Right from the start, there was no pressure. Imperial's dealerships are beautiful and the staff aims to please. While waiting for our new vehicle to be detailed, they provided lunch at their diner which was delicious. Shawn Goulet was our salesman, and he was great, even answering my calls on his day off. Sales managers Al and Mike were very personable and fair. I had a small issue and Al took care of it, no questions asked. I am very satisfied with the purchase of our Corvette and would not hesitate to return for future purchases.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and worked with Paul Prsybylek. This was our first experience with a dealership and Paul surpassed our expections. He answered all of my many questions and was so pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond by delivering my vehicle to my home and even offering to pick it up at my workplace and take it back to the dealership to have the windshield replaced and the inspection done. He then brought it back to me so it wouldn't interfere with my work schedule. I was extremely happy with the service that Paul provided and will absolutely refer him to anyone that I know looking for a vehicle!

A little while back, my daughter and I went into Imperial Ford to see what she could get for her Kia Optima if she traded it in. When we got there, we were greeted by Maaz Al Nahas, who worked with us in getting an estimate. During this time, my daughter mentioned that she had seen a Ford Escape online that she really liked. Maaz located the car and we took it for a ride. My daughter loved the car! Maaz talked with us about the pricing of the car and answered all of our questions. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything regarding the transaction. We ended up sitting down with Omar Ihjul, the Business Manager, who worked the numbers on the trade-in price for the Kia, as well as with the financing with the banks, to get us the best deal possible for my daughters car loan. We spent the afternoon at the dealership as Maaz and Omar worked with us, doing whatever they could to help my daughter purchase the car she wanted. A few hours after arriving to a get a trade-in price for her Kia, we left with a new Ford Escape, the car she wanted! We are so appreciative of the time that Maaz and Omar took to help this transaction take place. I would highly recommend this dealership, and these two individuals in particular, for anyone looking to purchase their next automobile. I will definitely be purchasing my next Ford vehicle from them!

Earlier in the summer I went to Imperial Ford to look at Ford Escapes. Dave Bertulli walked me through the lot taking time to ensure I knew about the options available. I returned to the dealership in late July and purchased an Escape. Throughout the entire process Dave was always available to answer questions. The time & attention given was great and his co-workers were always friendly. I would definitely recommend Imperial Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. This is my 3rd purchase from Imperial and I will certainly go back again.

Mike DiMella and Mike Peters were great. They listened to what I wanted and then searched for my perfect vehicle which is an Escape. Mike Peters helped me navigate the Sync feature so I was ready to go Bluetooth before I left the lot. I would highly recommend using Mike & Mike if you are buying a Ford. Highly impressed.

Pedro Alvarez was exceptional. He was extremely polite and friendly, a pleasure to talk with. He was flexible with price, fought for a good trade-in value, and stayed late to accommodate our needs. Imperial goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and comfortable. You know this as soon as you walk in. We even ate at their diner, which was excellent. I would gladly drive over an hour again to work with this dealership and with Pedro!

I went to Imperial Ford yesterday and spoke to Ali Kehail & Kim who I have nothing but great things to say about. They did everything in their power to get us into a nice reliable car for my family and I. And they both definitely succeeded! Ali & Kim were very friendly, cared about us and what was in our best interest! I visited Imperial on April 30 with my husband. After we had been there for a few minutes we were joined by Firas Ekitilah. We loved that he gave us some time to look around unattended. I needed a new car and wasn't entirely sure about what I wanted - other than NOTHING silver. Firas demonstrated extreme patience with the dozen or so times that I changed my mind. The 3 of us walked the entire dealership before we found the perfect car - which happened to be right at our starting point. We had a great rapport with Firas and we had some laughs during my test drive. My husband isn't the easiest guy to get along with when business is concerned but Firas made the transition like a pro. Ahmad Al-Jallad secured my financing and he was awesome too - he put a lot of time into finding the best rate for me. The whole experience is great and not only will I recommend Firas to anyone who is looking but I plan on seeing him in 2 years when it's time to trade in. Also got a decent trade for my 2005 Liberty - Thanks Mike. Overall a great experience.

This is the first dealership that actually really listens to what you are saying. We looked at a few F250's in our price range and after Dave Bertulli priced out what we thought would have been the one, I asked him to price out 2 other ones we looked at since we would have had to add some options I wanted. He did it without hesitation and advised one of these was going to be a better value than the original one. We had already been to other dealers and I had asked them to price out 3 vehicles and they said yes but only did one because they felt it was the best one. If you are looking for a F250 this is the place to go. Lots of vehicles on the lot to look at! Dave Bertulli was the best to work with from picking trucks out to going over the vehicle's options when we picked it up. As others have said 0 pressure. Not your average dealership! Well done guys!!!!!

