with the Package is a great car and I'm planning to upgrade my car to either an Elantra or Sonata someday if possible.

Just bought the 2017 Hyundai Elantra two weeks ago and I love this car!! I got a great deal and it is beautiful inside and out. It has all the features I wanted, a rear backup camera, SiriusXM radio and it totally syncs up with my IPhone all I have to do is get in the car with my phone and it's live. It's so convenient and so much safer. It drives as good as it looks, very smooth. I highly recommend going down to Hyundai on West Sahara and taking a test drive. Normally I get a bad vibe from sales guys at dealerships. But at Hyundai of Las Vegas I did not feel the pressure as with other dealers. I was expecting the sales guys to run at me like vultures, but it was just the opposite. I didn't feel pressured, they let me look around and when I was ready I met my sales guy. Prior to going to Hyundai, I went to CarMax. That experience was different, there was a lot of sales pressure. I was "assigned" a sales guy, and he wanted to sell me stuff I couldn't afford. I felt very uncomfortable at CarMax. The thing I like the most about my experience at Hyundai was that my sales guy Ody Youkhana was very accommodating, made me feel like family.

Yes there was a wheel we were allowed to spend a prize wheel. It states buy a new car spend the wheel. My husband and I spun the wheel and won a free dinner. The general sales manager Bryan stated he would make sure we get our prize. 3 weeks later we have yet to recieve anything. I have called several times to the sales person Anthony, to the customer service rep and the general sales manager himself and he did not respond. It may seem like something small to them. But it was the principle that they did not keep their word and basically lied to us. Once we bought the car and signed on the dotted line they didn't care about us anymore. We still want our free dinner! They also ran around the bush when we antes to know the price of the car. With just a focus on payments. I was very surprised to learn what the actual price of the car was. Due to them just focusing on the payments. The one thing good I can say is they gave us an excellent trade in value.

From beginning to end the entire staff was wonderful. During the test drive the salesman was no pressure and very informative. After selecting the car we wanted to buy, we quickly arrived at a fair price and were completely done within 90 minutes. The salesman informed us of the buying process and approximately how long each step would take and it went exactly how it was described. We were quickly financed and the finance manager explained everything on each document we were to sign. When we took delivery, the staff introduced us to service and explained how to use all the functions of the car. We were offered many opportunities to ask questions and raise concerns. Each of our questions were met with clear and direct answers. The car was perfectly clean inside and out! I left feeling great about my purchase and I rolled out in style.

Before I write my review, I should clarify that I have owned two Hyundais and have leased two others. I went to the dealership with the intention of financing a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Jason and his manager, Parker, ended-up convincing us to go with the leasing option. Before signing the documents, we agreed on the following:1) My total and final out of the door cost2) My then leased car's excess mileage, which was in excess of the allowance3) A small paint chips on my previous car's back, right-hand side of the bumper. Jason personally went to see the car and told me the chip wouldn't be an issue and Paker several times confirmed that excess mileage wouldn't matter either. In fact, he encouraged me to get the lease because of the same benefit: If I would run in excess, I could just come in and trade-up. I decided to shake hands on one final condition: their team would help me cancel my existing warranty and get the balance of the payment (around $1,300), which I had already paid . Its been a month since the deal and instead of getting my $1,300 back, I owe Hyundai leasing around $2,200. I am being charged for canceling my lease 3 months in advance (which the dealership is now willing to pay), disposition ($400), body wear and tear and excess mileage (around $650 together). Parker and Jason never return any calls back. After I finally decided to visit Parker on a Saturday, he assured me that I would get a call back on Monday. I never did. I visited him the following Saturday and the same response. Nothing happened. I then decided to visit their leasing department and retention officer, Mr. Mensah, had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, its been five months, I still haven't heard back personally from Parker or Mr. Jason Blodgett. They are denying any conversation regarding mileage or wear and tear, and i still owe Hyundai money. I honestly feel swindled. I would not want any friend of mine to deal with this dealership. Total mess.

Wanted to find an SUV, so we bought a 2016 tucson. Entering the dealership we were greeted by KJ who was very professional and told us about the great sale that the dealership was having. After taking the car out for a test drive, KJ gave us figures right off the bat which gave us an idea of how much we were working with without checking my credit. This was nice. Then we both agreed on rates and terms/conditions after my credit was checked (I had good credit so it was fairly easy to come to an agreement) and we were out the door quick. The finance department was just as nice and professional. She was efficient and kind and made sure what I needed to do in a very easy way. I will definitely come back here. I have gone to Toyota, Ford and Honda dealerships prior to this visit in the city, and none of them could match that amount of amazing deals Hyundai had to offer as a company nor the deals brought about by the dealership itself.

Ronnie was very professional and knowledgeable of Hyundai products and services. I have been a loyal Mazda customer for 14 years but after my car was no longer covered under warranty but still had 6 months on my lease I decided to look into Hyundai because of their warranty coverage. In all the years of driving a Mazda I have never had a sales person like Ronnie who took the time to show us how to use features in the car and actually help me set up my phone's Bluetooth! In addition, he explained the Sirius XM radio to us which at Mazda they NEVER explained to me how to use this system. These small details are very important as cars today are equipped with some many new features that it is nice when someone takes the time to explain rather than just hand you the manual and you have to figure out everything yourself. I have a 4 year lease, but I feel confident at this point that I will be going back to the dealership to visit Ronnie at lease end. So far the Sonata we leased has been a pleasure to drive. Very comfortable car....thank you Ronnie!

Charles and Larry at Hyundai of Las Vegas were awesome. Charles was a pleasure to deal with and he took the time to get me into the car I wanted. I was turning in my previously leased vehicle and I wasn't too sure how that process worked. Charles explained the process well and I was able to get into another lease at a great price. From daylight to night, purchasing a car is no joke. Especially when you have a set price and set car on your mind. I had spent a few days doing my research in trying to select the best car for my needs and it seemed that the Hyundai Genesis 3.8 coupe was more my style. I needed the car car badly so we scheduled a time to buy the car right away. As soon as I got there, I wondered, who is going to be the one to handle my Indecisiveness. I sat in my car for a while trying to text where the rest of my family was. When I got out of my car, this young gentlemen named CJ greeted himself to me right away with nice posture. When I asked what he could do for me, I stated I wanted to look at the Hyundai Genesis. He showed me around while also discussing his own personal opinions about my other car choices. When we took the car for a test drive, I felt the car was gonna be great for me. After several hours of trying to figure out a price we can all agree on, I finally owned the car I wanted. I've purchased cars before, but I have to say that this dealership was less stressful than other places I have been before. Thanks!

Our experience was great until we found a dent on our vehicle before leaving the lot. We had to pick out, and purchase another vehicle which resulted in an extra hour and a half delay. The manager promised us a free dash cover for our inconvenience, which was ok until I realized that it was NOT installed in the car upon leaving. I called or salesman and informed him and We agreed to picking it up when I was to return to pick up my registration certificate. Well that day came 1/8/2016 and they explianed to me that they had to order it and it would be a couple of weeks?! The sales guy tried telling me that they dont have them in stock because of the "new" body style?! I purchased a 2015??! REALLY?! Didnt you have that body style for over a year now?

Low tire pressure light was on and when pointed out to salesman i was told it was due to temperature when in actuality my father checked my tires at home and all of them were extremely low. Also the finance lady insisted that my dad did not need to sign with me for me to stay under my dads insurance and when we were told by agent this was not true and tried to correct immediently she refused to help us and do so. Do to that error i now need to go on my own policy and pay a higher rate this is not excellent customer care to me.

I went in to get a quote on the side mirrors for my 2006 Hyundai Sonata that I kept abusing with my narrow garage and ended up walking out with a brand new 2016 Elantra SE! What makes this more amazing is I initially purchased the sonata because I was hit by an uninsured driver and lost the car I had recently paid off. I was in a 24% interest rate with no equity in my car, no warranty, nothing. I had been to several dealerships in the last few months and was turned away. Lucky and Carlos are the best!

