I couldn't believe how wonderful of an experience I had from start to finish. From my first call Dawn was very pleasant & helpful on the phone. Once I arrived Craig helped me effortlessly get in the car I wanted. Joe got my car ready as Craig & I handled the paperwork. They made it all so easy. Found a great vehicle on Cars.com at Indy Autosources lot and inquired. From the 1st phone call, to arranging the test drive, and then working together via e-mail and a quick and easy pay process and pick-up Craig was great to work with. I did not have a lot of time to spend on the purchase and he was accommodating and professional. The icing on the cake was when I arranged to pick up the vehicle on a quick lunch break, the vehicle was parked out front, cleaned, waxed, and ready to go. Thanks, Craig. I was leery of purchasing a car online without having first seen and driven the car. After finding an '03 Infiniti with only 59000 miles online at Indy Auto Source, I contacted Craig on his cell phone (who was vacationing in Fla) and he described the car. They had put on brakes around and repaired the rear main engine seal ahead of time. After researching many of the reviews online for Indy Auto Source and the positive vibe that I got from Craig, I sent pictures of my car and we agreed upon a price. Craig even agreed to hold the Infiniti for 10 days while I tried to sell my car outright. After my car did not sell, Craig sent one of his staff to meet me half way in the Infiniti and swap cars. I could not be more pleased with the car and Indy Auto Source.

It is very hard to find a car dealer that you can actually negotiate with the salesman. Actually with Craig, his price was well below that there was no negotiating. I also liked that there were no hidden fees, like title fee, document fees, and any other fees that bigger car dealers charge to make more money off of you. Another plus, Craig gives you a 30 day warranty. What big dealership would do that on a used vehicle? 1 day before our 30 days would be up, we had a problem with the fuel sensor. Craig paid for the repairs. Craig is my way of doing business. I would very very highly recommend Indy Auto Source. Craig is the best, most honest car salesman there is. I didn't think there were salesmen still out there like him. He has my trust.

We bought a 2007 Ford Edge from Craig a month ago. Great communication. Answered all of our emails and questions. No pressure easy and laid back. Craig and his wife are great honest and caring people! They may be a small dealership but they have big hearts and are pleasant to work with. Best buying experience I have ever had and I don't want to buy a care from anyone else as long as they are around! We got a good loan with good terms and it didn't take all day like at other places. I have bought a car at. I can't stress enough how great it is here. If you see a vehicle you like on this site Do not hesitate to contact them immediately! They are very professional, and very careful to have only quality vehicles ! They have a tremendous amount of experience in this field That is certainly to your advantage! I typically am not a fan of Internet anything Not a fan of car lots and dealerships Persay I wish I were A younger man, I would love to work for these people Sad to say, I've spent most my life working for poor quality management. These folks are sincere, high-quality, very knowledgeable, down to earth good people that know cars! I am a 30 year Air Force vet and co-owner of Accredited Driving School in Kokomo, IN. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Indy Auto Source. One for personal use, 2001 Jeep Wrangler and one for our drive school, 2010 Hyundai. We are 110% satisfied with the vehicles but nothing can compare to the honesty and integrity of Craig and his wife Dawn. This is not another "car dealership." It's a personal buying experience. They actually get to know you and care about getting you what you want. If he doesn't have it, he will look for it. It is like sitting down with family. Sitting down with Craig and Dawn to buy one of their existing cars or having them find one for you is like hanging out with your BFF. Seriously! Buying a car from traditional dealers is like having a root canal. With Craig and Dawn you just feel like everything is up front and all the cards are on the table. They don't try to hide anything from you. Honest & trustworthy are certainly two attributes that aptly describe these two individuals. It's a pleasure just going and hanging out for a visit. This is our second purchase from them along with trading in one car and selling them another. Everything was seamless and we are well pleased. Our daughter has also bought a couple of cars from them. My wife and I love our new to us CRV. Thanks again to Craig & Dawn.

I was very impressed with the philosophy of this dealerships owner. I have exactly what I wanted. The car was purchased for my mother, but I love driving it. As soon as I walked into Indy Auto Source I knew it was going to be a good experience. Dawn (Craig's wife) warmly greeted us right away. This was the 7th dealer I had been to in my search for a used car and by far the best! It was the greatest car buying experience I could've imagined. Craig was so friendly and so honest with everything. He let us make our own decisions and was not pushy at all, but still truthfully answered any questions we had. I have been trying for a month now to get my oil change, after my previous oil change place rendered my drain plug useless (then told me it'd be 500 bucks to fix it). I had come last week, and Craig had tried to fix the issue but couldn't find the tool he needed. He found it this past week and texted me to let me know. I brought my car again today (12/4/15) and he went the extra mile to fix it. He had to use special tools, talk to a part store, and put in about 2 hours of work. And the pricing was a steal, and I was incredibly impressed. He also didn't talk down to me like a lot of car places do, because I'm a girl. The waiting room was so much fun, too. I was there for 2 hours and didn't notice. I played an old fashioned racing arcade game, pinball game, and then watched Netflix. I was so impresesed with Craig, the service, and the facilities. My husband and I have had other repairs done by him before, and he always impresses us. He really is the best car guy I've ever met. I highly recommend him.

