We visited iAutohaus last Friday with intent to see in person a 2014 Mercedes that we had seen online. We met with Wesley and had a pleasant experience. We completed the purchase of the vehicle in around an hour and were very impressed with Wesley knowledge of the car and the market. The car was in immaculate condition. The instructions re garding use of it advanced features was brief but thorough. Wesley came through with very advantageous financing so that the payments are less than we expected. I found the car of my dreams at IAutohaus and had the easiest buying experience. Wesley was the perfect salesman! He was super friendly and very knowledgable. He was very honest with me and I felt like I made a real friend after the purchase was completed. He was quick to reply to my emails and followed up with me after I had the car to see how I was enjoying it. Once I decided to purchase my Porsche 911 Turbo Joann was also there for me in a heartbeat. She made the sales transaction and the shipment of the vehicle a quick and easy experience. She shipped all the car documents to me at lightning speed and also was quick to shoot me an email whenever I had a question. I recently bought a Range Rover Sport from iAutohaus from out-of-state. The process couldn't have been easier or the service more trustworthy and customer-oriented. I'd done a lot of research beforehand, and the vehicle was confirmed in excellent shape and the price competitive to below-expectation. It was a pleasure to purchase my BMW 335is from Wesley and his Christopher. I test drove 2 911s prior to deciding on the 335is on the showroom floor. IMMACULATE condition. iAutohaus sells ONLY great vehicles. I've seen their plate border adverts on many other luxury cars before I even chose to visit their super clean facility. The cars are top notch. They sell only quality vehicles at a fair price. Speaking of price, please don't even bother haggling. It's not worth the effort and pointless. My BMW sold itself. If you're passionate about the vehicle you want, just purchase it at the price listed. Wesley lists his cars based upon true value, and there really is no reason to barter. A month after my purchase, I smile overtime I push the start button. Wesley and his team also explained they will service the car afterwards. The experience was more pleasant than I've had at BMW at N. Scottsdale. Just a pleasure doing business with them. Consider shopping around, but I recommend purchasing from iAutohaus. Paperwork a snap. AWESOME inventory of mostly German cars. Super clean and modern facility, and just nice people to work with. I should have bought my 545i from them years ago when I first visited their showroom. FIVE star establishment!

Went to autohaus because they only do luxury cars and had the car I wanted. The cars there even though not brand new you would never know they were leased or older cars because they are in perfect condition. A "no pressure" dealership will get my business every time and the iAutohaus in Tempe fits that description. Purchased a week ago a nice looking and nice running Mercedes SUV. This is the second Mercedes that I have purchased from iAutohaus and when/if it comes time to buy another one I will be down to check out their stock. Christopher and Jeremy were both very approachable and easy to deal with. I really like their "no pressure" approach to selling cars because I have dealt with salesmen in other dealerships who will not leave you alone if you just walk in to see what they have in their inventory.

I recently purchased a 2011 Porsche Boxster with IAutohaus. The price was extremely affordable; it was the price of a 2007. The staff team was so efficient. I purchased my car, and two days later they had it ready for me. The staff team is very friendly, and will work with you. After going to several dealerships around the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area, this was by far the best one. They have a wide variety of Porsches, BMWs. and Mercedes'. They also offer service in addition to sales.

Since I was five years old, I dreamed of owning a Porsche 911. My mother had one when I was little and would take me on rides every Saturday. It was always the highlight of my week. Purchased vehicle through our car insurance car buying service. I was given a price guarantee including document fees. They were not going to give me the price even though I had the paper with me that stated the GUARANTEED PRICE. They did not disclose that there was only one key for the vehicle. Did not offer an extended warranty and the check engine light came on coming home to Idaho from Arizona. Will not help us with repairs. No service after the sale. $30,000 car and they don't care about you after they get their money.

