It is my second lease vehicle from Wesley Chapel Hyundai. Kevin my salesperson was a great help in sorting through the details of turning in the old car and pricing out a new one. My hats off to Kevin and the rest of the sales team in making this new lease simple and easy to understand. I have been having my car serviced their also for the last three years and its always a pleasant experience. This is the seventh new Sonata I have either leased or purchased since 2002 and they keep getting better every year. It is a great car for the price compared to other brands.

This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. We came back because of the exceptional service received on the first purchase. The second purchase experience was not the same. The salesperson was exceptional, however he was working our deal and another customers deal at the same time. This back and forth caused clerical errors and frustration to me (the customer). The resolve of the issues were managed by a wonderful customer service manager, who saved the sale, Thank You! I would recommend this dealership in Tampa Bay. The other Hyundai dealerships have very poor appearance and service level. They just don't add up to the Wesley Chapel location. Although the time spent at the dealership was lengthy, it was very comfortable and the staff were fab! The amenities were very nice as well and the tv lounge. Thank you Wesley Chapel Hyundai!

Our salesperson Carter Miller did an excellent job, he searched the lot for the Elantra with the colour and features we wanted, then did a fine job demonstrating the features of the Elantra to us. Also, he encouraged us to take the test drive on the road we felt would help us with our decision. Bob Zvonchenko our salesman was great!!!! We informed him that we were there to look at a starter vehicle for one of our sons and wanted to look at an Accent. He took us right to the vehicle (Accent), did a test drive and then proceeded to ask us questions to pin down the right fit. We were wrapped up in about an hour and ready to sign on the dotted line. He was attentive to our needs and had us in and out in good time. I will purchase our next vehicle in the future if it is a Hyundai from him and this dealership.

Scott Goldsboro was our salesman. We went in to try out the Genesis coupe.and he ttok us for a test drive. We decided we would like to see something with more room and better gas mileage yet sporty. Scott brought over the Sonata sport and we liked the look of it. He took us for a test drive and deminsteated all the features and how they work. He was very knowledgeable about the engine, warranty and safety rating. Scott was very patient and made sure we were hooked uo to android auto and that our blue tooth was working properly. He stayed agter hours to make sure we were familiar with the car and instruction manuels. He made several follow up calls during the week to make sure we got scheduled for detailing and window tenting. I would rate him as a perfect employee and a great asset to your company.

We took several test drives trying to determine which model we wanted and Joe was very agreeable and encouraged us to do so. He even brought over the manager to meet us and he was very kind as well, offering his service anytime we needed anything as well. We have already referred one person to Joe and will continue to do so in the future. I dreaded having to look for a new car because of some unpleasant experiences in the past. I found my car online and bought it the next day. It was ready and waiting for me when I arrived on time for my appointment with Marc. We drove the car around and played with the buttons, which was fun. This is my very first new car, and I do not like the money part. I was disappointed with the enormous signs that are misleading regarding warranties, but that is my only negative comment. Everything else contributed to a fabulous new car purchasing experience. I was assisted by friendly people, and I am happy with my new Veloster.

I had leased a 2013 car. I turned it in to get this 2017 Elantra. I understood from the salesperson that the "his manager" had looked at the turned in car and everything was okay and no further charges were due for the 2013 vehicle. Then I received a bill for an "excess wear and tear" charge of $225 in a letter/bill dated 7/22/16. I spoke to a Ms. Williams on 7/29/16 at (866) 771-3663 to ask why I was receiving this. She said a corporate inspector had made this determination after the lease signing. She couldn't really explain was this was for and promised to send me a copy of the report which she said would take 10 days to receive by mail. She said she couldn't email it. I haven't received the report as of today (8/14/16). I think the salesperson should have told me someone else would be looking at the car at a later time and that there might be additional charges. No one likes surprise bills!

First, let me say I'm happy with the car ('17 Elantra). I traded in lease 2013 Sonata. The sales person was fine and everything went fine with negotiations (I thought.) We haggled back and forth trying to get me to right monthly payment and downpayment. Salesperson worked as liason between me and sales mgr. When we got to place I could accept ($1250 down payment/$280 per month) I asked how many months this loan was for. I was told 72 months. That was acceptable to me. On went the transaction to finance office. Signed about 100 papers and done--you know they sort of fly by you. Anyway, went home and looked at paper work and noticed the loan (through Hyundai Finance) has a term of 75 months. Now, I don't know where this change happened and I didn't notice when I was signing paperwork (my bad) but If I had I would have put the breaks on the deal right then. Somewhere, someone changed the terms from what I had discussed w salesman. I would have not even assumed that 75 mo terms are even available. I realize the paperwork has been signed and I should have caught this but nonetheless I feel duped. Now in my mind, this car is now costing me $840 (3 extra months at $280/mo) more than I anticipated. Due to this I'll be looking to re-finance this car and likely will not be going back to that dealer and maybe not consider Hyundai for future car buying (this is my third btw.)

The service department has very competitive rates so it makes a lot of sense to go to the dealer for service and get genuine parts and insures you get factory updates.

I don't have anything to add to my above answers, since our experience was excellent. The process was a little long, because we did not know, when we went, that we would be actually taking the car home that day. It took more time since we had to transfer everything, which the staff helped tremendously. Also, the financing process took a little time which we had not anticipated that day.

I purchased a 2015 Sonata Eco with the Tech package and luxury. The blind spot detection unit would constantly keep going out - 6 times. I was so frustrated I was going to pursue protection under Fl. Lemon Laws. I am aware of this drawn out process of arbitration and was not looking forward to it. On a last resort I requested a meeting with the GM through the Service Manager. When I arrived the GM was unavailable (my only negative) but I was introduced to the sales manager Sean. We were able to come to an agreement on a new vehicle and my trade as well as considering the time I had wasted throughout the year for the service calls. After my wife and I settled on a new 2016 we were introduced to Bob Zvonchenko to take me on the test drive. Bob was extremely versed on the vehicle. He showed me everything that was new and answered all of my questions even though we were there after closing and he insisted that he personally deliver the car the next day. When I picked it up it was quick and easy and the car was beautiful.

I traded in an excellent 2013 Elantra Limited. It was a great car but due to some medical issues I was having problem getting out of the vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Tuscon which fits me perfectly and is MUCH easier to get into and out of. David was very personable and made the experience as pleasant as possible.

