I was not looking for a car but my son was. He was having problems with another car dealer. We pulled up on IAD Auto lot and saw Ramin he listened to our problem. Not only did he listen he came up with a solution. I met some of the nicest men ever, Kenny - Sales Mngr and Victor the best salesman. I feel like I've known these guys all my life. To make a long story short not only did my son purchase a car, I bought a car and my husband bought a car. I'm loving my 2015 Chevy Malibu. Keep up the good work guys, that's what we need nice and friendly people.

When my daughter told me that I would need a co-signer I thought o no, but once I spoke with Julian he let me know wxactly what I was getting into and he let me know that I wouldn't have to really worry about a thing. It was a rough start between us. They didn't want to go with what I was trying to do at first, but by the next day Julian called me and told me that everything is ok and they were willing to work with me on whatever it was that I wanted to do. When I got back with Julian he had told me that they had got a deal done for me, so I gave them what I had for a deposit and I left in the truck that I was looking for.

My fiancee' and I was looking to trade in our truck so we visited IAD Auto. I took a chance with them because my sister and husband bought 2 vehicles from them and everything has been great. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Alex. He was very cool, friendly and professional. We knew exactly what we wanted, as we had already did our homework on their inventory. Alex asked us what we were looking for and he gave us just that. No pressure, no hassle. Kenny(General Manager) was also very professional and cool. At first, things did not look too good for us on the vehicle we wanted, so he offered us another vehicle of the same family. We declined that vehicle. No problem for them. No pressure, no hassle. Alex's response was "Ok, no problem, I'll let him know". Kenny worked out everything so that we could have the vehicle we "originally wanted." Rahim(Finance manager, please excuse if misspelled) was also patient, cool, friendly and professional. He gave us lunch and tee-shirts while we waited for the paperwork. Our overall experience with IAD was great! if we had to do it all over again with them we would. We would recommend IAD Auto to family and friends.

The sales person's name was Ed. He was great!!!! He paid attention to our needs, addressed or worries and had unsurpassed knowledge of product (various vehicles of the lot) wow. You should consider cloning this guy. Ed gave my wife and I a renewed idea of what a real salesperson is. His look and demeanor demands attention. His warm personality makes you feel like a family member and his professionalism drives home our reason from having no need to look elsewhere for a vehicle.

I was in search of a place with nice cars, at affordable prices; and a family member recommended iAD auto of Landover. I have driven past this dealership often on my way to work; so I decided to take some time and see what they could do for me. I was skeptical at first because a relative referred me, but I have to see I was rather impressed at what they were able to do for me. I had just lost my car and I didn't have a lot of money; I just knew this was a recipe for disaster, but i was able to get a new Chevy Impala that was loaded: black on black leather; blu-tooth; & they even gave me on star subscription for 3 months. They are great!! GO see Kenny & Ed they know how to hook you up with a great deal

We recently purchased our first luxury vehicle from IAD auto (Mercedes Gl350)(Landover) . Pauly first welcomed us, LISTENED to what we wanted, and was able to show us a couple options. This place is Kid Friendly (FYI) cause our 1 year old was having a ball. The car I wanted was at the Laurel Location, the car my husband liked was at the landover. They are so convenient what they did was had us test drive my husband option to the laurel location and test drive mines to the Landover one. After pauly passed us along to Kenny. Kenny is the Financial Coordinator. He is AWESOME as well. He got me the most affordable monthly payments and a LOW down payment. Fred is also AWESOME. He sat on the phone with a MILLION banks getting us a deal. What can I say, this place is really Nice. No I am not Employeed by them or even getting any compesation. Im just sharing my experience. Oh BTW the warranty is amazing, anything I do or have questions about I just drive up and they HANDLE it right THERE. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a affordable car that has all the bells and whistles.

Excellent sale service and customer care. I was in a financially weak position and iAd went the extra mile to secure a financing for me. It was the best car buying experience in my 66 years! Forty of them car buying years. The salesman took lots of time in showing me four different cars until I found "my" car! Went back for B1 oil change and out in a jiffy!! Great dealership!

Recently my engine went out and my suv died on me. I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place; and I didn't know what to do. So I visited IAD auto in landover because its near my office; and I was shocked at what they were able to do for me. Everybody was so nice from their upper management to their sales staff. I worked with Ed and the General Sales Manager Kenny; they made me feel really good because usually you hear all these horror stories about used car dealerships; however; they treated me with dignity and respect. They were very classy. Also, I was able to leave the dealership with a 2014 Nissan Rogue with only 8,000 miles. I couldn't believe it and trust me I don't have the best credit. So if you ever are in need of vehicle I recommend you check them out & see what IAD auto can do for you. Long story short. I drove 5 hours to look at a van they had. They said it was in good shape and there wouldn't be any hidden fees. Got there and van had a big dent with rust in door. I still offer them full price listed on cars.com. They then told me there was a $1, 500 fee on truck. This is on top of tax, title, and tags. The fee is an expense they had by purchasing vehicle from auction and getting to lot ready to sell. I left there and went to a real dealership and purchased a van. When I told them of my experience with iad they laughed and said they never heard of anything like that. Guess that is how they have lower prices online than other companies. Good luck!