Upon arrival we asked for Jeremy and was told he was on the phone at the time, but Wesley was available. My husband came in skeptical, having just had a poor experience at a car dealership. However within 5 minutes was apologizing for his attitude. This is by far the most professional pre-owned car dealership we have ever dealt with! Easily on par or better than even the most upscale new Mercedes dealerships. The showroom was immaculate. The cars literally are detailed to showroom new condition. We are neat freaks and this dealership was beyond any expectations we could have. Most importantly the knowledge and customer experience provided by Wesley and Joann was fantastic. To top it off the orchestration of the detail and delivery crew once we opted to purchase was a silent courteous show to appreciate .The purchasing experience was wonderful, and more importantly time efficient. From the moment I walked into their showroom, I knew it was a new experience in car buying. First, the showroom is pristine, and once I begin looking at their inventory of beautiful cars and suvs I was extremely impressed. We were greeted immediately by Jeremy, and taken immediately to the vehicle we were interested in. Having done business with many dealers in the past, I actually enjoyed the process of this purchase. No pressure and we were given numbers before we left to pursue our comparison shopping. After seeing several other models of the same make, not one compared to the care and attention to detail of their vehicle. After searching 4 national website data bases, I found an Audi A5 with all the feratures and colors we wanted at a very competive price. The photos looked great. To my surprise, this iAutohaus dealership was only 35 miles from our AZ seasonal house. This 1-owner car had the appearance and performance of a new vehicle,,, and passed their 135 point inspection. We bought it on the spot and are having it shiped to our NC home. I worked for the US auto industry for 5 years as an engineer and have been buying cars for 50 years. In that time, I have never seen a better organized showroom, or a cleaner maintenance facility. Wesley, Joann, and Jeremy could not have been nicer or more informative. Every car in their large showroom appeared in outstanding condition. If buying a pre-owned German car, iAutohaus should go to the top of your list for consideration.

I've been looking for a pre-owned car for months and have had to drag myself through a myriad of dealerships. I happened upon iAutoHaus through cargurus.com and since I was in the area stopped in. I am so glad I did! I was greeted by staff who I felt like I was family with by the time I left. Christopher helped me look at half a dozen cars and knew the details of each off the top of his head. He had opinions that somehow I had no problem trusting right away. We found an Audi, I received a very fair trad in value for my current vehicle and Jeremy had the paperwork done almost faster than I could sign it. I recently purchased a beautiful Low mileage SL550 from Autohaus. A couple of minor problems were found with the car after purchase and they were immediately resolved. This is the fifth car I have purchased from Autohause in the last fifteen years, and each time I have had the same experience: no-pressure sales, high quality and low mileage vehicle, a fair sales price, great assistance in financing, and great service afterwards. This is a family owned business and they treat customers as part of their extended family. I always check with Autohaus when in the market for a well maintained pre-owned car; and I have always been happy that I did. While they don't advertise this, if there is a particular type of pre-owned car you are looking for just let them know, and they will do the lookout my for you. I highly recommend Autohaus for all of your vehicle needs.

Our salesman, Chris, was very informative and made us feel right at home. Their cars are beautiful and with their service department on site are very well maintained. I had my Cayenne serviced there after I bought it another small dealer. They were very thorough on their inspection and made recommendations for future work to keep it like new. This was my first online buying experience and as such I was uncomfortable buying the car sight unseen, so I drove to Tempe to visit the dealership. The place is spectacular! The staff is professional, courteous, and very helpful. The building and grounds are spotless. The cars are AMAZING! I purchased a beautiful BMW 135i convertible. The car was meticulously detailed and was portrayed online honestly and accurately. I would not hesitate to buy another car from iAutohaus remotely, based solely on the online portrayal.This dealer deserves the full 5 star rating and I would have given it if it wasn't for the attitude of the finance manager. She did get it together before we left, but she was very rude during the deal closure. Her attitude aside, iAutohaus is an excellent dealership.

My experience with AutoHaus was one of nothing but a positive nature. Not only was I highly impressed with the elite selection of vehicles to choose from, furthermore I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding level of customer service provided not only by the entire staff however, specifically Jeremy, Chris & Wesley. I walked in late Friday evening only wanting to view & test drive an Audi I had my eye on, not expecting to walk out with a new car, though the entire staff stayed late for me, matched my previous financing I already had in place while continuing to work on the deal through the weekend while Jeremy personally delivered the vehicle to me himself on Sunday even though the dealership was closed. AutoHaus' superior level of customer service & professionalism is surpassed by none and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a higher end vehicle.