Let me say first that I had only bought a used car from a dealer once in my lifetime and it was not a good experience but after reading the reviews I decided to take a chance with Indy Auto Source. I am convinced that Craig is the most honest car man that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I was interested in a 1999 GMC Jimmy that he had on his lot. I test drove the vehicle and I thought it was very nice but Craig told me that it had been sitting for a while and that he would like to check it out before I made my decision. The next day I returned and he told me that he had tested the battery and decided to put a new one in . He also told me that he didn't like the way the air conditioner sounded so he installed a rebuilt one in it. He did not have to do either of these things because I would have never known. I ended up purchasing the Jimmy and a several days later the AC started making a loud noise so I called Craig and he told me to bring it in. He ended up installing a Brand New AC unit at no charge. I have not had any more issues . The Jimmy looks great not a speck of rust on it, immaculate inside and out and it drives great. Believe me you cannot go wrong if you decide to try them out. I HIGHLY recommend INDY AUTO SOURCE if you're looking to buy from someone Honest and Trustworthy Craig is your guy.

Craig met me at the airport with my new truck. He deducted from the vehicle the cost of my flight. I live in Upstate NY. I had been looking for a specific truck with specific options for over a year. Craig had the truck I was looking for. Not only is he extremely honest and forthright, but everything he had to say about the truck prior to purchasing was true. The good, the bad and the ugly. (Very light on the uglies!) Like many, I've purchased many vehicles over 50 years. This was by far and away the best experience I've ever had. No high pressure tactics. Spoke the truth. Never misrepresented anything. I will go back to Craig for another vehicle next year. Chances are, if he doesn't have what I want, he'll go find it. And it will be exactly as he stated. I can't recommend he and his dealership any higher. Clearly the best. And his wife Dawn was extremely helpful as well when called upon. Thank you Craig.

We purchased a 2002 Red Thunderbird from Craig and Dawn. The car is absolute stunning, pristine condition and draws attention wherever we go to. We are in our 60's and the car (together with Beach Boys, Elvis and Frankie Valli cd's) makes us feel young again! You would never get the kind of attention and service from any other car dealer around...Craig even met us half way to deliver it! The husband and wife team makes purchasing a car truly a pleasure. This was not at all what I was expecting as a first time car buyer. It was so much better. I mainly worked with Dawn, whom I now love. I was so nervous and scared that a car dealer would try to profit on my inexperience. She put me at ease in the first 5 minutes. You could tell they were an honest family, just like I was raised. I was worried because my credit score was low do to medical bills and no credit. But, I really needed to buy a truck to build my credit and for my son, his buddies, and i his dirt bike. As expected, the first financing bank wouldn't approve. Dawn knew about my credit history and didn't want to continue having the Banks pulling my credit and making it worse. So, again, she put me at ease and said that she would automatically go to the Bank she was sure to give me a loan. Because of her advice, I was able to buy my son's truck, got my very first loan, and she went above and beyond to tell me a few more tricks to raise my credit score quickly. Later, I met Craig and he was just as sweet as Dawn. He told me that he replaced the emblems that made the truck look better and did an 1,100 dollar repair, that wasn't part of the selling price. He just wants to ensure that he doesn't sell a lemon. I was so excited to get the truck, they let me drive the truck home and they brought my car home on a trailer, the same day. I will continue to go back as long as I need another vehicle. So, if you're wanting to buy a very nice used car, you should definitely come here.

Craig was wonderful to work with. From the second I stepped on the lot he was friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. He helped me find the car I wanted and loved, answering any and all questions. The Jeep I bought was in pristine condition inside and out and has run like a gem since I got it. As titled, this was the best car buying experience I've had. i talked to both Craig and Joe who were patient, listened, and most importantly, worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. They weren't pushy, and just wanted to help us drive he car we really wanted. Plus, they've got the arcade version of "Crus'n the World" in the waiting room - it was great! We'll certainly be back.

As a repeat customer of Craig and Dawn, I more or less knew what to expect...same great service and low key sales approach. But the true test of the Integrity of a warranty is when something goes WRONG.... and we did have such an episode: Two days after buying a 2006 Volvo, that Jana dearly loves, the "StOP ENGINE, NO OIL PRESSURE." light came on, while she was on her way to work.....I called Craig and he said "Don't move the car, I will come and get it." So he drove to Tipton, (Jana's work) and trailered the Volvo back to Carmel. Diagnosed some plugged oil system piping, checked the oil pump, ( this required dropping the oil pan, while it was off we could see that the internals where clean and well maintained) and called us to let us know the Volvo was ready.....but then a day later there was a puddle of fresh oil on the garage floor...another call to Craig and he had us go to his favorite best mechanic to check it out.....He did and it was only a loose oil drain plug....Notice, this was all at his expense....It has been over 30 days now and Jana and I could not be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Indyautosource to anyone. They truly stand behind their word.....

