On Wednesday late afternoon, my wife and I went to Ideal Auto looking for a nice vehicle. I called earlier in the day and spoke to Carlos and I informed him that I would be coming in to look at some of the cars on the lot. When I got there, I was greeted by Carlos, and as I was speaking to him, my eyes went directly to a gray E430 Mercedes Benz. The car was amazing!! Low mileage, 1 owner, never been in an accident.. Just stunning. Carlos was very professional, he was able to answer all of my questions and by Saturday afternoon I was driving the car off the lot. I was very disappointed with this shady place. Our salesman was nice, but everyone else was incredibly rude. Once we bought the car, we had problems with the paperwork they provided to transfer ownership. Even worse, they didn't even care to help to get it resolved saying that it was not their problem because I lived in NJ. Buying a car is no good if you can't transfer ownership. I would avoid this place!!!

My family and I were on a tight budget and with little time to spare and the salesman David made everything easy and stress-free. We bought a used 2009 Mazda the day after seeing it and are very happy so far. It was a very good value and we didn't feel pressured or swayed into changing our minds or spending more money. My wife and I found an SUV through cars.com that was exactly the right price and mileage we had in mind. When we came on to the Ideal lot we were greeted by Alan who showed us the car, was very honest and genuine about the car's condition. We discussed the car fax report, which showed there was a recall from the manufacturer. Ideal took care of that and a few other things that we had questions about. I could not be happier with their customer service and would definitely buy another car from them.

Every number they gave me at the end was more then what was told to me and my transmission fails after only a month and two weeks and they did not help at all at the very least they could have went half with me on a new one. If this experience was anything it was a lesson learned for the next vehicle I purchase.

I purchased a Nissan Altima from Ideal Auto Exchange and the very evening after purchasing the car the check light came on. A few days laterI had a mechanic who works for Nemet Nissan in Jamaica code the check light and was told it was the catalytic convertor and an oxygen sensor that had to be replaced. Thats an emission issue and the inspection wouldn't have passed with this type of problem but an inspection sticker was on the car. They charged me $500 for a tracking system that in no way would benefit me only the dealership. I work in the insurance industry and I know that this isn't an insurance credit. I was only given 1 key at time of sale. So I had to get duplicates made and the ignition key is a chip key so I paid $150 for duplicates only to find out when I came to office to pay last note Ideal Auto Exchange handed me a KEY THEY HELD ON TO. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM AND I WILL WARN ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I am a student doctor from Ky whose older car finally bit the dust and i needed a used car FAST to last me until i moved back home. Ideal came highly recommended and showed me exactly what i was looking for within my budget. This place defies all stereotypes of car dealerships and car salesmen! Hassan was beyond amazing--got a 2004 Solara, below blue book value, warranty included, no hidden fees, no gimmicks, no tricks. As we were test driving, the car drove like a dream and Hassan said it wasn't perfect: pointed a few things he could tell was wrong, none of which we had any clue about (minor, minor stuff). Unnecessary honesty but there it was! I could not believe the buying experience. All these reviews are absolutely well-founded. Would not buy a used car anywhere else even if you paid me!

I have had no problems, good dealer- I sent my brother here and would send anyone to this dealership. I came, I had no credit-they got me financing and a good vehicle. Louis is always nice when I come in and make payments. Payments are very affordable, right in my budget.

Sold me a vehicle that I was not happy with, car had a stalling problem. The reason I am giving them a good rating is that they did the right thing, traded the vehicle back and sold me a good car. Provide financing did all paper work. Now me and my family are satisfied.

Were able to work out financing and help me restablish credit, and got a great car that is serving me well. When I did have a couple of minor problems they were very accomodating and took good care of me. I was referred by a long time customer and was very grateful to him and the dealership for how I was treated.