Dear Sir, You said,#1 Las Vegas Sales Satisfaction Hyundai DealerHelp me to believe that.Early December, I went to Hyundai Sahara to enquire about 2017 Elantra Brian offer to me 2016 Elantra then finally Carlos gave me a very good offer that night. $380.00 with trade-in of my 2015 Veloster Dec 23,2015 I was at your Hyundai Sahara.Carlos offered to me was$440 monthly payment for 2016 Sonata no trade-inor $580 monthly payment for 2016 Sonata with trade-in of 2015 Veloster.I said what?How about your offer to me before on 2016 Elantra of $380 with trade-in of 2015 Veloster?That (new) offer is to high?The answer was like this, that offer was only for that day.Then Carlos asked me for my offer.I think.. make computation but at the back of my mind I was thinking that, what kind of transaction is this? An offer good only for that day!!! (I am thinking to stop this transaction and go home but instead of doing that I gave my offer of $480 with trade-in of my 2015 Veloster!) Carlos go back to his computer then returned with an offer of $519 monthly payment. We shake hand at $515, with the best of 100,000 miles warranty. Then he said, you are going to use it for UBER? you have another $1000.00 discount.When Stacy was making the documents, I told her that, I hope my monthly of $515 will be lower because of UBER $1000 discount... Her answer was like this, I included that $1000 to all things to pay here and your monthly is $515. I told her that my discussion with Carlos concerning the $515 was concluded already before he mentioned that UBER $1000. Then Stacy showed me the 100,000 miles warranty and it is the lowest of it and not the the maximum I am thinking of.(I just decided on my mind to bring this up to Carlos the next time I go to Hyundai. For Carlos left already and they were already about to close)Few days afterStacy called and inform me to go to her for a good news that I will like. Dec 26, I went to your branch and she changed my documents now with an interest rate of 2.9% instead of 3.9% which gave me a $1000 dollars or 30,000 miles maintenance fee. Thanks to her and to all of you about this. But that is 30,000/3750 = 8 visits or 1000/8=$125.00 (I think this is very expensive)From that date December 23, 2015 I feel cheated, by Brian, Carlos and Stacy with the full knowledge that it was my mistake. I just decided to pay the burden of my mistakes the burden of paying that Sonata of $515 instead of only $440 with Trade-in.As I daily observe the performance of my 2016 Sonata SE. I'm having an excellent experience with my reps through TrueCar at Planet Hyundai on Sahara in Las Vegas. After selecting my car online, I went in to meet with Christian my Representative around 5pm. He was friendly, courteous, and full of energy. Christian was informative and asked me lots of questions to make sure he could narrow down what would best suit my needs. I like that Christian was Aggressive but not pushy with making sure my needs were met in the vehicle I test drove. After getting me a car that I picked online, Christian actually found me a better vehicle than what I had selected, since my needs were for a 7 person vehicle and not a 6 person vehicle since I could not notate that on the website. Christian explained to me the differences between the packages and trims, and it made more sense then trying to read about it online. Before we test drove, Christian gave me a through rundown of the systems in the vehicle and all the features offered. This helped when I took my test drive. I enjoyed the test drive and proceeded to let the dealership run my numbers. After getting approved, Christian retrieved a vehicle with all my specifications and wants and I met with Ms. Illiana. I was hoping for a lower APR, closer to what is being advertised, and having over 700 credit scores, but was happy to have a new vehicle. Lliana went step by step through every document I was signing and explained any and every question that I had. She also explained how my discounts applied, what was applied and how much I got in trade for my Truck. When I was done Christian returned and gave me another rundown of my actual car, with a full tank, and freshly washed. I'm not sure how he did that at 10pm. Eager to get driving, Christian answered my remaining questions and got me on my way. I really appreciated the fact they stayed late to take care of me, and got me a fair trade for my vehicle and even got me the add ons that I had selected. All in all a great experience and ecstatic with getting a great representative that I connected with.

My old car was in the shop after an accident and my insurance company (S**** ***m)was not very helpful in getting me back on the road. They did finally provide me with a rental, a 2015 Elantra, that I was really impressed with. I had not planned on getting a new 2016 Elantra but I had to get something soon. I was very worried about my bad credit and wondered if I could make any kind of deal at all for a new car. Brandon White helped me and answered all my questions as he showed me around the lot and off site lot to find a car that I liked. Stacy Datlof got busy on her computer and found me the financing (not the greatest terms but better than nothing). I am very pleased with all of the help I received and I really love my new car.

Missing items from car, found many items wrong with the car and paper work for DMV never done as we were told collected fees and did Nothing but tell us Lies ! Sold us a car without current smog and correct dmv paper work, missing spare tire and jack kit, broken drivers mirror, service had Not been completed and found brake damage, alinement not done etc. The only Certified thing is they will take your money Certified ! Their cars are NOT checked and Certified !

This is the second car I bought at Planet Hyundai (Las Vegas) within two months for my family residing in La Vegas. The service I received with the dealership remained Excellent. Christian Saban was again the person who helped me closed out a new deal for an Elantra. The price was much better from my first car I bought considering there are more options added to the car. I am very appreciative with Chris support in helping me get the deal for the price I expected. Im also very much appreciative with the manager who approved and made the decision to give me the car. I truly and highly commend Chris for his truthfulness and patience considering this time around the sale has to be processed out-of-state with me residing in Maryland. Although, the process is not as quick as making a deal personally in the dealership, the deal was worthwhile, and Chris made it smoother for the deal to come to its end up to its delivery.I can tell you honestly that some of the older Elantra models I saw on the street I didnt like it at all. I really enjoy my new car love it a lot! I just have a couple of issues. When I sold cars I know what the salesmen did in customer service was what made the dealership stand out. The day I bought my car Tony Fisher didn't tell me to spend the wheel. So, when I asked him what the wheel was he said spend it. So, I did then he said don't worry about it I will take care of it. Well I am still wondering what I would have received on that spin. I was told yesterday when bringing my car in to have the air checked in my tires I didn't know I received free car washes, So, before I brought my car in I had it washed. The kicker was for me is when I saw my customers in the service department I said HI even if I was with another customer. He just walked right pass me. I know he saw me because before he tossed his trash in the can he looked right at me, then turned his head from me and walked right by. The beginning of the sale thought he was great. I feel once he knew he was finished and got the sale he was onto the next. I just wished I knew what I got off that wheel. I was wishing to land on the 2 free oil change. But, at this point the fun is gone.Now your service department is flipping AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The haggling was only pleasant because of my salesman, Christian S. After telling him what I could afford, he went to his manager, and that's where the typical "nonsense" began. After 4 hours, I finally told them they had 15 minutes to meet me at my affordability. At that point, they miraculously met me at my price. As a single woman, I don't know if they thought I would be an "easy" target or what, but they found out that I was NOT!!! Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted it. My salesman was great, but haggling with the manager left me irate. Advice to all dealerships: When someone says they only want to pay a certain amount each month, you either meet them at that price or you don't. It isn't necessary to waste a person's whole afternoon.

Salesman was hard to understand at times, Finance woman was extremely annoying. But I knew exactly what I wanted to buy which made the experience fairly quick. My only beef with the condition of the vehicle is that when I got home I noticed a 1/2" scratch on the front passenger side of the roof. Spent additional $25 for a paint stick. Haven't received it yet. But hopefully it fixes the scratch enough to make it less noticable. The one thing that still bewilders me is that Hyundai no longer includes spare tires with the vehicles. I want to be able to change my own tire and be on my way rather than wait for roadside assistance to repair a blowout. This makes no sense. Include the spare and just increase the price of the vehicle by that amount. Instead I needed to make an extra trip to the dealership just to purchase a spare and wait for it to be mounted. Wasted time that was unnecessary. On a positive note, I have definitely enjoyed the feel and performance of the vehicle. It is a good looking car and rides very nice.

We are a 3 car Hyundai family and have had very few issues. However, after having a less than pleasant experience at Centennial Hyundai service (that's putting it mildly), I found myself at Planet exploring the possibility of a newer Genesis coupe. Christian in the internet sales dept. made the experience one of the most positive car buying experiences I have had. He wasn't pushy, came across very transparent, and worked with me on some conditions I had with my trade. He also helped me have a quick, seamless financing experience by handing me off to an amazing finance manager Kip. Christian also got me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait while my car was being finalized, and lastly was very patient and compassionate with me when I got emotional about turning over my trade (originally belonging my son who recently passed). Even when there was an inquiry mix up after the sale of my car was complete - he called me personally to follow up, explain the situation and ensure my satisfaction. He went way out of his way to make me and my business feel important and made me feel respected (which was very important after my experience earlier at Centennial which grossly lacked that). My dealings with sales, finance and service were all top notch. I greatly appreciate it and would recommend them highly.

Pricing, as with any dealership, was a little vague... The 25% off sale is apparently only for well qualified buyers, so don't expect to save the $5,000 you see online. I still ended up paying less than the invoice after the back and forth game of monthly payments. The staff is really friendly though, and I'll probably return when in the market for another car!

advertised price was close to 17000, they tacked in a 1200$ desert protection package which was just nitrogen tires, tint and some wax and leather protectant, honestly it should not be as high as 1200 dollars. And they don't give you the option of removing it. What gets me is why advertise online the price WITHOUT the desert protection package... Dealer avoided my questions, especially about the desert protection package. Instead kept saying "I'll be back" to go back to the financial manager To pull up some more numbersThere some issues with delivery process. They said sorry we have to make keys for you, and also the salesman came back sweaty and said I had to clean it myself because there's no cleaning staff or they're at lunch or something. In all I can't complain and mean it. I got a great deal and saved almost 4000-5000 dollars. So I will come back here every time I need a car so long as they have great deals!

I had originally purchased a Hyundai Elantra from ABC Hyundai and to say they were a nightmare would be an understatement. I had problems with them left and right. A month after getting my car, I got into an accident and it got totaled. While I was devistated about the loss of my car, I was also relieved because I could now go elsewhere to get a car. That is where Planet Hyundai comes into play. A few years prior, I had gotten an Accent from Efrain, and as soon as I walked up, he said hi, asked how I was doing and all that good stuff. I was surprised he had remembered me after 2 years. So we sat down, I told him the situation, and told him my exact criteria for the car I want. Within a matter of minutes he drives up with the exact car I wanted. And from there, everything else was smooth sailing. Everyone we talked to was super friendly. On 02/172015 I arrived at the service dept believing that the sales dept had coordinated a repair on an accessory I had installed but was not working correctly. As it turns out they were never brought in the loop at all. However, once I explained my issue and how poorly it was handled by my salesman, service manager John Luse took over. He listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. In less than 30 minutes he coordinated our repair, put us in a loaner and we were on way home. He said he'd call us by 5 to let us know how the repair was going. True to his word at 4:45 he let us no our car was ready and we could pick it up anytime. That's all we expect as consumers. Just be honest with us. John has won my business for all my car repairs. He should be training all Customer Service managers in the internet sales dept.

Be warned: these guys are seriously shady! I did a test drive on my own and came back with my husband to do the deal a couple days later - and I'm LUCKY I did. Virtually everything the sales manager said when discussing deal points with me alone changed when I returned with my husband even though I asked exactly the same questions. Extra fees that were "standard" for me were "mistakes" or "optional extras" for my husband - to the tune of a couple THOUSAND dollars less on the car.