I was simply blown away by Craig and all the people at Indy Auto Source. These guys went above and beyond the call in helping me through the purchase of my new Accord. Frankly I was stunned when they were offering to replace things on the car that I didn't even know needed to be replaced. Their honestly was so comforting throughout the whole process that I practically felt I was buying a car from old friends instead of a dealer. And I must say - that I really appreciated the fact that - all throughout their office they posted pictures of previous happy customers with their new cars. This alone says more about them than possibly anything. They have a long history of happy customers and it was a privilege to be one more. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

I was looking for a vehicle and color that is hard to find. A possibility presented itself at Indy Auto Source. Picking out a car can be exciting, but going to a dealer can be tense and stressful. Not this time. As soon as I called Dawn from Dayton Ohio, I started to relax. It was like talking to a trusted friend I had known for years. She gave me the low down, inspecting the car while we talked. She described the car in detail, noting a flawed seat which could be repaired. I was curious how the car ran. It was almost closing time, and Dawn said she and her husband, Craig, would take the car to dinner to make sure everything was smooth and tight. Later that evening Craig texted me that everything was ship shape, and continued to share detailed information. I had sold my car, and would have had to get someone to drive me toward Indianapolis. Craig said he had time to trailer the car to me. If I wasn't completely satisfied, he would simply take it back at no charge! Next day the car showed up at my home, and I was thrilled. The car was incredibly clean, and the flawed seat was repaired, and like new. My wife and I really enjoyed talking to Craig, while looking over the car. We wrapped up the paperwork, and the car was mine! My wife and I can't wait to visit Dawn and Craig next time we go to Indianapolis!

I bought my very first car from Indy Auto Source and they made it extremely easy for me. I was shopping for a car from college and was not able to come down to Carmel whenever I wanted to test drive the car or check it out. Craig and Dawn brought the car to a mechanic's shop for me to get it checked out before I bought it, which extremely helpful. On top of that, when the mechanic found that the brakes were worn, Craig replaced the brakes and balanced the tires free of charge. Craig and Dawn will make sure you get your money's worth in a car!

I was shopping for a specific car and settled on the one they had. The buying process was painless, and they worked with me like I was part of their family. They have a great eye when it comes to "premium" used vehicles. Many car dealers could take lessons from Dawn and Craig on how to treat customers. I have to make another car move later this year, and I will probably call them again to see what they can do for me. I am from Michigan and would not hesitate to go back down there again!

Craig and Dawn have been amazing through the whole shopping experience! I live 3 hours away from Carmel IN, and Craig was very understanding and willing to work with me and my limited time frame to do a test drive. He even let a friend of mine in the area come and take a look at the FJ Cruiser for a day before I could make it to Indy Auto Source. They have made me feel like I was their most important customer! Their prices where honest and fair. The FJ is in wonderful condition and low miles for being a 2008! All the vehicles on the lot looked great! I was looking for a used car within my modest price range. Indy Auto Source has an incredible and quite varied selection that will satisfy and provide multiple options for any budget. Craig and Dawn were very personable and truly raise the bar when it comes to customer service and going the extra mile for their customers. Craig told me all of the repairs that he put into the vehicle prior to listing it (a sum total that would have certainly raised the price of the car but he didn't pass that cost on to the customer----I have NEVER seen a car salesman do that before), was quick and efficient and even delivered the vehicle to my home personally. Another first in my experience with car salesmen. The people at Indy Auto Source are not your run of the mill used car salesmen. They genuinely love to sell high quality vehicles and genuinely love to establish a trusting relationship with everyone they come in contact with. The most low pressure sales experience of my life. From our first vehicle out of college, through our latest purchase a week ago, Craing has been somehow involved with all but 2 purchases. After we left the Indianapolis area, we have purchased 3 cars from him. He has given us fair value for trades, site unseen. He has met us halfway to bring us a car, and had one shipped to us because we couldn't get back in time. The buying process has been easy from his website and he has even looked for cars specicially for us based on our criteria. The paperwork process can sometimes take long and is boring for 3 kids under 13, but a gameroom helps keep the kids occupied while mom and dad deal with signing things. As long as Craig Miller sells cars, I will only buy from him.