I recently purchased a pre owned jeep commander.I have been buying cars from Imperial Ford and my salesman Dean Childs since 2005. Dean has always been very friendly, professional and has made the process of buying a car less stressful. He never try's to sell me the car HE wants to sell but works to find a car that suits my needs. During my second visit to test drive the jeep with my daughter Dean was off and we were greeted by Shawn Goulet. He was very helpful and completed the transaction with us.He had the Jeep detailed,went over all the features and options and to our surprise got us 6 months of SiriusXm satellite radio free! I highly recommend Imperial Cars and Dean or Shawn for your next new or pre-owned car.

The Imperial Experience - for me has been an amazing one. I am on my 4th vehicle from this impeccable establishment within the last few years and I could only wish that everyone will have the same experience as I have. I will by my vehicles from no other than Ali Kehail the best of the best salesman, never pressured me, was so informative as to what my needs and wants were at the time of each purchase and had the patience of a saint until I made my decision, and has gone way above and beyond what I have seen anyone do for another person. He educated me in all areas of my purchases so that I was well informed as to exactly what I was buying. What would be the best financial, safety, economical, yet a vehicle that I would be proud to and enjoy owning for hard earned money well spent. From there I will have no other service department service any of my vehicles other than Justin and his amazing, knowledgeable, and respectful entire service team. Who will make sure I am well informed as to what was done to my vehicle, the charges that were incurred, and that all of this meets my complete and total satisfaction with the utmost integrity. Kim and the financial team that also go above and beyond expectations to work affordable situations for all customers they serve. From the Owners, heads of management, rental car facility, parts department, detailers, and last but not least the diner with the fabulous food. I cannot fathom why anyone would go anywhere else to purchase, service, finance, rent, clean and detail, grab some good food, but first and foremost to make long lasting and trusting friendships that will last well beyond your vehicles and for that alone I will go nowhere else but Imperial Ford for the Imperial Experience and I thank each and everyone of them for that. I recently purchased my third brand new Ford pick-up truck at Imperial Ford. I've been buying Ford F150's at Imperial since 2010. I recently decided to trade in my 2012 Ford F150 XLT for a 2016 Ford Ford 250 Lariat. Imperial made it such an easy process. They have a wide variety of trucks to choose from. They were very patient with me, including allowing me to drive the truck on Rt146 to feel how it drives at higher speeds. When I was uncertain of the color, they exercised more patience with me pulling up different model and color trucks. I never feel pressured at Imperial to make a purchase. They've always done a great job explaining the price and incentives. They've always been very fair on my trade in's too. I drove out of Imperial with a gorgeous black Lariat with black leather interior the very same day I was just kicking around the idea of a new truck. Imperials service department is very clean and professional too. I've always felt they value me as a customer, even for a simple oil change. Keep up the great work, Imperial. You have a customer for life and recommend others to buy there too.

I love my "new to me" Lincoln which I have owned for almost one year. Ron Dulac was a joy to work with - patient, informative, professional, courteous. Vehicle service is an important part of owning any vehicle. So far I have had one warrantee claim and routine maintenance. The Service Dept is also professional, courteous and informative. Appointment times are convenient, check in is quick, I know what to expect. Very pleased with Imperial.

I recently purchased an F150 from Imperial and was very impressed with not only Dean Childs, my Salesperson, but the whole experience. As a woman walking into a dealership alone, I frequently felt pressured and not taken seriously. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into Imperial and did not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable. The entire team of folks were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate me. Just this passed week I purchased an SUV from Imperial Ford. The office and the property were amazing. The Rock and Roll theme was really neat. I had the pleasure of dealing with their Sales Associate Paul P. He was extremely helpful and provided all the answers and support I was looking for in finding my next car. Paul seems to really know his stuff. He wasn't at all "pushy" or trying to hide anything like you'd find at most car lots. I highly recommend dealing with him as I know next time I need a car, I'll be looking for his assistance again. He really made my experience easy and kept me in the loop with everything that was happening, each step of the way. Their finance department was great as well. Kim helped me through the process and explained everything clearly which is great. Both Paul and Kim did everything they could to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys! I'll be sure to stop by Imperial Ford first when I'm car shopping again.

I recently started a job with a long commute and really felt that I needed to upgrade my car. I searched the website and had a car in mind. After a test drive, I thought the car would work in my situation just fine. My salesman John F. recommended a different car which I also really liked, it was more money, but had less miles and was a couple years newer. I decided it really was a better choice and so I moved ahead and bought the car with an extended warranty. Its been almost 2 months and I have to say I like the car even more than when I bought it. John had other customers in the showroom when I came in early, and so his associate Ron was able to help get the car ready for me to take it home that day. Thanks to John and Ron for a great experience.