Bought a 2009 smart car. Everybody we dealt with at the car dealership was friendly. Our salesman Jeremy was very helpful, answered all our questions. My wife and I really enjoyed how fast the sale went , other dealerships take 3 to 4 hours. Had all the paperwork signed and done within an hour, that included test drive. Would highly recommend. Absolutely amazing is all I can say. We were met at the door by the owner, who knew who I was from an earlier phone call- amazing! Wesley took the time to show us his showroom, and service center, and it was very apparent that he took great pride in his impeccable auto dealership, and the quality of the cars that he hand selects for sale.The moment I met Wesley, who is a very personable and passionate guy, saw the dealership, the inventory of cars and learned that he is a Porsche trained Porsche mechanic, I knew I wanted to be part of this dealership, and I knew I would be buying a car that day. Fortunately, he had exactly the car I wanted to buy- a beautiful, 2012 Porsche Panamera- it looks and runs like brand new and for less than half the cost of brand new. I rated IAUTOHAUS a 5 star rating because of there friendly and professional atmosphere. We arrived to look at several Mercedes E350, which my wife has driven for 12 yrs. She's definitely isn't a car person but absolutely loved the two E350's we previously owned. My wife spotted an Audi A8 next to the E350 and totally feel in love with the vehicle. We didn't have much knowledge about Audi, so Chris explained in detail the features and durability of the A8. We are not compulsive buyers, so we told Chris we were going to lunch and talk about which vehicle we wanted to purchase. To my surprise, there wasn't any pressure to return and buy the vehicle. After lunch we returned and decided on the A8. The paperwork process was one of the best experiences we have had while purchasing vehicles. Wesley was very detail in his explanation of the documents that we signed. Excellent service all around, would definitely purchase from this dealer again.

Just got back from making a second purchase from iAutohaus. Once again, Chris and Wesley made me feel like family, and reinforce why I love this dealership.Chris and I took the GLK out and I fell in love with it. An hour later, I'm the proud owner of it. Exactly like I said in July 2013 - Chris made the sale process so easy, and Wesley made the finance process smooth. One of the more enjoyable experiences Ive had recently was purchasing my Porsche from iAutohaus. There wasnt a need to haggle with the sales person over the price of the car. They offered an honest, up front fair market price, and they truly want to earn my business by offering a well-maintained car. They described the car on their web site as an immaculate well cared for, low mileage previously owned Porsche that had been inspected and serviced by their trained mechanics, and it was indeed everything described and more. After doing some research on the car I wanted, I spoke to Wesley, told him what I could afford and after a few minutes of talking we both came to what was a fair purchase price for the car. The process went very smooth after that an agreement was reached. I made a deposit to hold the car and then wired the balance the next business day. Wesley and Joann made arrangements to have the car shipped to me. For us buying a car has never been so simple, and stress free. In the future if I or a family member or close friend are in the market for an automobile the first name I will recommend will be iAutohaus.

I've purchased three Porsches from iAutohaus over the past six years - two for me and one for my wife. All of the vehicles were extremely well detailed and clean, were accurately represented and the pricing was very competitive for the quality of used car you're getting. The team at iAutohaus is professional, they know their market segments (Audi, Mercedes, Porsche primarily on their sales floor) and the purchase process is more of a collaboration than a negotiation. Wesley and his team want to find the car that fits you, not just push a car on to you. I traded in cars three times and felt the overall deal was very fair for both sides of the table. On my last Porsche 911 purchase this past week, even though there wasn't any warranty implied, I talked to them about a slight noise in the clutch I heard after driving it a few days - they told me to bring it in to their spotless service department, where they had it fixed at no charge to me. this is the type of behavior you want to see from a dealer: they want to make sure your car is perfect and went the extra mile after the sale to make sure I was very satisfied and happy. I've owned 8 Porsches throughout the years, three of them came from iAutohaus - I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future for Porsche #9. For now, I'm going to really enjoy this "new to me" 911 - it's clean enough that it might as well be new. if you're the type of buyer that's looking for the high quality used European car at a fair price, then I definitely recommend them. my first experience with iAutohaus was over ten years ago. Since then I have purchased two Porsche from them, a Boxter S and a 2009 Carrera S cabriolet PDK. Both cars were in exceptional condition, low mileage, fully serviced by their Porsche Master technician. The Service Center is a state of the art facility, very clean and well managed. All the personnel is friendly and professional. They go beyond to assist all their customers. It feels like a family! Highly recommended! Will be back for my next 911 this time the 991!