From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to the moment I drove away in my 2004 Jeep, the staff catered to my every need and I can say without a doubt that I have not experienced this level of customer service in ANY industry EVER..... E.V.E.R. You will be dealing directly with the owner (Craig), his wife (Dawn), and Mike, his enthusiastic and all-around awesome assistant/sales extraordinaire. They were so personable and friendly and understood my car needs by actually taking the time to get to know me and even further enhanced the experience by getting to know my girlfriend who was only there for support. Both Craig and Mike went over every single detail of my future purchase by showing me the repair history and personalized vehicle upgrades. Upon first inspection, I was immediately directed to the Jeep's engine which I found to be unusual, but in the way of being impressed by that level of detail. Craig immediately pointed out areas of potential rusting, a common issue with Jeeps, and suggested preventive measures. Absolutely nothing was wrong with this Jeep mind you - the vehicle was in superior condition and well maintained with no rust whatsoever - but he really seemed to care about the future care of this Jeep and, more importantly, my well being as a customer. I was then guided along the vehicle's exterior as we carefully viewed every inch from the underbody to the soft top with Craig pouring over every nook and cranny. I was then welcomed to the interior features which were in excellent condition and yet again he provided me with detailed information about the radio and 4WD features, etc. etc. The test drive portion was hassle free. The facilities were warm and welcoming and not to mention pretty kickat$$. The closing was quick and painless. Everything was explained clearly. The list goes on and on. I really felt like I was purchasing a car from family members. (They are not my family members. haha!) Everything just felt... RIGHT. Not only was my vehicle in excellent condition, but I walked away feeling incredibly reassured about my purchase. These people are trustworthy and honest and you should definitely buy your car here if you have the opportunity. I would recommend this dealer to any friend. I would indefinitely buy here again. Ok so I have always been cautious buying a vehicle for little mom and pop dealerships and always caution that the vechile will have some type of problem that mean more expense to repair. But going to Indy auto source made me very comfortable buying a used vehicle from them. Craig,Dawn and Cassandra, treated my girlfriend and I like family they walked us thru every little detail about the van and made sure they were providing a vehicle that is not only safe and reliable for us but also safe and reliable for our children to ride in. Indy Auto Source was incredibly easy to work with. I felt confident in my purchase because Craig took care of replacing wheel bearings that were going bad for me before he would let me buy the car. I never felt sold. There are no sneeky salesmen tricks here. Just an honest family owned business that cares more about taking care of their customers needs than squeezing every penny out of you. My fiance and I have a background in the car industry as his father used to own a dealership and my fiance worked almost every position there. We are pretty particular about customer service and the whole buying process, but Indy Auto Source surpassed our expectations! Not only were they very down to earth and friendly, they were more than accommodating when the bank decided to drag their feet about pushing our loan through. The buying process was smooth sailing and literally the signing of the paperwork took about 10 minutes as apposed to the hours on end you'd sit waiting at one of the big name dealerships. My previous cars have been purchased through private sellers and I recently started searching for a used vehicle through dealers for a van to travel across the country. Before finding Craig and Dawn at Indy Auto Source, I thought I made a poor choice going through a dealership after several bad experiences with other dealers. But my worries were quickly gone when I met the couple whom made me feel very comfortable when reviewing a minivan they had on the lot. When I first walked in the building, Dawn made me feel very welcome with her friendly greeting then took me to the garage where Craig was personally working on a recently purchased car. From working on the cars himself, he knows more about the vehicles than the majority of other dealers who have the cars worked on at an independent shop. He was very open and honest about any previous or existing issues, if any, and allowed me to take the vehicle I was interested in for several hours to test it out on my own. I felt confident with the vehicle and wanted to purchase the Dodge Grand Caravan from them. When it came down to purchase time, the majority of time was spent just speaking with Dawn about various other topics which was very calming and relaxing with no pressure to buy right then on the spot. You get a sense that they are more of friends then someone making a sale and it is certainly appreciated. With a deal reached, Dawn also helped out with a warranty at a good price which is a great peace of mind with the long travels I have coming in the future. Will recommend to any one searching for a used car and they have gained a lifetime buyer from me!