I just bought my first car with Imperial Ford and I have to say I'm severely impressed. The representative I worked with, Paul Przybylek, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was personable, friendly and always ready to be helpful and make sure everything was in order. Despite my rather strict requirements I was still able to find a fantastic used car, reasonably priced and in great condition. Paul was up front about everything instead of trying to shizte a newbie, and always willing to ask someone else if he didn't know an answer. I'm absolutely in love my car and haven't had any issues at all. So whether this is your first car or your fiftieth, go to Imperial and ask for Paul. You won't be disappointed. 10/10 will shop there again. :)

Purchased used Ford certified vehicle; dealer had guaranteed the known oil leaks & cracked front brake hoses would be corrected before purchasing it. Didn't feel confident; so, after Imperial's repairs I asked an independent shop to inspect the vehicle, wasn't surprised to hear nothing had been repaired. When I called to mention the independent's review, Imperial immediately replaced the brake hoses. It required 5 additional visits to correct leaks.

They helped me get out of a money pit, and into a new 2015 F150. Dave Bertulli went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, he even came in on his day off to help me finalize a deal. This is the second time I bought a Ford from him. I even brought a friend down to buy a car there, great service and awesome atmosphere there. I tell everyone I know to go there first.

About a month ago, after spending what felt like forever trying to find the perfect car, I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Imperial Ford in Mendon. I did not except to purchase a car that day but I am so happy that I did. I have had no technical difficulties with the car itself and I don't know how I ever lived without the remote start and backup camera! Dean Childs was the salesperson who helped me. He was very nice and informative; he helped me feel confident enough to buy my first almost-new car on my own. I did not feel pressured to buy or uncomfortable during the negotiations. I wish Imperial had been my first stop for car shopping and my advice to anyone looking is to stop by Mendon and ask for Dean Childs.

I've bought 2 cars from Dennis Leoleis at Imperial Ford and am getting ready to purchase my third! Ford really does make a great car with all the bells and whistles you need at an affordable price. When you go, I highly recommend asking for Dennis. In my opinion there is no one better to buy a car from than him. His knowledge of the vehicles and years of sales experience made my time at the dealership a hassle free and stress free experience. I have referred all of my friends to him and they have all raved about their experience as well. He is truly the best salesperson I have ever met. And I love my car!

This is the third car that I have bought from Imperial Ford and have recommended the dealership for my friends and family largely because of one individual: Mike Peters. In a lot of dealerships you feel pressure or get a sense where you are wasting the sales person's time while gathering information on making a purchase, but Mike made me not only feel at ease with what I was doing at the pace that I wanted to go, but also helped me with timely recommendations when I wasn't sure what to look at next. Incredibly friendly he also let me know about the wide suite of services offered at Imperial and was a pleasure to work with. I know as long as Mike is there they will have a customer for life!

Bought a new F-150 Platinum for our business. Ron was very knowledgable about Platinum equipment and was very quick in finding the truck within this huge inventory. Never seen so many cars and trucks in one location. Process was very smooth and Ron was excellent and not pushy. Price was fair, saw tv ad from Ford friend and neighbors promo. No gimmicks and Ron was great with all the follow-up to get the truck ready and registered on time that I was promised.

Where do I begin, first of all started the process about 3 weeks ago at a dealership that has a tremendous reputation, I was greeted courteously by cass leitao at the dealership. Initially I was looking at a Ford f150 used and wound up settling on a new f150. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had ,everything went smoothly as I was not expecting that. Everything from the very first "Hello" of the salesman, to me driving out of there the same day with a new car was a joy. Ali was not pushy at all and quickly realized what type of car I wanted/could afford. The finance officer was kind and very expedient in find us the correct loan which would fit out budget, and then they took care of the registration of the car with minimal effort from me. In sum, I would definitely go back to Imperial as my experience was absolutely wonderful!

I purchased my F150 from Dave Bertulli over at Imperial Ford last year, and once again had an excellent experience. Dave was very knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and not at all "pushy". He took the time to find the right gently used F150 that I was looking for....as soon as he found it, he called me (ON HIS OFF DAY!) and told me he would meet me at the dealership for a test drive. He knocked a couple hundred dollars off the price and made it a deal I couldn't refuse. This is the 3rd time I have purchased from Imperial, and I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. Thanks Dave!

This is the third car I have purchased at Imperial Ford. Dennis Leoleis is my kind of salesperson. He doesn't push me into a car that he wants to sell but knows exactly what I want. He located the car I was searching for and made a very fair deal. Even though I live 18 miles from Imperial, I continue to drive back for servicing because I know it will be done right. The waiting area is comfortable with giant screen TV, free wireless and computer bays for a laptop. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a used Jeep and worked with Josh Lanoie. No pressure sales and was able to negotiate a very fair price for the vehicle. Due to a personal issue with financing it took four trips to the dealership before I was able to pickup the car. It's a long story and no fault of the dealership. I live about an hour away and would shoot down after work with my wife, and sometimes my daughter, arriving about 7:00pm. Josh treated us like kings and provided us with gift cards to get dinner at the diner located on the premises. Talk about customer service. Totally unexpected and certainly appreciated. We live quite a distance from Imperial Ford, but it was worth the trip. It's not your typical dealership in that it's also a museum of popular culture with music memorabilia lining every corner and a cafe devoted to Elvis Presley. The car we were interested is kind of rare: a Cadillac CTS with a manual transmission. When the one they had didn't' turn out to be a good match, we did not get any pressure to try something with an automatic transmission, they just asked for our information and told us that they would be in touch when something suitable came up. The only negative was very minor: an internet reminder to visit the dealership soon as the car wouldn't last long at its advertised price. The vehicle had a dead battery, and be sitting in the lot for over a month. They handled the situation gracefully. I just wish the CTS had been in better shape.