All in all a good experience. In the finance part, I don't remember getting the extra 5 year warranty. I did agree to the paint and tire extra packages. That added about $2000 to the price of my car. My fault for signing and not reading carefully. I was tired, and we waited a long time for our car to get there. My dog was in his crate for a long time. 25 words is an essay. Bob was great, we really planned on looking at other cars. So I guess you're guys did a good job

"I love my new, ZIPPY 2016 Hyundai Tucson! While I wasn't able to get one with a sunroof, like my 2009 Santa Fe had, it has so many ""bells and whistles"" including the blue tooth and rear camera feature, that I can live without the sun roof! I love the way it handles; it feels like I'm driving a sports car! (Just in time for gas prices increase!) Love the touch screen monitor, blind spot monitoring, lane departure and collision warning systems. Pop up trunk used regularly while loaded down with items. Lumbar and leather, set system seats most comfortable. Best feature is Hold button while stopped.....love being able to move my legs a bit on commute. Excellent views for lane change. Hyundai did well with rear window design. Striking body lines......various driving gears are engaging.....I favor Eco mode for commute. Wesley Chapel Team made it a breeze from start to finish with trade in, purchase and finance. Appreciated follow through a couple days later. So happy! I bought my car and two days later my father bought one there, too!

Did not expect to be in a new car at this time, Was only in for a front brake job when I was looking at the new 2017 Elantra and decided to take it for a test drive. I was still upside down on my 2012 Sonata and did not think my credit score would be high enough to trade out at this time. A few days ago, I leased a Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. Prior to my contact with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, I had spent a few weeks looking for a replacement for my Mercedes C250, since the lease on it was nearly up. I've been buying/leasing cars since 1965, so over the last 50 years I've spent considerable time in dealerships, praying for psychotropic medication while I endured the tactics and strategies employed my most car salesmen. I had come to hate the car leasing/purchase process so profoundly, that I have employed a private broker. This time, my broker was unavailable, and--after a thorough search--I found just the right replacement in a different brand's dealership in Clearwater. I read their advertisement on the Internet; contacted the link; exchanged e-mails with the salesperson; received specific cars w/ vins and all; discussed all the details over the phone and received assurances of the price and terms. However, when I got to the dealership, and after the test-drive, the intermediate manager informed me that we could not do business at that price point. He pointed out that I should have read the very, very small print. They even claimed lack of knowledge with the terms of Internet Ad, which I had to show them with my iPhone. Of course, I didn't do business with them. After a few more weeks of looking around, miraculously, I stumbled on Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. I had heard good things about the Genesis, and checked Consumer Reports, which rates it very high and recommends it. When I initially spoke to their representative, Mr. Gene Honeycutt, I told him the story above. Immediately, he explained in clear, unequivocal terms how my experience with him and his principles would be different. And, without question it was. I told him the car that I was interested in. We discussed the terms. I told them they were non-negotiable. He accepted that, found me the deal I wanted, with just a couple of understandable tweaks, and sent me an e-mail offer, subject to my acceptance after a test drive. Mr. Honeycutt was polite, considerate, appropriately jovial, and thoroughly professional throughout. He definitely went the extra mile for me to make the process as efficient as possible. If I could rate him, I'd give him 6 stars on a 5 star scale. When my wife and I got to the dealership, we sailed through in record time, based on Mr. Honeycutt's earlier preparation. There was NO BS from any Hyundai representative, and no hint of manipulation. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff, especially Pat, and Sonia Toulouse was astounding. In other words, Gene Honeycutt and everyone that I dealt with at H of WC, demonstrated integrity and class. In my 50 years, this was the very best car leasing/buying experience that I have had. I am very happy with my car. And, I give my unqualified endorsement to Mr. Honeycutt, Pat, Sonia Toulouse, and to the entire dealership.

The car buying was very pleasurable experience. Joe gave preference to what we were looking for in the car and tried to work on those aspects, instead of selling what was there in the inventory. He was very responsive to every question we had. He very friendly and very well informed about the options available in the cars. And this was evident from talking to a previous customer. We had an opportunity to meet one lady who had bought 3 cars from him and also had helped her relatives/friends buy cars from him. We went in looking for a specific car we had seen on Autotrader. The salesperson had a hard time finding it - it wasn't up front with all the other used Hyundais - but he found it in the back. This car was dirty - hadn't been touched since they got it. It was scheduled for detailing and certification process that day (12/29). We went inside and the guy wanted us to buy it without it being cleaned up first - we could "rip up the contract" if we didn't like how they fixed it (it had a lot of scratches on the hood). We said, no, we wanted them to do the full treatment on it and see how it looked before we agreed to buy it. Then he want back to get it taken to the detailer. He was gone about 20 minutes, and came back saying that they couldn't find the keys. Also, the service manager said this car hadn't been listed for sale and there would be a $1,000 fee added on to the autotrader price for the detailing/certification process. I told him I could show him the Autotrader ad on my phone (I came in with the carfax and the stock number...how could I have that otherwise?) So, we told him we didn't want the car for the additional $1,000. Then he said he could give us another car for the same price. He did a little looking on the computer, and I'm assuming he saw something he didn't like, because he never mentioned that car again. Instead we looked at an Accord that we had on our list. He said it was ready for sale, except they would run it through the car wash for us. (While it was clean, it didn't look like it was "let's make it look like new" clean.) When he went to get the keys, again, they couldn't find the keys. It seems someone in the dealership moved the cars and the keys were all mixed up. How does that happen? So after 2 hours, we left with nothing to show for our time. We were completely ready to purchase the first vehicle we came in to see. I think it is dishonest to try to add on $1,000 to a car you have listed as already certified. That's your mistake - you need to honor the prices you advertise. Very disappointed.

I was not hounded to death, and all of my questions were answered. Daniel Bulluck did an excellent job in providing valuable information about the car (Pros/Cons/Options). Daniel was warm, friendly, calm and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me understand all the electronics in the Elantra and helped me set up the phone, etc. (did I mention that I switched cars overnight yet, his disposition never change. His main focus was to get me the right car for me). He showed me some great features on my new car, and even set up the Bluetooth for me, TWICE. His follow up has been excellent as well. I would highly recommend Daniel and this dealership!! When I need to replace my current Hyundai, I already know where to go and purchase another Hyundai. I purchased a tire warranty from Wesley Chapel Hyundai on 4/20/13 for my 2011 Santa Fe which I have since traded in on a newer model. I asked the dealership to cancel the warranty on the 2011 Santa Fe back in March 2014 and filled out all the appropriate paperwork with the vehicles VIN number, year, make, model, etc. After months and months of back and forth, and having to go through numerous people at the dealership, they finally cancelled the tire warranty. Well, a few months back when my husband got a flat tire on his 2013 Elantra, I found out that Wesley Chapel Hyundai had erroneously cancelled the tire warranty on the WRONG car! They cancelled the tire warranty on my husband's car NOT the tire warranty on the 2011 Santa Fe. So because we had the car towed to a Hyundai dealership assuming we still had a tire warranty, we had to pay a high dollar price for a new tire, which we never would have done had we known they cancelled our warranty. After months and months of back and forth, ignored phone calls, being given the run around, and Wesley Chapel Hyundai refusing to take responsibility for their actions, Scott in the finance department finally admitted that on 4/20/13 Wesley Chapel Hyundai took our money to purchase a tire warranty for our 2011 Santa Fe, but never established the plan and they have been holding onto our money for over two and a half years. I finally received the refund for the never established tire warranty two weeks ago, without an apology - mind you. But despite my repeated attempts, Wesley Chapel Hyundai will not refund me the money on the replacement tire we had to purchase for my husbands car, and Scott once again will not return my phone calls, and Wesley Chapel Hyundai refuses to take responsibility for cancelling my husbands tire warranty erroneously.