1. I was ready to sign a check but it took 90 minutes for the finance office to have time to meet with me. It was too late for me and I had to go, but not before receiving the used car sales pressure from the finance guy to stay and get the paperwork done. I almost didn't come back because of the management of that situation. The sales manager was notified a couple times but he seemed afraid to interrupt the finance guy. I asked if it was akin to a waiter trying to get a chef to meet the customer's needs. (Waiters are often afraid of chefs)2. I returned to buy the car that was to be gassed up and ready to go. It was on a quarter tank as I drove off the lot.3. The following Monday I brought the car back for an 8a appointment to find the service shop closed and a not-so-personable guy available to ask me to wait. After waiting 15 minutes (with my ride waiting too), I just told him what needed to be done and gave him the keys. I was initially told it would take a few hours but when I dropped the car it became "maybe tomorrow" - ouch!4. The spot painting on the white trim is mis-matched and I would have preferred the old paint with chips in it to the work that was done. The spot painting on the black trim was forgotten completely. I guess I will need to waste more time getting that done, but at least I know not to bring my car into their shop for paint work in the future. I'm wondering if they are capable of matching the black paint, but want to give it a try when I don't need my car for 24 hours.5. I was only given 1 car key and now understand it is likely I will have to pay for a second key.6. I was promised floor mats and have already waited a 10 days with no update - I will not forget, but am sure that if I do not invest the time to keep after them they will renege.7. I was told to expect 22/26 MPG and have already experienced 18/20.8. The windshield seems to be sand blasted, something I did not notice in the time I familiarized with the car.9. I was told that Planet Hyundai warranted its used cars for 2 mo/2000 miles and am a bit concerned with the validity of that promise.

I bought a car from this dealership back in December of 2014. I have not received resolution to an issue I had with them. They make promises to you so they can make the sale but after you sign the contract they forget all about it. It's been almost 3 months and I have not received one call from the sales manager Paul Pelletier. Next stop the BBB.

The experience I had here was mediocre at best. From the "sale" of the car (which there was zero salesmanship whatsoever) to decent financial assistance to poor follow-up, and even worse service department help... not a good experience at all.

We were very pleased from start to finish. Eric Ramos was extremely personable and had good knowledge of all the pertinent details regarding our vehicles. Our intent was to purchase just one vehicle for my daughter but when it was all done, I rode off with a new 2015 Elantra as well. We both love our new vehicles and couldn't be happier. Shout out to our Finance lady "Stacy" as she made all the crazy paperwork as painless as she possibly could. Very happy with this experience as opposed to some others I have been through.

I bought a new vehicle on the 27th of Jan. I actually intended to buy a different model of Santa Fe so I did all my research IE; Trucare/Edmunds on that model. Once I drove that model, I didn't care for the changes made to it for 2015. This is where I made my mistake and salesman Tony swooped in. He sent me a Truecar pricing on what I thought was the model I was currently looking at. Although it was not a total hose job, I could of easily saved myself a lot of money by going home and researching it myself. I saved a whole $600 off MSRP. Never for a minute believe he's your friend. When I wanted to upgrade an item, he suggested I purchase an after market item rather than try to work it in the deal. After the purchase was complete and I went back to upgrade this item. Tony acted like he didn't even know me. Told me he could save me a whole $10 on the price of the part. I've purchased 4 new Hyundai's in the last 12 years from Planet and this will be the last one. This is how you're treated as a return customer. Its all about the money. I would of possibly be purchasing a 5th Hyundai in Aug for my daughter, but not at Planet. They have no allegiance to me and I have to realize its all about he bottom dollar.Do your home work people and don't rush into the deal because you like the car.

Given the reputation of the car selling industry and car salespeople, I was very pleasantly surprised in my experience. I used the internet and went to the Planet Hyundai website and found the Genesis I wanted to see when I went into the Planet Hyundai dealership, Sodio Peart If you are spending the day at a dealership finding the right car for you, she is the right person to see she is absolutely pleasant! She has superior salesmanship. Excellent treatment of prospective buyers. Every effort to match buyer wants with products sold, she has respect and concern for the customer. Planet Hyundai from the General Manger on down, each person made every effort to meet the needs of the buyer. My wife and I had the bet experience yet in buying a car. Everyone was so helpful and nice to work with. All of your questions were answered and we were in and out in no time! I will definitely be returning in the future if I ever need a new car. If you are looking for a great car at a low price, this is the place for you! Ask for Sodio Peart.I have extensive time behind the wheel of several Hyundais, I would take any of the higher-end Hyundais over any Lexus, Cadillac, Lincoln, Infiniti, or Acura. The Hyundai Genesis destroys the Lexus LS, while packing more horsepower, and at the same time surpasses interior quality. If I was going to really spend a lot of money on a car, I would at least stick with the European offerings. The Genesis is so much better than the Lexus GS, and packs a lot of power. Don't even get me started on Acura; the RLX looks more like a Buick Lacrosse competitor, and the Lacrosse kills the RLX while offering AWD as an option. I personally feel like the badge is important, but Hyundai thankfully took care of that with the new Genesis. Hyundai is moving upward very fast, and I respect them for actually moving up and making progress rather than pretending like they are good. Genesis Fighting!What is funny to me is that the Genesis a "Hyundai" has a better 0-60 than a BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, and Cadillac that are all in the mid to high 60k range. Wait though! It's a Hyundai, I forgot, let me go spend 67k on a vehicle that has a lessor 0-60 than a 48k Hyundai which probably offers similar if not the same stuff. Come on people the "48k for a Hyundai line" is old, all companies had to start somewhere. The Hyundai is more reliable and will give you a better warranty than BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Cadillac, and Lexus. Times are changing.

We have never had such a great experience. Our sales person was just awesome! We recommend Anthony Fisher completely! From the time we arrived to the time we drove off in our new Hyundai Anthony was absolutely wonderful. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Which is usually very typical with getting a new car at a dealership. Anthony was everything a sales person should be. Planet Hyundai was very different from other dealerships we have been to in the past. We are very pleased we decided to go with Planet Hyundai. Stacy and Bob were wonderful as well, and made the process fast and enjoyable.

The people responsible for sales and negotiations were warm and welcoming. The internet saleswoman, Anny Eustace was so professional and surprisingly honest during the negotiations. She was projecting a no hassle, no stress environment and took care of the trade and financing to my satisfaction. I submitted my application online ahead of time, so I knew what I was qualified for and looking to get right off the bat. I picked out the vehicle I wanted without having to go down to the dealership until we were ready to make the purchase and sign the papers. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and left with our new car the same day. Christian was extremely helpful and was awesome. We said up front what we wanted, what we were willing do do financially and he pointed out the vehicles that were within our limits right away. It wasn't a frustrating experience of them trying to get us to do more than we said or haggle on prices, warranties, etc. It was very seamless. The staff was excellent, I didn't feel like fresh meat when I pulled up from salesmen rushing to get a sale and we were in and out in a couple of hours. The process was so quick and easy that I was a bit stunned that I was at a car dealership and it wasn't a hassle. The environment was clean and friendly and everyone was willing to help and answer any questions I had. If I had any friends or family looking to purchase a vehicle, I would reccomend Planet Hyundai. We are looking to purchase a second vehicle in the next year and they will definately get repeat business from us.

The salesman was nice when we got there. But when it came down to buying a car he made it way more difficult than it really was. The only added feature I wanted in my car was navigation. He told me it only came in the sonata limited. I already had a 2011 sonata se and remembered I could've gotten navi in it. When I looked online I saw that there were sports editions for the 2015 sonatas that came with navigation. I wanted another SE but he told me I couldn't get navi in the SE. I also didn't like the fact he had my boyfriend test drive the car when I'm the one buying the car. I didn't get the full experience of the car. He asked if I saw how the seat moved when the car was turned off. No I did not b/c I was not driving it. When it came down to buying I gave him number of what I was happy with but he wasn't listening and asking all these irrelevant questions. It wasn't until the manager Ernie came out that gave us exactly what we asked for and got straight to the point. When the car was finally purchased we saw I stratch in the window tint and he told me to come back tomorrow to get it fixed and when I asked how long it would take I was told that 15 minutes but I waited an hour. He claimed he was the best, but that's not what I experienced.