Mike is not out, to make a killing, like so many I have experienced before I went to Imperial. Mike DiMella, the Sales Manager, went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. Just purchased what I feel is a great looking 2014 leftover F150 at a fair and reasonable price! Our salesman Dean was knowledgeable, professional and never talked down to us or made us feel uncomfortable throughout the process. (OK, I'll admit that I've had some bad experiences in the past at different dealerships that I will never return to) But, that has not been the case on the two occasions that I have purchased new vehicles from Imperial. I cant speak for everyone at Imperial, but Dean Childs was awesome and I can personally recommend that you search him out if you go to Imperial Ford.

Went to buy a vehicle with money in hand and great credit. Salesman couldn't find the keys ( in other reviews saw same comment). Finally got key and salesman couldn't go he was too busy, really??? So much for making the customer feel he is important. So we finally sit down after he fumbles around for info and who knows what else. No explaining how the dealership does business or their sales process works. Here is the price ( window sticker...lol) minus rebates...oh you don't qualify for that or that or that .. $5,000 increase later this is your price. You can now go to finance. What??? Can you do anything on the price? I asked. WE DON'T NEGOTIATE. Really, then why is there vehicles at discounted prices on the floor, cause they're not moving or why did a salesman email me at end of the month in Jan.stating he could give me a better deal, cause they have to hit a quota. Now they say we would be selling the car less than what we paid for it...do you have the invoice...."oh I don't know where that would be" he stated. Really sounds familiar (keys). So then we go down the path of we offer the lowest price and nobody has more of this vehicle than us (I told him of another dealer who had more because I did my homework). Same old tactics. Hey if you want to do business like that, fine, but explain your process and position up front I would respect that. Oh and the old one dissatisfied customer...well needless to say I would never recommend anyone to do business at these dealerships.

I have purchased many vehicles over the past 30 years and my experience with Gerard Souza and Imperial was the best. I was interested in a recent model used Ford Explorer. Gerard arranged test drives of the ones I was interested in and never pressured me to buy new or look at something else. I went to Imperial after my parents raved about their experience recently purchasing a new car there. I have to say that the overall experience from the get go was top notch. I had the best experience of buying a new truck at Imperial Ford in August. I did my homework prior to arriving at the dealership using Imperial's website to locate the type of F150 I was interested in. My wife and I arrived at about 3 pm on a Sunday and I asked to see Dennis Leoleis. He greeted us and made us feel right at home. He asked what type of truck I was interested in and took us around the lot to check them out. We took several out for a ride and I finally decided on a Blue Jean metallic F150 super cab. We filled out the initial paperwork, however this was a very busy Sunday and Dennis had some folks ahead of us. We decided to come back the next day to complete the transaction. No fault of the dealership and Dennis and several of his team apologized profusely that we had to come back the next day. They gave us a Miss Mendon Diner Gift Card for our troubles. We completed the paperwork the next day and it couldn't have been any smoother and painless. I have to give the highest marks to Dennis Leoleis,, (our second Ford purchase from Dennis) and the reason I came back. Also, Mr. Jeff Nadim who made the financing so seamless, working the numbers that we would be comfortable with. Both of them made us feel so comfortable and we at no point felt pressured to purchase. I was very pleased with how we were treated and the overall experience, that I brought my daughter back to Imperial Chrysler Jeep in September. She ended up buying a 2014 Jeep Compass, she loves it. Kudos to Mr. Mike Walsh and Mr. David Mello at Jeep. Dear Mr. Meehan you have a fantastic place and your team is top notch!

He took the time to listen to us, showed us different models and features, was patient, and overall a real pleasure to work with. My wife and I went to imperial a couple of weeks ago to buy a truck. When we found the truck that we wanted, the sales person had us wait in another truck while he went to get the keys so we could give it a test drive. Forty five minutes later he came back and said that he couldn't find the keys and asked us if we could wait inside while he checked other places for the keys. We went inside and an hour later he came in and said that he was sorry but another salesperson must have taken the keys home. It was very disappointing as we had hoped to wrap everything up that day. He took my phone number and told me that he would call me the next morning to have me come back down and drive the truck as the salesperson would bring them back to work the next day. Two days later I receive a call from customer service asking how my visit was!! I told her everything and even how he never called back and I was extremely disgusted with how unprofessional this dealership was! She apologized and said that she would have a member of management contact me right away to resolve this and hopefully I would still be interested in buying the truck. That was over a week ago!!! No one has called and I just looked online and saw that the vehicle is still listed for sale at a lower price than the salesperson had originally told me. Apparently they have enough business there that they don't need mine, or my family, or friends or anyone I can spread the word to. Unbelievable!!! Bad customer service and a terrible experience!