I had no idea on what type of car I wanted; however, I knew that I have a strict budget to stick to and a repossession in my past history. Before I make purchases I always go to the review boards and see what other customers are saying and today I'm finally writing a review of my own. My IAD experience was a pleasant (slight long) one. They helped me to get out of a nightmare balloon financing auto loan with Regency Acceptance and I am so appreciative for that. I had my own financing but they still managed to squeeze 500 dollars out of me which I was not expecting and I honestly think they could have did without. Nonetheless, I finally left the dealership with a Mercedes E350. I love the car but a week into driving my front headlamp went out and there is no windshield wiper fluid in the car. Also, I'm quite sure the car needs new rotors. I plan on calling my sales person and and seeing if I can have these items fixed before I go through DC inspection. But besides that I am happy with my purchase and I will refer them pending the fixed items and inspection outcome.

I had purchased a 2012 Ford Escape and did not understand some of the vehicle settings which were rather confusing. The sales staff was so personable the General Sales Manager Kenneth Carpenter did NOT hesitate to address my concerns immediately. I just purchase a car. First time buyers and no credit. I already feel like this was the worst mistake of my life. Everything was "ok" until we went to finance the car. They lie to me about the price. Then they offer me different deals that didn't fit my budget. Literally force me on a down payment I didn't have!!! I refuse to purchase the vehicule and they insisted to the point that we end up signing to a nightmare!!! I'm extremely unhappy w their service. They rush to make us sign paperwork that wasn't even explain to us, left the dealer w no paper work or copies. Had to go back the next day to get them. All the paperwork is So confusing. And 2 days later I come to find out I sign stuff I didn't agree on and that were not explain to us. I feel like I'm living a nightmare. This is not even Half of what happen to us...... I wish I never went to this place!!!

I spent last Friday evening at Carmax in Laurel looking at cars and went to IAD the following day. I'm not knocking Carmax but my experience at IAD was so much better. I don't have the best credit but my salesperson Samantha treated me like I was royalty. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford with payments that I can handle. I was in the market for a car and began searching the internet. In searching dealerships in tv area I came across IAD auto who had a 2010 Nissan Maxima which I love. I filled out the contact information online and stopped into the Laurel store. I was immediately treated by a pleasant woman named Samantha. She ran to the door to open it for me as I approached the location and greater me with a sincere welcome. Although I didn't walk out the same day with the car I wanted I did walk away two weeks later with it. I have challenged credit so some negotiations had to take place on my behalf with the finance company and luckily it worked. I got a great car and am very happy. Thanks Samantha and the finance team for making it happen.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!! I purchased a 2012 Chevy Impala with 36,000 mile on it on 11-23-2013 from here and as of 12-23-2013 my "ENGINE IS GONE". I took my car to my mechanic on 12-27-2013 for some noise that I was hearing on the vehicle and I was diagnosed that the "ENGINE"is going bad. I called IAD after getting that bad news frustrated and all they could tell me was call CHEVY because you have a warranty. IAD was very nasty to me the hung up the phone on me a few times and all. Now even if you don't know about cars people anyone shoud know that "NO ENGINE should go bad on a vehicle with low miles so with that being said I think someone change the milage back on the vehicle just to sell it. I'm still battling this problem and IAD has not called me to check on the issue or nothing. My warranty company is willing to repair the engine only with prove of oil changes. I then called IAD again on 12/30/2013 to request this paper work they hav given me incomplete paperwork so now Chevy is saying that they will not be able to replace my engine with the paperwork that IAD has given me. IAD is the worse place ever. Please do not purchase a VEHICLE FORM THIS PLACE. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO OUT TO THIS PLACE.

I just bought a 2011 on 12/7/13 from IAD's Laurel location. The sales person was Ashley. I have been looking for a Camry for over a month and have seen a lot that I have been interested in. But once I walked into the dealership and saw the 2011 Toyota Camry I bought, I knew this may be the one. But what geared me more to the car was the professional attitude of Ashley. We went for the usual test drive etc. She was more than a sales person as we talked pretty much about everything during the test drive. I felt very comfortable with her and the car was also in an excellent condition and had a fair price. Fred the General Manager also made my experience a lot more comfortable as he was just a "joker" but also a very good salesman. Ashley walked out with me thanking me for the purchase. She was very grateful. I would strongly recommend IAD Auto to anyone looking for a very good used car at a fair price, as well as someone looking for a professional service.