We needed a car, and went to Hyundai several times to look at different ones. Thank God the salesman who came to greet us that first day was JOHN FENTON. He was pleasant, friendly, NOT obsequious or needling. He showed us several cars each time, and worked with me to answer questions in person or over the phone. He gave us tips on finding exactly which features we wanted, and which ones we were willing to do without, using the Build a Hyundai on the website. When we finally chose a car, I called him and said, I'll be there in 2 hours, and I only have a little time. He was waiting when I got there, and facilitated the buying process so that it was as painless as possible. He was on 'stand by' outside the office, in case an issue arose. John's style (not pressuring, not treating me like an impulsive teenager prone to shiny things, but actually speaking to me like an informed consumer) made the sale for me.

I would recommend Hyundai Wesley Chapel the next time you need a car. The receptionist helped me right away and directed me to an excellent salesman, Alan Macias. He listened to what I wanted, took a test drive with me and worked with me on the price. When I had further questions, he explained the process to me so that I understood what was happening. Even when you know what you want and how it works, this process is dizzying. I had an excellent experience at Wesley Chapel Hyundai and recommend you stop by for your next car. I had a check engine light come on soon and it was far from the dealer we purchased from so I called Wesley Chapel Hyundai to schedule an appointment. They got me in within a few hours. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by " J.V. Nicolas" , Service Consultant... He was on the ball and went right to work looking at the vehicle. He pointed out a few things,, Minor Though they were, that should be done and most was covered under the warranty.. I was very impressed with state of the art repair facility and the entire process. The wait was worth it. the showroom was very comfortable and the other staff I met were very friendly !! I am very impressed with the level service I got here and professionalism of "J.V Nicolas ".. and the service department in general.. The Dealership in General: The cars we wanted to see were stored on an adjacent, unpaved lot. It was all grass. The ground was wet and muddy. It really seemed like a third-rate used car outfit. Our salesman did the best he could to brighten up the experience and make it as convenient as possible. But it was a weird area to look at cars, especially with my son and fiance tagging along. 3. The Finance Guy: He added extras into the sales contract without talking to me about it, and then told me to sign. His explanations about certain fees were vague and condescending. He shredded and reprinted the contract three times before he produced a version that reflected the deal John and I constructed earlier. As a side note, I want to mention the Service Department. I own a second car a 2009 Hyundai Elantra. I bring the Elantra into the service department from time to time. These guys are excellent. I have nothing but positive feedback for the service department. Theyre quick and reasonably priced even for the bigger jobs. Every single person in the service department is extremely friendly and respectful.

I had been researching Hyundais for a couple of years...when I was ready to buy I contacted Wesley Chapel Hyundai via email about a Sonata. They were very quick to respond. Jason Marrero was knowledgeable and accommodating. My work schedule is difficult at best and Jason worked around my schedule. In fact, we did most Q & A via email. When I finally had time to visit the dealership, he set up an appointment to test drive. They inspected my trade while I test drove the Sonata (I drove 3) and by the time we were finished, they had my trade offer ready. Negotiations were pleasant (crazy huh?) and within an hour, we all settled on a price that was fair to both parties. As a consumer, it's important to research your purchase AND the process of new car buying. I went in understanding some of the finer points of the car buying/selling experience. As a result, I didn't have the mind set of being defensive and taken advantage. They gave me a very good trade offer and a fair price on the Sonata I wanted. From start to finish, I was at the dealership about 3 hours (from test drive to drive away). Thank you to Jason, Chris, Jasmine and the "Badger" for the pleasant experience :)

I'm sure he made a great commission on it. So it takes a lot for me to come back to this dealership but our service manager is unbeatable. He's honest, kind and nice to deal with. You couldn't ask for better service. Will never buy another car here but will definitely use service department. Too bad Barry couldn't run the whole dealership. I buy a new car every 1 to 2 years and they lost my business thanks to the finance department. great job Barry. Thank you.

I have owned many autos,some of them had good service facilities, Hyundai of Wesley Chapel equals the best of them. I am including Acura, Audi, & Honda dealers. Patrick is the best service advisor there is. The other service people seem just as efficient though I have had dealings with Patrick only.

Prices are slightly higher than most dealerships so you would think prices can be negotiated. Unfortunately the sales manager didn't entertain the thought. When I inquired about military discounts I was informed by the sales rep that the sales manager doesn't have any military discounts. If they can't support the United States Military with at least a small gesture then I'm not willing to do business with that establishment. A message to the sales manger, I know you didn't serve otherwise you would have at least came out from behind closed doors. In the future at least look at the men and women who proudly served our country and shake their hand. A small gesture and some respect can go a long way.

After having a bad experience 3 years ago, thanks to Rick Lavender (the best ever) I came back and purchased my 2nd Sonata from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. My husband and I decided to visit Hyundai of Wesley Chapel to look at and test drive a Sante Fe Sport. We had already been looking around and doing research on a Kia Sorrento, but decided to also go see the Sante Fe and if it was something we were interested in purchasing. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a friendly salesman, Kyle, who helped answer all of our questions. We let Kyle know we were also looking at the Sorrento and were going to visit another dealership but may be back. Before we left Kyle introduced us to his Sales Manager, Ron Maine, who seemed like a very nice man. We had a brief conversation with Ron and he assured us he would work with us based on our TrueCar certificate price even though they were not a TrueCar dealership. (TrueCar is a website that is supposed to help you go through a no haggle process) We left and went to Kia but came back to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel because we liked the Sante Fe Sport with the popular equipment package (which included some nice features that the base model did not). Upon returning to Hyunda WC we asked for Kyle but Ron gave us a different salesman, Bob, because Kyle was helping another customer. Bob was ok, he didnt seem as friendly as Kyle but as long as he was able to help us that was fine. We spoke to Ron and Bob and told them around where we wanted to be on the price for the Sante Fe Sport with the popular equipment package. They both went back to Rons office and Bob came back with a number about $5,000 more than where we told him we wanted to be. I looked at the number and said there is no way thats happening. This went back and forth for quite some time. Bob seemed to be getting quite irritated with the situation and my husband and I definitely had enough so when he came back with his new offer (after about 3-4 times) I got up and said were leaving. On our way out Bob sarcastically said Have fun in your new Kia. My husband and I did not end up with a new Kia. We went to Courtesy Nissian/Hyundai of Tampa off of Hillsborough Ave and purchased the same exact vehicle that Wesley Chapel kept screwing us around on the price for a wonderful deal! Our salesman Glen Gasbarro was very pleasant to work with and helped us get right where we wanted to be price wise. I was tempted to drive my new car, the exact same one I was told I could not get for that price, back to Wesley Chapel but decided instead I would send all my referrals to Glen at Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa instead and let everyone I can know about my terrible experience at Hyndai of Wesley Chapel. I love my new Sante Fe and am very pleased with my purchase. If you want to pay thousands more than I recommend you go to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel but if you want friendly service at a fair price than go see Glen Gasbarro at Courtesy Nissian/Hyundai off of Hillsborough Ave!