Any dealerships can sell you a car, but a great dealership sells you several cars over many years because of their integrity, pricing and service. Over the past 15+ years I have bought 8 cars from iAutohaus.More important than buying a car, is servicing that car by someone you trust. The folks at iAutohaus know who I am, all their technicians are certified, and their labor rates a lower than any big name dealer. Their facility is modern, spotless and well organized.I do not understand why anyone would waste money buying a new car when you can get a like new car for a lot less. I also don't know why anyone would pay dealer labor rates when you can get the same, if not better quality for less at iAutohaus. Mike

From arrival to departure was solid experience.Only possible enhancement would be more in-depth tutorial on unique aspects of the purchased vehicle as the high end autos they have in stock have MANY options. Ended up spending some time during the first week of ownership figuring out some of the special features and settings that probably could've been set up before leaving the lot...

Recently, my vehicle was in a horrible accident. I was in the market for a new car, and fast! I found the most beautiful BMW X5 at iAutohaus and I was ready to go! Unfortunately, my insurance company was not. More than 2 weeks following the accident they STILL hadn't even been out to officially declare the vehicle a total loss. In addition, the need for a new vehicle was a surprise and as a new business-owner I had very little money set aside for an initial investment in the vehicle. Suffice it to say that as a starving entrepreneur with another car still lingering on my report and very little to put down, I was a challenging customer. From start to finish, however, I was treated like I was worth a million bucks. Jeremy, my sales advisor, was perfect. He offered me guidance and encouragement (I was nervous!), but also gave me room to make the decision on my own. Lisa, the finance advisor, is one of the most personable people I have ever met and she went one million percent above and beyond to make my situation work. Between she and Jeremy they set me up with a plan that worked for me. Also - shout out to Joann who was willing to let me use her iPhone cord (everyone knows those things are gold!) so that I could charge up in anticipation of sending several excited messages with photos of my new car that iAutohaus made happen.Thank you all for impeccable service. Very friendly and impressive dealership for high end used cars. They had the only convertible that fit my requirements within 500 miles. Was not very happy with what they gave me for my trade but was more concerned getting a FWD, HT convertible in white or red that I could put on a tow dolly. Car will be used to run errands so is satisfactory for my needs and I can tow with the RV.

I won't go anywhere else but this dealership from now on to purchse or to service a vehicle. I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL550 for my family, and a beautiful car it is. First of all, the selection of European cars is great, from the two seater sports car to the 7 person family wagon. Wesley (the owner) picks only the best cars to fill his indoor showroom. My buying experience was great. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was given ample time to think and Wesley wanted me to be sure the car I was looking at was really what I wanted. I was given a tour of the facility to assure me that I am going to be taken care of not only at the buying mark, but assuring me when servicing is needed as well. The shop is clean and shows class. Since having the car, servicing it at iAutohaus has been a red carpet service as well. Josh Hemmerling has always been professional and has always taken care of my concerns in a speedy fashion. The mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable and will fix any problem with a positive result. These guys are definitely worth a try if you are in the market for a precision tuned European machine.

Got a 2003 Mercedes E500 bought it a couple mo. ago I'm a do it yourselfer well I couldn't fix this one. simple oil change turned into a computer nightmare for me. checked out other company's chose these guys was very afraid of a $200.00 bill to just look at it and another 200 to fix maybe more. Well I got the second shock in so few weeks the charge nothing let me repeat NOTHING Josh my service advisor had it fixed and back to me in 20 minutes while I waited. What struck me at iAutohaus is that the people there genuinely love what they are doing. What better place to buy a car from - from enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual people. Not once did I feel pressured doing my shopping at this dealership. Very friendly staff and Wesley, the owner, was very interested in what I wanted. He wanted to know what he could do to find the car that I wanted. His financial representative was great to work with and did what she could to really find the lowest rate for me and not find a rate that was convenient for them as I imagine all dealerships make some kind of money on this part of the process. iAutohaus has a lot of very nice vehicles, and when I chose one of the least expensive cars in the showroom, they treated me like I was buying a brand new Porsche. Jeremy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered a test drive despite being within minutes of closing and didn't pressure me to make a decision whatsoever. When I decided to purchase the following week, Lisa was fantastic and very personable. I have a great job out of school, but a lack of credit history made me worried about first-time interest rates. Lisa had the financing set up the same day and at an unbelievable rate! There was absolutely zero markup here. Jeremy stuck around through the paperwork, again after closing, just to hand me my keys and make sure I was all set. From my perspective, their business is not about making the most profit per sale; it's about making the best relationship for future sales. This is a top quality group of people and I would not hesitate to refer my friends or relatives. I live in Phoenix, so I was able to personally go to their dealership and I was very impressed with the quality of their cars and learning how each car is hand selected. Each car under goes a total inspection in their shop with qualified mechanics and is detailed to the highest level, so what you see and what you get is what you would expect. You won't be dissapointed by this dealership. Wesley was great and answered all my questions honestly. I did a little research on the car I wanted so I knew quite a bit already. He is very personable and entertained my daughter as Lisa Roselli (finance officer) helped us with numbers. She is so fun and personable as well! Wesley taught my daughter every European make in his showroom in the meantime, Nice guy! You are treated as a customer and not just another number on the board. The delivery of the car was first rate. If there was something I didn't like about the car, Wesley was on it right away. These guys want your business and will treat you like they should. Their shop and facility is very clean. I definitely will be back to buy from again.