walked in to Imperial Ford with barely a hint to what I was looking for and no clue as to what I wanted. The dealership is huge and Mike Peters walked the whole lot in the bitter cold with amazing patience as I went from car to car changing my mind many, many times. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted with smiles and felt so welcome - not the hard sell you are used to! Gerald Souza was our sales rep and was so attentive and helpful. Even though we knew the Ford was for us, he helped search the lot for other comparable vehicles (to be sure that we got what we wanted). Purchasing the truck was a breeze and when we came back to pick it up, Gerald was there to say hello and they even remembered our names! Imperial Motors treats their customers like royalty! Working with Mike and Dennis Leoleis was a pleasure! With the HUGE inventory at Imperial Ford, Mike & Dennis went out of their way to find the perfect car for us. We were then introduced to Jeff Nadim in the Finance Department. His approach to completing the deal and explaining ALL the numbers was refreshing without adding any pressure. Imperial Ford was a 90 minute drive for us and after our day there we were glad we made the trip. With the gift card we were given, we ended our day with a great meal and service at the Miss Mendon Diner which is part of the Imperial complex. You can bet when we are ready for our next car we will start at Imperial!

Great experience with everyone over at Imperial Ford last week! Started off browsing around the Imperial website to narrow down what vehicles I was interested in and get a starting point. Search interface was easy to use, with lots of filters to really drill down and begin to compare. Finished with a few vehicles I knew I wanted to look at. I called up Doug Hood and met him at Ford later that afternoon. We did a walk-around of each vehicle (a couple of Focuses) and he went through the various features of each one with me, as well as pointing out details to look for. We brought both of them side-by-side for a better comparison and test drove both vehicles. Sometimes when you ask someone about their experience buying a car, they might talk about being constantly pressured to buy, and this was certainly not the case. Doug knew the vehicles but more importantly, he made sure I was looking at vehicles that had what I needed and that I was genuinely interested in them. Very friendly, casual and I also learned a few things. Once the test drives were finished, I picked the vehicle I liked the best. Doug and I sat down to get started on the paperwork and Mike Kind came over, introduced himself and was very helpful in assisting the entire process, getting all the possible savings and approving the deal. My experience with Will Granata in finance was similar. Friendly, no stress and he made the entire process much easier than I imagined it would be. Will explained what all of the different documents meant before I signed them and he answered every question I had for him. We also found a payment that was perfect for me! I picked up the vehicle a couple days later, with Doug keeping in touch with me and giving me updates in the meantime. We ran through all the features again (just to be safe) and Doug made sure I understood how everything worked, especially as far as all of the lighting/ dash/ audio controls. This Focus has some more buttons than my previous car but once he walked me through, it made sense. He also followed-up with me over the next few days, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I think I had such a good experience because of the people. Every dealership is going to have the same cars, so the staff is really what makes the difference. The employees at Imperial were friendly, helpful, professional, knew their information and most importantly, made sure that I stayed informed and enjoyed the process. I'll certainly recommend them to anyone I know!

I had a Great Experience at Imperial Ford. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. I worked with Doug Hood whom came highly recommended by parents who also just purchased a car through him. Doug gave excellent customer service and is a true asset to the Imperial team. We have been insulted, harassed and treated very badly in dealerships we have visited. While looking around we landed at Imperial Ford. No one chased us around the lot while we were looking, the cars were all unlocked allowing us to get in and check them out, A sales rep came along, asked if we needed help, answered a couple of questions, gave us his card and went away. We liked a car but decided to go home to think it over. A couple of days later I went back. The sales rep was there and we talked about the car, I test drove it and we discussed price. Their web site has an "our cost" price on it. My discussion started there and after looking over everything we agreed. Today my wife and I went up to do the financing and pick up the car. The Finance man explained all of the options and we turned them down (except for 1) with no argument. We signed, our rep showed all of the bells and whistles, attached our plate and off we went. A FABULOUS experience dealing with honest regular people who did their best to give us what WE wanted.

My wife and I went in to get a car. Found the one we wanted, picked it out. We went to get financing from that department and specifically asked if the interest rate they gave us was the best the bank had to offer. The finance guy says yes. Come to find out, after talking with the actual bank, that Imperial jacked up the interest over 1/2%. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with these guys. First, the sales manager. Now, the finance dept. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

New car buying experience Doug Hood was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. He let me and my husband take the 2014 Ford Focus out on a test drive alone, which some dealerships normally dont do. Doug worked very hard to lower the price, as well as Jeff, (finance mgr). He worked very hard to aquire the proper fincancing. They were also nice enough to give us fifty dollars in Miss Mendon Diner gift cards so we could get a bite to eat while they preped our vehicle. The car was delivered right as we came back from the diner, in the perfect time alotted. We opened the door and were blown away by the lovely aroma that is the "new car smell". When we first took a look at the car, the exterior was all green because of the pollen, and the inside looked like it was a used car. But when we got the car, it looked and smelled like it was fresh out of the fatcory. :) The overall experience of our vist to Imperial Ford was absolutly delightful and would DEFINETLY recomend it. :)