When I came in to the dealership the atmosphere was very calming. i was greeted at the door> My salesman greeted me with in 3 minutes in which I did not have to wait and extensive amount of time. Earl was very friendly and knowledgeable in providing excellent customer service and giving details of Hyundai and the reason why I should purchase a Hyundai. Exactly one month ago, on Dec 6, 2013, I leased for the first tiime. I needed a new car. My 2006 Toyota Corolla had served me well but, it was time for a change. This was my fiirst experience with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and my awesome experience started with Marc Metzner who contacted me via the internet and ended with Shawn McMahn who was very patient and nformative, explaining all the options available to me, touring the lot, test driving , and helping me work out the best deal for me. I leased a Tucson and I am very happy with my decision. I liked the fact that I have a new car for 3 years and then I have other options available to me. Thank you, Thank you for a really great experience. There is only one flaw in all of this: My Tucson is currently in your garage waiting for a replacement: (An engine or a part of an engine, I am not sure). I started hearing a noise after only one week of driving the car. I drove it a while longer to see if maybe it was just somethng that needed to be worked out. But, it only got worse. Now I am waiting to hear from you.

Earl provided great customer service. Found the car we were interested in online, called dealership, and spoke with Earl. He confirmed the details and we visited later in the afternoon. overall terrible experience.i talked to Jason Marrero(biggest scam started with him) by phone he gave me reasonable price on the phone and he said vehicle is in their stock .when I went there the Jason said he has to leave cause his daughter birthdays (and transferred me to another sales man(Mr. Alan).He does not have a clue about wht I want,how much the price Jason gave me and tried to sell me much more over than other dealers around.and most importantly he said they do not have the vehicle in their stocks.!!!!!!I told him "are you f***ing kidding me,I am driving all the way from naples,fl to tampa and u are trying to sell to me much more expensive and you do not have the vehicle here..and you know what did he do,he left me middle of the room like I am nothing,and nobody asked whats going on ,can we help you or something..seriously be aware of dealership and their scams..full of shameless people....

Mike Brockway Is the man. I went in just to give Mazda a chance. I was going to buy a Nissan Altima. Mike was very nice. He explained the features of the Mazda6 I touring. He paid close attention to what we were looking for. No pressure ever. He spend way too much time with my wife and I , he wanted to sell me a car, Bad, but said go drive the Altima . What he said was ALL true. I could not get the features at the price that the Mazda 6 offered. The next day he had the exact car we wanted. Color, features everything. He ordered it for us, from Miami I think.. That was unexpected. He just said "If you don't want it ,I can sell it no problem." But it was everything we wanted. I am 64 years old. I have NEVER bought a NEW car. This was a very good experience. I am delighted with the car.

After being extremely dissapointed on Tuesday, we walked out and had no intentions on returning to this dealership, then, after recieving a call from the General Sales Manager "Ron", we were able to come to an agreement. The return visit to the dealership was completly hassle free. everybody was extemely helpful (Marc "Metz" and Joe Williams expecially), they had all the paperwork ready and the buying process was very pleasant. The General Manager made sure that we were taken care of and was adoment in changing our prespective of the dealership. I had purchased my second car at the Wesley Chapel Hyundai and during the process i stated that I had a pre-approval letter from Sun Coast Credit Union and I thought things would be seemless. That was not the case. Remember that when you have a pre-approval letter from a bank or credit union you do not need to give the dealership your social security number. During the final paperwork process the Credit Manager asked for my social security number to confirm I still had good credit. He explained to me that it was like when you buy a house that they have to run your credit one more time. This is actually not true. What the Credit Manager did was run my credit and created a new loan application under his name without using the pre-approval so that he would get credit for the loan. i did not find this out until a few weeks later when the Credit Union called me and asked if I was still going to use the loan that they had approved for me. I explained to them that I already used the loan a few weeks ago. After their research they found out that the Credit Manager did not use my Pre-Approval they created a whole new one under their information to get credit. Now by doing this the dealership get credit and more money from the credit union then they were entitled to get and I lose $250 as I am now not eligible for the special credit union incentives. I called the dealership and left a few messages and I never once got a call back from the General Manager at the dealership. I left a few messages with the Sales Manager who sold me the car and again no call back. I would be very careful going to this place ever as you might find you are having a fast one pulled on you as well. Stay away from this location.

Long story short, I purchased an Elantra 2013 in Nov of 2012 from my local Hyundai dealership in Wesley Chapel, FL from Joe Williams. Joe got me a fantastic deal and was more than helpful. This was my first car purchase in over 10 years of a new car. The whole experience was more than wonderful. I mean really wonderful they made me feel like I was family. A few months later, I had to bring my car in for a problem I had been having with my Blue Tooth. I was told that it was an issue that hadn't been determined by the main Hyundai Corporation. I was heart broken, upset over the flaw in my brand new car. Joe and Ron (The Main Man) decided they were not going to let this event dampen my feelings about having a new car. The dealerships offered to buy the car back and finance another brand-new car to rectify the situation. Only this second car was better than my first new car. This new car was an Elantra Coupe 2013 with bucket seats and twin pipes. Here comes the best part they financed me for a low 7.0 APR! The reason why this situation was so amazing was because the first new car I bought, I needed co-signer. On the second new car I was able to be on the loan all by myself for the same exact payment as the first new car! Yes! But, it gets better. So, I was over excited and drove my Elantra Coupe super happy that not only did my Blue Tooth now work, but I had all of the extra goodies for the same price. The next day I received a phone call from the dealership to come by to finish up a few things. No biggie - I figured. When I got to the dealership everyone was smiles, as I was. When I spoke with Ron (The Main Man) he told me to brace myself. I was terrified, thinking the bank kicked my loan back. Nope, the bank gave me an even lower APR of 3.9%. Since purchasing the first new car in Nov and making two payments, the bank decided to finance without the need of a co-signer. My credit score had improved dramatically. This was the reason for the extra paperwork. I am totally happy with my entire experience and would recommend Wesley Chapel, FL Hyundai to EVERYONE! I am posting this as I said I would. Pic one is of our great little 2010 Elentra... who ever gets her is getting a great little car, we called her mmeeepmeeep. As our kids got bigger, we needed a little more back seat space, traded the Elentra for a 2012 Sonata - black - "black beauty", not a beauty by any stretch, issue with power steering after 1100 miles, car was all over the road, a/c would blow hard intermittantly. Owned it a week, husband travels for work to Miami, on the way back he could hardly keep it on the road. GM and AGM of wesley chapel hyundai, and Barry in service, were exceptional. They got us into, the car pictured below the Elentra, "RUBY" and she has thus far been a gem. I will say be leary of Finance, not the nicest folks, and not the most honest. However, this dealership did stand behind their vehicle, and we will continue to recommend WCH to friends, as well as remain loyal Hyundai owners. BTW. our RUBY was built in Alabama, USA... gotta love that. Alan sold us the car, and I would buy from him agai