Our salesman was awesome. He quoted us a price to lease a 2014 Sonata with zero down, my wife and I said we wanted to take some time to think it over. We came back one week later (July 4th) and Efrain did his very best to convince Carlos Hidalgo to honor the price quote from a week earlier, which he did. We signed and drove away very happy customers. We have had the car now for a little over a month, and are very pleased with it's performance. I went to purchase a car from Planet Hyundai about 6:30pm this last Wednesday. I was greeted pleasantly and was introduced to Calvin Anderson. Calvin then went on to assist me. I was interested in a new Santa FE. The entire experience was wonderful!! He was incredible. He humored my every request without hesitation. Even taking a drive to Centennial to look at, my now, new car. He was so wonderful!! I kept some of your staff, including Calvin, well past 11 that night, it might have even been closer to midnight. Calvin took the time and didnt even think twice about every whim I asked him, even when it was so late. I can honestly say that I have never had such a great experience buying a car! Once I signed the papers, the excellent service didnt stop. Calvin has humored my every request in a way I would never have expected. Even after the sale of the car Calvin has went above and way beyond to satisfy my every request (and I can be demanding). I can honestly say that I will let everyone I know what kind of service Planet Hyundai has given me, and trust me I will not be shy to tell everyone! My sales experience at Planet Hyundia was very pleasant. Larry Weiss was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever he could to make me comfortable.On Apr 29th I was in the dealership early (7:00 am) having my spouses 2007 Tuscon serviced and was browsing in the showroom. Thats when Larry Weiss came over and introduced himself. It was nice to have someone from the Sales Staff in the showroom at that hour to answer questions. I dont recall every seeing someone in that early.I knew I would be replacing my 2003 Sonata soon and was looking at the Accent or Elantra. Larry described the Benefit/Features that were Standard on the 2014 Sonata and really got my attention. I still had time to kill so I took up Larrys offer of a Test Drive. After that it was just a question of could we make a deal with a Monthly Pymnt I could swing. Larry was confident he could get me the Monthly Paymnt I needed by using the Dealer Incentives and a Promotion that was about to (*had) expired. He started to work some numbers, but my Tuscon was ready and I had appointment to get to. So I thank Larry for his help and took his card. Late that afternoon (4:30) I called Larrys cell phone to see if he was still at the Dealership. He picked up on the second ring. I told him I could be there in 45 minutes if the Sonata was still available. Larry took a few minutes to check and let me know it was. When my wife and I got there Larry was waiting. He offered a Test Drive to my wife, but we declined a second test drive. Larry insisted on showing her the Sonata and then it was down to business. Larry had kept the information from that morning, not knowing I would be calling back. He said he had a feeling. Again Larry did everything possible to get me my Monthly Pymnt and close the deal. Now that is how you sell a car!

Debra Herreman had the patience (no small feat) to not only educate me as to options, but also to answer all my questions during a full month of indecision. Daniel Farnes was our sales guy who sold us beautiful blue Hyundai Veloster Turbo. We couldn't have asked for a better customer service than what Daniel gave us. He was the best sales person that we have ever seen. He was extremely nice. He had such a positive attitude and he was making the situation very comfortable for us and him. He knew very well what he was doing. He was so nice that me and my girlfriend are thinking to maybe buy another Hyundai in the future and we will definitely ask for him again to be our sales person. The car we bought is great and we love it. We think that every dealership should have at least one person like Daniel Farnes in order to be very successful. We were extremely happy after we left the dealership.

My experience with Planet Hyundai was extremely wonderful, there were a few hiccups but overall I enjoyed working with everyone that day. My close friend had referred me to shop for my car here at this location because he had a great relationship with the Daniel Farnes and as well as the General Manager, Paul. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted and asked about my day and what I was looking for in a car. Daniel was great at pinpointing what I wanted in a car after I named off some items I would like to see in a car (HEATED CAR SEATS WAS THE PLUS). This made the process of selecting a car a lot more easier for me, because both Daniel and I were on the same page about what I wanted to see in a car and what was most important to me. After testing a few cars, it came down to narrowing my decision and that was a little overwhelming, but eventually I figured out which car was right for me. The finance process was a little stressful, in the aspect that this was my first time buying a car. So, I was really new to this process and just making sure that I was able to financially afford this new vehicle was on my mind and making sure that I understood the terms and agreement. Although Arin did a good job at explaining the terms, there were a few sections that could of been explained better or shown in a different way(which she did afterwards). After the financing of the car was done, I was able to go home with my new car, but not without the help of Bob. He did an amazing job telling me about all the features on my car and how I could control and add things just with a touch of the touch screen. This experience of buying a new car is definitely a check mark in my book. I had a great experience because of the people that were able to help me through the process. I came into the dealership feeling like a customer, but left like I was a part of the family. I truly appreciated everyone who was able to help me that day. I've also been able to come back after purchasing my car and have felt like I can ask any questions and someone is able to help or answer my question. Thank you for all your services and for making me feel like part of the family. I LOVE MY ELANTRA :)

Well first off I would like to say that this was my 4th car purchase at Planet Hyundai and as usual the experience was excellent. My salesman was Neville Lewis. He was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. Neville took the time to hear our wants and needs. He immediately had a car in mind for us and he brought it out for the test drive. During the test drive he explained all the features and showed us how the car performed. Neville also worked out the deal that we were looking for and he continued to make sure everything met our satisfaction. Neville never one time became pushy nor did he try and shove extras or anything else on to the deal for more money. We came in around 6pm and was driving off the lot by 10:30 pm in our new car. The overall experience was excellent and everyone was very helpful and really cared about making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I have always referred others to Planet Hyundai and I will continue to do so. I have to just say Great Job Planet!

I originally stopped in a few months back just to check out the Sonata & met with Iliana Vasquez & David Buckner. I explained that I wasn't buying or leasing that day as I had 3 months left on a general motors car lease & was not sure if I would purchase the car. Iliana took me out for several test drives & also sat down with David to run some numbers. I was not interested in leasing again & at that time the buying situation was not in my budget. I Thanked Iliana & David for not being "typical car sales people" i.e.: (pushy, intense on a deal today, won't be able to this tomorrow, etc, etc). I told them I would return when my lease was near the completion date. I received several courtesy calls from them to please return when my lease was near its end. Then I saw the Planet Hyundai's Sonata March 31 offer on TV, I had just made my last lease payment, a decided to see what was up with a much reduced sale price. Worked with Iliana & David, along with Stacy Datlof & they came up with a very good deal, which I am purchasing a new 2014 Sonata, no money down, no trade in (didn't have one anyway) 0% APR, gap insurance & the extended 10 year warranty for a little more than my monthly payment I was making on the GM lease. It was an enjoyable experience because the people I worked with did not pressure me in any way & were able to work out the purchase that accommodated my budget. Paul Jr. and the whole sales staff at Planet Sahara were amazing. It's always a stressful job buying a new car but they took care of my anxiety and got me into a car at the payment I could afford. Not only that, but they gave me more than KBB value on my 2011 Elantra. I never thought I would be buying a car when I went in for service, but between their excellent customer service and caring attitude they were able to put me into a 2014 Elantra Limited. I will definitely be back at the end of my lease to get a new car. Thanks Planet!!!

Theirs a lot for me to say but I'll make it short I went in to get my sister car serviced and I've been looking for a vehicle and all the places I went sucked well I went up to DANIEl and thought u give it a shot and see what I can get and Daniel looked like the only one ready to help and very profecinal so he started the process and told me about the first time buyer program and told me all about it and the detail I was interested in it and I took the offer he did everything possible to get me in to a car and actually u wasn't been expecting to leave with a car since I have no credit I was so happy and proud to say he helped me accomplish a big step in life and got me something that's mine and what I worked for so I really appreciate Daniel and his team he wasn't worried about making a big commission off me like most sales reps are at dealers thank you guy's

This is my third automobile Plant Hyundai. I have been fortunate each time to have Brandon White work with me on selecting and purchasing my car/s. Brandon is a perfect gentleman and all business. Being female, I always think I will be taken advantage of... but not Brandon, he is a man of his word and that speaks volumes. This an updated review. My previous review was not great because of problems I had with the finance Dept. (Daniel). I met with the GM and he did not listen, but thankfully the Owners of Planet Hyundai listened to me. I AM VERY HAPPY. Most of my friends told me that a dealership could care less about you once you purchased/leased a car. Well I am here to prove them wrong. The owners took care and cared about me and what my problem was. they gave me my payment back and apologized for what happened. If you are in the market to buy/lease a car I highly recommend Planet Hyundai. They do continue to care about their customers once the car is purchased/leased. I will be a faithful customer to Planet Hyundai whenever I need to Lease a new car. and the greated testimonial I can give is telling my friends and family to buy/lease a car to go to Planet Hyundai. I took my car 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for a regular maintenance. While waiting I was walking around showroom floor and was greeted by Anthony Bonnet. I was a little interested in trading in my car for a more bigger car, but was not 100% sold on doing it that day. From the beginning Anthony was showing interest and payed attention to what I was looking for and what would be a all around good deal for me. We walked the lot and as my car was finishing up we couldnt come to a good deal on a used car that we looked at. Anthony said he would talk with his manager the next day instead hanging around and wasting any time. The next morning Anthony texted and called me and said he has great news. He sent me some pictures of a few cars he matched up with my requests and I came in to the lot that afternoon. Anthony picked out two beautiful 2013 Sonatas for me to look at. One was the limited edition fully loaded package and one was the standard. I test drove both of them and never felt pressured. Anthony made it seem like he just wanted me to happy with my decision. After running some numbers the manager Jason Laguna came out and introduced himself. He was a nice guy that came out to tell me more about the car and they wanted to work with me to get me locked in the deal. I made my choice on the 2013 Limited Sonata. I appreciated the honesty and friendliness he displayed towards me. After all the financing was completed I worked with Bob Higdon to go over the interior of the car as far as Blue Link, Navigation, blue tooth and all the other bells and whistles of the car. Needless to say I love love love my new car and I am thankful to have worked and met with the guys that I did. Anthony also texted me the same night asking how my car was. Also, I came back in a few days ago to get my green slip and was having issues with the electronics inside, Anthony made himself available as did Bob to assist me with figuring out how to work everything. I was also greeted again by Jason Laguna as I was walking in. It are those little things that make me feel appreciated as a customer and will definitely earn my business and referrals.

On July 23, 2013 I visited Planet Hyundai to get an oil change on the Hyundai I already owned; while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I went onto the lot to look at new cars. While I was looking at the New Elantras, Jose came out, introduced himself, and asked if he could help; he was very engaging, and answered all of my questions.I was not originally planning on purchasing a new car, but after Jose told me about the improvements that had been made in the Elantra in just the 3 years since I purchased my first one, I decided to at least test drive one.Jose brought the car around, he explained all of the accessories and the upgrades in the vehicle, and we went for a test drive. I was totally sold after the drive. We returned to the dealership and got started on the purchase paperwork. Jose was very hospitable making sure we were comfortable had water/coffee and that we didn't need anything else. During the paperwork part of the process we decided we wanted a different Elantra that was only in stock at another location across town; Jose went to the other side of Las Vegas, during rush hour traffic, to get the other vehicle.I was very happy with the service Jose provided, and even today, each time I visit Planet Hyundai for anything Jose makes a point to stop say hello, a nd ask how I like the car.