Got My Mustang exactly how I wanted it! I wanted to purchase a 2014 Ford Mustang v6 convertible. Doug Hood was my salesman. I started off by saying to him, "I'm just gathering information at this point and will be going to other dealerships also, as I seek my vehicle. That being said, "Doug, I DON'T LIKE PRESSURE!" Doug was friendly and informative in regards to potential options I could consider and never said, "What can I do to sell you are car today?" Imperial Ford did not have the style car I was looking for but said they might get one from another dealership if I wished. I took the info and ballpark price and moved on to three other dealerships. They All and I mean ALL ignored my no pressure request and tried to push the convertible(s) that were on their lot(s) as the car for me. I came back to Doug with the exact features I wanted and with the help of Mike DiMella, I put down a deposit and Imperial Ford had my Mustang BUILT for me. I picked it up and drove it home on my 65th birthday. It was a pretty special day. I stopped in to look at a used car. no pressure from sales. friendly. found the car I was looking for and bought it. the payment was what I was looking for and the length of loan. had a few problems with getting parts and getting the car fixed in a timely manner but the people accommodated me like no other dealership would have. free new loaner and kept following up with me almost daily. the car was fully repaired and was very pleased with the car. they did everything to make me happy. I would strongly recommend imperial. no place is perfect but these guys try.

I recently went to Imperial Ford in the hopes of finding a used F-250 for a great value. I spoke with Dennis and inquired about what was available. Dennis was very helpful and showed me a beautiful 2012 Lariat F-250. The truck was a little over my budget but Dennis said lets see what we can do for you. My new vehicle buying experience was an eventful one. It was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new or used remained to be seen. The timing of this couldn't be worse so I started looking. It was in October of 2012 and I had to have a new vehicle by the end of November given the personal situation I found myself in. So I resigned myself to the fact that I wanted to buy american and I began by looking at familiar dealerships in my area. I'm an SUV girl so my search began. I looked at GMC, Chevrolet, and Ford. I've been a ford lover for many years however I wanted to research all different makes, models, and prices. I live in Ashland, Massachusetts so I picked several dealerships after my online research and my search was underway. I went to several in my area and found myself at Imperial Ford in Mendon, Massachusetts. Now keep in mind that this is not a situation that I wanted or needed to be in right before the holidays but here I was. Let me begin by saying that from the time I stepped foot into this facility to this very day, Saturday, 22MAR2014, in my opinion there is no other dealership on this planet that I would deal with or make a purchase from other than Imperial. The way that I was treated then and still today is without a doubt the best there is. The gentleman that I dealt with then and I still go and catch up with today is Ali Kehail. This man should be commended everyday for his loyal dedication and superior customer service and I don't believe there is anyone else like him in this business. The car buying experience is an emotional experience like no other and in certain situations, can be quite traumatic. From the time I met this man and the incredible staff at Imperial Ford, I have felt nothing but tremendous admiration and respect for all of them from the service department, the finance department, and the entire sales force but especially Ali. This experience is one I will treasure for ever this man took a sad situation and actually made it a memorable one and I am extremely grateful to call him a true friend. I gave this review specifically pertaining to the excellent service provided by Mike Peters, the salesman who helped my daughter and I buy a used car. Mike did a great job in listening to us and what we were looking for, he didn't try to up-sell us or steer us to what he wanted us to buy. He was super patient while week took a few cars for test drives, and helped us choose one out of the two we liked. Once we decided which car we wanted, rather than just moving on to do something else, he helped guide us through the buying process. He stayed in close touch regarding when the car would be ready for pickup, and it was ready when he promised. I went back the next weekend and saw the same salesperson and he made sure that I went home with the right vehicle and he was willing to stay with me the whole day until I found the right one. Four trips to the dealer to replace break pads. I actualy went back four more times because my transmition was slipping on my 2012 Fiesta. After the fourth atempt to schedule service. service manager refused to look at the car. Countless phone calls to Ford the most frustrating experience i have ever had. Poor quality repairs. They hound you for surveys and instruct you how to fill them out so they will get positive feeback. They have completly failed my expecations.Car is under warrenty and still malfunctioning. I will be going to a different dealership.

After having the worst experience ever with CARMAX when I purchased a truck brought it to my local dealer and found out it needed six thousand dollars worth of repairs and returned it. You could say I was very cautious with my next experience. I found the truck I was looking for at Imperial Ford and read their good reviews. I drove two hours not knowing what to expect. All the staff was first class. I was met by a salesman Douglas Hood. My first impression was he was the kind of guy you would have a beer with. He was honest, hard working, and on your side and truly would go to any lengths to make your experience first class. My entire experience trying to buy a vehicle from them was a disaster. Way low ball on trade. Wouldn't budge from their price even a dollar. And the whole 50s diner sports theme is dated.