Just bought our second car from Wesley Chapel Hyundai. 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0t Black w/ Saddle interior (first one this dealership had seen). Our first car (traded for Santa Fe) from here back in December 2010, was a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited (Also, it was the first of that model the dealership had seen). Both times, the car we wanted was not available, at this location. However they were able to find one, and have it for us in under 24 hours.Every bit of service done on the Elantra, had been performed by Wesley Chapel Hyundai. Every visit to the dealership has been a good experience, sales and service. I can't recommend Hyundai of Wesley Chapel enough.

Basically I came in to buy a Veloster for my son. We were told on the phone that we would get th best price from this dealership. Casandra was a pleasure to work, very kind and we could really tell that she was new but trying her best to get us the best deal possible. She was negotiating with her manager to get at the price we wanted to be. Finally after a couple back and forths her sales manager Ron came out to basically tell us the numbers we wanted to be at was not going to happen. So we did end up agreeing on a price, however the only reason we bough the car is because Casandra worked so diligently in answering our questions and doing everything she could to get us the best deal possible. I am an older gentleman. I do understand she is a woman, and in the car industry but the way her manager Ron treated her was horrible. He sat down in her chair while she stood up, after rudely telling her I'm going to sit here. I got out of my chair to offer this young woman a seat and she declined very respectfully. The way he spoke to her was not how anyone should be talked to. I was very disappointed to see an employee, let alone a female being treated that way. Finance guy was great but tried to sell me everything under the moon. I would not buy from this dealer again, although I felt I got not a bad deal,met now a great deal. I only purchased because the saleswoman Casandra was again just that a great saleswoman. Otherwise, I would have gotten up and walked.

The first time I went here I had a good experience working with Bob. He was very knowledgable and very personable. I tried the Elantra and the Velostar. I was not quite sure yet, and did not make a decision because I like to weigh my options and do a lot of research. That's natural right? I came back today, a week later and wanted to work with Bob. I got another guy with a Boston accent who was very unpleasant and sat me down as if he had to interview me. I just wanted to drive the elantra GT bc I had not tried it. He said well since you drove the elantra it drives the same, and you do not need to drive it again. I still drove it. Afterwards, I said I had not made my decision yet. Of course, he brings his manager over as if he will change my mind. Afterwards, came back bc I saw the light blue elantra and I liked that. It was not there the first time. The manager did not want me to drive it, and then said oh it drives the same, why do you need to drive it. If it's my car, and I pay for it, shouldn't I be able to try it again. Afterwards, the same Boston grumpy sales man took me out, and said well hurry only down the street bc I have a customer. I said fine, since I am wasting your time, I will take my business elsewhere. These people expect you to buy instantaneously as if buying a car is like stuff at a dollar tree. I will not go back to this dealer for those reasons. It is unfortunate because I do like the elantra, and it would be convenient to me. I do not want anyone else to be disrespected as much as I have.

We bought a used car (7 years old) from Joe for our teenage son. We were concerned that the A/C wasn't working properly so they gave us a 30 day warranty on the A/C. Within a day or so, we found out that the A/C was in fact not cooling like it should. We gave Joe a call and he said bring it in and they would take care if it. John in service was very professional and said they would run the diagnostics to see what they needed to do to fix it. They found out it needed several parts and a lot of labor (they had to remove the dash) but they took care of everything without any additional expense to us. The car now looks and runs great and we can't say enough about the quality of customer service we received from this dealership. This is the kind of service I would expect if we were buying a brand new car under warranty, but this was a 7 year old used car! They will be first on my list when we are ready to buy another car and will use their service department for all our car service needs. Thank you Hyundai of Wesley Chapel for a wonderful car buying (and service) experience. We will be back!

When I arrived I was told that my car was out of warranty by 3 days, and that they could not install the part under warranty (I am th 3rd ownerof the car so I never new the original inservice date). 1) Why didn't they tell me this when I scheduled the appointment.2) Why didn't they call when they received the part to schedule service immediately.I am disappointed for several reasons:1) it will cost them shipping back to the DC again.2) they will have lost warranty revenue for the labor for my time slot for service.3) a minimal amount of customer service and forethought would have saved thim significant reputational harm.