I would rather cut off an appendage than shop for a new vehicle! However, I must say that our experience yesterday at Planet Hyundai was a pleasant surprise! We searched the internet and found a 2012 Toyota Sienna that struck our fancy. We called the dealership to make sure it was still available before driving across town. The salesman on the phone introduced himself as Anthony Franich, gave us his cell number, and told us he'd be there to greet us when we arrived. We pulled into the lot and there he was with a friendly smile..... and he even had the van parked up front so we wouldn't have to walk to see it. That was a big plus since I am disabled. We hit it off with Anthony right away. He was a "no pressure", average Joe kinda guy. Very sociable, friendly, and attentive to our wants and needs. We decided to make an offer on the van, and so the games began. BUT..... it was far better than any other car-buying experience we've ever had! I didn't feel stressed out (much), and I didn't feel like Anthony was trying to "pull any fast ones" on us. We finally reached an agreement that hubby and I felt satisfied with and began the paperwork. Throughout this hours-long process we really enjoyed Anthony's company. I'm a loud obnoxious Italian gal, and he tolerated me and my warped sense of humor. We actually had FUN buying a new vehicle! Wow.... *that's a first! Even after the deal was done Anthony just couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we stepped on to the lot until the moment we drove off in our new van he was with us every step of the way. For me to write this novel of a review you can be sure that the hub and I were/are very happy customers. I would definitly recommend this place and more importantly Anthony Franich..... car salesman extraordinaire! And I'm not ashamed to admit that I hugged him before we left..... twice!

Good deal until sign on the line,then BUYER BEWARE they will call you a liar if you find a problem (rear tail light lens broken)They will offer you a gas card and then not give it (was told all out of good deeds)BUT they will give you a tube of krazy glue to fix the problem,what a great team,great for screwing you,that is.

I have purchased alot of cars in my life. I have never been in, out, and so satisfied as I am today with the purchase I made. There were no games played. Joe listened to what we were saying! We told him what payment we could afford and he made it happen. No garbage back and forth. We were done with the whole process in about an hour. The entire team was incredibly friendly and efficient. They have earned my loyalty when it comes to purchasing vehicles!!!

in feb of this year they had an ad on the internet for a veloster turbo for 21263 i called them and went to take it for a test drive.the car had 16 miles on it.i said that i would take it.the manager came in and said that the price on the internet was a mistake and that it was suppose to be 24,763.[3500 more]they couldnt let me have it for the price that was on the internet.the next day i called them and said that since they made a mistake i would make up half of their mistake[1750]onto the 21263.they refused.i said ok no problem.3 days later they called me and said that since it was their mistake they could let me have the car on the offer i made them.21263+1750.i said ok.i immeadiatly drove to the dealership.filled out the paperwork.i couldnt get the car that day because my insurance company was closed and couldnt get the necessary insurance that day so the next day i got the insurance and put a 10,000 down payment.all ready to go.as the attendant was showing me and tellng me about the car i look at the odometer and it has 152 miles on it.i said this isnt the car that i test drove because the car that i test drove drove had 16 miles on it.the salesman that took me on the test drive verified it had 16 miles on it.i said i didnt want this car.i wanted the one with 16 miles on it.they said i would have to pay more.i said no and they said if i didnt want it that we could forget the deal.i said ok the deals off.this was on a friday.they said to give them until monday to do the paperwork they would call me and they would give me my downpayment back then.i said ok .they never called.i called the next day and asked for the finance department and they said the lady that was in charge of my paperwork was on vacation for 1 week and to call back in a week.when i explained to the lady my situation she said it takes 30 to 60 days for a refund.i said no i was told my down payment was to be refunded yesterday.she said she would get back to me.i waited 2 days and no one got back to me.i called and asked for the owner and they said he was in europe and would not be back for a month.i talk to another manager.he says he will get back to me.never did.this goes on for 10 days.i go to the place and they tell me the check will be there tomorrow.i go back the next and no check.i said im going to call the police and the check was in my hand in 20 minutes.im 62 yrs old and that was my experience.what a nightmare huh.bewareof these people.if they think your vunerable in any way which they felt about me,they will treat you like they did me.if your an older person especially,whenever you go buy a car go with someone and remember dont believe a word they say.verify everything.

My husband and I were looking for a new reliable vehicle with a great warranty, but we really wanted a V6 and the body color had to be anything but black, white, or grey. Ody knew exactly what to show us. It was the 2013 Sonata Turbo 4 cylinder and the color was a light pearl blue. We couldn't be happier. The vehicle rides smooth, has more power than a standard 4 cylinder, and great features. We love it! Ody and the staff were outstanding! Ody, Josh, and Samantha were very courteous and made our purchase a very pleasant experience. I was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle with my past credit history. I was in a current vehicle with another dealership that had an insane interest rate. I was thinking about trading my car for a newer car with a lower interest rate and decided to give it a try with Planet Hyundai on Sahara. I filled out a finance app online and Tony called me the next day. Tony listened to my story and said he was going to look at my info. Tony very promptly called me back telling me it would not be a problem. I went in a few days later. I was deciding between an Elantra and Sonata and I test drove both. Tony was extremely helpful and he talked to me like I was his friend. He didn't harass me or pressure into doing anything. When I decided on the Sonata, he worked miracles trying to get me the most for my trade and also get me the lowest interest rate possible. He then went the extra mile to go to my work to have my husband sign the paperwork. Terry helped with all the paperwork and showed me around the dealership while Stacy in finance was so nice and explained everything easily. This dealership was awesome from the minute I walked in the door. I love Tony and this dealership. I don't think I could of gotten a better salesman or service. This experience made me feel so comfortable and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and don't forget to ask for Tony Fisher for an awesome experience!

The sales representative was professional and courteous. My bad experiene was with the Sales Manager and the finance representative. I came in on a Saturday,Sept 1,2012 to purchase this vehicle after haggling for two days on a price. We came to an agreement. They said the reason they were giving me this price was due to a good sales month so they didn't mind taking a loss. It looked good for them to have the extra sale. When I arrived on Saturday. I decided to finance some of the vehicle to recieve the $1,000.oo off. I planned on financing $5,000.oo. The rest was going to be paid in cash. I recently had a bankruptcy. About two years ago. My credit was not perfect so the financing could not go through until the next morning. When I returned on Sunday, Sept 2, 2012. They told me the sale was over and I could not get the $1000.00 off the vehicle. I knew they were not being honest. The reason I believe they raised the price $1000.oo was due to the loss in this sale for going through for the month of Sept. rather than the month of Aug. The finance officer Arin was so rude to me. I could tell the sales manager was embarassed. He could not even look me in the eyes. I walked out. I told them even if they gave me the $1,000.oo back. I would NEVER deal with them again. They are dishonest. How do you conduct business like that? I am a business owner. I would NEVER, EVER renege on a deal. Your word is very important. I left the dealership in tears... I checked into another dealership and found out they owned that one too. Then a friend referred me to Henderson Hyundai. I live in Las Vegas. i'm so happy I went there. They were honest and upfront. i NEVER thought I would purchase a Hyundai. I have owned SUV's. I was that impressed with the vehicle. My wife and I went to Planet Hyundai just to do some comparison shopping. We were in the process of moving from L.A. to Las Vegas and wanted to buy a new car. Bernie was extremely helpful, showing us various models, including the Limited model we eventually purchased. Because we were not relocating immediately, we couldn't take possession of the car. Bernie arranged for Planet Hyundai to keep the car covered on their lot for a month, as I requested. when I picked it up, it had been detailed at no charge to me. As far as financing, it was a snap, in spite of the fact that we had no permanent Las Vegas address at the time of purchase. Samantha was very helpful, explaining fully all the small print involved in the purchase.So far we are very happy with our purchase, and will definitely consider Hyundai the next time we want to buy a car.

I love the Hyundai cars they are reliable and dependable cars the only car I would buy.Joshua Fisher was very understanding, patient and has a compassinate quality that tells you he is understanding of your situation and is willing to help any way he can, very respectful. Joshua sold me a 2012 Tuscan, went above and beyond customer service, explained every thing throughly and even programmed my blue tooth to the car. Planet Hyundai and their sly sales team sold me an Elantra in October of 2006. It was the 2007 model, and they talked it up since it had just came out that day. After hours of negotiated with pushy salesman, and actually having a manager leave the table after taking time to go through sales papers, I finally took the leap.I wish I had reviewed my decisions a bit more, as I definitely regret it now. Over the past few years, I have had incredible frustration with their service, especially since when I purchased my car I accepted the fee for an extended warranty.Just today when needing a repair to my sun visor (the visor hinge has broke, leaving the visor hanging in my face as I drive), I was told my extended warranty will no longer be offered due to the fact that there is a new owner & management. I was also told that the price for fixing this hinge would be a little over $160. This is ridiculous.I leave my comments with hopes of change, or a warning to others who might possible be looking at Hyundai for their next car. One might save a bit of cash when purchasing the Hyundai initially, but with the cheap parts thrown into it, it's hard to justify that price with such steep repair prices. I would like Planet Hyundai to honor the extended warranty I originally purchased (no longer in their system) and get the few minor repairs to my car made without having to pay such outrageous fees.I bought my car brand new direct from Planet Hyundai, as a college student, by myself, no co signer, my first car on my own, my first loan ever taken out.Planet Hyundai - please redeem yourself and give me the confidence I once had in you. Who knows, maybe it would be the different between me buying another Hyundai or not...

we had visited another hyundai dealer in nevada and all they wanted us to do was walk out with a car. when we went to the west sahara location everyone was very helpful. there was no pressure. we went back and test drove the car. we still did not buy. we told him what we were looking for and to call us when they got the car in. he did but we were unable to go at that time. no problem. he called us again when the car we wanted came in. arin was very professional with the paperwork. efrain explained everything we needed to know about the car. this was the first time that buying a car was not painful. in the past with other car dealerships everyone pressured you into buying that day without explaining the car. the service man was also very nice and friendly.