Joshua my go to guy is awesome and very helpful. The work on my car was great having an old Porsche boxter 2001 its hard to find knowledgeable people on the vehicle. They have worked on the car approx 5 times in 2 years and have always done a great job . Joshua helped me get the car fixed up when they were not able to get me a new / repaired transmission. He always keeps me informed of a time line and cost.

I started with their website, and it was so easy to maneuver. I did everything online. The pictures of the cars are from every angle, and there are a lot of them. Their location is indoors and immaculate! The cars absolutely sparkle. The staff knew their inventory and was able to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Their in-house finance department had me approved in a couple of hours. When I picked up my car they went over the car in detail with me, making sure I was aware of all the added options and how to use them. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from them again!

As a former Air Force Fighter Pilot - I like to operate sophisticated well maintained machines. I have purchased two German cars from iAutoHaus in the past three years. iAutoHaus is the only all indoor dealership in Phoenix. Thus, their well prepared cars remain perfectly clean. The level of maintenance and finish preparations are superb - even a rival dealer confirmed to me that the Pawlowski' operation can not be matched in car preparation making these pre-owned machines look absolutely brand new! When I returned to purchase my second car - it was a spur of the moment decision. The owner, Westley, told me he would not sell me the car unless I gave him three reasons that this BMW was a good fit for me. I appreciate that he wanted to ensure that I would not be in new buyers remorse situation. Have you ever heard of this level of looking out for you anywhere these days? A total class buying experience - as if I were buying a new Rolls at one of the chandelier places. This place of business is centered around a family who are all Euro Car Aficionados. Their expertise is like walking in the pages of Moto-Trend magazine's library. The service center mechanics mostly speak in European accents-so I visualize they are right at home working on the cars of their homeland. The multi-bay shop is clean, well equipped, with most cars in for service by owners/operators. My name is Robert, from N. Calif., and I recently bought a 2010 Volvo V70 from iAutohaus in Tempe, Arizona. I posted a critical review stating that they sent an out of state buyer off on a long trip home with only a quarter tank of gas. Within two days of arriving home, Christopher, the owner, telephoned and apologized for their overlooking not filling the gas tank. And with his apology I received a $50 debit card. Frankly,his apology was enough, but the card was appreciated and my attitude has changed from negative to most positive and, incidentally, my wife loves the V70, which is in pristine condition. I recently purchased a fabulous automobile from iAutohaus. A car is a car, but when it comes to people, that really makes the difference. From sales to customer service iAutohaus personal were fabulous - timely, responsive, knowledgeable. While it is their job, the difference is that they do care and walked the extra mile to make the buying experience special. Whether it was the pre-sales questions - and I asked everything I could possibly think of - or the after sale paperwork, support and service iAutohaus personnel were absolutely great! I am located out of the Arizona area and so trust takes on an entirely different and more important role and meaning. There are more cars for sale here in southern California than you can shake a stick at, but none of them come with the professionalism and integrity of the personnel you will find at iAutohaus, rest assured!

There was a miscommunication on a small service item the car needed prior to my taking possession but thanks to Joann, the business manager the issue became a non issue. Car buying is stressful enough for many and how do you ever know you got the "right" deal. At iAutohaus in Tempe, that experience is taken to a different level. The pressure to negotiate is pretty much mitigated when you check their prices against any service that evaluates the retail and other values of premium automobiles. The fact is, Autohaus probably has priced the vehicle lower than that price! If not, they'll be so close for the quality of the vehicle that you are already in the ballpark on day one. What this means for a buyer is that you really look at premium used, luxury vehicles, all in air conditioned space, and pay a much smaller overhead than at the other premium dealers and drive away with the car of your dreams. Okay, nobody is giving away a premium auto. Make sure you check their "internet" price which is generally pretty close to the price you'll pay, but compare that price to other immaculate, certified vehicles for sale and you'll be glad you shopped at the Autohaus store.