I started out by calling this dealership to see if I could get pre-approved over the phone since the drive is 1 1/2 from where I live. I spoke to Chris Gall and he said, yes to go ahead and go over that he spoke to manager and everything looked good. I get there and saw the car I wanted, well they kept trying to get me to buy a sonota gls and I did not want that car I wanted a SE, I just wanted honest answers, they gave it too much of a thought and then found out that they couldn't help me. Finally, I told them I had to take my daughter to a doctors appt in ST. Pete and I would be back, he then went to talk to his manager again, and came back saying "go to your appt. and when you get back we will have the sonota se ready for you. I said okay are you sure, I don't want to come back and waist gas, if your not going to be able to help me. Well, sure enought, gas spent again for nothing!!!It was awful!! I then checked my credit history and found out they did not even try. The only place they sent the offer was to themselves. I was really upset. I spent my time and my gas. I do not reccommend noone to go there. If you are looking at buying a car with an average credit score go to ORLANDO HYUNDAI AND SEE SUSIE CLARK. My wife and I wanted (very much needed) a car that got better mileage than our truck. On a whim we went to this dealership and was pleasently treated by the salesman (he's no longer there) and he showed us a 2012 Accent. They had just got the car in on the friday before. We were there on Monday. Anyway, we're told how this car would get 32mpg in the city, and 45 on the highway. We got very happy and decided that this was just what we needed. After having the car go thru three tanks of gas, it was apparent something was (IS) wrong. To date, our mpg best has been 24mpg and worst has been 17mpg!! We have been back to the dealer several times and we were told (by Nick who is the service manager) that HYUNDAI would not talk to us until a break in period of at least 2000 miles was on the car. There is now over 3600 miles on the car, we have done the required fuel consumption test 4 times and the MPG has been in the LOW 20's which includes a mix of some interstate too. I turned in the test last Monday with 4 documented fill-ups. Now I'm told that a engineer (Mike Porter) has to COME HERE to review my situation, but he won't talk to me, or even look at the car!!?? So why do I have to wait when the papers could be faxed to him??? I really feel at this point that Nick does not care about helping with the problem and all I get is a run-a-round. I am wishing we had never bought this car and unless something VERY POSITIVE happens concerning this, I won't be buying anything or recommending these cars (or this dealer because of Nick's attuide) to anyone. Just a footnote, Dan Wright is the salesman who took over my account and has been very supportive, even he doesn't understand why my mileage is sooo bad.UPDATE: The dealership, per Hyundai, was to test the 2012 Accent, that has MY 4000+ miles on it, for fuel consumption....by driving it a whooping 20 miles!! And in doing this they came up with a MPG of 37.24 .....thats just wrong. So it was then decided that the car would be driven thru the tank of gas. The test goes 80 more miles, then I'm called by Pat (service writer) that the test has been stopped by John Gauvey (GM for the dealership, and a Partner with the owners). The MPG is now 32. Think about this...with the tank full, MPG is (?) 37.24 and after more miles the MPG drops to 32. That is a very large change when the driving included Interstate, or at least that was what I was told. ...gave up... I have changed cars to an 2013 Elantra, hoping that it will be a better experience! Nick told Mr. Gauvey that I was not going to be happy even after doing the test I differ that I did not. I really wanted to get to the root of the problem,but no one seemed to care about that.POSITIVE NOTE: JOE MCKENNA WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON THRU THIS. UPDATE: As of today, June 16, 2012, The 2013 Elantra is performing well. I've seen the trip computer show 37.5 as an average MPG at 70 mph. I will be keeping a LOG of all gas purchases, and MPG findings over the next several months. My wife and I are happy with the car. It's just the overall ridiculous way we were treated, and the we just want you to go away kind of message that was sent thru the actions, which by the way speaks LOUDER than words, that I will stand on what I wrote here and will not recant my post. Heaven help the next person who goes thru what we did just to get a car which really gets the MPG that it's advertised with. Consumers beware that the EPA is blamed for this error, even if the manufacture uses the info for a selling point. LAST UPDATE June 20, 2012:As stated before, we are happy with the 2013 Elantra GLS. It had a spot on the trunk lid-lip at the rear and I showed this to Joe when I test drove the car. He said no problem. After taking the car home, I noticed that the detail person hadn't fixed the spot. So I called Joe and made arrangements for the service dept. to fix it. I was concerned because of the possibility of rust starting early. This was last Monday. I am called by Patrick this afternoon that the car should be ready soon. I said thats fine. Past mid-afternoon I called and talked to John in service. He said there is no problem in picking the car up between 6pm and 7pm, when the service dept closes. My wife and I went there about 6:20pm. I went inside to take care of the paperwork while she waited at the car. As unbelievable as this is going to sound, while signing the papers, Ron Maiden walks up and begins to inform me that because I won't pull this review, I am barred from the dealership and will have to take my car to a different hyundai dealer for service!! AND had the service tech to make a note of it in the computer while I was standing there. What is funny is the fact that Ron and John Gauvey made comments at one time about being apart of the hyundai family. If this is how the family is treated....wow. Mr.Maiden, not to come back to the dealership is no problem for me. But you just might want to give some thought to this: (1) My post was not live yet, giving you the opportunity to talk to me in a kinder way, maybe resolving our differences and (2) The dealership makes money off of hyundai for the services done. It's not coming from my pocket. If you keep sending people away, your hurting the dealers pocket, so how long do you think this practice can last? I've told the truth here and nothing else. This review, like others, is so there is a chance for LEARNING from mistakes and making things better...for the dealer.UPDATE: AUGUST 23, 2012After now driving the 2013 Elantra more than 5000 miles, we put 2753 miles on it due to taking our daughter to school out of state, the Elantra has not missed a beat! I kept a log of all gas purchases on that trip and the over-all MPG was 31.7....not the 40 thats advertised, but still good. I'm gonna keep the log continuing so the MPG can be tracked. I did take the car to the dealer today and was turned downed for the FREE OIL CHANGE that I have papers saying I'm to get from them. I saw for myself on their computer that really says that "this customer is not welcome and is not to be serviced here"!! But was told to go to the dealer in New Port Richie for the oil changes/service work for the car. Which, by the way, is owned by the same people. Why send me ALL the way out to NPR and give themselves a bad name for customer service is beyond me. But for the record, I have taken the car to a place called Dumas Tire, which is on Hwy 41 in Lutz for an oil change before and after the 2700 mile trip, keeping all paperwork documented so I do not fail my warranty. I have done alot of bussiness with Dumas Tire in the past 25 years, and they have NEVER done me wrong on anything. If any changes happen, I'll do an update.

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Absolutely NO pressure and they were very patient (even after closing). They made sure they explained all my options (Lease vs. Sale) until they felt I understood and didn't just throw papers at me to sign. They did not try to push me in either direction they just wanted to make sure I understood all my options for my best interest. They gave me more for my trade-in then any of the other dealers I visited as well as the best price on the car I wanted. There is a reason they sell so many cars a month - there people! What a new car buying experience!We have been taking our 2008 Sonata SE to H of W C for a little over a year. This is significant as we live in Riverview, and could take our Hyundai to one of two other dealers that are closer to our home than Wesley Chapel is. Why? Because the service department and facilities at H of W C are a cut above the rest.From the moment you arrive to the time your car is ready, the team (with people such as Patrick Meagher) treat you with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The facility is always clean, and provide the appropriate amenities (such as wi-fi) to make the visit pleasurable.Well, as much as I loved our Sonata, the V-6 was hitting us in the wallet with the low gas mileage; the power and comfort were no longer enough. While we weren't completely committed to buying a new car, we wanted to at least check out the Elantra to see how the ride was. Based on our past experience with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, I reached out to Patrick to see if he could recommend a sales consultant who would arrange a test drive for us.Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Michael Hammond (sales consultant). He was friendly and professional, I explained that we were not ready to buy and wanted to at least see if we liked the Elantra. If we did, we might be back after doing more research and numbers crunching. He understood where we were at, and dealt with us with no pressure whatsoever.We arrived at Noon today and he greeted us warmly; and, because he was working with another customer, and didn't want us to wait, he introduced us to one of his teammates (Alex Lourenco). What impressed me was that Michael clearly valued our time, and his other customer; he could have easily made us wait while he took care of his other customer. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, sharing info on the Elantra that we weren't aware of.Once we completed the test drive, we sat down to get an idea of how much our Sonata was worth and the cost of the Elantra. At no time did we feel pressured by Alex, Mike or Ron Maiden (the general sales manager). We sincerely felt that we weren't in a position to afford the Elantra; yet, Ron was willing to listen to our concerns and make an effort to help us make it work.I dealt with general managers and sales managers at other dealers over the past 20+ years, and Ron was one of the most sincere and professional individuals I have ever met. While I can honestly say that I hate buying cars, I can also say that Ron and his team made the experience as easy as can be expected.We are very happy with how we were treated and the deal that was reached. Again, we could have gone to two other Hyundai dealers that were closer to us, but Hyundai of Wesley Chapel made it well worth the drive; as validated by other reviews you will read.I urge you to drive an extra 30 to 40 minutes to see Ron and his team, I am confident you will not be disappointed.