The people at Planet Hyundai are great. I found the dealer and car I wanted on-line but live in a different state. They were willing to negotiate the price and made it worth my time to fly out to make the purchase. Their service is 5 star. Jeff Martin picked me up at the airport and drove me to the lot and had everything ready as I had asked. The car was everything they said it was and in perfect condition. After an inspection and test drive, Jeff handed me off to Arin Coleman in the F&I office where the service continued to be stellar. Arin knew I was in a hurry (I planned on driving the car back to my home state in order to give the car to my wife at the surprise birthday party I had planned. The car was to be the real surprise) and explained every paper I needed to sign quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy from them again and hopefully have more time to spend in Las Vegas when I do.

Great experience. I bought my daughter a 2010 Elantra a week ago and my wife a 2010 Genesis a week later. Anthony was my sale person both times and he did a great job for me. He took extra time to explain to my daughter everything about her new car. She love's it. Christy and Brandon were a great support staff and very personable and knowledgeable. The first was for my elderly mom on a fixed income so it had to be cash and not alot of it..Nigel put my mom in a 2003 Hyundai Sonata..nicest car shes ever owned and loves it!! Thats one, the other is mine, I HAD a 99 buick regal that ws laying up on me ALOT..Not acceptable for me since i travel with my job..Nigel, Stacy,Sheryl, Jesse, "T" and (sorry i forgot your name) the used car manager were awesome...Same situation no money for monthly payment, not alot of cash and a used car, WEll they did it again, im a little pickey so i was set on a V6..id break a 4 cyl..this posed a challenge for my "TEAM" and thats what they are its not one person its the whole place that helps. They did iy though..I'm now the PROUD owner of a 2002 Hyundai XG350..Awesome car and its a V6, I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience i had there. I replied to a web add on the Veloster and Cristy replied with in a few minutes. I was looking for the 2013 Veloster model. She said they had 2012 and come in and she would show me the cars in stock. I went into the showroom the next day after Cristy called me to remind me to come in. I went in and she showed my the Veloster model and I took a test drive. Then Cristy took the car with me for another test drive to show me the pickup etc. She was very attentive to my needs and I said I was interested in the model. We then started negotiations on the car. After spending most of the moring and afternoon on buying the car. I told her I was going home to see the boxing match on Tv and get my breakfast. She said to come with her and we would get lunch, while they were completing the paper work. Terrm Mills help with the paper work and answer all my questions on the car. Those two people are outstanding to insure every thing is correct and you understand about the car. They both made you feel at home.

Every OTHER dealership could learn how to treat their customers. No wonder Hyundai is number 1! I am about to have my 3rd service performed and the first 2 have been perfect. I walked onto the car lot to see my friend Steve. While visiting my friend, he pointed out a used Honda Accord they had on the lot. Althought I had no intentions of buying a car, but after looking over the car they had for sale and the condition it was in, I said lets drive it. We drove it and I loved the car. Out of the blue I recieved a call from Planet Hyundai inviting me to come in and talk to Cheryl and Anthony Bonnet about trading in my 2007 Elantra for a new one. I meet with them and explained that I couldn't afford to put any money down or add any money to my payments. They said trust us. I went to the Hyundai dealership with no plans on actually buying a Hyundai, however after going to the dealership and looking at the Elantra limited, my wife and I were really impressed. We went to the other Hyundai dealer in town to compare, after going there they were not even in the same ballpark (price, professionalism) as planet Hyundai. I would recommend everyone go to both dealerships and compare. So then it was the dreaded time to start negotiations, at our surprise the salesman was honest and everything he told us turned out to be true. He was not the typical sleazy salesman and advocated for us to get the best deal. After getting the price down to what we wanted we decided to purchase, and the salesman stayed with us answered questions and made sure everything went smooth and trained us on some of the amazing features in the new car. He stayed with us until we were comfortable with how to work all of these new devices. It was a smooth process that was enjoyable I hope the other salesman at the dealership is of the quality of ours.

While at the dealership we looked around the lot at the new cars etc with no intention of buying another car. I have to say that the staff at PH are very nice, very informative and seem to be a real team. NO PRESSURE, that was extremely important to us. After looking around we were told about a trade in from the night before. It was a used 2009 Sonata, perfect condition, very low miles, even the color was right. After being offered an extremely fair deal we left the dealership with our new car. We HIGHLY recommend Planet Hyundai for their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Something rarely found these days. I was looking buy a Genesis Coupe 2012 and sent in a internet request for one I saw on line. I was contact by the internet salesman Anthony Fisher - he told me yes they have that car - yes the deal is as stated. Then Anthony made a point to tell me 3 times he was driving my car and it was great. That he saw a 9 year veteran and check out his reputation. I informed him I couldn't get to the dealership till Saturday - he assured me "no problem" he would call if there was a potential sale. I walk in at the appointment time and Anthony says "boy your going to kill me" - we sold that car last night at 10:30pm. So I say the least I was a little upset after all the assurances, reputation and bull from Anthony - who preceded to say - hey we will find you a car. This is the kind of thing that makes car dealers get the reputations that they do. SO since Anthony was really to busy to deal with me doing other deals - he passed me off to Bob Stewart - they best thing that he could have done. I have read other praise on here about Bob Stewart and just want to add my opinion. He is the best - now he is the kind of car salesman you dream of meeting. Honest, had intergrity, no bull, straight shooting guy that looks you in the eye. He saved this deal no question - if left in Anthony's hands I would have left and gone to another Hyundai dealer - he came up with the lamest techniques i ever heard - "lets be part of the team" - so do you want to make me look like a hero - pay a higher cost to make me look good - just BULLSHIT. SO again - deal with Bob Stewart - you will get just a good straight deal !!

Last week I went into planet hyundai to buy a new car. I worked with Bob Stewart from the internet department. The process of buying a car always gets me nervous because I am a girl and I know there are so many salesman that may try to pressure me, and lie to me just to make a sale. But all my bad feelings about buying a car changed when I met Bob stewart. He was such a genuine, honest, no bullshit type of guy. Right away I felt comfortable with him and knew he was looking out for my best interest. He spent time with me showing me the different types of cars, came with me to test drive a few and answered all my questions. And in the time I spent with him he never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. I fell in love with the new 2012 elantra and Bob worked hard to get me a great price on it. I couldnt believe how low he got my payments. While at this dealership everyone who worked there was so nice to me. Bobs partner Anthony fisher in the internet department was another person who stood out to me in great ways. He had such a positive personality and also made me feel very comfortable. Overall my experience at planet hyundai was so great that I know I will continue going there to buy all my cars in the future. Thank you to Bob Stewart for changing the way I feel about the process of buying a car. I will continue to tell everyone I know to go see Bob Stewart when they are looking for a car.

When I first walked into Hyundai I was dead set on buying a Sonata GLS with navigation. Owen H was my sales rep and at first I thought he was a genuine and nice guy.... boy was I wrong. He, just like most dealers said what he thought I wanted to hear just to make the deal. He didn't listen to any of the features I wanted to have in the car, and then told me if I wanted to have a car with the particular features, service would put it in for me but I would have to pay the labor cost!!!! Last time I checked if a car comes from the manufacturer you don't have to pay labor for every single component. Basically Owen didn't do his job and I had to pay for it. He kept making "mistakes" about the financing that I would get, and couldn't care less about my situation. I was offered a 7.99% interest rate and the morons in the finance department couldn't care less to get me a lower rate. The day that I was supposed to get the car (we had agreed on 368/mo at 6.99) Wonderboy called me (Owen) and told me the GM of the dealership was turning in his Sonata Limited with 3500 miles on it and that they would basically treat it as a new car, with a new warranty and get it to me for about the same price is the GLS with navi. I said GREAT!!!!! As soon as I arrived at the dealership, the price went from 368 to 430 per month... Seems to me that is not the same price we agreed on. They never got my color I requested in, they lied to me 3 times about when the cars would be in. It was just a nightmare!!! If it wasn't for Planet Centennial, I would never deal with the Planet family again. Amazing how even before Centennial pulled my credit they offered me 4.9%.... interesting1 month later: Although the experience at PH Sahara was not the best experience, i did write a letter to Jason Tamburro the owner of Planet Hyundai and he toook care of all the bad experiences i had. He was very helpful and i think everyone should deal with him. I changed all my ratings to 5 stars because of him. Thanks Jason!!!

Worst car buying experience yet. Was lied to about the means in which I would qualify for financing. Was lied to about the lack of a reputable tint installer, so that I would be less likely to ask for tint to be included in the deal. Was lied to about having a second key for the vehicle I bought. Was told someone would get back to me about the key. When I enquired about the key days later after no call, I was told my saleman had been fired. The person I talked to said they would look into getting another key made for me but after a week now I haven't heard back from him even after having left multiple messages for him to return my call. After getting the vehicle home and reviewing the paper work more carefully, saw a difference in the odometer reading from the car fax report to the odometer reading in all the sales docs. Everything about this deal has been shady. I only hope this car is worth it. So far I am pleased with it.