I purchased a 2013 focus which went very smoothly. After owning it for a couple months I brought it in for service of a rattling I heard to which I was told it was supposed to make that noise which I dealt with. After owning it for 3 months my battery died due to a "bad cell" I called them and they told me they don't deal directly with ford and to call ford then call them back so I did and scheduled getting a new battery from their shop on a car they just sold me, only to find out they wouldn't loan me a rental car. I'm not very pleased with the customer service this dealer has to offer. I thought part of buying from a big dealer was they stand behind what their selling but all imperial wanted to do was say how this isn't their fault.

I recently bought a pre-owned Mustang convertible from Imperial Ford, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. There was no pressure. I had done my research and knew prices for this vintage of car and their asking price was fair. I also was provided with the service records for work they'd recently performed, including brand new Pirelli tires, new shocks, new serpentine belt, new wipers and air filter, as well as an oil & filter change. And then there's the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty that comes with a used vehicle! There was no trade and no haggling. The car was ready for pick-up when promised. I will do business with this dealership again in the future. Very satisfied. -BMcD

Imperial Ford in Mendon, MA, lives the Ford brand. Most companies or businesses coach their employees on how to deliver a "Lasting Impression": this team delivers on "Lasting Memories, which is a step above the rest. This is my second vehicle from Imperial and my second Ford ever. I traded in my 2011 F150 Limited for the 2013 F150 Limited. I am completely satisfied with this truck. My previous 2 vehicles before these were brand new Cadillac Escalades. Never again! The F150 has style and comfort, and it rides like a Cadillac but has the versatility to let me do yard work and home projects. That being said, let me tell you why Imperial Ford sets itself apart from the competition, not just in brand but also among local Ford dealerships. Everything from curbside appearance, landscaping, building maintenance, clean glass doors and windows, and immaculate parking lot to the reason I went there in the first place, the huge selection of vehicles, sets it apart. Anyone can put a variety of cars on a lot and hope the huge inventory impresses a customer, but what Imperial does every day to represent the Ford brand impresses me. When I am there just for an oil change, I can tell there is a routine to maintain standards. But I see it every visit: it's called consistency and that's a tough thing to deliver every day. Imperial's customer service is an example. Never have its reps missed a follow-up survey call just for an oil change. I feel like I know so many people in the dealership just because they are so friendly. Flagship Employees include most notably Jeff Nadim in Finance; Bob Fink in Sales; Donnie, Sean, and Justin in Service; and Mike Walsh, who sold me my first truck 2 years ago and still goes out of his way to say hello. He never forgets a customer! Imperial also has one of the hardest working individuals I have ever observed: Tim Patete in the car wash/detail shop. Rain or shine, he and his team are sweating it out taking care of customers. I so appreciate his work ethic that often I tip 10/20 so he and his crew can buy some iced coffees. This dealership is about leading by example and consistency, and delivering seamless customer experiences whether I am there for an oil change, buying a new vehicle, or just getting a car wash. I don't know the owner Kevin Meehan; however, I know a lot about him. His team speaks very highly of him. He "takes care" of his employees and customers. It's not too often that employees brag about their boss. It's clear that Kevin Meehan thinks, acts, and leads differently every day and defines the legacy he will want people to know him by. That does not happen often. I understand that he plays a huge role in community affairs, assists customers with hardships, holds fundraisers and events, and, I have even been told, provides assistance with purchases of new vehicles and gas cards for people that travel a lot for health reasons back and forth to doctor visits. He is nothing short of a Customer's Hero! There is a reason why this dealership lives up to the Ford Brand Name: IMPERIAL. Kevin's team follows in his footsteps: they see the value of taking care of their customers and community, and they live the pride they strive for every day. It clearly is a place of EXCELLENCE!

After having bought many new and used cars throughout the years, I am pleased to say that purchasing our new Ford Fusion Hybrid from Doug Hood was the most pleasant car buying experience for us. We felt comfortable with him the minute he introduced himself to us. Unlike other dealerships, within 10 minutes we were test driving the exact model Fusion we had researched. Without overwhelming us with the multitude of features on this car, he drove the car into Imperials comfortable heated room and demonstrated the car's basic features and soon we were on the road. He made sure both of us test drove the car and this process developed into a kind of contest as to who could get the better mileage. I won. From the first hand shake, then the ringing of the bell when we signed the papers to driving our car off the lot, Doug did everything he could to make our car purchase a most pleasant experience. Doug was most knowledgeable, polite, and friendly throughout the entire process. We have already told many of our friends about how happy we are with our new car and what a pleasure it was working with Doug Hood.