Im fresh out of a BK by 3 months I have had little to no work in 3 years I now work for an insurance company in St.Pet I was driving a 2500HD PU truck to work every day from Land O Lakes I was spending 200.00 to 250.00 a week in gas My wife and I decided that we must trade this truck in for a car I have seen the Sonata on TV and I was very leery to go in and drive it I was very a shamed of my credit score and I did not wont to discuss my history with someone I dont know I swallowed my pride and I said what the hell we have to do something or we will never get ahead I went in with a bad attitude do to car shopping, possible denial and you know you the rest I explained myself and credit problems to Leonard and a credit manager nobody seem to care I thought that was strange due to a sales man does not want to waste time with low beacon scores My wife and I found a car drove it loved it and bought it the interest you would think would be high due to *credit rebuild* will it was sold to me for 12% - the next day the credit manager(name forgotten) called me up and ask for me to come in to the store my first thought was oh my god Hyundai changed their mind and he wants his car back - little did I know Hyundai lowed my interest to 7.29% WOW I love these guys for all of their help and my gas mileage I filled up Monday night in Land O Lakes I have drove to St. Pet every day till Thursday night and the gas gauge just now hit tank Im saving money cause of Hyundai not judging me.Thanks Guys and I wish you all the success in this area and keep helping good people that had some bad luck this is what recovery is all about

Had my 2007 Veracruze towed in on a Sunday broken down. On monday before noon they called me with a diagnosisof what was wrong, a faulty gas peddle sensor. That afternoon they called me that the repairs were finished, that nothing else was wrong and I could pick it up. I caught another salesman trying to remove the valve stem caps off the car my family was buying so he could install them on another vehicle he was selling. Both vehicles were parked in the sold area, so my assumption would be this salesman knew the car was sold. Instead of walking over to the service garage and getting value caps for the car he was selling, he would rather remove them off another sold vehicle and then put them on the vehicle he was selling to another set of customers. (The garage area was no more than 100feet from where both vehicles were parked mind you). The people buying the other car were standing there so I asked, What exactly was he taking off this car? They said, he was removing the valve stem caps because our car is missing them. I told the salesman that this car was being bought by my family, he just shrugged me off and then walked over to another vehicle on the lot and removed the valve caps from that car. I asked the salesman who was removing parts from the vehicle his name, after he told me his name he immediately went up to the General Manager and started talking to him. I requested to speak to the General Manager thinking he would want to know that one of his salesmen is removing parts from cars on the lot instead of just going to the garage and getting the missing part(s). When the manager approached me he did not even let me say more than three words before he accused me of lying and told me to leave the showroom because he was not going to sell me a car. He said his dealership was a family dealership and he would not allow anyone to accuse an employee of stealing. I responded back saying I did not accuse him of anything, I with my own eyes caught him removing the parts and when the salesman was told the car was sold, he walked over and took the parts off another vehicle. The General Manager once again told me to get out of the showroom. As requested I quietly walked out of the showroom, the General Manager proceeded to follow me out the door. Once outside the General Manger walked over to the garage area reached into a box and then walked back toward me holding valve stem covers. He said, Here are valve caps that you wanted so bad. He then told me to get off his property completely. I said, I cant leave, my family is buying a car and that is my only ride home. He then said, The deal is off, I am not selling a car to you. I said, I am not the one buying the car, my family is and paper work has already been signed, you cant just kick them out because I caught your employee removing parts. He then said, You want to bet wait here and watch I am going in and telling them the deal is off. I never saw the General Manager again and roughly 15 minutes later our salesman walked outside and said he was going to fill up the car and he would be right back. Twenty minutes later my family walked outside with the keys, we got in the newly bought car and drove off. On the ride home I was told that once all the paper work was done, the General Manager approached my family and apologized saying it has been a stressful day and he takes offense to someone accusing one of his employees of stealing. I said, I never accused the employee of stealing; I caught him red handed removing the valve caps the other people buying the other car told me he was removing them, so I am not sure what I did wrong by trying to bring this to the attention of a manager. There are several other Hyundai dealerships in the Tampa Bay area, please do yourself a favor and buy your new vehicle from one of them and skip this one. If this is how someone is treated when they are in the buying stage, I would hate to see how one is treated after the purchase is complete. Happy shopping!

I just made my second new purchase at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and both times I drove away feeling good....NOT like I had been pillaged and ripped off. Sales Manager Ron Maiden was present both times and he was not only attentive, courteous, and fair, but he also treated me with respect and honesty. The salesman who handled my first purchase was no longer with the dealership, but salesman Mike Hammond did a good job as well. My only regret is that the dealership only had 1 vehicle in the model we wanted, and we were told the other two dealers nearby were also out of stock, so we had to settle for a color we really didn't like. But in all, we were treated with fairness, courtesy, and a positive feeling. JOB WELL DONE.

What an amazing experience. My hubsand and I went to this dealership yesterday afternoon, in what I thought was just going to be another waste of time. I had already been to so mnay dealerships where the customer service was terrible. Needless to say, I had an incredible experience. I had read the reviews on Jack Perisi and was impressed so I made sure that I worked with him only. Turns out, he only works part time 1 day during the week and it was fate that he was there yesterday without scheduling an appt. Also, Chris Yates was great too. After his first offer, we both budged and agreed on a monthly amount we were both happy with. I ended up getting the EXACT car that I wanted and was overall extremely happy with my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and suggest anyone to call ahead and schedule and appt with Jack Perisi. With his calm demeanor and such a great willingness to help and make sure that I was always happy, you cant go with anyone else. Thanks for such a great experience and car!!!!

I want to start off by saying that this is my 3rd Hyundai in a row from this dealership. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with. Since I now work from home I wanted to get out from a purchase and go to a lease so that when it came time to trade in again I would not be so upside down with payments. Both Jack Parisi and the manager Ron were outstanding in getting a deal done that worked with my budget as I did not want to go up a lot from my current payment. This ws the best experience I ever had in either buying or leasing a car. I am 66 years old so I have had many cars in my lefetime to date.The gentleman that greeted me was my salesman and he was very special.I immediately told him I did not know if I wanted to buy or lease and he said it did not matter , he would help me.He introduced me to the car I was interested in and we sat in it and he described everything as I asked questions. He did not push me or hurry me. He was patient and nothing like a "typical" car salesman. I ended up leasing a limited Sonata with a navigation system in the colors that I wanted. I am thrilled with my car and I will not only go back but highly recommend the dealership and Joe.