I have purchased many vehicles from IAUTOHAUS since meeting Wesley (the owner) in 2002. The entire staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. You feel at ease when touring the showroom without having to worry of a "salesman" hovering over your shoulder. At the same time, they are there to answer any questions you may have. I'm very particular about my vehicles and IAUTOHAUS never disappoints with their great selection of very well maintained vehicles. Wesley has a great eye for finding cars with low mileage and little to no wear and tear. The financing has always been a seamless process as they have access to many lenders and loan programs. They also have a state of the art service facility which gives you no reason to have to go to the dealer for any of your vehicle's service needs. We came across iAutohaus and were impressed with the prices and the cars. My husband called and spoke with Steve and found him to be most congenial. Our visit to the immaculate showroom was very impressive and we were treated like family. My husband speaks German and conversed quite well with Wesley. Steve helped us with all of the paperwork and we drove home with a C300. The car is beautiful inside and out. If I ever need to buy another car in the future, it will only be from iAutohaus.

April 27, 2014 my world changed for the better. I drove off the iAutohaus (Tempe, AZ) with a pristine Silver 2007 Boxter S. Head snapping and gracious comments from passerby's immediately occurred at my 1st stop light. This car is pure acceleration - regardless if I am zipping in and out of traffic or pressing it to the metal on the highway - this Boxter S is a beast and has brought pure fun into my life. I would not hesitate to buy my next vehicle at iAutohaus. The professionalism and service is second to none. A simple reason for this - Wesley Pawlowski GM has his roots in being an ace mechanic for German autos and runs the place with high integrity and competency. Wesley set the tone with me early on for the pricing - no strings, everything was very transparent - including his profits. After thoroughly researching the availability of the automobile which satisfied my needs I came across IAutohaus. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire purchase process from the negotiation phase to taking delivery. In particular, Mike Sargent was a consummate professional in his approach through the entire process and always demonstrated superb competence and knowledge. Wes and his wife were also extremely helpful as well. They made us feel as if my wife and I were family. The last car I purchased was in Munich, a BMW. This was the first time in my life I have ever bought a used car, but definitely not the last! Because of the array of fine autos and the personal interaction by everyone at IAutohaus, I will definitely be a repeat customer! I was not aware of this dealer before I saw a listing on cars.com for a vehicle I've been interested in. While I wasn't really shopping for a new car, this one caught my attention because of the rarity and low mileage. When I stopped by for a visit to check out the listing I was impressed with the people and facility as well as the inventory. All of the vehicles I saw were in excellent condition. Mike was most helpful and patient in showing me the car I was interested in. After doing some research to verify the value of the listing, I returned to "possibly" buy the car. Again, Mike did a super job in answering all my questions and quickly coming up with a deal that worked along with processing the paperwork and getting the car ready. I drove it home in what seemed like record time for a car buying experience.

The team at autohaus was great and patient! They have an excellent selection of vehicles that seem to be hand selected by owner Wesley based upon uniqueness and quality used cars. I bought a c350 after debating over an e350 and a c63. They also showed me some really interesting ideas. They helped me figure out which was the best for me and my needs. The consultative selling approach they take and the breadth of different inventory they have is a really special combination. BMW's, Benz, Porsche, jags etc are all there. I plan on being back when I am ready for another great car.

I purchased an outstanding 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S early this year. I have probably kicked tires at iautohaus for ten years before finally buying a car. Wes has a deep knowledge of German autos and is a real gentleman to deal with. The car is superb and runs like a scared politician. Low pressure and easy to work with. Car was very clean when delivered. Only minor issue in the whole process was car was missing second key. It would have been nice to know this up front before I put down payment to hold the car. I shopped new car dealers for the same car and both were upfront there was only one key for their used 350 CLK (a BMW and a VW dealer). That is the kind of standard I would expect.

Just this past weekend I purchased a used Porsche 911 (996) from Wesley and the team at iAutohaus. The process could not have been more relaxing and pleasurable. I am very happy with my purchase, got a fair price (didn't overpay or under pay), total negotiation took about 5 minutes and from when we shook hands I was on my way with my new vehicle in less than 15 minutes.
