The best experience I have ever had! I was able to choose from many options to suit my needs. Mr. Hans Freud was amazing! And it was very helpful in finding a car. He is very patient and kind. He has very good knowledge about the car and also went the extra mile to provide information about the cars. I recommend it. @Hans Freud

I came in to look at the 2022 Palisade. I was immediately greeted at the door by Brian. Brian was wonderful through and through and made the car buying process an absolute breeze from start to finish. He has outstanding product knowledge, answered every question I had, and got me the absolute best deal I could ever hope for. I highly recommend that anybody who comes to this store to look for Brian and I can promise you from experience that you will not be disappointed with his services. Thank you, Brian, for getting me the car of my dreams! I will be back to get my next car from him and I’ll be referring all of my friends and family to seek him out as well for their needs!

Jordan Cruz was awesome to work with. He went over every feature of the car along with perfect examples of how he used them. Jordan was willing to go above and beyond to search for new car inventory that did not exist at the time of my purchase. The manager, Dan, was also great to work with. Dan worked with Jordan to secure purchase terms that I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured or like I had no options. Michael in finance went over quite a few different options in finance as well as warranties. Michael did not come from a hard sell approach which was awesome! Michael worked hard to find and match a rate that I had from a previous lender. My new car was completely detailed, fully fueled, and ready for me by the time I was ready to leave. Jordan walked out with me after my purchase, went over every detail again with me. Jordan even set up my phone and radio pre-sets so I was good to go. The entire experience at Hyundai of Palatine was fantastic.

I just bought a car from them last week. I'm really impressed by their workers. The sales men Roman was amazing! He explained everything and showed everything. I found a car I wanted and didn't have any complications with anything. Also, he speaks more then one language, so anyone who speaks Russian, Ukrainian and even Polish can come and ask for him! I'm very happy that I went to the Hyundai of Palatine!

Working with Jason was a pure joy! He was friendly, honest and had a great sense of humor! He made the buying process fun! He did pressure, he answered all my questions & he made sure I knew how to use my new wheels! I HIGHLY recommend Jason and the Palatine Hyundai team!! As my 7-year-old said, i give him 10 out of 5 stars!!!
