John made our buying process very relaxed and smooth. He showed us extra detailed pictures to ease our concerns. He answered all of our questions without getting annoyed. We got the best loan we could ask for and everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

I had a great time buying my truck at Illinois valley auto group. The guys there were very casual and friendly and made the whole process very easy and efficient. The truck I bought was very clean and they were very down to earth and upfront about everything. I would definetly say you should buy a car from them. They had a great selection on the lot and were very quick at responding with information when I emailed them before driving out there. Very smooth experience all around. A+, IVAG. Thank you!

I was picky when I was looking for a used Silverado and was surprised by the 28 photo shots that spoke the truth. I was totally satisfied with John's attitude while on the phone and impressed with the proper skills manifested by Matt with the show, demo, and final sale approach. This dealership was professional with a down home atmosphere. Thank you Illinois Valley Auto Group, our truck rode home well from our roundtrip of 372 miles. Well worth the drive!

I found a car on cars.com and made an online inquiry. Matt got back to me to answer my questions. I test drove the car and loved it. they were very friendly and helpful. great experience.

The day after our purchase we had 2 problems with our vehicle which could have been dangerous to the vehicle's operation. We were given a loaner car and the repairs were made promptly and at no charge. We are now enjoying our purchase and would definitely purchase from Illinois Valley Auto Group again!

Excellent deal, We pretty much made right through email with John.We drove 100 miles.Well worth the trip.Everything went as planned.Fast curtious and John wonderful man to deal with. Also I want to mention Matt did a GREAT job! Highly recommed this Auto dealership.

Only gave them a 4 because the check engine light came on after 100 miles of driving the truck, but it was a high mileage 9 year old pickup so I don't really put that on their shoulders too much. The price I got on this truck was much better than pricing anywhere else in the area that I could find. Very friendly and helpful people working there. Recommended and would do business with them again.