After looking for a week at sub par vehicles i found Indy Auto Source and went to see what they were about. They had nothing but quality cars on the lot. I spoke with Craig who showed me a couple cars. No pressure but plenty of information about them was given. After a short drive we made the easy deal. I dread used car shopping and usually stay clear of the 'Used Car Lots'. This isn't your typical lot. To get me to fill out a review isn't easy but i think they deserve it. Wow! What a refreshing experience! What great deal! I have nearly 40 years of car buying experience and this was the best... Lets face it folks, buying a car, new or used is largely a fear based, dysfunctional activity. Customer is afraid hes going to buy something he doesn't want or need, and the salesperson is afraid that if he does not sell something he will be fired. Crazy way to set up an adversarial transaction. Is it no wonder that the single most numerous complaint to BBB involves car transactions? At IndyAutosource, Craig and Dawn strip all that Dysfunction, away. Much like real estate, they approach the car business with a Customer Centric, I want what you want, business model. I call it a Normative transaction. With todays technology one can carefully research the true value of a trade in and the true value of the vehicle of choice. Armed with my research I visited several dealers, only to be insulted by bad trade values and treated like I was trying to rip them off. Then I visited Craig and Dawn...expressed interest in a specific vehicle, they shared information freely, let me spend as much time as I wanted looking and inspecting my choice...not once did they attempt to direct me to another vehicle...when I returned from my test drive, Craig asked if I was trading my vehicle? He inspected it, drove it and returned with his smart phone and pulled up the very data I had used to determine my vehicle trade value.then offered me within a couple $$ the value I had set for my trade. I have honestly never had a used car buying experience like the one I just had with Craig and Dawn. I'm used to the usual waste a whole day while someone talks to me about 10 cars that I don't want and then a whole truckload of feet dragging through paperwork. Craig made it easy. Actually took the time to answer questions instead of just talking the entire time to fill the silence. Dawn made it feel more like we were all just sitting down around a coffee to chat instead of buying a car. Craig gave our car a wash and did some repair work at just the cost of parts. Super nice folks and no regrets about feeling like I had been ripped off when I left. I would give them an overall rating of 4 and half stars. The only reason it is not five is that I always reserve final judgement to see how the car does for awhile. Purchased a '98 Lincoln Town Car from them which they are delivering on Thursday. We were car shopping this weekend and saw a car that we wanted to check out on Craig's website. Not only did Craig provide a very quick response in terms of when we could stop by and see the car, he was also very accommodating when we needed to change our appointment time. Craig had the car washed and ready by the time we pulled up and was extremely transparent and let us know all of the information that he had about the car. Not once did we feel a pushy "car salesman" vibe from him, which was really refreshing! Ultimately, we ended up not purchasing that car, but I can tell you that it was a hard decision due to Craig just being such a likeable, honest guy! Attempting to find a used vehicle on a cold, snowy day in January may not seem like a job you'd want to tackle, but Craig Miller at Indy Auto Source made the experience so easy, we would do it again in a heartbeat. My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV from Craig's lot that day, and she couldn't be happier with her purchase. In fact, we (her parents) like the car so much, we want to get one for ourselves. And, we want to buy it from Craig, too! From the minute we stepped onto the lot, we were greeted in such a friendly and welcoming manner, we knew we had come to the right place. After a brief introduction, Craig handed my daughter and husband the keys to the CRV along with a carwash coupon. He told her to drive over the carwash, wash the snow off the car and take a spin around the block. You might say it was "love at first sight." In the meantime, I was on my way to meet them to see if my daughter had found a car she liked. When I arrived, it was like showing up at an old friend's house. There was smiling and laughing, and Craig and his wife treated us like dear friends. They were so excited to match our daughter up with a new car that the paperwork seemed secondary to them. The entire process was extremely smooth and no detail was overlooked. The icing on the cake was when Craig took a picture of my daughter standing in front of her car....and then posted on his website. We are so pleased to have found a great used car for our daughter, but more than that, we are thrilled to have found a friendly, honest and knowledgeable car dealer, who can find us good used cars at a great price.

Indy Auto Source is the place to buy a used car in Indianapolis. Craig is super friendly, helpful and professional. Working with Craig is a unique and pleasant experience - very unlike the experience I had working with the "other" used car lots. He fixed a few minor cosmetic issues with the car that I purchased and then drove it 2 hours to meet me half way to my delivery point. That is good service.

In the past two years, we have purchased two low mileage convertibles from Indy Auto Source. Both were in excellent condition and were at a very fair prices. Was looking for a small clean car that was going to get better mpg than the truck I drive and came across this 1999 Toyota Celica, so I contacted Craig and we set up a time to see the car. It was a nice clean car, and Craig told me if I wanted to take it to have my mechanic check it out he was ok with it. So I picked up the car and had my guy check it out and he told me it was a nice little car, so I bought it. Craig was great to work with and up front and honest from beginning to end. I was on a time crunch to get a used car after being in a fender bender and having my car totaled by my insurance company. My daughter and I researched all avenues, made lists, checked values in Blue Book and felt prepared to look for the car. We looked via several areas, I talked with several buyers and test drove several cars. I went through the typical sales pressures and multitude of phone calls from dealerships-then I went to Indy Auto Source--it was unlike any other car buying service I had been to--Craig and his wife were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and made the whole process very easy. I found Indy Auto Source through various internet searches while looking for a used Tacoma. I found a 2004 Tacoma that seemed very nice and at a reasonable price, so I made an appt to go see it. Later when I saw the truck I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition, it was exactly as presented on the website. Craig was very knowledgeable of the truck and I felt absolutely no sales pressure. The only issue I found on the test drive was a noisy rear wheel bearing. Craig offered to have that issue resolved the next day. A few days later we sealed the deal and Craig and Dawn delivered it to my home 50+ miles away. I would not hesitate to do business with Indy Auto Source again. Great people to do business with!