I needed to purchase a car quickly and required guidance on which model to choose. Chris spent time with me to provide information on the vehicles I had interest in. First I have to say I appreciated the speed at which the process went through. Everyone was very friendly, but did not waste my time. They asked what I was looking for, what my payment range was, and made it happen. Quick, painless, but very enjoyable experience. I cannot speak enough for everyone's friendliness and knowledge about their product. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.Now in regards to the product itself, amazing. I purchased the Sonata, and am extremely happy with the vehicle. It handles great, good pickup, quiet and is a very comfortable ride. I purchased the GLS version, and even though its their non-limited version, the audio sounds great (and I consider myself an audiophile).So my final thought is, I would recommend not only this dealership to anyone looking for a car, but Hyundai in general.

After some time researching new vehicles of which I would choose one, I decided to stop in and look over the newly restyled hyundai sonata. I went to the dealer and looked at the different trim levels and options available. Mike was very helpful yet not pushy. I had to leave without a test drive and was in no way pursued or encouraged to act "on the spot" as I was accustomed to. I went home and researched my choices online and found the dealer to be fair and equitable in their information and pricing. I went back and drove the sonata and the elantra models, again I left with out pressure to mull over my choices. I went back once I decided to buy the sonata. My whole experience took 1/3 of the time I had experienced in the past, the credit for my trade was very respectable and the service was great. I love my car, no where else in my opinion can a five passenger family car that gets 36+ mpg that is so technologically advanced be had for less than $22,000. This is most likely the best value on the planet for what it is and what you get.

They made me the most competitive deal on the exact car trim level I wanted, and Jack gave me exemplary service, even synching up by phone's Bluetooth to the car's and teaching me how to use the voice activation to make calls. He's a skillful teacher! Beyond that, his absolute honesty was impressive: he made sure the service rep told me that Florida's 'extreme conditions' meant that the oil had to be changed twice as often as the manual says. NO other dealership demonstrated that kind of integrity in all their personnel!

I went to this dealership because a friend of mine recommended it.... I went there to buy ONE car for my wife and I ended up buying TWO (Tucson Limited and Genesis Limited).I have to be honnest : I've been to a lot of car dealers in the 21 years I've been in Tampa.... This one is by far the BEST : personnal attention, good people, friendly people and at no time I felt any pressureMike Hammond was a pleasure to work with and a big reason I bought my second car but everyone was great : RON is the best that you could find and even the Owner was there to greet me and crack a joke.... unreal.Will definitively recommend this dealership to all my friends

My visit today was to get information on a new Sante Fe..My 2008 was destroyed in an mva..Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and the process to get a new vehicle was made easy..I had no idea when I went to check out the inventory I would be able to leave with my new vehicle..I worked with Michael Hammond who went out of his way to assist me!! Mike was wonderful to work with. He explained everything to me about the car and pointed out all features of the car. He was patient with all my questions and was able to answer every single one without requesting assistance from anyone. He personally ensured that I didn't forget to get anything out of my car that was being traded and that I was introduced to someone in the service department. It is obvious that Mike views his job as a career and not just as a job. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime and Mike was, by far, the best car salesman I have encountered. His attitude towards the products he sells was superb and his verbal and people skills are wonderful. I would highly recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

They will lie to you to get you in!!! This is my second bad experience with a Hyundai dealer in the past few years. My first experience review is under the Hyundai of New Port Richey. Recently I was in the market for a new car. I owned an 07 Hyundai Tiburon and was looking to upgrade to the new white Genesis Coupe. I found this dealership online, after swearing to never go to the New Port Richey one by my house again. I was weary about giving Hyundai a try again because of my previous experiences with them. But I decided to give them another try, maybe I just went to a bad dealership last time. So, I emailed Hyundai of Wesley Chapel to inquire about getting a white Genesis Coupe. A Sales Manager by the name of Chris Yates replied. I told him what I was looking to do and the exact qualities that I wanted in my car (color, accessories, interior etc.). We emailed back and forth for several days. I told him what I had to trade in, how much I wanted to spend, down payment, the whole nine yards. Here was the end of our email conversations where I basically summed everything up to clarify everything with him so I didnt drive almost an hour for no reason: Chris: MSRP = $24,250.. Sale Price = $21,750 + whatever trade we can do on your trade!!! If you can stop in after work tonight.. Just ask for me.. I am one of the Sales Managers at our store!!!Me: At a price of almost $22,000 is it possible to have payments around $300/month? I cannot do a payment of more than what I pay now. $400+ will certainly not work. I have excellent credit, but not much of a down payment ($500 max). And the $10,000 owed on the trade... Just want to really make sure this is something possible so we don't waste our time.Chris: From prior experience.. It should not be an issue!!! See you tonight.. Just ask for Chris Yates :0)With that I decided to drive to the dealership and see the car he was telling me about. It had everything I wanted. Upon arriving I had to wait for over 20 minutes because Chris was no where to be found. Finally they just got another salesman to work with me until they could find Chris. This salesmans name was Chris also. He was phenomenal, an absolutely wonderful man. Probably would have purchased the car if I had been working with him from the start. I explained to him the prior conversation I had with the missing Chris and told him the car that I was here to see. As it turns out, the car he mentioned above did not exist. There was only 1 white Genesis Coupe on the lot and it was about $30,000. That was a little disappointing, but I test drove another color in the meantime. The test drive with the new salesman went great and I wanted to purchase the car, if they could find me the white one in my price range that Chris was talking about via email. At this point the sales people tried, unsuccessfully to find Chris again. (At this point I was almost wondering if he was actually a real person) So, the new salesman sat down to talk numbers with me. Again, I went over the exact conversation I have with Chris and even read him the emails. The salesman sat and looked at me for a second and said, Im not sure what hes talking about, but that is in no way possible. He should know that. Even if we had the car he was talking about we couldnt even get you payments below $400. So, again I asked for Chris because everyone was looking at me like I was crazy when I told them about my conversation with Chris. Still nothing So, since no one could help me I started to leave. On my way out I saw a salesman that I had not seen yet that day, and decided to go ask if he was Chris. He said yes he was and I told him the situation and asked if he could now help me. His response was, Uh I have your phone number from your emails right? Ill call you. And that was the last I heard from Chris. Apparently selling cars isnt their top priority.

Overall experience was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Both the salesperson and manager created a desire for me to purchase the car without pressure. Scott in the business office made the completion paperwork experience seamless. David in parts was very helpfull and knowledgeable when I returned to purchase some accessories.