My entire experience from initial greeting to financial paperwork went very well and without a hitch. The team I worked with were Anthony Bonnet, Sales/Jesse Leon, Sls Mgr, and Stacy Datlof in financing. They treated me with respect, I never felt pressured, Anthony was able to get a very fair trade on my 1992 Olds, and Stacy in financing went to bat for me and even though I only had a fair credit rating, she saw further and was able to save me quite a bit. Their core values which I understand Jason Tamburo enforces, meant that there was no high pressure tactics and I was extended professional courtesies all through the process. My salesman (Bob)was personable, he worked very hard to get me a price I was comfortable with. I was introduced to "Chance" the service manager because I had operational questions concerning the car. For someone in management at such a busy place he was so patient and helpful. All my questions were answered and I left knowing if I encountered any problems the folks at Planet Hyundai would be there to help me. I have read other reviews that were not so kind and all I can say is that this company has recently changed hands and the new owners seem to be very commited to working with anyone who is not satisfied. I also just found out these same owners are opening Centennial Hyundai! Yay! This location is much closer to my house and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I will gladly recommend these business's to my friends and family.

Salesman Efrain Marenco was my first contact at Planet Hyundai. I knew nothing about Hyundais, stated this and asked to see the Sonata. Efrain spent time with me showing me the different Sonatas as well as, at my request, the Elantra. It was a no pressure showing of vehicles and I left saying I would give the Hyundai some consideration. The next day I returned, and I was very impressed when Efrain saw me and greeted me by name. We again looked at the Sonata and I selected one to test drive. Efrain again went over the features of the car and the options that were in it, explaining in detail what these were. When we sat at the table to talk price, Efrain was again no pressure and presented me a quote. I was hoping for a lower price car and Efrain encouraged me to tell him what I wanted to offer and he would do his best in presenting it to management. We agreed on a price, again I NEVER felt pressure to close this deal, and Efrain took the car to get ready for me to drive home. I then dealt with Bob Rasgaitis in Finance to do all the paperwork, and he was very pleasant, explaining what each document was. When all the paperwork was complete and the car was ready, Efrain took me to the car (which he had taken to fill up with gas), set up my phone with the Bluetooth, explained the navigation system to me, and made certain all of my questions were answered. My overall experience with Planet Hyundai, Efrain Marenco and Bob Rasgaitis was excellent. I was treated as a valued customer, and I felt Efrain put me in the car that was just right for me. Not only would I shop at this dealership again, I would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to visit Planet Hyundai and ask for Efrain Marenco as their salesman. Everyone at the dealership, including other salespeople and personnel, were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

One thing most people don't like and dread when it comes time to buy a new car is a high pressure sales pitch and the bs that goes along with it. I found none of that at Planet Hyundai. The sales person, Bob Stewart, who worked with me until I was satisfied, was very informative without overkill, which was very important to me. I knew there were other cars out there that I would consider and other dealerships I could go to in order to find the right sales person in which I cared to do business with. I was in no hurry and hadn't made up my mind on what car I wanted at that point. After meeting Bob in person, through my internet search, there was no reason to look any further for the right personality. That was refreshing and allowed time for me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. After that it was just about the car and the price. The car is impressive and the price was right and thanks to Bob's patience and demeanor, it was a done deal once all of my concern were covered.

I went into the dealership to buy a car. Had a price set i wanted to spend and I was never led into the opposite direction. I was very pleased with the service i was presented with and very satisfied with the sales rep, he was straight forward with me and ot me everything i was looking for plus some. Being a prior owner of a 2006 and 2007 Hyundai, I was impressed with the Make, and was extremely interested in the new Sonata. I attended the Auto Show on Saturday, to review, and test drive the 2011 Sonata. Since the "test drive" line was long, I decided to leave the Show, and visit Planet Hyundai. Mazen was the 1st sales rep to engage me, so I stayed with him. After locating a potential vehicle, and a pleasant test drive, we went inside. After the usual "sales rep and customer" chitchat, we came to an agreement. I felt no sales pressure whatsoever. I was introduced to the GM, service area reps, finance rep. All were very friendly, and seemed anxious to please. I look forward to dealing with this establishment in the future.

The Sales Rep was friendly and accomodating. He was trying to assist another customer with a problem which left us sitting alot. Before I went to the dealership I called to find out what the financing options were on new cars. I was told there was a 0% + $2,000 rebate offer but when I got there a manager came out and said there was only 0% and no rebate offer depending upon my credit. After he ran my credit he said I had the option 0% or 3.9%+$2,000 rebate. We negotiated and after he crunched the numbers he came up with a monthly payment different from what I calculated. We finally went to sign the paperwork there was a charge added for window treatments which hadn't been discussed. After expressing my dissatisfaction they removed it. They did try to pressure me too much to purchase an extended warranty. I still don't understand how the monthly payment was calculated because I put the numbers in an auto calculator online and got a lower payment. I did like the Sales Rep Lucky taking the time to show and explain the features on the car after a long day.

Bob and I had been emailing for several days on a leftover Tucson he had. In the meantime I went to Henderson Hyundai first because it was closer saving my visit to Planet Hyundai until 10/26 when I began teaching a new class at CSN, 10 minutes from the dealer. The moment I stepped out of my car I could feel the difference in attitude of the salesmen. Yes, they were out there watching me but no one jumped on me for a sale. They were polite, well dressed in shirts and ties and smiling. What a difference between them and the jerks they had at Henderson Hyundai. Bob introduced himself, smiled and said, "I think I have a car for you!" In the last email I told Bob I changed my mine and wanted the Santa Fe because it had a larger cargo area. I bought a Santa Fe in 2003 and my husband is now driving it. His Tiburon was totaled in an accident trying to avoid a car that came at him head on. We are a Hyundai family. Even my son bought one in 2005. I love the cars. Anyway, one look at the silver blue 2009 Hyundai and I bought it. Bob knew what I liked through our emails and he did his job! 10 minutes on the Planet Hyundai lot and I bought a car. It was simple, easy and I am very happy and tell everyone what a great experience it was buying my car through Bob Stewart. Brian in the finance dept. was great too and that took a little longer andI had a new car!!!

I purchased a brand new Sonata from Izzy. I was origionally going to buy a Honda Accord but decided to check out the Sonata's. Had the salesman been too pushy, I would not have stayed. Instead I felt comfortable to check out multiple cars and ask lots of questions and not feel like I had someone constantly trying to push any car on me. That is honestly what sold the car for me. Izzy was knowledgeable in his answers and helped me look at several different models until I found the right one. In the end, I was able to get the car that I really wanted for the price that I wanted. I was very happy with the experience I had at Planet Hyundai.

On Saturday, I drove away with a new car in just under 3 hours....that's incredible. Bob, in the finance dept, made the paperwork fun and simple. And, let me tell you, my car is awesome. I came to Planet Hyundai for the Cash for Clunkers deal they were having. My first visit didn't go as well as the second. There was a lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings. My second visit went a lot smoother. I was able to get the deal and exact car that I wanted for a reasonable monthly rate. My consultant for my second visit was Anthony Fisher was very helpful and honest about everyhting. He made sure I got the best deal and I was happy with everything. If you go to Planet Hyundai ask for Anthony Fisher. He will give you the besy assistance and make you feel like family.

Dear Planet Hyundai,My son needed a car and your dealership made some pretty big claims about trade in, finance and service. I am pleased to say what was promised WAS delivered. It is RARE in any business that involves customer service where that happens and even less common in car sales. I live in California and my son lives Las Vegas which presented an uncommon situation for us. Both Bob Stewart in sales and Bob Rasgaitis in finance were able to coordinate all of the transaction so I could fly in and do what was needed in less than four hours with normal expected hurdles to cross. The car was ready, clean and waiting for us when we got there. Bob explained the functions of the car in a very timely and understandable manner. This is by far the greatest experience I have ever had. Most Dealerships will try to give you the run a round and they somehow "lose" your keys and are really pushy. Not the case with Planet Hyundai, between the friendly and helpful staff and great incentives I would recommend Planet Hyundai to anyone!

Chris was very good. He found the exact car I wanted in California, then had the sunroof cut and the windows tinted just like I wanted. The service department however, not do nice when I would call into to check on the car being finished. Also previously when I had gone into browse other salesman wouldn't take me seriously. I just bought a new Sonata at the Planet Hyundai store on Rainbow and Sahara in Las Vegas. My salesman was Toby Sullivan. I had been shopping around at other dealerships, and was not pleased at all with the customer service (or lack there of) I received. I already knew walking in the vehicle I was interested in. I new the color, and all of the upgrades I wanted as well. He worked with me to find the price I was comfortable with. Would walk away and let me have time to think of things on my own. He wasn't pushy and breathing down my neck the entire time. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Toby was very genuine. He was a straight shooter. Was able to arrange entire sales over the internet. Trade in value $2000 more than toyota dealership and almost $6,000 more than the Kia dealership. You can always say you might have gotten a cheaper price somewhere else, but to get a very good price without having the dealership try to take you for a ride was a great experience.