Please allow me to share my awesome experience at Imperial Ford solely due to the man who helped me buy a car: Mike Peters. I had returned to buy a 2nd car from him. In the summer, I bought my first and remembered how much I enjoyed how relaxed he was and interested in helping me find something that I really wanted. After I was involved in a motor vehicle collision and my car was totaled, I needed another one. My first instinct was to go back to Mike at Imperial Ford to look for another Fusion. However, because I had never dealt with another car salesperson or dealership, I figured it would be in my best interest to explore what else was out there. I did check out other cars and other models (some were definitely good and some were not). Honestly, the difference was in the people helping me buy the car (or "selling" it, depending on how you want to look at it). One guy knew nothing about the car I was test driving so was pretty useless. That guy continues to call me with "deals" in order to entice me to come back and buy the car. The 2nd salesperson I worked with didn't even hop in the car during the test drive so I was by myself; then he took me back to his desk where both he and his manager wanted to know what they could do to get that car in my driveway that day. Crazy pressure. Before I went back to Mike, I called his cell and told him what I would be interested in looking at. When I showed up to look at Fusions, he already had an AWESOME car set aside that suited my needs very well. I test drove it, fell in love, still looked at a few others, but saw that the car he chose was the best fit. He had really listened to me. Never once did I feel pressured to rush into buying. Even when I bought it, there were a few things to work out, and Mike was AMAZING in orchestrating these and making it a very easy process for me. What I loved about my experience with Mike was his relaxed manner and knowledge of his vehicles and what I wanted. It is for this reason that I have been telling those I know about my positive experience. My Facebook page totally compliments Mike Peters from Imperial Fordit tells other people to at least go talk to him to see what he can do. And, it is for this reason that I will go to Mike in the future to see how he can help my family's needs with vehicles. . . .

I have been servicing my 2005 Ford Expedition at Imperial Ford for several years. Recently, with 125K on the odometer, I brought my vehicle in for some scheduled maintenance and to diagnose and rectify a few mechanical irregularities. As usual, Donnie H., Service Advisor, was excellent. He wrote up the scheduled maintenance and we reviewed the symptoms of the irregularities. He was attentive, professional and genuinely concerned with all of the details I presented. We discussed a few general options and I left knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Donnie kept me informed throughout the mechanical diagnosis process. We discussed the various specific options available and their associated costs. He offered his professional opinion and I agreed with and accepted his recommendations. The service work was completed on time and in an excellent manner. The service technicians did an outstanding job. I have logged 2,000 miles since the work was completed and I remain very satisfied. I hope to keep my vehicle for a few more years and I am pleased that is running well again. It was money very well spent. I highly recommend servicing your Ford at Imperial Ford.

Buying our new Ford Fusion Hybrid from Doug Hood was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. We felt comfortable with Doug the minute he introduced himself to us. After listening to what kind of car we had in mind, within 15 minutes we were test driving the car around the roads of Mendon. Before the test drive, Doug drove the vehicle into a heated area where, without overwhelming us with the multitude of the car's components, he demonstrated the car's basic features and we were on our way. Doug was knowledgable, courteous and friendly, and did everything he could to put us into the exact model car and color combination we wanted. From the first hand shake, then the ringing of the bell when we signed the papers, to driving our new car off the lot, Doug did everything he could to make our car purchase a most pleasant experience. The dealership facility is upscale with two large, well equipped lounge areas featuring a huge tv, internet service, comfortable leather furniture, and snack area. The dealership's dominant decorative motif features genuine rock and roll memorabilia that would make any collector envious. Driving our super fuel efficient, beautiful, comfortable, quiet new car is such a pleasure. We have told friends about our great experience at Imperial Ford and about the wonderful service Doug Hood provided. When they ride in our vehicle, that experience speaks volumes for the car's qualities.

We were introduced to the C-Max, a car we never heard of before, by Doug Hood, which turned out to be a great fit for our needs. The C-Max is our first hybrid car, which meets and exceeds all our expectations! Doug was tremendously accommodating of our schedules, provided a wealth of useful and practical information about the C-Max, and spent incredible amounts of time with us. He allowed us to test drive several cars and drive them more than once, so that we could make a truly informed choice. Knowing one of our cars was inoperative, he accommodated us by loaning a car to drive for a day at his personal sacrifice which was tremendously helpful in making our decision. He answered all our questions directly, pointed out things that we would not have thought of, and in general was both entertaining and educating. All in all, this car shopping experience was one of the most productive we've had mainly because of Doug Hood's efforts going well beyond the call of! duty. After a late night at the showroom, Doug was generous enough to buy us dinner at the Miss Mendon Diner (which was delicious!). Doug is a great ambassador for Imperial Ford and we would definitely return to purchase another car in the future. Thank you Doug.

We recently had the best experience ever leasing a new Ford Edge Select from Imperial Ford. We worked with Steve Jionzo, salesman, and Mike Penner, general manager. Within two days, Imperial completed everything related to our trade in, new car, lease payments, finance, registration, and insurance. Colby Craig then set us up with all our dashboard electronics. To date, weve driven 2,866 miles and cannot be more appreciative. Our Edge is fantastic and the Imperial dealership even better. I especially like the heated seats, and my husband the backup camera and quietness. Mr. Penner told us his goal is for every one of his customers to be 100% satisfied. We are for sure! Thank you.