I had bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Craig and Dawn in October 2013. I had been researching for quite a while and knew which listings had value. Craig offered a car in great condition and priced right. He was polite, friendly and helpful throughout the process. His professionalism shined through. No high pressure sales pitch, nor the sordid encounter you receive from most larger dealers. He was honest about the car's reconditioning (minimal) prior to listing it. He gave me plenty of time to test drive and evaluate the car as well. Negotiations were refreshingly open and honest including possibility of trade-in. I got the sense he really searches for a "win-win" scenario for both parties. His office is clean and hospitable and shows his passion for cars -- pictures of cars he sold with their new owners. His wife, Dawn, was a joy to chat with while we combed over the paperwork. I arrived at Indy Auto Source at 1:30pm and left at 3pm with a new car, keys and paperwork! I will always seek best car and price for my future buys, and I have the sense that Craig is able to out-compete the major dealers on an individual basis. Add to it the comfortable buying process and this becomes a enthusiastic recommendation to anyone interested in a new car.

We've met Craig in the past through him helping our daughter and her husband find a suitable van for their family. Craig and Dawn are the nicest people. Our youngest daughter came with us to purchase a Nissan Murano that Craig had taken in on trade in. She remarked it was like sitting down with an old friend. Given that particular daughter is 26, I would say that is quite a compliment. Craig made sure everything was working right with the vehicle and Dawn helped by doing a lot of reconditioning so that it looked newer than it was. Great experience and great people. My husband recently celebrated his 60th birthday. He has been boating his entire life and we have purchased several boats. We wanted a smaller boat that we could easily tow to explore lakes in many states. He did extensive research and began to search for a Seadoo. He looked nationwide for one that was a specific color and had a bimini top. He was preparing to bid on a boat when I encouraged him to look at one that I had seen advertised at Indy Auto Source. The store was closed however, he called my son and they were able to view the boat. He called Craig late on a sunday evening and left a message. We were very surprised that Craig returned his call immediately. Craig worked with the seller to negotiate a price that same evening. I contacted Craig the following day and asked if I could purchase the boat without my husbands knowledge in order to surprise him for his birthday. To say working with Craig was a pleasure would be an understatement. The boat was in perfect condition as was the trailer. It was obvious that the previous owner had taken excellent care of the boat. Craig educated my son and I regarding the operation of the Seadoo and, agreed to deliver the boat to our home before my husband came home from work. Needless to say, my husband was surprised and delighted. Craig could not have been more professional, accommodating, informative and gracious. In the future prior to purchasing any vehicle or boat, I will always check the inventory at Indy Auto Source. Thanks to Craig, my husband had a wonderful 60th birthday. I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Craig. At the end of the sale I took business cards from him and was ready to hand them out to friends as he seemed friendly and trustworthy . Two weeks later, the side of the bumper of the Sonata started coming off. Craig's answer was that it happens all the time and he would fix it. I should have been tipped off there, but the repair was done and I still thought he was trustworthy and helpful. So trustworthy in fact that when he stated he did auto repairs, I had him work on my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT. I asked him to fix the brakes, replace the EGR valve and look at an issue I was having for a year and half where the electrical panel in the driver's door was not working correctly. He returned the car with fixed brakes and a replaced EGR valve, but he said he had attempted to fix the electrical wiring issue but it was past his skill level. He was right. 3 days later the car would not start. I had to tow it from my house to a garage. They stated it was a problem with the electrical wiring- the same wiring Craig had worked on. The mechanics spent multiple hours working on the wiring, then they had to have it towed to the Ford dealership to have them clear electronic codes which only Ford had the software to fix. It finally started again, though it cost me over $500 to fix. Four days after that, my ABS light came on and there was something wrong with my brakes. I called Craig about both issues as he had just worked on both areas of the car. With regard to the brakes, he said that the light on the brakes was probably a sensor, but it was nothing he did- just a fluke that the light came on after he had done repair work on the brakes. With regard to the cost on the electrical issue, he stated that there was already an electrical issue in the door and I authorized the work so he had no responsibility. I am now out from getting my car fixed from the work Craig attempted to do and I still don't know what it will cost to repair my brakes. Please note, the money I paid to the second mechanic was just to get my car to start again after the work Craig attempted to do on the car. The electrical panel on the door still does not work, so I still have to pay a mechanic to fix that as well. I will not tell you whether you should purchase a vehicle from this man or not, that is your decision and I am just leaving information on my experience. Yours may be quite different. I can tell you this, though, I threw the business cards away.