We were interested in a 2011 Sonata based on excellent reviews, amount of included upgrades, interior ergonomics, and cool look. We started on Edmunds.com and then went over to a Hyundai dealership in Henderson, where we had such a horrible experience, we almost bought a Honda Accord. We thought we'd give Hyundai one more try with Planet Hyundai. The service Bob Stewart provided was excellent - and the ONLY reason Hyundai made the sale. Rather than lie and tell us you cannot pre-order with Hyundai (and pressure us to buy the wrong model in the wrong color as they did in Henderson), he found us the car we wanted and promised delivery in 7 days or less. It arrived ready to go in just two days! The facilities at Planet Hyundai are clean and well-stocked with sales booklets on all models, which was not the case at the other place. Bob also cleared up some misconceptions we had about the navigation system and sunroof, although we chose neither option.I ranked the price category as good, only because I'm pretty sure we could have gotten a better deal BUT that is a reflection on my negotiating skills, not Bob or Hyundai. Our situation was such that we needed a new car NOW, so we didn't really have time to haggle. Based on Edmunds.com, we got a good price.During the first week we had the Sonata, the trunk light would come on, in conjunction with the door clicker not working, and the clock going blank. Weird, I know. Bob sent me a follow up e-mail asking how I liked the new car. I filled him in on the problem and he had me come in that same evening and Service Advisor Corey Corcoran did a couple quick electronic resets, and the problem no longer occurs. They were very attentive, saw me right away, and I was out of the dealership in less than 5 minutes. All in all, we quickly got the car we wanted, at a good price, and from a salesperson that felt more like we were shopping with a knowledgeable friend.

I've purchased several cars in the past and NEVER had a positive experience with any of the Toyota dealerships that I've worked with. I was amazed at how Bob listened to my needs and didn't simply want to sell me a car. He took the time to talk with me about the vehicles that suited my needs. He never pressured me and was very professional. I came back on a couple of occasions without being pressured to make a decision. My husband and I were out car looking at smal to medium size SUV's in anticipation of a possible upcoming purchase, and decided to check out what Hyundai had to offer in that vehicle size. We were familar with Hyundai product line, and had some product research, but have never onwed one. Upon arriving at Planet Hyundai we were met by Izzy one of the sales personal. We were immediately impressed with his genuine friendliness, knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle product line, and grasp of our vehicle requirements and needs. In order to accomoplish this feat you have to be a person who listens. In other words he listened to my husband and I as we challenge the pros and cons of each vehicle, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. When he was asked a question about something of which he was not certain he didn't just punt, he said let me find out, and he did. It is so refreshing for both my husband and I being seniors and having purchased new cars for over 50 years (17 in Las Vegas, NV)to have had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new car, and that experience can primarilly be attributed to Izzy. We would also like to give credit, and thanks to all of the staff of this dealership from the sales personel, management team, and the owner of the dealership (whom we met) for the ease of our selection and subsuquent purchase. We will recommend Planet Hyundai to all of our friends.

I was basically held hostage. I was very clear from the beginning that I wasn't going to make a deal today, but of course that is always their goal, so I understand that they were going to try. I let them take my keys to look at my trade, and then could not get them back. I kept saying I wasn't committing to anything right then, and then just kept saying no, no, no, and asking for my keys. I needed to go and pick up my daughter, and was about to be late. I finally had to raise my voice and demand my keys for them to bring them, and then they "had to locate them." I would rather get a bad deal from somewhere else than deal with these people ever again.

I wished I'd visited this site prior to my attempted dealings with Planet Hyundai.I live in OC, CA and found a 2004 Toyota 4WD truck I wanted with the right miles, year, options, color and etc. I work in the Business doing dealer audits, lease return inspection and remarketing for the banks that loan the money to dealers. I had a professional inspector from my company check out the car including using a paint meter to check for prior repair. I also got a CarFax on the one owner truck.So I did my homework and all along I was transparent with my dealings including faxing in a credit application and had copies of all current loan info, income and etc. Keep in mind they knew my occupation and my understanding of the system and had everything needed to write a deal.They started using word play over the phone and I had to remind them once again of my occupation in the business and told them "Let's both play strait up and make this happen or I'm not driving 8+ hours round trip to just to start the process".Note: I have successfully purchased 5 cars in the last ten years by pre-negotiating via, internet, phone and faxes with no problems; in fact it made the process less stressful. I've also sold a few cars this way with a perfect buyers satisfaction record. As I said I play it striat-up.After their assurance that a deal was done depending on the final details of out of state tax, title and etc. We were between $351 and $371/month with out the trade and they would not give a fair price on my truck unseen. OK, so I asked if I could keep it and sell it myself while getting a loan for the new truck. They agreed after having had my credit application in hand since the day before to help make the determination. Their truck had a $3000 higher Kelly Blue Book market value then I was paying and my truck had a NADA (National Auto Dealers Association) "TRADE IN" value only $500 lower then my payoff, so there was still room to fit my truck in the deal as a trade in with a slight increase in payments that were still in my budget and prequalification. I spent two tanks of gas, breakfast and dinner for the second driver and drove 8 1/2 hours round trip and they had not even ran my credit yet, but had been talking to me as if every thing checked out and was ready to go. Four very frustrating hours later I'm driving my own truck home because after spending 4 days negotiating the deal now after driving all the way there, they needed $2000 down with the same payments and acted like since I drove so far I would just roll over.They also lied about being able to swap out the liner of the truck I was buying, since I wanted to keep my carpet kit... it turned out to be a spray on liner that coating was too thick to fit my carpet kit in correctly and I spoke specifically of taking out the plastic liner to fit my carpet kit. Talk about ignoring the details and just saying what the buyer wants to hear just to get them on the lot even if the have to drive over 4 hours.I spoke with the GSM showing him on my company computer, one that has access to industry websites, links and passwords to standard industry valuation websites and tools used by dealers. He didn't like the idea of dealing with an industry insider that had the facts on screen right in front of him and was using industry terms and he killed the deal while lying about the loan to value being the issue.Funny thing is my current loan is paid ahead ($20 or so, per payment for three years) and I have a higher payment now then the new loan would have had, so it does not make sense that a bank would not write a loan for less principal and lower payments on a truck with 70,000 less miles.Nice waste of 2 tanks of gas and an entire day.

I don't remember who I dealt with but it doesn't matter. They put me through 3 different person during the dealing process. I'm a very tough customer and can smell bad fish from miles away and boy it wasn't very far with Planet Hyundai. To make a long story short the first guy was nice, but when he couldn't deal with me so he forwarded to the next guy who was the biggest assh*le. This idiot didn't care about how much I can afford for a car or my goals. He just wanted me to close the deal right away. In the end they did give me a decent offer for a new 08 Accent. I told them i need to think about it. This is when they all gave me dirty looks as I walked out of the door. One of the guy made a smart comment that I wasted their time. This is the kind of experience anyone shouldn't go through at a dealership. It doesn't bother me because i already understand that alot of car dealers are the scum of the universe.

Stay away from this dealership if you want an honest deal. They will rir you off, plain and simple. My wife was sold the wrong car, not what she selected, and the salesman made this huge mistake. Not one manager dealed with us honestly in the 12 day period that followed as we tried repeatedly to rectify their mistake. Bottom line is this: they only care about making their numbers, rather than actually caring about their customers. Every single person that we dealt with lied to us, about every aspect of the sale, and financing that followed. You would be dealt with much more honestly at their sister company in the north, Centennial Hyundai.

The price I got was great I thought! I was toled that I was paying $14,300 for a brand new 2007 Hyundai Elantra and I was toled that they were paying off my loan on my trade which was fair. I owed about 3,000 on a 2001 Ford Focus with no problems and looked great. I did not have the trade with me and I was toled that I had to sign the contract before I left to go get the trade. The price on the contract was about $19,000 I was toled that it would all be cleared up when I handed over the trade and 19,000 - $3,000 is $16,000 and after you factor in taxes and fees that makes sence. What actually happend was just the oppisite they did not take off the $3,000 they only took off about $200 which was the taxes I had already paid on the $3,000 from the trade. THEY USE trickey wording and I will never make the mistake of buying from them agin! They took advantange of me being a first time buyer! "my parents financed the trade" and when I went to get the green slip I toled the finance manager how funny that trick was. "buy that point I had accepted it and did not really care" but the finance manager had the nerve to tell me being a certified nurse assistant that I am an IDOT and that I should never leave that job beacuse I an to stupid to do anything else! I was so mad not only did they take advantage of me but they had the nerve to tell me how stupid I am!

It took a full week for my 2006 Santa Fe to be LOOKED at after it was towed in because it would not respond at all while driving - not very safe to drive. During the entire week I tried to get the status of it and all I was told was that it hasn't been looked at yet _ then finally the last time I called I was told it was fixed. I drove it home and almost made it before the same thing happened again. Had it towed back again, was promised by everyone that it would be looked at the next day and they would call to keep me advised. No body called and when I called I was kept on hold twice for over an hour before I was hung up on.In short service is a very foriegn concept to the service department. I'm still waiting to hear if it's been looked at - On the secont trip back for the same problem it's been there 2 and a half days and counting - and still waiting for someone - anyone to tell me if it's even been looked at.

This dealer uses extremely deceptive advertising and sales practices to exploit and rip off customers. Dealer used bait and switch tactics, swapping out the test driven car with another lesser car after the deal was agreed upon. Sales Manager Joe was extremely rude and berating when this issue was adressed. Brand new car was sold with a known electrical problem, which they had no problem with. It took 5 weeks and 3 visits to the service department to get the issue resolved. Throughout entire process, dealership manager refused to take calls or address the issues in any way. Upon further research, I discovered that this company has had 44 BBB claims in the past 3 years, many of which were not resolved to the customers satisfaction. Planet Hyundai, despite the fancy showroom and impressive sales numbers, has by far the worst reputation of Hyundai dealers in the Las Vegas area. To anyone considering giving this place your business, I would say, do your research before hand, and buyer beware!!!
