We had a pleasant experience here trading in our 2017 Jeep Renegade for a 2020 Dodge Journey. Shamar, I believe, was our salesman. Laid back country guy that was fun to work with for sure. My wife really liked his approach to things. He made her comfortable, which is difficult to do. Finance department, can't recall his name, he was very informative on warranties and took his time explaining the benefits etc. I'd go back and recommend this place to anyone looking to trade up or get into a vehicle. My wife is still all smiles over her brand new vehicle. Thanks guys!! Great work!!

I was in for service for my vehicle and it was wonderful, everyone was nice and pleasant, BUT, the gentleman that sits at the service desk when you first walk in brings his personal life to work, normally that wouldn’t bother me nor anyone else, except for the fact he blatantly ignored a customer for about 20 minutes while he was on his phone on a personal call and proceed to tell the person on the phone he had to go because he was being bothered by customers. Even the receptionist looked at him like he crazy for saying that at all.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I purchased my car from them 3 years ago and has been a nightmare ever since I left the lot. Recently we were hunting for my wife a car and returned i20 dodge to see what they had in our category range. They took my words and threw then away and showed my wife and I whatever car they wanted to get off there lot. When I re asked to check on different options on the lot I was badgered and pressured into continuing to look at the same car. Do not waste your time at this dealership. Go to Greg May honda Waco

I got clipped by a commercial vehicle damaging my passenger side mirror. I called around for pricing on parts and labor and I-20 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had the lowest prices of the many dealerships I called . Travis in the service department took care of me like family. He coordinated the ordering of the part, the scheduling of the replacement, and went above and beyond to secure payment from the responsible party.