I found Indy Auto Source on Cars.com while searching for a Lincoln Towncar. Since I live fairly close, I dropped in to look at the car. It was a very relaxing and friendly experience. The car was just what I was looking for, the price was easily negotiated, and the transaction was quick and enjoyable. There was a minor issue I was concerned with on the car during the test drive, Craig immediately took it to a local mechanic and the problem was quickly corrected while I waited. I have waited approximately 3 months, since my purchase, to write this review. There have been no issues with the car and I am completely satisfied with the car and with Indy Auto Source. I am over 60 years old and would rate this as the best auto purchase experience of my life. Will use them again in the future.

I'm not normally into cars, but my husband insisted we take a look at a Vette that Craig had listed online, as he wanted to purchase a sports car for me. I wasn't so sure I wanted one, but Craig really has an eye for quality in used vehicles, and I've fallen in love with this car. Absolutely the only thing that kept this '98 vehicle from being perfect was a bit of play in the seats and a sticky carpet area that I couldn't reach to clean. A few days ago, Craig took the car in for us, repaired the seat issue (very reasonably and professionally), and while they were removed, he and his wife completely detailed the inside of the car. They are both fantastic people and a joy to do business with.

I experienced excellent service from Craig and have known both he and Dawn for a long time. Craig did such an excellent job of repairing my vehicle!!! I had the rear tailgate handle and brake pads replaced. I was very impressed with the service performed, the level of customer service provided by picking up and dropping my vehicle at my work, and the fact that I paid a fraction of the cost in comparison to the dealership. I had worked with Craig and Dawn in the past, and I knew them to find great deals on vehicle purchases for many people. I recently ran into Craig, and he mentioned he expanded the business to include vehicle servicing. I was ecstatic because I was in the process of getting estimates from a local dealership for those repairs and routine maintainance. The estimates the dealership gave were 5 times the price Craig charged, and Craig showed me the receipt for the part from the dealership. That was the comical part of it. The dealership told me that the part was the majority of the cost of the repair. The cost of the part was in fact about 10% of the estimate the dealership provided. The timing couldn't have been better to run into Craig, and honest business practices go a long way in my book. Thank you so much for taking care of my car and being an honest businessman. You and Dawn are the best!

This was the first satisfying overall car buying experience I have had in my 50+ years. The owner was upfront and honest on everything about the car. I was given a very fair trade amount for my car and the financing he recommended was quick & easy with an interest rate well below my bank. He did an excelent job repairing some scratches on a side door. There were no surprises on the day of delivery with the car or the amount financed.

First of all, I don't think I could top this experience! Craig is so knowledgeable and he will prove it to you. I found out that the car I was looking at had the same crash test safety ratings and got better gas mileage than my previous car. The car was in great condition and Craig did some minor repairs to get it in the best possible shape. This is the way car buying should be; scam-free, stress-free, just friendly and helpful service! I'm confident I made the right decision and would definitely go back! In the meantime, I would recommend Indy Auto Source to anyone looking for a car! I am extremely pleased with my purchase at Indy Auto Source. Craig is not a high pressure sales person trying to shove a car on you. He is really laid back, honest, and thorough. Will have to say my husband and I have known a lot of car salesman, and most of them fit the stereotype you'd expect. I NEVER had that vibe from the second we stepped onto the lot. We contacted the owner of the lot via phone and let him know we'd be by later in the day and he said he'd have the cars we wanted to see there and ready to go. Craig and his wife were so sweet and personable my husband and I felt we were just there to hang out and talk cars with friends - never once did I feel pressured to purchase and the prices there are the best I've seen in Indianapolis or even nationally in the collector car market! They do much of the service in house and are transparent about the condition of every car they offer for sale. Will definitely call him for the next family car or truck and recommend you do the same!

Craig and dawn are amazing people with a refreshing sense of honesty in the car business that is usually a difficult thing to find. As long as their selection continues to grow with their business I don't see my family ever needing to go to another "dealership". I bought a 2008 wrangler from Craig and got a great price on it. He had all the brakes replaced, air filter and oil replaced, even had the originial soft top! The car buying experience has always been a scary thing for me. From getting a loan to finding a decent car and most of all dealing with the oh-so pushy dealers. With Craig everything was absolutely 100% perfect. The car was amazing as expected. He had new brakes put on, the oil changed, and the car was inspected at Tom Woods Subaru for defects. Anything he felt I should know about the car he informed me himself. I didn't even have to ask. Craig was probably the least pushy and most honest dealer I have ever met. And I've met quite a few. What a great car buying experience!!! I found myself needing a vehicle to replace a gas guzzling Tahoe. It so happened that Indy Auto Source had just the vehicle I was looking for and I drove down from Fort Wayne to see the vehicle. The fact that Indy Auto Source does not have a large car lot (costly overhead)is reflected in the lower prices of their vehicles! After purchasing an Acadia and driving home I noticed a leak that allowed water into the interior (a known weak point in the GMC Acadia design with sun roofs.) When I ask Creig about this Creig drove from Indy to Fort Wayne and showed me where the drain ports were located and how to clean them!!! Wow!!! It appears to me that Indy Auto Source has only quality autos to sell and stands behind their vehicles. I would recommend Indy Auto Service to anyone and everyone looking for a quality previously owned vehicle and will return there when I need a vehicle in the future.