On October 24th, i called in to this dealership looking for a used car. The employee that answered greeted me with a chipper , "Good Afternoon! This is Samantha, how may i help you?" I didn't have much hope for the possibility of actually getting a car because my credit is not very good, but she informed me that that dealership was the home of GUARANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL . I was able to go in, and with just a little bit of paperwork, i was able to leave with exactly the car that i wanted. Great experience,wonderful staff. From the time I step in the showroom, the General Manager him self, come and welcome me and ask me what I was looking for. He assign a sales person to show me all the vehicles which they had in stock. Let me tell you that they had a huge selection of cars including high in, top quality vehicles. The ton of this experience was incredible friendly, I feel really like staying at Ritz Carlton.If somebody was treated otherwise , sorry for you, or maybe you treat them with less respect. I was searching for a toyota camry at a reasonable price. I found this place called IAD Auto in Landover right across from the Redskins Stadium and they were GREAT! From the moment I entered the dealership I was welcomed and felt like I was at home. Starting with the General Manager all the way down to the sales staff and service team; they bent over backwards to give me a great deal on a 2012 Toyota Camry. I would recommend anyone who has never bought a car to consider this place. I have purchased several vehicles, but this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had in quite some time.

Iad Auto is terrible place to buy a car. Before you close the deal the sales person seems to be nice and after that may God bless you because they will not help you with anything. The car that I did buy there after a week is giving me a big headache!!! Beware before you go!

my husband and I went to landover to look at some cars. We met Al and he showed us some cars, but the problem was that the car we where looking out was too high of a payment. He went and got the sales manager Bill Goldsmith. He told us that he had another car like the one we looked at for a lower payment, so we took a look at it. We came back and told Bill that we like the other car and he worked it out for us with the business manager. We bought the car and Iam in my glory. Thank you.

These guys are jokes. I went to the Laurel location and got approved for credit. I deferred my buying for two weeks so I could put down a decent down payment. Well I called the location and spoke to Pat (manager) who is the same person who approved my credit. He said he would have to call me back in about 15 minutes. An hour had passed and no phone call. I call back and spoke with someone else and they also said they would call back. Needless to say I haven't heard a peep out of these guys what so ever. Ms. ET, my experience with the dealing process was long, however the customer service was GREAT!!!. They were friendly, kind, and patient plus they bought me a meal!!!. Brian, Chang, and Pat were great. I love my car and they new it and they did everything possible so I could afford it. I truly appreciate them guys. Thank you again for such a good experience.

Bought a 2006 nissan altima from the beltsville location two years ago and even though i didn't get the car i wanted im glad i got this. The staff is excellent and are willing to help you if you're willing to work with them. If you know you're not going to make your payment on time call ahead and they will work with you, trust me. When i first got the car the job i was working at laid me off and unemployment wasn't cutting it, I called and explained my situation to them and they worked with me. If you're looking for a good car stop by the beltsville location.

Outstanding service! This was my first time buying a car for myself, but I felt comfortable with the sales people. Especially Erika. She seemed to be extremely honest with me and guided me through the whole process. They treated not only me, but my family, very courteously. Ofcourse I can't speak for the entire staff, but everyone I dealt with was very professional.

This car dealership carry nice vehicles but carry alot of dishonesty behind it. The car sales people will try their best to get you into a car at any cost. Once I seen the numbers I was not convince. Their game was too lame for me to even sign or acknowledge any paperwork. They play the give or take atitude and that is not how I like to do business. Nice smiles don't even cut it for me either. They are just like legal scammers scamming on behind a master minded dealer. If you plan to buy your next car your best bet is down the street. I actually got a better deal about 60% better on the same ride. Couldn't believe it! If you are desperate for a ride, don't be too desperate where you make bad financial decisions either. Don't sell yourself out for less!!!

I recently purchased 2 vehicles from IAD Auto. The sales staff and management team helped me and my wife purchase the cars that we wanted. They were friendly and professional during the process. We love the new cars that we bought. They looked great, they detailed the cars for us to make sure that we were happy taking our cars home. The price was more than reasonable and the financing was so easy. We are going back to purchase a car for our daughter. We would recommend them to anybody. I brought my other car to the them for service and they gave me an estimate which was 30% lower than where I normally take my cars to for the last 5 yrs.

What level a company will stoop too. Here it is 21st century the economy still not great. You have a used dealer who wants to stick you for your hard earned money. Just be up front with customers tell them they will not pay internet pricing cash/only this significantly changes the deal. May they just dont care about the conusmer and its really about feeding there kids and self. Oh well only in America.

Its amazing that these sales guys and mangers obviously don't have a clue. They lie get you in the door. They don't answer your questions specific to question. They can't give you honest pricing. Do they think their Harvard graduates. Only in America. A car is one of he items I least like to purchase. As much as possible I make the deal over the phone. Hopefully they will have enough sense to read these reviews

I was going to buy a used 01 toyota celica from this dealer and it was nothing but lies. We went to the dealer where they said the car was and it ended up being in the other lot,20 minutes away. They told me the car was for sale and agreed on a deal earlier. So we went to the other one in Beltsville only to find the car filled with someone's belongings... like soccerballs, a shirt, some shoes. It had temporary tags already on it and the salesman told me that the car had sold a while ago. The fact is they lied that the car was for sale to get us in to look at another toyota celica that was automatic which i didn't want. The salesman kept us in the dealer trying to convince us there was a typo in the paper work and that he could give us a great deal on a better car... DON"T GO!