Found truck I was looking for on Cars.com and drove 6 hours to look next day, Craig arranged for me to test drive even though he was out of town getting vehicle for another custoer. We made deal by phone and finished the rest of the transaction over the next week. Truck was shipped to my hometown and everything worked out great. We just purchased an impeccable Saturn Outlook from Craig and we love it! He found it in Florida, drove it to Indiana, then shipped it to us in Iowa. This is the 5th vehicle that we've purchased from Craig spanning 16 years in multiple states and dealerships. He accepted a previous trade-in from us sight unseen and paid well above Blue Book value. Our family had recently grown and we were in need of a mini van. Craig was easy to talk to and never overbearing. He let us test drive the van for a day while we shopped other dealers and compared. The price was very competitive, and negotiations were completely painless. When we picked up the van it had been thoroughly detailed and was ready to go. There were some minor repairs which Craig quickly remedied. The van came with a 3 month 3,000 mi drivetrain warranty. A few days after we took possession of the vehicle, we had problems with fuel tank sensors and the A/C system. This would not have been normally covered under the warranty, but Craig took the initiative to see the these repairs were made right, at no expense to us, he even gave us a loaner vehicle while the repairs were made. We highly recommend this dealer, and we will call him when we are ready to buy again.

We have bought two vehicles from Indy Auto Source and both times the experience has been great. Our first purchase last year was a vehicle from inventory. Indy Auto Source is a spectacular business. I was looking to purchase my first used vehicle and Craig was amazing to work with. We recently purchased a Mercedes from Craig at Indy Auto Source. The entire transaction was handle in a very unusual manner in that from the very beginning, he treated us as though we were personal friends vs. new customer off the street. No dealer fees, no pressure, and second thoughts to dealing with our new found friend. I have not seen a dealer of this integrity in all my 38 plus years of car buying. He also offers a warranty on his vehicles, or at least the one we purchased, of which he promptly stood behind when it had a small oil leak and made the repair and even gave my wife a loaner while it was in the shop. Even a new dealer does not do that. I will definitely look to buy again from Craig and family again and highly recommend this dealership!

We went shopping for a used car for my daughter as a surprise. We stopped by the store room as Craig was about to close. We mentioned which car we liked and he offered to take us to his home to see the car. Not many companies invite you to their home. We met Dawn and she was sweet and personable. Craig went out of his way to show every option that this car came with. We took it for a test drive and loved it. There was no pressure to buy what-so-ever. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable and we were sure we wanted this car. We filled out the paperwork the next day and they drove it to our residence. He changed the oil , washed, waxed, power washed the engine compartment and made sure the tires and brakes were good to be driven on. I couldn't ask for a nicer couple to close this transaction with. They are both a treat to work with. We had a speaker go out and Craig went and purchased a new one and had it installed for us. Cant beat the service. I have already passed out 3 cards to potential buyers. You cant go wrong dealing with Craig and Dawn. Thanks you guys my daughter still is raving about it. :)

We found a awesome Jeep Wrangler at Indy. Auto Source. Craig was very quick getting with us to show us the jeep. He met us after hours due to our driving distance after work. It was a cold rainy night and he had the Jeep inside, dry and clean for us to look at in a well lit facility. We were impressed at how he pointed things out to us with the jeep and even offered a creeper to us to use to slide up under the Jeep so we could also see everything from the bottom side up. He helped us out by getting with our credit union and doing all of the necessary paper work for us, while we were at work. The night we got the Jeep, he and his wife even drove it over to a half way point to meet us, to save us another hour and a half drive to Carmel from our Richmond home. The whole experience was a CLASS ACT, we were VERY satisfied with Craig and Indy Auto Source! We will send friends to him for business in buying a vehicle......12/21/11

Craig at Indy Auto Source made our vehicle purchase a breeze. No gimmicks, no added costs and no games. After the sale, a couple of issues came up on the vehicle we purchased. Craig purchased the parts and drove to our work location twice and fixed the problems on-site. I can't see one of those big dealerships providing that kind of service. I browsed online for Mini Coopers for about a year or so and had come across Craig's listings, which led me to view the Indy Auto Source website. I contacted him when I was finally ready to buy, although I was a bit nervous. (We've all heard horror stories about internet shopping.) I soon realized that Craig is very trustworthy. It didn't take him long to find a car that matched my search criteria. There weren't any hidden costs and I feel like I received a good trade-in value for my previous car. I bought a used Lexus from Craig and really love it.It was everything he said it was and made the 3 hour trip worth it. He even met us at a different location in indy to help us out. He was so nice, even put new brake pads on while we waited so that we could take the car home the same day. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, truck , motorcycle and more.
